Sparks!!!

Like the 4th of July sparklers that children hold up, sparklers give us a focus and some fun. Then comes the smiles. It is what follows that that is particular to the one with the sparkles in their hand, and then the one enjoying the sparks gets in on the action. It can start a fight, it can start a romance, it will start something, it always does. WHEN those sparks fall on tinder, they ignite. What will you ignite in 2022? A nice neighborhood, good health, an intimate relationship, a budding career? So many sparks to light so many fires. I know that you know... deep within... where/wear you could go from here/hear. THINK about it and then fire up the new you! YOU will sparkle like a star on a clear winter night! And watch for me too, I am ready to fire up!

What makes you an asset?

Plus or minus, add in or subtract away, there are only two ways to be human. You are choosing each day one or the other. As I review the years, the decades, of my life, I am able to remember when the asset of my being was acknowledged. It came after I grew up, as a child it was not seen that way. I was a bother to the mother left behind at the passing of my father in 1959. I made sure that my own daughters knew they were valuable. So to this day we gather together and make magic! We know being an asset takes self awareness, self love and self worth. As we wind down the 2021, see what you brought. Were you generous and kind, did you open your home and your heart? OR did you take more then you gave?? That is for children, not adults. Find a service that you can give yourself to with a glad and willing heart, respecting and honoring the light in another, respects and honors the LIGHT in YOU! THAT LIGHT

Movement

This is the time of the sixth sun, the return of the DOVE. It calls you to move. Take off the frozen facade of the old life you were using to hide behind. Masked and hidden and sadly alone, even in the company of others. Look around, feel the warmth of the solar and the lunar energy shining down on us. Then make your move. Volunteer, clean up the mess, give away what you haven't used in the past year, and fall in love! People, pets, property are worth the tender loving care you and only you can offer. That is the MOVEMENT I am working to start from here, HAWK'S RIDGE RANCH in HUDSON, WIS. If and when, tell us how we can help you move out of the old and into the new. An ALL - INCLUSIVE faith

Seeing and knowing for sure in the unscene/unseen is faith in motion. I have hope, I am built with that as my go-/two/too/to energy. I have love, it surrounds me energetically and makes my creations what they are. THE FAITH of my life, is personal. It is not commonly up for discussion, it is not religious, nor political. It is not a choice that changes, it is the rule of my verbs and what I see, say and do on earth. FIND some faith, in your own abilities, in your neighbors and family members. A community of light will grow from the unseen/unscene that surround us all constantly. Our love of life here needs hope, and faith even on a hard day, is where hope is found. Have a loving and hopefilled Christmas, and believe alone or with others unseen/unscene you are surrounded by loving beings glad to be included in your world.

The homeless

Heart is the home of the human. In the heart of the matter there is comfort, purpose, connection and fire, pure roaring fire! That warmth that is felt with a kindled heart It is the home fire that we need to stoke every single day. Many have let their fires go too low, too cold. It reflects in their personality. It shows a cold that hurts themselves and others. The fire of inspiration and love light is contagious, and creative. BE creative this holiday season. When you see low and slow, smile with your whole face. Buy a meal, hand over your gloves or scarf, and let's rehome those lonely cold hearts with the warmth of our generosity and willing spirits. The return of the light

You are the light. It has been dimmed lately due to circumstances of stress. Dis-ease is hard. Disassociation is harder. Isolation is deadly. No more hiding now. Get outside, stand in the light and say - I AM THAT I AM in love, for life, with laughter. Find a purpose that makes the days fly. Find a song to hum along with. I personally like critters, so they are my day, along with a few humans too. Here's to a wealth of health in the coming season of winter in the north. PLAY as if you may never see snow and sun again. Guardians

As we should know by know we are being guarded and guided on this earthly walk. Here are mine in canine form. Angels, aliens and ancestors are all interested in our journey. Under the moon of the Winter Solstice, call to them with a smile and wave. A gratitude for their love is what keeps them coming around. YOU are their sweet children of earth and they will keep you in their vigilant watch as long as you allow them. Happy Solstice 2021, we are ready for more. AHO!

In the empty seat next to you, see the you you want to be with

The effect of the social distance that we are experiencing is dramatic. People feeling ostrichsized by the petty tyrants who are afraid of their own shadows and afraid of you too. As you get the chance to be alone and apart for the time being, decide who you want to fill that space when community comes together again. Are you the one you want to have in your own life? Do you do what want you love to do, with others you truly adore? Is there purpose and power in in your day with your being alive and awakened. Inspiration and celebration will override fear and loss. Have a party, invite someone new and special, that matches your vision of humanity. It begins with US and our love of this world and all of her children. Age, race, gender, need not have any bearing on your decision. SEE the aura, hear the words of empowerment, and be healing this world of ours. That seat is an empty canvas, and you are the artist deciding what next.

Willing to be the GOOD SAMARITAN?

I know I am. Last Thursday my daughter was car jacked by 4 thugs who beat her up and destroyed her car. She was strapped in as they attacked her and then tried to force her out her car as the smashed her car into other cars with her hanging on for dear life. PEOPLE came to her aid. One was hurt. She was also. She is grateful for the good samaritans and so are we! In this season of giving and receiving, be conscious of those around you. Be alert, be responsive, and be the kind of person you would want someone to be if you were in need! Kindness above all now, and please pray for peace. It is in reconciliation that we will survive. How to feel BETTER

Look for the better things right there in your life. I know we have been told we need more to be allowed in, the passport, the shots, the masks and the words of fear that want us not to feel better or right. YOU ARE BETTER than that. YOU are the best thing going, for you to know this for sure is to tip the scales from the losses to the gains. I am a LIBRA RISING, my life is about justice, harmony, fair play, and equality. ALL of those things make me feel better, and that is who needs to know..... ME!!! And, of course you too.

Light

Some come to SEE the the Light, some come to BE the Light. Then some others come to SHARE the Light. I live on a ranch filled with light. It is how I thrive in the light of what and who and how I love to live. Lights in the sky, lights in the eyes of those who live here, animals and people. A fire light we start in the eyes of those looking for the light that has been lost. WHO are you?????????? Remember you came from the LIGHT, align to it here on earth, and feel it's warmth and it's power.

Love what you know period

Any thing not of this will simply not DO. DO you loving you, do you loving your intuition, your choices, your gifts, your reality. My reality is my own creation. It enchants me. Friends, family, land and water, critters of all sizes and words and more words of communication. My health stuff is what I love, I know what I know, for sure and I apply it to my life and my world no matter what any one else says about it. My dear friend Brent of 30 years, reminded me yesterday of a life saved and a story written long ago, by the work I do. I forget some of the magic I love, and yet I live it every day. Be true to you, the rest will be there when you get back to them, the ones you love are where you should be now. Safe, secure, and respected for your soul's work. Love is the creative source of all that is, and it is all there is now to be with. period.

Actions speak louder than words, they really do.

As a child I was forced to sit through events with speakers on the stage. From a church to an arena, from the voice my mother wanted to hear/here. I see auras, I could hear just fine. What I saw was what I was uncomfortable with. Humans are auric, an action waiting to happen. Your thoughts and dreams start you out each day. Then the words form on paper or by using your mouth. It matters not who you speak out loud to, it goes into your aura and poises ready for action. Swallowed words can choke you especially if they are not in loving and light tones. Spoken words can be analyzed, and used properly with good intentions to create actions you are proud of. Actions speak louder than words. I see how they start, simmer and deliver. I hear you, I feel your truth, and the lack of it. Be humans of action now, who know the power they exercise starts with their thoughts, then forms with their songs, their prose, and their statements. We are all watching action happen now, be sure you want us to see you in detail fully in the light, or rethinking is in order. Always be thoughtfull first! Then you will make friends, find your place in this world, and truly be loved for who and how you think, speak and live.

Interest grows with appreciation

I teach allow, then align, then appreciate. With a lifetime of learning there is the interest that grows from those and that which you and I appreciate. Let's name a few choices we are thankful for this thanksgiving time and have learned to appreciate. I appreciate laughter. I appreciate music and art. I appreciate lightness of body, and lightness of personality. I appreciate food, and air that has clean quality. I appreciate those with an adventurer's spirit, particularly when it involves health and wellness. I appreciate yoga, and the strength and flexibilty it offers. I appreciate all of nature's bounty. I appreciate kids, all kinds of kids. I am not too much in love with the trauma or drama reality. Or the complaints they bring out. I am always taken by surprise when it gets nasty out. Words, living quarters, appearances, that are not in order and match I do not appreciate either. This is the week as December's holiday season brings glad tidings of great joy, is time to be interested and interesting to and for those things and people we truly appreciate. Celebrate with those you love. Leave the others to the others. There is a different match for them and we need not judge, it is not allowed in a life filled with love. Choices are being made now, honor and respect them all. Appreciate the ones that belong with you!

Check the whether/weather

If I should I probably do. If I shouldn't I check the whether/weather. Things change, and so should I. When it blows cold, I should use my boots and coats, and guard against the railing of the winds and those who make them blow so hard. I do that with people too. If it is rough weather, I ask whether it is in my best interest to bundle up and show up. I do that once in awhile. Now in the changing times of this life in the world we have created and blow at one another. I think I will stay home for awhile. This Grandmother will watch, and wait, and yes, pray for our planet and her children, whether or not you do, I will. I hope you will too! The winds of change can heal us and our world, but they are blowing hard and fast, and changes they are coming.

I won/one

We come here to learn, to battle, to hurdle, to choose. That is what kids do. If you missed that class, then you continue to do that as a grown up. I have learned a lot. I have battled my way through. I fly like a hawk so hurdles are not too challenging, mostly fun. In every day and every way I choose. I choose me first, up and then at "em". I choose fun, sun, and for a few hours each day I choose you. I have been called in the night to see if I would choose you, I have. I have been called to the stand to swear on the Bible and choose to speak my truth. I have chosen health freedom, and no one will choose anything different for me. I have chosen, and I/ONE. The one in you, deserves you to be the ONE who chooses you. Stand in the light, the love, the laughter and feed the freedom of choice. AND never let it go!

Liberty

I am all about LIBERTY> Maybe I should get another critter and name it LIBERTY! Freedom, justice, in my bones and in my work here. Liberty is the FUN ONE! People who arbitrarially infringe on my liberty to pursue happiness, are now being identified and dismissed. The tone of less, lack and loss is also being identified and dismissed. The deceit, indentified and dismissed. The CDC has a vaccination schedule for employees, less than 25% have complied. NOW who needs to be identifed and dismissed. IT is your country, your government, your life, and it's force to thrive. Now is the time to take your LIBERTY! No one but you and your SOURCE OF LOVE AND LIGHT should decide your future. Vacations now for everyone from tyranny and fear. Liberty it is!

Dress it up!

Life is changing now. There are new and exciting things coming forward. People are ready. Are you dressed up for the party!!?? I have been dressing up and dressing down. I look to the day, I look to the person I am with, I look to the work that needs to be done and I look to my gut feeling about what to wear...where. Where will you be seen/scene dressed up or down as YOU, Truly YOU? Think about today, and call the one who sees you at your most beautiful and ask them too/two/to tell you truly YOU, how they see you! I see you, you see me and together we dress for the part we play in the life of earth and hers. Kindred Spirits

We came from the stars. It was an opportunity unlike any other. Earth, the living library had seats available at her table. Today in light of these opportunities for grwoth, look around for kindred spirits. The ONES that do not make you smile, are not who you are looking to meet and greet. The ONEs who bring you ideas, adventures, alternatives and more, THOSE are the ONES> Right next to you!!! Enjoy the new earth and all of those kindred spirits.

11-1 Higher choices in the month of November

I love numbers, math because they are the music of this world. It sings a song, and then changes the tune with the days and the seasons. This time there comes the choice to choose freedom, to choose truth. There were secrets kept, and they hurt us all with manipulation and shame and guilt. Those secrets caused wars and death and deception. All things of the PAST!! Choose the truth, the whole truth and notheing but the truth. When you do you will be free. When you do you will be done with the past. When you do NO THING will hold you captive, or own or out. See you in the future of freedom and peace on earth, truth wins, every single time, and this time will be the best. Begin now - 11-1 and work it to the 11-11!!!

Lazarus

The gifts you bring and the gifts you receive are as varied as the number of species on earth, over 8 million! There are unlimited opportunites to manifest. Some manifest happiness, others abundance, some disease, or lack and yet others magical qualities like peace and harmony. There is an effect not often taught, that needs exposing to help in the understanding. It is the LAZARUS effect. Otherwise known as a near death experience or NDE. I met Kimberly Clark and Betty Eadie back in the 80's when they came to MPLS to do a TV Show about their near death experiences. I was already familiar with the ability, and yet puzzled by the human disregard for the choice of to live or die, it is and always up to the individual chosing the next step of learning. I have walked in both worlds and those who come to Hawk's Ridge Ranch are checking that gift out when they come and meet us. I have had some leave, some stay, some heal and others give up their ghost. All choices of the individual. I have in their presence offered assistance, I started that work as soon as I turned 2, when my father decided he would serve his spirit better elsewhere. HE CHOSE. THE library with in

I know a little about a lot. My library shows it. My words are the directionals to which stack you belong in. The looking is yours, the reading is yours, the feelings you feel are yours. My main stack is wellness, years of research stacked up to share. The most cherished stack is the mom/grandmother/godmother stack. The one that really is the magic I have left offer is the variety pack stack. You will succeed, you will find OUR way. You will feel loved and honored and healed in one of those stacks. We came to search the library of earth, Mother Gaia, the living library, for your library within to find home here. I have. YOU WILL two/too. Let - ter???? BE or not to be

I have been a let-ter all of my life. I have spaces and places I let. People want to be with us, so they let the pen, the house, the room, or me even. I have time that I let out as a teacher and a doctor of naturopathy. I let play, work, sleep and family take that other time. Others let from me in money or help or both. I write let-ters to my let-ters. They are leases, contracts, agreements and my spoken words. If it works out, they and I both let for a long long time. WHO do you let to, and with? The terms are now up, and the alignment needs to be yours. It also needs to be very clear. It is time review the contacts and the contacts. What is YOUR pledge?

Your contract, your truth, your thoughts into words into deeds? Think about it this day, and ask yourself, is it to ME first. I choose me, to stand in the light. I choose me to celebrate life and happiness here. I choose earth as my home for now, and my freedom as a sovereign being my right to life and love. I choose accountability for my responsibilites and promises. My word is my oath, my bond, my contract. Choose wisely, this is when choices need to be spoken out loud. THEN pledge your allegiance to that which makes your heart sing. AND WE WILL get through this. Agree now to disagree, and move on. We are the ones we have been waiting for.

What are lining up to do now?

I have been told by the Source of All Love that allowance has been made. We got a lot of that for a very long time. Now is the alignment. WHO, HOW and when can you do that? Take your position now. Find your true friends. We are going into a time for the decisions for the future of humanity in alignment with love, light and laughter. I choose kids!! I choose Nature!! Do not do Su. Not Dr. Su or Mama Su. DO YOU! I believe we are going to get through the changes. I have been getting through change for decades. I did it because I do ME SU, Dr and Mom.. I do my natal chart in astrology, I do my LIFESCAPES over view. I do my genetics, my blood type, my sports and music, my critters and my faith. I IMAGE it. Imagine means to do the work inside first. THEN when we are harmonic - radiate it outward. When I do SU, my radiance is noticed far and wide. SO IS YOURS!!! DO you doing you better than ever before. AND we will be better than ever before. Verb or Noun? BOTH. To transfer over to another, or to bend. Give in, give up, give over...or give freely. I ask clients to give me their ears. I ask them to record my words. I give them freely for a fee, my knowing as it flows through me. I see. I am a seer. Auras are a part of it, energy, beings not human, and potential outcomes. I share that gift. THAT is what I came to give. What can you give freely? Some can give love, some can give less, some can give energy, and light. Others give grief. I taught my kid client to not receive when the giving is conditional or stressful. It is a choice to where/wear a mirrored space suit when he is in school. The stress is big and causes trouble, disharmony and a lack of trust. I had a lack of trust embedded in me as a little girl by the death of my daddy. Here today gone today was a concept hard to understand. He left the house well. He returned dying. He was 28 years old and healthy and smart. WHO do you trust after that? Many years went by in that belief that humans were capable of escape. Death is iminent, we will all be born again somewhere else. In the human time, it is a chosen life that you can trust. Are you chosen to give? Humans need the truth without the trauma, they need community without restrictions, and they need the trust of the inner and outer experience that sustains their energy. Give it a go. Find a tribe that gives you YOU. Book club, fitness class, dog park, you all need to give in to is the truth that you are hear/here by choice, and choices are what gives you the whole and real you. Come on people, give it all you got now, it is time.

OBEY

Means to follow commands. WHO is your commander? Mine is my heart, it is divine in it's design. It is the merging place of my physical abilities and my mental prowess, it is bound together with a spiritual vibration that ignites with my breath. I use that to sing, play the flute, speak and even whisper when I am frustrated. To obey someone else's commands is childish. It is a child's task used for development and stability under the love of an adult who is fully there and accountable. If the child in you has not grown up into the heart space, get some help. I use a million tools to support my loving heart. I meditate daily, I write daily, I play music daily, I solve problems daily, I celebrate daily, and I CARE daily, for my animals, my land, and most energetically, my people. OBEY the laws of your own heart. Tell the truth of love in this life, not less, not loss, not lack. My friend died today in 1973, my heart broke. I knew it was temporary, and that someday we would talk again. It took away my childish ways. I grew up fast after that. FIND the piece/peace of your heart you left behind and become whole again. I recommend it highly, for in healing comes a new light, a new song and a whole knew/new YOU!

PUZZLE me this...

Testing your KNOWLEDGE or your INGENUITY. All humans work through puzzles. Play the game. Earth life puzzles many. Some discriminate, some war, some withdraw and others work through the puzzles. Some use those questions to create answers that create profit. SMART Huh? What profits you? Is the puzzle you are currently working on profitable? Health was my 1980's puzzle. I solved it for ME, then my kids, then my friends, and then and still then, my thousands of clients. Then relationships among family and friends puzzled me. I worked that out too. In 2008 the children I work with on my ranch with my horses were left behind by a puzzle of control. First I thought it was political, then I wondered if it was personal, then when MEDIA slandered my reputation, I real-eyes in that moment it is simply about MONEY. The law was the next puzzle, and that was solved with the help of the lawyer who knew truth, and got justice, and changed my world and yours. PUZZLE today?????? Which do I choose to be with? Is it the masked or the free smilers? Is it the HOLE poked into me or the WHOLE of me, unpoked? Truth is that this is not the puzzle. The puzzle before humanity is this. DO YOU LOVE one another enough to sacrifice your ego, your fear, your anger, your training and your reality for a child??? Christ did it, and left with the words, greater things than this shall you shall do. no puzzle THERE/THEIR/THEY'RE. SO NO PUZZLE HERE/HEAR. LISTEN to your heart, it is the solution to the puzzle. THEN radiate your love and confidence and faith, and most of all HOPE for a peaceful day and future, and a HEALING for humanity. Welcome to the next era of earth, peaceful and loving, and in communion.

Is it your turn to take the STAND?

I fought for my disabled kids. I wanted them to ride my horses and restore their balance and their health. I knew it worked for me, and I wanted to be available for them. I was told it was dangerous, my work, thoughts, choices, were unconventional and risky. I replied, "All life here is risky, the only common experiences are birth and death. THE REST IS CHOICE! Risky or riskier, it is life on earth." I took the STAND. In front of a Federal Judge and Jury of my peers, 13 of them, and pleaded my case. I spoke my truth, and I shared my visions of health and wellness. I exposed every aspect of me and my choices. In the end I was told that I WAS worth it!! A million bucks worth it!!! I won my place. YOU CAN TOO> you must do your due diligence, your research, your HOME work, and then test it. Test it to your heart first, before you test it on CHILDREN! If it scares you, do more homework, hire someone else to teach you. I stand for freedom, for choices and for children. They deserve grown ups who get up, clean up, dress up, show up and look UP! Take your turn on the stand now, cuz you will sooner or later, why not practice today? Our world needs us now, and we will support her and her children.

When there/their/they're is LOVE, it is in the light for it to be scene/seen.The scene/seen was a fund raiser. My girls put it on for another of my girls. When people love each other they network. When the lights shine on the love of one another it builds and builds. Tears through the smiles, reconnections and new connections result. Mother energy

The source of life here is that womb. All humans came through a womb to get here. Some live with that womb still intact. Others are given the opportunity to protect those with wombs. You have a reason and a right to understand the MOTHER energy. If you do not, then you must look within, not with - out for the answers you seek. I have been Mama to many, and Doctor to others. My favorite role believe it or not, is playmate. Travel with me, ride ponies, ride waves, ride skiis, ride planes, trucks, motorcycles, and then show me that you can ride too. Then I will be your playmate forever. I will answer one call in the night, I will not take the second call nor will I be responsible for the outcome of that situation. People need the mother when they are young, then the father, then the cooperative should be assembled. Find yours. Community is where you are valued and they will tell you the truth about how you fit in and where you will find your safest space and be of the most good. I do not need to agree with you, for you to be whole. Nor do you need to agree with me, to honor and respect my choices, my education, my lifestyle and my out put in this or any other lifetime on this planet. You will be respected when you respect the mother/father within, and then without. Do this sooner, not later, no one is here for you but YOU!! Look in the mirror and see how much potential you truly have. THE world, and the little young children here, need the wombs intact, the humans that protect it and then we can get out and play. Heart FELT

As within so with out. Your outside reflects your inside. You have 7 chakras that generate energy. It takes balance to be in the heart center. Then you will radiate in every direction. Where is your heart felt self? In the time you take to reflect your reality will your heart's desire be your strength? I see the hearts of those ill alot. Their heart's desire is to change. Ill needs a "W" to be better and stronger. Change is an inside job. Will is needed to transmute ill with willing it so. Health Coaching is a heartfelt radiance. I am a good coach, heartfelt in my desire to be of service particularly as it pertains to wellness. What are you a good coach for? Who would benefit from your heart feelings of no ill will. Guest or resident?

Which is it? Aliens are guests of this planet. It is why they assume no responsibility for it's care and upkeep. They have become unwelcome here. It is like the person who shows up and makes a mess, leaves the precious water running, then leaves it worse then they found it, expects something for nothing, and then complains, when nothing is what is returned to them. Self pity is the guise they use to complain about their plight, and their targets for their feelings change as often as the moon cycles. You are not the issue. Love does not feel self pity nor does it complain. It is the creative force of light and energy and community. It is time to offer these alien guests nothing. Not your attention, not your pity, not your compromise, not even your thoughts, let alone your words or your deeds. It is time to align with those who are in residence with you and your ways of being accountable. My horses, my dogs, my chickens, my cats, all residents here at the ranch. They fair trade me for food, and love, and a warm safe place to live their lives. Humans need to do the same thing. When your guest is invited into your world, be clear about the perameters. Fair trade for all. It can be money, or joy, or support in some way, but never loss. When a resident shows up, celebrate the communion of the like minded, earth loving generous being you have welcomed to this world you love. They rest must now leave our world so we can restore her balance and add to the potential. Shut off the noise, and go outside and enjoy the world you are a resident of. It is time now to be free.

The remedy that a flower provides

Dr. Bach wrote the story, he did the research and I learned it long ago and use it all the time. Mostly I offer RESCUE REMEDY, it calms the response to trauma. God knows humans are feeling that. My first in the journey back to wellness was the Clematis Flower. Service to others, dreaming of a better outcome, and all that it promises me in my journey here. EYEs I's

I am that I am. You see it in my i's/eyes. A place where you can venture past the costume, the skin suit, the noise I make, and SEE my heart and my soul. The young man at the concert last night told the story of his love for the woman he found after 20 years apart. He said, " I met her at bible camp when I was a teen, and I knew I would never forget her eyes. I saw her on the internet and I knew it was her! Today we are happily reunited because those eyes told their truth long ago,." I will SEE you again, and it was so. Look into this, and we will know the truth of those we are with, meeting new or renewing old, the eyes/I's have it.

Dream time

Are you one who can manifest a dream? Living in dream time only puts the idea out there/their/they're. It is in the suntime of the day that the dream can become a reality. Pushing a rope does not work. Pushing a snake does not work either. It is the linear direction that needs to go into the dream float first, it is the circle, the womb, the feminine, that breeds it in the dream. Float first in love and light and warmth and then when you know what you want and desire, step up to the plate and take your best swing. We are rooting for you in our dreams and in real time too. Up early

As a kid I ws headed west on backpacking trip to the Bighorns. I was also switching schools and trying something different for my Junior year in High School. Neither turned out as I expected. I got mono and had to go to bed and back to sleep. I sleep for a long long time. I am a dreamer, ever since then I go to bed early. I start my dreaming right off the bat. I see the things of my world, and my impact on it and then, I GET UP EARLY! I know that early is my best energy. Clear and bright, full of a frisky and excited way of reentering awake space. Early today the wind woke me, and I rose to see the whirling dervish take the world with it's air and force. I saw me and others like me in the wind, and smiled. Hear/here again up early to meet, greet and support the day I have been given in the big winds of change we have now. If you are up too/two/to - do something extra special today. Summer is closing her season, the weather is cooling and the fires are ready to be lit. COME ON BABY light your fire!! And then share it with this world's children of all ages. It is time to come in close, and make a plan for a new earth. IT IS never too EARLY!

There are no kids over 27 years old

Zero to nine, mom is the main source of training, ten to eighteen, comes the father's turn. In the 9 years that follow those childhood years, the young adult is invited to blend with their own choices a way of living. Family, friends, education, vocation, location and so forth. It is when a young adult shows their colors. Tribes are formed at that offering of the blend. Some children's learning is stable enough to remain in tact, other's reject it. From 27 and beyond comes it's completion of learning, blending and just plain showing up, an adult flies on their own totally. I see humans in my work that are still childish past that point and then become ill. Mental, physical, and spiritual imbalances occur. This is where/wear the therapy of the elder is important. The Grandmothers and the Grandfathers are called in to offer advice and admonition. If you know someone lying, cheating or even stealing what energy is not theirs to use or yes, even abuse, it is important to distance/distants yourself from their toxicity. Stay away. It will only serve them to try more tricks and you will be distracted from your own journey. Parents raise your children in the light of love, truth, compassion and understanding. Feed them real whole organic things. Show them by how you live a way that shines. Stay involved with them all the way to 27 years old. Answer when asked, and be honest. THEN let them fly!! The Tracker

On the ground it is a different way than it is from the air. As above so below as within so without. I came with that knowledge. As a Hawk I could smell the smoke, and I would hunt for the spark, and then I could track what I needed. The Source needs humans to have a brightly burning heart fire, so that the angels assigned to keep track of you can find you and assist when called for. Only when requested do they appear. It is the tracker who keeps track and reports to the Great Mystery, and also leaves the free will of the signals sent up in smoke to the human who is always in charge of choices. Are you sending smokes signals? Is your fire low? Is your angel unable to connect to you in the dim area of your existence? All questions for the ones still alive down here. Do you have a calling????

I sure do. Ringing off the hook my whole life, that call never stops. I love the earth and the body it provides me with. I love the water and the motion and e-motion it brings. I love the air that fuels my fire and keeps me moving. AND I LOVE that I am called to knowing how important these gifts are. The innocents embody this at birth, and embark upon a journey to learn this system. Come and answer you call. Our message to humanity

PROUD to be a ?????? AFRAID?? Afraid gets you zero. Zero energy, zero potential, zero motion, zero light are few of the blank spaces filled with nothing when fear, the opposite of love, is ruler. When LOVE is present, it is the greatest force of all. It can create creation! One word spoken with LOVE is all we need. I heard PROUD TO BE AN AMERCIAN, the song today. I AM> I will defend the freedom I came to live in and with all the days of life. Health freedom being one of my primary choices. The right to choose my job, my neighbor, my partner, my spirit life, my health, is not a hobby it is a choice. My love for the Earth herself, and how I take care of my little corner, MY CHOICE, to be organic and accountable. TODAY on the 9-9 in the year 2021, makes the changes that complete the cycle of less, lack and loss. Your love of life is all you get, use your words to clean it up, clear it out, and create YOUR message to humanitythat you want them to hear/here. THEY ARE WORTHY, as children of the Great Mystery, THEY are worthy!!! Just like me and you.

The HEART

Four chambers of pure muscle, a machine that is the driving force within the human being a human being here. It takes time to develop it into the strong and flexible field that is yours to learn about and take care of. My heart was broken as a 2 year old losing her daddy. It was limp, then lame, then firey in it's natural state. As I aged, it became the focal point of my being here. It showed me passion, compassion, it gave me energy, and it beat like a drum with the music I played. I set the table, the four directions of my heart, and lit the fire long ago, when I had my girls. Then I added others who also become my children. Mama SU or Dr. SU, either one I answer to. Now it is time for the hearts of humanity to beat again to the drummer of their choice. Set the table for the family you choose. I choose the family of light, of children, of warriors and also

health, happiness and horses. WHAT, and WHO, do you choose? Hearts are us.

WHO is responsible? Are you?????

I AM that I AM> I WILL it so. I ask what to do each morning early. I have done many things under those moons. One of my favorites was to contribute to the Landmark Land Trust 18 acres on the Rush River. Water is life. I know that for sure. Caring about it is my life. To volunteer is to be a part of a nature loving forward thinking group of people who love the earth and want it to remain well. So many now are distracted from that knowing and that doing. Is there a role you can play? Can you get out the dross and the drama and let Nature be your solace and your healing? Give it try. You can donate what ever you have to give. A little goes a long way, even a smile and a thank you for helping our world is enough sometimes. This is where we can do some real good. Lords and Ladies

In a position of accountabilty are the ladies and lords of the manor. It is an awesome responsibility. We, in that role, the farmer, the rancher, the water protector and raptors of the sky are called to those positions from the heart felt love of this world. We are bandng together now. Common cause, love of humanity, and a bright outlook for the future of Earth and her children bind us together. Be scene/seen if you are a part of the solution. Speak words of love, affirmation and proactive commitment to our world. If it is not kind, or could not be spoken in front of your NAN or a child, it is not to be a part of our future together. Scene/seen and herd/heard are the future. See you at the farm party this afternoon! Celebrate the harvest, dance by the light of the moon all you ladies and lords!! Before you tell me how you are, please tell me WHO you are

Authenticity is now required more then ever before. Hiding you, behind the facades develop at the training of another, must stop. Tell me your dreams, your birthday, your passions, your natural inclinations. Tell me what comes easily for you. I call it Lifescape, and my friend Janet Kieffer does that for clients wanting the details of their own authentic self. Community is only as strong as the truth of each individual. Structure built in the honest loving admissions is strong and long lasting. Know your truth, own your truth, and speak your truth. It is how it all began, remember??? In the beginning, THERE WAS THE WORD. Use/yous are those words in human creation, and beautiful and fantastic you are. WHO are we?? Listen to your heart and answer when asked.

Dream travelers

In a REM sleep a human body heals and loses weight. That is when the pressure comes off the field and it can reorganize without interference. We get interferring energy all the time we are awake. It can come from the electronics, the jobs, the housing, and worst of all, the people you choose to be with. Being the receiver of the imbalances of toxic or negative words hurts our chances to heal and be fit and happy. Kids tune out the noise with nature naturally. If that is taken away from them, no one knows what they will turn to. I was able as a child to ride horses when ever I wanted to. It kept me out of harm's way and away from the negative stuff. The beauty of the world was mine to enjoy and it healed me every time I went riding. It is my life now. Twenty one years ago I knew I needed to return to the horse medicine I loved, I dreamed it. What do you dream of? How can you bring it back into your life? Write it down when you awaken. Review it often. Talk about it to your companions, and celebrate it - IN ADVANCE!!! You are a constantly changing field of energy. Dream yourself beautiful, loved, fit and funny, healthy and happy too. I DO, dream of me and YOU TWO/TOO!

Disturbed?

Mix it up. Awaken. Be moved. That is the job of the disturber. There always seems to be one around. Class clown, protester, politicians, preachers.........the list of those called to disturb the masses goes on. I am a disturber. My mom called me a PEEPER! Always peeping and squawking about something. It is true, I am a Fire Rooster, and we have come to this world to disturb the peace that is not supporting humanity. If I have disturbed you in any way at all, I did what I promised to do. You are welcome!!

Attitude...

Sweet, kind, nice, lively, friendly, supportive attitudes are what we need. I have been in the clinic for years and years and attitude is what gets people well quickly. Change your words, change your focus, change your outfit, and then... the body and it's field will follow you down the trail to light, love and laughter. You will perk right up by upgrading your life, your choices, and your vision of who and how you at your best. It is personal. Then is becomes communal. Lighten up, and live large. Time is now.

Scene/seen in the LIGHT

Light is so helpful. Sunlight supports the liver, moonlight supports the hormonal structures. Day light promotes energy and movement and growth. Night light shines a way to the next room down the way, while the rest of the house is dark and quiet. Lightworkers came to earth from that knowing, that knowledge brings with it a job. Some where/wear that light on their hat, others on their heart. Some offer it in bright light form, others bring it one spark at a time. I do both. Today move gladly into the light. Ask the Creator to show you all the details you need to know in the light of self love. The knowledge of the love that you carry within by right of being roylaty, a child of the KING and QUEEN of Creation is still flickering. Fan the flame with your breath and the truth of your heart. Sing it out, say it with words, written or spoken. It will take you to the healing you seek. The HEALER/HEELER lives with in, call it to work for you now. We are ready. My little Red Heeler, Rain, showed me all the days of her life with us, a way to bring power and control to our farm, she could herd horses, or cattle, or people with such joy and energy, that they barely knew they were MOVED> Get moved today, the old ways are fading in the dark, let them fade and you fire up in the light!!

The heart of matter

Humans matter. That is what they came to master - MATTER! In spirit we move freely, effortlessly. In matter it becomes a different matter. I have the centaur in my astrology, both day and night. I have the cupid on the horse, with the arrow aiming for the heart of the matter. I have been aiming, firing and hitting many targets in this lifetime. I do it as a physician, and more, as a mother. Some humans love it, some can only take it for awhile. I know it makes my job accurate and direct. I love to be quick!!!! I had to learn to slow down, hard for me. NOW in the dawn of the new age of enlightenment, I get to have my arrows lit by fire. Now comes the glory and the aurora of the opening of the gates to the Great Mystery, flaming arrows taking down the old tattered weathered ways, and when the love and it's light floods in, all will be seen/scene. OPEN your heart, it is all that matters and all will see.

Curly?

A horse is hypo-allergenic when is genetically a CURLY. WHO KNEW??? In my work with specail needs and wellness issues, many are afflicted with a sensitivity that prohibits animal therapy. This is a miracle that overcomes that reaction. Doodle dogs do it too. No sneeze, which means water is fowing easily through the human, not bubbling up. Friends are chosen, family is a given, partners are the most intense as that is the most personal choice you will ever make. Remember that you came to Earth because you CHOSE to! This is not a prison camp unless you CHOOSE that. Decide what to choose that is great, good, fun, filled with potential, and remember this, THE GREAT MYSTERY of SOURCE is the only perfect thing there is. SO find what you love, and give all your love. KNOW no, AND ALSO KNOW YES!!

Stop line 3 Drought is not what we need

Taking the water that is needed for the world that needs it is worth talking about. I went to Duluth yesterday to the STOP LINE 3 event. DROUGHT was brought into the consideration. WHO needs the water??? Time to talk about THAT!!! A city of light is above Lake Superior, and they are being watched by the Great Mystery and a team of beings interested in our input and our outcome. CONSIDER that for your thoughts, words and deeds. I drove 6 hours to be in on the choices. Remember we are here to CHOOSE that which supports and sustains us. Drought willnot help, it will stop us from our flow.

DUCK!!!

The stuff that is flying around right now is meant to splatter. Stay out of the way. It will stick to you if you need it too. The process is magnetic and energetic. If you choose to stay free, be free, live free, DUCK! It is time for peace, harmony, and balance. From that will arise beauty and healing. EYE/I on the prize now.

do what you love to do and immune system will love you

Attitude and the emotions that underlie offer a third of the energy you need to support your immune system. YOU HAVE ONE that is yours to take care of, understand and use all the time, like a muscle. If you over ride it with other substances, it will atrophy and die off. Without it, there is no YOU for very long. THEN you will become a addict to something other than your own system. I deal in nature. She has many ways to build that immune system up. Childhood diseases do that, teeth coming in, forming, falling out, do that too. Sun, water, food, air and the intake you allow, do that too. The immune system loves you when you know, honor and love it in your accounting for each day. It is like that dog you take care of. When it gets the best of all you offer as a guardian and sustainer, it will live and love long!! AND SO WILL YOU. SMILE, your immune system will perk up! And that should get this party started.

Check??

I do not use spell check, maybe I could, but I know I should do the checking myself. It applies to all that I do, check and check again. Is the door closed, are the gates hooked, is everyone fed??? I also check with myself. I use kinesiology. It tells me how I, only I, respond to the question. I teach it in my practice as a physician. I teach it in my classes like the meditation training. I teach it with the horses on matching the energy of the rider to the animals. YOU and I, both should use it with our lives here and now. SHOULD I MEDICATE, OR meditate??? Vacation or vocation??? Sleep or stay up??? It really helps with food choices. Get a pendulum, and learn how to use it. Have someone you like muscle test things to you. BUT, if you are alone...and the hair goes up on the back of your neck, RUN!!!! If the hairs on your arms and legs quivers, stay....Inspiration awaits. YOU check. YOU and I both deserve to be safe, loved, and in the right place receiving the light and laughter we need to stay in check.

Through the eyes/I's of the seniors

I loved the freshman year in high school the big dog in the junior high. I looked good, I felt good, and it opened me up to a bigger vision of potential. Sohomore year, little one again was terrific. Then I went to a private school, which was not for me. Then I returned my senior year, injured, and in a wheel chair, and school became a memory. I finished, I graduated, I did not show up much, but I got what I went for, a completion. I went to college for a minute, and became a Water Safety Instructor. I taught swimming lessons for a time, after years of being a lifeguard. Then I married and began the life of an adult. Now I am a senior again. This time I am not in a wheel chair, nor am I going to miss it. I love what I have built, my kids are awesome, my grandson is pure magic and the ranch where I do Dr. Su/SIOUX, is an amazing place to be. I see other seniors with less, or loss, or lack. They are lonely, on meds, out of touch with nature. They are isolated, and now they are dying. In homes not theirs, taking money they spent a lifetime putting safely away for survival. If you have a senior close, reach out with a hand shake, a smile, and YOU WILL BE GALD YOU DID> they hold the keys to kingdom of the earth and the future. They can tell the truth because they were here for the story as it unfolded. PLEASE, those eyes/I's, though tired and faded, will light up the whole face with their smile!!! YOU now can BE THE funny, generous, interested one. IT IS your turn, trust me, you will be a senior soon enough. Time is shorter than you know, use it to reach out, the world is watching, and she loves us very much. Mother Gaia, and Source, willing to let us thrive.

Bravery promotes balance

In the arena the horses offer a chance to take the risk of raising yourself up higher then ever before. It takes courage, and a willing spirit. We do this with anyone healthy or challenged. Please join us for a session of a higher vision. It is amazing what you see and can be when you move up and over the masses. Wings are us! It is the bravest who venture upward! Down is easy, up is where it's at.

Dig DEEP

A soul working it's magic in a human body needs roots. Many are unrooted. Loss of home, family, work, friends ultimately causes loss of the self rooted in life here on this planet. If you are uprooted, unrooted, re-root. It comes with the smiles of others, the hugs of friends and family, the purposeful expression of being of service, and the remembering you came for a reason, and it was not to suffer. That job is over. I look to Gethsemene in the picture of Christ looking up before his execution. I can here/hear him saying...ARE YOU SURE THIS IS WORTH IT? And we are the beneficiaries of that choice. I choose not to suffer, I choose to dig deep, find the stability that is my right of being human, and raise up my voice, my eyes, my life to the SON/SUN of my belief system and it's warmth for my well-being. YOU have the same ability, align to that which makes you happy, healthy and whole, it will cause your roots to sink back in again!

The water is the gold of earth

Minerals are the structure, light is the animation and charge, air fuels the fires that burn within the human heart, but WATER keeps the whole system afloat. YOU are a water being, a creature of great fluidity. In the e-motion of the human being the human, water is the element that changes the matrix. cleaning, sweeping, delivering the goods, light and crystal clear, or murky and heavy and full of junk. IT is the LIFE that water brings that gives you the chance to move around. TODAY as you ready for the chance to shine, drink deep. Before you swallow, bless it! What you bless, blesses you. Rescue

I wanted to do search and rescue with my first German Shepherd, Coty. She turned out to be crippled. I bought or rescued many dogs after that experience. When Jack was brought to me, I had to think long and hard. At my age, in my life, would he fit? Would he recover? Would the pack take him in? Would he be HAPPY here? Well, it took some time, some money, some vet care, and LOTS of hard work and lots of love. YOU BE THE judge, look at the photo. He can run free, play hard, live and love with us, and that is what rescuing is all about. Are you are rescuer, or a rescuee???? THINK ABOUT IT! My home here/hear!! Time to tell the stories.

I work from home. I have for decades. When my girls were young, I had an office in the lower level where we worked recruiting medical doctors. Then when I went back to school so I did distance learning, and from home I studied and acheived my goal to become a Naturopathic Physician. My girls were close by and my home was my school. Then I built a ranch, and another home. I needed the extra space for the horses I wanted to use in my Therapeutic Riding Program. Hawk's Ridge Ranch in Hudson, Wisconsin was born. That was over 20 years ago. NOW, here is my retirement from the work of my past lives. It is a chance to slow down, write my stories, share my experiences and host events for others looking to share their knowledge. It will be a magical time, at a magical place. I live in the world that I can flourish in. It offers those who visit, or stay for awhile, a peek at an organic ranch, with incredible potential to heal those who need help now. IS YOUR HOME a place like that? It can be. The kitchen where the coffee is on, a porch where the sun sets and the conversation flows. A place to set up your tent in the yard, and enjoy the stars and a campfire. We have had an opportunity to stay home for awhile, this is your chance to create the retreat, the hospitality house, the place where children are welcomed and safe. WHETHER/WEATHER or not...

I asked for rain, it rained while I was asleep. I said thank you. Much of what you desire and deserve comes in the weather/whether of the OR knots/NOTs!! WHen you accept less, lack, loss, it is that which you will attract by focus and magnetics. It is in peaceful gentle honest attraction that the weathers/whethers are FARE/FAIR~and true for you. Fair/Fare sailing on the waters of life today!! It is what it is, because YOU chose it. I KNOW I SURE DID!

Finish what you started

Wind talkers

I am a FIRE sign. The wind feeds me. It is time to listen to the winds of change. Those who would tell are trying to sell me. DO NOT be sold. Be an investor instead. Balancing the YIN and YANG

Two i's/eyes. Two feet. Two hands. ONE HEART - four departments inside of it. A machine, an engine that drives the soul's passion and ability. When your heart is full and it's song is written, it can change the world. WHAT and WHO are in your heart today? Balancing the genetics, the biology, the electricity, the emotion, the potential, the out-put, all the job of a healthy heart. It sits between the lower chakras of human growth and development, and the upper chakras of truth, and vision and the listening with it's knowing. Sit in kindness with your knowing/no-ing, ask your heart what your heart wants. Then and only then, make the move it directs you in. When your heart sings, the world hears/here's the song and balance comes with the love you have for the choices of your life. Heart felt happiness heals all wounds, erases all pain and promotes the balance of a partnership and parenting that this world deserves and needs now more than ever before.

Taking care of the little ones

It is time to remember that the greatest gift we get while here are the little ones. Those who abandon or abuse them, well that is not my concern or my job to criticize. It is a loss so colossal that they will reel from it for eons. You and I know that we are blessed and a blessing when we show up for the little oneS. I had a MAMA doe and twin fawns in the yard today, and my 4 dogs celebrated with the songs they have. Excited to see and be in the space where the little ones are being nurtured. If do not have a little anything, there are many available. Kids, critters, even the Earth her self has fresh, new, young energy that needs your attention and adoration. It will elevate you to the postion of GRAND person. ONE of the Grandest ever when you show up and take notice of and care for - THE LITTLE ONES.

Are we proud of the choices we made?

Real choices are being given and taken. For many eons, that was not true for all. The elite made the choices for the majority. YOU are now among the elite in being free with knowledge to support your choices. I call it checking your Funk and Wagnels, which were old encyclopedias. Now you can google it. Truth is you must learn to allow it to align with you through your knowing and doing the HOMEWORK needed. I do it with meditation, mostly I meditate in the morning, but I can also really connect when I am on water. Snow is fine too. Find your sweet spot. Your truth will ring through to you. Choose in the light, with your truth as supporting. We are not all the same, yet we SOURCE the same beginning. Life is a circle, and you will come to that knowing soon enough. In the meantime, use your choices for the highest good of you, yours and ours together. Then we will get through the challenges that we currently have CHOSEN. Remember YOU are CHOSEN>SO act accordingly. It is a great HONOR, and a gift from your SOURCE! Be proud of all you choose.

We are all being watched, so act like it.

JOY

As the old and new come together for a reason or a season, it gives me great joy. Yesterday we rode with JOY! Katie and Jon Held came with their family to ride together. I have 33 years of joyful experience with her, and it still makes me smile. Yesterday we raised money with JOY! Casey and Teri were loved by many, old and new, in helping her kick cancer! Yesterday we shared our world with new friends with JOY! Kathi and Joyce made their first visit to the tipi and the horses here. Yesterday is gone, NOW today JOY comes in a new package, and each one chooses what it will be when they arrive back in the dawn. YOUR alignment is your choice, I CHOOSE JOY! If there is less, then it is my job to see it and leave it where it sources from. NO COMMENT< just quietly move on. AURA reading is helpful, listening to the sounds, the words, and seeing the deeds, well there is no denying it. CHOOSE JOY today and tell someone that you did that. The rest will have to find another place to hang!

Define TRUST

COUNT ON to do and say and complete what you said with NO if's, and's or but's. Who is that? What is that? Where is that? When is that? Yesterday Keli asked me before her client came for a healing treatment, about TRUST. Hooking up to higher light energy in meditation was an option, knowing you are much more than you were taught or told, and believing the value of trusting your own SELF is the result of that practice. 12 choices to connect with are there for us. I have taught this in a simple form for many years. She asked more complicated questions. I believe that is time for the human race to learn to TRUST using this technique for growth. Not the church, the government, the boss or the coach, trust YOUR SELF! In judging each choice as YOURS and yours alone and THEN applying to the collective you are connected to. I trust that I know when to use NO!!! It offers the knowledge you get when you apply the judging only to the self. IF it promotes light,,,love,,,laughter,,, it will get my attention and maybe even my trust. IF NOT, it is sent away from me and mine. STAND in the LIGHT and ask yourself, WHO ARE YOU? AND can you be trusted??????? TIME NOW for you to trust YOU, and then we will learn to trust one another.

Energy is 3-D scene/seen

I see alot of energy moving in and out of site/sight. I like it when it is clean, calm and smooth, and producing harmony. Two melodies together in beauty and flow. Turbulent is fun for a minute. You and I are whirling dervishes of light and color, how someone perceives that energy is their site/sight. When you are in view of another, sharing space with another, ask before you set about to spin your yarn or whirl the energy about. I come home to be quiet and calm and organized and loved. That is what I see, I go where that is also true. Nature and family are good choices. THE REST need to rest and think about the whirling words, thoughts and deeds they are spinning, and get it the way they want it before they try to make us see it their way. CHAOS is not where we flourish, so if you are in that space, take a time out and rethink what you bring to the site/sight of others. WE must all reconsider our choices, and how we use our energy now. 3-D 4-D 5-D are all swirling around your world. FInd your fit.

Venus meets Mars!

Be sensitive. It is about the energy of love, abundance, and the warrior of YOU. You are genetically both. Look back at your lineage. Look back at your life. Be sensitive to your knwowing both the male and female choices and traits. DO NOT judge it, simply understand it's existence and how it showed up, forgive the lack and loss it brought, then embrace it. When you can appreciate it's value, balance and harmony will abound!!!!

DO NOT play in traffic

I lived in the city as a young adult. I grew up in the country. Traffic was busy, loud, and dangerous to me. I had a dog, and he was taught to never go into the street. We practiced over and over throwing his ball into the street and teaching him to sit at the curb and wait. He lived a long long very happy life. Then I had kids. I stayed metro, but moved to a cul-de-sac, traffic was not a big problem there. Yet soon after I intuitively knew that my family would be safer out of the traffic all together. We moved. I raised them in the country. They were safe, the dogs were safe, and I told them if ever they were threatened to bite hard, and scream loud. Both kids and dogs had permission to use the knowing of their intuition. Trafficing is big business, kids are Lured into traffic and scooped up by those who can use them for a variety of purposes. That is why I am teaching the IN TO IT GO class in July for teenage kids about to step off the curb. Learning to navigate safely is a key to survival on this planet, and I have done that with my intuition and guidance it brought me. It has protected me over and over again. Call it second sight, call it gut feeling, call it Guardian Angels, call what ever you will. IT IS TIME to teach our children well! I still want to play safely, and show them where safe is, and where not to go, and who not to tag along with. De-pendence or IN dependence?

What did you bring to the party? Showing up now with nothing in your vision, your hand, your heart, your bag of tricks, is not going to get the job done. The refigerator rule is this. If you are responsible for the contents, and the electricity that runs the unit, you may help yourself. If not, you need to ask permission. Kids now days, still show up and think mom's frig and all it has is theirs for the taking. It is NOT. You can not be IN-dependent while being de-pendent. CAN humans have it both ways? NO! So this holiday reminds us of how much we paid for the independence of our country, and are we still free, Or do we rely on everyone other then oourselves, for a refrigerator full to keep us showing up? Decisions are now demanded or we will have to begin again. Starting over is an option, YOU CHOOSE which one you want.

Yellow The sunshine of your life

The chakra that radiates yellow is the 3rd. It is the highest degree of childhood development. It is ego, pride, the shield, the filter, and the liver/gall bladder. When it is strong and working correctly the body is protected. It will make you puke if you step out of order. It will fill up and plug up and make your belly fat and bloated. It will impair your ability to digest and make absorbable, nutrition. WHAT nourishes you? The sun does, the food you consume, the company you keep and the words you love to speak and hear. Flushing it is an exercise in re-lease. Today re-lease to it's next highest level, all things that undo health, wealth, life and service to humanity. HEART is where all things process in a whirling dervish of fire and light. The spark that I am that I am, lives within, and I can use it to clear the path ahead by choice. Sit in heart space today, sunshine, light, water, music, children, animals, gardens what ever raises you to the next level of potential and allow the release of all that serves you no longer. Luggage?!*$

We carry with us our luggage. It can be valuable, it can be heavy, It can come in many pieces, it can be tattered, and waiting for it can make you very very late. I have luggage from lifetimes of living here. I review and release whenever I can those pieces no longer needed. Light for flight has always worked best for me. Even on a big trip I do not carry a big bag. Memories and responses, are in those bags of his or her story. Take a fire circle alone or with those you trust, and throw in the flames, those articles that are complete and no longer necessary. Sad, mad, sick, lonely, lost, misunderstood, addicted, jailed, the list is yours to shorten as the fire burns away the dross of losses. Our new age of earth has begun, take this chance to start a new age of you. I choose 27, or 28, or even 29. Those were fruitful years in this lifetime, and to feel that energy again, would be a de-light, a re-write and a magical transformation into light and life. I have written daily for 27 years. It is quite a pile of paper. I do not reread more than one time before I file it. Now is the time to rewrite it for others to see and share. It was personal. It is now for the collective. I am a part of the visionary crew, who came back to gather the collective into a force of love and light. We each have our own set of gifts, and follow different roads, yet offer the same knowing. Rabbi Wayne Dossick became my teacher long ago. He has written another book I want humanity to read. RADICAL LOVING is the title. I honor his journey, I make him smile and together on the Earth we make a difference. Enjoy his words, I certainly do!

That pesky intuiton

For kids it is natural. Unless of course it is beaten out of them. It was natural for me, and it was NOT beaten out of me, although it was tried. I was told there was authority that cared and would make sure my needs were met and I was safe. That was true to a certain degree. The celebrations were limited, the successes were not noted, and the future, was fixed. I live with the notion that motion is the reality of earth and hers. Fixing it solid because of race, religion, politices or stature of any kind, simply NOT VIABLE in my way of thinking. People are told their health is FIXED> it is not. It is mutable and ever changing, based on the a million things. Happy people do not stay sick or broken, period. Happy people do not get in a rut, or create a fixed outcome. Every day is a potential success. I use my intuition to rise and shine, analyze my dreams, meditate and write, and check the cards I love. Then I am off to the races. The adventure of the day unfolds with my feelings about it. Is your intuition filling your cup, or draining it? Ask yourself this, IN PICTURES I CAN SEE, IN SOUNDS I CAN HERE HEAR, WITH WORDS I CAN UNDERSTAND, MAKE IT ABUNDANTLY CLEAR TO ME... Then listen, take notes and begin again fresh and excited. NO ONE here can fix it, only you choose. i HAVE.

A faint shadowy trace

The ghost of our existence is just that energy. Wispy, grey, easily moved by air, mostly words do that as the airs/errors are called into view. I see the energy, I know what it projects. Sometimes it foretells it's own future. Other times IT is living it's future in the jail it created here on Earth. Jails are of many makings. Hospitals, isolation wards, drugs,jobs, marriages, diseases, nursing homes, all can be applied to the jail definition. Less, lack and loss in a life here creates that terrain, that JAIL, that houses a ghost. It is the least little bit of life left yet clingy to our world. If you are ghosting your life with the feelings of less, lack or loss, light YOUR fire and burn off that fog, that smog, that gollom energy. It takes sunshine, it takes smiles, and laughter. You can do it with hard work and focus, and you can rise above it, with your vision of allow, align and appreciate. I like my vision, the ghosts worry about what I see, and yet I still get those chances to say goodbye to them as they leave our world. SO to/too/two all the whispers of what might have been, from the ghosts who have crossed my path, but what never appeared in real life or real love of life here

Class for kids In To It I GO!!!

Intuition is inate. A gift from Source. It is designed to direct and protect. It is survival and thrive when developed properly. Some need schooling on this gift and it's incredible magic. I am going to teach those who wish to develop theirs how I DO IT. I use my genetics, I use my astrological strengths and I use my archetypal totems. I am a HAWK, A CENTAUR, A WOLF and A BUFFALO! The energy of the Stallion

The dog I rescued is a stud. I have never dealt with that in a dog before. My client says he has million dollar balls due to his pedigree. I have seen the loss of his balance because he needs to run and confront and stop at nothing to find the female of his dreams. I see the kidney disorder from a 5 year stint in that wild world. Red eyes, crazy over reacting, and a constant look to the distant and yes, his nose in the air of arrogance, thinking he is KING!!! The anxiety he feels when alone is overwhelming, he needs to be free and will stop at nothing, even his own loss, so break out. So we went for a walk, Jack and I. I said to my new friend, we are changing the matrix of your reality. I need you to listen, respond and not react, and NO NO NO you are not entitled here. You are part of a pack of dogs, horses, cats, chickens and HUMANS. We co-exist in harmony. No one gets hurt, no one gets wild, and no one is entitled to a free ride. YOU must pay your way each day with your beauty, strength and grace. I want you to over see the land. I need you to be gentle with the children, human and nature's babies. At the end of the day you will sleep peacefully with the crew and renew your spirit for the next day. I will feed you the best food, and I will take you on the greatest adventures. SO he sat and thought about giving in, and giving up his energy of the stallion. Keep tuned in for the conclusion, we will see where this goes. Remember all here, including animals, have choices. To live and love and feel safe and nourished, while having fun and doing something special, that is a CHOICE. The stallion needs a family and in the end, will take his herd of loved ones and protect them to death do they part.
