Bullying

I saw a video of a bullied woman, her weight the issue. I listened and watched her speak. The energy loss was there she was injured by the slam, and then the energy gain she received by speaking out and honestly took it's place. She said she was fully aware, and awake, and of course knew her own truth. She also said to those who do not know her personally, their opinion means nothing. That is simply not true.  OPINIONS....yours and mine, put in to the air, carry energy and weight and impact. You can not take those words back, and what you must understand now, that those words designed to control some one else, will only come back in to your life to control YOU. All words are a boomerang, and whether you are ready or not, if you unleashed them you will receive them. Bullies will receive their reward, in the mean time, you stay light and strong and honest, and shine a light on them every time this happens, and soon it will be over. Congrats to the lady who shared her story.
