Asset or liability?? You be the judge.

How do we know when to fish and when to cut bait?? It is in your heart, you feel it, and you need to open to it. I have spent lifetimes fishing. Looking to add in to a place and way of living and being that I cherish. I invite, include and support lots of potentials. I have to learn about cutting bait and letting go of the line. I have a very hard time with that idea. I need to love myself enough now to put my desires and wants and needs first. Then I can love everyone and everything else fully and fearlessly, the way I am designed to. Being liable for my own everything has been quite the lesson. I still have certain things that I do not do, but luckily there are angels for that. Annie is there for me all of the time. I know my Guardian by name and call to her alot. The rest I can hire it done. You decide, are you an asset or liability to your own life, your progress and to others. I believe it is time to sit down with your Higher self and your ancestors, guardians and guides and listen to what they have to say. Really listen with your heart. Then make it the way you want it. Only you can judge yourself. Prize winning potential every where to those willing to be judged by their own hearts.

character and intentions

You have both. So do I. Your character is the person you present to the world, kind of like a cartoon of you. What does your character look like and do??? Thinking about this gives us a chance to analyze our presentation here. I see tough guys, smart alecs, and just plain crab apples all over the place and think - do they know what character they are really putting out there for us all to see? If your character is someone you would hang out with, awesome. If your character is someone you would fight with or run from or worry about, time to redesign yourself. I see people ready now to release the old character, the one that is battered and tattered and torn and tired. The one built in defense of an old way of living. How do I do that??? Well first you must decide what your intentions are. In the old days a Father would ask that of a suitor. What are your intentions with my beautiful daughter, sir? The man would be put on the spot to say in real words what he intended for him and her together and then a decision was made. What is yours? I have the intention that every single person or place I touch while I am human is better for knowing me. Period. May not like me or be my friend, but knowing me changed something for you that added a perspective of love and light that only I could give. My intention is clear, it is light. Shining it brightly is my passion, my joy and also my job. My character, a woman with brown eyes and a love for this world that drives her out of bed each morning before the sun to celebrate another chance at being human.

Show us now

I could never understand going to a doctor who looked worse than I felt. A banker who was poor, or a teacher who had not really learned much enough anything yet. I have heard people say I love dogs, BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY. I love kids, BUT THEY NEVER EVEN LIVED WITH THEIR OWN KIDS. I think you are special, BUT NEVER DEMONSTRATED that IN A WAY THAT WAS UNDERSTOOD OR SPECIAL TO ME. Enough now, if you say it and expect any one to believe it, then you must show it. It will be in your life, your days and your nights. It will be constant and worth it every step of the way, easy or not. Parents give me their kids all of the time, to assist in an upgrade, health, attitude, energy, diet, looks and on it goes. They know my kids are someone they want to emulate for their kids. I say this, first the parent must do THE PARENT. I say I can not change the lineage, the DNA. The parent must take responsibility for the whole thing, or at the very least their 50%. Fat parents have fat kids, toxic parents have sad and angry kids, sick parents have sick kids, lost parents have lost and lonely kids. Period. If you want it - SHOW US NOW, it is YOU who must DO IT for all to see and believe. Especially your family. They are yours to love and cherish, and to show all that you desire for them, first you must demonstrate those things in your own life. Can't teach what you do not already know and have. PERIOD!

I love to buy things for other people, it is something that just comes naturally to me. I love to think about what would make them smile and then get it and give it to them. I hardly ever even wait for the day but give it as soon as I think it up. It is my love language. I am born in Jupiter, the planet of expansion and abundance, living in this lifetime, being born in December. I am from Venus, the planet of love, and that adds in the luxury of paying out instead of in. Yesterday at the massage place a gal came to the front to pay and her card was denied, she said she had no cash or any other way to pay, what could she do?? Her face was contorted with embarrassment and her words got thin and iffy. I stood up and gave the clerk the money and said, it is my pleasure to take care of this for you today. She wheeled and gave me the strangest look. I said nothing for a minute and then before she could protest, I simply said, PAY IT FORWARD WHEN YOU CAN. I love to do that, it is a favorite activity of mine, buying lunch or coffee or motorcycles. DO WHAT YOU DO BEST, and if you can pay it forward, please make someone smile today with your willing and loving gift. The benefit of making someone smile will carry you a very long long way.

No-thing left to say now...

I love to talk, always have. I have a job where I get to talk. I have animals that love to listen to me talk and sing. I talk to the world via a blog. Yesterday I was asked to talk and for the very first time in my whole life I said NO. I do not have anything left to say right now. I have said what I want, said how I feel, said what will work for me and what won't. Period. Nothing left to say. Now sit back and enjoy the reality of my truth, my hopes, my dreams and my desires. You can not have it if you do not speak it OUT LOUD. I shared that those who used negative and toxic words and lived lives filled with stress or regret or both or had an opinion about something not asked for would need to shift this now. Your thyroid is your butterfly, it is wrapped around your vocal chords, when you vibrate them using happy honest gentle kind words and songs, love and laughter should be the only result. Truth and love the foundation for every single tone and letter expressed, period. To be rebirthed here, the butterfly must crack the chrysalis and emerge, it is floated into reality with love only, happy healthy and truthful words, make it so. You put them in to your bubble. My bubble is full of good, healthy, happy, successful, loving words. I know what I have created and it is so wonderful I can barely believe it myself, and I believe in everything! SO, no-thing to add, only a life created by love and truth that I spoke into my bubble, to live in peace and freedom and with great passion now. HOW ABOUT YOU? You will know me and show me by your lights

I am seeable only in the light. In the darkness I slip away and disappear. Angels are like that. Only when the crack opens do you see us in the bright light of that new opening. When humans call out in the dark, we appear and answer. When sick people come here and ask me questions and I make my knowing available to them. It is bright and light here and in the truth of clear streaming love, many receive much. You know me from another place and time, kids tell their parents that I am the ONE in their dreams, yogi's tell me that I watch them in the day, perched high on a branch and they are comforted. Others come and go, some hide after they are exposed because light shows everything. YOUR LIGHTS, not mine. I am an open book, ask my lawyer. I am a loving creature, ask my girls, I am known only to those who seek light, and that has kept me safe and warm and out of the way of this world. YOU will know when you are cracking up, light will be there for you. Light has arrived, many carry much, you do too. Namaste'

No Brainer

It is that way, that NO BRAINER way, that gets us to the heart of the matter. Not having to think about it, justify it, make it logical or use any other rational filters or opinions that the human brain offers. It is simply in your heart to say and act and feel the way that you love to feel. A real no brainer, huh???? I pray for those moments, when I just do what feels right and good and loving, how about you?

WAS IT WORTH IT ??????

In the end you will measure your own success. As you sit in the aboveness looking at the whole thing, you will be asked, "WAS IT WORTH IT ?". You need to decide what and who is worth fighting for and fighting about and fighting with. Only worthy causes and worthy opponents should be in the offering. The greatest push you get is from the worthiest opponents of all, those who from the aboveness volunteered to be the catalyst in your life. I have pushed a lot of folks. Some loved the movement it caused. They took the lesson and made it their own and got well and knowledgable and changed their life and health. I call it inspiration and enlightement. They still come around. Some couldn't take it and those are the ones who ran away. DON'T ASK IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW. DON'T OFFER IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT TO GIVE. Worth it?? You bet!! I know I have been a worthy opponent to many and in offering all of me, my heart, my home, my work, and my thoughts, the value of what that was, was worth every penny I had to give. From the aboveness I see the bigger picture, it is my gift in this lifetime, I am a seer, a visionary, and so far, so so good. You decide now, is your way worth it or would that push you have chosen and endured - moved you to a better place now????????? Or do you still resist the best most loving shove you ever got? Only YOU decide.

BFF

Kids say that, announce it really. YOU ARE MY BFF!! I think it is wonderful. I spent my whole life trying to get me one of those guys to keep forever! As a kid, as a young lady, as a grown up, they came and went, the forever part was never there. Sad but true. What does that say about us? Are we capable of committing to a relationship that shifts and changes with the person's growth? I know that my changing along the way scared some of my friends. I lost the credibility I had with them since the way I saw things and told what I saw changed and grew and became more and more MY OWN. My alignment moved. As I fell in love with ME and my purpose here, they fell out of sync with me. That happens alot on Earth. It is why alignment with self and Creator is the foundation we must build upon. Not another. I can not nor will I ever judge someone's process or progress. There are so many schools of thought here I can not begin to know them all. Each one of us knows which alignment is best for us, and when we get clear and brave we slide right into that position. Only then can we see the BFF that happens to be right there too. Easy does it. Our children are naturally in alignment with us since they choose the lineage, and the lessons are similar. My girls are BFF's to me, never failing. My parents could not be that way since their way of life offered no leeway for other schools of thought. Sad. Become your own BFF. Like yourself. Align with your own heart and speak it truthfully and fearlessly to anyone who in interested. You might be surprised who is in that same space and wants to be your own BFF. Here is my list of things that align with me. Fun, opportunistic, adventurous, willing, wholehearted, bright, open, honest, generous, and trusting. Make your list too, let's see who aligns now in the new earth.

The POWER OF YOUR WORDS.

We knew, were told and shown that our words are how we create our reality. There are magic words, names and phrases that some know and use all of the time. They create amazing things. There are words that cut, burn and dissssss integrate. You were shown them too. There is a commandment within a group of ten. It says - you shall not take the name of your Lord God in vain. Do you know that that vital truth is the story of you and the Great I AM THAT I AM. Have you felt that you have lived and loved in VAIN??? Self centered, lost and lonely and totally frustrated about it. You were given the choice, respect and honor the I AM in the YOU AM. YOU are one in the same, everyone is. The Namaste' we say, says it clearly, it is the GOD in you that matches the God in me, that I know exists within us both equally, I honor us with my smile, my generosity, my love and my knowing. And within this structure taught to us so long ago, all things become equal, all things become cared for, and all things become GOD! You can mote it so with simply and very powerfully YOUR WORDS! They are the most productive thing you have on EARTH, SPEAK THEM ONLY WITH GREAT CARE AND KNOW YOU ARE CREATING YOUR ENTIRE EXISTENCE. And mine too, if I choose to believe YOU.

Lining things up

Alignment, your teeth, your spine, your vision and your ideals. Ideally I will align with dogs, cats, horses and kids, I will align with nature and all of her needs for recovery doing everything I can to assist. I will align with sweet and happy thoughts and days. I will align with those who think I am the cat's meow, and all others will have others to align with. I will wake up early and happy and have my chat time with my partner and my angels. I will teach all that I know and have experience with to any one who asks for my lessons to be shared. I will celebrate, sing out loud, dance in the kitchen and be the best me I can be. Beautiful, graceful, fun and funny too. I will be lining things up now, how about you????? Do you want to get in line again or have the line as your own?? Ask and you will receive all that you can conceive and believe.

Things and people that you cherish only

As we embrace our new reality here, you choose what to take into your life with you now. Cherishing certain things, ideas and most of all others, will put YOU in a place of pure adoration and unlimited potential. Thinking about anything but that will hold you in time, stuck within. WISHING AND WAITING ARE OVER NOW. Let the light flow over and then through you, take a bath, salt or clay, take long walk, a swim or jump on your trampoline. Jiggle and wiggle and breathe this out and then with one deep all emcompassing breath. BRING IN THE LIGHT AND THE LOVE YOU DESIRE. You have become whole, through the Grace of our Universal Creator, YOU are your own Creator. Reborn into a being of pure light, using only words of love to shape our new world. Welcome, we have waited and waited for this to be our reality and we are grateful you all decided to stay and play.

FOCUS ONLY what is right and good and say so

When I was tiny I got a new coat, I really liked it alot. On my way home from 1st grade one afternoon, I picked my mom a bouquet of dandelions. The juice from flowers got on my new coat. I walked in with a big smile and a big bunch of what I thought was good and right, and into a big beating. The coat was stained, and that is all my mom could see. I never could understand that woman, nothing was good or right enough. It gave me great lessons and as I play the movie back I know that sharing this with my friends will give us all a chance to see ONLY the good and right stuff now and let the other slip into the fade to black and gone forever place called memory.

Navigating the waters of life

I bought a stand up paddle board. I thought it would be hard to learn. My friend showed me how, and it is so fun. He helped me choose one that is super fast and sleek. We went cruising and the ability to stay on top and move throw the waves easily was imprinted. It is my life here, knowing how to navigate the channels and the waves in a sleek, quick vehicle is what I have finally come to. Funny how we know what works, what gets our attention.Then when we get brave enough to just try it, although super scarey and warned by his mom that there is the possibility of falling, I got it done!!! That is living life fully and using your potential for your highest good. I navigate freely through the emotional waters of me, that is what water represents, and I am successful now. Find something that interests, that challenges you and that gives you enough connection to spark the chance to make the changes you want. How about riding a horse, that changes alot of people forever. Do not wait another minute to be in the present, it is truly your gift from the Universe.

SHED and SHRED

I love the season of shedding, I brush and brush and off the old dead stuff goes. If you know to brush yourself off, then you are on it. If you still carry that dead weight then get it off of you. Put yourself into a hot salt or clay bath, then rinse and dry and move in to the sun. Let that liver and skin kick on hot, breath fast and heavy to add air to the fire and burn through the insulation that you have built up around yourself. Sweat, spit, cough and release! Light, lean and lovely is the result, you, the real and true you, is underneath lifetimes of dead junk, thoughts, feelings and memories. Let them shed off, then shred them so no one else ever needs to see or feel them either!!! You know when you are clear, when you can tell your stories without embarrassment or regrets. You did you, fast and hard and learning about what that offers now is the key, share your failures, your losses, your mistakes so another will not need to go there. That is the GIFT of your life, mine is truly extraordinary and each piece has helped someone else. Thank you God for my lessons.

Are you a lightworker???

What does that look like? There are those born with a knowing, a greater sense of justice so to speak. Those who are aware that the existing structure will soon melt and need to be rebuilt at a much more loving and balanced level. They see the pain here and the losses that are so prevalent, and they constantly think of ways to fix it. Over and over again they try. No matter what the odds, the beatings do not stop them, the worse of it is when the alone takes over. When Jesus went in to Gethsemane, he went alone. Yet he had his connection to the Creator and that sustained him. Me too. With out that hook up to the Higher Source I would have left a long time ago. A knowing, a faith, a constant feeling of hope against all odds, and that love, love of life here, and what embodies it. That is a lightworker's truth and when clear in their mission and in their heart they always find a way to offer LIGHT! In the end there will simply be the ONENESS, and that is found in love and light. SMILE! IT IS here and we are here to make sure it stays now forever. Welcome to all the newly awakened, you are needed and we are here to help you find your place. Namaste'

Closure

everyone deserves this. memories that keep you trapped in a different time. feelings that never go away. left out, like no one else knows or get this. Kyle and I were talking to the kids at the change starts with me retreat about what they wanted to be different. we let them choose anything at all. they all had very important things they wished were different. then one kid asked Kyle what he would change, and he said I wish I had known my dad. funny, how you can know someone but not know the hardest parts of them. then they asked me and i said the same thing, i wished i had known my dad too. no wonder we are in the business of kids, we were grown ups when we were little, someone had to be there and do the job. now we can just be grown up kids and enjoy the job finally after all these years. closure, a past and memory that need to fade to black. thanks to these great kids for giving us wishes and wanting to know us and our truth, i know wishes are real and true and now, we deserve closure and a fresh start. WOW, HUH?? Kids are the best! See ya dad when I get there we can chat about 54 years of seperation! Missed you more than I ever knew.

don't sell me, just tell me

I am very persuasive, it is the Mercury in my sign of expansive Jupiter that gives me that ability. It is big. I have spent my life selling. Selling my work, my views, my wants and needs. I do not need to sell any more. It is simply now time to tell. If they are interested they will want to know and listen and be a part of it, if not no amount of persuasion will change it. That is the old, this is the new, tell all you know and love, all you know and love, and this will work out just fine.

Sharing my visions with those interested is so fun for me. Today my horses were tight, all together in their herd, fusion was their order, oneness. None left out or behind, all working together to swat the flies and keep each other clean and clear. I posted that picture of what this looks like. I will be doing that a lot now. I am a visual, a seer. Visual Learner and picture sharing teacher. If I can show you, then maybe you too can understand my vision as you ask me to share it with you. If I can not then I will try again with someone else who might be able to understand me. As the fog lifts and the dust clears there will be seekers everywhere. I see them, rubbing their eyes, looking around as if they just woke up in some new and strange and really awesome place. I want to be there for them, how about you too? Share all that is good and right now, let the other stuff disappear in the light, just like fog would. This is gettin' good now, isn't it?

CON-fusion

As I reread my blog and thought about that dream, I realized that we have been confused. It is the shift, the fusion, that is clearing the confusion out of our world, our bodies and our lives here. Many are standing at the threshold still feeling confusion, what, who, how and if......WILL IT BE ENOUGH and UNDERSTOOD OR will I be rejected or misunderstood again. I know when someone comes near me and we speak, that the light I carry shines from me and on to them. I love my lights, so do others. It shows the cool good stuff and that is what I see first. I can see the flicker in the darkness, that is my gift. I can see the good even the worst, I can feel the love even in the drama. I have loved those who would not be loved because they can not feel their own feelings of love, I LOVE THEM ANYWAY. I am grateful to be that way. I had a rentor once who carried an energy I referred to as PIGPEN from Charlie Brown's group, it was constant confusion, and as he banged into things and wrecked them, he was totally unaware. When I pointed the damages out to him, he couldn't and wouldn't believe he had done that. That is real confusion, and it needs to clear. If you are confused, stop eating sugar, really!! That will help you, stop drinking liquor, that will help you too. Eat clean and organic single ingredient foods for 28 days. Drink fresh water, get the summer sun on your skin and let the world fuse with you in all of your glory and her's too. SMILE, THIS IS WHAT WE ALL ARE HERE TO DO NOW, clearing the fields now for health, happiness, and in my case, HORSES!!

Fusion

I saw the nuclear bomb go off in my dream, so real and clear to me that I actually hit the deck and put my hands over my head waiting for impact. I waited......giving it enough time to reach me for sure. Then NOTHING happened. So I stood back up and then woke up. In the reality of the human experience I was changed forever. Knowing that all my dreams are real and give me all the info I need for my reality. All I need to do is quietly meditate on them for full discernment. Fusion, the blending into oneness the seperateness we have created here. Leveling the playing field so to speak. I have been invited to go home and sit and watch this shift from a star more than once. I said I would stay and play in the new world for awhile, being helpful and having fun. I knew we were going in to ONENESS and it is now. Let the fusion sweep through, allowing the changes and the releases of energy to be peaceful and fruitful. If you resist those things that nag you will persist, if you go with the flow, you will morph into the best you yet. One with all things now, if I clean up ME, let go of ego and competition and fear of opinion, then I automatically clean up everything I love. Radiating love and light in all directions is the job now. I am ready, how about you??

seeing ourselves in others

Did you know that is WHAT you do. I know when people love me they see themselves as healers and communicators and free spirited to boot. That is what I am and do. It is them, loving that piece within, that has those qualities. If you see things that frustrate you and cause you to comment or point out the FLAWS, those are yours too. Give this the consideration this deserves. When we all know this we will look for and edify all this is good and happy and true IN US. Then our world will reflect ONLY that and it will heal. Focus please and speak only words that heal YOU and ME TOO!

Dreaming of my new home - the new SU

Funny how it plays out. I dreamed of a new home, I bought it sight unseen and when I showed up to take possesion it was amazing but like nothing I had ever consciously considered. It was oriental meaning filled with ancient wisdom, perfectly square meaning stable, with outside features. It was filled with therapies and people indulging in them. The leaving people said, the house is yours and so are the clients if you choose. I saw the mainfloor full of clients enjoying the healing using all the different tools left. Then I went into the downstairs where the living quarters were and THAT was full of people dancing and laughing!! So in my consciousness I attract success, in my subconsciousness I attract fun and companionship. The house was so awesome, but I had decide whether to keep it for myself or choose something else. FUN DREAM HUH??? This is how the law of attraction sets you up for success. Homes in dreams are YOU and this one was awesome.

You attract what you are currently generating from within

If you understand how that works you can look at your own reflection in the eyes of others, in your relationships with others and in the events of each day. Your dreams, your animal friends, what happens to your home and your car are all a part of you. You can set yourself up for success, and miracles will seem the natural course of things, or you can worry or complain or doubt your worthiness, and that will result in less and loss and lonliness. I have learned so much about me in knowing you. My clients teach me things I need to know, my family and friends do too. My animals have a dramatic impact on me as they are constant in my life all of the time. They are very healthy and live very long lives with very little maintenence necessary. I am that way too. It only takes love and good food and clean water and sun and fun and I am totally there, super happy and healthy too. For special occasions add in some music and some friends and then it becomes a grand slam for me!! If you have conflict in your life, it comes within YOU, if you have poverty, it comes from within YOU, if you are dis-eased, it comes from deep within also. Your faith and your willingness to embrace only good, honest and true loving thoughts, words and deeds, attracts what you are currently dealing with. Each lesson carefully chosen by YOU, You are the guide, the teacher and the student in this lifetime, you have all the POWER, you always did, and now you need to KNOW that for sure.

Change starts with ME

We did our first retreat at the ranch with middle school kids and the success was overwhelming. Kids are so smart and interesting and as it turns interested too. We tackled bullies and how to be a change maker when that happens, because it happens everyday somewhere. Leadership and trustworthiness was their solution. They want it for themselves first, then for the adults that surround them and then the other kids too. They want to be invited to be themselves and then they want to be an inviter too. Allowing each one to be their own color and animal and bubble!! Worthy huh??? Send your kid next time, they will love the energy and of course the HORSES! Seasons

Cycles, timing, the circadian rythms. We all ebb flow like the tides. We are solar and lunar, like the sun and the moon, we are natal, like our birth moment and place. Put here for a REASON. Only you know that reason, you and God. If you are still looking for the reason, this is the weekend to sit still for a moment and let it come to you. Cardinal cross, grand trines, and all sorts of cool energy will make it available like never before. We have been reborn here, time is over. You are endless and ageless, so that being said, DO what YOU want to do now. The season is upon you.

Go where you fit

I fit in here. My land, and home are a good fit for me. Big and open and fresh and beautiful. People love it here when they are healthy. People who are still toxic find it overwhelming and tell me so in loud ways. Too big, too much work, too, too, too. Not for me, it is my heart and my life. I love horses, and people who appreciate them. I love kids, and people who appreciate them too. I love fun, and parties and romance and singing, and people who appreciate that. That is where I fit. Where do you fit, who gets you? There has been a desire to listen to others opinions in the hopes they will guide you, form you, approve of you. Let that be the passed. The only who will accountable for who, what, and how you have lived and loved here, IS YOU. Where do you fit like a glove now. Time to slide in to position, the world is ready and I know for sure if you read these blogs, YOU ARE ready too.

look out!! look up!!

Many have wanted to be true. True to themselves, their heart, their calling, their own journey. Many are trying very hard to get it going, but stumbling blocks from the old stuff keep them out of the loop. Aligning now with the true and real you is possible this weekend. There is some wildly cool stuff going on and the bomb has exploded the opportunity on to this plane. I saw it in my dream, I hit the deck behind the window I was looking out of, bracing for impact or oblivion and nothing happened. Yet I knew everything had changed. I have spent my time, my money and my brain on this lifetime, discovering and sharing all that I have and do. Some people just love it and truly love me, others not so much. This is your chance now. Open to YOU. Let the bomb shatter your illusions, your limitations, your past. You are a new and perfect you, see it and BE IT!!

what do you WISH

The kids today wanted to be shapeshifters and pegasus and move in and out of time. I wished I could sing everyone in to health and happiness. I am so grateful that dreams come true. Kids and horses, always in my dreams. What do you dream about? Sweet dreams all of you and ME TOO!

THE LANGUAGES OF LOVE

So many different ways to say the same thing. We are now starting to know that. All those languages are coming together and when the song and it's harmony is sung out loud here, it is beautiful. If I did not know what you were saying, I am sorry. I heard you but I did know that language. I am learning to hear all the notes, see all the faces, and feel the truth instead of trying to think it. Our love languages are starting to be understood now, and that bodes well for us all.

I offer

then I watch and wait and see who takes it in and takes me up on it. I do not tell anyone what to do ever. I trust. I do not want to be told what to do. I want to be offered to and given a choice every single time. Yesterday after a summer of offering choices I analyzed the results and how they made me feel. I realized that what I thought was happening was not happening. I offered a variety of situations, of learning and using skills developed. I offered chance after chance to show ME what was being taken in and used for the highest good here. Some of what I saw I liked and will do again, some was not what I expected. In offering now I will be clear about how that looks and what is expected in return. My lessons are clear to me, what are you offering and what do you expect??? Please be clear and do not offer something you are not prepared to use for the highest good of ALL. I will do the same thing.

Are you an inspiration?

Listening to the words of those I meet and see inspire me. They challenge me to think, they make me work, they throw me off my guard and that is how I grow. I love words of kindness and compassion, I live for those, yet in our world there are truthes of disharmony and less, lack and loss, and those are the words that inspire me. I have heard about death, disease and destruction my whole life. I heard it at the church, the schools, and the worst of those words at home. Is there a place within me that is inspired by those very words, yes! I will do better, I live happier and cleaner, I will speak kinder and I will create things that will shine and last. Those are my inspirations brought on by this world. WHAT INSPIRES YOU TO BE THE VERY BEST YOU CAN BE?

Say a little prayer

I dreamed and dreamed and dreamed. I believed and believed and believed. I spent, I built and yes, I said a little prayer. Today that prayer becomes my reality. Project Footsteps and Dr. Su are hosting a two day retreat at the ranch called Change Starts with Me. It is all about empowering middle school kids to become change agents for what is good and right and happy and healthy in their own lives and in the lives of their peers. I have said, give me 8th graders to 100's of clients who come to hear me explain health and wellness. Sometimes they are old and have been sick awhile and I say you got fooled and we need to update you on what really works for your health and wellness. Kids deserve a chance to know how to take care of themselves, what is truly going to stand in the light of the day and stay with you helping you forever. That is their right, and many now will be have them available. The right to health naturally, friendship, honesty, love, truth, equality, support and our list of what rights are right goes on and on!! We are all One, created by the same Creative Force that sees us that way. No one better or less, all unique as our fingerprint and deserving a chance to be whole and happy here. Say a little prayer for us all now, we need all the support there is for kids now!!

running

are you one who run and runs and runs????? are you running to something or away from something????? I know that energy used for the highest good of all is what we are here for. Is running making you stronger and more capable of that? Are you afraid and insecure, and take off at the first sign of trouble, even if you did it??? Running in a gym should put energy in to a battery, for use later, not just wasting it. Lights and power can come from this, your lights and your power!! Think about how many times you just took off, did you gain or lose power and light?? Running on empty now, many are. STOP and think about it. this is important.

The CANCER ANSWER

The question, what needs to change??? If you are asking yourself that question and not listening to the answer, the body and the heart are telling you, then you will get the only answer left. The cancer answer. It is the final opportunity to look, learn and listen. To stop drop and roll if you will. No one who is happy gets this answer, no one who is healthy gets this answer. No one who is not asking the question, what needs to change, is not getting this answer either. In every dark cloud there is a silver lining. Open the door and walk on in and see it and believe it and own it, and you will have the healing you are searching for, the answer. This is a gift, not a burden, it is the chance you deserve for a better, happier, healthier life!! Thank you God for things we do not totally understand.

can't do your work till you do your work

People ask me everyday, when will I be able to do my REAL work here?? I know I have a calling, something special to offer. I say until you have cleared the slates and done what you came to do with your life and your heart and soul, you can not do something different. You all were offered the opportunity to make changes in your life. To accept and reject aspects of human experience that would ultimately enhance the human condition for us all. You all decided to try that. That is why you are here now, on this planet at this time. You must complete your task before you can attract something new. It is the end of the old matrix and with it the end of changing it. Those who change will be invited to reboot here at a higher lighter frequency, those who stay in the old matrix will follow through with that plan and simply finish it out the old way. Tempers need to disappear, fear needs to come out from behind whatever it is hiding you from, loss and sadness are an illusion, there is nothing ever lost, just put where you can not find it right now. IT IS STILL THERE NONE THE LESS. When you own your own energy and the consequences of your words and deeds, you can cull out those that need to leave our world now. My client told me yesterday her contractor was mad and mean and called her husband a bad name and it hurt her, I referred him and said I was sorry, she said she wished he was. I know. That is what I am talking about, own your own stuff. I cannot fix that mess, I can shine a light on it, but you must make the decision to make to changes necessary. Say you are sorry, start with yourself, then to the others who felt your pain. We are done being tough, and taking those blows, stop pushing your issues on to us, enough is enough now! If it is not kind and fair and loving, do not do it or say it ever again. Fix this you guys, now!!!! before the chance to change is lost forever.

Not until the past has passed

My client said he was stubborn as a mule, but he keeps coming back anyway. He said he is having a hard time changing the old self, but he keeps on returning for more. He said he can not give up but he also can not give in. We have all been there. Torn and unsure. The past rules the present in so many ways. Look at who you were, what you said, how you did your life and then decide which parts stay. POP is toxic and needs to disappear now, some get that and quit, others can not. It is a part of their past that hangs on tight. Then it turns into a cancer answer, that is when the body has gone over it's limit with it's patience and starts with a reaction that you can not deny or ignore. It is our friend in every way, giving one last chance to change and stay. OR LIVE IN THE PAST WITH THOSE PAST DEEDS AND WAYS STUCK ELIMINATING YOUR CHANCE AT A HEALTHY HAPPY FUTURE HERE ON EARTH. Choices are being made, every single day. Find who and what you love, let go of the old dark ways, change is fun and fresh, and when you decide you are worth the effort, it comes naturally! That is my work here, nature and you,and people love it and live long and prosper everytime they decide to let the past pass.

Who's going to ride your wild horses?

I love that song, it reminds me of me. I have 11 horses 2 we do not ride. Someone asked why I keep them if I don't ride them, I said because they are mine and I love them and am responsible for them. They are ME! One is the Dove, rare and special in every way, even looks like me. Never ridden her,ever. The other is Casey, the bucker. He will not tolerate a saddle ever, although you can ride him barebacked. I am just like that too. Do not tell me, ask me. Do not tie me, let me be free. Do not saddle me with something I do not like, I will fight to get it off me. I am learning something everyday about myself with my beautiful horses. My horse Coal and I were riding yesterday and it felt odd, so I got off and let him run, he needed to buck and twist and go bananas for a minute, then I got back on and had a great ride. I know I need to do that too once in awhile. You are your wild horses, they are power animals in complete agreement with humans as partners, they will carry you, help you with your work, look in to your eyes and listen when no one else will. Thank you God for such an awesome gift.

Does anyone out there GET you?

My whole life I just wanted to be gotten. Understood and loved for who and how I was. That never happened. My parents were afraid, my life would always have an odd quality that most people did not understand and certainly could not embrace. No matter how hard I tried or how much I gave, it never seemed to be enough. Today in the moonlight and the sunlight together, I burned my sage and asked who got me, and the answer was ME! I get ME. Boy oh boy that took a long time. Glad someone gets me finally showed up after all the effort, how about you? WHO GETS YOU? No one else can fill the shoes of self, love is there first and sometimes it takes a minute or a million lifetimes to GET THAT!

angry or sad - give it up

My friend is very sick, does that make me angry or sad, not any more. It would have in the past though. People use those two things to move themselves. It never works the way the think is should. Using anger or sadness as motivating is backwards, and negative spin is the result. It costs a fortune in many ways. I am filled with potential and good thoughts and my deeds and words demonstrate that. My work and my life demonstrate that. Under the full moon this day, give it up. Be whole again, in life. Your work, your food, your relationships all have to be light and supportive for this to work now. One good cell filled with love replaces all other cells filled with anger or sadness. Cancer is negative and can be all consuming in action, give it up. Disease, disharmony, dislike - same stuff, give it UP. I like you all, do not agree with everything you say or do, but I love you all, none - the - less. That is enlightened and that makes me healthy and happy. Try it. Step away from anything or any one who stresses you out, and fall back in love with love and yourself, then you will be just fine. Light and love the origin, the one cell you need to BE.

What will others think?

Did you hear that as a kid??? Did that give you pause??? Measuring your success by the opinions of others. It somehow promotes you as less and lacking in your own truth and knowing. For years I said I would only take advice from my Creator, my guardians and guides, the stars tell us where and when, we decide how to manage those odds. Humans need not apply as advisors, the heart tells the whole story. Over the years I have met a couple of humans that offered valuable information and it made my heart sing, that is how I knew it was right for me. Very few and far between though. I always knew that this world was tiny, and that data was not. I knew we were chasing microscopic perceptions, when the whole is how it all works together. Seperate dies, whole flourishes. The Earth whole takes care of her children, discriminate or seperate anyone out and they will simply disappear. You choose now, together or apart. If you choose apart and remain seperate in any way you will disappear from this world, she herself has chosen whole again, and will not allow any more seperation on her body or in her energy field. Hold on to your hat, this is going to get real, and the exposure to oneness and wholeness is long awaited and welcomed!! Everyone else thanks for playing.

You can not disturb real peace.

Real peace comes from real love. There is no way to shake that up or shut that down. It is the pure power and potential of all that is. It is the root, the momentum and the result all together. It is the formless and formed. You can not disturb the real peace and truth and love that created it. I have in my lifetime disturbed many and much. The ministers and teachers and bosses and parents too. They did not agree with my energy, my words, my perceptions and my willingness to share it. My willingness to be shushed, was never there and still is not. I have taken the blows over and over for telling the truth as I saw it and still do that to this day. Crazy and brave! If I perceive something I throw it back out there, for everyone to see and feel and offer their perceptions too. I have heard and seen things that cause pain, illness and dis - ease all of my life. I have studied the books about it. I have prayed, meditated and communicated about it too. I know that YOU KNOW what is real and right and needs to be done. WHY DON'T YOU JUST DO IT? Humans wait for someone else to do it first. Those who know this throw out the bait and watch you all dive for it. Please look within, the bait is you, the heart is the option. When you were invited to try earth, you were told of the Holy Grail, and you set out on the journey to find it. IT IS YOU! Be at peace now with what you are, what you have and what you can receive in your heart. There is no way other than this way, love is and was and always will be forever, that is the piece/peace you seek.

If someone's words hurt or control you, walk away

Communication not only links, it can lead, or bind also. We have a thyroid wrapped around a voicebox with chords that vibrate. Our reality comes from that vibration. If the thyroid can be injured with mercury overloading it, I can manipulate your words OR EVEN SHUT THEM DOWN and what they create. The two ways mercury gets in to a human at a toxic level is amalgam fillings and vaccinations. Once the thyroid is damaged, the controlling of the human is easy. No voice, no direction. Depression and indigestion are the two first things that happen. Nothing gets in or out that is clean and clear and energetic, everything becomes fuzzy. Then their voice becomes YOURS, their words become yours, their ideas become yours, because THEY SAID it was So! AND YOU CAN NOT SPEAK ANY LONGER. I have heard THOSE words of pain, loss and less, I have heard words that seperate and create fear. They are not my words, nor are they my ways. I have heard hollering and cursing and know that is simply destructive to everything especially the fragile children! If you speak words that hurt or control, SHUT THE FRONT DOOR ON YOUR WAY OUT OF OUR LIVES NOW. If you speak of love and creativity and togetherness and healing, come on in and let's chat, I would love to hear your words and feel the graciousness that Creator bestowed upon you. This is where the chaff leaves the wheat, make your choice, you will live with it forever. Divine will has made it so.

Two full moons in LEO!

Leo the Lion roars and the earth listens, Leo leads and people follow. In this time of a blue moon in Leo, you have been given a gift by our Creator and The Universal structure, to stand in that full light and let the past pass from you now. Your old programming wants to leave you, your old habits and fears will go with it. Let it all slide from your memory and body like an old robe. Then in the light of the new day, rejoice at the real you beneath. Like scars and warts and moles and wrinkles that change the face of your skin, old ideas change you to their way of thinking and being. I had a vaccination scar from a small pox shot I got as a kid, as my body healed itself, the scar disappeared. Most people still have that mark, their body frozen in time by a toxic shot. If you will stand in the light and release the old and embrace the new, your scars and all the other distortions will thaw and melt away too. Tonight under the full light of beautiful moon, make your prayer for peace and healing, start with you and then add in all of us together. Our world and all she is needs wholeness and healing, let's restore this place, HOW about Eden returning now???

Thank God for the new age

I heard as a kid I should fear the new age and those who promoted it too. I know why now. The bondage of the old age, the subjegation of minorities, the ruling class of white males, the fear and guilt used by churches and politicians alike to manipulate their constituents for money and control, and the terrorism and destruction of humans and earth herself, would all END. The light being brought to bear here with the love of Everything and Everyone, equally, will change this world now forever. Without us and OUR NEW AGE, the world would have continued on it's war mongering path, and those who used fear and the name of OUR LOVING GOD to seperate us would have continued. God supports only an agenda of love. Any other agenda is human only without linkage to the Higher Light. They knew we were coming, we are the words of prophesy in living light embodied here now in human form. Telling you we were not like you was true, we are not like the dark agers in any way. We are pure sparks of light, sent to Earth to assist in the shifting of humanity. Let the new age show you a way to live with abundance for all. Safety and support and health and life would be your daily bread. People will again sing and dance and praise our Creator as the course of each day, with a joy that left here long ago. No one will be left out or behind, we are here to make sure of that. wait means late!

I see people and have been one of them, waiting. I hate to wait. If you keep me waiting I will be surly when you finally get to me. I give fair warning on that subject. I am here to tell us all that there is NO MORE waiting. We are the ONES! We were here all along, just forgot to show up and be present, give presents and be grateful the chance. If you are still waiting for something or someone to come along and inspire you, STOP NOW! You are the one who should inspire you to do what you love, and be who and how you love and with who you love, Waiting is over!!! W E ' R E H E R E !!!!!!!

Only the MOMENT!

I learned a long time ago to live in the moment. Not worrying about tomorrow ever. It may never come and so what is the point. Today I am in charge of me and my energy, my production, my life and it's full force. WHAT SHALL I DO WITH IT? I propel myself along by being present, fully here. Accountability is the first thing. Enjoyment is the second thing. I am responsible for what I eat, say, spend and do. Period. No one else is, just Susan. I enjoy the moment, looking around and being awed and happy and sharing that with others close by. I have been in my past, subjected to memories that flooded in to the moment shifting the joy to sadness or pain, I had to learn to stop that and see with a new filter and fresh eyes. I had to put down the telescope and stop wishing I could just get home now. Home will be there when I get there. I always said the last day of my trips was the best because I was going home, now I enjoy every single day of those trips, being present. I have learned I am the HOME! Totally Me, and loving it every single second, is truly LIVING! TRY IT, I think you will like it too.

Finding center in the four directions now

Earth, air, water and fire, they are the human experience. I have lived in the air most of my life. The arrow of Sagittarius has propelled me far forward in to my truth. It has been an amazing adventure. I was born in the fire sign and I am a firey chick. Fun mostly, but do not irritate me because I can be angry with the best of them and will not be pushed around. I will always speak. I know that water is where I need to go to cool my fire and I have lived on water my whole life, I would ignite and disappear if I did not do that. My grounding comes from nature and my work with her herbs, I cook with and use for my practice, and also her horses. I have a great connection to this planet through those two things. FIND YOURS. What connects you to each element?? Then when you have that, sit in the center and become totally balanced. It is very simple and very powerful medicine. It is time to find this for your harmony, and that comes from within the circle of YOU. Draw a circle on paper, put the four directions and elements there, make notes about how you connect and draw yourself in the center fully enjoying YOU and YOUR experience. I just learned to stand up paddle on the water and found one more thing I truly love!!! AND THE FUNNY THING IS, IT IS ALL ABOUT BALANCE!

loving love

To get love, you must have it. To share the joy that comes from true love, you must acknowledge the language of love by knowing what yours is. We teach that there are different ways of expressing love, and some, very frankly are not easy to understand. I have had it expressed to me in a variety of ways and some were so foreign that I truly did not see it. It had so much other stuff attached to it that the truth was hard to experience and feel because so much other stuff was in the offing. If there is noise or pain along with it, as there commonly is, the focus needs to be on the real issue of love. Let the other issues move out of the frontline. Talk it over, describe your feelings and what you want the outcome to be. You will never know what it could have been, if you did not give it everything you have. Loving love is the first step, and finding in your heart that you are passionate about something or someone is the beginning of a tremendous relationship with your own heart and then the hearts of others too!! Here is loving love, it is the greatest source of energy we have!!

win or lose, no such thing

There is no competition down here, only levels of experience. There will be no winning, only accounting. This is a new concept for many who were told they were behind or not good enough. To realize that all is well and experience in 3-D is what you are doing and winning is NOT an option, only learning is, will bring a peace we have not had here before. It is the game that is supposed to be fun, the journey, not the destination, should be the focus. I have learned to relax, be nice, make each day count and let every relationship have it's shining moments, that is what I will account for. Let, let, let, everyone have their own way, leave it be if it does not suit you, and simply suit yourself now. How about you, what are you doing today and HOW are you doing it???? That is gift of being human and it is not a destination simply a series of classes on your way to your PHD of life on Earth.

What works?

I do, I always have. Can not sit around and wait, never been that way. If it doesn't get done I will do it myself. I can pay to have certain things accomplished. I will pray to have other things changed. Decide now what works with, for and on you. You are the divine designer, of your reality. Relationships count, they always did, they are not any more disposable than you are. What you love, you need to keep close and cherish it every day to the max. What challenges you you need to embrace as inspiration for you are blessed if you are still challenged here. It means there is more blessing coming to you, as you learn and shift and grow. Life is fun, enjoy!!

open to the flow of you

People were stuck. STUCK UP, STUCK IN THE PAST, STUCK IN THE MUCK. Caught in their own stuff, not flowing their energy but building it inside then exploding it one way or another. That makes them sick or fat or sad or antisocial. It is time to open the mind, expand into the oneness and then, flow into the world with love first, then ability using your natural gifts and then, structure. I can love everything easily, I am built that way. I can flow pretty good too, as long as I get enough rest in between. Putting structure around what I love has been the thing I am working on. I can build a house or a barn easily because I truly love those things. Other parts are not so easy for me and I have had to go back to the drawing board to come up with a new way for me. The way I have done things in the past will become a memory now, fun and crazy and willing to risk everything, now I am peaceful and grateful and know that I can enjoy the whole life experience as I open to the flow. I will get back as much as I give, just like you will. Allow, peacefully and receive gratefully, love and light, as much as you desire!

Instant manifestation

My friend tells me about a guy out west he knows and likes, he says his name out loud. Scott Freeman. I smile and say sounds like a cool guy. I say I may know someone who knows him and as we walk into the parking lot, out of nowhere, my guy is there and says yes I do know, SCOTT FREEMAN. We then proceed to lunch where we are sitting down to wait for our food and my pal says, Holy Herald, look, it IS SCOTT FREEMAN!!! I said what???? He said right here, and went to say hi and bring him over to the table. INSTANT MANIFESTATION of a name who is a human. Magic!! Then back at the ranch I tell the story and my client looks at me and says, I just met SCOTT FREEMAN, last weekend on the lake. Now why was this so amazing?? Because it shows how linked we all are, and with one shout of a name, we can be there in the wink of an eye now. We all know each other and the magic of our linking together has begun, we are ONE! We always were, we just forgot, and now we have started to remember!

Life Force becomes your Life Song

I do not care what you do. It is none of my business. I do however care HOW YOU DO IT. That is MY business!!! If you aware and awake and accountable, good, you have arrived into the light of the new day. If you are dark, disharmonic and hiding still behind that facade, I am looking for YOU! I know for sure in my heart that I can shine a light on the space that surrounds you and show you it is safe and fun now to come out and play with us. It is time. Wake up, love this shot at life, using your life - force to become a beautiful LIFE SONG. I sing and dance all day long, it makes the world smile, wanna dance now??????? Smiles come with it.

Little things

It is the little things that matter. The words of kindness, the opening of the door, the carrying of someone's heavy bag, the note left on the mirror, the littlest thing can make the biggest impact. I love little kids, all kids actually, but little ones are my favorite. They are so true and honest, and clear and bright that I can not resist. They are how WE began, a sperm and an egg, just little things. A spark of love forged in union, brought the fusion, and there, we were invited. Today, let the little things rule, let the smallest gesture, word or observation be of those special little deeds or moments. You can have it all, but it is the little things that start it. What you cultivate in the smallest and weakest becomes your greatest and strongest. Little things matter! They always did.

We are GOLDEN

As we come through now and end up where we truly belong, remember this. It was first the smoke, that transitional place that fooled and fueled you. If you found smoke, then eventually you found fire. In the fire of changing the heart and ultimately your whole life, you had to get in and allow the light and the heat to melt away the insulation. Insulting yourself and others around you was a part of that existence. Look at what it has done??? Are you insulted by others, their words or deeds, it is only because you are familiar with how that game plays. Insulation is the result of being an insulter of life and happiness here. Doubting Love, or God, or whatever, is the highest insult to life we make. In some people it can actually become an assault. Rude and crude, loud and critical and keeping the distance behind the wall of smoke and mirrors. If you have melted down, gone through the dark night of the soul, you are now emerging as a golden one. Ready for action, clean and clear, loving and lighting the way to the new earth!! WOW that was SOMETHING!! Congratulations, you have entered the Liongate and are here now, let's play!

Fight or Flight, the way of the horse

Prey or predator, the old way of human existence. We have lived by those polarities in all of this world for a very long time. People got used to it. Adrenaline the drug of choice, excitment the daily requirement. Spent people are everywhere. Exhausted from the experience of running or cunning. Didn't matter which end you played, you have done it both ways. Now we are moving into wholeness and balance and self love, where there is no game playing anymore. Are you ready? See the 4 directions in your mind, sit in the center. This is where you belong, perfect in your egg or aura, fully surrounded and totally secure. Each day check your bubble for cracks or holes and before you enter into the world of your choosing, make sure they are patched and solid. Then turn on your inner light, nice and bright so you can see the way. If the hair goes up on your neck, leave quickly. Wrong people, wrong place, adrenaline needed, not where you should be. If the hair goes up on your arms, smile, you are in exactly the right place with the right people!! Now that is how we learn to live in peace and love, with light everywhere. YOU ARE IT!

Living or existing ?????????

Spirits die here and remain. It is the energy of the zombie, those who simply exist. They are every where right now. You can call it depression if you want to or simply see it for what it is, Lack of love and light. True understanding and purpose are the answers to stop it from happening again and again. Without that light it leaves people feeling pain and loss, and believing in that place and making it their reality and projecting that into the world and on to other people with their words and deeds. That place of existence is bleak. I have seen it with cancer, those who accept and just exist, some for years. I have seen it with divorce, another loss. When family or close friends die others die too and I have seen a partner exist only after the love of their life dies. They remain here waiting and waiting to disappear too. Barely turning the lights on each day in their body or their world. We are here to live, laugh, love and if that is not your day or night, get some light on it, because you will regret missing this chance at living. Don't gamble with this chance at an amazing experience, find the purpose, the true understanding, the love of someone, YOU!!!

The lost key

I have a Harley, the key is lost. I always say nothing is lost it is just not where I can currently get to it. I see all things as energetic and therefore look to the metaphor of the situation instead of the virtual reality. I bought that bike a few years ago thinking it could be the key to a connection I had made. I found that to be true. I was one I was trying to connect to and that big beautiful bike is ME. Horsepower is my gig, I am the Centaur in my sign. Horsepower with a screaming eagle added in to my world at a much higher level. When the key was lost I left it be, now the ignition has been stripped because it was absentmindedly locked and I choose to strip it so I could get it home. In the metaphor of power, eagle power, horse power, susan power, I now know there are no more keys needed. No more locks, no more hiding behind locked doors or locked hearts, everything is for everyone - free and clear. My friend Tim said at his party on the St. Croix River, Me casa, Su casa, I have this beautiful home now to share it!!!!!!!Please come and visit!! Healing my own post traumatic stress disorder!

We become conditioned to certain things we felt forced to endure. It happens to kids all of the time, and many relationships turn that way too. I learned to hold still and take the blow, running away made the punishment worse. We are traumatized by the stress of a situation and disorder is the result. Seeing and feeling negative reactions of others to things is how it occurs. No-thing is more beautiful than someone who peacefully takes control of a chaotic situation and sets it straight and upright again. A prepared person can do it every time. Parents need to learn to do this. Hollering, hitting and cursing cause post traumatic stres disorder. It is war on others. In my work, I explain the way out of the dis-ease, easily and with great calm, people need that. Nothing is more destructive than fear and the reaction it resonates hurts more. If you have a fear that you will be forced to endure something or someone again or even have to witness something you feel is wrong, clear your head, then clear your space of anything connected to that at all. You are in charge of YOU, if others stress you out, leave them to their own disorder, do not allow it to enter your field of energy. This takes light and love and great personal power, it takes therapy for many who have over reacted in their lives again and again. Response - Able

The you break it- you buy it policy applies now to those who wish to remain here. Taking the response- able and putting that choice into play in every single aspect of your life is key. No one needs to parent adults, pay their way, or clean up their messes. I see it every day, adults doing things and just standing there like a deer in the headlights, frozen and unable to respond responsibly and calmly. It is how our earth got so toxic. People throwing litter out their window as if the world should clean it up somehow. It is time we all take our place in the arena of response to a very large job of cleaning this place up. The land and water have been abused, and people are just watching it happen, waiting for someone to take responsibility. IT IS UP TO US, WE ARE THE RESPONDERS!! FIRST RESPONDERS TO AN EMERGENCY SITUATION, BEES need US, KIDS DO TOO! If you are still waiting for something or someone to show up and save us, STOP NOW! You are the ones we all have been waiting for.

Just relax

We are being coached to jam square pegs in to round holes in certain areas of our lives. It is time to just relax and let what fits to become evident. No two people do the same job the same way. Is your health a square peg? Do you get talked in to or out of what you know you would choose all on your own? Opinions are everywhere from those who are unsure of their own choices. They would rather focus on you and your needs than their own stuff. It is actually rather comical. Anytime someone offers an opinion without being asked you will know that is their challenge, not yours. Relax, allow, smile and absorb it all. You will feel the truth and then easily move toward it. Live and let live. That will peacefully allow the changes needed here, just be the change you want to see in the world and that is good enough. You are all being watched, guarded and guided. So enjoy the adventure, relax, everything will be fine.

Pushed back in to the light

That is how we do it down here, we push and we get pushed in and out of the light. I had spent a few years feeling that somehow I had failed in relationships. I had not failed in other ways, I was successful almost all of the time. Marriage to me though was always a test and an F was my grade. I know it took a big push to move me away from feeling that way and I am grateful. I told the final pusher thanks and that is the end of the story, my story, my change. Each of you has been pushed, say thanks and move on, you will find that being pushed to the brink of your tolerance gives you wings when over the cliff you go!! Here's to flight and light!

Are you showing up now?

Some people are starting to show up again after a long time of absence. Absent from love, from happiness, from health, from their own families. Fear and shame driving people away from themselves and all of what they love. Driven absolutely crazy by the words that echo in their heads that someone once said and they believed. I see it all of the time. Kids are sponges, and one comment can last forever. I heard DUMB___ by a guy once and if I were not aware of the source and the reason this came up I might have been injured by it. I know he was. You only say the words you believe and own as your own. I know others who were also injured by the exact words from that same Father. It is a HIS-STORY of pain and cruelty and verbal abuse that hangs in the air like death causing the death of love and the end of light for them. I can not stand when that happens to anyone, especially a kid. They simply stop showing up!!! You will look for them and they will just not be there. Some even leave the planet under this influence and I understand why they go home. Without love there is no reason to be here. Without a reason to show up and place within your own heart that makes you love everything, there is no place to be. Show up now. We need you, we always did. We are sorry for the pain, let it go. That was then and this is NOW, and now is when this is going to get very very good. I showed up again and I am sure glad I did!

Trust yourself

You have so much within that you can use in a trustworthy way. You can trust yourself to know when to eat or sleep, or go to the bathroom, and yet when I look to see who knows when to be happy or be still or be loving, there seems to be some disconnection on that. Trusting yourself to know who you are, what you love to do and who you love to be with is not common or easy right now. Today in the Libra Moon of balance and harmony, trust yourself. Be quiet and know you are fine. You will feel the right way if you allow yourself a moment. You will also know when to move on. It is the gift of survival and we all have it. Trust ME!

From the beginning

you were created perfectly. To know that the twists and turns were simply a part of the journey should now give you something to smile about. When we look back at the beginning, and then see how far we have come safely, and what treacherous paths we took to finally arrive it is pretty amazing. I have heard stories of abuse, addiction, loss, disease, conflict, poverty, and the list goes on and on and yet the stories are coming from the one sitting right there in front of me - still whole! It is something to witness. You are the bravest souls in the Universe, Earth is the most challenging of all the schools of life. We have survived a variety of catastrophes and set backs only to triumph now!! Celebrate this, the world is waking up from eons of seperation and slavery. We are now joining in with our stellar family and it is going to be great, and YES, they want to hear the tales of our journeys!! They are welcoming us back with open arms! We are the Prodigal sons and daughters who ventured out on our own, and are now celebrating our return to ONENESS!

Whose voice is it?

We know that people can become their parents. I hear words, tones and expletives that I know dang well did not originate from that kid or grown up, but they are mimicking another person, commonly their parents. I have closed my eyes and listened and seen the originator speaking through the mouth of the next generation. It is rampant. The conversations people think they are having behind closed doors are being aired in the streets by those who hear and repeat. If you do not want to become your parents thoughts, words or deeds, you must take back your original blueprint. What you heard and learned and overlaid must be released. Who you really are, recognized and allowed to move front and center. In your unique way, you have the ability to demonstrate love and creativity. Whether or not someone else supports you on your journey to wholeness, only you can and must determine how to stand on YOUR OWN TWO FEET NOW! Using only the words YOU LONG TO HEAR! Programming from sources other than light and love and unlimited potential can thaw and melt away and release the original YOU. The one who is true and clear and meant to be here in YOUR OWN SPECIAL WAY. Let the real you show up now, it is time that we are all true to WHO we are meant to be, not some puppet or reflection of any one else! JUST YOU AND YOUR VOICE, original and awesome.

Child-ISH or Child-LIKE

Think about it, ISH or LIKE> Which do you prefer??? Ish is less, loss and lack of love and light,The not being accountable for every second of every minute of your existence. Thinking someone else should fix it, make it right, maybe a grown up or someone like that. Child-LIKE is the innocent, beautiful, loving and trusting sweetness that all humans deserve now. I see both ways out there, and I know decisions are being made now about which it will be! I choose to be like - able all the days of my life, singing and laughing and dancing my way home, trusting all is good and improving and that my thoughts, words and deeds are ADDING in to the LIKENESS of the Creator who made me all that I am. Choose now.

The LIonsgate of the 8's

I am an 8 living a 9 life. If you know numerology you know what that means, if not I will explain it. The eight is the gateway of the power of change. It is my middle name. Change is what I do, I teach, I offer in my practice and my life. The 9's of my chart let me know that when it is done here, it is final. That makes me happy and relieved both at the same time. Our Earth is changing very very fast, the sales and service rat race we have been in is ending. The told and then sold part over now. IS -NESS is now here. I am who I am, being what and how I am easily and effortlessly in balance daily. Radiating outward all that is good and loving in my field. All things and people working together in peace and harmony for the highest good of all with harm to none. Today is the 8-8 a big door to your future, decide now where, who and what that holds for you and step up!! We are happy you have joined the party!

Is your tone - WARM OR COLD?

You choose your words. You also choose the tones they are projected outward with. If the tone is cold, you will freeze out the other person. I see it done to kids all of the time. The tone locks them frozen in their tracks. Sometimes they stay frozen for a very long time. Thawing them becomes the job of healing not just waiting. Yelling can come in tones of fear, insecurity or anger, it is cold and hard and can freeze energy and people instantly. I have had that done to me and by me. I have learned to be careful and conscious about every single word I say and the tones I use. Yesterday I was animated and cartoon like, I was told more than once I should be on commercials for wellness. Sometimes my tone is like that, other times it is just calm. I know that thawing people is a big part of my job, I need to use words and tones that warm them to the light of a new idea. Warmth and graciousness change everything for the better every single time they are applied. Check your tones, tape yourself and listen to your own words, you may wish for an upgrade in your delivery. Remember what you put out there is what you receive. If you are frozen at a point, especially one from childhood, find a therapist who can thaw that reality and melt it from your field of energy. It is magical to thaw out a heart, or a mind, or some other part of your personality locked up in the past!! Sex and intimacy are also a big part of your field and being cold is not living life to the fullest!

The billion dollar endorsement

I fully endorse this new world and her willingness and ability to love and heal. It takes an endorsement to share and encourage success. Parents need to endorse their kids, with support and love and that CAN-DO attitude, that place where unconditional love is the beginning of the relationship and the ending too. I endorse health care providers and I also enjoy their endorsement of my skills. I love being endorsed by families that come here and then share their good experiences with the other members. Grandma B said yesterday I wish my whole family could come here, and in the afternoon two of her grandsons showed up for appointments!! Be aware of what you put into the airm those are your endorsements now, only say what you love, support, and believe in -ENDORSE IT NOW, with money, talk, love and let us all know what is good to do and have. Sharing it all now is the new way! If you have made some poor choices, say you are sorry and fix them with an endorsement of yourself and your new words and choices of light and love!!!! Forgiveness is free but you must seek it, request it and choose it out loud. We all have access to a fresh start now, begin again, loved forever, filled with potential and fully endorsed by our Creator and perfect for this world!!

talk, talk, talk

I have just read some of my old blogs and I have been saying the same stuff for a very long time. I laughed, I cried and mostly I loved what I had shared then and still share with you now. Telling your truth helps you and helps us too. We are all carriers of light and sound and energy here, like the instruments in a band. Each one with it's own unique contribution. Together we make beautiful music. I love that, I love the chance to chime in when it is appropriate and I love that you out there, are a part of my life. Whole hearted, graceful and fulfilled

That is how my old story ends with the new firmly in place. I have spent life times working toward this field and in joining with others of like mind to operate fully on the new earth I choose those ideals. My heart had been broken, like many other's and it took a lot of love to heal it, mostly self provided. Being brave, and strong and choosing to align with only happy healthy people who speak in tones that sound like music to me. I had to learn to stand up for myself, and say out loud what I desired and needed in the light of my truth. I had to forget about other people's responses and focus on my own. I did it, in court and in my own relationships. Court awarded me and relationships deserted me, leaving the field clear and fresh and ready to plant and that is how it is. Graceful is always on my mind, to be filled with a gracious spirit and walk and speak with graciousness, my eternal goal. Living without need of earning any of what I love, is grace flowing fully into my existence. Deserving graceful friends and experiences all of the time now. AND Finally fully filled!! Actually overflowing with the good, the right and the best of the best. My love for our world, each other and our future secure now, nothing less will do. So here is a toast and a salute, to community, hope and love and the faith that what we choose having a place and purpose here for as long as we want to stay and play! I am going to really like this a lot, how about you?????????

Pre- tend something now please

To image something is to pre-tend an idea of what you desire. To make it real it needs to be tended, starting with the PRE-TEND aspect first, and then loved and nurtured and truly belived to be real, sooner or later it appear. Kids pre-tend better than grown-ups since they are less restricted by ego and intellect. They image or imagine big things, cool jobs, amazing abilities and on it goes. So pre-tenders get it done, own your dreams, imagine them real, and remember they are yours and yours alone to manifest, and they will, in you and around you. Of that you can be sure. You, who focus on love will be blessed in ways that we are just now beginning to understand!! See you in my imagination first! Love is all there is!

CONFIRMATION

IT IS HOW WE MEASURE BALANCE. In the world we look for confirmation in those we hang with and those we want to match. Does knowing you confirm me? Ego moves people out of that line over and over again. Thinking gets us into uncomfortable and sometimes painful places, the past is there, and so is the belief systems embedded in me by other non-confirmed folks. Feelings are the guide to freedom and peace. Confirmation comes in the heart. A knowing and a feeling of right, of fit and of love. Start with confirming your self. Love YOU, let YOU, live with YOU, and then look around and see who confirms YOU, you will feel it and it will feel better than anything you have ever felt. I was confirmed in a church as a kid into a way of thinking that in reality was nonsense to me and also critical of others, that was confirming something I felt out of place in and simply did not match. First, know you are the perfect expression of creative life force here to experience us and earth, in a rare and special configuration. I can confirm that to you and that is a great place to begin to fall in love again, with the whole deal here!!

Health, happiness and horses

That is what I ended up with in this lifetime. Frankly although a little lonely once in awhile, it is an awesome experience and I love every part of it. I know we all search for something. I searched for me, and found me in those things. I am not only healthy, but a teacher of what real health feels like and looks like too. I am a born optimist and being happy is easy for me, I find joy in everything and sing and dance it into each day. I know horses saved my life as a kid, they gave me the get away vehicle I needed to survive here. I could climb aboard and disappear into nature anytime I wanted to and did that frequently. Nature was a wonderful mother to me in every way especially in the way she showed her beauty to me and the kindness of her peaceful ways. I share all of those gifts with my friends, family and clients, that is the way my life works. I hope to demostrate more and more of that as we move ahead now. I deserve all that life offers in love and light, and you do too!! See ya Friday night!

Change starts with me!

I have always said - give me eighth graders! I know at that point in human development there is a pivotal opportunity to make choices. All sorts of choices. We make those based on beliefs, learned behavior and hereditary inclinations. If I scroll back to then I can see my strengths coming on full volume and my insecurities at an even pace with them. I had a lot of conversations with God back then, still do. My family was disfunctional so they were only pushing me in one direction and it did not fit. The resistance was constant and painful. I thought that somehow I was flawed. Why couldn't it be easy, why didn't they understand me, why didn't they even like me? Why did I need to show up where they wanted me to be, but they never showed up at any of my stuff?? I know now, they were as out of whack as I was. Together we were struggling in every way. My way would be the same exact way only very very different and it would take me a lifetime to find it and ultimately find me. I want to be there for the 8th graders that need the support I needed. We are hosting a fundraiser Friday, August 9th from 6-8 at the ranch, come on over, live music, food and drink, help us help them. Image In Love

I walked into a bar the other day and it was bleak, low light and low energy. I smiled and thought, well let's see how this goes. The bar tender was guarded, although beneath the tatoos was a little flicker of love light. I asked myself what to say and I brought up horses. She lit up like a Christmas tree and spoke lovingly of the work she does with them and how they have helped her in so many ways. My friend said, how did you know to do that???? I said, easy just ask and the Answer, Image In LOVE. Imagine it in the room no matter how dark or bleak, ask to see the flicker though low energy, it is still there. I love loving this world, I love love and all that it brings is good. No matter where I go or who I am with, love is always there somewhere, I only need to ask to see and it reveals itself to me!! Try it you will like it.

Angelhawk Visions

I love that. I have both in my life. The hawk and the horse, my two personal animal totems, connected to me always. And the angel in my soul, who says it will be OK, just keep on going. People see the angel part and some love it and others not so much. People are fearful of what they do not understand. I know that from experience. A fear biter is an awful thing to deal with, since they can strike from a seemingly quiet place. The most abusive and destructive I have ever seen are like that. Horses in pain will turn and bite you if you touch that hot spot. I teach to brush and caress them before you mount up, so that if there is an issue we can address it lovingly first. The noisey ones at least warn you they are about to go crazy, those we stand back from. I have two horses in my group we simply do not ride yet, they are the wild part of me, the bucker and the rearer upper, I love them. I honor them as I honor those aspects of me. I will not give in or give up or be broken ever. I have a vision of energy that shows me which way and how hard, soon I will show others how that works. It is the gift of my lifetimes and seeing is believing, hold on to your hats cuz we are gonna start showin' the world and you will be amazed!! and forever transformed. Ancient Aliens

I love that description of us. We are them, they are brilliant and have been all along. The knowing brings a peaceful, easy feeling. I have known the reintegration of us all would be in this lifetime and chose to be a part of that. YOU did TOO! You and 7 billion other busy souls wanting to be here for the event. Soon after, some will return their homes elsewhere. I have chosen to stay and play for awhile. I love this planet, her majesty awes me, her simplicity makes me smile and her wild ways are mine too. I have spent lifetimes preparing for now, so have you. As we remember who we really are and how smart and successful we are to be, think of the ancient aliens. Who they were and how helpful they were long ago. Invite them back onto our little earth ship. We need the help and they want to be with us, their clean up crews are necessary for this planet. The Creator is amazing and all created have done their best to measure up, time to score, you will be counted and accountable for every detail of every word spoken by you into reality. Open to receive and be blessed. If your words were less than kind, ask for forgiveness and get a clean slate!!!!! That is what mercy and grace are for, use them! Universal light, love and laughter now and forevermore!

Check with the Gatekeeper before entering

People have guardians and guides and ancestors that surround them in their field of energy. Some more than others. I see new souls attaching to moms when the are pregnant, moving in close to start a connection. I also know that each human has and is their own gatekeeper. Your heart is where you live within the body. It is the fire of your spirit, bright or dim, it is you. Surrounding that fire is that muscle, surrounding you is YOU and the energy you need to keep the gate secure from invaders. That gatekeeper has had a lot of experience in trying to protect that soul. Some are solid and therefore gentle, others are shook up and therefore, noisey and brash and can get in your face. I call them pot bangers. They have two jobs, one to call attention to the lonely soul and the other to ward off predators. It is an oxymoron. Come, go away, hate, love, in ,out. Over and over they live that reality. Before you leave your house today, check in with your own gatekeeper and make sure you are on the same page. Is your heart in one place but your body somewhere else? Do you do things you wish you didn't or do you simply do NOTHING? Is your heart speaking to you truthfully while your gatekeeper with all of your experiences is keeping you alone in an effort to protect you from another fight????? Hook your heart to your mouth and speak of truth and love and light. I have been gatekeeper aware for a very long time, mine is busy! I say each day, I trust you, I love you and I know for sure with the help of all of my friends, in all realms, I am safe, secure and guarded and guided every step of the human way. How's that for a fresh start to the day? Open your gate and let love out and then, let it in!

No more waiting

It seemed like forever. Always waiting. Christmas, or my birthday were big waits for me. Graduating from High school another long wait. Ever had a baby? That took forever too!! Well I am happy to say the waiting is over now. Being on this planet for a very long time, knowing that now would come has been a long wait. Others caught up along the way, some didn't. Some left early, some stayed and never knew they were waiting for something. So here it is, NOW is what we were waiting for. YOU were who you sought. I thought someone was looking for me, until I realized it was ME looking for me all along. Present, that is the gift of now, be here, be you, be kind and be ready as this world calls you in to action and community. YA! the wait is over.

In the silence you will hear

There is a lot of noise. So yesterday I wore ear protectors for the very first time in my life. It was silent. It was remarkable. As I drove the tractor across the fields for hours, I was in silence. The hawk stayed with me and played with me, swooping and swirling and roosting high up in the dead tree. She could see forever. I asked her to show me her vision. She said for today, be silent. All is well and improving. That is what you need to know, and in the silence, I heard her, I knew she was right!

partnering

I teach people to partner with nature to restore and enhance their health. It has been a long road. Back when I began this career, although this partnership saved my life, many people did not think it worthy and made that known to me. For me it was the only thing left to try, all of what humans had come up with made me feel worse. I know we are all looking at all of our partnerships now. Many of them have failed. There are many who are alone with their issues because partnering on any level is not happening. To be a partner, I must do MY part. Then I must find something or someone who matches that frequency. We must agree on most issues. I know that I believe that Nature is the answer to life here, period. I know that science is simply learning to understand how nature works and replicate it. WHY replicate, when the real deal is right in front of you??? This applies to all partnerships, find the ones that match your way of feeling and thinking, then the relationship is NATURAL!

meditate

before you can receive you must believe, before you can believe you must conceive! conceive today, an idea, a dream, a baby, what ever you desire, sit and allow it to show up in your mind, your heart and your field. then and only then, secure and alive and totally doable you will receive all that you can dream up. really, ask me I do it all of the time, but never as big as now, I have been practicing for life times and by Golly I am that I am getting pretty good at this thing! How about you, 20 minutes ought to get it done!!!!! conceive, believe it with all of your heart and all of your might and then hold on to your hat, cuz receiving dreams this amazing and full of love and potential will blow it away!!!!!!!

Ceremonies and vows

Yesterday my friend pulled up in front the hotel to valet his car and a guy in a tuxedo jumped in and said I will give you 20 bucks if you run me down to the marina, I am getting married in 20 minutes!!!! My friend smiled and said hey no problem, no money necessary, what up?? The groom had forgotten his vows up in the room and had run back to get them, now securely in the pocket next to his heart HE was READY!! That story made me smile. So many people forget their vows. The vows of love and fidelity and truth and commitment. I know it hurts humanity when that happens. Trust takes a long time to build and vows are the foundation of a trust building relationship. I vow to love you all forever, I commit my life to service for the betterment of Earth and her children. I will remain true to this all the days of my life and of that I am certain. So mote it be, AMen! Got any vows you want to say, anyone you need to share them with or maybe just a vow to self, love is all there is and I will find it and hold it dear forever forsaking anything else.

flowers - for a season or a lifetime?

I am not a gardener. I am not a nurturer. I am a seeder, a broadcaster. I love to throw things out there and see what takes. I do that in my garden and it is full of beautiful perennials!! I do that in my life too. I have chosen that for my life and it is yielding a mighty bounty. Some of you are nurturers, we need you, as teachers, and parents and therapists too. Some of you are broadcasters, entrepeneurs, trend breakers and setters, we need you too. Come on be who you are supposed to be, you fit, you truly do, just ask where and it will appear!! Do not spend one more minute trying to be someone or something you are not, just let go and the real you will rise like cream to the top!!!

Gone but not forgotten

It is the gift we get in memories. Photos are the human manifestation of that part of the brain. I have a photographic memory especially in things I care about. The rest, it just fades. As we move into our new reality now, go through the photos in your heart and in your mind. Sort out the ones that make you smile and keep them, let the others fade. Pain and experiences with less, lack and loss need to fade. You do not need to continue to recreate the same scenario over and over. If you have a relationship to abuse of any sort, forgive and forget and release it to your fading space. I had lunch with my childhood friend yesterday and she reminded me of how abusive my mother was and how hard it was for her to witness it. I said I know it was hard to live with such sin, sin, sin, especially as a child. To be brutalized by that fear of an adult was total abuse that no one deserves ever. I smiled then and said, it is all gone now, not forgotten, simply stored in the fading place where it belongs. I have forgiven and released that memory and my life from here forward will know only love and peace and good news! Memories, what a cool gift! They serve to show me the way with pictures I can see, with sounds I can hear, and with words I understand. Mine alone and forever cherished as valuable.

Good to know

Men marry their moms, women marry their dads. It is what we know that becomes what we do. To break the pattern first you must recognize the pattern and determine if changing it is right for you. I can not send a musician off to be a plumber, they do not know how, or what to do. You are raised in a field of experience and that is what you learn and you use it to move through your life. My girls married hard working guys, just like their daddy!! They understand that from childhood and it gives them comfort and security. I had no daddy since he passed when I was two and that gave me miles of leeway to experiment with lots of different types of choices. I have learned very valuable lessons that way. Mostly I learned that I am very capable of taking care of myself for that very reason and that makes me smile. It also annoys some men. One guy said I can not be with a gal who makes more money than I do, good to know!!! This is not going to work then is it??? Know your patterns, release those that have held you down or you are just finished with now. The rut of life and repetative behavior, is a total choice. I will now listen to the stories about the moms before I decide if I will date the sons. SEE??? We are all learning aren't we? Thank you God for the willingness and the ability to change and grow everyday I am alive!!!

Pleasant surprises

I forgot how much I LOVE TO PLAY RACQUETBALL. Then someone reminded who used to play with me. What happens to us???? How do we walk away from the things that give us so much joy??? I had to really think about that for a minute. I played in the 80's and 90's and then I married a guy who thought it was nonsense for a woman to play at 6 am especially with men. I believed him. My mistake. Silly really, since so much of his opinions were truly silly, but these are the things we do. Take an accounting of your life here, if you have left something behind for whatever reason, and yet know it is a great joy for you, pull it back in to your reality. I know people get tired, and they quit. I heard that about someone not getting a dog. She said the guy in her life thinks it is too much work, funny, I used to know that guy and he said the same thing to me, I did not listen and got a dog anyway, and it became the greatest JOY of HIS life!! Be who you are, live in the present, tomorrow will take care of itself. Worry does not help ever so remember, pleasant surprises are everywhere!! OPEN YOUR~EYES!

New room mate!

Just when you think it is over and never will be the same again, it shifts. I am always grateful for that. My friend felt his life was on hold, frozen really. He had regrets, he had made mistakes and they haunted him. He came into my life and I simply said, let it all go now. Forgive yourself and be who you were meant to be. No need to suffer any longer. He looked at me, and fell in love with that idea. It took a little bit of adjusting, but he got it done. Today the love of his life is moving in!! The law of attraction works, and it gives me the greatest pleasure ever, to witness what love can heal. Old memories forgiven and forgotten. Truth and light cleared the path to each other and that is the greatest love story ever told. In the end there will be only love, find it in your life and you too might get a new room mate! Our river, the St. Croix

Born here this time, lived here most of this life. I sometimes wondered why. I feel the land here, the water too. The limestone is my rock, the pure clean St. Croix is mine to love. I feel her flowing. I learned that only one quarter of one percent of the rivers in America are cherished and protected the way we cherish and protect her. I was so so sad to hear that. My mind had a hard time with the idea that others were so abused and toxic. I sometimes wish I could fix them all, and yet I know that I must simply take care of what I have chosen to care for. I know that is why I am here. Each one of us must decide now, what is ours to heal, what is ours to purify, what is ours to cherish. No one else can do my job, only me, but I can attract a community of like minded people, by demonstrating my love and ability in the light for all to see. I am doing that and will stay and continue for as long as I am of service. Choose something that needs your attention now, there is so many rivers out there crying for your help. Join us at the St. Croix River Association and learn how to care about the water and then start one on your river too! Our world needs us now and water is LIFE!

What is mine to love

That is the 60 million dollar question. Mine is everything I am willing to take responsibility for, be accountable to and put first. My girls are mine to love. My animals are mine to love. My work is mine to love. My ranch is mine to love. I am accountable to these things, to do loving and supportive work with them. I am totally accountable to me, so I am mine to love, no one else needs to do that to make me feel whole or happy. That is a hard life's lesson. Children need to be loved, and now I will focus on that. As a child I did not feel love, and not until after my mom was gone did she explain and apologize for her fears and her behaviors. That was peaceful relief for me. I was glad to know that underneath her choices she really did love me. I have spoken my truth and it has set me free. Those who are mine to love will love me endlessly for that gift. I am grateful and willing now to love what is mine to love and everything will be alright. You decide for you. Love is all that there is.
