Got any ammo left

 As the Centaur of the Sagittarius world, I have a quiver full of arrows. I am Venus Trained with my arrows. Those arrows for me and my mission are HOPE! Firing up faith, livin' in light, laughing in love, and letting, alot. As a gambler I see the sites/sights of hope. In my career I work with dis-ease and imbalance. I employ horses to help. In the world of four leggeds I flourish. I am stable there, so I built one to see every day. I see auric energy, and when I put structure to my visions and dreams they radiate energy. When I see a new direction I shoot an arrow into the field of potential. People come here because they need the light and the POKE. The fire of my arrows put a spark out there for them to use. Ask if you can play too

 We did. We were at the golf course. I love to play. Period. They looked at us  and hesitated. I assured them we would add to the fun and we did. So many have been rejected, told they could not play. You are not wanted, nor are you welcome to join our group. I cannot think of anything more hurtful. Kids ask. Can I eat with you? Can I join in the game? Do you want to be my partner in this project?  The ones who get IN, are the ones they see if they can manage, or tell what to do. Remember one thing. YOU are a single flame of light when you arrive, as you develop your light grows. Your flame is designed to  include, it warms up and lights up the world. If someone sees it and asks if they can join, be thoughtful first. Introduce your self and your system. My friend Gary has two horses, he does NOT ride. I did not ask him why. I invited him to ride mine. He declined. We both love horses!  We are the same only different and still friends. Try that one. Bring your joy, your game to the day. If you match, fit in and add, well done, INCLUDE. If you cause havoc or need attention, go get HELP, and admit you need some. I will be paddlin' on the St. Croix. I have been watching

 In these years here at Hawk's Ridge Ranch in Hudson, Wisconsin I have been waiting and watching. I came to support kids. I see them in their authentic nature. Some struggle with their own energy. They get out of balance. Dis-ease is the result. Mean, mad, sad or even suicidal can result. I created a safe space. We talk about every little thing. Genetics, environments, emotions, interface, and JOY! I show them my joy. It comes every day when the sun shines on the ranch, the land, the critters, the schedule, and the fact it is a home. I watch them see this reality and start dreaming! I dream about making the world a better place. What do they dream about??? Safe and loving space, clean sheets, good healthy food, a friend, music, art, and of course, HORSES! Being seen as special, and worth it. Time to take your place at the WATCH. They are being hijacked, and you can help. Help at school, in the neighborhood, at your club. Teach them what you can, stand in the light and tell them you are glad they are on earth. SO MUCH to  DO! The OTHER mom

 Mine when I was 2, a little kid,  was Marilyn. Paint my nails, make me a white sugar sandwich, and tell me I was OK.  Tell me mom would be OK too. She showed me the mom stuff I didn't get at home.  We grew up with death happening right in our homes. My daddy died and her little girl died too. Side by side in our neighborhood. My bigger family was far away, Marilyn was right there. She stayed close to me for the rest of her life. I could never replace that connection. When you get that supplemental parent, the validation for the stuff unacceptable at your own house comes into focus. It turns out it is normal, or something to consider. I needed such support to expand into what I am today. Learning to trust the expansion, without prejudice is critical. Do you have an extra overlighting human. One who can add in to what you need, but can not find at home. Hannah said after our ride, I KNEW I needed YOU! I have been MAMA SU to many. Try it, find someone looking. They are out there, and they are being fished and caught, by those who do not wish them well. Power siphoned off by those who see a good human in need. It is time to take our love here and share it with those super power kids. They need to know that all is well, and yes, they are welcome here and needed! Chosen energy

 I watched as a rescue crew allowed the dogs they had gathered choose their new owners from a large group of humans. I cried as honesty over lighted restraints and restrictions. Energy knows. Seeking amplification it will sniff it out every time. I watch as my critters show me things I may miss. Buck or bale out. I met the  Colorado prison mustang program guy and after watching the humans morph I knew I had seen solid gold in another facet of horse healing. Freedom, strength, taming, allowing alignment, all gifts given. Dogs do it up front and personal. My first choice for a dog as an owner was Tucker, a gorgeous Irish Setter. He hated humans in uniform. Umps, cops, mailmen, all irritated him. I was 20, and learning to see the bigger picture. He was that energy of mine that needed no referee here. Independent, protective and always included. The day he passed to the Rainbow Bridge I headed north to the next dog, Cody. German Shepherd search and rescue candidate. My new life began the moment she arrived. Jessie is losing Bugsy the Bulldog to the Rainbow Bridge today, hardest and most generous job a human can do. After Kota the Protector, Bugsy was the solid energy she needed next. Years of support to her human, and her family. Grateful for our animal selves in the animal forms. Reminding us that nature in her wisdom and beauty and support of our expansion gives us a moment with those creatures that raise us up! What a party it will be when we arrive at that bridge!! Love- the gift that keeps on giving. The barn a great place to receive, I will be there.

What to do when I grow up

 I was asked that in High School. I asked what my options were? NO ANSWER. In college I was told GIRLS here at Bemidji State University do these things. Social worker, teacher or a nurse were their options. I chose Swimming Instructor. When I got home that summer, I was told that was worth less as a career choice, and to go back and try again. NO! was my response, which soon became a reaction in defense of my intuitive knowing. I taught swimming lessons.  Kids are looking for options. I learned that the NATAL CHART was helpful. I became a recruiter. First for companies looking for staff, then Medical Doctors. I am good at that job. It taught me to trust my judgement and use it for both sides. I created a lot of harmonic matches. So I opened my own company. It was fun, successful and kept me learning. ALL needed for a balanced work commitment. WHAT do you want to do now? This planet is looking for good help. I am always looking for good help too. Get your natal chart done. You can do it online. I am a Fire Rooster, a Sagittarius Sun and Moon. It is my Libra Rising that gets me my version of my vision. I see a world where harmony is the target, power and justice are evidence of harmony and balance. AND talking about that is my JOB! See???? I love rhubarb

 It is a treat in spring. Yesterday I cooked up whole bunch for us. It served the riders. They all had memories of rhubarb. Marika needed an extra plate full, so I gave her mine. She knowingly looked at me, and that is what Marika and I do here. She is now 28 and has ridden in my therapy horse program bareback for 15 years. Her core power is off the scale, even though she falls flat and hard everyday with a seizure disorder she has had most of her life. Her parents are brave to allow her alignment to our giant horses, B A R E B A C K. The laughter, the unbridled joy and the ranch time make her happy! In our world of dis-ease there are those who have a higher frequency than earth offered. They became the canaries in coal mines of this world. Warning with their deaths doom was in the air here and it was running out. They sometimes can find one thing to cling to. She clings to horses, I do the same thing. They guide me, they raise me up, they smash into me, buck me off, and they, just like the little kids, make me get out of bed every day, WILLING!! Rhubarb does that in the spring, I look for the growth and harvest the magic as soon as I can. Sharing is the best part.. What do we wait for?? What do we savor? Who do we share it with? YOUR WORDS

 Not mine. People try to put words in other peoples mouths. In the energy of the creative process, the words have it. Period. What you say is like a brush full of paint. You open your mouth and it swirls into your field. What you say is what colors your immediate reality. Broadcast with out thoughtful consideration it can infect the weakest. Words will create their own brand. Are you strong in your own aura energy? Protect it!! Protect your child's. Take it back and ask for forgiveness if you have created a cancer. Backwards spin is cancer, malignant words are the CAUSE!!!! They are not funny nor helpful on any level, especially your own. When you learn the  truth of the WORD, you will stop poisoning your life.  Some of those you have trusted for guidance and support are fooling you with toxic words aimed directly at your field. Out loud or in your mind say this.  STAND IN THE LIGHT AND TELL ME WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU WANT WITH ME! In pictures I can see, with sounds I can here/hear and in WORDS I can understand. You are going to get ONE CHANCE to make your intention abundantly clear. KNOW - NO. Back up. Walk away. Get some help. It is the most powerful creative force of ALL that is. Use energy wisely. If you do not have some kind, funny or helpful say, BUZZ OFF! I will be in the barn where nickers and whinnys are the energy I love. Your family in the sky is watching, this our LOGAN, he shows up once in awhile in the clouds! Still checking in on his sister LADY. YOU are being watched, speak as if GOD is listening.

The feeling for FAVORITE

 Are you your own favorite??? Favorite flavor, favorite outfit, favorite co-creator?  The frequencies ebb and flow in energy. In winter the coat I choose is my favorite for that day, that weather, that event. Then summer comes and my favorite is different. I love sun so you would think summer is my favorite. NOPE, winter is. Only on a snowy landscape can the SUN dance a billion sparkles. Sun in winter is beyond measure to me. Today, allow some of your favorites. People first. Kids, neighbors, co-workers, clients can all apply. Each one with it's own gift. We are so focused on the WHAT-NOTS, we forget about those favorites. Tell someone they are one of your favorites. We are listening, are you telling? Shine the love light. Speak only of favor. See how that turns out. I will be in my favorite place, can you guess where that is??

Making a RASH decision

 Every time I turn around there/their is a rash someone needs to talk about. So hear/here it is. On the inside we hold. Skin, liver and thyroid are the TRIPLE HEATER. Rash is in their realm. When it surfaces from the inside you are gearing up for an opportunity deep or old  as it surfaces for attention and healing. If it is triggered from the outside, a weed or a bite or a burn, Take a GOOD look around and see what is calling for your undivided attention to REMEDY>. Person, place or thing, past, present or future. ASK your higher self for a new view. Touch the rash with your fore finger and it will trigger an emotion to consider. I use Bach Flowers to heal the wound. YOU are your own healing system, activate it with willingness and honesty. If I am feeling RASH, irritated or even in pain, I must own it first. The MOTHER LODE

 The uterus is prized portal here on earth. People will go to great lengths to access one. That is a perspective with so many levels. Being a MOTHER can be a choice to anyone, any gender, any social class, any race or religion. It is a calling, a frequency felt in the heart. The back field is pink, it is personal. The front of the HEART is green and very broadcasting. More like the speakers less like the stylus. The choice is the individual's. I see big rough dudes nurture an abandoned kitten. I see little immature children nurture a crabby old neighbor. I see some who see no faults, only potential. I see those who move into the line of fire willingly. THAT'S a mother. Portal, oracle, chief cook and bottle washer too. The last one standing, when everyone else has disappeared, gone home, or simply never shown up. I am an honored mother. I feel the love of many children of all ages. The two who I birthed are especially mothered by me, from the moment of conception I knew it would be the hardest job that I love the best. Happy Happy MOTHER'S DAY!

Reverse spin

 The get-away car can do that. You have seen/scene it over and over in films. Cancer is the reverse spin. The flag that is thrown.  The next play is yours and no one else's. It is a gift, a red alert and an opportunity to change. When Shirley said dementia was her choice, that what I had to offer was of no/know value to her at this time, I said OK.  I will only offer once. I did. My stipulation was I will never not/knot be remembered by you and I will honor your journey. We struggled as mother and daughter. I knew that I had chosen her and found out why in my 33rd year. Cancer will find those taking the reverse spin that shoots them quickly in a different direction just the same way. If that is your situation - go have a conference with the energy.  Call it out, call it in and call it up  and  Say - STAND IN THE LIGHT AND TELL ME EVERYTHING. I want to see you.  Take notes. Process the data through genetics, environment, emotional stability, spiritual ability and the love filter of the self and it' s choices. Decisions require no/know other  human input until the doer has chosen a direction. When I got sick in 1987 I was told it was incurable. I took the spin and then I hit the brakes/breaks. No one has has the right or the left to dictate ME to ME. I sat by the water and I mapped a new route. You are just as capable. See you in the barn, where spin, slide and ride are just a part of the day, and if you fall, get kicked or ignored - you and ONLY you choose what's next. I got double kicked in the butt yesterday and I took the adjustment and used it as a lesson. I love this ranch, and the lessons we share! There live and in color is the healer, little Aurora Rose! keep your i's/eyes on the young uns' !!!! They are here to help. 

M O O N

 He is quick and lively. He is gorgeous and athletic. He is the new therapy horse for Marika. He is not commonly ridden by others, they fear him. They choose safe space. More learning would need to happen. Then  out of nowhere, Hannah said,  I want to learn to ride him! I said good I need a student ready to leg up! I went out to grab CHIEF for Marika, old and reliable  retired horse, when Rose the littlest horse here, came up behind me and stopped me!!! After I caught my breath I decided MOON was ready to be of service. He was amazing! You are being called out and when you answer the call you will be called in. AND called on. If staying the same is staying the student, some will do that again and again. Others will continue to add in as the expand their humanity.  LOOK to the MOONS! Ready and willing to change jobs at the opportunity knocking. Listen and answer the call you get. Start in the

moon-light with your dreams! I do every single night, and I love where I live, and live with those dreams coming true every day. See you in the barn.

How is your CORE?

 Buried? Wobbly? Loose? Tight? I ride horses with my CORE POWER. It is light hands, light legs, light heart, and CORE POWER together. Marika has ridden bareback at our ranch for 15 years, with seizures pulsing through her system randomly several times per day, even when up on the horse's bare back. She will fall forward and the horse already aware will hold her till she can sit back up.  She uses her core. Her Neurologist says her CORE POWER is off the scale from horse bare back riding. Imagine how that helps her in this lifetime. One horse, one human and pure power together producing harmony and motion. I can make her laugh so does the horse when it trots

, which is also really good medicine. Put your hands on your core. Hold it, talk to it. It provides balance, endurance, and beauty! Add in all that you need to center your being. Find your center and off to the races you charge. See ya in the barn!

Lead to water - OK. Make them drink?

 We can not make any one do anything. It is an illusion. You are not made to do someone else's work. Never were. As we take our rightful place here.  Share and allow an alignment. There are countless levels, just like notes on the musical scale.  Appreciate the opportunity. I have believed those three directives my entire adult life. Give. When those in your giving field do not return the energy, next lifetime. We are not here to deplete, we are here to flourish. In the understanding of the ONE DROP effecting the whole ocean truth, be aware of where/wear you are dropping into. If I land in mud, I will quickly assimilate and mud I will absorb. If I land in a clear pond, that pond I will become. As a tracker, my animals and I spent an entire lifetime hunting the ones who could use a leg up. We legged up quite a few. Once upon the higher ground, that person got a good opportunity to see things differently. Once the motion started, the pulse quickened, the heart opened,  the download was complete. My job was complete. As they would return to the own reality, they could drink it in and thrive, or simply forget the whole interface. Remember, there are those who have entertained ANGELS unaware.  Are you awake, or did you miss it???? See ya in the barn. No one can make you drink - it is ALL up to you. Let's tighten up our fences.

 I took the time to see what was getting through my fences. Most importantly what was getting loose. I keep horses, they do not need to get out unless we are with them. I put up double gates right away, years ago and that has saved me the chase lots of times. Those fences however, over time get loosened, they droop. Just like when we age. I like it rock solid and trustworthy. I like it fit and strong.  An energy protector chosen by me and prayed for every single morning. It is just like Michael and Annie, the angels on deck every single day in my life  called to action in my opening meditation. WHO keeps you and yours safe? Fencing makes good security. Taking care of that security is ME! Do not wait for or let anyone else promise you a good fence. It is yours to choose and maintain.  It is the line of harmony, the agree to disagree. It is the balance I feel when I know they were checked and they are doing their job here. Our new Stella, young and energetic mare, checked the fence today. She took it on the nose, and the nose knows, it was pulsing and protecting. I smiled, and said, good lesson, a smart one only needs that one time. Live, love and learn. Protect what is yours, clean it up, love it and live in harmony on this planet every day of your life. YOUR CHOICE! See you in the barn.

GOD does not threaten THE RAINBOW of promise is the gift

 I was raised to fear GOD. AND not in good way. Kids know SOURCE, they were just together a moment ago. When an authority says you must pay to play, they are manipulating your allegiances. Controlling your money, beliefs, your energy and it's future.  Resurrection or ascension?? They want you to think that the resurrection is the gift. Ascension is! It is the GRAND FINALE!  Enoch did it, Elijah did too. Read about it in your BIBLE. Get out your energy tester, which ever one you know how to use. ASK. In the glory of the full light of love, stand...tell me your truth as I allow myself to see all, PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE. WHO are you?? WHY ARE YOU IN MY REALITY? I have seen some crazy stuff and as a child in revealing my visions and dreams to a fearful adult I was punished in some way. TOLD and then SOLD the party line of submission. YOU are here to have the freewill of choices abundant. Change your mind, change your life. Say what you want, see what that presents. Reckon or wreckless WHICH are you betting on?

 As you proceed you will get a chance to do both. It personal and collective. The race is on. I tried to reckon up when I had kids. I choose kids instead of a job. I raised my own, no daycare, no other job. Just us.  I took, did and said things on both levels. My world thought I was being very out there and wreckless. My willingness to become a Naturopathic Physician was in the eye/i's of others, WRECKLESS. Why would I leave a perfectly good reality for THAT???? When I bought a cornfield and built a healing center focusing on Horse Therapy for special needs beings - WRECKLESS one again. As I progressed I fought for the rights of alternative medicine in courts for 4 years - WRECKLESS. Here/hear I am in 2026, still doing the work. Now others are free from risk to pursue their dreams - safely. Horses, health, freedom and kids, lots of kids,  reckon me. I balance when that is my focus. The derby is today. Who is your trust in and who do you bet on? Bet on yourself. Be safe and as powerful and free and in harmony as you can possibly be. Focus on the outcome, the win is YOU showing up at the end, healthy and happy and in the winners circle. Safe and home again, celebrating!! How to take your power back.

 Believe it is YOUR power to begin with.  Your reputation,  your money, and your integrity. I sued an insurance company once 30 years ago and won! I learned in detail the philosophy of delay, deny, defend. It is a tactic used to take the power from the client and and use it against them. Especially when they are vulnerable.  Humans in stressful situations burn up and give up fast.  I work with that condition every day with my special needs clients. Lawyers know that trick, so do doctors, and some charge way to much when you are worried or scared. Bullying you to make under duress choices.  Yesterday I found out banks do that too! Here's how to keep your power. Document everything. I do! I ask my clients to do the same. Every appointment is invited to be documented. I asked the clerk at WESTCONSIN CREDIT UNION to document my loss and my claim. She refused! She started to note it as per my request and then crumpled it up and threw it away. Then she demanded I leave the building. TWICE!!! I watched in frustration her willingness to bully me. A hour of my time with what should have been a guaranteed 1 minute application and NO satisfaction. Whether the boss was at the bar, or on a golf course at 3 in the afternoon is of no consequence to me. Whether the underling incapable of handing issues with equipment malfunction is performing good customer service IS my business. Which will now be shopping around. Be a secret shopper, document everything, your phone will record and so will pen and paper. They have cameras too, ask to have a copy of their footage. Know your rights, and never let a bully take what is rightfully yours, with  threats. Use this to help others, tell your story, sell it to the highest bidder as a way of protecting the innocents. Nick Shirley changed to matrix on fraud in Minnesota, I changed it too back 2008. I have spent my career helping those in need. I love my work here, even when I am not at the ranch. Funny sidebar, just now another delay tactic employed, I was directed to Brian Manion as the one in charge, following and documenting each step per their request.. ANOTHER underling was directed to divert my time. DO they never quit??? Just do YOUR job, and if you cannot, go do something different. I will be in the barn.

 Understanding the power of math and geometry helps clarify things you want to know more about. Your inner self knows this and craves it. Lighter and brighter are a result of learning this gift. If it seems confusing, ask someone who seems not to be confused, or outdated, or judgmental or unwilling. I have said all my grown up years, never talk to a priest about an abortion, or suicide. They are the lowest frequency on the scale. The LOOSH, the fear in judgement is toxic.  If someone says BECAUSE I SAID SO, say thanks for being honest and move away - QUICKLY. NOOOOOOOO! then KNOW.  The 12 holds keys in every department. DNA strands - all 12 need to be reconnected. 12 months and 12 hours give the time needed for humans to accomplish that. 12 disciples took there/their upgrade from the 3 way showers. Mother Mary, the Mary of Magdalene and the Christos. Take that to water, sit quietly and ask for an option! Water is life, and you need as much clarity and purity you can embrace. Off to the beach today! We will hit the barn tomorrow, after the tanks are filled with crystal clear water for the horses! The last

 If you are ready now, move out of the end of the line and into position. The days of watching from the sidelines is over now. The disclosure is now. You were man-handled, or if even harder, you were woman handled. Some knew new. The Indigo kids did. The lightworkers, and way showers did too. Many however stayed in line, quietly trying not to have to step up and  simply

remain silent. Now is the last chance to do just that. STEP UP! If you get a feeling, say something. If you have a regret or an unwillingness, say something. If it looks wonky, it IS wonky. Do not be fooled or bullied. Take your knowing, it feels shivery and exciting. If not addressed honestly and immediately, it will cause anxiety and ultimately panic and anaphylaxis. Dream about making the world a better place?

 I did. When my body broke and they said there/their was no cure. I did. I thought about suffering, not being able to sleep, being stuck with pharmacy, being moody and in pain, not having access to my playful self. Mostly I thought about my littles. Jessie and Carly deserved a much healthier and happier mom. They were innocent. I went into a dream. I saw the ranch, the horses, the littles and their keepers finding the medicine they were in need of. It came with sunshine and snowflakes. It came with music and food.  It came with heritage. It came with an honest view of their futures. So I got to work. I learned Naturopathy, I learned Equine Education, I learned homeopathy, I learned Herbology, I learned nutrition, I learned yoga and aikido. Then I applied the learning to their life along with mine. We grew strong together. They now do the same for their littles and those who surround them. Come join me for your Vision quest. How to build a trust

 I put some land along the Rush River in a trust. It was too precious to let it be trampled by loss of it's virgin forest and field. Water was running and I felt the need to put it in a trust for safe keeping since water is life. I want trusts every where. In fields, in water, in air, with people, in institutions and MOST of all in me! I want to trust what is presented is true and real. I want to know for a fact that what I sense/cents has the value I need. Saying NO/KNOW is necessary but not/knot always easy. I trust that when I do say KNOW/NO, I am respected for my choice. Animals and children and special and unique needs require a building process of any trust at all of any kind. I learned not to trust as a child, I have spent my life here, rebuilding. My girls, I trust. They showed me how even in stress, that everything would come to balance again. I use horses for a lesson in trust. One of my clients spent time learning to get close enough to the horse, to be able to trust the horse would  NOT step on her foot! She learned to trust over time and real effort and a lot of laughing about it. Yesterday she bought her first horse after years of building the trust within she needed to step up! Determine now what and who you trust. Look at your own life and it's reflection of trust. I trust you will see the potential and path way to safety and security and the joy that comes from real TRUST! It is time to believe. I will be in the barn, working on trust with an old horse. 

Home plate

 As the spring launches her wave of awakening, be home.  Load up your plate. Spring will wash over you like a wave of fresh air, clean water and a good look around at what you are to steward. I encourage you to do your own work

 Test it. Check it out. Try it on for size. Get a feel for it. HAND FAST for a year before you commit to it long term. Your terrain is like the garden you grow in the back yard. Fruits, vegetables, flowers, weeds - ALL YOU! Choose the seeds carefully, the catalogue is huge. Like the Sears Roebuck catalogs from long ago. Pages of  pictures, descriptions and pricing need your attention. Get your marker and choose. It gets your hope goin!!. We did it before Christmas, and dogeared  the pages with the stuff we wanted. HOPING that it would be there under the tree! Lots came from those choices. Let the light shine on the seeds, bees or raspberries, you decide. I choose WATER!! Mni Wiconi!! It supports all life here, it is sacred and sovereign and free to all. Keep it clean, love it's vitality. It is the most and best of the blue planet. Protect it like it is precious! Celebrate the little water and the big water too. Go to it with a song, a poem, tobacco, or an event of life and love and laughter. Take her burden of yuck away when you pack up. A day at the beach in the sunshine of the spring will boost your spirit, and upgrade your energy. I will garden that!! Happy Earth day!  My garden is full of horses - PERFECT! See ya in the barn.

Break it down to break through

 Those walls of steel we build around ourselves as we divert the energy in our path. First a shield, then a wall. Kids do not have either until they are provoked and build their own safe space. You can see it in their eyes/I's. My eyes tell the story without hesitation. My words are whispers when I am provoked, but my eyes are fire. In the growth of that reality here, the liver and the kidneys, ruling the short sight and the long sight are in charge. Like the strings of the puppet, the get pulled and the eyes respond immediately. Fear or anger present themselves. Defenses are raised. I personally would rather deal with an anger response than a fear response, but both need acknowledgment. The kidney fear needs a glass of water with a little sea salt on the inside to cool down. The liver anger fire needs to swim in the cool for the outside. When the process is triggered a knowing parent can abort the potential loss with eye to eye contact. Kneel down, look them in the eyes and hear/here my words of love and support. They're/there comes the break through. Walls of less, lack and loss crumble in the I's/eyes of love. In the barn where many eyes/I's are on me, horses and now, more horses keep me in their sights, as we work on the break through needed. RISK the game I played as a kid

 Strategy was key to the adventure. So 60 years later I study Aikido. Strategy is the game. It requires being fully present, focusing on one thing as it pertains to many things. It is powerful, it is silky, it is personal. I can not throw a ball. An injury from childhood changed that trajectory. When I became a swimming instructor I had to pass a test with all the strokes mastered, including the butterfly. No thing less would do. I spent weeks in the pool at Bemidji State University practicing that BUTTERFLY! Humans are all practicing their/there/they're butterfly. Some emerge! Others keep practicing. There was NO RISK in practicing, there was more risk in becoming the master. I mastered that stroke and got certified. AND FITTER as a side effect. I also got a good job working with kids!  I do not see that as risk. I see it as strategy. Are you ready for your butterfly?? Next...for me, the bow and arrow of Kyudo, the martial art. I am Sagittarius, the Archer, the human/horse combination. With Libra Rising, I add the element of air to Sun and Moon  double fire. Imagine what my flaming arrow can ignite now. These are the gifts we are invited to use to learn to determine OUR BEST STRATEGY! What are you aiming for now? Practice. Speak the words of love, of light, of peace, of health, of happiness. False???

 In the light of truth all is seen/scene. If the light is fading the being carrying that less, lack and loss, it will squawk and holler on its way out. False is noisy and disagreeable.  For me it is unliked. A liar repeats their noise again and again in their dimming energy field. Fear kills the host. It is how this world rolls, cortisol flows till empty and the heart simply stops. No one can relight the extinguished fire here. It is a job that Source gladly performs with reassignment of that being. Our world has gone in two directions. I am in the new world, where truth, justice and love are the daily components, along with a good golf game. Truth is that is the way of the day here. Laughter, light and love with a sprinkle of health, happiness and horses! No thing less will do. See ya in the barn. Control your broadcasts, you are being recorded. There is no/know way to unshoot those arrows. Think before you speak it will be your outcome, not anyone else's. Karma is instant now. Time is new here. You are only one you are looking for, look deeply into the MIRROR! SEE/SEA???

She asked we answered

 Kids ask questions. I do still. I was offered a penny a minute to stay quiet as a little girl. I never earned a nickel. That old man who offered that to me at age 5 was nasty and had secrets and hurt people. He also  existed in constant pain. He was a real pain in every aspect of his reality and those who knew him! I wanted to know why! The damage he left behind will now need to healed by the next generation or the next after that. If it goes unspoken and unenlightened the wait/weight will be forever a burden. If you carry the weight/wait of a traumatic childhood, or a toxic relationship do not let the abuse stand, it is time to STAND IN THE LIGHT AND LET IT LEAVE. Like smoke from the fire, let it rise to the heavens. I watched a dark energy fight to stay with the host, the warrior kept trying to send it back to the darkness  and it did not want to go.  I was 12 years old and even I knew that was not how to get the job done. Coax it into the light, hold your ground, speak words of healing and HOPE! Use it's energy to turn it into the matrix of love.  No-thing here was not created in love.  LOVE is like going HOME. Getting derailed happens. ASK and you will be answered. All is scene/seen. What I see is opportunity. Every day, every where, there is a chance to be kind. To pay someone's debt. To laugh at the mess. To let it go, get on with it. You came here to listen, learn, love, and upgrade. GOOD LUCK! It is the best choice you will ever make. See you in the barn! ANSWER the call

Get a job. A career. The University I went to said, be a nurse, a social worker or a teacher. That is your choice here for your future here. I got certified to be a swim instructor. A great job! Lifeguarding was slow and kind of boring, teaching on the other hand was engaging especially with kids. My college class was all guys on the swim team, the coach was the professor. He allowed me my chance to swim and I took it and passed! When I got home my mother was very unhappy about the unwillingness I had to choose something more lucrative. The lucrative part is the joy, the willingness to show up with a glad heart and the audience of eager learners. When you get the call consider the lucrative components. Test the energy of the offer.  Some people find their bounty in being sick. Others in being out of control. Others are just bullies. An offering  of Tell then Sell!  If you do not buy my line, we will separate you. Separate your  own self first, without the opinion of any other human go into your own field and hold your space. When the smile starts cracking, you are in the right frame. Let it be. Absorb your own self love with all it's potential and allow the vision of your future self to come to you. Draw it, write about it, make it into a song! Save it! When the time is best the door will be there, OPEN WIDE. Then and only then  - DECIDE. To all of you out there - answer your own call! How much is left in your TRUST?

 We all have one, a TRUST account. You start filling it up as a child. WHO takes you in when you are a little, puts in the first deposits. When we are in a loving space it can grow. If we are just a survivor, the well tends to run low or even dry. If abuse is present that reality goes into trauma. Traumatized kids are easy to spot, they tend to stick out in some way.  Loud or quiet, sick or healthy, angry or animated. When the soul gets free from youth, it hunts for trust to add back in to the account. Predators see the low trust, the weak, the needy. I got my trust broken with an on line  FACEBOOK vendor. I have never tried an online Facebook buy before. I will not make that mistake ever again. Saddest part was the seller claimed a christian resume. Even said he would be late to deliver as church and Jesus came first. NO dELIVERY WAS MADE. Disappointing yes, but when a human uses the name of CHRIST in vain, as he did. I am not waiting around for the fall-out. Remember we are watched, every single soul. Whether you understand that or not, it will all come out in the wash. Welcome to the FULL DISCLOSURE of love and truth. Keep an I/EYE out for those last cheaters they make false claims. They are in the crosshairs of the light. I for one, and glad I am also in the crosshairs of the LIGHT!! Glad to be there, thank you Mother, Father, Brother, Sister crew from the Stars! I will be in the barn. 

Harmony

I do not dislike a solo, yet harmony is my favorite. Voices on their own combining to create magic. Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young concerts were attended the nights before both my daughters were born. My girls came into this world under the influence of harmony! Contracts take differences and find the common denominator, and harmony is agreed upon. This world would rather have trauma and discord, it charges for that. Doctors, lawyers and politicians count on disharmony to supply their bank accounts. The heavier  and noisier the conflict, the bigger the bills. Horses in conflict back up. They take a look. They stand on  their 2 feet to raise the site of the fight. ONLY if they are provoked again will they strike. One hit and off with the head of the attacker. You decide where your relationships find harmony. Health requires harmony, not conflict. Fear has no place in healing. If you need the piece of peace, take your time away. Listen to the melody first, that is your input! Then add harmony.  Listen again, here/hear the beauty of harmony. Ask your guardians, your guides and  your Higher Self, for that higher view. Then stand on your own  2 legs and even rear up to see over the talking heads. It helps! You are learning by listening to harmony. Horses in relating to humans love harmony, agreement, balance and the beauty produced in the song of the ride is incredible. See you in the barn.

THESIS

 We have a chance to write the thesis of our choice in the field we choose. I wrote mine on AURIC ENERGY to get my Doctorate as a Naturopathic Physician.  An A plus was my grade. That meant it was true and right and good. I helped with a thesis of equine guided education and presented it at a conference in 2008. It was true and good and right. It was after that that I made the news!!! I went to court to prove the work here was true and right and good. It was a 4 year chance to prove it. I WAS in my thesis live. I won then changed the laws and took home the trophy. Local and federal institutions were given a chance to prove me wrong. DID NOT HAPPEN!! I am now presenting my her-story and the whole reality of nature and the healing offered. Everyone deserves a chance to be heard/herd. and healed. My friends tell me on the bareback of a horse my message is broadcast best. We are fun, and funny, all seeing and willing to share the whole story. New horses are coming today, we will keep you posted with upcoming opportunities. Our barn opens May 1. Plan your retreat, your private experience or your group gathering. Astro signs

 My Native name is Mahpiya, One who sits on clouds. I have sky watched since I was a little. Hawks and eagles, soaring and circling were in my line of sight/site. Whether/weather or not, I went outside. That meant no ceiling, the sky is the limit,  was not true. Cosmic stars and suns and moons, and home planets were there for me to remember.  I dream, navigating the night while wide awake and yet asleep. It is my way. I see the signs. I do natal charts for those who need a wider view of their/there embodiment here.  Learn yours!  As you make your way into the new age, see UP... That's gonna' leave a mark

 Energy is yours to learn. You came in as a breath of life force. You leave the same way. Last breath in this form is first breath in the next CHOICE. Your life here is choice filled. In learning to navigate the planet you are doled out energy to work with. Littles get a little bit. Bigs end up with what they create in form along the way. Light or dark, bright or dull, fun or not.....the energy you express is YOURS and it is gonna' leave a MARK! Be aware, awake and accountable. I teach bareback horsemanship. The fly on the horse is an energy felt and dealt with. YOU are a fly. You create marks. If you choose to damage or scar something with a bite or a sting, it is your energy, waiting for you to heal it clean and clear  and ask for forgiveness. If your childhood left marks it is your opportunity to heal them instead of passing them on. Careful what you wish for, you will receive it. Speak what you are willing to wear. Leave only light and love and laughter where the scar yous'd/used to be. Face your foe, it lives within your matrix and you have the energy and the ability to right/write it. Tell your story in the gift of accountability and the healing will spread like water spilled. MNI WICONI - water is life! Time to sparkle. I will be in the barn!

Guided or guarded?

 Should you choose? PRIORITY, that's your key. Kids for sure need both. Women have been doing the LION'S share of that for a very long time. Balance is the answer, as men take back their power to guard and guide and NURTURE! It takes the strongest soul to nurture, a community in support of nurturing is also key. Do you hang with those who have your back? Or is risk a daily buzz? I see adrenal fatigue all the time. The fight or flight has been on HIGH for far too long. How is that relevant to healing...it is not. Rest and sleep are when a human heals. Time out and away from the drama and the trauma is the first step. WHERE do I go? I go into nature, I travel, I always go to water. I take naps, I look at inspirational choices as my only interest. If I get bored, I get sick. If I am worried I am out of balance. If I get hurt by any thing outside of me, I leave and never go back. If you need an hour, a day, a weekend, let us help you. I will be in the barn and you can come too!! ASKED and answered

 Can you hear/here????? Prayer is the ask. It is the taught. It is an energy drain not used in context and balance with the LISTEN. Your mouth is SOURCE energy. In or out, the power point of being human starts right there. I sometimes must keep mine shut. I learned as a child, the hard hitting way, that my direct approach and honest commentary was TOO MUCH for some humans. I asked if lying was a safer choice, and got the same HITTING of my face as a smart aleck. It was there the trauma of being hit found a home and left a mark. It would take me on a journey to break that curse, and heal that mark that ended when I was 15. At that point I could either become that same threatening whacker or break it once and for all. I broke it, and left it there.  I am not a hitter. My daughters are hitters. The line died that day long ago to the memory that that choice was in any way Helpful. I take Aikido lessons, I am learning to use the other's power to move them from my field eliminating the threat. It is strengthening to my worth. I have taught the same lesson

with giant horses for 25 years here at HAWK'S RIDGE RANCH. I started with autistic humans, as they at that time seemed the most in need of an upgrade. It worked! Listening is communication, in balance with prayer or words expressed outwardly, it creates balance. That is magic! That is where I will be today, in the magic of the barn!! You asked and I answered, doing my favorite things is how I live.

Polish the lenses of your I's/eyes

 Someone said to me you always look nice. I thought about that and it is true, it is important to me that I look nice. I was taught that as a little girl. My mom made sure of that. I also have a view of things in the world and more often than not, it looks nice too. I work in the world of wellness as that looks nice to me. What looks nice to YOU!? Easter is a day to celebrate the return of the SON/SUN. Seeing through fogged or dirty lenses distorts the truth of beauty in the light and it's place here. Polish up, rinse thoroughly, and see the reality of the gift of YOU. You are made in DIVINE DESIGN. Simply see and be the magic of the truth. Beauty is in the "I"  of the beholder. YOU are that I/eye. Seeing the world healing with a vision of the divine, is a good way to choice healing, it is a side effect! It effects all that surrounds you! You are the visionary, the missionary, the warrior and the mechanic. Happy Easter, spring is back and the sun is waking up the earth. My horses are prancing in the rain! I will be in the kitchen today, party happening at the barn house!!

Sending UP a flare

 When you feel unseen/unscene you can always send up a flare. It can attract the attention and focus from wherever you need, to address the need. It is a choice. When I had IC, the pain was consistently horrifying. In recovery especially during the dental upgrades, I would F L A R E !!! Making me crazy and pushing me further. Humans when disturbed by there/their own growth, stop at the littlest relief. I know I do that sometimes. Then it starts again, FLARING. My attention is returned to the focus of the situation and the lessons yet unlearned. When you can not see the way through, send up your flare. Choose your audience. I choose SOURCE, I choose Jeshua and Mary 1 and Mary 2. Mostly I choose Archangel Micheal. He is my immediate superior. I always get heard/herd. Listening is the key for me. Finding isolation and hunkering down- I WRITE/RIGHT eveything. RIGHT AWAY the confusion and it's need for immediate attention. Choice offered, choices used. YOU ARE THE ONE with all the choices! I choose the barn! See you there.

Coming out of the smoke

 Fire burned through the illusions of humanity's needs/kneads. They thought and became programmed to believe that something on the outside was more important than something on the inside. Easter reminds us of the FRESH START programming. Into the fires of change we enter. I do it in a sweat lodge or a sauna. I am hard pressed to stay there very long. As the inner energy rises to the surface, I begin to see through the smoke. I emerge purified from surface stuff that is complete with me. AND the rinse off is very refreshing. Refresh now, the fresh start of knowing you are the one you are looking for is the next step. Scraping of the hardened surface material is your responsibility. Find the space, the time and let it leave you. A vision quest - short or long, written or sung or simply allowed can offer the next step in your fresh start. The smoke of a pine fire produces forgiveness. The smoke of the sage purifies. The smoke of tobacco protects. AND the smoke in your eyes/I's is leaving, inviting in a vision of  the new YOU. Look inside - you have been waiting for YOU! Resurrect yourself, it will be YOUR miracle of coming on out of that cave. THEN come and see us in the barn. That is place where/wear we add back  balance, harmony and ultimately, FULL POWER with an elevated view. Mount up! Let's ride.

April 1 - pink libra full moon upgrade

 Use your experience and knowing and worm your family and critters. This frost out timing is perfect. I post on line Hawk's Ridge Ranch and there are clear articles to show you the way. Ants in your pants is a real thing. Addictions fed  as the parasite population within will not take NO for a answer. Ask a cop, an EMT, an emergency room worker, a parent and those who are involved with mental health. They will say those moons that hatch the next batch are brutal. Keep the terrain healthy. Bacteria, virus, fungus and parasite will let you know when that terrain is in disharmony. Use your pendulum and use your natural remedies to balance back that garden within. The Libra PINK is for family and friends and harmony. Agree to disagree. Agree to love, do not need to always like. Live in authenticity and celebrate the time here well spent. I will well-come this new age and my family and friends for the celebration of Easter. I will be in the barn and they will too!

what SHE said.......

 Hannah as a little bit, said a lot. MOM!! I am so mad THAT you......It could be anywhere and anytime. She was tiny and I would laugh out loud. WHAT on earth does that mean? I would ask Darcy her mother that very question. Turns out she was never mad AT her, only THAT her. As a little one you call em' as you see em'. Banks called the new kitten I got for him - THE SMOKER. I gave that some thought. It turned into SMOKE and she took her name and her rightful place in his family. Two grown ups, two dogs, a little rainbow child and his bestie - SMOKE! Ask your children what do they see in the family you gave them. Listen with your whole heart and let your ego take a time out. Are you hearing/here-ing their truth? In the appointment here at Hawk's Ridge Ranch and The Healing Arts Wellcare Center, I insist those parents listen. Taping the sessions and bringing them home to re-here/hear. Remember THEY chose YOU! Ask what is THAT  that is so out of balance for your little. Do you know who they are? The choices we make come in three parts

 Child, maiden, then crone for instance. The HOLY TRINITY of the Divine Feminine timeline. I chose health, happiness and horses as my professional triad. I teach allow, align and appreciate as the fastest system of learning I know here/hear. As you allow, you open the door to more. It requires permission, children do not have that choice until they are 18. Seniors have authority over what is allowed in their reality. Finding a reliable adult to assist is harder now than ever before. If you know a child who needs some positive and protective presence, STEP UP and volunteer! Be the ONE. Next comes a chosen alignment. You can exit that alignment any time you choose. JUST remember that YOU chose  that reality, on some level, for some reason. When you understand and have had enough of that particular alignment, re-lease it upward in a prayer, or a ceremony, or a good sweat.  Nullify and void the CONTRACT you had. YOUR'S no longer. What, who and where and how you appreciate is what stays, thrives, and becomes a part of your program. I appreciate health, happiness and horses, so I will open the barn for clients May 1, 2026. Your story

 Every child needs a favorite story. Every story needs a hero. Turns out when you find yours it turns out to be you! Finding the story is life's grand adventure. Remembering you came to play to leading role and being the hero in your own story is the miracle and the magic. I introduce humans to their inner hero in my work here/hear. I map and explain their body. The organs, the teeth, the spine and the meridians are measured and weighed. I show them their natal chart. Sun sign, moon sign and the rising sign of expression. I show them how looking in the mirror and charting their own process is far more fruitful than comparing yourself to another human. We have fingerprints to remind us we are ONE of a kind. If you are really looking for details we have DNA and blood types. Now we are returning to 12 strands of data and input. I think the mirror of the horse is big enough to see yourself in Panavision!! Relatives, rare and worth it

 To different degrees we are all one big universal family. Locally we seem separate. The willingness to complain about those who YOU chose to incarnate with is un-remembered. Taken away from you by the institutions that thrive on your isolation. In community we are stronger. In community we are wiser. In community the parties are larger and full of energy and cake and champagne! I love that knowing. It extends to nature and all those family members. And at the point of no return you remember you are cosmic, you are Source, you are pure power. The nucleus is the fire within. Light it up, look in the mirror, and see the real YOU. Those who annoy you reflect back to you. The YOU in them as a relative, in consent through contracts. Deny and delay and you will always be in defense. Fight or flight is the buzz those harvesting trauma want to provoke. If you are being tortured in some way by some choices you are facing say this. STAND IN THE LIGHT AND TELL ME WHO YOU ARE AND WHY YOU ARE HERE. What do you need now, to rise up and away from me and mine, allowing you the return to SOURCE you are using me for. Know you are a light and a bridge, they only provoke YOU because  you are worth it and they want to be worth that much too. Forgiveness is allowing the pain part of you to heal. The lesson to be graded an A plus and complete. Gratitude is the reinforcement that seals the deal once and for all. My thesis in my doctorate was on AURAS. I see them, always have. I use the gift every single day. It helps my practice as a doctor, and more so as a mother and a friend. I got an A plus! I was so surprised I called the professor. He said it was rare to give

, and he was glad to give it. Get your A plus on!! You are rare and worth it too. See ya in the barn.

Navigating

 Doors open to memories and commitments made and forgotten. When I was 40 years old I went for hypnosis to recover the reason for using tobacco. The therapist said, OH I CAN MAKE YOU QUIT.  I said so can I, I want to remember. I went backwards in my memory and my commitments. Long story for another day. It started an upgrade and a wider view in my personal commitment to my kids and my field of work  and my genetic codes. Tobacco is the energy of protection and a covenant so sacred and blessed it is regulated by government, just like GUNS are. A T F is the governing body in the USA. See who is governing what and who and most importantly WHY for yourself. The church is another regulator. The universites are too. Medicine is another.

Show me the way

 Or how about this? Show me A way.  I have my own ways of doing things. Some of my ways are very different than other's. As you open to the possibilities the ways show you. The 12 o'clock hour  is different than the 3 o'clock hour. Both legit. December is different than May, still both legit. A 4 year old is different than a 16 year old. I used to make others insecure when I would show them my ways. It has become more understood now. I used to be called the witch doctor, or the voodoo queen. It was not meant to support my way, it was to point me back around to those who fear and tried to keep me in the way they lived. It was a threat of loss. It took some getting used to. I went my own way.  I have hope. There are those without hope. There are those without faith. My way is about the love of those choices. Look around for choices of hope, choices of growth, and expansion. I am that I am all that I can be - loved, guided and guarded.
