In the scope of ME what can I do, I am only one person?

We are taught to look on the outside for those things that need to be remedied or changed. It does not work that way, it works like this. WHAT YOU CONCEIVE AND BELIEVE IS WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE. You are a dynamic system of energy fueled by air, water, earth and fire, think about that for a moment, Then when put together harmoniously you can project that energy into your field of existence. Your body responds. Your relationships respond. Your home responds. Your career repsonds. You can accept conditioning if you choose to look on the outside for influences. Media conditions you with really distorted news. School can condition you too if you are not strong enough to take it in stride. Church can condition you too. Drugs, GMO foods, electromagnetic energy and on and on , can condition and influence you too. The greatest influence of all IS WORDS. Your self talk is your reality, period. Happy people do not get sick or hurt. Their self talk and conversations are uplifting, enlightening and fun. Today begin a conversation with yourself about how cool you are, how cute you are too and how successful and eternally youthful you are. Then when you get to chat with others, do the same thing, tell them they are the best and that you love them and thank them for sharing a moment with you and hearing your happy words. The outcome will be amazing, YOU will be the benficiary!!!! And in the scope of ME, I can change the world!!!
