Afford

 Can you afford your ....???? What is the priority you consider most??? To have a kid??? To have a home??? To take a trip?? Health? Safety? Warmth - on every level? Today is October 1, 2026 in Wisconsin at a pivotal time. Rewrite the affordability clause to match the loves you need. I match to this place, this earth star focus and wellness for the innocents. Nature, kids and critters. I use the abundance clause for their nourishment and protection. Extra is good too.  I know many are ready for a rewrite. Sit in a safe space, look to the sunrise and as she enters in for your day -1-1-1 style. Say out loud I am affording all that I choose. Period. See you at the beach, it is a river kind of day. Ozone and sunlight. 

Take time to make time to be their/there

 Even if only in thoughts take time to make time to be their/there. A flash of connection reminds you to be there/their. THERE/THEIR where they are still. Kids need the knowing in flesh or memory, thoughts are real and choices come from that space. They generate energy, they ring bells, they flash connections. Think first. Teach that to a kid, a neighbor, anyone alone. If or when I need something I say so. Lost to no one, if it is out of my site/sight, it doesn't mean it is not there/their. On my earth journey I was sent to the Pacific Ocean. I was told the water would connect me to the WHOLE. I put my feet and my intentions and big crystal into the water. Nine days later it came around to the start where I began the process. Give your time to your NINE. A CYCLE OF COMPLETIONS. Nothing less. Where we go one, we go all. Connect. If the reception is poor, work on your receivership. Clear, clean and willing. Thanks for all the opportunities practice what I preach!!

Behind the scene/seen

 Secrets are moving out from the shadows. Revelations is the grand finale, the final chapter of this story. Eons and eras concluding with an upgrade. Using the fear of the unknown is noisy news. Do not give it energy. Leave to those in that specialty. Michael the Archangel is lighting it up now. Today we celebrate the knowing. One day I saw him and Gabriel enter an auditorium I was in. Big, bright, very beautiful and willing to talk. I listened. When the service was concluded I shared my vision. Receiving a welcome response.

I knew I had delivered their presence with an opening for many here. If I can see my guardians, you too will soon. Today LOOK and LISTEN! Celebrate your ability to see more, add in and raise the frequency. I will too and will see far and wide the miracles we are here/hear to access. Look in the background and feel the deal. It is a promise for all, and yet a gift that must be chosen.

if and or but

 Takes away your power to choose your destiny.  start fresh, new, lighter with the if and or but reality you are used to  choosing each day.  I listen to excuses, I here/hear tales of blame or loss or misfortune. I also know that when you wake up each day, there opens a new list of choices for me. I draw a card, I write a page, I stand outside, I see and the I say what I choose. I have chosen sleep lately. I have chosen me! I rise and shine and decide something. I do that every single day. Get out your list of dreams! A pony was what my sister wanted in 1965, and she got one. I preferred the beach, I got it close until I bought one in 1987. It may not be instantaneous, but what you believe you will receive. End of loss for those who know this. If you share it with one other person, you have done your best work. See you in the barn! NO if's or and's or but's about it. I dreamed it and it is here!

Blowing on dead embers

 Someone said to me years ago...asking about my truth, not telling me, that that is how they perceive me...WHY oh WHY do I do THAT ALL THE time???  Truth is we all made agreement before this lifetime. Mine is that. Seek and ye shall find. Look for the light in all things. You will find a way, a truth and your calling will be manifest. SO I went in to balancing of health, working on the worst thing first. This year it changed and I was told to blow on those fading embers for that one flash of light's potential. So I got a night job. First I had to work on me.  Trauma is being fanned in a fire where love and potential could instead be grown. Fear is used to extinguish the flame of growth and healing. Noise and confusion take the stage. Pain is born.  From the other side when we look into this realm, it is obvious. This realm is purging it self of the toxic and the fears being broadcast. Look for the light, see it although it may small. Kids HAVE IT! Nature and her's have it. If it feels too bleak or scarey, WALK ON!! Say no/know and go learn more. Protecting your legacy and your planet is YOUR JOB NOW> Just do it!! I have found light here at Hawk's Ridge Ranch for 26 years - SEE?

Seizures

 She has up to 30 per day. Falls a lot. Rarely when she is up on the horse, commonly when she is standing.  Bang the sound when the floor gets engaged with her body and her noggin. It comes into my knowing like a gunshot. Loud and clear - B A N G!  And yet she has joyfully ridden bareback here for 15 years and the horse knows her and tenderly takes her onward. The connection is healing. When the receiver is plugged in the music starts. It animates the area with colors. I have yet to have a human override the horse field. Someone asked if those horses were specially trained, I said yes. When engaged this way the broadcasts of upgrading the power they have is palpable. Visit a barn, a farm, an event. Feel the natural upgraded flow of energy and beauty along with the balance of the frequencies. We all benefit, clients, parents, family and volunteers alike.  Something to consider. It is magic as it's spread offers so much. Time, calendar and D N A. No one told you that one. JUNK was what you heard/herd. Siphoning it's potential was the goal of some who knew/new. For you now it is ready for the HOOK UP. Imagine the 2 strands, disconnected from the other 10, like lost orphans. Introduce them to one another. Like a child getting to stay up past bedtime. It is TIME! It is exciting! I have 5 nines in my chart. COMPLETION is my merit. 12 my goal. I did that when I was younger and my children did too. I dream of a world upgraded  to the 12 and fully in the light of love and safe space. Math is us. Geometry is sacred. Music delivers. It is going to be a good day!! See ya in the barn.

You can decide -- sword or wand.

 In the Tarot Deck there are cups, pentacles, wands and swords.  We choose which. I have a sword in one hand and a wand in the other. I use them both effectively. I do not prefer one or the other. I look before I decide. The sword puts me in a space to clear the brush and drop the blockages that interfere with a clear vision. My Sword is my voice. Other have fists, odors, or other ways of brandishing their/there sword. Bullies and scaredy cats are careless with that tool. Others use it as a cutting edge for new knowledge and the whack away at the blockages. The Wand is mystical, it is fast and vast. It comes with Light. It sparkles and pops. It is quick. Every day DECIDE for yourself what you will use today. I know we are ready for that. Pick up your own tools, share them with your kids, show them how they work. So much at our fingertips unremembered, Remember this, you are the one you are building, and the tools you need are right in front of you.

The twinkle in your I/EYE !!

 I have always had a twinkle in my eye! Looks like trouble some would say.  Looks like fun, others would see. Looks like magic to me. Hannah and Alyssa said it looks like PERMISSION to us. Banks thinks it is a NANA BOBCAT moment, and the big machine is firing up and the adventure is ON! Humanity's light has been harvested too often and the twinkle drained out of the I. Little kids and kittens and puppies and baby horses all offer those twinkles, sparks and bucks and kick starts. My mother called me the Pied Piper and the gathering would begin! I saw Jessie's twinkle as Kokopelli, the following would ignited. Carly's twinkle is different, safe and interested. You can see it gone, you notice the loss. The light will flicker for a moment it not added back into another love light it will dim, then OUT and GONE it goes. I see death's door, the flame going low. I know it is simply as what is coming if something doesn't restore the twinkle. Find your laugh, find your light, the passion of the fire is needed on earth just now as we make our way into a new earth! See you there!! Let's light it UP!

Publicity

 Some love the idea of the publicity supporting permission. Did I get a thumbs up? Even if you did, the thumb is neutral energy. Lymph and lung, the Hoku in the web where the meridians line up with the eight of the fingers is the next stop. Convergence in the liver meridian, the filter and the furnace of my body. My voice is involved, as is my skin and hair and nails. My heater kicks in, I sweat or shiver, I speak or swear or become silent, I have harmony or discord and I complain or in a call for help, yell out. When those things are present, take the time out you need/knead. Look at other options, ask those you may not/knot know yet. I am a drop of light animating the water here. Engaging in healthy connection I can light the knight/nite! In toxic overload I sink. I have given you an idea, take it and use it. No one is here to save you. YOU are the ONE you have been searching for. Publicity not needed, the only hearts you seek are within and above! See the sea - it sparkles with potential! It is yours for the asking.

The continuing adventures

 I love those stories of adventures. Books are loaded with that magical movement. If you tell a story it's can expand at will. What is your's?  Long with eons of history or short and to the point! Both authentic. It's personal and global and cosmic. You are light here seen/scene from the stars, just like you see them. Your star story is to be your focus. Mine has been all along. I blog it for the world, I own it as mine and the Universe's. Knowing who, how, what and why, there/their is the adventure. Enjoy the journey. We chose this!

 

Privilege

 Define the version you relate to. What I considered PRIVILEGE as a child was different than now. I see the smiles in the eyes/I's in a human as a privilege I love access to. It makes me smile too.  I see the gift of being human. I see the opportunity after opportunity to see life here as one incredible chance of the privilege of trying. I love trying. Think of what you would live to try next. A water walk, a babysit, a really good meal? You have control over your choices, be daring in the twilight of your human run. I went to my reunion, it was a privilege to hear stories of less and more. I felt blessed and privileged to be there. Find a privilege you have and share it! It will lighten the day and bring more choices you never saw as privileges until now. Fresh water, bright sunlight, good neighbors???? Who knew it was so simple?  Just dogs, happy and loving and so much fun, my privilege to have and love. YOU?

Labor Day

Having a baby is labor day. The real deal.  Leaning into the knowledge of the gift of a child, beyond love. Think about the present moment on when it presents the magic. Tomorrow - not now, not yet, maybe not ever. In the LABOR of love, define yours and begin now! I see the child's eyes/I's, in every soul here. Let's all do that. It is why, today, and the greatest gift given - LABOR!!!! the gift that keeps o giving.

R U ready? Trust or threaten? YOU are the choice maker.

 Born beneath the SPICA STAR. I was. It is here now lighting the Venus connection on Sept 2. I know timing, I am not late. In this gift of benevolent support, many wonderful things are up for your choosing. Trust is mine. Threaten never much an option. I am a daredevil, if you push. I may push back. I have been known to do that. My others pushed. My parents, TV stations, partners, best friends, even my wonderful girls. I took those sticks, those belts, those pain makers and I broke them stick over my own knee, the threat of corporal, bruise leaving punishment, obliterated. YOU  WILL MISS ME WHEN I AM GONE> End of an era! I was grateful to be of service. The Creator trusts us by being trust worthy at a cosmic level. Are you? If you say you will - is it true??? Or do you have to start over again in the rebuild of  trusting you? Three sleeps for that spica energy. Line it up. Accuracy and intention count. I meditate daily as an alignment constant. I trust the process. YOUR TURN!!! Be someone we can trust.

Please remember your wormer!

 As our gardens yield so does our health. Summer is SUN light. It is warmth and growth, then harvest. Timing is cosmic. The full moon says birth is supported. If you do not want - itchy, twitchy, rash producing birth of your parasites. Full moon worm - NOW!  do ninety days in a row, then maintain the monthly schedule. You will flourish under the light and the willingness to do your OWN maintenance. Ask for guidance, support and a willingess to learn. Purge in a clay bath, a sun bath or a mineral soak. I AM!! All animals and all humans here are clear to navigate - The magic is delievered.

Indigo children are you OK?

 Ever since I was a child I saw colors swirl around certain children. They caught my eye/I. I could see them a mile away. I just knew/new. My parent thought it was too much. Always checking out and sometimes checking them in. If you knew me, you knew others too. I introduce. I also dismiss. I am here as helper. My lifetimes here complete. Would I come for  support for the Indigo Kids this time?  I said yes. I saw stress. Out of balance humans with gifts from the future. Unleashing the flow of this was pending. Finding ways to calm it down and mend it was my way. Today I am learning another choice for their/there/they're support and growth. CBD  support. Sleep and remain calm and override pain. Buried treasures

 We are taught to see low and follow the programing of low expectation and results. It is the scary  stuff that gets the attention.  Let's leave that the buried treasure of learning from our story, hers or his, where /wear it lies. The school of life we are attending is opening up in the light. Hiding will only work for a kid. Grown ups, stand up and take their/there place. This is the time to mount up with wings! It supports our future. Take your time out, it is called for on a regular basis. Leave it all for a week. Let it find better footing, time and distance does that.  A vision quest with no outer influence, just you and your new normal. Ask to stay here, we can do that. Healing is an inside job done in safe and loving space. When complete... reapply. I look forward to seeing the potential and witnessing the miracles! I will be in the barn.

HAWC - The Healing Arts Wellcare Center

 It started with the idea of health in america. I was inspired by how nature and children and critters, in their/there innocence we so easily harmonized with one another. A kitten can heal a child with their purring. A puppy with their enthusiasm, and of course there/their is the HORSE! I invested. The future of the disharmonized was bleak. I wanted flow for the future, not static. I wanted grounded and free falling to be choices. When I saw how, I learned bio-energetics and the testing of that energy. Good notes, off notes, easy to read and remedy. Ask those who have used the system. Know your lightbody

 IMAGE IN. Before you embodied you were. I know where I was and I still volunteered to return to EARTH. WHAT on earth was I smoking??? I like kids and critters and they were looking for a MAMA SIOUX/SU. I am her. I am also Dr.Su of Hawk's Ridge Ranch, a therapeutic horse facility,  home to the Healing Arts Wellcare Center and my clinic. 2020 blew on in like a hurricane and the change was locked in. I took a time out and developed patients/patience of another frequency. Kind of slow, fruitful though. I am a SEER. I am also a dreamer. I used the superpowers I brought to see and dream larger. My Rainbow Light body is working it's way to the surface of my human skin suite, energizing it's way through the dross, the trauma blocks and  creating the way out, with a light all it's own. Routine

 As a child my mother went to fitness center 3 times weekly to do her routine. Thin was important. Fit was second, I do knot/not recall well being a factor. Thinking that someone else would do that part. I was taken to an MD. Some were ok, others were not. We ate well, we were kept clean. We were churchy, and somewhat indulged. She tried. Alzheimer's took her to her next frequency as the reversal to living in the passed/past was her freewill to lie's end

. Let us offer more choices to our routines. We have so many to present! Hawk's Ridge Ranch is worth it's weight in gold! This is the aura of healing and love and communion!

Strategy

 Nature is a master of strategy. Watching where/wear the next will do it's thing. Like a giant storm, it starts with eye/I. You are that I. Comparing yours to mine is a detour of focus and a delay.. If I was a mouse choices would little. If I were a HAWK, working from the distance/distants would be my strategy. Not/knot for the little mouse. The distants are our relatives, memories in the DNA, all 12 strands.  It sends energy. Water, another live human, critters, hearts. James Williams, diagnosed autistic as a child, has told me that he hears/here's me with his heart. Time to/two/too TELL

 I said DON"T tell. They told anyway, tell being the TELL. I tell tales, tall and funny and provocative and mystical. TRUE STORIES of my life's experiences through my eyes/I's only. Truth is personal. I had a feeling and the client returned. Two years ago she came with a hope and wish. Now,  Andrew will be one next week. One truth. Two years ago he was an illusive butterfly. I remembered back to when Emily was a dream back in 1997. No baby coming their way was the frustration. The first time I helped, EMILY emerged. Andrew will be the final birth in my practice, as I shift my work here.  Find a helper if you need help with FERTILITY. Only take KNOW for an answer. Interview your helpers, follow your heart not the money. Ask for the estimate. Success Rate and timing.  It cost $1,000 FOR BABY ANDREW to be able to connect up with his earth time. You all need to say NO to being not told the whole truth by someone honest. I healed my cancer in the 90's. My kids reminded me the other day. It cost $50 and took 30 days and a life time of loving that lesson. We took photos. It is time to tell. You are ready. I still am ready too for more!! See you, yes I do.

Are you waiting/weighting for the door to hit you in the but/butt???

 People do that. Weight/wait. Insulate, isolate and hold their/they're breath. I decided the wait/weight was over rated. I shed mine. I wanted to step it up. If your world was new and fresh and you were too, what EXACTLY would you DO? Grow my hair, laugh out loud a lot. Sing, play, dance and remember good stuff.  Be full of surprises and never keep a secret. Collect the joy from the hummingbirds who show up and be grateful for those tiny splashes of energy! Karma be done now!! Look it up and set a new course. Into the mist we go! Happy New Age!!

Sharing your gift

 I do it with my eyes/I's. I see - you see. I tell you when asked what I would do if I were you. That's it. I have been up on the back of a horse all my life. I gives me great everything. View, alignment, power, grace, beauty, and scares me once in awhile. I get to dress up or down, in or out, home or away.  Hat or not, boots or barefoot. If a human accepts the buzz of the fear factor they can do one of two things, ride or die. I chose to ride. When Marika, my rider, who for 15 years has been up on one of my horses, has a seizure, which she does many times a day, her core locks in. My horse holds the line. The energy is scene/seen. The exchange is made, the strength is amped up. When she wakes up, she is free to roam again. It is to all of us the greatest joy! Like watching a hummingbird, it is a miracle of nature. I/EYE am the luckiest girl in the Universe! Find your hummingbird, it is out there somewhere! I promise. See you in the barn. This is Montana and Marika, showing the world her superpower!!! ONE who sits on clouds

 My  Great Great-Grandmother's name on the Fort Peck census was wife of Jack Culbertson,  Maypiha  Culbertson, Yanktonai tribe. One who sits on clouds. My dad passed when I was 2, and with noise of thunder in the night our Nanny Wintermeyer told us it was our dad in the clouds having a rousing bowling tournament. It let us smile again. To all who sit on the clouds of our lives, we know you are watching. Carly can see raptors every where she looks up in the clouds. She knows too. So today, to all who watch from their/there cloud, I say Megwitch. Thank you for shade and beauty ever changing design and shade of grey, and protection. See in the above, so below. The within as the without. All is designed to divinely overlight the human's world. Miracles are everywhere, look again, the clouds moving, bringing

them in and out of view. JUST for you, AND, of course, Dr. Sioux/Su two/ too.

Horses and kids

 26 years for this world I built from a dream and a drawing. Today I conclude some of which I have done. I believe that sharing my joy of horses is helpful. It certainly is fun. I ask that littles wait until they are 6 to have a ride with me. Those molars must be in and locked for those hips to engage safely. Then you go to 1st gear or 1st grade. Safe and guarded yet freer than before. Is like being boosted up on a ladder. You see more and it's moving a little. Happy 6th Ira, see you in the arena. End of an era. Thanks for all the joy. Sliding into home plate

 Barely making it. Eye on the prize. If you were not raised home full, you simply haven't been taught where to look. Think about what home means to YOU. Mine was in the country but close to town. I could run or ride my bike there. I am a wider open spaces person. I have a need to wiggle. I see beyond sometimes and I GO THERE/THEIR. Mostly home is where my heart is. Animals, green space, comfort and a palate to decorate with my whims. GOOD food, fresh air, beautiful artwork and sleeping quarters that match me. How do our children perceive their homes? Some have yet to even have a home. Up to the plate, bat in hand, which way do I run? Show your power now. Are you up for a GRAND SLAM, or are you out again? Peace first, get into your body, and look around, YOU are HOME. It is you and that carcass you carry your self within. Learning the way for the day the grand slam comes you way. Eye/I on the ball now! see you in the field.

Energy larger than life?

 No, life is energy. Expressing it and absorbing it is the breath. Your breath is all over it. I smelled bad breath along the way. My cue to make another choice. Do that or NOT/KNOT. I decided not to for a minute. I learned I do NOT like it. Breath is free, it is yours and it takes and it gives.  If it needs to push you, it is your choice to accept or eject or reject or project.  Banks is particular about what he choices to here/hear and feel. I see that when he snaps his fingers. Divergence promotes discernment. Be your own breath. A fresh air. A light song. A funny thought. Today is a gift. Express the breath of relief. I am. REMEMBER - the word     it is ALL THAT IS! Create with that breath.

She is the MOTHER

 I share that title with Nature. The MOTHER. Hardest job I loved the most. In nature all bases are covered. I needed some rain last night and there she was. I needed some grass and she grew some. I needed a space to feel adventure, freedom, and support. She was everywhere. From the tiniest spark of loads of fireflies I live with, to the winds that blow the seasons in and out of time. She is magnificent. In her waters we are all reconnected. Find the water today. Ask for the spark and the connection. Just like plugging in a lamp! I will be at the St, Croix River all day, I need her and she loves me. Our paddle will remind her that we are still here for her, just like she is for  us.

69 years

 Those past/passed are done now. The opportunities taken and missed - LOGGED. Sometime later I will recall just for the fun of it. I have claimed time with thousands of seekers. Looking for harmony, healing,  insight, humor, wellness and FUN! I am a risk taker, I do not hold back. If you bring it up, I will respond. I say NO, rarely. I say KNOW, every time. In the revelations now of disclosure you can answer your own knowing. Learn energy. Get a book on Geomancy. Understand the grid. Stay out of the line of fire it is shooting energy in every direction. Some of the people will not move. To all who think that doing and being the same thing over and over will produce a change. You are the definition of crazy. I want everyone to upgrade, move up a notch, take a chance! I am padding with veterans on Saturday, I am learning about the losses of war and seeing if there/their is a place to add in towards the healing of the shell shocked. See you on the St. Croix!!!!! Mutual admiration society

 The whole and light structure of a friendship, a community, a neighborhood. Finding the connection is first. I live here because I love horses. In town there is no room for horses. We have a mutual admiration society. I love the earth and her ability to take care of horses, and all the other outside stuff I do here in partnership with her. I take care of her needs with admiration, she takes care of me and mine with the same admiration, I am special to her. I ask her to stay safe, no drama. SHE DOES THAT. In return I maintain the land with an organic and spirited joy. SHE LOVES THAT. Friendship is like that. People come for a reason or a season. As long as the mutual admiration is maintained it can last. If the respect is compromised the agreement concludes and another choice moves into position. Happens in marriage alot these days. Look around at the surrounding choices you make each day. Decide just for that day to find the one thing you admire. The human, the location, the work you do. Be proud! Get creative. Allow light, find alignment, and appreciate the chance.  THIS day is all you may get, make it admirable. If it does not support the good of all included, go back to bed!!! We do not have time to wait for you any longer. See you at the river!

MAMA TRAUMA

 I have first hand knowledge of this so I am permitted to speak with experience. Asking my older brother once if he had it, he said NO not/know so much. He was old enough to allow her the latitude she needed after our dad passed when we were little. I was not so fortunate. I was too little. Until I was 35 I never knew on top of what I intuitively knew underneath. I simply had to look her in the eyes and ask for light, in love for full disclosure. I did that in 3-D in real time, not in meditation which may have been an option. She disclosed a despair that she could not manage. Three littles, at age 28 and a partner who died unexpectantly. For her it started a seesaw effect. Nice or not nice, sometimes abusive. Never in harmony. Leave and we were scared, controlling us with the potential of yet another loss. Childhood trauma locked and loaded. 34 years later another whole chapter has passed. I am at peace. Find a safe space to reeal to release. This old story is over, let's write a new one! Step through the standing stones! WE will be bere/hear to listen. Horses are healing.

Settled?

 It is an aspect of completion discussed among chickens. They must settle to lay an egg. Humans rarely slow down enough to settle. Settle in. Settle up. Settle the waters of the rough seas/sees. Humans riding the out the storm here are being asked to settle. Settle those old arguments. Settle those old debts. Settle on compromise, agree to disagree in a settlement of conflict. My super power on the ability to settle up is that I either do that or I disappear from the situation. I do not have time to argue, nor will I waste any of what I have to work and play with. Would settle on 3 days of bliss with your kid, or would you struggle to save enough money for a bigger time? Kids only know the MOMENT. Let them have that! It will be a remedy of compromise that will soon become a habit. In a flash everything is asking for the best, don't set that light down and do something less. See the chance and take it. I did! Health, happiness and horses. Still living large in my dreams - day and night! See you at the barn, settled in 25 years ago and am still where I belong.

Make a new friend today

 Once I made a friend of a baby raccoon, Lily. She grew up here one summer, with the farm animals as her relatives. In and out, drinking from a tiny bottle in the start. She brought responsibility, learning, and integrating something foreign and not known to us. Best summer of our lives!!! Laughter and learning, a beauty and awe in her little body, and when she went to the forest a deep respect. Learning to be awake and aware are only the start. OR YOU MIGHT MISS IT! Then in connecting, unlimited growth is the potential. TRY it today. A human, a critter, a weather pattern, new and opening OPENING> I will be at the lawyer's, the office, the river and then the barn. SO many changes for choices. Thank you Creator for the glory of this wonderful world. Namaste! For our human family and all of it's extensions.

 

Make a moment a memory

 Kids are little for so little time. Take a moment to make a moment into a memory. I asked my girls what the memories are? The memorable ones were funny, outside, with another and I was there too! A new pet, a new outfit, a new location to explore, a new recipe, a new bedspread. I don't get my haircut so salon was not us. I do ski so that was done on water of all kinds. My girlfriends were around and we did great stuff - girls only. Carly and Katie took us on a cattle round up and to a crop circle in England! Jessie and Molly took us to b-ball events for years and then they took us to the GOLD STATE TROPHY! Ask your littles what ???? A horse ride, a swim at a clean beach, a sober event! Kids worry about disharmony. Do something in light, with music and singing. Help someone together, go to a kennel and love the unloved. Go to a park and PICK UP STUFF.  the channel... Who and what you watch and immerse yourself in gets in. Seeing is believing or NOT? KNOT? Programming is the game. If you knew new, you would control YOU. I live in nature, I work with nature, I have a Phd. in naturopathy. She heals me. She also inspires me. When I am out of alignment she trips me up. The Divine Feminine she offers is the WOMBman that is the Mother. When she became pillaged by those who desired to manipulate her she endured. I watched with knowing/noing. Only so far would she let it be. To her I am forever grateful. Water is life, and she is water. The desire to be...all that you can be is programmed in the water. The valuable commodity on earth. Protect her! She is the holder of our future here. I will be at the beach, where the triple process  of ionization roles with the waves. see you on the St. Croix River. Healing is her middle name.

Know now

 As we walk through to the higher knowing, unclip all leashes and trust. I trust Annie. She is my guardian in this lifetime. I call to her with a knowing that she is eternal and infinite and available 24-7. My faith in the greater good is supported by the unseen/unscene. Smell it, although you cannot see it. Feel it like an invisible wind. Act on it without hesitation. A vibe is a vibe. Intuition is a honed skill, use it daily to keep it strong. In pictures I can see, with words I can understand, make it abundantly clear. This request works every single time. Know new, add in, lighten up, you are the only one you are here/hear to know and direct. It you choose to be any other way, the road ends there. ANANCHEL, is the Angel of Grace. I need her gifts and presence every single day. Then Hummingbird of Joy will show up and my world is how I like it to be. Happy 250 years of being in the USA, I love it here. See you at the river! Some are heading out

 My associates from other worlds whom I have connected with here have moved out and on to greater glory. Every time that happens I fade for awhile. Humans, horses, dogs, and cats have an impact on my visions for the future. The mothers I loved  were particularly hard to let go of. The kids were still here, so I kept a quiet eye. Time now to re up the visions. First of all we made it, we are firmly in the new age. Secondly we are in communication with the WHOLE/HOLE

. Lots of secrets on many levels being unveiled. The last karmic hook is released today. We are free. Choose kindness. I will still choose horses and kids. See ya in the barn.

Sacred?

 The Lineage of the Light. A book on Sacred Sexuality and the Divine Feminine. I gave it to my girls when they were teens. I said it is true for you to understand. To decide how sacred applies to your life you must look at your life. NOT any one else's. Certainly not mine. My health is sacred. My choices about who holds me sacred is key to maintaining that balance. I say to clients, I will simply tell you if you ask, what I would do if I were you in that situation. You do you, and I will do Su. When others disrespect your sacred...your body, your money, your visions and hopes and dreams, your choices. LET them leave quickly. I say something positive is sacred as it is, you will receive the gift. I you speak negative, toxic, fearful mongering to create chaos it will gather itself up and settle on YOU. I have said before, YOU are the one you are looking for and talking to, learning from and paying any penalty you spoke out loud. GOOD. Nuff' said.

fasting

 I have seen it done. I have studied it's purpose. Christ pulled a 40 day fast. I know that relief from distractions are healing. People, places and things need to let you go. WORDS need to be only in the light. Our world has cumulative over loads. Food is one common overload for many. Letting the system clean up, clear out and reharmonize is brilliant. EAT LIGHT! Literally. Stay hydrated, and surround your self with good, happy, honest choices. If it brings you less, lack or loss, fasting will cut it loose!!!! A choice is made.  I am for now, and I feel light again. See you in the barn. A place of good vibes, and beautiful horses. FAST    !

ORDER in or out

 Belonging to an order is what people choose to do. Schools, sports, politics, religions, social classes and heath providers. AND so many more. I look at me and the first order of my morning is the universe. Angels and dreams and yoga, detox processes, animals and YES COFFEE!  I am cheerful and full of hope and potential. I see out side the box of my world at 9. Re-view the orders you subscribe to. I see people here for many reasons. They are looking for doctor's orders.  Sometimes we restore order. Always we show you your accountability to your own voice and the orders you subscribe to.  Start with this...does it get my motor running? Does it push me up and out of my box?? Does it put a smile on face??? Look at your room, your yard,  your other faces in the house with you. Make your bed, choose an angel or a fairie to overlight your journey that day. Eat and drink and be merry with that first order of the day with nourishment. Move your body. Walk, trot, canter or run. I played racquetball early for many years, then I heard words that said don't do that now and I stopped. It put my life out of order. He wanted his order to take precedent in my morning. Tried and failed and got divorced! Pen to paper is a great way to restore order. Journal and fancy pen and daily orders to self. I will be in the barn!!
