Chapter end, book closed, lessons complete

The book of 2014. I write a book each year. I do that to keep my focus. Nothing but good news, bright ideas and lots of inspiration from my meditations. Then once in a great while I reread that book. I wrote about this ranch in 1995. I actually drew a picture of it in my book. Years later it manifested. You can do that too. It simply takes a moment and a dream, a thought and then a word or two. 2014 and the story are complete now. It was filled with vision of helping addicts of all kind find balance and a new normal through horses and my Redemption Cowboys program. WOW! I learned alot about what I knew only little about. Suicide, addiction, regret, pain, abuse, hospitals and a loss and lack of love that I have not seen before. It was incredible. Yet I also saw that those who decided to make the new normal their next task,  that recovery was right there for the taking! It takes truth, guts, willingness and support of the whole universe to move out of the dark, and some of those cowboys decided to move in to the light. Others decided to go home.   I have replayed the year today, and I am a grateful student. I know in the light of love all is well and improving.  I have seen it go both ways. I say now simply this. Thank you Mother/Father for the opportunity to learn, to grow and to share on this beautiful Earth Star and as I begin the new book of 2015, please keep me close! I love us all!

Re-do you

I posted what people regret at the time of their death on my  Susan Anderson facebook page. Then I reviewed it. I had none of the above. For that I was so grateful, I had learned and changed and done it, before departure from this world. What would you DO differently? How, who and when would that happen? Happy, healthy, involved, in love, and inspired, are what I am, have and do. Do you feel there is room to upgrade? Are you reliving trauma from your past/passed? A word of love, you are worth the effort, you are perfect beneath the pain and loss, and you, as still breathing and above ground, have room to be inspired! Happy New Year,  2015 looks good!

I got scanned in the 80's. That scan with it's report and the knowledge of what needed work changed my health back to balance and vibrancy. I pursued that knowledge and become a scanner. I am a seer and becoming a scanner was an easy add on. My work involves helping health by scanning the body and all it's parts for data on imbalance. I work on the most out of balance things first. Sunrise in the new world

I am always in awe of beauty that surrounds me. I can catch it if I am alert and ready to receive. You are also privy to the same stuff. Being worthy is looking up not down. Being alert and balanced helps too. I know I have missed some magic along the way, but I also know that I have caught a bunch of miracle moments too. Those are the moments I choose now to hold close. All have seen and said some toxic things, let it go now forever. Let this blazing dawn wash you through with it's sun/son light of the Universal gift of love. Then with a fresh warm clear and enlightened outlook let's begin again. Now I am off to YOGA!  And a brilliant day too.

I know we are taught to plan ahead, and when the time arrives we are so tired or stressed out that our final destination and that party, is diminished in our reality. Then comes the sadness that causes those to just give up and stop trying all together. It is everywhere these days. My friends have told me about the alone times that holidays have brought to their world and in their own lives. No celebrations, no gifts, no giving. It must be addressed openly for us to get off that level of loss and begin to celebrate the magic of each moment. You only get a few celebrations in life, and I promise if you immerse yourself in the magic and the beauty of even the smallest things and smiles and honor the opportunity as once in lifetime, you will begin to receive what it is you are looking for. On our journey to the Dakota 38 plus 2 ride, we offered  the gift of warm new jackets for 25 of the riders. The House Board Shop and the Magnussen family donated them again this year. Celebrating that amazing gift with those who are sacrificing their time and their energy to find reconciliation for the hanging of the warriors so long ago was a perfect moment to enjoy and savor the season. I know this year is bringing in much needed healing, you can feel it in the air. Let it come, celebrate and show Creator you one grateful being for all that we have and ever will be!!

Dakota 38 plus 2 MY BIRTHDAY GIFT TO ME!

These  are  my visions. My horses, my healing practice and my heritage. I was honored to join the riders for breakfast on my birthday and deliver some beautiful jackets and medicine. I know horses and humans heal this world, I have seen it over and over again. My horses in the photo are angels and we know that.  We use them for their magical healing gifts. Our  Dakota 38 plus 2 riders are reconciling the pain of a past loss of in the hanging of the warriors who lost their lives trying to feed their families. My family is on that list of those lost and my own father reminded me to forgive that when his own neck was broken that same day nearly 100 years later. This is the legacy we serve. This  is the historical trauma that rattles our cages and brings back the need to heal those old hurts and losses. The Horse Nation is a big part of that healing with their strong support of humans in partnership and power. Let's say thank you to Creator for such a wonderful gift in the horse and their love of the human!! Then next spring come and ride with us and see how good it feels!

How accountable are ready to be?

I say give me 8th graders. I will teach them what I learned about staying fit, healthy, lean, focused and happy. They are making choices every minute of every single day with out explanation and wondering why they are so out of whack. Food, sleep, weight, ability to focus and create, being cared for and loved for who and how you are you are all things that should be taught. I see kids suffer so much and then under the influence of drugs, bad food, peer pressure and more, they begin to give in to failing. Addiction and loss are next and then of the suicide card gets played too. I have been with those where that was their choice.  Those who were not taught how to choose the things that work together for the good of the human. Please, consider your choices and teaching with intention how they work for you. That is the best way to share family time, being honest, supportive and loving the community we get when we are together. Happy Holidays to us all. Let's let this one be the most important one yet as we move into the new age of accountability.

The past

It has had a hold on the present for awhile. It is the addictions to the good old days, the childhood lost, the woulda, coulda, shouldas. I know I see it drag people back through it again and again with their drama and regrets. Reliving the past completely controls the present. So in honor of the gift of today, choose something new. Say a blessing, eat a new way, compliment a competitor, go a different route to where ever you go, what ever  you do, be there in the moment and smile. It is an amazing way to open the new chapter we all desire. The pain of loss leaves, the shame of mistakes diminishes and the love of life is reborn on earth in and through the people. I, for one, am all in. Namaste'

The cry for love and attention - emergency!

I see it every day in my practice. I see old and young both crying for attention from a place of separateness. I see it promoted in the choosing of the players. Some are fast, or beautiful or super smart - they get picked first. Entitled is the resulting behavior. Soon guilty of feeling superior, they start to degrade themselves to a level of oneness that puts them back in connection with the community otherwise known as the common man. Coming full circle, from bottom to top and top straight back down to bottom. Abuses, addictions and dramas that lead to the core of the person teach in the light, the truth of what we are all here to process. We are not separate. We came from one SOURCE and are all made of the same incredible stuff. I may be the mouth in this lifetime while you may be the hand, or the eyes, or the legs. No matter, it is not different. It is in community, oneness that we perform at our highest level. Loving yourself, lifting yourself up, connecting to yourself then linking to us, is the gig. Period. No greater, no smaller, no winners, no losers. The cry has been heard. The lightworkers are here in great numbers to light up the revelations that we knew were coming. They are revealed and YOU win! Look up, look out, cuz here it is in all it's glory, the aurora of change, and the gifts of love, faith and hope manifesting healing all over this planet now.

12/15 ~ Uranus (radical change) ~square~ Pluto (death, rebirth & transformation):  (6 of 7)

These two may need a little qualifying first.  Uranus has an 84-year cycle, comprised of 7-year increments (each Sign), breaking in to social cycles of 21 years (square) and 42 years (opposition) as well.  Pluto has a 248-year cycle, and spends 11-33 years in each Sign, which comes in waves apparently, but reminds us that "Transformation takes as long as it takes!"  Uranus is considered the *Change Agent* ~ while Pluto represents the ultimate (and permanent) transformation.  However, they operate considerably differently.  Pluto works very slowly, over long periods of time and behind the scenes, exerting its strongest influence from the hidden realms.  Uranus works with lightning speed, change in an instant, sudden illumination and life is never the same again.  They are getting together in a 90-degree angle (square), which will ultimately build something, but not before the complete destruction of that which is not worthy (ending the old way), the clearing and purifying of space for new growth (preparation) and restructuring from the ground UP (rebirthing/rebuilding).  Squares push us *out of comfort zone, in to new territory* ~ they help us *build* something stable and useful through the trials and adjustments, processes and sacrifices made, especially when they are actively engaged like this ... which is rare.  (Uranus Squares Pluto every 50-80 years.)

On a personal level, this is a revolutionary time to be alive and all life is affected one way or another when these Collective shifts happen.  Even though both of these planets are considered Collective planets, they will affect individuals with planets active in these Signs.  So this go-round is primarily affecting Cancer/Capricorn and Aries/Libra energies, though no one is exempt.  (You can look to the Signs for the themes and lessons.)  There is a tremendous pressure from the Social and Collective realms to adjust on personal and Individual levels.  This activation forces change, seemingly from outer, uncontrollable influences, but it should not be a surprise.  It usually changes something you've known needed changing, but resisted and postponed.   Essentially, Pluto reveals that which is already dead, done and over but very often we avoid these deeper, darker realms.  "Suddenly" (Uranus) there is a catalyst (activation) for change and there is no going back!  We *LIVE* during the current *Activation* which means we can set an intention to co-create.  We can set an intention for ourselves and 7 Generations to come, if we like.  Allow the old paradigms to drift in to your memory and focus on the incoming, new paradigm.  Connect with the new life and new structures rising from the ashes, like the Phoenix reborn, of all that's gone before.  It is not necessarily "good" or "bad" but it's definitely "over" so don't waste precious resources looking back.  Connect to your Aries Instincts (independence) and Libra Circle (community) and anchor your fundamentals, how you provide for your Self and your family (Cancer) as well as, how you contribute to Society (Capricorn).  If you do that to the best of your ability, you should come out of this 4+ year *PROCESS* on completely new ground, stabilized in the outer realms and more secure in your Center to navigate, come what may.  There will be two Activations in 2012, 2013 and 2014 with the 7th and final one in 2015

When the student becomes the teacher

Do I stay young forever? NOPE! Will I remain a student forever? NOPE! Will I be alone forever? Only if you keep Creator out of your life, your world and your heart. We are students here, each and everyone of us. It the place that puts you in the lesson plan of your choice. It is the prodigal Son story of humanity in all it's glory. Up and down, in and out, trouble, disease, addiction, loss and loneliness. When we come full circle and face our self and our challenges and move to embrace them as the wonderful gift they are and always have been will we move to the next chapter. End your chapter today with gratitude for the drama and intensity. Smile as you raise your arms and eyes to heaven and say thank you, wow, that was amazing. I am ready now to use this for the service of the Creator here while I remain. It you went to crack school, help crack addicts. If you went to cancer school, help cancer patients, if you went to the school of abuses, too many to name, help those who would survive the pain inflicted by other humans. I love nature, children and critters, and that is where I will be. Making sure they are warm, fed, healthy and cared for. How about you???

Discourse on Dis-ease

Whether it is illness, addiction or emotional imbalance, dis-ease is dis-ease. Chosen by the participant to enlighten their soul as to a specific quest and desire for knowledge.  I know we question this again and again as to why this is how this works. It works because it is the most efficient way to get full disclosure on a subject of interest. I was interested in health, so I got super sick back in the 80's. I was miserable and was willing to do or try anything at all to fix ME. Learning that fixing me was the source of my next career and my service to Creator  was a relief, once it finally sunk in. You only get what you desire. Many say dis-ease or poverty or loss or less is not their choice. I am here to say, all choices are yours in our freewill world. The only jail is YOU not embracing this gift for what it offers. The only source of dis-ease is YOU too. I am glad we are all starting to embrace this brilliant way of learning. It will go much faster when we all make ourselves totally accountable. It is that simple and love and health and happiness will be there when you choose that  too.

Are the holi-holy days what you desire?

I watched as a kid as the holidays and my birthday unfolded for me every December. Sharing that week with the Christ consciousness birth always a wonderful thing. I know that my mom did her best to do them up both separately and with a lot of flair. I did that for my girls too. We celebrated the whole month with early gifts and awesome cookies and some outdoor snow fun. When I moved in to the alone time, I stopped and waited. It has been a long wait. Yet what I desire is still real and true and in my heart and dreams. So I never stop dreaming and hoping. This year we are all together for cookie baking and wine and laughter and music as my dreams come true. So glad I didn't give in the alone. How about you, are you calling people up and getting them over or out to celebrate the magic of being human during this amazing season of hope? Just do it! You will never miss the alones.

Baby sitting grown ups, really?

I work in the health industry. I teach accountability. You are your own creation. You have total control over every single detail, every minute of the day. Yet I find lots of humans are still being baby sat. Watched over, fed, tucked in, cleaned up after. It is one of the most out of balance behaviors I see. If you are relying on someone else to make your health shake or wash your socks or pay your bills or let you live in their house, you are setting yourself up for a reality shake up. We are now stopping the process of enabling people to fail. It is over, the lights are on and the world is watching every choice you make. This is good news!! Grow up and become part of the solution. Babying yourself is not a viable choice any longer. We are looking for grown ups in the new world.

The highest good

How many times do you think in those terms? What does the highest good of me look like? What does the highest good of humanity require? The future is ours to set up and our children are our legacy the receivers of our intentions. The earth must be sustained, maintained  and supported for that highest good thing to happen here. I see the old cigarette butts on the ground or the garbage in the sea or the ditch and I wonder how much more the Earth mother can take. Think about this idea, and raise the raise the bar on the highest good rung and let's leave her better than we found her. It is up to us and those of us who see higher light purposes and outcomes. 90 days - a season of change

From seed to fruit it takes 90 days. From season to season it takes that same 90 days. People change every days. I tell my clients that it takes 28 to get the party started. Nothing much happens in those first 4 weeks. Then the shifting begins and at the conclusion of the 90 day cycle there is fruit. You bear what you spent 90 days building. Some like what they have produced, others not so much. I just invested 90 days in something new, and it will bear now. Let's see what this baby looks like, HUH?

Protecting the women and the children

That is sacred, it is certainly not optional. It has been sorely neglected for a very long time and needs some serious effort. I listen to the stories of stress and disease caused by abuse to these parties in my practice often. Verbal, emotional, physical and sexual abuse are much more common than you know. It is the bullies who first were abused that have the need to become one. Predators the same way, and also those who use toxic behaviors to become the center of attention and create mayhem in everyone's lives who allow it. It is something so common now that nearly everyone in the health care field needs to be trained on what to look for. Antidepressants are handed out like Halloween candy and the resulting behaviors are even worse and that includes those who then suicide their way out of here all together. I recently endured that with a dearly loved one and it was avoidable and heart breaking! If you are helping, loving and supportive, bravo. If you are less on any level at all, stop now and do better. We are going to graded in the end, and this will be a big part of your mark. Period.

TIME OUT TIME

I teach that parents as well as kids, need time out time. It helps cover the bases of fight or flight with a step back. It will quiet the fire and reduce the provocation and the resulting response. Learn how to afford that luxury. It is a cheap way to make a save. We all deserve a little peace and quiet and alone time. It is the healer of self. Enjoy a time out during this busy season and we will all benefit. Happy happier days!

How did that turn out?

Family is it's own dynamic. I know people struggle to the point of pain in relating  to their families on some levels. Family members feel judged. My partner just did family for the first time in over 30 years to celebrate Thanksgiving. Turns out it to be just fine and nothing to fear or worry about. No judgment. Everyone is equal and all worthy of love. Be yourself, agree to disagree and never forget that the legacy of you, up close and in real time is THEM! Do the best you can for them and YOU will benefit!! Then this world will turn out just fine!

Family ??

What do we call family? Some of us have no real connection to the blood relatives we are given. So that is where gangs, cults and clicks come in. I have spent a lifetime trying to understand the family I chose to be born in to. They are so different than I am. I am a perpetual student in this relationship. I know you all will have a chance on this holiday and the next ones, to get a good look up close and personal with your own family. Let the lesson come through. You should see them for the real reason you chose the same squad. I know that everything is happening for a reason, so in the spirit of the holiday, smile and let it be what it is. No drama or conflict necessary. Gay or straight, black or white, religious or not, all of it will make sense in the end. SO just celebrate the differences and the  connection, it is all you are going to get! Happy Holidays to us all!

Have you taken more than you shared, and still remain empty?

Empty is needy,  critical,  noisy, demanding,  and lonely. They are symptoms of the taking without the giving back. Lack of compassion, lack of accountability, lack of integrity, speaking poorly when you think someone can not hear it, are ways people show their imbalance. Health problems, addiction, emotional imbalances, obesity and hoarding are also some of those symptoms. In coming fully in to the light of the season of LOVE and LIGHTS, simply allow the truth to find it's home in your heart, your reality and your life. No judgments needed.  No curses necessary. If it makes you smile and those that surround you smile too, that is all there needs to be. That is love and light. If it hurts my ears, it will hurt my heart, and our world will feel the pain. The taking and sharing which starts with talking, need to be in sync. Speak only those words that you want to hear and this will all turn around really fast now! So I love this world, her adventures await and I am so excited to be invited to play!! How about your mantra, those words you choose? Speak it now and lighten it up!

the season to be Merry/Mary

The Sagittarius Vibration

Within our consciousness, Sagittarius reflects to us how we connect to our deep intuitive knowing. In human form we define this as our personal truth. As humans our connection to Mother Earth/nature is hard-wired, and Sagittarius also reflects to us our relationship with natural law. Natural law is simply defined as the rights and values that are inherent to human nature, or universally cognizable by human reason. For example, our inherent right to freedom is a natural law, whereas laws regulating industry are not.

On a personal level, as mentioned above, Sagittarius will reflect how we personally see and experience the spectrum of creation; the personal perspective we use and share when interacting with the world. Our spiritual selves use the Sagittarius vibration to explore and expand what we know as our lives on this Earth timeline. It is what we define as our journey, our personal story. The totality of all of those experiences becomes how we personally interpret creation.

Sagittarius (personal truth) through its polarity Gemini (language) reflect how we communicate our personal truth and intuitive knowing to others. This is why whenever mainstream science tries to debunk astrology, you can always find humour in knowing that the very communication (Gemini) of that personal truth (Sagittarius) reflects its very validity as a mirror to our inner drives. Astrologyreflects to us who we are and is one tool amongst many that help us interpret deep truths that guide each of us in finding our way back home.

Finally Sagittarius will correlate to the right brain function. The creative aspect of our minds and our intuition.

Welcome to the season of JOY! Mary is the reason for the season, the love that produced the LIGHT that needed to move forward. Nice huh?

Spare me the details doc, just cut to the punch!

That is what my client said this week in my clinic. I love that. Someone so ready to get well that anything slowing them down, even my explanations, needs to stop NOW! He wanted the facts and the solutions and then, he needed a hug. I love this work and those who show up ready to learn that health is a divine right and you deserve to know how to care for it and maintain it all the days of your life. I applaud all of you who are getting to that place in your life. You can stand in line waiting for your meds, or you can  cut and run and learn something new that puts you back in play now. Let go of that long drawn out opinion of someone trying to sell you something, when it makes you fearful or trapped, you are in the wrong place. The limbic system shows you that with it's zings and bell rings, like anxiety and feeling out of control. Run!! Find the sweet place where you can learn something helpful and trust that you can heal yourself with a little knowledge and support. I will spare you the details or I will disclose all that I know, you tell me how you want it to go. Then let's all cut to the punch, and be well now!!! It is time.

Hiding in plain sight/site

It astounds at me at what people think they can hide. You radiate your light, what ever you are thinking, being and doing, and everyone sees. Kids always see it, dogs do too, cats see you and I do as well. The Universe sees your every single hair! You spend massive amounts of energy hiding in plain site/sight and YES it makes you very tired and very weak and very defensive and in the end very sick and filled with pain. Hoarders hide behind their STUFF, abusers hide behind their pain and their willingness to inflict it on others secretly. Cult members, especially those using religion, will assert their judgments that reveal their personal issues and SINS, every single time. YOU are here, present and  in plain sight of us all, locally, globally and universally too. Just allow that to sink in. I know this as fact, as Mother Mary through a channel I had never met, said to me long ago, SUSAN you crack us up! I gave up any pretense of hiding anything, right then and there. I love being watched, monitored, supported, coached and truly loved by all. I believe you all do. Let it happen, be honest, speak your truth, let your light shine and let's move in to this next phase freely and openly. The only way to heal is to reveal. Welcome to revelations, you are living it right now. The promise is real just like you are. All shall be seen.

DO you make MIS -TAKES?

We all do. Pretending we don't is an even bigger one. I hired a guy and  he made some serious mistakes that could have hurt my animals. I called him and was told to go fly a kite and then ignored. He knew he screwed up, really  really bad. Yet saying he was wrong, or offering to fix it was not his way. That is the greatest mistake of all. Severing trust leaves people in the lonely place of no one. No one will hire you, live with you or even like you when you do not admit you were wrong and offer to fix it and promise to never ever do that again. If you owe someone an apology because you made a mis-take, better get it done. Or that could be the worst mis-take yet. Understand? No one is perfect and forgiveness is only for those who ask. That is the key!

How many chances do you get?

As a mom, I would say as many as you need. As a physician I would say until you can no longer stand the pain. As a friend I would say - why chance it??  I do not believe in chance in truth. I know this world does though. There is really only intention, conscious or not, it is the driving force for reality to each one of us here. Setting it is the key. Do you choose daily, I do. Do you set yourself up for success, I do. Do you attract nice people, with loving hearts, I do. Once in a while for the fun of it I will take a chance. Usually on a game of some sort, and once in awhile, with people. I have learned though that those are risky and commonly I lose. Lessons for me and you. Do not chance it, go with the sure thing. Love is all there is, and if you keep your focus on that, everything will work out just fine. Last chance or not, get it right this time, we all deserve that.

Venus and Sagittarius together!

I remember those places. I came from Venus and descended through Sagittarius/Jupiter to this plane again for the umteenth time in 1957. I believe in  love and abundance - for all. That is my job and I return it to the people through the gift of wellness as a Naturopathic Doctor. I was born under the Spica Star, just like Jesus the Christed one was, which adds in some flavor and oomph. I am here in a lifetime of 9's. Completing my commitment to Earth and her children is my personal journey and this is the last time I will be here. My girls know that, so we need to get it right this time. When the allowance flows there then comes AN ALIGNMENT, Venus and Sagittarius aligned yesterday. In my body I felt that. In my head I knew that. Now in my life I shall avail my self of that as well. Knowing you are part of Grand Plan and  A MUCH LARGER picture helps us through the limited things here. I am totally ready for the love, the abundance and the gift of community, healed, balanced and ready now, more than ever before for wholeness. Hold on world, when you feel this, you will know for sure - you are all precious and loved. Namaste'

Capable of so much more

Limits and boundaries, imposed by fear, rule humans who are left out of the loop of community and the acceptance that community can offer. I see those on the edge a lot. They are sad, sick, angry and some are ready to die. Those who grumble or point out flaws are in pain on the inside. Cancer, autoimmune issues, fatigue and depression are the outer expression of inner loss. Capable of so much more yet inhibited by opinions and experiences with family, friends, churches, teachers, coaches, and yes even your own doctor. If you believe you are broken and require drugs, or therapies or something that costs you day after day, look again. You were designed to be immune, ever healing and capable of SO MUCH more than you are taught. I have seen so many miracles in my lifetime, and I know those who changed their way of thinking about the opinions of others and started thinking more highly of themselves were healed. I promise you truly are the most capable/cape-able super humans this planet has seen in a long time!! Believe it!!

Never could, sit still or be quiet

I always had questions and needed answers. I was relentless. I also move around, I am antsy. Prancing around like a little dancer, singing and bouncing around is when I am happiest. The stillness was confining and compressing to me, the darkness and density too thick and binding.  No answers was always a dark place of  ridiculous time wasting secrets for me.  Lies were even worse. As I reveal me to me and to you along the road of this journey, the dancing  and the answers come quicker.  In the light energy we are there for us all to see. Lightworkers have been here a long time, they shine in the dark and open the eyes and knowing of those who are close and willing to see and believe the bigger picture. This is a grand reunion, humans and heavenly hosts working together for the greater good here. I am so greatful/grateful that the quiet and the still never ruled me or my life here, it served me well to dance as if noone was watching! Turns out they were watching and now they are dancing too, and YES asking questions that deserve honest answers. YOU too?? Yes, you too.

suffering - way over rated

I see  crosses - and the human still hanging up there - suffering and sad every day. I hear the wails of pain and loss. I feel their desolation of the lesson of shame and guilt and the lack of self worth that creates a never ending need to medicate or pay out. It is the craziest thing. These teachings have been used to manipulate humanity long enough now. The whole crucifixion drama was a metaphor, a drama, so that you could see and know how silly the fear of the death and the judgement and condemnation of others is. There is no such thing. We are part of such a much bigger reality. Opening to the ascension process and celebrating that, is what the END of the story is and was meant to demonstrate. The cross, the four directions, the place where we have been  on earth. Now comes the ONENESS, the whole of humanity - the human race becoming a part of the Divine Design and accepting the joy of that promise and gift. This is the end of suffering. Time now for the cross to be dismantled and the star of ascension replacing it on the chain around your neck! And in your vision of new, whole, happy and healthy life, after life, after life. Rise and shine! It is time to look up!

This is the "Rebel" energy - what's your "cause"? If you are clear about your own authentic Truth & Purpose, then this energy is refreshing and uplifting. You acknowledge change is necessary (and inevitable) and you co-create with this energy to transform your current life. This is a rebirth energy too and being "reborn" is never easy. Worth it - but not easy. However, if you are NOT clear about who you are and what you're capable of, this energy shines a light on that aspect of your life which you instinctively already know needs an overhaul but for whatever reason you are still holding on to the old habits/patterns. Unwilling or unable to embrace change at this time, you only increase the feeling of being restricted by external energies. Your life is a direct reflection of what's going on inside you. How's it lookin'? Check your ego, recommit to your Truth and remember that change is GOOD! And if you don't go voluntarily (read: consciously), then you'll get dragged to the new level, kicking and screaming and you'll be so exhausted when you get there that you may miss the beauty in evolving to the next level. (This IS what you've been working toward, correct?) Remember, conscious, effective action creates FREEDOM.

Innocents lost, who is accountable?

The children, nature and her children, animals and sea creatures, too, need our devoted protection now. Less, lack and loss have reeked havoc among those who we are charged with caring about and supporting those innocents. Money and greed, power and adrenaline steam roll over our land and our people. Authority abuses it's privilege to nurture and educate by abusing those who have no one to protect them and are vulnerable. Parenting is at an all time high with 7 billion people incarnated, and at an all time low with abandoned women with children and no partners to be accountable. Pseudo parents or steps, do their best to pitch in, yet the electrical DNA connection is strongest and most trusted by a child. We need community now. We need one another, to watch and protect what the Creator has trusted us with. I moved from the Twin Cities back to my little hometown when my girls were ready to go to school for the simple reason that here they would be known, for I am known here. For here they would be safer and my community would care about them the way it cared about me as a child. I was safe here and loved. I am accountable and made choices that supported them, now they are grown up ladies and when their kids appear on the earth plane they will know from experience how to protect them the way I did. We are all accountable, those who do not believe that are in for a big surprise in the revelations of their lives. Please gather up your family, your friends and your neighbors, and offer safe haven now on every level. Be the eyes and ears and heart that Creator created  YOU to be now. It is the only option left to start fresh and restore our Earth to her best self.

Visual learner

I am a visual learner, I am the show me kind of gal. Don't tell me, ask me. Don't take anything for granted either, say what you think and want. Seeing is believing. So in understanding those who need the VIEW, here is my simple explanation. I know how the body is wired, and the eyes are hooked up to the kidneys and the liver. They are my filters. They assist me in the translation of all things 3D. Vibrating at amazing speed is what we do and yet most people see SOLID not liquid. We are both. On the celebration of my 11-11-11 trip in Mexico, I became liquid for the camera. I had just won my lawsuit against KSTP and my future loomed bright. As my daughters and I opened our hearts to the greater good and the vision of what that could be I began to Ascend. My girls grabbed my hands, grounding me. We do that with love, and it keeps us present and solid a little bit longer. I stayed again. So in celebration of today's 11-11 energy, and the gift of vibration and the picture it shares with us, I share my family with you and our vision of what a better world looks like! Liquid and solid together, holding on for dear life, and YES LIFE IS DEAR!

Communion

That was a great book I read long ago about first contact. I had my first contact back in the 80's. The most life changing moment of this lifetime, bar none. Two blue  skinned brothers appeared in my bedroom and froze my dogs and partner. Then they smiled at me and said that I had asked them to wake me up when it was time. They said IT IS TIME little sister!  Communion for you begins now in a tangible way. I said OK, Although I was afraid, I was not. I knew that Creator had something special in mind and my contract for being human again was about to begin. Party over.....no more foolin' around. So I opened up that chapter of my life here with great expectations. I became a Naturopathic Doctor, I had been in the healing arts for many lifetimes so it was a natural! I became clear on my visions for what health and harmony look like and how to share that gift without freaking people out. I learned to allow the guidance of the stars and the moon and the guardians and the guides provided for me. And learned to listen and be faithful and put one foot in front of the other live in the moment only. The lessons here is community, communion starts with self. Pull yourself together, then add in other humans that match your frequency, family or friends or both. Then we can get to healing and harmony part that our Earth-ship has in her future. Communion with the Universe and those who have watched over us for a very long time. Now that is what I am talking about!` We are ONE!

Re-Member yourself to us

All along the way humans have forgotten their true identity. They think they are finite. In a body, and becoming that animtated body consumes their life force and they stay in the lower chakras of sex, drugs and rock and roll as I call it, and competition and  the ego and the opinion of others rules their world. It is an all consuming, addicting, never ending battle of less, lack and loss that brings with it PAIN. Along the way avatars of great light reminded them that they were so much more. Jesus taught communion, and said please, use this ritual to re-member me and us together as ONE when you eat! Which is done frequently. White Buffalo Calf Woman taught rituals like the pipe of peace and the unity of a marriage. Buddha taught the ONE was it, we were all the ONE together here. AND that was here on Earth. Some of us remember from when we were awake and intentional before these lifetimes and what we promised to try to do while HERE. You can remember too. Close your eyes and ask to tap deep within the cache of gold within those memories that brought you to this world. Ask for the reason you volunteered to be part of such an amazing quest. Freewill, tough stuff, needs to be fine tuned, I personally prefer DIVINE WILL. The overlighting of my choices takes the pressure off. Pray and meditate, two other off - world skills we could use to advance ourselves now too.  Just re-member, you are part of a large group of loving starseeds on an adventure here helping Creator to add in. YOU were perfect when you began and will be again soon. REMEMBER????????

No secrets not now not ever

I told my girls long ago don't tell me if you think it is a secret. I do not believe in secrets. I know that energetically every aspect of who, how and why you are is in your field, your aura generates it like a picture of your truth. No hiding. It is like the Emperor's new clothes, when correctly, the story teller  described him as unclothed in front of everyone but himself. Look at yourself, see the whole you, and start allowing the love you deserve to love you totally. All your curves and  ALL your edges deserve that much. I see you, I always have, so does everyone else. Just reveal the REAL you to YOU. Then this world will get the love boost she needs to upgrade now. That is NO SECRET!

Fear the source of all conflict

This is so evident in health issues that I see it in every person who appears to be ill. Dis-ease is conflict within the body. Feeding the wrong food, drink, air and words are to blame for much of this conflict. In the fight for position, fear will cause anger to defend it's broken position. Step back when that happens. Get a bigger and wider vision of what is really going with you or the person you are in conflict with. There is only one way to whole, healthy and happy and that is love and light. It shows the details. I know people are hiding their addictions, their cravings, their behaviors when they are afraid of the healing that requires total transparency and become irritated or angry. That is where the take a breath, clear the air, step back and allow is the greatest start to recovery I know here. We all deserve to be fully functioning on all levels here and now, fear is the only obstacle we use to hold us up, back or down. With less conflict, there will be less dis-ease, and I can go play with my horses more, PLEASE allow that to happen!!!! I really would appreciate it! Namaste' warriors, be brave!

What are YOU waiting for?

I wait for no one or no thing, I never could. I am always moving at the speed of mercury. It is the way of me. I see people in holding patterns with their health, their happiness, their very lives and ask, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? Some say JESUS, Some say they dont' know, some say nothing, some are not even aware that they are just waiting and waiting and waiting. To waste time here, is a huge concern, for time is up. There is no waiting line any longer. There is however, YOU! And yes ME too. I can not have a hangover because it is a waste of a day and that makes me crazy! I know we are in need of a direction, a goal of sorts. So how about this one. SMILE, look in the mirror and smile big, then all day keep doing it! Do it to those you love and to those you don't even know yet. No matter what occurs, just smile. Be the change in things you want for yourself, Smiling and being pleasant and easy, is simply a really great place to begin and YES, everyone of us can DO THAT, no waiting around. Smile, it is good and getting better every day. My college beau said the thing he saw and loved about me 37 years ago was my smile, now that is WHAT I am talking about! Thanks Scott!

See the LIGHT, Be the LIGHT

Until we expose everything to the light, there will be fear. Fear is dark, controlling and de-energizing. It is a drain on the body, the mind and it weighs heavily in the hearts of humans. Coming home from California last week we nearly were involved in a very serious, potentially lethal car wreck. A semi from one side and another car from the other side decided to both take the lane in front of us at exactly the same moment. We were going 80 and had a trailer behind the car. In the wink of an eye there was energy every where. I use my mantra of Michael above, Micheal below a call to my guardian angel every single day of my life. As it happened I said Michael! Then a light appeared and buffered the hit and they swerved back to their lanes and we were safe and free. Perfect love and seeing and believing that light is what we are is easy.  Knowing that light is everywhere and calling it out and calling it in is key. See the Light and then decide to Be the LIGHT too. So much healthier and way more fun!

The long journey home

I have seen those sail away whose adventures called. I smiled and waited for their return. I watched my girls do it, my brother and sisters do it and my old friends did it too. As a seer I knew they were heading toward the light they saw, and the lessons they needed to learn. My life was doing the same thing. I am older now and there are years of learning to share just in this lifetime alone. My life has brought home to me someone who did just that. He sailed away, skated away really. The choices and adventures were something! I love to hear about Fiji, Maui, Cozumel and Aspen. I love the hat he brought me from Australia. I love the fact that the lessons he learned grew him up to be a loving, generous and humble man, and still able to skate! Look around, there is a return now of those you came here to know and commune with. Our world is shifting, our time to run around and test things is complete. We are at the place where we need to come together and fix this place up. I am glad that some of us survived, and are willing to reunite for the greater good. How about you? I teach that over and over. Say what you want and enjoy what you get, cuz you asked for it!! If you are still unaware, or not awakened to the power of your faith in what you believe and speak out loud and your ability to create with your words, you are missing the gift given freely to us all. Decide. Go big, go bold, be daring and outrageous! You are creating your reality every single step of the way with every single word you utter. I have a book I am writing about this ability. Learning to trust

My puppies are teaching me to trust. I have struggled to learn trust along the way of this life. I have seen the results of trust  lessons again and again, sometimes they were tough ones. Choosing friends, partners, jobs and investments are the normal trust relationships. Truth is it is the self that we really came to get to know, to love and to trust here. My self is expansive, and trusting everyone was how I wanted it to go. I know deep down there is some light and love in every person, yet sometimes they are willing to do things that take away trust from us. Kids are the most vulnerable to this. To trust that being loved and feeling loved are real here we learn as we go. Our mothers and fathers make that contract to teach us this trust deal.  Many parents fail at that contract. They are angry, abusive or sometimes not even present. My puppies are reteaching me one simple lesson.  I show them love and direction, sharing what I want and need from them to keep them safe and in my life for a long long time. They want to trust that I am going to follow through. So every single day I feed them good food, I play ball, I pet them and praise them, I correct behaviors that do not work here in a loving way and then I tuck them in to their little kennel at night for a warm safe rest And tomorrow we begin the whole process over again. They can trust me and I am building trust in them as they grow. How about doing that with each other. Trust someone, share your truth and let's see what we can build back on this planet. Trust is the road to community and we all need one another to survive and thrive.

Aligned perfectly!

Now that you have pulled the goalie and taken those free shots, see your flow and let it align. It is energy I am talking about. You are a beautiful ball of energy, light, expansive, twinkling and colored. I see it when I see you, you are spectacular when you are in your flow and aligned. You are interesting and give me a job when you are less. I see that bridging the gap by sharing my vision, is a great job for me and I have done it for lifetimes. I was a diplomat in my last lifetime, this time I am much more direct. Some people love that, it is what they want and find with us to assist in completion. Others would rather diddle around some more, throwing out excuses, blame, and simply not doing what they could to align. Either way, that is Earth! So celebrate your choices,  every single one of them was YOURS ALONE to make. I have made choices lately that are my best yet!! Welcome home, everyone, we are here to win! Goals are counting up now and the celebration should start with this!!

Spinal and personal, it is necessary for maximum flow. If you are pinched, blocked, rerouted or simply not in alignment, you will feel out of balance, out of energy and end up down and out. I know it essential for those who want to create, live fully and love every minute of it.  Proper alignment it needed for flow and  is available for everyone. There are body workers of all kinds who assist with this, chiropractors, massage therapist, acupuncturists, healing touch therapists and the list goes on. Here is my analogy for the day. It is time now to simply pull the goalie. See yourself with an open net, unlimited pucks, and lots of hand offs. Open the flow, take as many shots from as many angles as you can think of, fast and accurate, see how many shots align with your view of YOU! Bang! We got this.

Conscious? or not yet?

In my work I look at auric or energetic responses. I can see your lights coming on or dimming. It is the edge of consciousness. When we are awake we are aware that every second offers a choice. When we are wasted, too high, too tired, too upset, too needy, or however you waste your presence, it takes your ability to choose AWAY, from you. Then random or more often, other's choices are used instead. I have been to parties where when someone decides to party everyone simply follows along. I call it elbows and assholes. I see the mess of energy, people reaching into each other's space without thought, certainly not conscious and responsible and loving. I left that behind decades ago yet I can still recall the energy in my memory. I know that being awake and choosing each detail of my life has been wonderful. I have chosen a variety of experiences, classes, partners and friends. I am conscious of nature, so I not only choose it, I appreciate it and care for it gratefully. I am conscious of human disorder, so being a doctor and sharing natural solutions is my choice. What are you willing to be awakened to and aware of? What part of dim or dull or manipulated still holds your attention? You are powerful and have access to all the things of GOD. Have you forgotten that in your life? Come on, it is awesome and it will change your life forever, I promise that. Consciousness will save this world and her children too! Wake up, sober up, get up and enjoy!

The solar eclipse is tonight! It's a big one! I mean, really. 

You might have noticed, the past two weeks have been intense. We're in between eclipses, Mercury retrograde and a cosmic cluster of chaos all in the relationships signs of Libra and Scorpio. It's getting real.  

Eclipses always bring awakening to your TRUTH and things previously hidden from your awareness. They're massive catalysts for long term change. The intense lunar eclipse on October 8th brought your relationship issues to the surface, while Mercury's retrograde is forcing you to revisit elements (and people) from your past. All of your communication hot buttons are being pressed!  

As frustrating as it seems, this is a real gift from the Universe to make sure your building future relationships on rock solid ground.  

Tonight's solar eclipse is during a new moon which is a super potent time for setting intentions. Be careful what you wish for - you have the power to make it come true!

The HOOK UP to the stars. It is the literal Jacob's Ladder. Swirling upward, rung by rung, linking you home. Hard to imagine?? Yes. Most humans are so in their body only, that knowing you are a field of energy and light and design, hooked and fueled from some other location is new to you. You are not separate. You never were. It is an illusion to feel alone, albeit very educational, it is simply not true or real. I have watched Guardian Angels and Relatives stand beside their charges, unable to connect because the human refuses to open and receive. It is love, pure love, that they offer. Love is a powerful fuel. Support in knowing that you are divinely designed, hooked to a Creator system that is infinite  and very supportive that offers unlimited and unconditional love is the hardest lesson to believe and receive. It comes through in your DNA and it hooks you to family first, past and present and YES, future too. Close your eyes, see the chords of glittering light and say thank you. What you appreciate grows! Love should and will grow with this connection open to receive. ANSWER the call!! YOUR line is lit and yes, the phone of YOU, is ringing and ringing and ringing!

Security vs Risk

I have chosen both. I love that I am secure in my faith. I love that I have a secure feeling in my knowing of who and why I am that I am. The risky part came in the Earthing of me. Earth is a star of great risk in the use of free will. I choose to use my freewill to impart and employ  Divine Will to lead me and my comings and goings and choices here. I ask daily that Divine Will overlight me and show me the bigger vision. It commonly shows me the risk and the road there. I have gone that road many times. I go all in, it's one of my greatest skills and joys. I know that from the view of love and completion, risking my security for the greater good is what I love to do. I truly have let go of so much so many times. I knew I was risking my reputation, my career, my relationship. I also knew that if I could put it all on the line and let the overlight of Creator's vision of love, life and laughter shine on it, I would win again and again. Can you risk your security for the Divine Design of you?? Something to consider - the world is ready now for those willing to go ALL IN!

Full Impact!!

It jostles you, your life, your next step, even your beliefs. I have engaged in full impact before. I know it is ALL me. I can attract the reflection of me in so many ways. I know that when I come in to view in my own heart and with my own eyes, I will be impacted greatly! I know that the closer I allow someone or something to me, the greater the impact will be. I have done it at school, at work, at home and at play. Sometimes it brings pain, sometimes it brings freedom, sometimes it brings beauty and every single time, it brings Creator. I see me and Creator together creating impact. I do it on purpose and with those of like mind and spirit. Are you seeking full impact now, buckle up, it is going to be incredible!! Health - what is it's real value?

Can you put on price on it? No, because it is worth so much more than you are taught. It is priceless, and also manipulated like all the other commodities on this planet. Yet, THIS IS THE ONE, you control. Whether you know it or not, you can! Learning to manipulate your health is the key to understanding it's power and value. Healthy, I am present. Healthy, I am strong. Healthy, I feel happy. Healthy, I can do whatever I choose to do. Impaired in anyway, now I look around for support. A pair of crutches for a sprained ankle, a drug for a sad heart, a pick me up for a slow morning, or just a box with pictures and sounds to quiet my mind and keep me company. I teach health, I live health, I own my own health and take responsibility for it's upkeep every single day with choices about food, water, air, sleep and movement that support it. I am not perfect, that is not the goal here, I am challenged often. That is the journey, the adventure continues and everyday I learn and apply something new to my health. Good Mornings

Are you ready to break-fast? All night we are fasting, resting, dreaming and  allowing ourselves an upgrade. If you stay up late or sleep poorly, you lose out until tomorrow night. It is a gift and to many a giant frustration. In the morning, we get to set ourselves in to motion here. I choose consciousness every morning of my life. I read, write, do angel cards, eat, drink and exercise. I speak to those I am close to and share my ideas for a happy productive day and life. It is the Good Morning that we all deserve every single day. If you are not starting off with that smile, that supportive conversation, that self loving launch to your day. Reboot. Let go of what isn't working. If someone is grumpy leave them alone, move toward someone happier and more supportive. I share my good morning thoughts on the blog here and it makes my heart sing to know that good morning vibrations come from this computer to our world!! PASS IT ON!

H O M E

Can we come home again? After all the running, chasing, hiding, losing, winning, trying, learning, loving and yes, even failing. Yes! We will all go home in the end. It is the only place TO go. My friend is coming home after 37 years on the road. The world was his destination, and he went there and did that.  Mountains, oceans, success and stresses too. Trying, and winning, and trying and not. He, now after 57 years,  said I wish to return home again. I said, come on back. Can we return to our roots and build again in a different way. Of course, that is the gift of rewriting your sacred contract. Most will go to heaven before they call for a redo on earth. Life after life, that is Creator's promise. I teach that death of the human it is not necessary simply optional. To come home again on earth, we must forgive totally and allow the new self to find space without judgement or reservation. Home always has your room ready!! It was reserved from the very start! You are loved and welcomed back, just like the prodigal son, another promise I love! GO HOME now, everyone without home in their heart or life, just go home. You are loved, you always were, you just forgot for a moment.

Health care - buyer beware

I had a chance to experience American Medicine in two emergency rooms last month with the serious injury of a friend. One in Moab, Utah and the other in Grand Junction, Colorado. Night and day, were the experiences. The whole difference was a result of the people in the room. I see auras, I hear truth in people's words and I try to allow, align and appreciate every experience for what it teaches me. I must admit, the nurse in the Moab, Utah ER taught me alot. He was cruel, toxic and incredibly willing to spill his issues on to my fragile friend. It was amazing at how quickly he could snatch the light of hope and potential help from someone so vulnerable and in need of support and reassurance. I dismissed him as soon as his words starting terrorizing the patient. I was not loud, simply adamant. The next crew in the next ER were amazing. Although fearful they were honest, compassionate, and true to their task. They supported my friend by allowing me to remain and hold his hand for the entire procedure. Choosing was our right. We chose to switch. You choose daily in every way. If the people you come in contact with do not light your day up, give you happily what you require then choose to move to the next crew. When you leave, say WHY. The only way to get the upgrade is to PICK IT! We will get what we desire when we have the courage to walk away from what we do not.

Fresh start

Every single day you get the chance to make a fresh start. Change begins first thing. Some people sleep right through it. Some are so caught in their rut that a different routine or breakfast or route to work is unthinkable. So today think about a fresh and lively start for your day. I teach breakfast! I learned it from Tony the Tiger when I was in the 1st grade. Our class had a contest, we had to mark off the breakfast foods we ate each morning for a week and see  how much we could chow down on. My mom cooked me everything on the sheet, every morning, no kidding. I brought in my sheet after a power week of eating breakfast like a KING. They couldn't believe it! I did it though. So as life offers, I had learned a valuable lesson with that eating. Nothing in the morning - a nothing day. Lots of good stuff before 9am and I could win any contest I wanted to. Addicts skip food for substances that alter their perception, depressed people don't deserve good food and that  starvation feeds their insecurities and yes, it makes them FAT. Sick people skip it because it is too much work and staying weak and sick is their focus. Fresh start now, water first, lemon helps it work better. Fruit next, get the body zinged with enzymes! Then a breakfast that your blood type would burn fast and furiously. I eat eggs and yogurt and granola with lots of nuts! I eat power bars and then, for good measure I have a glass of Clearvite vitamin powder and liquid minerals and greens! No wonder I feel so good and can run this big ol' ranch!! Try it, Tony and I endorse this and I bet after you do this for 28 days, you will too!

Married? AGAIN???

Last night my friend said his 80 year old dad was getting MARRIED! AGAIN?! I smiled. As part of the White Buffalo Calf Woman legacy to Earth, our delegation shared the brilliance of the ritual of marriage with the people. It starts with two hearts, separate, coming into the field with the energy of love, then intentionally in front of heaven and those watching, and Earth and those watching. It was made true and energetic as a vow, spoken into real time and real life.  Unending commitment. It provides safety, security, connectedness, loyalty and truth in all things, one another together above all else. The result of marriage was a future with hope and love, bright and blazing. Some marriages are so loving that children are produced and the legacy lives on and on. Other marriages are so powerful that the world is simply improved by that much love and light being shared. Where two or more are gathered, and my name is spoken, there I shall be also, all the days of your life! I love that!! The Creator, Mother, Father, Son and Daughter, here with us in this ritual and this contract, Add in now, and congratulations Cheryl and Jim! We are never to old to love, or be loved and committing to it is how it remains here on the Earth forever and ever!! And we need all the love we can get......don't we?

Faith?

I have seen and heard stories of faith based lives. They say that they believe. I say what do you believe in? They say GOD of course. God is everything. I smile, that feels right to me. Then I say, what else?? Then they pause, I say who and how are you??? Aren't you God?? Isn't the Creator in you? Aren't you the manifestation in human form, GOD Almighty, right here, right now? I see the desire to believe in something or someone - OUTSIDE yourself.  A safe distance away. When you really get close, there is full exposure, total transparency. The result is accountability, then healing, then integrity and then, faith is reborn in it's fullest capacity. SELF, faith in self is faith in GOD. No Savior outside of your heart, you are that savior. Jesus said so. See me, cool huh? You are and will do greater things than this. I am watching, waiting and loving the unfolding of this truth. Faith, while on Earth belongs here now. Stop waiting, wishing or thinking it is not here yet. It has always been, and will continue with or without you. It is YOU!! And of course me too. I love that, thank you Mother/Father God for me and what I CAN DO here now. Namaste'

sleep disorders

I treat those in my practice all of the time, I speak about those to groups. I offer a zillion ideas on sleeping peacefully. It is one of the greatest frustrations of all for many people. So let me offer you this. You must learn that you flow in cycles. The 24 hour cycle we call day works like this. Eight hours of work, eight of play and eight of sleep. Three dimensional beings, require 3 dimensional days. If you overload  or underload in one aspect, you will have to compensate in another. If your sleep is off, then consider this. Sunlight, unfiltered daily, exercise that matches you, I told my partner to go ride his bike!! HARD!! He is a physical character and needs physical exertion to get sleepy. Working, thinking, problem solving - eight hours a day is enough of that. Laughter and lightheartedness - play time needs eight hours too. Down, when the sun goes down, up, when the sun rises. You are an earth being, and trying to override your natural system will cause haywire responses. TV, computer time, need limits and whole days offline. You are in need of a vacation option every ninety days to amp back up if your life is a still out of balance. Learn the circadian cycles, they show you how and why your body does what it does when it does it. Nothing to fear, knowledge is power. Power over your ability to sleep, well, that is an awesome - superpower!!!! Less food as the day goes on too will help. YOU DO NOT NEED food to sleep!

The ROUND table whole again

I am a lucid dreamer and commonly analyze my dreams while still dreaming. I dreamed last night of a big round table in two pieces. One here and one way over there in the mansion of my work and life. It was being used that way, separately. As I came to the place in my life where I knew the changes must be made now, the first thing I did was put that round table back together. Then I put the chairs back around the whole thing and moved it into a position where it was perfect and usable every time we sit down together. The head was gone, it was equal and everyone was valued in such a way, that regardless of who you were or what you did, you were the same as the rest of us there. What a relief! I have watched silently and sometimes not so silently, as the head ruled the table with a iron fist and the other end served and never sat to eat or visit. It is finished. I am grateful. All together now, in communion, the way we were taught and they way we will heal our families and our world.

Why, why, why???? do these things happen????

Divinely created with purposeful existence and potential. YUP, that's us. Knowing this for sure and working toward the understanding of your personal purpose and your global commitment is the job right now. I knew from the 1987 wake up call I received and have worked in service for humanity intentionally since then. I love my life, my work is fun and fulfilling and my peeps, well they make my heart sing! As we progress now into our beautiful future we can move gracefully with the help of certain clearings. Falling OK, not getting back up with a smile, well....

That song is about falling. WE all fall, fail and F-up from time to time. It is the freewill/fearwill way of Earth. It is the pause, the pain, the less, lack and loss that we descend to so that up is the only way to look. So today, look up, ascension is happening. Light becomes us with breath and of course-a smile! That twinkle in your eye, that willingness to admit and forgive and let it all go is how we get that fall, to do what it is to do - allow us to resurrect! It was taught, it is written, now give it a try, it is the gift of the fall. Fall is actually my favorite season, now I understand why!!!!!

full moon, poof! gone for a minute, then BOOM!

Moons are feminine energy, silvery and inward. They control the tides of this world, outer and inner. I sat beneath the eclipse this morning and watched the hitch in the get along, when she went totally dark. It is a reset. Sometimes we can not keep going at the same pace. Sometimes we need a little bump, or skip, to catch our attention, wake us up. I have been bumped before, and I am used to it. Yet this sweet bump seemed different. I feel Creator lifting the arm of the record player and putting it back down on a whole new song! Life as we know, disappeared with the eclipse today. Life in the dawn of the new day - lighter, brighter and offering to create community now as the four directions come together and our races end. One race, the human race, protecting our Earth star, our children, our hearts and our future!! Namaste' to us, Namaste' - I honor, love and respect us all and our journeys here.

silver ware/wear, do you know what it really means and is???

It comes from the light of the  moon, that will shine it's magic on this earthstar tomorrow fully. It is the silver of that divine feminine moon that will upgrade our world again. The silver in your world is healthy and beautiful and strong. It is a natural antibiotic and protects  you when you eat with it, wear it and understand it fully. The power of gold is awesome, yet it is only one half of the real deal. It is the silver that promotes creation, home and family. We have lived in a gold driven society for too long now and adding in the silver, the female, the family, the home - will balance it back out. I am going to use my real silverware from now on, I deserve to eat like the Queen I am!! Under the blood moon, remember you must  protect the women and children, nature and animals, you warriors, you golden ones!! Then come home to us and we will feed you with love, light and laughter! Balance and harmony, forever. Silver and gold together now!

Love is ALL that is and in the end will withstand

It is a force, the energy of existence and creation. There is love and the absence of love. PERIOD. Fear is the place where love is absent. It terrorizes by separating. It is simply empty. Nothing exists in that emptiness, not even us in the end. On the way there, there is a lot of resistance and drama. It can reveal itself in pain. rage, risk, deceit and ultimately, loss. I have seen it up close many times in the dis-ease response. That is my work here, releasing disease and allowing love to light the path to wellness.  Humans believe in dis-ease and that belief alignment is the place it begins. I recently saw it through the eyes of the addicted. They will risk everything and every one in their circle to FEEL something, anything at all. When we show them love and light and laughter, they come in closer. It feels warm and looks lighter. That is how love works. It is all embracing, filled with warmth and lights up every dark corner and reveals every single hidden detail. Neato how that works.  Love something or someone today. Hold nothing back, be warm, honest, joyful and engaged. Expect nothing in return. Then when the glow of love starts a fire within you, say thank you to the Creator for it's very existence and your chance to feel and be loved. It is all there was, is and truly ever will be. That is a promise I am banking on.

The VOW to love, honor and cherish

I said that. I would. I wanted to. Yet as my life unfolded somehow I missed the mark. I never stop loving. That is forever, together or not, loving us here and in heaven is easy and makes my heart whole and filled with purpose. Honoring is different. I honor that which causes me to look up, allows me to look deep and loves me for the effort. Humans have issues with honor. They forget that to honor outward you must first honor inside. My health, my relationships, my abilities deserve that honor. To honor one another now will take us into  a new reality where judgement does not live, love does, understanding does, compassion does. So let's forgive that shortcoming and try again. So here we go again.  I honor our Creator for this opportunity, I honor humans for giving it another day to do better and I honor myself for the gift that I am, and for those I bring here.  NOW that is something to cherish!

Michael's writings

I read some yesterday  in preparation for his funeral tomorrow. They were revealing, as he intended them to be. He would take my notebook and add in from time to time. I found a page where he described being in a coma, alive and awake, but frozen and unable to connect to those around him. He felt sad, then frustrated, then he feared anger. In anger he would drink and numb the self loathing he felt at his inability to crack the shell and make the connections. He felt undeserving. I know we have all felt like we were on the outside looking in from time to time. It is a cold and lonely place, when you tap on the glass and no one looks up or hears you. Today, for the sake of life and love here. Tap louder! We want to hear you, know what you need and love. This is not a competition or a race, this is humanity discovering the hearts of  each one of us deep within. It first comes in solitude, then it can communicated. Separation from GOD/heaven literally means HELL. Living on Earth can be hell for those who feel separate here. Add in, we need you now more than ever before. Love like mad, live for today and dance and sing like no one is watching!! Michael will be, and smiling too. Godspeed my friend, see you on a new sunny day!

Four/Fore Sight

It has to start with one, two and three sight first. Four/fore sight is when you get to the heart, the fourth chakra, and combine it harmonically with the first three physical chakras. It is imperative to have it. With the other lights burning there can be to foresight and ultimately no real future. You must love yourself today, just the way you are, before you can plan on tomorrow. It is clear and it simple and yet not being done. Banking it away, stock piling and hoarding are not foresight. They are fear in action. Love casts out fear. Live and love for today. FOCUS, self first and then those you encounter. The benefit will be exponential. Here's to hearts, united, looking ahead to a loving, laughing, living future.

The New world order

People fear it. They think it is something that will take instead of give. I am part of that New world order and we in the New Age know you will soon understand and welcome it. We on earth are ready for the millenium of peace, that will take order, new and better. An upgrade for human existence is occurring as I write and you read. Our behavior here has been barbaric. We act like scared mean little kids much of the time with power being the theme. Now that is giving way to partnership. Service to one another is the basis for abundance for all. It is here and now ready to be revealed. The hoarding will end, and with it less, lack and loss.  Nature provides all that we need, she always has. Humans need her and one another and that is the Best it can be. Open your eyes, look around, give away what you are not using, call someone you have disagreed with, make up a reason to get along with your family, pick up junk you see. Before you decide anything at all, if it is chosen because you are afraid, find someone to help you find peace first. Your intuition and mine together make strong friends. Peace is here, it is my heart, how about yours? A new age for us all, we made it!!
