talk, talk, talk

I have just read some of my old blogs and I have been saying the same stuff for a very long time. I laughed, I cried and mostly I loved what I had shared then and still share with you now. Telling your truth helps you and helps us too. We are all carriers of light and sound and energy here, like the instruments in a band. Each one with it's own unique contribution. Together we make beautiful music. I love that, I love the chance to chime in when it is appropriate and I love that you out there, are a part of my life.
