Thriving is the only energy we should be focusing on. Our gardens, in every field of our life should be lovingly tended. The gardens of food are only one thing, the garden of family and friends another very important garden, the garden of self the most important terrain you will ever have here and have the chance to take care of. It starts with you. Be you, in love with you, playing and laughing with you. Look at every second of your day as time spent with YOU, the terrain responds to you, the inner dweller, the embodied spirit. Feed you, admire you, run around the block with you. Then when you are good and happy and healthy then only then, share you. If you are not in love with you you cannot be in love with us.
