Looking out for WHO? YOU

I love the concept of the secret shopper, and the Nanny cam too. I love to know I am being watched, analyzed and seen/scene. I like the quiet attention and the security of that concern for me. My gas hose broke in the cold on my fuel tank, and a magical human showed that very loving concern and fixed it while I was not looking!! Do you know you are loved, guarded and guided?? Do you know that when you know that, you must pay it forward to complete the circuit? Today is a great day to think about who needs YOU! Historic trauma and muscle memory

On the 26th of December my throat started to feel choked, tight and scratchy and very uncomfortable. Knowing the history of the Dakota 38 plus 2 Remembering - your ancestral sroies and sharing with others in love is the communion lesson. The community of humanity must be in harmony with one another or we will not heal our planet and make it safe for the children. I honor those of you who heed this message and work towards resolution now. NO RIGHT OR WRONG< only the choices of right or left! PICK ONE< AND the trauma will release, my neck and throat are already better.

I am here to see in my mirror, who ???

Humans have been sent home to make choices now. No work, no school, no church, no bars, no restaurants and on and on the list of CLOSED that says go HOME NOW, grows......... When they got home it was unfamiliar. THE MIRRORS WERE there, in the faces of those you live with. WHO are you, what are you doing here? That was said to the mirror each morning as they ritually looked in it again and again, now there seemed to be NO REASON to check your image and it's projection in those mirrors. OR>>> is it Mirror Mirror on the WALL, who are you NOW? What are you to do here? You have all said it to that mirror before. THE PAST is leaving, so saynow, that is what I used to do, be, look like, and yes, it is all changed, and I DO NOT KNOW NOW. I hear it in my dreams, and I say back to the mirror, I AM A CHILD OF THE LIGHT. A SISTER of the CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS that overlights this planet and her energy. I have an image of what that looks like for me. I am a Fire Rooster, A double Sagittarius, a doctor of Naturopathy, and a female, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend. I am my own ancestor and my own elder, as well as my own little girl and my own tom-boy too. In the moments before we release the 2020 vision of acuity and the changes it brought. LOOK IN THE MIRROR. Baby Steps

As we venture forth onto our skiis or skates or ballet slippers, or what ever FOOTING you love. Start this new age enegy with baby steps. It is shakey and coming in loud and fast and unknown to many. It ruptured the fabric of earth in 2020, it will now create a new field. You are in the field, as am I. I will put on my skiis today, and slide across a billion crystals and snowflakes as though we have never been together here before. Fat and furious, bright and sparkling, or just BABY STEPS? I will let you know after I go. ENJOY THE DAY, THE NEW EARTH AND THE NEW FIELDS. WE ARE THE ONES WE HAVE BEEN WAITNG FOR.

Don't take it too seriously

There is so much serious energy on the planet right now. Everything is dramatic, revealing and causing a lot of re-action! I know I am feeling it. So just say what you want and walk away. Keep it casual. Expect nothing in return, and you will not be disappointed. DO YOU, being YOU, with YOU, and attending to the NEEDS and WANTS of you. Smile as you allow yourself all that you wanted others to allow you before now and all the WHAM we are feeling. They are in their own light feeling their own fears, and what they say is what they have and endure. If someone vents to you, it is their resume, not yours. Take notes, and review them later, it reveals the rest of their story. The only light you get to add to is yours. My light likes to celebrate, and I am finding some out their who do too. Keeping 6 feet apart in a good lesson in self and it gives you chance to take a good long look at the rest of the people. I do know many are looking at their life more closely then they ever have since others are out of their way and reach just now. No more waiting. Keep it casual, and keep it light, and those who match will you show up and you will be glad you were available. Seriously, celebrate! It is time be glad you are a survivor, it is time now to thrive!

Traveling on a snow-flake

My favorite way to move about. WATER! All kinds are fine, but the crystalline snowflake is my favorite. So today in appreciation for the SNOWFLAKES of my life here, my world, my stable - mates and ME, Merry Christmas everyone, I will be the one in the BOB-CAT plowing all day. ENJOY the magic - I sure will!!

How to develop fear into courage

Babies crawl before they stand up. When they start to get their front teeth, they start to move around. It is exciting once they feel their roots deepen. Teeth are the computer chips needed for the data to pulse. When they are lost, other measures must fill in the space. I have watched the development of deeply rooted and also barely rooted humans. Babies and old people are the most at risk, although any loss causes a lesson and a solution. IT IS VERY DIFFERENT> If you are not wanted, given to someone else, dropped off a lot, moved out of the way to make space for others, your roots will not grow strong or deep. It is chakra thing! Then the next step is that 2nd chakra where fear and insecurity and adrenaline come from. It becames a very real and sometimes life long challenge. Those insecure people who create so much drama first must go back to their roots and forgive, and regrow them. Humans can not skip steps without creating an imbalance. I know the zingers sent out by the ones stuck in 2nd chakra gear. It is the sex, drugs and rock and rock energy center, and addiction is the outcome. Moving to the liver - yellow - third step, where pride in self and courage develop is shakey at best. That is where the messes come from. Sloppy is easy, war is not. Undeveloped liver shields create noisy, angry, toxic lives. Those first 3 chakras should be rock solid by the time a child is 12 years old. A heart opens then to a world made of magic and mystery. People then fall in love with people. Sit quietly today under the mars/pluto energy, and allow all the transformation to take place. It is needed and free to those who are open! Thank you Creator for the gifts of the Solar System, the Star of Bethlehem in our sky was something very needed and we are grateful as a bonus!

Consciousness rising under the star light

If you are a star this is your moment. If you want star qualtiy in your life, this is your moment. Starry, starry night by Van Gogh was my moment long ago. I see things blurry, those stars are you, and our world, and us all together in the brightest light of love. As the Star of Bethlehem rose last night over Earth, I felt that star qualtiy again rising for the Earth and her true children. If you are one of those energies, accept the warmth, and the light as it will direct you to the Manger and the Highest Consciousness of all. Be a Magi, be a traveler, bring great gifts, and I will see in the light.

Blank slate

We have been in transition, alone and a little afraid. Humanity is now being offered a new page in a whole new book. Over the next few weeks give your self some leeway. Let the new idea of YOU and your connection to this world, reshape itself. NUFF SAID! See you in the New Age.

Born on this day

When we arrive on that day, it marks the book of life with a special place holder just for YOU, or me if it is today. I knew as a child I came for now. The alignments of the new age have taken all the days of this life, and I have surfed them without getting dumped. My board is strong, my knees still hold me up and the water, well it is just fine. I win everyday simply by rising and shining. Today I rose a little earlier to celebrate and be able to catch as much magic as I can. In honour of the Creator and the gift of being human, say out loud - THANK YOU, or it you want to, Megwetch. I sure am, 63 years complete at 2:19 am this morning, and still smiling! Thank you all for being on this beautiful planet with me, and here's to the Dawn of the New Age of LIGHT!

Someone turn the lights on please!

Humanity has been coasting. Buffeted by the powers they believe they do not control. Never remembering that the job is to RE-MEMBER you came with the controls in YOUR HANDS! You couldn't be born here if you were not in control. Coming to Earth takes careful consideration as it is a very risky bet. It requires a control of your breath, your choices, your projections and your results. We all need to know we are of and from the LIGHT where controlling your love is not a job but a natural gift! So will someone please hit the controls, and turn the LIGHTS ON. In the light the darkness holds no place. So as we stand under the Saturn and Jupiter conjuction, and all the lights come on at once. Be enlightened, and then get to work with what you see needs to be loved. It is what we came to do and remember you have all the controls at your fingertips, believe and receive.

Check your tools

As a kid you see the grown ups and their tools, working away at stuff. Mom with a needle and thread, Dad with a paint brush, or a hammer. Tools today are different for some. Intelligence is at the push of a button. A video can coach you, or a package can be on the way, an answer takes one second, and you can feel connected that quickly too. Decide which tools you want in the new age. Aquarius is the water-bearer that supports the free spirit. That will take some new tools or special tools for some. Others already know the way of the age. Peace, freedom, harmony and understanding, need some serious tools of love and light. Old tools that bullies use, like coaches, or priests, or Boy Scout leaders used alot, are outed and totally obsolete. You are the one who makes the choice, just as I will make the choice for me. Good luck, check what you brought, keep what works, keep what you like, and leave the rest on the curb for the Universe to take to the junk pile! New age, new day! NEW TOOLS!

TRUST

A child learns to trust, when they are kids. You repeat that level of growth and development over and over again in your life's work. At the stressful times you resort to what you were taught as a kid, and it's habit is familiar and some how comforting. It is those habits that require our analysis and the forgiveness of an adult who is free and capable of change and enlarging the trust factor. Are you that person? I teach options in the wellness field. It changes things for those willing to embrace something not taught as a kid. People trust this. Then I look at my kids, who were taught this, and I smile in the TRUST I established with them, that this was solid, honest and something that could sustain them for a lifetime. WHO, WHAT and HOW is YOUR TRUST? A trust is a strong and supportive reality. In this time where it is not a common reality, FIND that trust in you, in what you do and those you spend time with. TRUST is CONTAGIOUS! And there is a lot of room to GROW and SHOW _ real trust here and now. With it, we will be just fine.

Understanding the rainbows that are chakras and a part of human life

Humans have the ROYGBIV of chakras,</b> red, orange, yellow green, blue, indigo, violet in each lifetime opening them and putting them online as they complete a life cycle here. New humans have 8 chakras! Some of us here to help even have 12. This is about the RAINBOW children. I came in with the 6th ray open and spinning, the indigo ray, my 6th chakra. It made me do things other children did not do. It is the chakra of the dreamer, the visionary. The game changer and the free spirit. This inspired and drove me all my life to learn and share the things of nature I could see clearly, to the INNOCENTS. They are the children. Innocents are borns as babies, and develop one chakra at a time, it comes in shifts and is celebrated with sacraments. The children here now are ready for all energy centers to spin together. Time for baby steps is past. They are the Rainbow Race of the future. That future is now. We have had the 2020 to see clearly their needs. The dawn of the age of Aquarius is ending, and the AGE opens onto us 12-21-2020

What does that mean to you?? It means is time for a re-alignment!! Much has been revealed, much has faded into stories and legacies. Time to embrace a re-creation of our Earth, and her children. In the alignment of love, you must be love. Thanksgiving is for love. Love of life, family, friends, food, and creating an opportunity to share it, however you can. Humanity is in need of communion. Wine and bread, with those of like mind, and also with those, in need. I offered and that is good enough for me. I need it, so I accept. Snap a photo and share with someone something lovely, make a call and share with someone something lovey, say a prayer to someone and share something lovely that way too, all things that will make THANKSGIVING live up to it's great opportunity - of giving thanks by sharing. The story of the story-teller

Jupiter in my chart gives me a larger perspective than others. It is my sun and moon, so nothing is ever behind me, neither day nor night. All things visible, all things seen and adored by me. Wierd, or lame, perfect or not, I love this planet and all that I see here/hear. SO then, I say what I see. As a child it made me annoying to those who didn't want to be scene/seen. And certainly not outed, by a sayer, a story-teller, a mere child. As a physician, and a teacher, it gives me a great way to share my vision and my version of what healing looks like, and what is missing, and what is messing things up. We all have FAVORITES. Flavors, tv shows, people, hobbies, and the list goes on and on. You also have a favorite or lucky number and letter. I like A's and L's and S's. So when I use the words I choose, they are favorites too. Love, light, luck, laughter, and LIVE and in person are a few of those words!!! The power of the WORD, the intention it is winged with and the direction it is pointed and shot at, is critical, in a good way, or it can be critical in a hurtful way too. YOUR allowance

In life we are given allowances. Some are financial, some are intellectual, some are energetic, some are relational. It is our chance to use what we are given to the highest benefit of our life. I have always had a little more than I needed. I knew I would live that way because there was a lack in other circustances of this lifetime I live growing up without my father here with me. I knew that I would be gifted with the opportunity to share those allowances with others, so I do that. Horses and health are my big ticket items. Then comes the time when alignment is offered. It occurs between the ages of 18 and 27. True alignment keeps us on the road, balanced, and smiling as we choose to live in the light with the allowance we already have. I have waited for an next alignment to the elder part of this lifetime. Then Mr. Banks came along, my grandson, and I felt the alignment present itself. KIDS!! I love kids, I want them safe, secure, encouraged and understood. I believe they deserve health and support and 2 parents involved all the days of their childhood. I see them shipped off, dropped out, left behind and told they are a burden way too many times. I have seen them hit, screamed at, drugged and told over and over they were in the way, too loud, too seeing of what was going on, too, too, too. The allowance we bring from the Stars, is light and love. KIDS have a ton of that allowance. To extinguish that fire is not in alignment with the Source who created us and loves us all the SAME!! TODAY use your full allowance to support an alignment that is true to YOU. If feels good. THEN you will appreciate!! That is the gift of the elders, appreciation for all that we have brought, learned and will leave behind.

Surprises around the bend

In the offering of light and life here, nothing is more fun than a SURPRISE! It makes you laugh out loud, it gets your motor running, it makes looking forward to the next thing - HAPPEN! People have stopped looking forward, and being excited about it. I like to live like everyday is my birthday or christmas or go to river day or get a new puupy day or go to the mountain to ski day. It is a state of being alive, awake and ready for anything, especially a SURPRISE! I believe you will love the surprises coming our way. Earth is in line for a huge upgrade of surprising energy. THAT means we get the benefits that SHE gets. Lots who are not in touch with NATURE will be surprised! I think we all will be. Enjoy the magic, trust me when I say, we earned, we really did. Freedom Horse

In my blood and in my bones is a love for horses. I know them to be swift, strong, beautiful and they raise my vision up from the 5'5" that I stand at to over 8 feet tall. It is like climbing up the ladder, or sitting in the tree house of life. My life is gifted with freedom from this world I feel when I am up on their backs. I use that pure feeling of freedom and expanded vision to see in the distants/distance. To me, that would be ancestors, angels and aliens. I know that they care about this world, and I offer their input in my work here. A vision quest, a freedom horse ride, and YOU, are coming to the ranch here called Hawk's Ridge Ranch. Another child died...

My friend lost his son. Another child died. There are lots left to love and lift up and laugh out loud with. If you have hurt a child, abandoned a child, abused a child, or even simply ignored or shushed a child. The time to remedy that is NOW! Our Earth is innocent. She is like a loving child, with her willingness to try again and again even though she has been neglected and abused. Kids are the same way. Hit after hit, and they still want a hug. TAKE a breath now. CONFLICT creates more CONFLICT and children die. Conflict creates DIS-EASE!! Inner and outer do incredible damage. I have a career because of that reality. In my old age, the tracker with the detector that I have been is ending her search. I did it and I did it with love for me, my family and my planet. The future is to make sure, that before another child dies, they KNOW that they are valuable, beautiful, wanted and will be missed when they are gone again. PLEASE find that child and tell them so. IT MAY BE the ONE still inside of YOU!

The HEART is a muscle, use it or lose it

When we weight/wait...it slows... then it goes to sleep... then unkindled...it leaves this world forever. Weighting/waiting for the HEART to sing is the slow way home. The songs are there/their for the reason of being HUMAN. In your heart is a purpose for YOUR life humming it's tune. The front of it broadcasts outward to the world. Women nurture with their songs. Mens pound their chests and are to DO SOMETHING BIG with theirs/there's. THERE'S something out of balance when men stop doing something with their big chests and capable energy and the song of their heart becomes impossible to hear/here, the fire goes out in their hearts. When women do not nurture, they do not create that field of love in their own heart. AND that flames flickers and dies. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY< NO ONE ELSE's! It is a muscle and it must be used, or you will lose it all together. It could be as simple a pet, borrow one if you cannot have one all the time or help at a shelter, a garden, a child or elderly person, a neighbor or a co-worker could DO your heart good too. I find that music and coffee first thing in the morning get my heart started! Kind words of greeting, puppies and kitties speaking for their breakfast also get me up and smiling. Volunteer, on a schedule, for a reason to sing out loud with your heart. Patty, Lana, John, Rebecca, Gary and Mike, show up at the ranch and make my heart sing and theirs too, when the ponies need care, or the tipi needs to go up or down. Survival of the fittest is happening right NOW. Your heart is the key! Weak Lungs are about being sad or grieving a loss, they must be strong to give the air to the heart fire. Breathe deep, stand in the light of the dawn, and declare your heart's song today. Love is all there is, and you have lots to give! Tell someone your love them and see how your heart fires up!

As we proceed now...

Find the intuition buried deep within. It is your inner child, and your inner star person, your inner self love and the guide you long to have access to and need desperately. It is mystical, magical, accurate and as honest for you as it gets. Hair goes up on the back of your neck, your intuition is warning you of negative energy, not conducive to healing, happiness, or your health. Move away from that, make no excuses, JUST LEAVE. Kids taught to be intuitive stay safe, kids overruled by dogmatic or undereducated adults dart like scared rabbits, and that's when they get HIT! A dog using it's sensory energy, it's intuitive nature, knows where the CARS are!! A dog overloaded with commands, does not use it's own senses as easily. Humans are the same. Using your sensory system, your intuition will guard and guide you. STAY SAFE, and be confident and happy about the fact that you have a gift, AND you are are using it. Proceed with light, love and laughter lighting your way, INTUITIVELY I know you will.

Releasing trauma

Human trauma creates dis-ease. It manifests in many forms. Illness, or injury are the result of imbalance. Trauma is the cause. What is the source? Fear. When you are a baby, those front teet anchor in the feeling of sercurity, love, and nourishment. Those are memory chips of the highest communication, front and center, almost from the git go

. Disturbing that confirmation of life here, creates an imbalance of fear. Fear is the opposite of love, and creates the source of separation. It is the reason to feel out of balance. It produces fight or flight, causing dis-ease. A baby with a dis-ease is lot of work. THAT work is the parent's responsibility. Mother is the key up to age 9, then Father is the next one in line to be the responsible that human's next step, then at 18, the being, uses that root system to grow a tail, a pair, a stabilizing third connection, consisting of home, career and family. BY MAGIC 27, a job done well results in a lifetime of stability, support, joy and production. Think about that. If you need to start over with your life, come ride with me, a horse is a great healer, and re=learning balance results in great love, releasing trauma in a good and solid way.

Allowing is over now

It is time for alignment. The spine, get one! Get it strong and flexible. Grow up and show up. Conflict and criticism not helping, so quit, anything and anyone who offers argument, wave them off. Fix what is broken in YOU! Balance the deficit in YOU. We are ready for 2021!!! The 5 it adds up to is the change we all waited to be a part of!

Own it

If you love it - own it. I love my health - SO I OWN IT. I love my work, - SO I OWN IT. I love my animals - SO I OWN THEM. When you own something, you take care of it. Your love and attention are fully required to maintain it. If you leave it, let it go so it can find another one to own it and care about it. Dumping it is allowing another to take ownership. To make something or someone my own, I must allow, align and appreciate that choice. ALL parts of ownership must be honored. Self - first, so Look like an owner, act like an owner, be as passionate and present as any owner can be. YOU MUST PRIORITIZE CARE and WELL FARE! IN the ownership of light, of love, of purpose, and a reason to be here on Earth at this time, celebrate the opportunity to be an owner of something so rare and precious.The gifts are every where, and someone has to own them, or they will disappear. OWN IT ALL NOW!!

BROAD CAST

When the world opens her doors, her heart, her arms to her children, be ready to receive. Humans are tired, and sick, and sad, and suicidal. I see it, and I deal with it the way I know how. Earth was separated from the Divine and now she is reunited. It took us, to love our lives, our children's lives, and our planet, to raise the vibration enough to link in. NOW it begins with me and for me, and this beautiful life. I see the beauty in walking in and with nature. I teach it for the healing of the broken bodies, broken hearts, and lost souls that show up here. I turn few out that remain lost. There is a vision of love here, a healing that starts here, that opens to door to self. Then they go get the job done. Only when they are ready to stand up and clean up and be a part of the beauty seen/scene are they invited to return. We are here/hear listening to needs of the people, and answering with the truth we know/no. Limits are offered to the world forced on our children, where they are separated from the love of their familiy, and the life lived in LOVE!! Safe, secure, and in peace now we proceed. Well care, self care, health care, day care, industries that are vital to this world. In an effort to be of service, first you must care, period. YOUR care of YOUR self, must be the 1st on your list for you to have enough overflowing to care in the other ways needed. Words mean little, action and evidence are everything. Tough love leaves care to the one who appears to have stopped caring. I see it my practice as a Naturopathic Physician, in my horse therapy programs with the addicted and the recently incarcerated. In relationships that rely on me, instead of US. I see those who drop their junk off, or on some one else, or the ground in front of them, without thinking that someone else will need to pick it up. We are not the ones who save you even though we care. That caring human angel already showed that way of caring. Today with me, in paradise, I will be, with those who CARE!

One with all things great and small

As a human, the feeling being separate is prepetuated constantly. Sized up from birth, categorized and filed where I am convienient those who lord this world it begins at the beginning. If you make too much noise, there are options that can muffle or even silence you. I fought for the right and the left, to be able to be Alternative and Holisitic Physicians. Spiritual, physical, and emotional support can come from choices other than drugs or surgery. Your right to life as you see and need it, is sanctioned by a Higher Authority, WHO gave you the right to CHOOSE. I tap into that daily and all night long. It is my choice. It covers me when I am cold, it strengthens me when I am weak, it energizes me when I am tired, and it supports me when I can no longer support myself. The greatest gift I get from above is the happiness and health it offers by overlighting me with the need and desire to live free and wild, on an organic farm with animals and land and fairies and guardian angels. What makes us tick?

Lineage is electric. DNA is alive and rotating and dictating and upgrading constantly. It is why there is so much interest. It offers a memory chip to be activated and brought into consciousness. In the first 18 years of life humans are in need of the family and it's his-tory. Explained and honored for what it was helps the child decide what is worth repeating and what must be healed. In my life, my family did not offer those lessons, and it took me a long time to gather the data ticking me off. I am a health, happiness and horse woman, it is my lineage, it ticks through my DNA, and I live it in love with it. The hanging of my family, the loss of my father, and the hidden history is all being processed into love, and light. The Dakota 38 plus 2 movie is for me to remember. Crossing the LINE?

Humanity is taught that there/their/they're are lines. Finish lines, end of the lines, line up, and on and on it goes. I see prisioners in my horse therapy program. They come from jails, rehab facilities, hospitals, special needs schools, and broken families. A line is presented to them, and they are told, DO NOT CROSS US OR THIS LINE AGAIN< or else. I have crossed a lot of lines. I am a stubborn, intelligent, honest, energetic and risk taking character. I say this to that, the Universe is spiral, sequential, and infinite. There are no/know lines. There is just the cross, providing directions to move to. It goes in all four directions, and it offer

s a variety of choices. In the ascension process, freewill is your choice, and gift, the energy we use to thrive or survive. Crossing the lines drawn in the sands of your life, is your challenge and your triumph. Fall in love with infinite possibilites. The game never ends, and neither do we. Do you see what I see?

A light on the horizon. A warmth reviving the weary souls of those thought gone for good. Ancestors guard and guide theirs. I have been watching the clouds all of my life for those signs of light, illumination, and the feeling of being loved. It is now, that those toxic, blocking chemtrails are being cleared from the above, that we will see and feel the new wave of community. Start by bringing the warmth of the light into your self. Then as you warm back up, smile and radiate it out in all directions. A very good start, don't you agree. We are loved.

What would I do if I were you?

That is the crux of my work here. I do that, I just say what I would do given what I see. Reading auras is a great tool, and using it to guide me safely through this world has offered safety, and intelligence. Animals do this all the time. They sniff it out. They hear with their feet. They see peripherally, instead of focused on just one item of interest. I sometimes just stand back, and stay out the way. It allows the client to take full control of the choices, their field of energy, their health and their manifestations. SO today, what would I do if I were you? Let you decide. Let's make a deal

Who holds the cards? Every human gets a deck when they grow up. As a child the parents and others in authority hold the cards. It can be wonderful or it can be devastating. Kids need good honest dealers! Dealers who show the way with light, love, laughter and accountabilty. Adults are fully in charge of their deck by the age of 27, unless they are handicapped in some way. Those who are need help, those who choose the handicap of remaining a child, need to be let of the hook until they decide they can handle their own dealings. It is not for us to say, you are acting childlishly. It is for us to walk on and let them figure it out with the help of the stars. I see self-sabotage in the practice of health and wellness. It is very prevalent. Allowing someone to rule your world, and then blaming them for your decisions, is a deep lesson. Adults partner in a community of equality, that sets up the peace and freedom agenda with trust and confidence. We are all star beings in our inner being. Even if your flame has flickered, or even diminshed you are alive because of that light. If you are still alive, you still have choices to make. I will not worry about you. YOU are capable, you have been dealt your hand. Be quiet, listen to your heart, then the heart of the Universe will show you the lighted way. WHO? now more HOW needed

Who we are is helpful. It took me a long time to find the details of my WHO. That answered a lot of my questions. Then I knew for sure what the HOW would look like. Health, happiness and horses made the most sense. So I built a barn and shared therapeutic bareback horsemanship with others. Today, look at your HOW. How do you feel, how do you look, how do others see you and how to do expect what you are and do, to come back to you every time with grace. You are your HOW. If it needs adjusting, upgrade your program. I fell hard off my horse yesterday, the ground and my head clapped as they collided like thunder. I knew I was being adjusted and lept to my feet, got a shot of rescue remedy and went to bed early, so that it could do what it was meant to. I woke this morning, stiff and strong and STRAIGTENED out. A clay bath and some sunshine, friends and fun, that should offer the gift of being HOW I am supposed to be SIOUX. Define YOUR potential?

As a child my potential was defined by my mother. It was not very balanced. She wanted me to be like her, I did not want that. We never came to terms. You are given the chance to come to terms with you and your divine design and the Creator that oversees your development with great love. Get a blank page, color, draw or write, the potential. A dream board, is a reality board, given time to develop it does. JUST like a child can without interference, only love and faith and hope for them to reach for the SON/SUN, moon and stars!!

Dominion over what you say?

What are basic human rights? What do we have dominion over? Who is here/hear to protect the human race? Is violent over reaction the action we need? I have seen and been violated by lots of other's choices. Injury, lawsuits, blackmail, fires and floods, threats, and beatings, rapes and abortions, and theft. It often gives me pause. The truth is, the dominion I offer to take responsibility for is kids. No one ever will hurt kids on my watch. I love and care for nature, critters, but kids are my best choice. The rest pales in comparison. Their health and happiness is mine to watch over. Decide your domain. Take a non-violent action, in a peaceful loving knowing, that you are in the right place at the right time, and you are being guarded and guided by an even greater love that has a DOMINION larger than we can remember. Trust your inner knowing, pray and then MEDITATE and MEDIATE your life's lessons. I have been to them all, and decided, that my safe space is me and me and me, in alignment to love and light and laughter. The Creator of all things, gave the right and left to me, choices, to decide and thrive in the safety of faith. Then I had to add in the love and hope that I needed to complete the recipe. 7 chakras, for us to learn to navigate, NOW!

Humanity is going to either sink or swim. I teach swimming. I got my certification at Bemidji State University when I went there for college. I always say that completion, and learning to bake in the campus bakery were the best things I spent time on and got very good at. To navigate this planet, the BLUE Earth needs YOU to learn to swim. Sinking is not an option, since air is the element that fires our heart machines. To swim we must float, to float we must take in BIG AIR! That is how we begin. When I taught water babies, I would blow in their face then let them put that face in the water. They instinctively knew to hold that breath until they were out of the water again. I do that as a Naturopath. I blow in your face when you feel like your are sinking. It is called resusitation, we learn that in swimming lessons too! Children are easy to teach, adults not so easy. Today, swim, float, navigate with courage and joy the world we live in. Those energy centers, chakras are yours to use to move about freely. Take a class, learn yoga, try meditation, or at the very simplest, learn to swim. It will keep you afloat in these interesting times. See you on the St. Croix River!!

I have always been that girl. Up and at em, ready to ride. I love that morning is a real thing in my world. Today, take a look at your morning ritual. You are up and at WHAT?? Worry, messes, less...??? It is the best time, when the sun is coming up to make a choice, a wish, give a hug, say something of importance to the world and her children, kids, pets, partners. I write, not just here, but in a book. I have done that for 25 years now. There are lot of pages that someday someone will read, and say something about. For now, they remain the morning reason to get and at em. I can hear clearly, what the Universe wants me to do, to be and to say. It is a great reason, to get at it. AND you should not miss it. Mirror

Water and Sand melted are the mirrors here. YOU are them, a particle with other particles close by. The same only different. Independent and floating in a sea of dependence all at the same time. Be there for now. Be still. Be clear. Gaze into the mirror of you, your life, your smile, your eyes, your presentation and your projections. See the walls of protection you have created. Am I deaf, dumb or blind? Am I crabby or dis-eased? Am I looking for some one or something to distract me from me and the whole/hole of ME? Decide now. The world is being offered differents options. Be clear on the one you want, CUZ you are about to get it. NUFF SAID>

I love the WORD, I am enchanted by their power and ability to create. I use them in my work as a horse-woman and a healer. The place makes all the difference. When did we give up?

Timing and the ramifications of those with loss, or less, or lack needs consideration, then appreciation. I heard of an injury that occurred to a person, as a child, that 25 years later needed attention. We spoke of the surgery that would be the miracle. We spoke of the moment it happened and the need to see it for what it offered. She moved through it, her whole life up to now, she moved through it. I moved through it, but I did the same surgery as a 17 year old or I may not have been able carry the load. She was stronger in many ways. Remember this... you will get a chance to remedy even the oldest issues now. Look and see, and then receive the BEE/BE that you were truly meant to bee/be. Where we go ONE, we go ALL. Communion, sharing the remedies that heal the old injuries, and the new dis-eases. We are are hear/here now! What do YOU bring to the table now?

Humanity has been challenged. A guantlet has been set. Some accept this, others not so much. I encourage you all to bring something new to the table. Show up on time, looking your very best. Notice your surroundings and point out what is good. Waste not, want not. Pitch in and HELP! I grew a garden this year for the very first time ever. 60 years, and now I have something extra to bring to the table! I always brought humor and lots of questions. I always brought others too. Then I started bringing a love I had been given to share when my family was born. A love and friendship that I had not grown up with. Today, for Sunday lunch or brunch or dinner, bring something special to someone special. A bouquet, a carrot, a cake, or big willing to pitch in helping hand. seeing what we see/sea

Humans are water. The see/sea saw is the challenge of the balances. They are freedom, justice, and sovereignity. Back and forth, time, money, relationships, careers, are the surface of the sovereign's journey to royalty. You are descended to Earth from royalty. When you are done remembering that, your ascension is complete. 2-D to 5-D, human dimensions. 5-D TO 12-D Divine. Come on people now, let's get it together, and if you can't be with the world you love, then LOVE the WORLD YOU ARE IN AND WITH! YOU are DIVINE! I see/sea that in us all, every day. The I's/eyes have it....

From where you sit, or stand, it is your eyes that create the basis for your story. Little kids eyes/I's see the knees. On the back of a horse you can see farther. From the wings of an eagle you can see so much more. Where do you sit? What does your story say to and about you? It is time to make the I's/eyes in the room, account for their vision of our world. And we all need to respect each individual I. Mitigating, not litigating. Balance, peace and harmony in diversity. THAT"S THE WAY MY HORSES DO IT, and they do it very very well. Lesson shared.

Shades of...less,lack and loss...

colors that animate your life-force. When I see gray, I know the spirit is leaving it's body. Alcohol and drugs do that when it is over loading the system, the spirit escapes that energy. Death also does that. I have seen/scene both. As a child I saw that happen to my dad, and shortly after, he was dead at the age of 28. I saw my friend Rick do that too. I am at peace with death, as the transition to the next world is very exciting to those who are ready to rock and roll and know their final will is a legacy of love. It is the wasted energy of the wasted humans that is hard for me to watch. I am in those sitings/sightings that little child again reliving the loss. It shakes me up. Kids- ALL KIDS, see energy~! Just like animals do. If you are shaking your kid up by graying the light you carry, please remember this. They will remember that moment forever, there are no do overs, or take backs. KIDS are your greatest blessing and your will, your FREE WILL is the legacy you leave them with. WHAT WILL YOU WILL???? It is up to YOU, and of course, ME TOO>

12 years of blogs...

A client set this up for me. She said I would like to hear/here you more often. Would you partner with us in a blog? I did that. It is a journal of history for THE HAWC and Dr. Su. It is a journal of the ranch we live on, and those who come and go, and those who stay awhile. It allowed me a connection, that did not need a mask, or social distancing. It was take it or leave it, freewill all the way. In these times of transition it is important to have your voice, and use your words. You receive what you believe and projecting into the world, makes it 3-D, live and in color and YOURS. No one is here to do YOUR job. Health is an inside job, parenting is a lifetime job, legacy and that will you leave here when you go, YOURS and no one else's. Use this time of transition to take your rightful place as a HUMAN! You are not a slave, a servant, a robot, a prostitute, a child, a saboteur, nor a guinea pig. Be a light, bright, compassionate, caring soul and offspring of the stars, and the Creator who put them there. You are right now, in the right place, doing exactly what you came to do! DO IT WELL. The legacy of our world, our children, our planet, our future, are in your hands!! GOOD LUCK and GODSPEED, this is what we came for. AND it is up to YOU! and ME TOO!

Map Maker

I share the map to the maze of earth life available to those looking for a blueprint big picture schematic to see. I hear/here again and again from those who are of course, how did this happen, or why did this happen. How did I get HERE/HEAR!? There are son many points specific that a map you each have, that it looks like an old - connect the dots page. I am a HAWC/HAWK, a visionary critter, with a view! It saved my life long ago to lift up and off, and get to a safe space and place in my life, my relationship, my health, and my attitude. I had to see what had happened, before I could navigate my way to the health, happiness and horses, that I live with now and have for a very long while. I do that for others in my work, and I am grateful for the gift of story telling. Find your map-maker helper angel. We exist for the love of humanity. THEN listen to their vision of your situation, and decide what to do next. Star crossing

When you remember you are a heavenly creature having a human experience things get easier. In the hustle and challenge of the human experience we feel pressure. The body expresses itself when under heavy weight/wait. We wait/weight for so much. An apology, an attitude shift, a future, when all we will ever have in the present. I have weighted/waited on and off for a variety of reasons. When that happens I look up to the sun, the stars, the Creator of All things, and ask for vision from that place far away from earth that offers me the bigger picture. Then I dream, or I write the NEW SU/SIOUX. Star crossed is when we remember, it is an inner light here that is very rare. ONLY way to handle it is to remember we are eternal, infinite and unconditionally loved, where ever we are. THAT is the truth, and I am sticking to it.

Seeing through another person's eyes/I's

I am that I am that I am, all things. It is that part of the prayer that we forget to say. I am whole, happy, healthy and on a very grand adventure here. I need to share those stories with those who are ready for that attitude. Stay with me for awhile and you will hear/here all the magic I can remember. The tails/tales of my horses and me too are about to hit the airwaves. Join us for a fire, a meal, a ride, a tipi time, or whatever you need. I am here with ALL that I AM, and that is good enough. The way we see things...

I see what I see the way I see it, I always say what I see. It has gotten me where I am today. In the lights, we see very well. I see the lights. Looking ahead by following the lights, will get us to the next dimension of earth with ease. It seems challenging right now, but the lights are getting brighter. Those who hid from us in the dark or dim days and ways are being exposed to the lights of the Universe and her children here. Step up, step out, the light will shine on you and show you us too.

A simple truth...

Together we thrive, separate we do not. It like the raising of a barn. One person can never really get the job done, yet two or more do it quickly and well. Babies without their moms, fail. Children separated from their families act out, get sick and lose their natural ability to be who they came to be and start copying others. Partners with no partner to share, laugh and love with, live shorter lives unless they connect to something or someone. I connect to a herd of horses, a pack of dogs, and a land filled with butterflies, and birds. Nature has always sustained me, and God gave me that so I would not be separate. A simple truth, connection is key. Isolation the end. The winds that blow from the voices and songs and stories of humans keep our fire lit and burning brightly. COME ON BABY, light your fire!! It is yours to tend!!

The sensitivity of a child. They KNOW

where, who, and what is safe. They will scream if it is not. Listen. The child in you remembers. When you feel fearful, flee... or fight if you like. It is the instinct you were born with, remember it. Hang with those who light your fire, listen to your stories, and laugh out loud at your jokes. End of transmission.

In the light

I spent the day in the light. In the company of smiles and the river. I spent the time speaking of light, and potential and creativity. We would take a turn to the dark once in a while, and THEN STOP. Everyone agreed the time to feel bad was over now. It is time to align to only that which brings smiles, and joy. It is each human's sovereign right to choose their own path. When we interfere we are judging them as incompetent. Trust them, trust your own knowing/noing. Please, to heal the lives, the souls, the self, we must focus on the faith, the hope and the love that is barely surviving on this planet. It needs resuscitation with focus, and my field is my job, not yours, nor I am I in any way responsible for yours. Children, nature, and the animal friends need us now. Adults will need to take their rightful role as healers, by starting with their own health, happiness and lives. Stop and take a breath of fresh air, stand in the light of Sun, and ask for it to show you the way to the WELL!!!

What is the condition of your WELL

Women at the WELL. Stories written long ago, tell of the magic and mystery of those WELLS. We are the BLUE PLANET, we live in and on the well provided from the Creator. The green, the heart and soul of your roots here, seeks your well. I tell clients if they are sick, go to the shores. Find the IONS that roll in the air where the waves break. It will restore your well. People want the pill, the shot, the accountability of another for their well. YOU and I are now learning, our well is our responsibility. FIND IT, CLEAN IT UP, and YOU'S\USE it - WELL! See ya on the water!!

Through the eyes/I's of a child

When you can not see clearly or calmly any longer, step back, and take a breath, and see it through, with the I's/eyes of a child. In body we stress, and the bigger we get, the more we feel it. As a child, we are free of prejudice and separation, until an adult or a bully or both, insist we grow up and take that on too. I believe in the Divine, and the DESIGN offered me here to be perfection in motion. I do not think that my authority is greater than another's, but certainly no less. Children like that are innocents, and precocious at the same time. A daring reality for even the strongest of the strong. Love that child in you, listen to that child, they are alive within and talking all the time. Let your limbic system tell when to stay and when to leave. It will raise the hair on your neck it you are being fooled or threatened in any way at all. >The wolf is in the sheep's clothing.</b> That means they LOOK and TALK - JUST LIKE YOU DO. Ask your higher self and inner child who is really in that outfit. YOU will instantly know the truth. Keep it to yourself, and use it for your highest good, and the good of those you care about. I teach simple things, that offer great protection. VIRUS? We got that. Be SAFE< we love you all, even the wolves!!

Life is a ladder

THE HIGHER YOU CLIMB THE MORE YOU CAN SEE. It is a parent's job to show the little one this way to live and learn. It is the old one who climbs back down and into the chair or bed before they leave, as they feel they have seen it all and had enough. Or as much as they can stand. I know that learning to meditate daily put me way up top. It got me to be quiet and receptive, as I looked out across the abyss to the ethers of the universe. I could see for-ever. At least it felt that way. I had to learn how so I could see the past/passed. I had to teach this to keep others interested in their/there/they're future here and beyond. Shut off the noise, stop looking at the screens. Go up on your life's ladder and look out to the world we live in. She may be changing, but she is worthy of your vision and your support. She has a handle on everything, she is the MOTHER of your reality. Trust her,and hope that you can see how. Watch and take notes. I make no excuses for how I live, as that ladder to the stars is has given me a great view of the world and her nurturing ways. I may see storms, but they always, and I mean every time, end with a rainbow! Climb up and see what we see!!

Dentists oh my!!

I teach accountability. I work in the health field. I am a Naturopathic Physician with decades of experience. I show the natural way to recovery and immunity. I push hard, and the DENTISTS make the most work for us that is not recognized as wrong, YET. Their disregard of the biology of the teeth and jaw are what makes it so challenging. I see people mercury toxic, and the crazy that comes from that. Manic, bi-polar, auto-immune, schizophrenic, and the frequencies that destroy the harmony of a human and it's roller coaster life are a part of my work here. I teach detox, nourish, retreat, and lots of remedies. Also root canals and poor extractions are deadly and track to clots and cancer. I teach full disclosure. On 9-11-2001 my oral surgeon cleaned the waste from the sites of my wisdom teeth that had hurt my heart for 30 years. Today we go again. Our world bombards us with overload, and the empty spaces in our teeth are vulnerable. Get a 3-D MRI and let the health centered oral surgeon clean up the old waste that haunts your health and happiness. It is up to you to fight for your health. The IAOMT has accredited dentists who know your health starts with your teeth. Naturopathic Physicians can map out a plan for recovery. Just DO IT, and you will be so glad you did. We deserve healing as humans, not more cover up. Vulnerability caused by lack of knowledge- NOT AN OPTION any longer. Being told to fear the wrong offender is what has happened. LOOK LISTEN And LEARN! Time for no more bad dentists!

Considering all things

Take into view and then consideration, all that surrounds you now. It is a crazy world. Many people are just coming alert to a way of life not the same as it was before, not too peaceful or productive. Used to being told when, where and how to live, they are confused and often in pain. Fear is destructive. It takes the natural flow of breath and living, and jams it up. Then humans look to alternative relief, like sex, drugs and rock and roll, and that just heightens the adrenaline. The SWALLOW, an amazing bird, navigates like a fighter pilot, by using the water in the air as a surfing system. Humans can learn from her. Drink clean pure water for 28 days. Navigate through hydration of your life and your body. Be in the sunshine, laugh out loud, and take your adrenaline reactions to a peaceful place of CONSIDERATION. Consider the first person effected by this is YOU. Then consider those in the scatter pattern of your pain. Kids and animals deserve special consideration. Then, consider your looks, your health, your presentation and then, your outcome. We are watching the world awaken, and we want to see it happen with love and joy and a sense of adventure. Consider that! This is a time to celebrate, we have survived, and now we will thrive - ALL LIFE MATTERS> CONSIDER it a done deal.

Hosting

Some people teach, some people feed, some people show up. I hostess. I have always loved introducing one to another. I know it is time for that to really become common practice in the LIGHT. Quarantines are lethal. A separate drop of water dries up really fast! YOU are made of water, dancing with earth and fire and wind. Be together, not for reasons unsavory, like politics or favors or secrets, but for the unity of the human race, in harmony with the earth, the solar system and the multiverse. it is of such grand proportion we cannot imagine how special we are in it's energy. Shake a leg and shake a hand. It is time to become the one that we have waited for, and it is in togetherness that is accomplished. AHO!

Retro-grade unhooking the past

We have a chance right now, right hear/here - to unhook from our past/passed. Humans, diseases, relationships, jobs, neighborhoods, politics, religions, financial constructs, and the list to that those things that slow you down, are being dis-connected from those who choose. Lives matter, PERIOD> Health and happiness are free, and a right, not a wrong. Not to be bought, sold, or even insured. It is insured by Divine Design, all you have to do is believe that. Life here is a gift, an opportunity, not less in any way. SO to whatever causes you to think about the past, if it does not produce a smile, stand under the retrograde spin and say good-bye!!! Like a cold shower, a bracing wind, it will flash by you and leave you here in peace. PEACE OUT!

Looking into the flame

Summer Sun, the soul flame of the season, offers extra day and extra light. You are given a chance to look up and into the flame of the days where it is time to make hay. That's what the farmers say when they know they need to get to work. Humanity should take the hint. It is time to get to work. Show up, pay up, clean up and let the world know you are available. IT IS TIME! Hearing the squawks of discontent is not going to help. Neither is squawking. Turn off the noise, turn up the music and the poetry and the stories of the legends that inspire you. Have them over for a fire, have them in your life. Your grandparents have a tale to tell, ask them. Your world was once theirs, and how you handle it is genetically telegraphed to you. Do you like that way? If not, ask them why they share it with you, consciously or unconsciously. Religion, politics, mannerisms, vocabulary, knee jerk reactions instead of thoughtful responses. All passed down to you from them. I had to go back farther, my family was not available. To the Universe I said, give me a reason for being ME. And they did. YOU too can do that. Decide in the LIGHT of the sun, the flame, the light of you, who you want to be now. It is a choice, every single day. The flame of summer is here, go out and dance in it!

Special NEEDS... we are all in need

I have seen things as separate, categorized in groups of specific realities. Black, red, white, and yellow, the four directions of the four root races. The elements they are working on understanding, air, water, fire and earth. I have seen dis-ease categorically. Terminal, auto immune, injury, addiction, genetic mutation, toxic, and more. Special needs were developed and required special handling. I am that SPECIALIST. I have always been energized by the that reality. They, now are becoming community, and in understanding that we are all one, different parts of the same whole, we will heal together. All LIVES matter, special needs are us. Be in the place where you identify with your reality, and then identify with mine, and the others. Respect, sharing, laughter and a knowing, that we are all ONE is the is the key to 5th element and opens the door to the 5th dimension. Meet us there, we are having a blast.

LIVES Matter

Revealing the hidden mouth and voice of the humans is the alignment of the solstice today! Peel back the bloody hand that covers the mouth of the women and children, who were told to only be SEEN, but not heard/herd! Find your HEARD/HERD! Today will offer a chance to be your own STANDING ROCK! The 7 council fires have been lit. Find one to attend, or set one on fire for yourself. Time to stand UP!

Compliance? It has been tested as you have been told. The question remains...who is telling you what and why are they saying that? This is the time to stand up, take a very deep breath, hold your ground, take a good look around, and then FEEL what is true and right for YOU. I use Applied Kinesiology, I use a pendulum, I use dowsing rods, and I use the skin and it's sensations to tell me what is right for me. MISSION?

Per, her, the, his ... all prefix energy to the base of human life here, the MISSION. Every soul has a one. A purpose for joining the earth experience. Local or global. IQ or low Q. Per--mission is granted by light and right of life. Having your permission denied is a growth stimuli. If or when, the NO is offered, get the KNOW next. WHY am I denied??? Freedom, peace, abilities, abundance, love, laughter and the list continues. YOU are being offered a chance to stop, drop and roll, and put out a fire that is burning away your illusion of permission. Per-mission is a human right to life, love and liberty, the pursuit of WHO you are and what you came to offer and also take when you depart. Define you mission, before you ask me about mine. When we align, the mission becomes powerful together. YOU must first start with YOU, and yours. It is a time for light, the solstice of summer brings much to share. Be in a place to receive, and write/right your mission. Right or left, it is only yours. AND it is waiting for you to find it. Mission - ME.

The sense of purpose

There are senses, sight, sound, taste, touch and hearing are common. The the intuitive sixth sense is becoming more well known. There is the 7th sense of purpose making it's way into the hearts of humanity. AND you know who you are. I remembered when I was young. I knew I came to be of service. I have been. I like kids, horses, water and travel. I like raptors, dogs, cats and angels. I like crystals and yoga. They all have a purpose in the Creator's design of SUSAN. It is a great feeling to know. Take some time during the Solstice weekend to ask and listen to that inner voice that yearns to talk to you about your 7th sense. It is time humanity takes her rightful role in the Universe with purpose. And love it all there is to offer from this position.

Totems... YOURS to see and honor

An Oriole built her nest above the center of the Medicine Wheel Fire Circle in our giant cottonwood tree. Oriole is the symbol of approaching summer or sunshine, usually within a two-week period. An Oriole totem reflects this symbolism bringing sunshine (or positive changes) to your life and/or current projects. Oriole can open doorways to the nature realm and its spiritual inhabitants. Where Orioles live, fairies are usually living there also. Orioles will help you discover your own inner child and a renewed sense of joy in life. Oriole shows new occurrences in life and brings a sense of joy to the world. He helps discover the inner child and the relation to all things in the nature realm. (A Rainbow Of Spirituality) I take part of the belief in White Buffalo Calf Woman. I know the Sacred Bundle she gave. I share the gifts in my practice as a Naturopathic Physician and as a Grandmother. If you have come here for any reason, you are aware of this. The Oriole says to us. Nature is home and deserves our partnership. If you like it, eat it, sleep in it and breathe it, it is probably good enough for her. If you think it garbage, then do not dump it on her. SHE IS YOU! SHE IS YOUR MOTHER-SHIP. The energy of sustenance comes from her, and her alone. WITH love, nurturing and planning, we can heal all that has been dumped on. Let's see and honor all that she and we need to do now.

Defining the SACRED...

: entitled to reverence and respect. To decide what is sacred IS YOURS TO DEFINE. For some it is money, beauty, prestige, to others spiritual or religious, then to others political or legal. To me it is LIFE. The breath and the words shared are the most sacred offering I know. I read, I listen, I remember. When it produces a smile, a laugh, a song, I know it is sacred. Nature is that to me, her songs and her stories alive. I live where my land and my animals are sacred beings, cherished here, telling their stories in nickers and barks and chirps and meows. I live in a world where what goes on OUT THERE, commonly does not go on around here. All the animals get along, and have a friendship to each other, wild or tame. I live with fairies and angels, and the devas of the earth. I live with unicorns and gypsies, fortunes are told and gifts are shared. That is my sacred mountain. What defines yours?

Look for the sole/soul

The grounded foot has a strong sole/soul. Beneath the body, flat on the earth, like the hide of an elephant, it carries the human freely......or not. As they walk away, barefoot you can see that sole/soul. How do you see it when they are just showing up, or walking toward you? It is called your intuition. Your third eye perceives there/their/they're being....being. It is an energy, it radiates or NOT. It has colors, and frequencies, it is bright or dim. I say this to myself, "In pictures I can see, with Sounds I can here, using words I can understand, make it abundantly clear to me, and show me what I see/sea hear/here now. You are a drop in the sea of life here, with many others. See/sea them, see/sea the SOUL/SOLE. Not the skin, not the age, not the ability, not the clothes, not the car, not the jewelry or nor hair style. See the soul, meet it where it is, never judge it. If it warms to you and you to it, be friends. If not, move your sole/soul ONward and toward the light and warmth of other soles/souls. It is the choice you must exercise, every day now. SO LOOK and you will know. Peace and harmony will result in the connections of good loving souls.

Horse school

I went, and before it started, I got sent back. So I started by own - 50 years later. Hawk's Ridge Ranch, Hudson, Wi</b> It begins the 25th of June. Kids that want to do their time with a horse should come. It will involve my life, which includes health and happiness and horses. It will include art and music and yoga and storytelling too. breadth and width

the with and breath, is immeasurable. You have both. Your breath is your embodied life force. Your with, is your heart and soul and purpose of being human. In the wide spread of the BREADTH of you, you are being told to be aware of it's power and force. YOUR words, songs and prayers, are your and yours alone, to influence us here/hear. We hear YOU. The children hear you, the garden hears you, the pups, and kitties, and calves hear you, the winds carries your words with/width your breath/breadth. If you do not have something nice to say, say nothing at all. We need all the hopeful and helpful breadth and width of your breath and with. LOOK in the mirror. Do you love what you see? Talk to YOU until you do! Before you talk to us fall in love with your breath and with. Yelling is for emergencies only. Swearing is for oaths, and give strength to the breath you express in words. Use this knowledge very carefully. We are fragile here/hear, not like crystal, but more like a BOMB. Earth and her family need only loving attention now. SOOOO for her BREADTH and WIDTH I will use mine to bless her and keep her and make my face shine upon her with peace every single day of my life. Please join the party. We need your love.

The HONOR system

www.dictionary.com Honor denotes a fine sense of, and a strict conformity to, what is considered morally right or due: a high sense of honor; on one's honor. Honesty denotes the presence of probity and particularly the absence of deceit or fraud, especially in business dealings: uncompromising honesty and trustworthiness. Do you feel honored? Relationships, business dealings, health issues, financial advice, neighborhood interactions, political, religious or legal dealings. To honor you is the sovereign duty of the one hired to help or so you think and wish. To rob, fool or cheat you in any way, not honorable yet very often done. The truth is in the light. That light is shined on the ways and means of the one you have chosen to relate to. There are impostors, and then there are even less honorable humans. It is time to shake it out, shake it up, and dump the contents on the floor. Look clearly at what honors YOU. Make a list. Put on that list, all that you feel honored by. It is in that system, that our world has a chance at recovery in the light of honest effort, and the honoring of her will her heal her. Don't worry about me or anyone else, it time to DO YOU! The honor system in it's best use.

Moving towards the OUTER LIMITS

As we do, things around us will dis-INTEGRATE. You need not worry. It is a process that is going to clean up the messes around here/hear. You are being invited to show your organic self healing ability, the design that by nature and nurture rules your health, beauty and longevity. It is free. It is chosen. It is the gift that humanity has known from the dreams of dreamers, was soon to be ours. The 4,000 sacred places across the planet are opening to the rest of this world.
