Allow AND THEN align

We are used to being prodded and poked, dis'd and bullied. How about we get used to being adored! It is time that that starts now. Being adored is a new concept for me. It usually begins in childhood and carries through. If it did not start there it can be difficult to attract. What you do not know you can not know until you choose it and then learn it. My cowboys were not adored as kids, they were anything and everything but adored. That changed their lives. They looked on the outside for what was missing on the inside. They are a funny group, recovering from some crazy choices. I say their PHD's in life are incredible. They have skills that only could come from those experiences and I am very proud to know them and share my ranch and  life's work with them. Today as we open the Year of the Horse, allow adoration to settle in and on you and your life. Feel what that feels like. It is a smile, a gift, a laugh, a hug, it is total acceptance even when you are an butthead. At least you are someone's adored butthead. I adore my critters, even when they are naughty, they make me smile. I align now with this idea. All is loved, all is adored, my Creator said so, and I believe it for sure.

Year of the Horse

2002 was the last one. I felt that was a very good year. This one is looking amazing. I know the cycles that offered to the human race to assist in evolving towards the greater good are helpful, yet very few know what they are and how they work. Many are fearful of what they do not understand. Some are controlled by that very notion. Allow yourself the luxury of this year. Horses are power animals supporting humans with grace, strength and beauty. They live best in community and the herd takes care of the herd.  Now really think about that for a second. Do you deserve that in your life now??? I sure do. I surround myself with them daily and share them with friends and clients alike. This is the year of the Magnificent Horse, You deserve to meet one, know one, ride one and be loved and carried in to your future on the bare back of one. Frozen out

In the shift and under the black moon of the frozen January, things are still and locked up and frozen solid. I see that every where. No one going out because the fear the cold, or the wind. I know our world is waiting for the sun/son and the light and love to radiate and thaw things. It is today that we are being invited with the second new moon of 2014 and January, to choose. You are about to see some amazing recoveries. Our world is thawing and the pipes are beginning to flow, the toxic fear based human condition is being healed and the new day is upon us. Nothing less warmth, kindness and hope will fit here. So get on it, decide, speak up, change it and you too will know what it is like to be happy and warmed and inspired!

Wound care

There are mother wounds, father wounds, ethnic wounds, religion wounds, school wounds, bully wounds, wounds were us!!! How is it that we are SO wounded? In the past century there was a dismissal of the healing arts, it all started a long while back with those who were practicing the healing arts being ridiculed as witches, or practicing voodoo or some such other nonsense. It was a well played card to let wounds fester and allow the pain to rule the day. That way you could be told and sold because you were weak and desperate and wounded. It gave crazy power to physicians, priests, and business minds. The battle was on. I was wounded and then I got sick. That mother wound was mine and working it through my project. My health was the final straw that caused me to turn and face the wound. That and my little girls, whose life and health and well-being relied on mine. In the face of change I saw the healing arts and their gift. I looked past the drooling dogs that wanted me to stay sick and in their system of never ending treatment. I knew deep inside of me that what would heal me would be natural and easy and available for a fair trade. I knew drugs were not going to do anything but addict me and surgery would make the wound worse. I choose something else and  I dove in head first.  Then after an immersion in the arts of some wonderful healers, I popped up, totally recovered and inspired. I then spent many years defending my choice and my healing beliefs and gifts. I know what I know, because I did it to me. I study daily the gifts available to us from our Creator and our Earth Mother. I share every thing I can with those interested in WOUND HEALING. It is time now, close the wounds, let the world and it's Creator align with your heart and your mind and your body, and you too will heal those wounds. It time now for us all to be free, well and happy.

At your worst......

she said he held my hair, she was throwing up and looked awful and he said, I will help you anyway I can, let me..... she hesitated, and then she said ok.  Many have stopped helping each other. At our worst, we are vulnerable, afraid, and feel inadequate. That is where love really shows it's true colors. LET Me... LOVE YOU... ANY WAY I CAN NOW, When it is my turn, I know you will be there for me too!! Let's give this a thought now, no one here deserves any less. Think about it.

do you feel abandoned?

I grew up that way, abandoned by a dead father and a run away mother, at the age of 2. It has shaped my life in many ways. I have seen first hand what it is like to have someone show up for a minute and take off when it gets tense. I watched my father die, and as his spirit left that cold day after Christmas with his neck broken, I knew in my tiny body and little heart, that this was going to be a tough life.  I have had the I love you but not this much stuff many times. I have watched families crumble when the parents put their own problems and issues and addictions first, and off they run into the sunset of the day, leaving the kids behind waiting and waiting and waiting for the return that never happens. Little faces, looking out the window, wondering why they were not good enough to keep their parents happy and loving and THERE!! They join a gang to find what they were meant to have at home.  I always wanted a gang of my own, so I got one, still do. My childhood friends are still my friends today, my gang, my fun, my support and I love that! Many do not get so lucky. The gangs they find offer choices that are harmful and not loving. Abandoned people truly end up not caring and this is how they feel and act.  Alone, on the street, sick and lost and with a pain that only a mother/father love can heal. I am Mama Su to many, I love that name and I love that job. It is how I remedied my own abandonment issues. I became what I desired. That is who and how we must embrace this to fix this epidemic. Abandoned? Not when you know you are truly loved, always were, and that although it may seem that way, it was an illusion. You are one with us all, and together we can remember community and home. You need not know what I know or believe what I believe for me to love you, that is what UNCONDITIONAL means. A great idea huh, mama's and papa's every where, sharing the load and sharing the love. Look around we are popping up every where now!!

Honoring women......

In my heritage the woman owns the teepee. She is the mother, the healer, the breastfeeder, the child rearer, and the chief cook and bottle washer.  She is the heart of every home. Period. Encircling her is her man or partner, protecting, supplying, supporting, and lifting her up. Within the structure of the family, in tact, the circle complete, children make their way into that center. The mother is the conduit. She is being telegraphed data for 9 months. She prepares a vehicle, a body for an incoming soul. She hears the whispers of her new child constantly and does her best to listen and learn. She needs to rest, be quiet and supported with love  so that she can do this job well. Honoring these women has been non-existent in my lifetime here. I know I have watched and been a part of that lack for the whole of this life. It is so hard to see it. I have done both jobs, male and female the whole time, breadwinning is easy to me, so is bread making, and so I have always done both. I plow my own farm when I am here and that is how it goes each day. I have let go of waiting or even wishing that would be different and accepted my role peacefully. I will not however tolerate it for my girls and am very vocal about it. Loving them, honoring them, cherishing them, being loyal and supporting them is what their fabulous husbands do and I am proud of my sons in law for their support of my girls. I know that will make this world a much healthier place and their marriages, and families will thrive!! Those who are separate from the mothers of their children, need to do whatever it takes now to remedy old hurts, and honor those women. It will change our world forever. I know it will change mine.

what was the most memorable?

That was the question posed after our vacation week at the beach. I thought for a moment and said, the day we played in the child's water park, like we were little kids, and laughed and splashed the whole time. My family together with nothing but sunshine and each other, is the best medicine ever. I know it is valuable for my heart and my life to savor these times. I also know that creating them is my responsibility. It went by the way side in my family, my mother stopped inviting us, she just went on her own. I knew that was not ok and recovering from the lack of family time took some effort. We get one family here, and learning to co-exist peacefully with love and peace at the center makes us better and better. Practicing on each other first before we head out into a world of strangers should be encouraged as  safe training ground for life. I have chosen not to be or do certain things because my family did them and it hurt. I have also chosen to forgive and move on, and not to let them go, just to let them. They are who they are, on purpose, just as I am. I love that we are different and still love each other. That is my greatest lesson, and it has become one of my greatest gifts. All children of the King of Kings, and that is memorable too. So remember - it is what you make it to be, you choose what you love and how you do it, family first, then the rest of us will be here when you are ready.

Your hair

An antennae really, transmitting and receiving. I see it in you and on you, colors, designs, density, directions. I know how you are going based on your hair. You manifest it. You are a product of your choices.  Your styles tell us all what is going on with you. Covering it or losing says volumes about your attitude and choices. Your  hairitage/heritage is one third, your life style which styles you, one third and your feelings or stresses one third. So what does that say? My hair is turning white now, only a little and in one place but white as snow. I am done with the world's pull here, and with that higher connection I need  pure crystalline white. I am reflecting back all colors, in the white of my hair. And the connection is full power. No shades of grey, no blurry, no loss, just as white as snow in the sunshine. I earned it and I love it! I am grateful for the changes that promote me to the better me, I love being promoted, do you accept your new position as a promotion too? Check with your hair.

Pluto, Jupiter, Venus and The year of the Horse

WOW. I love the changes and the choices we get. I really love it when the Universe sets it up to support it in a big way. I laugh at the effort I put in to stuff when the alignment is not there. I know it can be done so much easier when the timing is right. Against the wind is how many choose to do it. Many are not taught the bigger gifts that God has arranged for us to have and utilize, and it makes daily life here a bit of a struggle. I love the way a human hunts for themselves. Many start with base instincts, survival is what they desire. Then they lose sight of that, it is too easy for many, and they get wasted. That has it's own set of lessons. Then in a COME TO JESUS, LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL, OR NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE, They remember the truth. The larger picture comes in to focus. Micro waves and visions give way to macro waves and visions. The whole becomes the desire, not the parts alone and separate. Treating you in pieces keeps you in pieces. Treating the whole you, restores the whole you. Looking to the Universe for the support and alignment that God put there for us to understand and use, is macro to the max!! This week is all about that, Pluto and Jupiter my birth portal, are going to show up here with BIG STUFF!! Venus my home planet will straighten herself out and fly forward again, bringing love, and prosperity to this planet.  The year of the Horse, starting this week, restores our FULL-POWER. Lights on now, take a look, see clearly and take action, smile you are being watched and let's see what was hidden and now revealed. This is your chance, come clean, sober and willing, and you will be given the chance you knew was here all along!!!

My feet in the sea

We are all 80% water. You have had the different feelings flow through over and over instantly. One word, one look, one kiss, one wave, washing through you. Sometimes it feels magnificent, sometimes it feels scarey or painful. I know all those feelings and what they represent. I also know when I step into water that others touch they receive my energy through that water. So I have been stepping in to the Pacific Ocean every day for the past week, and sending smiles and health and balance and miracles to our friends there. The ocean is ours to take care of and her populations are being bombarded with things that are tough to handle. I can change that with my little feet and my big ideas of love and healing just by stepping up and stepping in with the intentions of love I can create in my heart. I am that I am, doing that for my world. You can do that where ever you are too. The frozen world needs the heat of love and the energy it produces, the toxic world needs the purity of thought, word and deed, and the physical world needs to balance, nourishment and the  resulting beauty that knowledge and willingness produce. Step UP! then Step IN, the water's fine, and let's do this clean up thing together and get it handled.  Start with a glass of water, hold it in your hand and speak words of love and healing in to it, then drink some of it and put some on the ground, THERE, DONE! You are a healer.....just like the rest of us. Congratulations and thank you.

Your future self is waiting and watching

I believe in eternity and infinity too. Unlimited potential, untapped skills and abilities, natural gifts and of course, miracles. I see it everyday in my job and on my ranch. I know what real power looks like, I have seen the storms and felt the weather on my skin and I have watched the children grow as fast as the grass grows in summer. I have done it and I have watched it done. I have imagined brighter days many times, and as soon as I dreamed them, they became my reality. I imagined a place and time where love rules, and it is my ranch and my heart too. I know my future self, perched high in the ethers smiles at me a lot. She coaches me and coaxes me to do a little better each day, love a little more, laugh louder and more often and let go of any drama or feelings of less or lack. She is my future, I am her present, and together we healed our past. You have the same chances I do. You are the same material I am, the same material God is, Jesus is, Buddha is, Mother Mary is, Archangel Michael is. YOU ARE the same past, present and future, manifesting potential by freewill choices. Is the future you smiling at your evolution in to light, or watching you circle back for another round?

who loves you?

until you love you, no one else can. there is not a connection available to a receiver who is not receiving it on their end first. period. we have all poured energy in to the never ending whole/hole. only to find out in the end, the whole/hole was YOU. as Venus returns to her forward movement allow the love you seek to be the love you have, for YOU. your mission depends on it. if someone comes along and distracts you from you, upsetting  or hindering your mission, your self love and the pride you have in you, and the love of and for your family, step back. family is forever, it always has been designed that way. mending fences, rebuilding dreams, supporting recovery of love and life here, and yes, anchoring that love to the receiver, so they are able to receive again. our mission is this, find love! be love in action, hold love close, see only through the eyes of love, and always use it for the highest good of all. when your mission is over and you report to the commander of all that is, you will receive all that you deserve. love will be the reward.

Sales tricks

I watched and listened and saw the tricks. I could see the energy of the false promises. It is done every day here and teaching our children how to recognize and deal with them is the key. Hooked, by flattery and glitter, reeled in with the weaving of the yarn  and then landed, like some big fish and then pulled out of the water!  You know the rest. It was fun to play. In the end, the salesman said, how can I enchant you? I said, you can't enchant me. Only I can do that. I do not need to be sold on something I believe or desire. Ever. Neither do you. Dealers are being exposed now in the light of our new ability to see light!! The spell is broken, the people are awakening and the as they rub their sleepy eyes and look around, they will say NO MORE TRICKS! Do not sell me, simply tell me and THEN, I will decide!

Childish - rarely, child-like always!

In the essence of life, there is a child-like quality that each human can recreate over and over. Yesterday, we laughed and laughed, and played so hard, and laughed some more, like little kids on a wild adventure. We attracted little kids!! It was such a joy to share child-like happiness with my family. I was exhausted from hand stands and cannon balls!! The life we choose needs these times to keep it in balance. We all need to remember the joy, the laughter, the trying so so hard to do something. The races, the scoring, the cheers from the crowd! The family that plays together, stays together. My girls are all grown up now and beautiful married ladies, with gorgeous loving husbands, but no one will ever take their child-like joy and willingness away, I will make sure of that!! Thanks family for a wonderful day!! I can still get the job done, my child - like joy is in tact and ready to race again today!!!

Make a list, then check it twice

I did. I was in a relationship and wanted it to succeed. I made a list of what I needed, and could not live happily without. I checked it over and knew I was honest and self loving. Only when I am that way, can I be that way with someone else. I handed that list over to my interest and said, " Please review this and if you are interested in pursuing this relationship, make a list for me to review also." That was the last time I saw my list. That was many years ago and I have considered that idea many times since, for many reasons. Making your list, for your purpose, your process, your skills and willingness to use them, is so helpful. I know I forget about certain things, that turn out to be very important to me. Those end up being deal breakers for me, my day, and sometimes, even my life. Your truth and how you share it can be on the list, your hopes, wishes, wants and dreams too. Passions and quirks and family traditions should be there too. It is so easy to over compensate to make something work when in truth it should just be natural. If you are struggling, make the list.
WHO, HOW, WHEN AND WHAT. That should start you off well. Be positive only. And when you check it again, make sure it makes you smile, it is the list of you and YOU are something special!! Then keep it close, you will love the results of YOUR list, for you and your life.

Stick up for yourself

I have not done that well in my life until the past few years. People who disagreed with me were simply honored, and even if I was upset,  I walked away. Then I decided to stop for a second and stand up for myself. I spoke honestly about who I was, where I came from and how I got here. I spoke of what I am to do, and I do it. I love to play and take time in nature, I laugh a lot and want everyone to laugh and be happy too. I am a good cook and share meals with people and tell them magical things to inspire them. I do what I do well, and do not do what others do at all. I am clear about that, and leave those things to them gratefully. I have learned through trial and error, that my truth makes me happy. I now feel able to be fully me without any excuses or apologies. I respect people and want them to respect me, not be me or even understand me, just allow me, the way I allow them. I am not embarrassed by people's choices, although many are difficult for me to watch. I know they will learn what they need to learn by what they are choosing. I am clear and happy with my choices, and sticking up for myself has been a new one for me, and it appears to be working out quite well. Do you stick up for your happy, healthy, loving, fun self too?? Try it, I think after you get the hang of it, you will like it a lot. Then we can stick up for each other and the Earth Mother too and then we will really have something here. Namaste'

Bondage

I saw a photo of a little girl I once knew in bondage, handcuffs and ankle cuffs and it made me realize that that is how she feels. Humans are demonstrating over and over their reality. They wear it, they tattoo it, they speak it, they weigh it. And from here it looks challenging to me. I know we get what we put out there in every way, and I am not looking forward to seeing bondage in our future. People have become sheeple, and following along the party line, the way they go. Comparing themselves to others all along the way. Trying to keep up, a daily chore. Cursing their own reality with their words and belief in what they are saying. They do what they do to fit it and they are not happy. Each unique view and soul should decide their own reality by living in and with their own lights. Today, be honest, with yourself. Who are you on the inside? If you are unhappy or feel enslaved to some way of thinking or being, align with the idea that you are perfectly and divinely created and accept that. Do not look for a future, look for today. Be perfect today, in your words, your truth will ring out, in your health, your energy and immune response will be high, and in your looks you will be radiant and light. That is freedom, that brings peace and we all deserve that now. Free, really free, at long last.

LOVE, just sayin'

never makes you feel bad, or broken, or lost, or left out. Love is the verb that causes the human to create space, which is needed to expand. If you do not understand me or my way, or my words, then allow the love, universal, divine and brightly lighting the experience, to shine in to the dark space of the unknown. In the light, fear disappears totally. Separation is eliminated, while the vision of more, and greater things come into focus. Love is active, it never holds someone hostage or makes them do ANYTHING! You choose what YOU do, I choose what I do. Love can offer me the light, the space and the ability to remain calm, and to have the faith to know it is all good. It has no other direction it can not. I hope this helps, it is real, you can bank on this! Just sayin' love all around now, I'm buyin!!!

DO YOU KNOW HOW POWERFUL YOU ARE?

One word, one look, one push in the right direction can change everything in an instant! We are powerful creatures and that knowledge and those gifts are needed now. Years ago I went to a 2nd grade class and asked them what their gifts were. They were all over the map, running, art, cooking, playing, and the most powerful of all, the gift of the Down's child, Alex, was SMILING. It caused the room to ripple, everyone agreed that his ability and willingness to smile even in the most dire of circumstances was remarkable and loved! They ALL cherished him for that ability.  We think of power as force, there is force there, yet it is designed to be easy, and graceful, and bring blessing. If you use your power for anything less you are not using it to it's fullest potential. I use mine to help people feel better, improve their knowledge of health and wellness and show them how to apply that to their specific needs and lives. It is a great blessing to me and them alike I use it when asked only and I do with a smile on my face every single time.  I can make it easy and doable. What is YOUR POWER?  Do you even know? Are you sharing it with ease and grace, or forcing down someone's throat? Are you the blessing you are designed to be, or do people sigh with relief when you finally go away or be quiet? I should teach a class on this, many are ready for the unveiling of their personal power and magic! If you want to know now, be still and listen to your heart, it speaks  with the beating of the rhythm, of the song, that sings your story in your heart. It comes from  your legacy, your loves, and your POWER is there for you to know, understand and use for the highest good!

Always the student

So much too learn, so little time to learn it all. So I choose wisely those things that make my heart sing. Yesterday I did a sweat lodge with a Meso-American who spoke no English at all. The four directions were covered and the all the elements present. We blessed our relations, our selves and our world. We took extra care with the oceans especially the pacific and all the life there struggling with the radiation. We asked the guardians and guides to be on alert as our world is in a fast changing situation and we need all the help we can get now. It was hot, hot, hot. Our Shaman was a Sundancer and his wife a Moondancer and their love of this world and being willing to help was beautiful and graceful. I am always amazed at the gifts our world offers, and how they are delivered here. Unexpected surprises for those who keep their eyes and hearts open. Today, look and see what is coming your way, your ears may not understand it, mine did not, but my heart did, and yours can too if you just let it. If it makes you smile, and your heart starts singing then you are being blessed!! Study that.

In my dream to climbed and climbed, the steps were super steep and made of rough stone. I had to rest along the way, and not look down at all. I knew where I was headed and that was my mission. I just kept climbing. Finally, I got there and plopped down on the stone floor. We were way up there in a giant stone structure, beautiful but rough and raw. People milled about with lots on their minds They were there with requests and frustrations and serious needs. Some were happy and some were agitated. I just sat and watched for awhile. Then two women sat beside me, one quiet, the other said, what did you come for?? What do you need, are they going to help us or not, and on and on she went. I sat there for a minute, and then I said, YOU ARE IN MY HOUSE. I BUILT THIS PLACE, WELCOME. WE WILL HELP YOU ALL NOW.  And then I woke up with a big smile on my face. We are home now. Help has arrived and I for one am grateful!

how is your ability to assert yourself?

So many do not use that skill. They just follow along and do what others are doing. It may feel off or disagreeable, yet they simply can or do not assert themselves. Standing up for yourself is the first choice to assert. Confidence and self assurance are the definitions of assertion. Know what you want, what you like and what agrees with you, assert that! The rest will simply have to find someone else to play with. Study on this, study on YOU. All of us now need to be assertive enough to get this new world going the way Creator desires it to. YOU are one of those chosen to assert that here. Me too. I am asserting myself with choices that empower me and my life and my health and my happiness, sounds good huh?

Truth is you

I can see it in your eyes, your truth, the real you. It emanates from your soul and bubbles up in your personality and your behaviors, the eyes/I's show it over and over. If someone can not look you in the eye, you are not getting the truth. Those dark glasses they think hide those eyes are hilarious or the talking with out the seeing.  I know many who simply do not show up.  If you want to know someone, ask to see their eyes. Do not hurry, just look and tell them you are looking. Search their eyes, and allow them to search yours. I say to clients, LOOK AT ME, look in to my eyes! You are being invited to read my eyes, that is my truth and it is my gift to you. Open your eyes now, allow them the light, the truth is there for YOU. The truth has always been there, you may have stopped seeing it. Be careful what you put your eyes upon, look only to beauty and promise, if something is disturbing, or your are making them blurry or closing the all together, change your focus, look to something or someone else. Choosing what you see  and how you see, is another healthy option when you know the value of those eyes and the truth that holds the promises you want kept. First to yourself and then to the rest of us.  You are in charge, we can see that, now you can too. If your doctor or lawyer or partner or child is not looking you in the eye when talking to you, you are being shown something very clear and very important, pay attention. If you can not look them in the eye, start by looking in to your own eyes in the mirror and see YOU first and your truth.  Use this gift and it will show you the truth. YOU ARE YOUR EYES/I'S AND WE SEE THEM ALL OF THE TIME.  And that is the whole truth.

Count me in

Among friends you are always counted in. Invited, included, and considered. We are your friends. In my practice I see a lot of those now counted out. Alone, and not included or invited. They end up sad and then sick, and then they find me. I see what alcohol does to them, drugs do to them, self abuse does to them, and how they use it in their life. Then when they are the end and it is dying, they show up. I made my contract with Creator to be one of those at the end. I see those who leave this world, at the end of their human life here and smile and wave good bye,  and say, see you soon. I see those at the end of behaviors, looking for the clue that reveals the path to the new normal too. Death is simply the end of something no longer necessary. It is not bad or wrong or broken in any way, it is just completed. I choose to count in now all who are ready for the death of the old ways and the birth of the new earth. I invite you all to join us, we are here and happy to assist and look forward to counting you in as a friend, to us, to our world and our universe!

Are you running?

out of time, away, back and forth or on and on and on???? I see it, energy being spent on nothing but running. It takes me energy to feed my animals, clean my home, do my work, and there is none left over to waste. I see people running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to burn off the excess and those overwhelming surges. How do we have this overflow to burn up when there is so much to be done and so many not doing it? I do not understand how exercise bikes are not real bikes that take you to someone's home to help them or at the very least store the energy in a battery instead of wasting it. It seems like we are missing the point and the gift of what energy is and how the Creator offers it to humans to use for the highest good. I see people waste it in emotional outbursts of frustration or worry or fear of something not even happening, I see it go down the tubes wasted on feelings from yesterday  and old choices, and those losses not healed, or the future not even here yet, worried and fretted over. Being in the moment is all there is, and using your energy wisely and with grace and compassion the real key to life. If you are not with us in the present you are losing energy and it's great gift, love and the ability to create. Be still and know this and then get something done now, you will amaze yourself!

when you are ready - they will be there

I asked to see and saw. I asked to know and knew. I asked to love and loved. It is that easy really. My family reunited in death at a funeral was there all together again. It made me smile. I forget that when you really have faith to know that all is well and improving and that when you are ready, they will be there. Look up now, we are right here in front of your eyes, and you missed it. Stop now and know you are loved.

Choices

Over and over we are offered choices, then when the Universe see you are in need of an extra  really meaningful choice, it takes away your other options. When left with only the choice to change or die, some change, some get sick and yes, some die. It is an interesting corner people put themselves in to. I have heard the stories of addiction, the stories of loss, the stories of yesterday I could walk, today I can not. It inspires the HELL out of me. Hell means separate from God. That is the definition literally. When I hear the stories of what some must endure to change it up for love, for life, for peace in their life, I love it. I am inspired by those who in the valley of the shadow keep their eyes on the light. HOW you doin' with that?? In hell still, or moving in to the light of the dawn of the new age, YOU CHOOSE!

Empty hollow eyes searching for light

I knew her, she was vital and smiley. And then she simply slipped away. When I saw her yesterday, she kept searching my eyes with hers. I did not know she was ill, yet I knew whatever was going on was tragic and the empty hollow eyes that kept searching mine out were calling out to me. I AM TRAPPED IN HERE, PLEASE HELP ME. YOU CAN SEE ME, I KNOW THAT, BECAUSE I CAN SEE YOUR LIGHT, PLEASE HELP ME. I can not do anything but pray in this situation. It is not for me to insert my will. All choices here are free will, and I nor you, can interfere with that mandate. My friends said, just do it!! Help her, offer, do something, this is horrible. I contacted her with my heart, and said, if you need me you will find me and I promise I will be here when you decide. That is all anyone can do. Jesus did it that way too. and that is good enough for me. Heart sent messages are powerful, they are they way you are contacted over and over, just be still and listen and you will know you are loved.

Just sayin' ASTROLOGY?? Hmmmmm...

we spoke of the moon and sun  and the tides yesterday, and I said there are more planets out there you know?? we are micro or macro, and the more you let in the larger your consciousness becomes. The Universe is macro, and it sends us messages each day, rotating around us like our sun/son and moon. It is called astrology. Humans were told by other HUMANS, this was not to be known or used, and then they went secretly and used GOD'S gift for us, for their own private agenda and it's promotion. The POPE did it, the THE Queen did it, the PRESIDENT DID IT,  And NASA had to do it to launch it's space ships. If you are under the impression that God does not want you to have full disclosure, and that secrets are not for your ears, ask again. I know my Creator left me a guide and a map and a mind  and the Universe - divinely designed just like ME, offers me data daily to make this easier and better. Optimal Performance necessary, human foolery dismissed. No secrets any more!

IF ONLY........

I have seen that over and over, the result of the I-f  o- n -l -y- s. A belief that if something was different that somehow it would improve. Please understand that every single minute is yours to use to be at the top of your game. The harder the time, the greater the moment. It is when you get in tight that the light really has a chance to shine. Wait for no-thing, no-one, ever. It will bear no fruit. To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven. It is a promise and it is ours NOW! You are smart, strong, able and divinely designed,  NO  if's, and's or but's  about it!

Moving fully in to the PRESENT

I listen carefully and take notes every single day of my life, I have for many years. The Universe is watching and also sharing with all of us here. I know that my connection to Creator inspires me and supports my life. I have always been an in the moment gal. Wasting time not an option ever. Looking forward to something not here yet, I just do not go there. I do not want to a miss a thing, do you? Daydreaming causes you to leave the moment. Fighting does the same thing. Regret and loss are also about that. Fear is the worst and most destructive of all, actually referred to as the ONLY SIN. In definition sin is estrangement from God, fear is the only thing that separates us. So in an effort to heal that, be fully present. Sit and think about what that looks like today. Eat healthy, speak lovingly, help when you can, smile the whole time, stay sober, use your inside voice and be grateful for the entire experience!!!! You have all that you need, you have YOU, that is the present, that is the love of life and the opportunity given to us all. Some are on it and some still need to shift a bit! No sin in trying!!!

Lighting up a room

Anyone can do it. It only takes a smile, a joke, a little dance or a little helpfulness. Easy does it, makes it real. Someone said they felt looked at when they showed up and it made them uncomfortable, I said yes, that is true. People watch to see what will happen next, nice and warm and loving, or loud and not nice. It is a choice every time you show up. Footprints are left in the air! Today when you show up wherever you go, light up the room. Be fun, supportive, willing, error on the side of kind, you do not need to always be right, but if you are kind, then you ARE always right!

Do you feel punished?

The rough treatment people dole out is truly punishment. I see people imposing penalty after penalty for behaviors un- be- coming. This must end. We are focusing on a negative instead of  potential. I hear stories about how it is measured into a person's life and how much stress that causes. I hear the MAN UP phrase, the get tough, the you are not good enough or other just as punishing words. People starve themselves, do not sleep, work all of the time, and it punishes them.  I did not go there in my life.  Instead I had myself and my girls write, after an infraction, first the apology, then the guarantee of never doing that again and then their idea of a punishment. It was amazing how hard we can be on ourselves. I see it all of the time,  life here being one of daily punishment. We will rant, or run, or hide even, in the punishment of self. They will abuse everything in their world, and anyone who gets too close. They believe they are punishing the rest of us, but that is simply not the truth. You may only really do YOU.  Love and life here are about learning, growing, changing and creating new ways to do things. If you have been in the punishment series of learning, take a step back. Ask your body what it needs now to be happy again, ask your heart, ask your mind too. They all have an idea of what life should look, feel and be like. You are not being punished for being born, you are a creator in everyway. Take a chance and step up to YOU, give yourself a hug, and a smile and then start again. This time without anything negative. It will shift everything, I promise.

What is your ART?

My grandpa was Art. That was his name, my brother told me stories about him and they made me smile. His art was helping anyone who needed help anytime they needed it. He was adored for that. He was a farmer and loved the land, sharing his skills and abilities became art for him. What is yours?  Mine is health, sharing how to be fit, energetic and immune. How to digest better, sleep better, balance more. It is my art and I love it when I get to share it with others. You all have art within, what do you do that is creative and fulfilling and ultimately overflows. Put it out there. Paper or people, the same only different. All of us are gifted, finding the gift and blessing others with it, pure ART! Thanks Grandpa Art, yours was special, mine is too and now let's see what everyone else has! This is getting good now!!

Getting the feel of love

We are not fully engaged with love yet. I see and talk  to those who truly desire love, health, joy and simply continue to miss the mark over and over. I see their kids falling to the ground and the parents not knowing what to do or even how that happened. I know we see the media version of it and try it that way. It is not big. It is not degreed.  It is not rich. It is not go, go, go. It is still, and small and it generates only light. It comes in the quiet, with a smile, a hand, a compliment, a serenity that permeates all of the chaos. It has nothing to compete with and it cares about everything all of the time. It changes you forever. It causes you to sit when you eat, look someone in the eye when you talk, laugh at yourself, and sing and dance most of the time, as if no one is watching. Indulge in it. Find the simplest thing you know makes you smile, repeat it. If someone is your smile maker, give them a call. If your home, your pets, your yard, your food, do that too. You are on it. Earth loves us, and when we love her she creates beautiful things for us. Learn from her, and then do it for US. We need loving people now, it is gift of life and will save what we have here.

Mantra

Do you have one? A saying that inspires you, motivates you, represents you? My mantra has always been , if it is not fun, I am not going to do it. Period. Now I have another one, I have a strong intuitive voice, I freely receive guidance and I trust the messages I receive. I always speak my truth. AND it turns out, that is FUN! It is a wonderful world we live in!!

Are you walking on egg shells?

People get used to tippy toeing around. It is funny and it is ridiculous as well. I see it energetically and I see it in real life. I have done it many times, although I am more prone to NOT doing it. I stopped asking long ago for things from other people. It caused them to flair up and then I would tippy toe for awhile. Funny now when I look back, but super stressful when I felt I had to do that. As a child I would chat with my sister at bedtime, my mother would holler from the living room for me to be quiet. Once she said if she heard another peep, she was coming in, I PEEPED!  I couldn't help myself! She came, she hit me and my poor little sister said, YOU ALWAYS DO THAT, WHY??  I said because that is how God made me. Then I started being quiet, tippy toeing around. Not fun, not me, not healthy. Secrets kept inside, when I should have been peeping and asking and sharing. I was silent and it made me sad. It hurt my thyroid, it stopped my truth, it made me feel fat and alone. In an effort to heal now, look at who you tippy toe around. What are you so afraid of? Your truth, your honest responses, your crazy dreams, your words of hope and faith and love, that is what we all need to have and to hear now. NO MORE EGG SHELLS. No more tippy toes, Get your feet on the ground and stand up straight and tall and be YOU! God loves us all just they way we are, the rest well they will figure it out pretty soon!

WHAT or WHO are you waiting for anyway????

I was chatting with a client yesterday who in her family is the peace keeper, I told her to think about her self  only now. Not anyone, or any way other than her. Waiting for peace to come to a situation where stress lives is not what works. Being the peace/piece is what gets the party started. You can not change another with your projections. Your words only are YOU. I have sat and seen so many exhausted people, who are projecting over and over to others they think they must influence. It is not  within the scope of your ability to do that. It is not mine either although I have been known to be very persuasive. I ask at the end of my appointment for the person to speak into the air, what they desire above all things. I give three choices, and then we add color to them so the chakra that is focusing on that wish is included and activated. You are powerful creature, YOU ARE WHO you have been waiting for. WHAT you say is WHAT you get.  WAIT no longer, speak your truth, color it up and watch the magic happen!! Freewill, freedom, free love, no need to wait for any of it. It is within you, has been all along. The gift of the present, is you.

Peter an interesting disciple

Deny me and I will deny you. Keep the truth hidden from me and you will never know my truth. Secrets hide you from the love of being present. Behaviors that are not worthy of a public display are not worthy, period. I have weighed it out from the Gospel and found it to be true. In the place where the truth of all you know being hidden from others there will be nothing. It is an empty and lonely place to be.  Yet, interesting, helpful and inspiring to those of us looking to create community. Thank you Redemption Riders, your willing, honest and generous sharing of the whole truth, raises me up. I honor you! I am grateful and inspired and you are all changing my life forever!

Assertiveness training needed

We work with bullying in the Change Starts with Me program. Putting time into the program is one of my favorite things. I was bullied and will never be again. Then, when I got bullied I became the bully. Not the way I want to live. That is worth sharing. Asserting ourselves peacefully is not taught, saying no thanks, not now, not ever, no way, buzz off, or whatever you think works for you and being confident enough to say it without fear, is our choice.  Being peaceful, honest and asserting your position, your desires and your love of self is the next step. Decide, who, what, when and how you will be best off with. Your dreams, your passions, your attractions, all count. What do you love best??? This is what we assert. I fought for my belief in partnership, I asserted my will and said, I will have a life partner who is loving, kind and loyal and COMMITTED to me, in every way I desire.  That was not good enough for the listener, and then I met the bully. That bully was dismissed from my land, my life and after a little while my heart too. I had to assert my own love for me and who I am now and stay strong and healthy in that assertion. This is a challenge for many. We often go back around, for another dip into that pond, familiar territory calls to us. So today, ASSERT your desires, your will is strong, your love makes it that way. If you feel less, or loss, or insecure, assert yourself with a smile and a no thanks, not now. It is time that our Earth people, take back their power and then once assimilated, assert it for their highest good and the highest good of ALL!! This is getting good!!

Dakota

My cousin says let's get in that group now. I said ok let's do that. My journey to my roots, is his. We are family and we have the same feelings on the inside our whole lives. Inherited data. I have to laugh a little, this is a wonderful way of adding in when our grandmother did every thing with in her power to subtract out. Denial was her stance, fear was her motivation. Now our family becomes fearless and proud of who we are and what that comes from. Ain't life grand?? OK Danny boy, you will be added in, I am on it!! Susan

Shake it off!

As I awaken even more each day, the memories sometimes still hit me. My brother and I talked about our childhood and he said, shake it off, let it go, it's over.....He is right, and I am. The world chooses it's response to each detail. Some people are able to take a deep breath and dive in. He did and he still can, he is an EMT and fearless. He can jump into a burning building, reach into a crashed car and still maintain total clarity and control. I always step back. I watch and pray. I am different that way. I do not run off, but I do not run in. I do not look for trouble but when it pushes me I do not move away. This is the time to stand up, shake it off, wake up fully and take a good look around. You have attracted your whole life, and HOW IS THAT GOING FOR YOU? I know I have done well, and feel peaceful and grateful. I may have learned a lot of lessons, some to never do again, but I have stood the test and am here still. Let it go, make your apologies, see clearly your world and your input and let's create something really really cool! Trust me and I will trust you and together we can rebuild this place  with love.

If you only knew for sure...

that you were being heard, seen and followed, would you feel safe and proud, or not? I have always said, everything I do and say is in front of God and every body, and that is the only way I can be. It gives me peace to know that I am watched, heard and followed all of the time. I am proud of my life, my private and my public, my words and my actions are exactly the same with everyone and there is nothing less than transparency.  Good enough for me. It allows me freedom and protection. I never have to rethink a story, it is always the same. I never have to pretend or omit something to protect myself because I am fully exposed in the light of my own heart, my own words and  my life. Are you? If you are not quite there yet, ask yourself, who you are hurting? The answer is - ONLY YOU. The rest of us are busy. Please KNOW FOR SURE, YOU ARE LOVED AND GUIDED AND SHOWN. LEARNING ALONG THE ROAD

As my brother and I road home from the funeral of our beloved auntie, we talked. Our family was the subject of our conversation.  How we grew up and what it was all about was the center of our thoughts. I felt he was the only reliable thing in our home for many years, turns out he still is. We sat with a stranger as children, not allowed to attend our own father's funeral. We started right then to rely on each other, although we were very young it was REAL.  I have looked for that quality in my self and others my entire life. What I found was variable. Addictions to behaviors not be-coming are one of the ways I see reliability slip away. Counting on the self - the control, the love, the honesty, the compassion, that is where the real - I -able  is born. It must be nurtured by the self and then surrounded those who enhance it. If you have let yourself down, or abandoned yourself in any way it is now time to reconnect. What or who makes your heart open, can help. Be honest, be present, cruising down the road with someone you love and trust, rebuilds the feeling of reliability, and being able to count on someone makes this life sweet and wonderful. So clear, you can see it from miles away

Truth, transparent, crystalline, and yet solid, very solid. The truths we are told here are sometimes not like that. People are funny with the truth, they have ways of making it not the same as what yours would be in the same exact situation. Slippery almost, something you can not count on, or can not get a hold of.  Some people become cynical in judging their experiences with truth here. I can not do that no matter how hard I try.  If you can not get a handle on what is being presented, or it makes you feel uneasy, or it is not congruent with your version, step back, step away or if you have to, step up and challenge it. The truth is love is all that matters. Love has the power, it is the noun and the verb that Earth people need to use, to feel, to offer to have or be well and happy. Being fully in the light, truthful, honest, caring and loving, get this life done perfectly in every way. No thing less will accomplish that. Look to love, only love and the truth will be there, crystal clear, ringing like a bell, every single time!

Our rides

Yesterday I had a couple of landmark rides. One with Billy, from wheelchair to horse and one with my only brother across country to a funeral. Brothers both guys really. Working on life, both guys. Living in the moment with who, how, what and why, both guys. I know how connected we all are, and taking the time to celebrate those connections, the successes and yes, even the losses and the changes are what real life is all about. Getting to hang with people who are honest, willing to try and interesting, plus adding in loving the experience and the co riders, is all there is and ever really was. Choosing rides that offer light, love and value of time are where we are at now. I have been on some rides that I wish would have ended sooner, I felt trapped or afraid or just disrespected and misunderstood. Those rides are over for me. I know this world is opening up for us all, being in a place, where we choose the ride, the people we ride with and yes, the destination too, NOW THAT'S WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT! Choose your ride today, and may it be the adventure of a lifetime!!

Those words you long to hear...

Is there a phrase, a nickname, a saying of something, you know you love to hear? Calling it back to yourself now is going to restore that good stuff to your life. When or what was it, that made us smile, was logged in. It was stored in the memory of your mind, and those stored memories can be accessed at any time for your pleasure and joy and self motivation and self love. I think nicknames or pet names are supportive to many. I know when you remember a compliment on something you wore, or accomplished or experienced, those are helpful too. Too much time is spent on the hurtful memories that bring up the old pain and loss and guilt and shame stuff. Enough now. No more ever again, let that dissolve into the tapestry of you, it will support your new design. Never gone, just redesigned with that added in, for color or flair. Only say what you long to have spoken to YOU. If you say something that you regret, take it back, make it right, promise to never ever for any reason, say it again. We long to be heard, and yet when we speak it is not always kind and helpful. We long to be understood and cherished, yet when leave, it causes relief. Our footsteps are the energy we deposit where ever we have been, leave garbage and you will go home to garbage, leave light, laughter and love and you will find it, every where you go!

Adoration

What a great way of feeling. We sometimes forget that it is available and fun to have. We often adore puppies and kitties and even little kids, yet we forget to adore each other. My friend said he adored me, and as that washed over me, I remembered a time when others felt the same way. Long ago, as a child, very fleeting in light of the drama in my family, yet still there in the memories that make me smile. Take a minute to find something or someone to adore today. What does that look like? Warm, fuzzy,  funny, comfortable????? It is a good place to be. Then tell them, show them, everyone needs love and adoration in their life, Creator never stops sending it to us, yet we stop receiving it. How does that happen? EARTH life, full of challenges can distract us and yet, there is still the place where adoration lives, and expects nothing in return. WOW! A gift from the Universe, that we all need now. Let adoration become a building block for your life, choose things, jobs, foods and people that cause that feeling to happen and build on that, the old way of walking on egg shells, waiting for the other shoe to drop in your life, is over now. I adore you all, thanks for listening.

We ALL fall down, sometimes.....

Yesterday, we fell, two  different times, not one time, TWO!  It seems ridiculous that grown ups fall down. Yet when I watch and experience the jolt of a fall I have to say, the Universe knows when I need an adjustment and provides it. Last night as I stayed off my bruised side, I dreamed. Lots of pictures and situations and ideas flowed in to my sleeping mind while I stayed propped up on pillows on my right side. The alignment of our body has merit, and it dictates flow. Sometimes we get blocked, or plugged up. Sometimes we need to jar it loose to get it back again.  We are calling that the NEW NORMAL here. It is the term we are aspiring to with horses, wheelchairs, recovering people,  who are loving themselves again after a time away from those truths. Falling sometimes is what is needed. Using the  DOWN  time to reboot, think, release, heal, and yup, even cry, truly does a body good. Allow and align and design with great care your next move and next reality. It is the gift we get every single day!

How does authentic feel now?

Beneath the façade built up over time there is your authentic self fabric. Like the color of your aura, or the color of your eyes, it is YOURS. It was there for you when you were born and it lies beneath  your experiential learning layers, and has been there the entire time you have been here. Mine is kind a suede, tan and soft and durable and radiantly golden when warmed in the sun/son of my heart and our world. A worthy meditation is the time spent asking to reveal yours to YOU. Who are you really beneath the beatings of life, physical, verbal, emotional and spiritual. Those scars and marks can be transformed now in the light of love and the belief that you deserve LOVE in your life always. I look forward to being as authentic as I have ever been, radiating confidence, and humor, and supporting those looking to be as authentic as they have ever been too. This is amazing stuff here, and I we all deserve the truth, the honest exposure of who we really are and the love and support of those we share our life and our world with!!!

Family reunions

I will attend one in Minnesota, with cousins gathering to say good bye to our auntie, and we will chat. My family was very disconnected so being there is important to me. The reunion in Heaven is the One I am talking about. My father's only little sister came home. He has been there waiting for 54 years, and he loved her very much. She was the only family member who ever spoke to me about him and how and who he was. She loved him very much too. I will sit quietly for awhile and imagine the joyful reunion of those who loved each other on Earth. Their great grandmother was the Cloud people of the Dakota nation and in the Clouds they shall now be. It will be an amazing celebration of  great success! I know I am only here for  brief lifetimes and that I need to remain focused while I am here. Yet there is the gift of seeing the bigger picture I have always had, that causes me to yearn for home. Peaceful, divine days where love rules, and souls celebrate that ideal. I will see you  all when I get there, and I am anxious to hear the stories that this lifetime did not offer me, I am glad you are together again, and you are well! I love you all very much, please keep an eye on us down here and smile, we are fun to watch! When I see the Clouds, I will think of you together and I WILL SMILE.

Too late, never......

I wrote the other day about talking honestly to those you need to talk to. Time may run out without you getting it done. My earth time with my Aunt Lois ended without me going back for more information about our roots and I am sad. It is hard to reconcile wasted time. We all have done it and will probably still do it if we do not make some changes. Using time to do things we know are not producing fruit or love or progress causes regret. Time with her and my Uncle, a few years back changed my life forever. Collecting photos of my family which I had never seen before, and the heritage parts she had documented. It led me to ME in so many ways. The truths I felt in my heart became the facts of my lineage and there was great comfort there for me. I know I can meditate and connect, my ancestors have called to me, comforted me and guided me my whole life, YET it would have been fun to do it over COFFEE!! Godspeed Auntie, you were loved by me and I am grateful for the gifts you gave to me!

Are you concerned about our world?

I am. It is in need of compassion and healing and realignment. I see people polluting their bodies and minds every day and it slops on to our world. That concerns me. I see people in my work who are now tired and want the end of their suffering, and they are willing to make the changes necessary for healing and wholeness to return to their life and their bodies. I am a concerned human, and that is why I go to work each day. Concerning myself with supporting those who want to shift into a more natural way and healthy way of living. Are you concerned about YOU, or your family? If that is true, take it seriously. You are being told, with your own feeling of concern that the truth is now ready to be revealed  and you are just the one to be there for that. This is a gift, not a burden. Knowing it is time be concerned and show concern for others will change this world quickly now for the better. AND that concerns ALL OF US!

Take that next step now

Half way up or down on the ladder of life, many are just hanging there in the middle. Some too afraid to go up any higher and some just stuck in circumstances they attracted but do not really like or understand. I felt like that for some time, just kind of stuck. In a holding pattern of sorts. Never afraid really, just kind of caught up. I also wanted those in my world to catch up so we could move into the light together. That is not helping me in any way. I can not wish, want or hope for another. Let's all together take a deep breath and move up one step today. It is a good day for a higher view and moving into the light now will show much more in great detail and then you can decide from there. It is time now and love and laughter are waiting for us all at the top, so is the whole YOU!

A day late....

Are you thinking you may be too late, too little, too short of something? I felt like that as a kid, never good enough. Never told that I had value for who, and how I was. Instead I remember things like, don't look at me with those big brown eyes!!! Or you are just like the rest of us and we all are fat!! Horrible things to say to a little girl or a little boy for that matter. So many feel hopeless, or worthless, or less then that even. Then we get to a point where it seems too late to go back or start over. As 2014 dawned on earth, I saw tons of folks get sick. Taking the time out they needed to be alone with themselves, under the covers, reviewing their circumstances. I watched and listened  and this is what I got. A compliment paid later. Someone said to me,  OH YA, YOU LOOKED GOOD THE OTHER NIGHT.  I said thanks, and then thought, is this too little too late or what?? It was. You decide. What is good enough now, it is your opinion, not someone else's that really counts in the end. YOU loving you, you admiring your own qualities and gifts is the real crux of this. Supporting each other with words of comfort and admiration always appreciated, noticing the good stuff, is truly good enough. Just make sure, it is not too little or TOO LATE! Tell some one today something amazing, and make their day better!!!! YOU MAY NEVER GET ANOTHER CHANCE.

A lesson on horseback

  The story of Red Cloud, from history....

 

When he was about six years old, his father gave him a spirited colt, and said to him: "My son, when you are able to sit quietly upon the back of this colt without saddle or bridle, I shall be glad, for the boy who can win a wild creature and learn to use it will as a man be able to win and rule men.

 

This is the gift that humans get when they learn to quiet themselves. Learning to listen, balance, honor and feel secure is the result. Using our beautiful horses to support the process of healing and recovery, well, it is brilliant! In the discovery of the wild creature within all of us and then the quieting of that animal in partnership with that human allows the working together in cooperation and respect to commence. Awesome in my life and in my work, thanking the world and it's options, every day.

My family name is Cloud

From the 1800's census sheet I saw that name and knew why I was how I was. From the hanging register in Mankato our name was there too. I knew much more from that. In the gifts sent through DNA and time, you can open your heart and memory and with that you can understand the whole story. You are  in the pages and pages of his-story or her-story. We keep records to assist and sometimes to control. I have been off the records of medicine for decades now and that serves me well. I needed a clean slate to heal my injured and damaged health. What records do you want to keep and  replay to listen to and learn from? Which ones do you want expunged? I have seen those who choose to clear the  health slates in my career as a Naturopathic Doctor, it is awesome to watch a human heal with the gift of the clean slate and new beginning. I sit at the table or on the back of a horse and talk about cleaning up old behavioral slates with my cowboys. Your family is here to help, with records and choices that are yours now to decide what to do with. Some should be healed, some totally forgiven and released all together, some should assist you in manifesting those gifts that come naturally to you, and when you know that  you are the you came to be, life will make a bunch more sense. Susan Cloud, I like that.

The cloud

I see it surrounding those who are commonly not even aware it is there. Like Pigpen in the Charlie Brown comics. It is something to stand back from. People can throw it out there with their words, their diet, their beliefs, their intentions. It is a powerful force that only can effect you if you open to it. Believing in someone's beliefs can do that, wanting to rescue someone can do that too.  Sharing smoke opens the door too. Sympathy or empathy, need to be felt within and not leveraged to get you in. You are choosing moment to moment how you will be, react or respond. Your energy is your life's work, others see your cloud as easily as you see and feel theirs. Use the clouds to choose who you want to be with or look like. If the person has a sunny bright light, enjoy. If they are dark, brooding, stormy, back up, take a break, allow them the giant space they need. Clouds are really cool and tell a lot about everything here.

Heritage Health

Do you know what that means? Knowing who  you really are, how it came to be and what to expect. Our health is inherited, 1/3 of our existence is the DNA programming, 1/3 is daily choices, like food, water, air, sleep, sunshine and exercise. 1/3 is emotional stuff, the stressors of life not being in balance. Finding out about YOU, your family will need to be queried. Where did we come from, why do we do these things, what makes us happy? What are you naturally attracted to? I can walk in to someone's house and know a lot about their heritage internally, just by taking in the air and sights. A picture then forms in my mind and I know where I am and where they are too. Cool stuff. You are all very interesting and worthy of full knowledge now. Enjoy what comes, forgive what stings and smile, today is the first day you get to be all of who you were meant to be.

Feeling left

Left out, left behind, left not right, isn't it funny that left isn't right. Yet left isn't wrong either. Humans get caught in the right eousness perspective and view things from that angle, the male perspective. There are things going on here that will never be right. I saw the Indian Boarding school movie about righteous whites Christians and their treatment of the little Native Children, and if that was wrong, I would much rather be wrong. Yet there is no point in worrying or fretting about it. Things are changing in ways that are not understood here just yet. Allowing the balance that results from equal use of left and right, will truly help us all, in everyway. What you may not know is that LEFT, is the feminine energy. The left side of your body programmed by your mother's DNA. Now does that make better sense? She was dismissed for awhile, left out, and woman are now taking their rightful position in balance with in themselves and with in the human construct. of each of us. I watched an Andy Griffith rerun last night, about how the woman girlfriend Ellie, should not run for city council MAN, since that was NO PLACE for women. It was insane to me. So the women stopped cooking, and she got her way in the end. Yet it has been very real in this lifetime of mine. Find your true left, your mother energy, your programming from her lineage and hook it in fully with your right. Be conscious, be willing to be flexible, you may cry, you may curl up for awhile. This is the gift of the Marys, the Bathsheba, the Venus, the Isis, this world needs their female powerhouses back in proper position now. Left and right, hands folded together in honor and respect and humility saying GRACE for this world. WE NEED IT NOW!

runnin' jumpin' buckin'

When it's cold that how they get warm, my horses I mean. They jump around like kangaroos, and I can see the joy and the energy  flowing and flying off their bodies. They chase each other and rear up and box. They are a delight to me. It is how we should behave too. Just when it seems too much to handle, get up and run and jump and play really hard. You will shift gears, your heart will warm up, your joy will begin to flow and then, you will have a way of handling the situation that comes from a process deep within, now totally freed up to use. Sittin' around, ain't gonna' work. Get moving, buck if you have, jump and kick, and let's play now!  We need all the players on our team, ready to rock!

Down's people smile!

Take a lesson in life, and smile. They do, even in stressful situations, they smile. They  are the gift of a race of embodied angelics whose job is to SMILE. Jobs are work, and their work is fun and happy and really productive. Smiling is not easy or it would be done all the time. I watch people frown, cuss, go blank, lose it, cry and quit, all of the time. Stomping their feet like little kids instead of just smiling. Try smiling today, no matter what, just take the corners of your mouth up ward. Even if you don't feel smiley, do it anyway!! I know the results will be life changing. People will look at you differently, and you will feel the LOVE and the MAGIC, that smiling through the trials of life give.

2014 And Its Numerical Encoding

The number #20 in itself is a powerful presence. The #20 is our inspiration our guardian/ a universal service a call to action. 20 is about knowing both good and evil/ light/dark and consciously choosing the higher path. The vibration of 20 is blessed with Gods protection. It asks for a king Solomon type of awareness, wisdom balanced with honor. Always doing the right thing when the wrong thing would be easier. Twenty is the death of the old, letting go of the cross and moving toward the crown.  #20 asks you to recognize the precious energy of time and use it wisely with love.
I read this today from an article on Spirit Library and it hit me right between the eyes. I was born on the 20th day, and under the Spica star. Two aspects of powerful personality gifts and that I know about. It is time for all of us to KNOW who we really are. Nothing is random, or casual. EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE MATTERS HERE. You are rare and remarkable and have something one of a kind, to share. It is the masterpiece of the self we seek and if we focus, and believe, we will receive that knowing. I love this world and it's amazing willingness to support me in every way and when I get a bonus like this little article, I simply smile and say thanks, I needed that today!

Time to become flexible

At dinner last night my date said he was doing Pilates. He said he found out he was not very flexible although he is strong. I smiled. I have taught yoga for many years and being flexible is a part of my life, always has been. Moving through without resistance  by bending over backwards, something I can do and did again and again. I have done the splits a zillion times, while worlds moved off in to two separate directions I kept my footing. I have stood on my head too, when every one else was standing on their feet while my world turned upside down. My willingness and ability and choice to be flexible, saved me and gave me great joy. It is time for us all to get flexible, go with the flow, and allow your body what it needs to move freely and easily with our changing minds and hearts. It starts with a choice, just do it. There are classes, DVD's, TV shows that will teach you. I will tell you this, when you do it in a group, the energy together is much improved. You will advance much quicker by joining a community of flexible, loving people. My Monday morning class is amazing, the yogis there, laugh, try hard, and learn something new every single time they join us. Find the time, you will love it.

Collecting

I have collected some thoughts, some horses, some riders too. The Redemption Cowboys are what we call ourselves and we are on the road together. We added in yesterday a young man, who is also on a road he did not foresee. We sat at the table and heard the story of the freak accident, the broken back, the narrow escape from death and the stages of grief associated with losing something like your legs. Then he smiled and said, I am on my way to the NEW NORMAL, and I think this group and these horses can me get there. We smiled back and said, actually we are going that way too. You can come along if you want to and if we have to carry you for a little while, we will be happy to do that. You are welcome here and whatever it takes, we will do it TOGETHER.  Now, through tears of joy, I get to witness, what the NEW NORMAL looks like, and FYI this is IT! I am collecting pages now for an epic story of Cowboys redeeming themselves on the road to the New Normal. WOW! This is awesome, and for the chance to document it and share it with you, I AM GRATEFUL.

From the inside - looking outward

You are the same. You were and will be forever the gift that Creator breathed into existence, divinely designed. The outer world is something big, ever shifting, filled with all sorts of drama and reasons to stay within. Kids hide behind the knees of their parents and peek. Grown ups do the same thing, they hide behind addictions, behaviors that repel others, excuses and there they wait and wait and wait. Watching for someone to come to their aid and invite them out. Remember when someone dove in and said hey the water is fine, come on in!! Today I am saying that to all of you, THE WORLD IS FINE, IT WILL BE FUN, COME ON, JOIN US,  LET'S DO THIS NOW!! Step outside your comfort zone, put on your smiley face and let's get the party started! I am calling to those who have waited for the calling, it is now, you are being included, invited, encouraged. We love this world and need as many of you as wish to join in to JOIN IN!

Who is worthy?

The white of North, comes knocking on my door today. She brings with her the wind and cold from a distant place. She also brings with her the bundle, she has brought it to humans before, yet this time it is different. She smiles and places it in my hands and says, AmahteRah, bring the bundle back to the people again. They need it now. It was my great honor and pleasure to be in the community of those who brought it long ago and it is with great pleasure that I get to redeliver it again. You, humans are the bundle, the hope of tomorrow and the light within your heart is kindled by this gift. No rules apply at this time, where in the past, rules came and certain orders were given. This time it is about peace, love, unity and cooperation. No more time to do it alone, within small groups or cliques or genders or countries or races. The humans must come together now to save their lives and their world. She, our Mother, is giving us a moment to stay within, it is very cold outside and not time to go out and share just yet. Allow the North, the White, the Stillness, the Divine Feminine in, and you will know what to do next. You are all that is and ever was and are chosen and worthy. It is finished. Bundle delivered. Solomon's chest has been opened. Our world will never be the same again. Thank you Creator for this chance to recover. We will do our very best to honor and love this opportunity to start fresh.

Angels here among us

My friend went out to say good-bye to my horses. Tula and Dove came to fence and showed him their truth. The wings came in to view as he snapped a final picture, and he was amazed. He sent me this  picture and said, your horses are angels!!! I am fully aware of who and what my horses are, I use their gifts in my life every single day. He came and met them for a brief time, and they found him worthy enough to reveal their magic. How many times have humans missed it????? Right there in front of their eyes beautiful loving generous supportive beings from far away, here to help. Whether a Down's person, or an angel horse, or a loving teacher or parent or child, each offers so much to our world now and you truly need only to look and see and believe for the miracles to show themselves! Please, know we are here to help in any way we can, thank you for sharing our magic with us! I know that is what they were saying, because it is what I say every day, too. Namaste' Dr. Su

verbage

I speak of it again and again, what you speak in to the air is what you manifest in your life, your body and in your immediate circumstances. I am a seer, and I see the color and shapes of words when they are put in to the air. I see people throw them around like missiles, and bombs. Knowing deep within that the impact, although felt by us, will be owned by them. I see it again and again, sick is sick, broke is broke, alone is alone, only for the speaker. I can not throw anything, I never could. My arm will not allow it. I can, however, TOSS, and actually even throw backwards with amazing accuracy. My physical abilities are all a part of my energy field, and  the choices and creations that support my life here come through my words and create my body and my presence. I am verbally very strong, clear and direct, and throwing my words around does me no good at all. So I wait till I am asked, or challenged, then I speak. I am enthusiastic and creative and honest, which is how I get my work done. Decide how you want it to BE and also BE-COME! Then start choosing your words, CARE-FULLY with intention and direction. Let happy, loving thoughts guide you only and let's get our world the way we want it now.

Solomon's .....

The old testament tells of a great and mighty and very wise and loving king, Solomon. He was also known as the richest man alive. It was not about his money, it was about his willingness to be honest and fair. He is the one who said CUT THE BABY IN HALF, to the two women who laid claim to the child, of course that story ends with the love of the child winning, and that woman surrendering in love for the highest good of the baby. Her reward came immediately, in the rightful return of what she loved, her child and how her truth of that love manifest itself. You are all being given that option now. The option to love, only love. What you can fully energize and take care of will come to you, the rest will be given to those who could and would love it better. Thank you Solomon, for a wonderful lesson in love.

Cold, so hold on and hold still.....

When the Earth goes in to deep freeze like today she is, she is putting life as we know it ON HOLD. I say I love this, because things change. That which is not supported, goes away now. That which is strong and capable remains. Hold still, let her work, she knows what she is doing. Take care of your responsibilities, support those you love while this occurs. Emotions thawing after this intense freeze will be powerfully released, like the spring waters running through the ditches. Humans have been stuck and this will unstuck many now. The North is WHITE, it is shaman, it is ancient wisdom, and normally reserved for the road home from here. It is coming to YOU this time. Open to a level of knowing and healing and learning, that is normally reserved for the elders. IT IS TIME, white is right for today. It reflects all colors back in to our world and our world needs this now. So today, be shaman, be elder, be pipe carrier, grandfather or grandmother, be all of them, it is time.

Concerned? THEN CONCENTRATE

If there is a specific issue that you are concerned about, do not be distracted. It is the distraction that pulls the energy from your focus and the outcome you desire. Concentrate, allow the knowing and the direction you need to go to come to you. Only align with that that gives you comfort, makes sense, makes you smile and fits your way of feeling and thinking. Keeping yourself up all night worrying means you are focused on the wrong thing.  There is a world wide effort to awaken those who have been distracted,, we need all of us  concentrating  on what good things we can get done. Our world is injured, it happened while you were not paying attention. People are starting to wake up and wonder how it got so messed up and toxic. So start first with your concerns, choose ONE. Then concentrate on it's remedy, a solution, a direction, a positive outcome will result when you do that. Fear and the negative opinions of others, are not options,  humans have amazing skills and abilities and concentrating them on a solution permits and then provides IT! I know we can fix this, I concentrate on healthy outcomes, and when my book comes out, you will how many times we pulled that off!!

WINGS

The are on the back of my DOVE horse, beautiful white wings, perfectly placed on her brown hind quarters right on top, as if the dove landed there and melted in and became a part of her. We do not ride her, she is an icon here. She is like the thermometer of my life. Sometimes healthy and vibrant, sometimes lame. Never tolerant of someone on her back!! Just like me!! I know she is me in every aspect of her existence and together we are an awesome team. As I reviewed our time here together I was given the story of my journey on the ranch and what that was all about. It has been very informative and what informs me, forms me. The wings were mine, grounded here for 13 years. This 2014 came in with a dream of a 6 winged angel not 2 wings, and I smiled. I believe we all have wings, butterfly, dragonfly, raptor, dragon and so it goes. Find your set of wings, dream of them, draw them, own them and then USE THEM!! Human angels - all of you, let's fly now! This is a great gift, and knowing they are there for you is one things, using them is something new and amazing, get to it!!

Wow, this feels different!

I know how I feel, I am clear and vibrating and concise. I have felt the storms, the pain, and the triumphs and healing of many lives in many bodies. I have watched, owned, released and held tightly to many ideals as well. Sometimes feeling I may be alone in that experience for a minute. I have watched drama unfold in my life, my clients, my friends and said WOW, really???? Said congratulations to some for their Eureka moments and said NO WAY not at my house to some others, for theirs. Determining what fits into my life is my job, not any one else's and choosing has been quite a task. I feel the shift now in every single aspect of my being. It came on New Year's morning like an open window with fresh air and bright sun coming through. As I have progressed in to my week, it is getting stronger and stronger, and the feeling of something so perfect and beautiful and balanced, that I have not embodied on this Earth before is taking hold and telling me to allow something to happen. Let's open to a dimension of self love and ability that we have never had access to here before now. Ask, allow and receive, I know this time is what Creator told me we would get, I am grateful to be here now.

Why chase your dream, when you can be your dream

We all dream. We know in the magical place of our life, lives a dream so vibrant and authentic that it vibrates and shines in your nights and sometimes in your days. I analyze dreams for people when they ask. They tell so much to the dreamer. I meet those who believe they are not real. I know that is the disconnection many have from their own hearts. Dreams begin there, in the heart, where heaven meets earth. Look at the moment, the timing, the place where you landed here again, then look to your dreams. Image them in your imagine- nation.  What are telling you? How do you look and feel in them? Be your dream. Your dream lover, date, best friend or whatever else you dream of. Be exactly that person TODAY. My friend does not cook, refuses to, yet he must eat or die. Dreaming of a good meal, means being nourished in every way including food, yet so much more. DO your dream today, draw it, talk about, enact it. See how that plays out for you, I know it will be very special. Being the dream come true for you is what this is all about!!

Dancing

In my dream last night I danced. I remember thinking I was leaning on my partner and that felt odd to me. He said, hold on tight, we are really getting good together. We danced as ONE. Truly the best dance I have ever been in. Our life is our dance here. We have sundance, ghostdance, school dance, ballroom dance and on it goes. Have you stopped dancing? It is part of what humans do to benefit their embodied spirit. Dance again, alone or with someone, it will make your heart sing and your body will come alive again. And you will love it, I did!

From with in comes the you you have been searching for

My clients show up sick, sad, poisoned, afraid, highly medicated from a variety of life altering substances, and looking for a way out. The way out is actually is IN. You only need to look within your own heart, use your own senses, remember your own story, to set yourself up for success here. I am simply a good mirror. You will see in me, YOU. The reflection of my water. It is in all things and beings. The clearer the water, the clearer the reflection. Why could Jesus walk on water, because he was water. This is the blue planet, mostly water. It fills us, it promotes us, it gives us the flow of life we have and use here. When our breath ceases and our spirit goes on, the water dries up and the mineral composition of our body goes back to dust. We are looking around for ourselves. Does a dog know it is a dog? It knows it is alive and that is all it needs to know. Yesterday my Guinea  Hen climbed in to the warm box with my cats and kitten, snuggling together against the cold. Did he know he was different?? All they knew was that together is was better and what they looked like on the outside, was not relevant. As you use the mirrors to adjust your circumstance, remember it is still the you, the with in part, that you are working with and on, nothing else. Meditate in front of a mirror or at the edge of water or in the tub and see yourself, adjust what makes you better and more of what you want. Free and easy. You were always there, and what you see in the rest of us, and love or not, is just YOU.

CONVERSION

Altering or changing the nature of something in form or function. I was raised with a mother who believed everyone actually required conversion. She traveled the world with that one thing in mind. Converting the people to her way of thinking. It happens all the time. Religion does it, medicine does it, schooling does it, big business spends jillions on commercials that do it too. Trying to change or alter you in some fashion, form or function. Are you OK with that? Where is the knowing that I came into form here, built in a momma I specifically selected and met my specifications, as I sat with Creator and planned my next human adventure. And it was  all good. Converting someone is hard work, and arrogant and dictatorial. Sorry it just is. The knowing that is inherent in the human structure that all is well and improving, and that simply to align with light, love, and nature and the concepts of faith, hope and love is all we need. It costs only your focus. You are promised provision before you come here. Nature in her glory sees to that. You are promised relationship, as no human is born under a cabbage leaf. You are promised life and given free will to choose as you go along. Converting you, well, the way I see it, loving you just the way you were created seems good enough to me.

Using your skills and experience for your life now

I hear stories of wild and crazy adventures, losses and miscalculations. It is so amazing how much we have that we simply lose or give away. I know I have done it many times. Whipped it up and then put it out there just to see what happens. I know how exhilarating that can be. It can also be exhausting. If we took our personal and familial experiences and used them to sift through our lives, also sharing our outcomes with others, we would soften this world very quickly. The riders of the Dakota 38 plus 2 were willing to soften up and let go, with a 330 mile ride in the middle of winter. Sharing their feelings along the way was quantum in healing work. My friend Keith went along for the whole journey and I said I wished he would write a memoir of what that revealed and healed with in himself. I may not have got to go on the ride but I can benefit from his experience. AND I WANT TO. Share now, all the stories of your life, with those who would benefit. Let's not repeat anything that does not produce sweet results now.

The life of a visionary

Being a seer offers a lot of opportunities. I love that about my life. I only need to focus, then unfocus for the whole picture to complete itself. Yesterday I hiked in the snow to a special place, a high mound, with my friend. He wondered what it was before. After we walked off the mound, I could hear wagon wheels and carts and horses, on the mound I felt like it had been a bridge once long ago. I told him to look up old records for the area and find the fact of that.  Off the mound,  I saw and heard what was true once, I could look back and feel it. I know you have all had deja vu, that is the tip of the iceberg of a hidden gift you all have. Open to the bigger picture now. Stop with the micro management and move the macro spectrum of reality. In the flow of energy we  are all one, together and with our Earth Mother and Creator alike. If you feel pinched, you have moved in to too tight a view, or space. YOU ARE CRAMPING UP, YOUR STYLE AND ABILITES. Back up, back off, back out if you must. Then with YOUR space clear, BREATHE! Ask for light and love and a vision to come to you. It wants to, and when beckoned it will. It is dream time OR day dream time. If you can see it your dream you can create it in your life. This is such a wonderful tool. Free to all who want the life of a visionary, personal or planetary, they are one in the same. You see and heal you, and we all heal together.

The future is Now

No more waiting for anything. No cool shifts, or dates, or new realities, it has occurred and it is NOW. So don't sit there and think as soon as I get this or that then I can take charge. Take charge NOW. What do you want, go after it NOW! The time is ripe, it has come to a full finish and it is ready to be plucked from the tree and savored as sweet and nourishing. Get yourself a plan, a partner, and a vision of what you life should hold for you daily. Is it fitness, financial balance, love, fun, or is it something else?  YOU CHOOSE!! We are putting in jar one good thing written on paper each week, and we will have the chance now to fill it up with the best of the best!! Godspeed to us all!
