Don't sell me tell me

I am very persuasive, it is the gift of the Sagittarius, expansive and optimistic and romantic. Those aspects very persuasive simply because there is so much joy in the bigger picture the energy I can generate to share it with others. I show and tell, but I never sell. I have been sold to and sold out, over and over, on a bill of goods, that I didn't really want or need. I wasn't strong enough as a younger person to explain that it was not me, or who or how I wanted to be. I,  like everyone else, simply need to be told and showed, never sold. I can decide for myself if it fits and will remain in my life. A difference in that respect and honor that is little understood these days. Black Friday is black for a reason, I walked away from black energy sucking, a long time ago. Are you demonstrating, the true show and tell, with your life, your efforts and your words, or are you selling something you do not even have yourself?????? Think about it. It is the difference between selling or showing.

I said have seen the wedding pictures of your parents?? Nope. Do you know anything about how that all went down?? Nope. Are you interested in the REST of the STORY? YUP! So I told them about the death of my father when I was 2, and the fact that there was never again a photo of HIM, anywhere in our home. The anger ruled, and the loss never healed with her. It was painful for us kids. I have a picture of my dad in my kitchen now, I got one a couple of years ago. He smiles at me and I am reminded that once, long ago, I was a part of something that created me, in love! I needed to know the rest of that story, and did not receive it in the way that would have been easy and real for me. I had to find it within, since without was not an option in our family.  I want us all now to heal the passed/past. Let it go, the energy that it has holds you back from your future. The sweetness is the only thing that should remain. Even if it was little or short, it was there once for awhile. I had tiny weddings, and they resulted in tiny marriages, I know now how that happened. I wish I knew then what I know now and the way to remedy that is to remember and share that truth with my girls. They are the manifestation of what was sweet and right and real, and that is the key to our future here. Failure is for those attached to the mis-TAKES. Rebooting is your option, forgive, forget and fall back in love.

Magic days of renewal are here, the partnerships severed by the losses  and the pride that separate you from each other are over. Stop and think about what you have given up because you are mad, or sad, or refuse to listen, or just don't know what to do any more. I spoke with a child yesterday about the divorce of her family, not her parents, her family. It is what happens, the whole family becomes divorced. They take sides, they sit alone in pain, they lose out on the community that family is all about. If you have failed at marriage, do not fail at family. You can still remain in love of the group and in the whole of healing, together or not. Admit you fell short, somehow and someway you missed it. You didn't hear or see what was going on. We lose our vision, because our personal issues move into focus and without the admission of fear, and loss, and feeling failure, and the request for extra support and healing, we commonly give up and lose it all! It is simply NON-SENSE. If you really once loved someone it never dies, even in the fire of the fight, it is not possible. There is still the truth, that love is all there is and ever will be, children are the evidence of that!! Look, see, feel and speak to them, about them, about yourself and what is true. There is nothing more than family, you will all soon figure that out and the partnerships you seek will be right there, where they always were! 11, a magic number, a magic day, make it happen!

Manifesting HOPE!

I am on IT! That is what I do. How is it going for you? I know one thing for sure, without hope there is no future. When you give up, check out, screw up or lay back, life passes you by. You will be left on the sidelines alone and out of the love loop. That hopeful way of being makes the blind see, the addicted free, and the loveless worthy again. You are the manufacturer of that hope, it is the spark within that believes in dreams and visions. It sees magic, and potential, and makes it real. It shares everything it has, it plays it out and parlays the win no matter how big or small. It is the all in of life. Faith makes it strong, loves gives it fire, but HOPE is the focus for those who choose to really LIVE!

Roots

They are your connection to your life experience here. WHETHER YOU LIKE THEM OR DON'T,
 THEY ARE YOURS TO UNDER-STAND. I told my mother, my left side root, her connection to my babies must be impeccable. If so, they could share the roots of her tree and the fruits of her life with love and affection. She did and they did too. Our roots give us strength, sturdiness and nourishment. It is our job to learn the system and clean it up for our kids. They are counting on roots that run deep and endure the wild storms without the upheaval of the whole tree.
You are the tree, the roots you have connected that support you are your responsibility! Open to the healing and the energy of the tree of life, it is here for us all now and will support us through the changes!

Hiding???????????

I hear the truth of those thinking they are hiding something, I can feel it in my bones. Behaviors not worthy of exposing to the light, to the family, in front of children, are hurting us all, the whole planet. It is illusion to think you are not being watched. I saw a post on my facebook page from someone admittedly drunk, that made me sad for those children who would read it. There is no good thing that comes from hiding your behaviors. You can stand guard and protect them with a hot temper, or slip into another reality with an addiction or excuse, but you are being watched and there is going to come a light so bright that you will fall to your knees and bow your head and wish you would have not posted that ever!! You and Creator are a team here, whether you admit it or not, you will have that enlightened time with Source. It can be now and you can clean it all up and start fresh here or you can wait until you die and then handle it. Either way works. I personally expose everything, all of the time, perfect or not, it deserves light and sharing and using, for the highest good of Susan and anyone else interested. Makes for some fun stories, laughing at my adventures here is one of my greatest pleasures! Nothing left to hide, everything in the LIGHT now! How about you? Miss Polly, a dearly departed friend, said those are the stories that make great cocktail conversations, GODSPEED old friend, you are right!

Do you need a little help now?

As the shift manifests itself on the planet and in your life, the adjustments we need to make come fast! I have watched miracle after miracle over the years to those who choose to ask for help when they were at the end of their road. Sherry and Gary were here to pick up product this week at the same time, and I smiled at their miracles and shared them. Gary stage 4 breast cancer, 13 years ago, standing there with his big smile, and Sherry losing her sight, one eye gone, the other her miracle still working beautifully!! Odds were they both would have failed with the coaching the were getting. Something inside told them I was a different kind of coach, and the rest is the MIRACLE OF CHOOSING YOUR PATH. Asking for help when you can no longer do it alone or within the system. This Saturday I am teaching that miracle making class again, energy management and meditation are the subjects. Manifesting every detail!

You are so powerful! Incredible really. Pure energy, embodied in density of mineral and water, making shapes and colors and moving it around at amazing speeds! Singing changes the air, rarifying it and adding in the frequency of magic and healing and memory. Yelling, cursing or speaking negatively, do that too. I see the manifestation of people's words and wonder why they do that. They are the playdoh of your life. Every single one has structure and ability and lots of energy! Have you used them to your best accomplishment or created the havoc, or pain, or separation you feel? You become your words, play the movie back and hear what you said, out loud, privately or to another. OWN THEM, because they own you and your life and body and abilities. I hear the f-word and think oh my that is going to sting! I hear the pain of gossip and know those who indulge will be washed over with it's karmic slap to the back of their head and then their life. Illness is self created to stop you in your tracks and allow you the time and focus you need to clean up all the details. Start with your mouth!! No fillings of mercury, they make it so much harder. No fluoride, it freezes your brain, no words of pain or criticism, they take a lot of energy and changing to go away. You are powerful manifestors!! Do you and us some real healing now, speak softly, lovingly, and with the authority of love you were born with. Nothing less will do. We are depending on all of us, to clean this world up and it starts with how I use my WORDS and the manifestation of those exact energies! In the beginning there was the WORD!

Joy

The tiny hummingbird is the animal totem of JOY. It is hard for many to see, or even know it was right there in front of them. It is bright and quick and loves the nectar of sweetness. It flourishes with that sweetness delivered in the form of flowers!! Where is that joy we all seek? Close your eyes and see it within. What makes your feet move, your mouth curl up in a smile, your eyes twinkle, your words kind and loving, the laughter that rolls from your gut?? That would be the joy of life, living here as an expression of what Creator meant for us to know and be. Today be the hummingbird, dancing and singing and moving quickly to each person with something bright and loving to deliver, like the Flash of light and color that a hummingbird is!!! There will be joy here today, I will sing and dance and flash my bright eyes and smile at all of my guests and my critters too. Are you ready to show some joy too, start by bringing some sweet flowers to someone you love or admire or simply want to share JOY with. That is how the hummingbird would want it done.

Lifetime after lifetime we come and learn and grow. It is the karmic wheel of energy that gravity offers earth life. I love the fact that you can get it right. I know some of what I have done, who I have been, and where I needed to go. This lifetime has been the most transparent and energetic. I move and speak quickly. Never wanting to wait for anything now. I know I have accomplished much in my to do list and now can enjoy that. Being enthusiastic is my gift. I can share it with my fiery eyes and joyful words of success and triumph. I do it everyday in my work. Everyone has a knack for something. Some of you fix stuff, some of think up new ideas, others care in a big way and some of you share real nice! As long as it brings you joy and puts that smile on your face, it is what you should be doing now. Nothing less will do, nothing less will fill your heart and life with potential. When you smile, we all smile too. I know that my gift is ripe and ready, sharing my enthusiasm for our Earth and her children is my love, and the addiction I have to the feeling of JOY and the success that it brings me is something to give thanks for this Thanksgiving! Alignment

Aligning with like minded individuals and groups who celebrate your willingness and success now is the second step in your own alignment.  First you must align with yourself. I send people in for alignment a lot. Their backs all squiggled and pinched and hunched over. Their ability to bend and flex inhibited by their lack of alignment and pain that they believe they deserve.  It first comes from standing up straight and tall, and then reaching up to heaven for that flood of love and light you need each day. It is called Mountain pose, and it aligns you under a shower of light and fills you with the energy of potential and the love of spirit embodied here that you need to be YOU. I teach this, Stand in the Light of God and tell me, show me and be, WHO YOU ARE. Nothing hidden, nothing but YOU in alignment under the bright lights from heaven, here on Earth. It is the gift that Creator offers humans each and every day. The alignment to love, to purpose, to truth fills our life with joy. I show it on horseback by aligning humans and horses bareback, restoring the four directions, the power and balance and trust we deserve. Big Alignment due humanity now, don't you think? See ya in the barn!

No excuses

BUT..... negates it. Anything said with a but added at the end, is worthless. Not worth saying or hearing. It is what  it is, period. Either you are grateful or you are not. There  are no buts but the one who says it. They are the BUT. They are the lukewarm vacillating non-committed one who can not speak with any authority of their own. I am always fascinated by that. If you know people who make sure there is a but there, an excuse for behavior unworthy. END IT! Walk away with the knowing you can not change someone's heart or mind or behaviors. My friend said it was when he finally stopped seeing the world as mean and an EXCUSE to get wasted that he found his gift, HIMSELF! NO IF's, AND's or BUT's at all! No more excuses, just grateful, for a warm bed, clean clothes, food and someone smiling at the success of your changed life!

The hardest lesson - your greatest teacher and when learned - YOUR GIFT!

I have heard it from addicts of all kinds. Meth, alcohol, heroin, life's lessons of less, lack and loss. The PHD of addiction comes from the experience of sinking into the hole and then making your way back out again, with triumph and joy! I made it! I survived! I am worthy of a happy, healthy, whole life now! From the world of pain, death, disease, there rises other phoenixs like me. Sick and suffering, way beyond any abilities my physician had. After allowing experiments to cut in to my body, and drugs to alter my feelings, not my condition, enough was enough! I went to work in and on myself, took control, became accountable for me and healed my way into a career. The PHD of wellcare and partnering with nature to restore harmony and balance. I KNOW IT IS HARD TO ALLOW THE LESSON, I also know if you embrace it, it becomes your best friend, your greatest gift and can be the thing you came to do in this world! Sure did for me. Addiction takes many forms, some are addicted to sad, or angry, some are professional worriers, others to substances and others to judgments, looking at others instead of themselves. Preachers and teachers are often some of the worst offenders, making you feel bad is their living. Step away now from anything that causes you less, lack or loss of light, love and laughter.  FREEWILL, ain't it GRAND??????

Which team are you here to play for?  The healers on this team, who are awake, and aware they have a to share, without fear, or those standing and waiting for the healing they desire? You get to  choose your team, they are both looking for members, both options are worthy and this earth will benefit from the grand game of healing and restoration we are about to play now. GO TEAMS!

TOO LITTLE TOO LATE

As a kid I waited. There was only one guy who I waited for that upon walking in the door, at the end of the day, lifted me up. My Grandfather Earl, always did that. He had a joke, a story to tell, a big smile and a warm loving heart for me. Nothing was ever wrong. We loved one another very much. He always made sure I knew that. When he passed he took that with him. My step dad came home beat. My husband just didn't often get home. My boyfriend came in angry at someone or me, which ever fit the moment. I learned to look at the bigger picture with my lessons. Are we waiting for something WE should be doing, Or are we WAITING for ourselves  period. At the end of your day are you content? proud? relieved? excited? OR ARE YOU  tired? frustrated? sad? and just need a drink or a whipping post??? It is not too late to fix this. If you are not ending your day with life in your eyes and love in your heart, it becomes too little, and too late! That will be how it plays out. If you know you need to change this, do it now, there is not much time left, because in the wink of an eye, we could all be gone! I miss my Grandpa Earl! I am grateful I had him for a minute!!

Give what you want to get!

What does that entail? It will take some thought to figure it out. What have you always wanted? You knew as a kid, you responded when asked by Santa or some other being who inquired. What caused you to stop hoping, wishing and sharing your dreams with us? I always ask my clients to tell their three greatest desires. It is critical for them to speak them out loud, they only way you get what you want is by using your words. IN THE BEGINNING, THERE WAS THE WORD AND IT BECAME........ YOU.   ARE YOU HAPPY WITH WHAT YOU HAVE SAID, YOU DECIDE.

Thanksgiving Dinner, EVERY DAY!

Eating is a responsibility to self, without fuel the fire doesn't burn. I TEACH HOW THE BODY WORKS AND EATING IS CRUCIAL. If you choose to wait to fuel up, or fuel up on junk, or eat when you are upset or on the run, you will not receive the full benefit that the gift of food offers you. Have you ever seen a dog eating while it was walking or playing or doing it's work, NOPE. Can't be done. Focus, communion with food and self is critical to absorption. Allowing the energy to transform into another form, takes a minute HUH? From apple to applesauce converted and shipped to brain to focus to accomplishment, in that order, transformation of energy. When you abuse your body but not feeding it properly your body will become insecure and irritated and over or under react to everything in it's heightened state of it's hunger game. Your personality will be abrasive and abrupt and your abilities will all diminish until that basic need is met. Accountable to self? You better be or you will bucked off, kicked out and eatin' alone again! Prayer begins the respectful meal, gratitude makes you receptive to the energy you are about to receive, communion with your food and with the people you share a meal with make it exponential in every way. GOT IT??? Thanksgiving for us all with every meal we receive will change this for the better real real fast.

Entitlement vs accountability

Which way will work now? Waiting for someone to do it for you, or to you, or include you? Or are you going to be the one who steps up and offers, and creates and compromises? I have seen what entitlement does, it is like those who think that being saved is automatic and there is nothing they ever need to do but to show up on Sunday for an hour. I believe all will be saved, I also know that you will reap what you sow. Being accountable for every single thought, word and deed is inevitable. What you send in to the ethers, surrounds you and your life and colors your experiences with your attitudes, behaviors and emotions. Please know you are loved, and behave as if that LOVE in all things matters and deserves the same LOVE back. It may be a gift and yes you are entitled to love, but it must be tended to, nurtured, fed and adored, or it will disappear in the wink of an eye! What you love will love you back, nothing less will get the job done. AND YOU CAN COUNT ON THAT!

The Invitation

I have extended many of those. To a party, a place to live, a way to heal yourself, a trip, a job,  a relationship. And so it goes and goes. The invitations I extend are the ones I seek and desire. I am the maker and breaker of my own patterns in life, and inviting myself by inviting others helps me see the bigger picture, the reflection of ME. As I review what I have invited in I sometimes have to laugh and sometimes I have to cry. We are so capable here of so much and yet without love and hope and faith, the ruts of our pasts not cleared just pull us right back in again. Over and over, the wheel just spins and spins in that hole. I have colossal energy therefore I have colossal lessons, reflections ,and invitations  in my life. I gain footing and sometimes I repeat my lesson. Invite yourself to being who you want to be, where you want to live, doing exactly what you are here to do, and do them the  way you love. No opinions of others count now. You are the inviter and the invitee to your own life and your future is being shaped with every choice every single second.

Access to power and movement

That is the definition of a DRIVEWAY  in a dream state. I had that dream last night. In recruiting supporters for our Dakota 38 plus 2 winter ride to Mankato I encountered many homes without driveways. I came from my home in the dream which was a mansion with many people living there. The dream was about the vision of healing this ride represents. I went out in to my neighborhood to knock on doors.  The houses were, there but they had no DRIVEWAYS to access them. So finally I just drove up on the grass and sat there in my car between two houses. Finally a guy came out and asked my what I wanted and I shared our vision, he said come with me and took me to the  house next door. In there was a young man interested in what I was saying and as I spoke of our healing and the road to it, I watched him SEE THE LIGHTS. Now this was amazing even for me who sees energy all the time, THE LIGHTS this guy saw that I saw too, they were like northern lights, first colored and pulsing, then white like a giant star, then like a cross! I said YOU UNDERSTAND, and he smiled and said, I SEE. He is ready for a driveway, the access to power and movement that has been ridiculously absent for so long is being restored now. WE ARE THAT VISION OF RESTORATION. Got your driveway!! Use it NOW!!

That was AWKWARD

Yup, a lot of what is going on is graceless, clumsy, requires amazing effort and skill to straighten it out again. That is what happens when it is awkward. The past years have been awkward on this planet. It will take some dexterity and focus to restore it to it's majesty and beauty and harmony. Start with you, are there awkward thoughts, words and deeds hanging over your head? Are you embarrassed by something you did or said? Have you burned a bridge you wish was there now? My right foot turns outward when I am tired, and it makes me look awkward. I have to see it and change it on purpose to get it to go straight. Changing awkward choices has to be a conscious effort now. Are you ready to be graceful and loving every step of the way now? Then see your awkward choices and choose to release them. I can not throw a ball straight, I don't care, I think it's funny, so that will remain a part of my charm, other things though, seen in the light now will be upgraded. How about you, ready for First Class? Then choose it now!

Asking for help

Not in my nature, never has been. I would rather figure it out myself. Independent and accountable is how I see that feature of my personality, I choose not to blame or excuse, I choose to tackle it head on and speak my truth. I have taken my bumps, and told no one. Not always popular but consistent. Lately I have realized that if I can do it alone, asking for help and participation would enhance that by adding in energy that I honor and respect and can understand and work with. I asked Leo, then I asked Kris and then I sat back and marveled how their help made my life so much easier! If you have gone it alone for awhile because you did not trust or you could find someone you could believe would help. Take a moment and reboot that philosophy. Clear the old tapes, use the mercy, grace and forgiveness cards. Then ask your self, who matches you? Who do you respect? Who would be honest, even if you didn't agree? Then ask them if they could, or would like to partner up on a project with you? There are a lot of worthy people in our community, looking to work with happy, healthy, accountable people like us. No more cheaters, liars or thieves in our world, eliminate that by simply choosing something and someone who is good, and right and willing. Look in to their eyes, and when the deal is done, a handshake doesn't do it, you will always, get a hug! I did!

Mercury!!!!

As I play the movie back it all makes sense now.  Watching the old thermometer rise in the heat, until it broke the glass that held it. Then those thermometers were gone, hidden from view, banned in 1996. The mercury that you could see and understand, hidden from your eyes, yet still injected in to your bodies through vaccinations and pooled in your teeth.  Poisoning your saliva and digestion impairing your thyroid and more. I see energy, and watch what happens to mercury toxic humans in the sun shine. Their skin sizzles in the heat, as the mercury burns them up. It causes hot flashing at a time when peace should rule the body after 50 years of growth and production. It causes massive yeast imbalances that result in a zillion forms of cancer. Which is simply the body's response in a very erratic response to being poisoned. I had it in my eyes with the thimerasol in contact lense solution and it was horrible. I see the bigger picture here, and the results are beyond beyond. If you have a relationship to mercury, your truth will surface very quickly now. Mercury the planet of quick communication will strike one up with YOU.  You will attract the lessons you need to learn to balance and heal your self and this world. If you leave it, well, see you again soon. YOUR CHOICE, always was. Some things need to be exposed now, don't they?

The gathering

You will know where you are to gather, you will be called and feel it strongly. I have been called to the Dakota 38 plus two ride, and will gather with those brothers and sisters to assist in bringing in healing and forgiveness for our world through this event. You will all need to listen to your hearts now, let the rest of the noise and distractions die down, and hear what is going on in the inside only. Volcanoes

Eruptions, fire, smoke and ashes. They are alive and changing the face of our world. They are alive and changing the faces of humanity. I watch, listen and write about the shift. It will come whether we believe it will or not. You can not keep your head in the sand much longer. It will pop you out like the lava from deep within the earth. Our world has a mind of her own, and thinking we can over ride that mind and all of her resources is simply not true. I partner with Mother Nature in my work, in my life and in my heart. I am her child here in this body that she provides for me, and honoring my body and my opportunity to partner with her is what gets me out of bed in the morning. Lots of people are disturbing the peace now as the fire burns through their illusions. Pointing out what is wrong. Truly worried. Nothing is wrong really, all is well and improving, we should keep our eye on the prize, the light is here. It promised to return to Earth and here it comes. Whether it comes to you in fire, sun or God, you will see it and receive it. I am glad. We have chosen this road, now make the best of what you have to work with, that is all you can do!!

I am so glad to know you all

Over dinner last night my friend said I AM SO GLAD TO KNOW YOU ALL THESE YEARS! I smiled and said, back at you! Some of the ones we have met along the way have fallen to the wayside. Forever gone from your days and nights. Divorced from your life in every way. Others never could be forgotten. I am blessed to have a bunch of friends from my childhood, still making me think, and laugh, and ski and ride! They tell stories about me in short shorts, or hanggliding, or skipping school, and other funny tales too. They also remind me of how special  and worthy they thought I was then, and am still. Look back, find an old friend, catch up, share a story or two. Rewinding the tape and watching again with grown up eyes can be fun and educational. We are loved, always have been, even though many have forgotten this. Some one remembers YOU, start with you remembering YOU the way you once were, after all these years then add in another, you will love the result!

Serious attracts serious

I do not know why I did that. I did though, I attracted serious. I attracted hard lessons about myself in the mirror of others. Rigidity was the most serious issue of all. Not flexible in body or activities or in their own heart. It showed me how I had limited myself. I see it know. I know people who say NO now, before it was not an option ever! In the spirit of the holidays, find some light, some fun, some music, some adventure, some sport, some laughter, SOME THING NEW! Yesterday I drove to a speaking engagement  thinking I had made a mistake to commit to something so far from my home, yet....there I was on the road alone again. I will say though, once I arrived I was so so glad I went, my real self stepped up and it was super fun for me and think they enjoyed having me! Spend your energy of some FUN

When you were little fun was first. It was for me. I always went if it was fun. I would find a reason not to if it wasn't fun. I hung with super fun kids, and went on really fun trips. Then people stopped doing the FUN thing. I have to work, was one excuse, or I don't have any money was another one. I am too tired I would hear, or I don't feel good enough, my back hurts or some other malady stopped them. The clock of your body each day is broken into three segments, one for sleep, one for production and one for FUN! Humans are designed to laugh, to try new things, to fall without getting hurt and to enjoy their life here. If you have stopped with the fun part, rethink it. I try to do fun stuff as often as I can, I will be skiing every Friday this year, bought a season pass for the first time since I was a kid, JUST FOR THE FUN OF IT!

My birthday month

Yup, I have always had an entire month to celebrate my birthday. Always a super big deal to me. It starts today! Can't wait to see what is in store for this years month of fun. The Dakota 38 plus 2 ride will be it's conclusion as I will join up with them on my Birthday Day, December 20th. Until then, the sky is the limit. I will have spent 56 years here this round and the number 11 that that adds up to is the magic number of partnership at the highest level. I have waited a very time for this and I am super pumped to see it coming finally! We all deserve to celebrate our lives here, the birthday is the best way to commemorate your arrival and accomplishments. I flew in on a snowflake in 1957 which was a 9, meaning I had come for completion. I have known that my whole life, this would be IT for me. I stayed and played and gave all I had, now I will celebrate! Let's get the party started! Happy Birthday to ME!

Awakening

All of us now are getting the chance to awaken from a deep almost trance like state of existence. I was awakened in 1988 by a couple of space dudes or star brothers as they called themselves, who showed up in the middle of the night and said OK Susan, it is time. Scared the beans out of me, kind of, yet they were familiar and friendly. This was no dream, it was real and I had to believe that what ever I was being awakened for must be pretty important. I was told that staying asleep or out of the game was not an option as far as they were concerned. They even claimed I had arranged this wake up call long before many lives here and this was the BIG NIGHT! After they left the dogs barked and my partner never stirred even in the noise and my trying to wake him. Very odd and unlike him. Next day I shared my experience and that marked the beginning of the rest of my life. So different from the first 40 years. I always tell my clients, you get 40 years in the desert to do what ever you want, but then you need to become accountable and get something done you are willing to be accounted for. For those just stirring, please open your eyes now. You are needed desperately, staying asleep during the most amazing time in the history of Earth should not be an option! No one left behind

When we were little kids one of the worst feelings was watching your parents walk out the door leaving you behind. I have seen kids melt down, thinking this is it, they are never coming back. And who is this stranger here anyway staying with us? When I was very young my dad walked out the door the day after Christmas and returned nearly dead. A broken neck from a chiropractic adjustment by a  man who was simply too rough on an injured neck. I saw him being carried up to the walk to our front door and I melted down. Knowing he was leaving without me for sure. AGAIN! My family is part of the Dakota 38 plus 2 group. Their necks were broken the day after Christmas long ago, that memory lingers in our DNA. It is brilliant how we repeat the same lesson again and again until someone finally gets it and heals it by forgiving it. Reliving  that day I watched my  father's spirit leaving him, and it never made any sense to me at all until I learned of the hanging and remembered the rest of the story. We need to remember, to forget. Forgiveness erases the pain and shock and abandonment that hold humans hostage here. I promise, in the new age all will be revealed and NO ONE will be left behind. Creator loves us all and in the end we all go home. Guaranteed!

Ok, OK

Let it be that way. OK is good enough. OK is solid and likeable. OK is moving forward with the thumbs up. Perfect is for another day, OK is for Earth, I want her and her children to be OK. That is OK with me! Find your OK, thumbs up, moving forward space and stay there! I am OK now.

Be careful, care full for your self now

I am pretty trusting, not very fearful about what I say and who I say it to. I know the Angels have their hands full with me here. Watching, guarding and guiding me, I am sure it is a full time job for a bunch of those guys! I heard twice in a day, to be quiet now. Two different people said, do not talk anymore, I do not want to hear this. You should not be telling me this.  Isn't that interesting? I have learned to listen better and better. Maybe I had not heard that before because I didn't want to, selective hearing is a human trick used by everyone here. Maybe it is time to be quiet and watch and see how the rest of the story plays out. I have cheerleaded a long time. I have shared, coached, poked and prodded. I provoke, I am a Sagittarius with a sharp arrow and a keen eye. This little centaur is going to step back now, quiet for awhile as my life shapes itself  new again. I will blog about the things on the outside, and take a break about the things changing on the inside. CARE FULL TOO THE MAX ABOUT ME! Now that is a change for the better. YA THINK?? How about you? I am proud of you!

I always wanted to hear those words from my parents. I never did. No matter what, who or how much, they were always worried about me, scared really that somehow I would fail. Even after the suit against KSTP was won, they never said a word to me. Strange....Yesterday the woman who was proud of me, died. I have a poem she wrote me about how proud her and her husband were of me and who I had become, on my mirror. Isn't it funny how those little things, those words, are so so important. Tell someone today, especially someone you haven't told, that you are proud of them. Their effort is noticed, their skills amazing, their look lovely, their life something to comment on. WHATEVER!! Just do it, it could change everything for you and them! She taught me two things, love your family no matter what, every thing is forgivable and celebrate everything!! Miss Polly I am celebrating knowing you and learning from you and loving you lots!! I will miss us, but see you soon, so we can chat over a cocktail and a cigarette, just like in the old days! Evidence

Look in the mirror, your wallet, your bedroom, your life is the evidence. It is evident that what you have spoken you have become. This is  a good day  to recalculate it all now. Hopefully this time it will add up to what we really desire. We are our own math, mine is adding up better and better. How about yours? What does the evidence show you?

I am that I am

A promise to remember I am being the best I can be at the time and that is good enough. When we feel like we failed in some way, we forget that. We become sad, or angry, or even scared. Sometimes we think the suffering is our fault. The only fault or not you bear is your own, I am that I am all that I can be, nothing gets missed. Got It? Your lesson, mine too.

Clearing the way

Your future needs a clear path to it, no detours, no blockades, no false fronts,  no NO's. It is time that anything and everything and every one who slows you down or beats you up, move off to the sidelines while we get going. I have endured, actually chosen, as we all have, a variety of those slower downers for lifetimes here. I gave in and gave up for many reasons. I think guilt was a big one, thinking that I did not deserve better. Feeling guilty that things were easy for me. Wanting everyone to have everything all of the time, the way I do. To see what I see. Life here seemed like so much effort for so many. Study or work or sit around, waiting....waiting....waiting..... for the thing that was real and true and everlasting to show up. I asked those closest to me to speak their truth and I listened to a variety of perspectives. The greatest one I heard was FAKE. it is all fake, you are faking it, YOU ARE A FAKE! Your wishful little words of love and light, well......Now it all makes sense. People simply do not believe, not in themselves, their abilities, the fact that they are perfectly created, and yes filled with those wishful little words, LOVE and LIGHT!!! Clear the way, those ideas are the truth and the power of those lovelights coming on now, will show you which way to go.

who are YOU?

I know my DNA, all the way back to the beginning of me. It is not what I do. I do LIGHT work. I am a lightworker. I teach energy, clearing the blockages in the human field restoring health and balance. That is HOW I work in the light, with the light and made OF the light. All day, in front of everyone including Creator and his hierarchy. I am proud of my work, and grateful for the opportunity. I know others wish they had the courage to stand up in front of friends and family and tell the truth about who they are in the inside. How they want to live and love here. Identifying yourself as a human angel doing heavenly work takes pure honesty and self love on every level. Transparency in every thought, word and deed is essential. No more hiding, no more excuses, just YOU. I see pretenders, who say one thing to one person, and deny it to the next. Lukewarm is about to get spit out, make a choice, be YOU, be honest about who you really are and be free, maybe for the first time ever.

Caring and sharing

It is the best work we can do here. I care about this planet and her children, so I share what happened to me and how I coped, shifted, grew and healed myself. I expose all the details of a very human life here for others to review and take what they need. I got in a lot of trouble as a kid for being that person. My family did not like that about me and the consequences were severe. It took me awhile to see that for what it was. Pretending to be someone I am not was a lot of work. It made me sad and sick and yet, that is exactly what I needed to shift my life into drive. I am proud that my truth and my visions for our world are available to others. Caring and sharing, that is ALL you can do. It can be a career here!! It is up to each person to decide what and who is right for them and how you feel about it and what you can offer others. You are right for me, so I will continue to share. I am that I am, and that is all there is.

The smallest

It is the smallest things that can make the biggest differences. It is one healthy cell that can heal a body. One kind word that heal a broken heart. One act of generosity that can add worth to someone's experience. It only takes one egg and one sperm to create the fetus that a soul can use for a lifetime here. The spark, starts the fire, and the breath of life keeps it going strong. Today do one little magical special thing for someone the breath of your words. They are free, and very powerful. Say you are sorry, say you are glad to know them, say you love them, say your world is better because they are in it!! It is the little things that make everything better. You words can be those little things that change someone's life forever! One word can do it! Peace to you all.

Who can you trust?

The kids riding with me yesterday were working on issues of trust. We decided that to trust our horse, the handler, who had the lead rope in their hands and yourself, who was up on top riding bareback. We discussed what trust looks like and provides. They said,  FREEDOM, WORTHINESS, RESPONSIBILITY and PEACE NO MATTER WHAT. Trusting one another to keep our word even under stress or fear, is the hardest part of our relationships to others. People dissolve trust very quickly when offended  in some way. They will use that EXCUSE TO WALK AWAY AND CHANGE THE DEAL. Then the trust is broken. Families are destroyed when the trust in not there. When the peace is disturbed and the commitment to unity is shattered. Learning to trust ourselves on horse back involved closing our eyes while on the back of our horse and breathing. Saying to ourselves that we are safe, we are protected, we are being loved and guided by the hands of the handler and the magnificent horse we had partnered with. I learned another lesson with the sharing of this HORSE TIME with these awesome kids. Trust is a gift, and when given it must be attended to by both parties to keep it alive, it is energy. It is earned as one of the highest honors that humans can afford each other. And once someone allows the trust to become real, the ultimate in relationships can be achieved. Nothing less will do. WHO DO YOU TRUST? Close your eyes and breath, and you will see.....

Full moon illumination

It lights your cells with a nighttime reflection of the sunlight. It gives your body energy and increases flow. I hope that where ever you are underneath this great bright moon you are in a state of love and grace. Let this light shine on the pieces that still need to heal, release any old connections that hold you down or back in any way. No excuses, and no blame, you are the breaker and maker of every single pattern in your life!! Proud, strong, happy and healthy, serving yourself and others in the light of this beautiful moon, another gift from the Universe to Earth and her children, Namaste! Inside and out

How well do you know YOU? Are you fully capable of understanding every aspect of your life here, physical, emotional and spiritual? I believe you are. I know me inside and out, I like me too. I can fix me whenever I deviate from my health or my happiness. And yet once in awhile I go looking for trouble. Not sure why, just for the fun of it, maybe.  Or maybe I just like a good clean fight, truth and justice and all that. It can clear the air, and clear my way back to me. Inside we are all the same, we flow and grow exactly the same way. On the outside we have our specific filters in place, taking us to certain places at certain times, looking a certain way back and feeling our way through. I know those who would fight want to clear their  filters. I did that way for a very long time. It made for some monumental confrontations back then. Now I just smile, and say OK. I see you inside and out too, and that makes my job here much easier. Take stock of you today, do not fight, just say OK, inside and out I am who and how I am and that is OK with me. Peaceful resolutions for us all now.

The HUNT

I am not a hunter, never have been. My perspective on life here does not permit me to kill something I love. Just can not do it. I thought if I did not name them it would not be so hard, but that is not true. I see light, and auras, and life is there and it is an extension of my own life force. When one of my animals is sick it is because it is mirroring me. I have to look at me first and then treat us both. Success is always SEEING THE WHOLE PICTURE, AND TREATING THE WHOLE THING! I see the hunt as hunting something within myself. Killing for anything less then food makes no sense to me. Eating it joins it to me and we become one. Wolf hunting makes no sense at all. Buffalo slaughter same non-sense. My great great grandfather Jack Culbertson, died defending the Buffalo. It is in my DNA. Think about you and the hunt, are you looking for something within?? The deer is the pathfinder, is that why so many hunt for them? Looking for their path? Know your animal totems, they are here to show you - YOU. That is all we really need to hunt for.

There is a change in the AIR

Can you smell it? It causes the ears to perk up, the eyes to look up and the heart to beat a little faster. The Four directions are joining together as planned. The Creator gave them each job to do here and learn their element. At the shift, the elements would join forces and knowledge, and become unified. No more separation, discrimination or  profiling needed. I was profiled yesterday, asked if I was a new ager. I said you bet! The old age is complete. With the closure of that chapter now only those with a new age mentality will  stay and be happy here. The crystals in your computer are active and you are becoming crystal people. The jewels on your body are lighting up your meridians, and as you learn how that works and what the results are, you will become aware, awakened and new too! Water, air, fire and earth, working in unison with the masters of their energy, meeting with minds filled with solutions for our changing world. Red, white, black and yellow, becoming ONE with us, and ultimately the Creator. Welcome to the New Age, glad you decided to stay and play!

Time to put on your dancin' shoes!

An end to the stomping, shuffling, standing still of the feet of the people. Time to get out those dancing shoes, shine em' up and put em' on! WOUNDED KNEE, was about dancing. When the people dance, those who want to control them can not. The hearts of the dancers become larger than life itself here and changes are manifest, miracles are evident and life begins at a higher octave. So I say again, put on your dancin' shoes now. It is time for changing the status quo around here! Upgrade your evenings with a little dance around the fire, or where ever you decide. Throwing sand in each other's eyes

Kids do that when they are fighting for attention. My problems, my struggles, my losses, you will feel MY PAIN. It is behavior that spills up. I see adults do it too. If I am struggling you are going to struggle TOO! You have the choice now, to see that for the reality it is, and stop and start over. If it feels like sand in your eyes, close your eyes and look within. Let the tears flow, and the memories with the old injuries heal. You can heal this, tears can clear this and the vision you have and share from there forward will be on of love and light and everlasting life force! SEE????

Promoted

Only that which is worthy of promotion. Remember there is no such thing as good or bad publicity, it is publicity period. What you repeat, gets promoted. If we are to improve and succeed here, we must only promote that which improves us and others, and results in success. Promote yourself today and all of your natural gifts and abilities, no negatives, no lesses, or losses, or lack of. Then celebrate the success that positive promotion produces. It is the fastest way to life and love and happiness I know.

Heart centered

So what if I decide to move into my heart now, what does that look like????? It is the dwelling place of your soul. It is center ground, green and fertile and pink and inclusive. Front and back fields of energy radiate outward in all directions. It is fueled by vision, dreams, hopes, and love with all the power it carries, is the result. It is the place where everything turns out fine. Many hearts are hardened, some are broken or shattered, some are cold as ice and some are empty all together. It is epidemic here on Earth. Your heart is your safe place, the key to all life. It can generate enough power to change everything in it's range. It can grow, and become stronger and stronger. Practicing heart expansion is vital. What expands a heart? Kids do it, puppies and kitties too. A partner is a quantum expander, a job you do well and grow happy with and at, is another way. Reading stories that make you smile help and telling stories of success or support get the job done too. Laughing is huge and so is singing loving happy harmonious songs! Looking through the eyes of your heart puts you on even footing with every one else's heart. Not above nor below, but within so then you can see outward. You can see the radiance, the aura, the field, when you are at that level yourself. You can heal the broken hearted only after you have healed your own. Heart centered, is my prayer for humanity. If you love, tell it, cherish it, and keep it safe, if you do not, say good bye and keep on looking till you find it. It is out there, because it is IN THERE!! Heart light ON< Magnet activated!

Fight or Flight - YOU DECIDE or not!

ADRENALINE,  2nd chakra response to life here. The way of our world. Zingers everywhere. If you start your day with a pot of coffee and a cigarette, you become fully loaded for a fight or flight kind of day. Zinging yourself into an alert state with adrenaline producing starters is exhausting really. As soon as the buzz wears off you are looking for the next hit. It can come from sugar, or yelling at someone, it can come from drugs or alcohol. It is a choice, yours and yours alone, every single time you make it. It becomes a habit, then a rut, then left to continue will take you deep enough to become your grave. When your adrenals become spent, your kidneys stop with your energy and your heart stalls out. No heart fire, no human. Last breath is the train straight to accountability. The conference is set and you will be there, no ifs, ands or buts about it. Or, YOU CAN STOP FIGHTING, AND BE LOVING AND PEACEFUL. YOU CAN STOP RUNNING, BECOME ACCOUNTABLE FOR EVERY DETAIL OF YOUR LIFE AND YOUR EXPERIENCE. You decide, only YOU choose. Freewill, ain't it grand??? You decide.

Infertility

A huge issue today among American couples. I see it a lot in my practice. Sharing the way out of that dead end is one of my greatest pleasures. Emily my first gift is  nearly 17 now and she is still magic to me! There are a few things to consider, your true health, especially your kidney energy, and your level of toxicity, especially oral health and drug reactions, and Your response to stress. Second your emotional capabilities, memories that still impact you are a big concern and how you respond daily to life here a giant factor. Third and least discussed, spiritually is this in YOUR highest good, and ultimately for the Highest Good of ALL! We are not taught that everything is connected and that connection energetically needs to have a voice now if we are going to shift. Ask, believe, and allow the bigger truth to be the answer. We are in this together and together there will be fertility again, I know that for sure. In the mean time, clean up your body, your thoughts and your daily choices and you will be ready when the times arrives!

where do we go from here?

I look at those who simply do not know where to go anymore. Health care is overwhelming, work is unsatisfactory, relationships are unfulfilling. We are programmed by a system that is very good at keeping your eye off the real prize. YOU are that prize. That ball of energy you carry in your heart is the gold of this world. Nothing else has as much value! People hunt for purpose, for power, for money or love, when all along it is within. ENVISION YOUR ENERGY, SEE YOUR HEART EXPAND WITH YOUR FOCUS.  It can be as big as you believe it to be. A big heart, is a happy place to be, being known for that, is a reputation to be proud of! How is your heart today, strong and willing, like an engine on a jet? Or flipping around and scaring you? Or faintly ticking? The only thing we fear here is failure, and when you realize no matter how hard you try, being here is the win, failure is not an option. You will fall back in love and your heart will expand, and the joy and life you came to share with us all will be yours forever.

Birth - day

Being born here is an awesome opportunity to do something much of the Universe does not do. Earth is a great challenge. A real adventure only for the strong of heart and willing of spirit. I know sometimes we feel little or injured, sometimes we simply do not understand anything. I believe that is part of the challenge. It comes in being present, being quiet and learning to connect to all things. There are no things that are not connected. Choosing who you let in real close is part of your challenge. The discernment is yours, the results yours as well. Your birth here is a great gift to us all, your departure often times leaves us feeling alone again. Today I honor my friend Bill, it is his birthday and he has made me better by knowing him since 1977. Happy Birthday Bill, I love you very much and am so glad you are here on this Earth ship with me, you make the journey special! Blessings and honor are yours today! Celebrate and be glad you made the trip, I am!

An Affair?

People love affairs, they go to them with great anticipation! Looking on the outside, for what is sadly lacking within. I had a partner who had an affair with his job, it was his life, his energy was always there and in the end I simply walked away. I had another partner who did it with the girls, charming them the way he charmed me, putting more effort in to the outer aspects of his charm than the inner ones. Forgetting to use his charms on himself. Humans have a lot of choices and affairs are a one hot item. Families are shattered by there presence, since they take a lot of energy from both partners in the offing. A better choice here would to be - come your own affair! BE THAT AMAZING SEXY ENCHANTING HUMAN YOU CAN SPEND ENERGY ON AND WITH!. No one else can fill in your empty holes, I promise you that. Fill them in yourself, speak your truth, honor those who have been with you all along and decide what is really the bottom line for you. Focus and then account for yourself, fully in detail.  It takes two to make a family, and it also takes two to break one up! Unity for us all, commitment and communion daily, will help.

Having a opinion

Everyone seems to have one or forty. I listen to them carefully. Having an opinion of someone else's choices is not an option here. It never was. I don't know how we got so off track with that. It does not matter, since it is not YOURS to make it matter, what another person looks like or does for a living, how they proceed within their day or who they hang out with. Only if said person is somehow harming you, can you get an opinion. If you do not like something, look at yourself because somehow you have THE ISSUE with in you. I heard a guy complain about the cops, then I heard his voice become a COP! Almost like a bully, pushing that opinion in to the air, when it was not requested. I have no opinions about healthcare in America, I simply choose to do my health in partnership with nature. Some people ask how I do that, others do not. It works in balance both ways. Only share yours with those who have sought it out, keep the rest to yourself, in the end the only opinion that will count is YOURS of how YOU lived here. And the Creator may also get to have an opinion of that too.  Yathink??

Fire

On the hill there was a fire, I could see it burning and smoking and scorching the land. I thought I better call it in, and I did. Then I tried to get to it and I could not, it was way out in the middle of a plot of land with no roads in. From my house on the hill I could see it, from the road below, I could not. It took a long time for the trucks to get up there and put it out, I sat and watched and prayed the animals got out safely. After it was over, I realized that that is how my life is. I have the gift of the seer, and I see things first. What I do with that information changes our world. Yesterday it saved a forest. My gift, my responsibility. Nuff said. Thank you God for making us all rare and unique and reminding us that our gifts are to be shared with this world to help sustain it in love. And even if they are not totally understood yet, they are valuable and should be cherished. Namaste.

Let's dance

Energy finds it's way into many spaces and places, I have seen it lighten up and deeply darken. It is amazing stuff. If it  is flowing and growing with in you, you are energetic and smiling. If you have stopped it or blocked it, or are losing it out a big gaping whole, you need to review your current situation and set up a new structure for you, your body and your life. Period! Health and vitality depend on energy, you eat energy in the form of food, you drink it, you breath it, you feel it in the warmth of the sun,  you regenerate it while you sleep, you also dictate to it with your words. It is formidable and it's management is your responsibility. So start with this, call out your energy - see it take from right in front of your eyes, make sure it looks friendly, and then say come on - LET'S DANCE!!!!!  Having a relationship to your energy that is intimate, affectionate, athletic  and lively, will change your life forever. Own it now, it is yours and yours alone to use, adore, play with and grow on. Wasting it with anger, loss, less or fear or sadness is not an option any longer. Dancing with you all is fun, dancing with me is awesome!

What ever!

The comment that gets you what ever is hanging around closest to you when you say it. Energy is everywhere. It belongs to someone. If it becomes random, or discarnate, it will look for another place to roost. I watch and see people battle with energy that is not theirs, but they attracted it with one of those snide remarks like whatever, and there it is plastered to them like mud. Energy flows and flies and hangs and lurks, it is everywhere on this planet. It can be conjured up by a memory, media does it all the time, your hired professionals are masters at  using verbal energy to pressure you to feel something that is not really yours at all.  Real pro-fit only comes from love. Love keeps itself clean, clear and healthy, it is specific in everyway. It does not do the what-ever thing. When you call it, it comes. No mixed messages. It is your gift from a world designed to support you. You must be specific now. What exactly to you want? If you are unaware of your words, or throw them out without thinking because you are reacting, not responding. It is time to learn a new way. This is critical, the mouth is the rudder of the ship of YOU, the words are the directors. Begin today, choose carefully the words that come in to the air from your face. See them for what they truly are, creators. Life force and it's energy, is like a dog, love it, feed it, pet it, it will stay long and always come and wag when it is beckoned. No one here can do YOUR work

Wishing we could snap our fingers and have everything shift quickly would be my choice. I love fast. The faster the better for me. It is not how our human experience works though. Our process is the process. Our work here, is the point. We came to study, to learn, to move about freely and make choices that inspire us and also that educate us as well. It is the challenge of density. Moving around in a cumbersome body with all it's bells and whistles and requirements is tricky business. Many want to make your choices for you, some even demand it. You must have this, or do that, or be there. It is the maze. Step back for a moment and review your progress. Are you where you want to be today, doing what you want to be doing, with people who you respect and love??  Are you healthy, energetic, rested, willing, loving and yes, even still fun and funny? Do you love what you  hear and who says it to you? This IS YOUR LIFE! People are accountable for the process and all the details, there is nothing random or lucky or coincidental here, everything is in the flow. You either attract or repel, no other way. Your magnetism is with in your power. it is electrical and driven by YOU, and if you are not careful, others can drive it too. Become the one who has it all, because they know it is there work and it is a blessing to have the choices and abilities to make this lifetime the best you have ever known. Listen to your own words, they become YOU.

True love

Doesn't that sound nice?  Doesn't it make the stories way better? It just does, not as an e-motion only but as the power of all creation. It is the spark of the beginning. It comes in many forms. True is about transparent and clear and joyful and being a part of everything. Love is about growth in light. Knowing you are connected is loving yourself truly, enough to think bigger than just you and your stuff. Fun huh?? Loving my life, truly, my world is filled with these loving connections and I honor them and know I send out as much love as I receive, the law of attraction at work. Today, find the true love with in yourself, then when it is warm radiate it out to everyone you come in contact with, your pets, your yard, your food, and your reflection in the mirror too. That is the greatest use of this 11-11 energy. Fall back in love with Earth, your life here and YOURSELF!

Tobacco

My friend says yesterday, how can I quit smoking? I said why do you want to? He said I just think I should, I said, non-sense, here is the truth.  tobacco is the herb of protection, it is a sacred gift from Creator to those who need it. It covers the area with the smoke of protection so that nothing may energetically enter without permission. Energy has legs, it has a mouth, it is always looking for a host, and you could be one if you allow it. I posted a video on energy and will teach a class about it after Thanksgiving. I said are you addicted? That is not the issue with tobacco it is the issue with the drugs/chemicals in the cigarette. Try one without additives, I bet you will find a different relationship. I have known about this forever, and teach it to those ready to be in the know. When you stop with the chemicals, the addiction stops sucking the life out of  you. Tobacco is a gift, not a curse, it has been morphed because it is powerful. Take your power back from those who suck it right out of you. This is the sense, and everything my Creator has put here for me, makes sense to me!

11-11-2011

My post from then was at Chichenitza.  The picture where I am vaporizing is still there. I was invited to ride the energy elevator up that day but with my beautiful daughters there, I  remained grounded here.  I have spent many days since then pondering that option. Leaving this world was not my choice, staying and putting my money, my love and my skills to work again after a very intense challenge became my priority. We get chances to stay and offers to leave, many times in  one lifetime. Some opt off, I truly understand that choice. My friend Fred said after he left his human form, that he could be much more effective from another plane of existence and within a few days 9-11 happened and he was there to assist the departing souls. We are larger than life here, from before to forever, loved and needed by many. Take a moment today, and find that love in the light of the 11-11- energy. Twin flames will find each other today. Soul mates will meet and greet and start new projects based on their heart's desires. Enjoy life while you remain human, if you are not doing that feel free to go home where you are truly loved. Freewill is our gift, Earth is not jail, it is Hell, and we are here to change that now to Heaven! Welcome Eden and her Creator back into Partnership now. this is the day! Celebrate the  choice you made to be a part of something very special.

I have been to the mountain top

You can see a long long distance from there. In Peru, I saw the farthest and came home changed forever, that was in 2008.  Everything looks better from above. Getting tangled up in the little things takes too much energy and time. Looking in to the future of your life requires that you climb up and see the bigger picture now. From up top, pan back to the road that brought you here. See what you have endured, applaud your abilities, and your lessons learned. I see where I have been and what resulted with great joy and memories that fill me with wonder still today. I know the road I used to get here was my choice, every step of the way and that will be something to process later when I return home. For now the road ahead is my focus. Where do we go from here???? Who will remain by our side and who will drop off along the way??? Is the choice easier this time, less challenging, or will I give the wild ride like I always do??? I love Earth time, it is great exercise and great education, and you are all great companions! Climb up, and see what you have to choose from next! Happy 11-11!! The disappearing ones

I invited a friend to the movie yesterday. After it ended he simply got up and walked away, never looking back to see if I was coming. Just disappeared without a word.  Funny how people are, this guy does that a lot, every time I am with him for sure. This time it didn't hurt so much, so I clicked my heels and disappeared too. I do that sometimes when I need to be somewhere else quickly. Fifteen minutes later my phone rang and the voice on the other end said where are you? Doesn't matter does it? If we are so lost in our own world that we forget those who care about us and call to invite us back in, who is the one who has disappeared? I don't think it was me. I am sure it wasn't. Another lesson learned.

Put good energy in to good causes

I have wasted time, money, energy and resources. I have stopped that now. I needed to discern and choose the wiser lighter ways. I know that chasing dreams or other's dreams is silly, I also know that living my dream daily is how it gets done. Live where  and how you love, do you, do right, do light, do clean, do happy, live that way every moment in your body and your little world. Putting good words, good works, good ideas in to self and surroundings will get you started. Once securely placed and nurtured it will radiate outward in all directions. Can't be any other way. If I come to your house, or sit in your car, or chat with your personality, will you be showing me your light, the order and beauty of it or not? If you have made a mess, clean it up by yourself. It is yours and yours alone to remedy. If you need help, get help and pay for it in some way.  If you have hurt someone or something, fix it NOW! Again you live with YOU. Remember this, there may not be a later, you will not be able to go back ever and fix yesterday,  DO today only! It is the ONLY time you have.

Legends

Stories, and directions on a map. THE Legend IS YOU. There is a map and it is clear and available, it always was.  I CAN LOOK AT YOUR BODY, YOUR NAILS, YOUR TONGUE, YOUR EYES, YOUR SKIN AND TELL YOU WHERE YOU ARE HEADED WITH YOUR HEALTH. I had a legend on my arm, a smallpox vaccination scar, it said I had been disharmonized, and it stayed swirled for many years marking me as one of the masses who had been altered. Then, I cleared it, and the scar disappeared!  Did you know you could do  that? I say I SHOULD teach that to kids, so they know. The legend is a gift for humans and a secret for the few who kept it to themselves. They are being dismissed now, their selfishness will put them in a place where they will be alone for awhile. You are being told and sold and you need to step back and look at YOUR legend. It is your responsibility to learn about it and take care of it. People fear unvaccinated kids as a threat, you are right, they are. They are a threat to the dumbing down and disharmonizing  of our amazing immune system, and those who do not give theirs over to an agenda designed to control the masses, will eventually be the only ones left. Think for yourself, if it stinks and someone says it doesn't but you think it does, follow your nose! That is what you have it for. Your legend is your way out of darkness, death and disease, interested in knowing how it looks and works, come on over! I read legends and teach the skills, it saved my life, I am still here and my two closest friends, long gone now. I followed the map, learned the legend and will remain as long as I can be of service to those ready to learn too.

No more, no way, no how.

I am tolerant of much, some because I do not really have an opinion anyway. Other stuff  I know about and care about is where I put my light and effort. I love people and animals. I always have, it is a thing I have and it is what I do. I watch them with great interest. I see their energy flowing and it enchants me no end. I can sit at the State Fair all day and just watch. I can sit at the casino too and see the same stuff, never ending energy flowing. Certain places add a certain aspect of light, when someone is excited it looks a certain way, hope brings on light, when they are not, it looks dim. There is a lot of dim going on around this world, I call it dim bulbs. In the dimness it is hard to see your way clearly. In the light of a smile, or an idea, or something fun, the way is much easier. You can make your way through knowing your route is clearly lit. I say to those still feeling their way around in the dark, NO MORE, NO WAY, NO HOW. Darkness needs to leave, lights needs to come on full power now. The first thing you will see is YOU and then you can get to it. Let's put on our brightest lights, that way others can see their way too, your light is big enough to share when you get it turned on!

DNA like a cork screw

You are either receiving or sending, telegraphing data. I see people's energy and sometimes it is going up and has willingness and ability to it. Other times it is going down, straight into density and the  false reality of death here. Humans doing the down thing shuffle, mumble, grumble, are silent, yell, are simply uncomfortable in their own bodies and on our planet and want others to be aware of their condition. It is your choice, your desire is being served by YOU! If you want light, then you must embrace and embody light. That is smiling, laughing, singing, dancing, putting others wants and needs in front of yours for the fun of it. It is loving and living with that love in all situations, not just a select few or group at certain times. I know some groups who think they love themselves, yet withhold their love and respect for other groups since they are not the same. That is not love, it is fear. Love is UNCONDITIONAL, no matter what you feel that truth remains the truth. You are hooked to your ancestors data through your DNA, and you are being fed. If you like what you have and how you feel, wonderful! If you think the DNA needs a upgrade, a clearing of toxic or negative energy, the breaking of bad habits, the buck can stop with YOU. The line is alive, and telegraphs into your children and their children. If you want them to have your life, stay the same and it will happen. If you want their life to be better, healthier, happier, more stable or productive, YOU NEED TO SHIFT, not them , YOU! There are many ways to heal, believing you are worthy and loved is the first step. Letting the Creator know you want a avatar to show you light, that is the next thing. Once introduced to a way of living and loving and healing, then you must step up and take the reins of your own creation. We all want you to succeed! Namaste' to all beings.

look for the light

it can come in many forms, a call, a friend, an idea. If it makes you smile, it is light. If it makes you frown or resist ask yourself, why do I feel this way and what do I do? Your higher self will answer, takes notes. it could be the most enlightening conversation you have ever had!

My friend

went to and through hell. He wrote about it and shared it with me. I was amazed and inspired. I asked him if I could share his letter and he said sure! He said if it helped anyone, it would be worth the exposure. I know we have all had our dark times, our lost and lonely days and nights, our too highs and our too lows. SO WHAT! It is over now. If you are reading my blog you are on the path to self discovery and lightening up. I do light, I do love, I do health, and mostly I do truth. MY TRUTH. It comes in the form of a flaming arrow, and I have a knack for seeing dark places and shooting those arrows straight in. This guy has a arrow too. Shooting it into our world and sharing the story of his truth will enlighten and inspire many and yes, fire them up. Thanks Mike your story of mercy and grace and the greatest love of all is the story of everyone, some have just forgotten for a minute. Love ya!

Celebrate

Listen up, this is no time to feel the effects of anything but celebrating. Our world is in great need of joy. I see so many long faces, sick bodies, angry words spoken from hyper sensitive people who have simply forgotten to celebrate their life here. Find one good thing, event, person, it does not matter why, just do it!! Give the gift of a smile, a handshake, a surprise visit or call. Let the reason be - I love you and want to celebrate the fact we know each other and we are both here and able to enjoy that!! It will raise you up, it will raise them up too. Then the overflow will raise the eyes of our world to the Universal love that we should all be celebrating now. Please, no more waiting to celebrate life here.

Are you on high alert?

Adrenaline, fight or flight, the stress response. It is needed to lift the frig off the kid who is pinned beneath it. A miracle really. Overused in every way, every day by a lifestyle of over-stimulation.  Those who know the buzz is addicting will sell you on an adrenaline kick as often as they can. Caffeine, nicotine, drugs, porn, extreme anything and on the list goes, media does it with pictures of drama. I have learned that most are fake and designed simply to ignite your adrenaline. Those who compete in life are always tapping that faucet. If you spend more then you have, your heart will lose it's strength. You will get tired, slow, sad and lose your purpose and sense of excitement. I see failing hearts a lot, and find the  exhausted adrenals the source of loss. Lifetimes of self abuse result in this. SLOW DOWN! Take some time to restore your body. BE QUIET. Listen instead of talk. Bathe instead of shower, vacation instead of work, laugh instead of direct, sing out loud as often as you can. YOU ARE MAKING YOUR BODY DO WHATEVER IT IS DOING, If you like what you are receiving, rock on. If not, step back, and look at the bigger picture. This is how to get some control back, strong and willing adrenals are magic and can save your life, use them with great knowledge and care now.

Find them within. You know which ones inspire you. I like fun, fast, light, energetic, beautiful and graceful too. I know that telling myself  that I am and have all those words with in and more, keep me in the forward moving place I need to be. Make your list, use YOUR words, then close your eyes and assign a color to each word. That will energize from the Hokmah (wisdom) of your brain, sound and color create this world, you decide how yours will be. Put it where it can remind, RE -mind your thinking. If you slip and go into the negative in any way at any time, get out your list, and RE-mind yourself. SMILE and accept your gift to self. It will surround you like chicks to a momma hen!

ripping the veil

Oh man when you get yours ripped, it is life changing. Yesterday I got mine ripped to shreds by an old friend whose truth about romance and me was life changing for me in every way. I heard it and was truly moved forever by the unveiling. Under the covers we have all placed so neatly over things in our hearts and lives are the most lonely things of all. Feeling alone is HELL, separate from God and your higher self is HELL and many people live there every day, alone. If someone lives with this every day they demonstrate it with their actions and words and recreate that aloneness and separation over and over. I have never heard such lonely words and felt such deep pain. Then I knew they were mine in my own heart to process, forgive and heal. Feeling odd and left out has been with me most of my life, including people has been my remedy. Sharing my thoughts and experiences my greatest joy. Knowing that to love, love and respect myself is the best work I do here, and it attracts all sorts of good things. Keeping myself to myself was my way for a long time it felt safer, now I see it is time to play with others and that truth was hidden there all along. Thanks for the unveiling! Time to let the love light shine!

Stop finding fault! NOW!

You get what you focus on, period. If it is the faults you are seeing it becomes what you believe and receive in your own life. That is the truth of using you against you. If you see the body as broken, injured or diseased, it will remain so. When you change that perspective to miraculous, never ending, sustainable, gorgeous, it will step right up become the new evidence! Seeing others with fault only perpetuates the issue. Let it simply slip from view and focus on the one good or right or healthy thing you can find. I heard the sad tale of a broken family last night, I listened quietly. I prayed that the one good thing surface and that the focus go there and be remembered and be loved. We are all connected, the faults keep us separate and alone and exhausted and in jail. Period. Let the faults close up, by building bridges of love. You choose, the first thing that will change is YOU.

I will always love you

That is the truth, yet our behavior makes that an echo in the distance, still out  there but very faint. People make so much noise in their world that they can barely hear it at all. They are so uncomfortable and out of their element, that love is the last thing they believe they deserve, while really being the only thing they truly need and desire. EMOTION is in the tiny part of the frontal lobe of the brain, real feelings that send waves through the body and into the air come from the heart. Short circuited feelings are heart issues that manifest physically, the failure or attack being the biggest heart game changer we have. I see both all of the time, heartfelt is natural and is different than learned behavior. Children do heart in the beginning, grown ups do learned. A child whose heart has been neglected will then learn different ways to compensate, acting out, making lots of noise, being abusive, running around wildly, abusing substances or others as the substitute, the brain will not stop dictating until the person decides to get back to their heart's desire. I see people pointing out mistakes and shortcomings of others in an effort to quiet their own wailing brain and broken heart. The cliche' of love is being all there is making them angry, since they have never felt it, seen it, or learned it. Abusing nature is self abuse, since nature is what nurtures us. If you look at that fact alone you will see why our world is fractured by the lack of love here. Love is patient, kind and never ending, even in conflict it holds steady, it will release the conflicted to their own study and be there to celebrate the successful end. I will always love this place and all of her children, it is what we do.

Differences

Finding common ground is the thing that is going to save this place. Competing will get everyone nothing in the end. Teamwork will result in the best result. Old souls returning to bury the hatchet. Forgiveness being distributed freely, cooperation among old enemies. Find the enemy within, that is the one you really came to make peace with, the others simply reflect that old enemy back to you. That is simple and true, what you don't like is yours alone to accept. Liking the fact that there are differences will change everything. I am me, plain and simple and I like that I am different now more then ever before! How about you! Measure up to YOU, your differences are what makes you YOU! Seeing them as a gift and sharing it will change this place for us all.

Opening to knowing each other

I dreamed of an old friend last night, we played together happily as kids. She lost both of her parents to mercury poisoning, one long ago and another still on the edge of life here. Mercury does a lot of troubling things to the human mind and body. It was called Mad Hatter's disease in the days of using it to block beaver pelt hats, and it caused a lot of destruction to humans and our environment. It changed my life forever, I was super sensitive to my amalgam fillings, and the vaccinations I received with thimerasol in them, injured me. I learned about the issues and how to clear them up and I have been sharing my personal recovery and success with others for over 25 years now. It came up in my dream as a chance to share my knowledge with her to offer comfort and understanding and maybe to support her in her own healing as she too works in the dental field. She would have none of it. I watched in my dream as the guilt of her  mis-understanding made her defensive and ultimately she would receive none of the good news I wanted to offer her. I simply smiled and left her to her pain. There is no  acceptable offering to those who feel guilty or shamed or unable that will heal their hearts until they decide they are ready and admit they need it now. Offer once to those you know and love, smile and allow the exchange. Knowing one another and caring about their success is the gift, the fight for your perception of what you think is right, not worth it, not now or ever, walk away and find someone else to know and share your offerings with. It is all we can do now. Peace out.

Dakota 38 plus 2 - resolving old hurts

We met with a white guy who joined the ride last year with the feeling of I, too, belong to this group of healers. The fight, the losses, the history needs some adjusting now. There is always two in every conflict. People fight over what they can not control within themselves. Fear of the unknown drives them to it, so does the feeling that someone knows more then you do and you must defend your inability. It is non-sense, where there should and could have been a sharing of resources and abilities, there was war. This war was about my Dakota family and our survival in a place we had always known. Others came and bullied our people and we allowed it for awhile. Now the playing field is evening out. We know that the only future here is one based on forgiveness and cooperation. Since doing everything separately has caused a lot of pain and destruction. Our world has wasted a lot of time, effort and resources fighting about NOTHING. Nothing here is yours, nor is it mine, we are only here as stewards and the legacy we leave should be about sharing, supporting and uplifting this world and all of her children, the four nations are now uniting, the Rainbow people are here, the color on the outside irrelevant to the color of your heart. The bigger picture

If you would simply take a big step back and away from whatever is holding your attention, you would get a view of the bigger picture. People have a habit of stressing over the little things. There was before now, there is now and there will be yet to come. Each has it's influence. To know who you were before now and how that turned out it very helpful for those who now need and desire clarity and purpose and a better understanding of the self. Putting your knowledge into play based on the whole story of you and your first experience is key. I remember much about much, it helps me avoid certain inclinations I may have had. I know that the direction I flow from and to is about now, and for today I will be the best me I can with all that in mind. It is not random, nor coincidental, it is played out by choice after choice some made in the light and other's made without. Look and see all of you, change what must change, forgive your past mistakes and use the experience for your highest good, and yes speak of it to others to promote their highest good as well. That is how we get this shifted.

Told and sold with out being showed

I watch the... do as I say not as I do... thing makes itself known. Ask someone telling you to get something, to show you theirs. I do that all of the time. Ask your physician if that is the treatment they would do to their mom or their child, watch the face, the eyes tell the story. If they can not look at you and smile and reveal their truth, RUN! It goes for everything and everyone now. Do not tell me, do not sell me, SHOW ME! If I am to believe and receive, it must be real and in your life and experience first. People have dreams, they must put them into reality before they can offer their dreams to another. Two together can dream something really awesome and a whole community can get a lot of dreams completed. Stop talking about it and start demonstrating it. We are all waiting for this to happen. I have made my own dreams a reality, I live where and with - all the things I love. And my daughter just said to me, MOM WE ARE COMING TO STAY EVERY MONTH FOR A DAY OR TWO, OK? Another dream come true for me!! Sure, come on over. Love to share my dream with you two.

From the distance they are arriving as planned

We made a mess. A real big mess. We need some help cleaning it up now. Legends tell of warriors, great Rainbow warriors, who have visited us many times in order to accomplish something. They are arriving here again now. Some are being born, some are walking in and some, in pure forms of light, are walking on. This is the answer to our prayers. Our world is fragmented, toxic and humans have truly been enslaved. Time to be free and happy and in charge of your own destiny. There is support for those who believe, they shall receive. Open your hearts to the Rainbow people, large and small, they are here as requested and ready to be of assistance. Time for the shift to happen!

Then will come to you.... you, then me too.

I am you and you are me, sometimes we overlap. It is the truth. I get overlapped when a client comes and asks me about changing their health. They see mine and say, is that available for me too? Of  course it is and here is how to begin. Sometimes when I overlap on you, the light of my light lights you up. That is warm and revealing all at the same time. Shining brightly with humor and support, bringing hope back is a big part of my career. We are all connected here, a herd of humans, in a sea of nature. Swimming around together. That is the aura of this world. Energy flowing like water. It is up to us to find our source first, it is in our heart. It is your star link to life here and it is real and viable and YOU! You hooked up here in a moment of breath in - called birth. You got in to a skin suit, called a body and very slowly, as a baby, started to get to know - density, which is Earth living.
How is it going? Well you tell me, I am glad to be here, my life is overlapping yours and I love that. It is the truth. And I am sticking to it.

Interest first

Then experience, after that - EXPERTISE.  Those are the levels of human participation. You would not be here if you were not interested. The experience part takes up a lot of the time. That is the education and time spent practicing. The big question and answer period. Then after all that is said and done there will be the sharing of that knowledge. Expertise takes you to the place of being totally accountable for your interest and your experience. It is sharing the good with the not so good of your life lessons.  You have paid your dues and you are still present and willing and now, accounting for the whole thing. This is how we achieve our dreams, one step at a time. Jumping up and over and out the window, simply gets you a do over, we all need to do this one step at a time. That is the beauty of this planet and the order is a beautiful thing. I tell my clients, it takes 28 days to start the process of changing something, it takes 90 days for it come to fruit. That is when you will know if it is the fruit you want. If it is, great, if not, start over again.

Re- Spect

Means to look again and like what you see and where you are in every aspect of your life. I can not re-spect you if I look at what is evident and I am not inspired. Take a minute to re-spect your life. Is the evidence of today from your lifetime of creation what you are proud of and want now everyday from now on? Or is there something or much yet to be accomplished? I re-spect my self every day. Sometimes I am happy with what I have created and sometimes I think it over and do it differently. Today I will do a couple of things differently. Yesterday was a bit of a challenge. I love my life and my home and my work and my family and friends. I can respect myself for attracting those things, I would change a couple of items and with that being said I will get on with it, I am the One I have been waiting for! You are there  for YOU.  RE-SPECT YOU AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE EXACTLY WHAT YOU  CAN RESPECT NOW. Waking up to that now will balance our world and give everyone an equal chance at love, life and laughter too.

"Just because you are responsible for this, doesn't mean you get to have an opinion." I have heard that my whole life. Doctors used to try that on me, my body, their opinion. Lawyers did it that way too.  Did not compute on any level, and in the end caused a separation. I know what I like and what I want.  People are told that all of the time, and then in their frustration, they want to do their bidding and their work on you not themselves! I look at fat, sick, sad, broke, lonely people everyday, and think, fix your own life first and if I want your opinion or assistance or to be like you I will. Once you are well on your way to something I can agree with and care about,  we can then chat again. People need to stand up for themselves, accountability and progress in the love of self and life here is the measurement.  It is like the guy who doesn't buy gifts for others but expects them to buy gifts for him and if they do not, he throws a fit. I am not a solution for another, simply a guiding light to myself. Health is my thing, and I teach it well. If you look at me and think that looks good and right, then only then you are in the right place. If you do not agree with my life, my look, my ways, do not try to change them, look at yourself and see what doesn't match and what YOU DO NOT LIKE. It is of no concern to me and I need to focus on what is right for me, not on trying to deal with what is wrong out there. This is my world and I am accountable for what I  have chosen to care for and about, I will do that with joy and great passion, I will leave the rest to the rest of you. That should work out fine for all of us.

Move away from the pressure

That is what my horses do. They simply move away from the pressure. That is the best lesson I can teach and learn myself. If I feel pushed or pulled I simply become overwhelmed. Listening and learning is my work along with sharing what I see and feel, that is what I get paid for,living free without pressure my goal. I do not need to make sure anyone else is keeping up and  I certainly do not need to pay their way to their destiny and their future. I am learning a lot now about me, and knowing that when I become disappointed it is because I am learning something about me AGAIN! No pressure required to get me to see the truth. I speak my truth, once, then if I am not heard the pressure mounts. I do not speak it again unless I need to, then it comes out loud and clear. I am learning to trust myself to know what I want and like. Pressure is not one of those things. How about you? I love potential I will focus on that.
