hyper- all over this world of ours-

Over, above, beyond, existing in more than 3 dimensions - all definitions of HYPER. I see it all of the time in my practice. Hyper sensitive, hyper reactive. This is an adrenaline producing behavior and it is caused by our lifestyle choices. Coffee can do it, processed food can do it too. Cigarettes can do it, so can drugs. It is a state that creates multiple reactions, many over the top and unmanageable some even scarey. Kids that are hyper are hard to have in a classroom where sitting and listening is what is done there. Adults who are hyper push others away with their sensitivities and complaints. OCD is hyper, ADD is also hyper. Hyper loses touch. I see the lonliness in those who have hyper responses to their own lives and by changing things and cleaning it up, they calm down and move into a peaceful place of control, self control. We are here to control ourselves not others, hyper people need to control everything and everyone, just because they know no other way. They do everything fast without thought of the outcome, they only want OUT and DONE and away from the feelings that create the hyper responses. It is a good day to consider if you have any hyper tendencies and find the grace to look at them now and let them go. There is nothing to fear here, it is all in good order and restoring itself. Trust the larger energy, the bigger picture is one that is filled with potential and healing. Slow down and enjoy the experience it is so worth it!! Nothing to do but fall back in love here and let it be. Whole and healthy and in control, that is the gift we deserve. Peace comes from learning and using this now. If you stay hyper - you may miss out on the whole thing and that is not why we are here, you came and stayed to enjoy it. I am.
