Breathe

Where ever you are, take a breath of clean fresh air and breathe in and breathe out. It is the best way to center and ground. It clears the clouds. I love sleeping with the crashing waves outside my window because even nighttime breathing is powerful and nourishing. Where the air meets the water, meets the land, in that triple place of waves breaking through the air and landing on the ground an extra ION is added. It makes the air more bio available to the body. That is why the shore is where healing is so powerful and consistent. Ionic air detoxes us and puts O3 in to our blood, energizing any process we are in. I come to the sea to reflect, to release, to restore. Go to the water this weekend and breathe, you will heal yourself in many many ways. Just breathe!
