How do you honor yourself???

I honor others with a $10 coupon for referrals to my clinic. I have done that for a long time, it is more than a thank you, it is honoring the gift of trust and respect. Yesterday I thought about that long and hard. Is it enough? It is an honor to have people you work with, care about and feel strongly enough about you and your work to refer a friend or colleague to you. It is wonderful for us and it sets up a network of healing within their own group or family. Sharing their questions and successes promotes growth and knowledge. That is cohesive stuff. Add in the honor and respect piece and you have a lifestyle of success and celebration. Think of way to honor those who trust you and love you and refer to you. This giving opens you to receiving. The play of the energy is pure joy and very lively. If someone becomes a black hole of taking, just stop with them and move on. It is up to you to decide where your energy and trust goes, and your love and money too. The church became a black hole for me long ago, so did politicians. Bankers followed quickly along with some doctors and dentists. Even friends and lovers went energetically black to me and took more than they gave. It is time to consider all of your choices, honor your true feelings, respect your own limitations and desires. The rest will need to take care of themselves now. You need to honor yourself first, everything comes after that, it is the self love humanity needs to survive and ultimately thrive here.
