I had chosen to take a rest for awhile here. I needed to stop everything for little while, so I did. In 1988 I was visited by two galactic brothers who told me I had asked them to wake me up that night. OH BOY!! So I started waking up at that very moment. From 1999, when I was sent to the final Solar Eclipse of the Millenium in Avebury England and climbed the hill to receive the download. Until 12-21-2012 I have done exactly what I was supposed to do. Every single triple date from then till 12-12-12 I was to position my physical body on a certain geographical location in some strange place to hook up my spiritual linkage to the light. My crown is commonly referred to as giant dish with a zillion energies floating above it, by the psychics who see the energy. In this final year of 2013, after the final 12-21-2012 I got to rest a minute. OK OK OK, times up they tell me, and back to work. What does this look like for all of us? Well, the new day dawns with the global unification process firmly placed into position. The light has come on fully and those who are here to help from far away are here and willing, those already here, who know who they are, they are are ready to help too. This party is now getting started. As you shake off the sleepiness, the toxins, the less, and the loss, you too will remember that this the time we have all been waiting for and we are the ones we were waiting for. Venting

When you get near a vent, meaning some one with some thing to say. Stand back! Steam can come or frigid air or frustration or fear and insecurity, there is also the vent of the victim, poor me no one cares!! My good friend Fred Kraemer, always told when you are near the venting, take notes, it is that person revealing their truthes to you about them. It is a great opportunity to know more about them and their choices, beliefs and processes. I hear words that curl my very straight hair sometimes, and thanks to Fred, I know they are not mine, or about me in any way. The vent is hissing and YUP I am taking notes! Let's use this tool for our highest good now too!

Birthday - or Rebirthday

I have had great birthdays and great parties and great gifts in my life, my mother was a great cake baker and made exactly what I wanted! In this new energy let the rebirth of your soul and it's new position here in this fast changing place, be the best you have ever had. Celebrate your choices. Celebrate your abilities. Celebrate your willingness to participate. Then invite those of like mind to celebrate with you. This is the time we all came for and those who are staying to play should have the greatest rebirth-day ever. Congratulations to us all!

Precious, precious, precious

Moments, memories and loves that last lifetime after lifetime. I see what people deem precious all of the time. It is how they dress, how they speak, what their home looks like, who their friends are. Precious means special and worthy and fragile all at the same time. WILLINGNESS TO BELIEVE AND EMBRACE PRECIOUS COMES FROM THE INSIDE. You must find those treasures in your own heart, pull them into your mind, savor them and then re-manifest them in your life NOW. I find those memories of childhoods the most precious of all. The simplest day, the sunniest weather, the greatest adventure, and the smiliest faces of friends and family close in. That is the precious part of my life. That is why we do horses here, nothing creates precious moments like people and horses making memories together! To share nice

I have always shared nice, ever since I was a kid I shared and shared. My thoughts, then my words, then my joys, then my heart and then my stuff too. I realize now that in that exchange I shorted myself over and over. My abundant Jupiter world has a lot to share, big sharing capacity, and I forget to allow others to share with me in their own special way. I have a hard time seeing what others offer if it is not what I expected. I am learning to notice and enjoy the little things too and that will be a very happy ending to this lifetime. Share nice, all that you have and are is good enough!

Help has finally arrived

Look up everyone, the sky brings the promise of those who have chosen to be a part of Earth's recovery program. It is the time of prophesy, the timing is spot on and the shift of power has begun. You will know us by our eyes, the eyes will have it. I tell those looking, ask your questions and then watch the eyes of those you are speaking with, they will either engage with you and hook up the data sharing link, or they will dart off. Knowing this will change your position. You will move into the power position by the ability to look straight into my eyes and speak your truth without fear or need of approval. This is the key to discernment. You are all being challenged here to know your own truth and those who believe the same truth. I believe in five things, love, hope, faith, peace and freedom. I will tell all that I know

For a very long time I lived in fear of revealing the knowings that I had. That is the truth. Memories of past lives and the deaths that resulted from those truths echoed in my head. I know WHO I AM. I always have, the closer I got to now, the more vivid the memories became. I can manifest physical issues from past lives just by thinking them into my reality. That is dramatic. We talked about this yesterday, the fears and insecurites that no one who knows me, knows about. People think I am brave and crazy and magical and something to fear. They have been warned against those with my gifts from the beginning of time. I am the Holy Medicine Snake Woman, I was in the 1800's and I am still that soul. This is the year of the snake, the knowledge and truth that has been forbidden, not by GOD, by humans. They created that story, that book, that slavery system of living under their rules, telling you falsehoods condemning you with shame and guilt. The fruit of the tree of knowledge, the snake energy is for all to know and understand. The cadecus of the medical field's sign is that snake, she is not for the one or the elite, but for all of us! The Roman empire rules still today, covertly under the guise of the Vatican, nothing has changed. This is the rule of the elite human community and they are now leaving our planet. It is now our time, their time is up. We are on the verge of Global community living, with abundance for everyone in every nation, equally pursuing our hopes and dreams now. That is God's desire for our world, not punishment or secrets or seperation. That is what I know for sure and will tell from now on. Teach - able

To morph into the next level of our evolution we must open our hearts and minds to becoming teach- able. That means learn and share what you have learned. People are in need now. Coaches are waking up every where to assist in this process. If you are waking up, listen and learn, ask questions, be willing to change your old habits, then you too can become TEACH - ABLE. Until then relax and allow, the shift is on us, you are all feeling it intensely. Eat well, sleep alot, pray for miracles and meditate on the new energy and how it will manifest. This is it.

Where do I go from here

Find a place, a group of people or a philosphy that fits your ever growing soul now. Many of you are bursting out of your chrysalis and with wet wings you look around not knowing where you belong. You fit, I promise, in your very special way there is a place that matches all that you are and bring here. There are people who are like you in many ways and would love to have you around. Creating communities of healing people, healing the land, their health, each other, is now where we go with our world. If not, we will not get what we came for. Own your purpose, own your feelings, then use your experiences as guideposts for what not and to do. This is the fork in the road from a past that is over now. Medicine, law, politics and banking has taken what it wanted and now they will have to return all of it in spades. Our galactic family, angels and loved ones will make sure of that. You simply need to say, show me where I go from here and YOU WILL INSTANTLY KNOW!

What do you truly cherish?

That is what shall remain, all else must pass away now. People, do not take for granted anything, anyone or any other aspect of your human experience. You have choices all day, every single day, and no one makes them but YOU. You are the maker and breaker of your patterns, and your reality. Choice of those things that you adore now will make them everyday in everyway occurences. Sightings of the good stuff floating by or in someone else's world needs to stimulate you to take this for yourself. Make a list, check it twice, then ask your higher self to show you where you need to improve in maintaining and retaining these wonderful things and people in your daily life. If you push stuff away from lack of worthiness, then become a child of the king in your own mind. If you see less, lack or loss as a part of your reality, find the reality of abundance for all and free energy and health. It is there, promised and delivered, your mind and heart must be open and deserving of what your soul knows is available and what you truly need. Cherishing it and saying so is the way to keep it forever, it starts and stays with only YOU.

I love them, I buy them for myself all of the time. Last year we even planted some and this morning after the strom, the very first one bloomed!! Life is good isn't it?

Metaphorical health

Meta, magic. You are magical and meta in every way, although many have forgotten that. In healing the body, the best and quickest way through is using the meta perspective. Why is my body doing that thing ???? There is a reason, find the reason, stop the process. It is that simple. My friend has cataracts now, what from??? I say indigestion. You say what??? I say when the process takes in toxic food and ideas and choices, it can not process them, it will go to the place that body believes will get the attention and detailed data and healing it needs. What are your eyes, your vision of close up and far away, your windows to the world from your soul. The window to your soul from the outside. I always look to the eyes. Your kidneys, with the emotional aspect on the bottom and your liver with your frustrations on the top. Very complicated and very simple. Coating the eye means there is a layer of LEFT OVER junk undigested that is still there and needs to be processed. Period. It is up to each one to see and then believe and then they can clear the debris and sparkle and shine they way they were designed to. The inability to see ahead with joy is the emotion and the cause! If that was me, I would change that now!! Freewill, hard and easy all at the same time.

The two little brothers

Years ago the two little brothers got sick and they, the aunt and the mom, who both had a vested interest in them, became the focus of how they would recover. They were in conflict over these boys and the boys felt and manifested the pain. That is the gift of children - they reflect you! I know a girl who has an injury taking her to a totally different life this summer, it is not her injury, it is the injury of her father, who will not listen to her words. Kids have no trouble moving from words to demonstrating body reflections in the form of illness, injury or personality disorders. The child at the clinic yesterday hits, and it is another reflection and that one is serious in every way. We must become accountable for our stuff here people, you can't just run and hide and complain about what you do not like. You must first own it and then analyze it and keep the good part and forgive and forget the rest. Let the guilt and shame go. If you want a healthy loving family then it starts with every single word and tone that comes from your mouth. Nothing less than perfect will do, and that is good enough.

SUMMER SOLSTICE ENERGY

BE CALM, choose well and with love only, speak your truth kindly and accept nothing less than what you desire. Time is up. You are here for a reason, surviving is not an option any more. Thriving is the only energy we should be focusing on. Our gardens, in every field of our life should be lovingly tended. The gardens of food are only one thing, the garden of family and friends another very important garden, the garden of self the most important terrain you will ever have here and have the chance to take care of. It starts with you. Be you, in love with you, playing and laughing with you. Look at every second of your day as time spent with YOU, the terrain responds to you, the inner dweller, the embodied spirit. Feed you, admire you, run around the block with you. Then when you are good and happy and healthy then only then, share you. If you are not in love with you you cannot be in love with us. We are recruiting lovers of all kinds, lovers of the Universe, lovers of land, animals, kids and life all day and all night long, those not interested or willing to manifest only love need not apply. This is getting better and better every single day! I love this job!

I LOVE HUDSON WIS!

I have heard things about living in your hometown, like why??? well here it is. We have a beautiful clean river, beautiful happy people, hills of green and 30 minutes to the airport if you drive fast! I was born here, 55 and half years ago today and I raised my girls here too. This has been a safe and inviting place for us. It is really spectacular and offers all of what I love in life. Tonight we have free music, real rock and roll in our park by our river in our town, see??? That's why I live here, magic happens here everyday, and we SUSTAIN IT with our SUSTAIN HUDSON non-profit GROUP OF LAND HEALERS AND RECYCLERS AND RAIN CATCHCERS!! Closing in on our future here

Pushed and prodded, like sheep in a herd in a tight place, relying on one herder and one dog. There are no more herders now, they are all being exposed for their crimes and we are free now to choose. We actually always were but we got a little deaf and blind and a lot fooled. That is where those Indigos came in. I am one, as are many of you who read this, we are the pot stirring ones. Noisey and busy and never satisifed. Asking questions that weren't being answered and getting it for doing that. Remember the YOU'RE GONNA GET IT, IF YOU KEEP THAT UP Speech from those who didn't want to answer, Truth was they either did not know or did not want YOU to know. That was then and now we are closing in on our future and the world that was meant to be is here for us now. Damage done to people and places is stopping now, those who took a time out to be drunk or stupid or simply lazy is gone again. I don't mean that in a critical way, it just is what had to happen to survive this place for awhile. Autism is the gift that parents needed to step up and make choices for their own kids, not allowing another to poison them with ANYTHING ever! I am grateful to those who played that part in this drama, and now that we have arrived, we can lift that veil and restore those who choose that injury in an effort to help with the awakening. This future we are creating is the most promising our Earth has ever created, our gifts along with hers will open energy and abilities that this planet has never seen, I, for one, am going to enjoy this a bunch!

6-20-2013 = 5 Today is my 55.5 birthday

Math is perfect, it is one of those tools that Creator provided for our knowledge and comfort. I love that and I use this gift a lot. I count, I play piano, I do numerology and on it goes, and with this gift I see order and explanation to many things. In looking at my math today I see the 555, the changes so great and magical that I need only accept them as there is nothing else to do. When I add the 5's together with the day I get a 20, partnership at an elevated level and the actual date of my birth in December. I know everything is going to be great, I have believed for a very long time and never given up on anything or anyone for that matter. Numerology can be bought through various websites. Mine is the 999. All completion, and we are there, aren't we?

There comes a time when only the truth will be heard

You have seen the smoke and mirrors of what people do and say to get their way. It is fascinating. I am always impressed by the abilities. I sometimes wonder why the creativity and energy isn't spent on the good of the people and our world here. I know we want to believe. We want someone to take care of everything for us, yet it is us who needs to do it. Listen and discern the truth for yourself, I don't care who writes your check or tells you what you want to hear. It is up to us to look at the bigger picture now and help where help is most needed. I have wanted someone to offer full disclosure my whole life, not the distorted beliefs of someone who has an agenda that is not about the greater good. I know as the people wake up and take responsibility now, only the truth will be heard. The rest will simply die out, and become a memory. Ask, receive and believe, it is time for full disclosure, we have earned the right to know everything now.

Expectations

I watch others respond constantly to the energy that surrounds them. It is a great hobby and a very remarkable gift. I know how to turn on the light and I can also turn it down. People set themselves up, the expectations of each soul make them or break them. I have expected great things my whole life and mostly that is what I have created for myself. I love my life and my work and my family and my friends and that is good enough for me. Yet I have also expected others to create energy the same way I do, with magic and light and joy and never saying no. I have been disappointed. That is not their fault, nor do I blame them, yet I still feel the disappointment. How does that happen?? I have expectations of my own value, my own worth, my own abilities. I sometimes expect others to have the same values and worths and abilities that I have and use. I know that is simply not going to happen. I am my own result of my own expectations. Nothing more and nothing less. I can only watch and see what others do. No expectations. The only one I can expect to be with and love forever is ME. Everything else is a gift.

Love does not see faults or blame

If God saw faults and felt blame we would have ceased to exist a long time ago and been put back into the starting blocks. That is not how love works. It is constructive, supportive, merciful, forgiving and joyful even in the most challenging situation. Human's forget that in their struggles to right their struggles and the struggles of others. It is the raising of their eyes, both internal and external vision that love does. Look up, look further, and then look within to the spark that is YOU. It is still worthy of being here and doing good and loving and constructive things. It grows with breath and light and when you laugh or sing or say sweet things it goes exponential. It heals it's own and begins again each day. First you must love yourself, set boundaries to keep yourself safe and in the light, expect nothing from others they are doing their own work now. If you find you both love the same thing then do that only, if you find you love each other, then do that too. Stay out of blame or fault, it is not for you to fix, love is all that is needed here. Let love shine the light to your future, do today something with someone you love, laugh and make plans and let's get this energy lightened up! If you are struggling, say you are so sorry and move on, time heals all wounds and love supercedes time!

Dr. Tsunami

That is what some of my frineds call me. I think it fits. They say I am the the thing you meet before the great change. I was told twenty some years ago I was riding a wave of change that only 1% of 1% were on, that number has now exploded and I am so glad for the company. That wave is about to hit shore. Over the next few days we will see and be in a place we prayed for all along. Those hitting the fulcrum of the infinity center who have their keys will slip on in. I have been giving out keys for years. Those not will also get a fresh start. Either way it was chosen by the individual. Freewill and all. The work of a visionary

I have many roles I play here, but one real job. That is to know for sure that everything is going to be all right. I have a vision of healing, of the gifts that our Universe wants us to have and use for the reunion party we are about to have. I have seen this coming for a long long time and now I am peaceful that holding my vision steady and strong was all I ever needed to really do. Seems like an easy task to some, yet to focus most of my energy on the horizon of hope and restoration takes all that I have every day. I do some other things too, but mostly for the fun of it. This planet is about to go upside down and if the visionaries weren't in place to hold the view on the future of love and healing, we may not have gotten this done. Most people think instead of feel or know in their hearts what is true and right for their lives and loves. Visionaries know for sure from the knowing and feeling on the inside, not the learned lessons of one short human life here. The frontal lobe of the brain is 5%, that is where the lessons, the beliefs, the ego and the emotions hang out. I prefer to use the 95% of my brain which is pure light, color and sound, there is where my visions come from and they are pure energy. I project them with my words and deeds here, that is why I am a Naturopath and a mom and a great friend of humans and animals alike. Find your calling, it is time to do our best work as we join with the others now. Thank you Creator for my gift and my willingness to hold on to it and use it for the highest good of all.

WE ARE STILL HERE a book about the AIM , by Dick Bancroft and Laura Wittstock

I have a friend who co authored a book about the American Indian Movement. He took the photos and remembered the stories. I took the book to the beach yesterday and immersed myself in it. I am so honored that I have a chance to see the pictures and read the stories of those who have been brave and willing and who have been a part of the awakening process here on our planet. As a family member to these people it has an extra energy to me and my story, I feel the seperation and loss personally when I review the book. DNA is alive in each of us and the closer to your roots it is the more intense the energy, like the roots of a tree. So today I stand with those whose work has reached into our world with the memories and history of such great effort put into the stories of loss and sacrifice and now remembering the people. We need to focus on us, our own families, our neighborhoods, our communities. These stories have value and great perspective and I strongly suggest that All Americans read this about our country and it's choices about OUR people here. Stop looking on the outside for what needs to be changed and loved and healed on the inside. Do you recognize a vampire when you see one?

There are TV shows that demonstrate THOSE realities. Vampires are one of those very real energy sucking creatures in human form. They are those who pretend to want to be friends or more, so that they can get close enough to pull some of your energy. It can be your smile, YOUR IDEAS, your money, your time, your help and the list is never ending but it is YOURS not theirs. Not their's ever. They are always the one who shows up but never invites, eats at your house but you never eat at theirs and they point out the weaknesses of things to pretend to be a helper or interested or both. Pretend- ing is the truth. They know once exposed they will need to move on to feed somewhere else on someone else's energy or kindness. They never stay with one person or group for long, their job changes too. I am telling us to be prudent, be self loving, be the one who is so AWARE AND CLEAR that an energy vampire would bounce off the strength of your aura and WARM radiance. Be in the light, stand brightly, shine it on everyone who comes in close and this will never be an issue, these people are hiders and like secrets and privacy. WALK INTO THE CROWD NOW, COMMUNITY IS WHERE LIFE IS! WE ALL DESERVE LIFE AND COMMUNITY AND TO KEEP OUR OWN ENERGY.

You measure your own worth and energy

I hear people try to compare their energy, the value, their abilities to others. Their health, their vitality too. They say I am tired, or broke or in pain. The first thing you need to do to move out of that arena, is to stop believing that that is true. You are incomparable. ME TOO! Your measuring stick is only for you. You do not have the ability to measure me in any way ever, nor I you. So today, measure up, you can find one good thing about you if you try. Be the best at something you love or with someone you love. Smile and laugh and write nice notes, and make cheerful phone calls and you will wake up tomorrow in a better place! I will too!

The EYES have it!

I watched as Jessie looked at Martin and then Martin back at Jessie, the eyes said it all. I love you, I will Not live here any longer without you, and I am truly forever yours. I have seen it in the eyes of those who are lost, or trapped here. They are darting, looking for something to hold on to, something or someone to trust. They were never taught to trust themselves and until that it accomplished, there can be no other trust here. I know people who have lived hard lessons and still to this day don't know what that was all about. Regret, loss, guilt follow people throughout their lives until they see the whole truth in the light of love, self love and scceptance of the knowledge, that they were the creator of their own reality.If you have a memory that haunts you, a feeling you can't shake, a hindrance to love, connection and honesty, immerse yourself in it. Find the hidden meaning, the silver lining. ASK YOUR HIGHER SELF AND YOUR GUARDIAN ANGEL TO ASSIST YOU IN THE VIEWING. Then move out and away from it forever, with the knowledge that you learned and lived through IT and are free to love and be loved again, in every way!! This is how we are going to reconnect, with self, with one another and with the Universe!

Mars and Venus

That book tells the vast differences between those two planets and the metaphorical manifestation on earth. WHO IS VENUS? SHe is the strength behind grace and beauty and abundance. WHO IS MARS? The forceful energy of effort and strength and accomplishment. Together they can create amazing things, apart they are seperate actions of their own parts, without benefit of the design of together and whole. They are good apart and grand and glorious together. Two halves of the greater whole. If you recognize yourself as one of those aspects, celebrate the memory. Own it. Ask for the completion in any form it comes, since the love of the whole of human is the ultimate in every endeavor. This is huge gift to those ready to embrace it. Meditate on what this looks like for you and our world now.

Keep your eye on the prize

We are so close now to the dream come true time. Do not settle for less. I hear people say, isn't that good enough? Or this is all I have. I do not believe that, you all have access to the whole enchilda. Hold your vision for our new earth and what it holds. Hold the vision for your role in it and your partner too. Hold your vision for the love we need to remedy this shifting planet. And don't let anyone talk you in to settling for anything less! We are worthy of great things, be worthy in your own mind and heart and your life build itself around your self love and the unlimited value of that! This is what we have come for, do not give in to less, no matter how convincing GOOD ENOUGH seems. This is the time for the very best, in every way every day. Eye on the prize and that prize is love!

Sharing the energy

Humans are not taught to share, they are taught to own. Native Americans know you own nothing here, you are simply a steward. How you take care of something is your stewardship, that goes for people, places and things. If I am to be a worthy steward then I should take a look at what I am responsible for first. The body, that is the first thing you must be a steward to. You only get the ONE. It is your home and, "your vehicle, baby and it can take you anywhere you wanna go". First it must be fed, rested, cleaned and cared for, honored and respected and nurtured too. It is a gift, not a given, just ask someone in a wheelchair. Until you get that lesson, you should not take on any other stuff. You will have the same result in other stewardships that you do with your body and life. I see people move in and take over wanting to steward me and mine when they can't even take care of their own stuff or share it! I take really good care of me and mine, ask my horses or my girls. I do not need someone taking over what I already do well. I do, however, know my limitations and boundaries and hire the rest done. We are learning to be stewards again, sharing and caring about our world, not using it up and throwing it away, or taking more than we can take good care of. To sustain this life and planet, become the steward of self first, then share that energy with others, I believe once accomplished this will all work out to our benefit.

I honor others with a $10 coupon for referrals to my clinic. I have done that for a long time, it is more than a thank you, it is honoring the gift of trust and respect. Yesterday I thought about that long and hard. Is it enough? It is an honor to have people you work with, care about and feel strongly enough about you and your work to refer a friend or colleague to you. It is wonderful for us and it sets up a network of healing within their own group or family. Sharing their questions and successes promotes growth and knowledge. That is cohesive stuff. Add in the honor and respect piece and you have a lifestyle of success and celebration. Think of way to honor those who trust you and love you and refer to you. This giving opens you to receiving. The play of the energy is pure joy and very lively. If someone becomes a black hole of taking, just stop with them and move on. It is up to you to decide where your energy and trust goes, and your love and money too. The church became a black hole for me long ago, so did politicians. Bankers followed quickly along with some doctors and dentists. Even friends and lovers went energetically black to me and took more than they gave. It is time to consider all of your choices, honor your true feelings, respect your own limitations and desires. The rest will need to take care of themselves now. You need to honor yourself first, everything comes after that, it is the self love humanity needs to survive and ultimately thrive here.

Yesterday I just needed to scream, so I did

Do you ever just need to let it all out? This is the time. Use the light, the warmth, the rain, the new matrix. It is time to let it all out, let it all pass away from you now. For those interested in the new earth, space needs to be created by cleaning out the old stuff. I have spent weeks getting rid of stuff I no longer need, not junk, good stuff. It is freeing to be clear and have the space for the light and air to be in. You need the light and air to be in you for you to heal and move forward. Go outside and holler or just sing real loud, and let it out. Find you voice in there under the shhhhh's of a million people you met along the way. My toxic step grandpa offered me a penny a minute to be quiet as a little girl and I always said , I have never earned a nickel that way. Speak up, clear your throat, let the words flow into the air of healing and release. It is not about them, it is about you. Today I look back at the waste of time and effort and know that that will never happen again in my life. Celebrate the emptiness, for in making space in love, with love and for love, LOVE will show up. It is time now.

DO NOT THROW THE BABY OUT WITH THE BATH WATER

In the changes coming this week about how you view love and your role with love and purpose in your life, the stakes are high and the energy super intense. You will feel the details of your life, and some will be difficult. Let them go with the prayer for healing and forgiveness, let your truth come through with the memory of baby you once were, perfect upon arrival and then peppered with a lifetime of challenges. You are in the bath right now, wash yourself clean. Keep the baby, go back to the beginning and fall in love with your self and your mission as it began at the start of this lifetime. You can erase the damage, the hurts and the seperation by starting fresh with yourself in love and with purpose on purpose. Your parents, teachers, preachers, coaches, and any one else who influenced your development needs to be seen in the light for their role. If they did good, good, if they hurt you, tell them you forgive them and have learned to let it go and make sure it never happens to anyone else. That is the long term benefit of such harsh lessons. I had an abortion that tore my soul apart, and it taught me about love, about souls and their connection to this world and gave me the power to answer to the issue from a place of experience. My opinion counts in that department, those who have not had to choose, do not get to say anything ever. I would not trade that for anything, my voice is strong and my feelings real when it comes to that knowing. That is the gift of the human lifetime, wash yourself clean, and keep that baby, start fresh now and let's get to work! This is just starting to get good!!

Don't try to predict anything

Just be who and how you are and want to be all of the time and leave the rest to the rest. I predict and project for a living, since I am HAWK energy I can see over the next hill for people and point them in the direction of better health. That is a good job, it is way easier for me to see since I fly high and see far. Yet trying to predict which way you will go even if the options are clear is not my job or even what I care about any more. You are a crap shoot. I only throw the dice, you land where ever you decide to. I can not control that, no one can but YOU. I wanted to predict a way home for me that was easiest, yet I choose one that was difficult. It is those lessons yet to learn that keep popping up. Just when you think you know everything, you find out you know nothing at all again. Learning to be in the present, grateful and loving and kind, is the only thing I can do. I can not predict tomorrow, or another's behavior, or even the weather, so I better just make hay today, for this is the sunny day I get and will be in gladly. I can protect myself, surrounding myself with love and light and where I am, there is all that I need. Good enough, a lesson that took awhile to understand. No waiting, no predicting, just me. Raise your standards

We have all come to expect too little. We take what we get and ask no questions. We eat what we are served even though we know it is full of crap. We even offer more to compensate for the losses we have and feel, just for the company. We let those who throw us bone once in awhile be in our lives. I just went to the boss with the truth about a company who tried to take advantage of us, and did not quit until I got went I went for. I would have in the past just given up and paid, feeling the lack of conflict was a better choice. I am extraordinary character and learned to take less, ask for less and accept less in many parts of my life because I am so different and thought I was too different for them to really know me. I thought well, something is better than nothing. I felt that way for a long time, not wanting to make waves since the world of waves is where I live and work and how I function as an Indigo. In the past few years I started making bigger waves, by asking for what I wanted. I am now starting to get it. I guess I just expected less, so less is what I got back then. Look out, we, all of us extraordinary characters are now raising our standards and only those with the same standards or above need show up. The rest, they can be with each other somewhere other than here. Here's to love, sustainability, honesty and a world of peace and prosperity and health for everyone!! Looking for others who standards are way up there too!!

It is not WHO YOU ARE, it is how you are

At the end of my trial, the judge came down from his perch and asked to address us all, jurors, lawyers and ME. He ssid this case has left me feeling good about what I see in this room, you all were so kind and respectful to one another and the energy here all week long was uplifting. I am proud to be a part of this and you should be too. WOW! It didn't matter that KSTP was there, or Dr. Susan Anderson, the who was out, the how was in! You are remembered here by the energy left by how you are - think about that and how about it??

ENDINGS the new beginning

The world is ending, your human experience will end, the seasons all end and that is the reality of Earth. It is not the reality of you though. You are the never ending story. From before now, and on and on you live. The adventure ever changing. To get to the next thing though you must end the current thing. We cannot have winter without the end of summer, we can not have healthy till we end toxic. We can not have truth and integrity till we end hiding. I saw a picture of a friend at the cemetary where his wife is. It was an ending. It is also a beginning for the next day, it is a fresh start. If you are in transition, pray for the end , peaceful and loving. That is the way to get your new beginning. I for one, want fresh and new, and a world that is willing to start over at a higher and lighter and more loving and true existence. This is that time, open to it with your eyes wide and your smile bright, let go and let's live!

Pretending does not cut it anymore

I see people trying to find their way, so they pretend to care or have an interest in something they really are not about. Trying to fit in as it were. Loving a person is not about pretending, neither is loving your work or your play. It takes a lot of energy to fake it, and then when the truth is revealed the embarrassment is toxic, that shows in the colon everytime. It is the most common form of cancer we have. Pretending to know more or even something you don't does it, pretending to be a friend doesn't either. I have always just been me, can't do my job and pretend to care, especially after 20 plus years. I can't love my horses or my land if I am simply pretending to, they rely on me, all day and all night, all of the time. I cannot come and go on a whim or if I get upset. I am present and authentic and true to me. I can not pretend to have faith or hope or love if I do not truly live that way in light and full exposure of that truth. I used to see pretenders in church right up front, and then see their dark auras of deceit. I hated that as a kid. Now I don't care anymore. Let go of the pretending, that is for kids, we are adults. To be present you must be open, honest and caring, no faking it. Tell the truth about yourself to you, then the rest will simply show up as scheduled. Law of attraction is alive and well, pretenders only get what they give, smoke and mirrors. I want real and true, how about YOU??

Lesson two All you have is YOU!

Nothing more and nothing less, you are all there is. From early in the morning till late at night, it is just you living in and with you. Then while the body sleeps - you leave. Off to visit or hook up with those you choose to confer with on a consciousness level. Sometimes night hook ups are all you get, day time links may be lost, due to seperation or conflict, even death. Your dreams tell the tales, mine sure do. Then when you return to the body in the daylight there is more to share, more to know and yes, even more to love - because YOU have returned! I love morning, I love me and coffee and angel cards and this blog, and remembering how important ME is to this world of ME. When I take care of the animals it is ME they see and love, I know now that is all I have. I can control it, cherish it, celebrate it and love it more than I have ever before, and that is lesson two. nuff said

I'll go first - follow if you want to

OK? I have spoken about a lot of things and I will stand by every single one of them. Now it is time for you to speak, too. Let's say this, as a human with a purpose, you all have one, unique to you. Finding it and using for your highest good and the highest good of all, the challenge. I was challenged in the 5th grade when a mercury filling was put in my mouth. It changed me forever. I knew in that moment because of what it did to my body and brain, that my life would never be the same. It ended my childhood right then and there, my hormones kicked on and I became an adult overnight. Not equipped at all, it was a real battle to embody that transformation. I hated and loved school, some of the teachers were idiots, kids were struggling and no one seemed to notice or care. Beatings and other abuses were the order of the day, whether you deserved it or not. Food was awful, things likes twinkies and mcdonalds showed up. Church was poison and it damaged the trust of those who needed to believe. Three things saved me, my horse, my vision and my ability to be in two worlds at the same time. I see energy, like a hawk, far or near, it has form and color and I know when it warms and flows, and went it goes dark and turns to vampire. I have physical power, my horses, who number 11 are that field for me. I know they support me in energetically and when the 12th arrives I will share them all with you. I have the wolves with me always, in the form of dogs and yes, real wolves come here too. These are my totems, the hawk, the horse and the wolf, they are me and I am them, together in a unique form called Susan. I am also a part of the Buffalo and I am patiently holding space for them. I see, then I share what I see and that is my power and my gift. I have the energy of the Angel embodiment that is my origin from Venus and it sustains me. I form around that field and manifest that into my life and the world in a beautiful way. From this position, these four directions, I do my work here, all day, no matter what I am doing, I am doing my work. I love this world and all of you in it, follow the path and you will find you too. In the center of the circle is US, find your way in. Then I want to hear what you have to say. Summer is play time!!

Kids love summer, so do I! No rules about anything, stay up late, play outside, go barefoot, laugh, swim, ride, whatever gets your motor running. This is the summer of our dreams. We knew we would get here if we stayed the course and yes, we made it. 26,000 years and tears, past now. Earth is shifting, actually flipping around. Some of us are really excited about that. I for one have spent 1,000's of years making sure this would happen. As I look to our summer ahead, I see great things coming. I have worked hard for a very long time, and I know that was the right way, now SUMMER HAS COME, and I for one, am going out to play!!! HOW ABOUT YOU - CELEBRATE your success at simply arriving at a time that easily could have not been available. We have made this so, so use it well. Be the one you want to be with and you will attract the friend that is just like you, be the energy of the new season of the new calendar, Old gone now forever, enjoy the fresh and new YOU and Me too.

You are the garden

I tell people I can help with their biological terrain, it is like the garden, YOUR GARDEN. The you, your spirit, is living in the terrain of human existence, it is called the body and it is an amazing partnership. If you nurture it and nourish it, it will yield mighty bounty. If you neglect it or poison it or expect someone else to tend to it, well that is the other option isn't it?? I know we are undereducated on terrain management and also that we are fooled into thinking that a correction after years of abuse or neglect can shift it quickly. If you decide to upgrade your terrain, the garden of you, give it some real thought. First it takes 90 days to yield something new. A seed takes a season to flower. Harvesting what you have sown seems to be causing issues for some of you out there. Take a long look at all the input, materials, attitudes, and expectations. This is where you need to start. Outline for yourself the PLAN specific for you. No comparing here, just you taking care of you. What do you want for you? Beauty, energy, immunity, peace, healing, productivity - that should get you started. Then endeavor to add in the pieces that support that development, do it like a business you want to build. Be around positive influences, be a positive influence. Drama or regret need not apply, you can do this, it is your sovereign right to be in charge of you and getting that understood will yield amazing recoveries and beautiful healthy people. I am here to support that on this planet, if you need help come and see us.

Communicating truth

I have seen it said out loud, shown, demonstrated - because it all comes through in color, sound and a field of energy. Then it manifests itself. I have denied some of it from time to time and tried to tolerate some of the other. What I have learned that no matter how you communicate your truth it is true. When I was robbed, Joe's truth was that he thought I and probably every one else had more than he did, and he got mad enough and crazy enough to steal what I had. He could have worked on his own truth by doing good and right and handling his truth better, but instead he is in jail now. Jail comes in many forms, there is personal jail, the jail of alone, and then the jail of others, who who hold you captive. Truth is you create your own reality, every truth is real, demonstrated and ultimately manifested. Think about that now and live the truth you want to live in and with!!!

Behaving as if the God in all things matters

That is a great book. I read it many years ago and it still echoes in my head. I sometimes have to say it out loud to keep it in the front of my mind. We are so used to seeing that which needs to be fixed, we forget that the focus is what becomes the reality. Focusing on the God in all things, is my reality and that is where I need to focus, the fixing happens automatically. I do not need to hear about it, talk about it or even notice it. Now that's what peace is. See the good, the light and the right and the rest will take care of itself. NUFF SAID

I woke to this advice

What you tolerate will never change and what you respect you will attract over and over. How can I respect what I can barely tolerate?? Teachers, preachers, parents, bosses, cops - they all wanted respect and thought that it came automatically with the position. I thought about this and realize it is true and I do not respect that in any way. Respect is earned. I tolerate many things that I do not agree with. Throwing cigarette butts on the ground is one of those things. The next time I see that happen, I will walk right over to it and pick it up and put it where it belongs. I respect gentleness. I am gentle with my horses and other animal friends, I am gentle with children. Life is challenging enough on it's own and nothing less will do. Everything needs to be handled with care as if it fragile and deserves my respect. Tolerate only what you want to keep around, change the rest. Respect all the parts of your life and behaviours you love and they will follow you all the days of your life. Two good things to wake up to understanding. Thank you Creator for my dreams and my awakenings.

Know what you really want before you ask for it

People see what others have and say they want that. Money, cars, cool jobs, a family, horses, the list goes on and on. Like a Christmas letter to Santa with all it's hopes and wishes and dreams without really knowing THE TRUTH OF THEIR CHOICES for sure. Then when that job shows up or the money arrives, or the baby is born, they realize that is not what they wanted but what they THOUGHT THEY SHOULD WANT. I have had that happen in relationships. On the outside, looking in at what I think I would and should like or do or have, and then when I get it - I say to myself, OOPS! I was married to a cowboy once, who said had he read my natal chart before marrying me it would not have happened. That would have been the right road for both of us, but sometimes we do not look before we leap. I made a choice based on should instead of really looking at it clearly before I asked for it and GOT IT. Now is the time to really KNOW. Be quiet, listen, and really hear yourself. What really matters to you all of the time, as opposed to should or could or maybe once in a while. Make your real life list, the one that is authentically yours and yours alone without the opinions of others. Then when it solid, ask for the person whose list matches yours! Ask for the job, the family, the life, that YOU REALLY WANT!! IN THIS TIME OF EXPANSION YOU WILL GET IT QUICKLY, SO ENJOY THE TIMING OF THIS, I AM.

A REASON OR A SEASON

Everything here is in cycles. Lunar cycles, seasonal cycles, the ebb and flow of life and all that it offers. In someone's life it is important to see this in the context of living well and seeing the reality of these cycles. I am a practiced observer, a seer in everyway and all I do, I love astrology and observe it's reality and my relationship to the Universal flow of the planets. We are in a season now of knowing the reasons. Awakening is happening everywhere and people are seeing the larger picture of their human adventure. In this season, summer, we get a chance at massive amounts of light and growth, plants do it, animals mate and have babies too. Humans need to avail themselves of this time to really make some HAY. Astrologically it is huge stuff, the end of 7 eclipses that changed us all here forever. This new season comes with the Sagittarian blessing of freedom and truth and expansion. Again I say avail yourself of the reason for this season and embrace it for yourself! There has never been a better time than this one, grab for the golden ring, speak your truth, identify your loves and passions and let's get this world put back in order and enjoy the rest of our time here. This season is here for the brave and the willing and the awakened ones. The rest may just sleep right through it, leave them to their peace too. YOU DO YOU!

Chasing after something??

I often find the chase to be the craziest part of the human experience. Some people find it exciting, some find it educational and others never find anything at all. Maybe just for today you will consider that you are all that there is and the chase is just a waste of energy. Love and life and health and happiness are rightfully yours and true for you and what you are to be doing. Look back on the past five years and see what you have accomplished, check in with your successes and your blunders. Make a list of what went right and why, and then consider what you gave up or lost and note why too. Blame no one but yourself for each and every detail of your chase. As I rode with the kids the other day, I could see their little eyes moving from face to face, looking for security and approval. Our lesson that day was no matter who you are or what your so-called disability is, it was to be irrelevant to the project of horse back riding, which was the high order of the day. No one was chasing anything, everyone was present and as soon as they stopped looking around and starting focusing on their horse and their ride, everything fell into order beautifully and the day became an amazing success! You are in charge of you, in the present moment, focus, keep what you love, release the rest, no approval needed now. Here and happy, just for today, I will deal with tomorrow, if and when it ever gets here. In the mean time, no time to waste, love is all there is and I love this life! Time to RIDE!

Lesson one - the simple truth

You are wind, air, inspiration that becomes respiration - your wind fuels the fire, the electricity, that moves through your water, shaping the minerals that you are made from. Period. Breath in - BIRTH, breath out - DEATH. You are only in charge of your own breath and it stays in your field and with you up close and real personal. Use your breath sweetly, sing beautiful love songs, speak only words of encouragement, laugh at everything especially your own stuff. Those who think they can use my breath, my water, my minerals, or my fire, are misinformed, misaligned and will soon find themselves missing everything else too. That is is the simple truth, lesson one over. Peace out.

DREAMS

I have amazing dreams - asleep, half asleep and what I call awake dreams. In some I am fully conscious and have even talked while I was dreaming to the person next to me about my dream while I was still sleeping. They are vivid and symbolic and always come true. I studied dream meanings for many years and became very quick in analyzing them. It is a download of amazing power and knowledge and vision, and it comes to me with no effort at all, except that I NEED to be open and present. This is one of my greatest gifts, and I cherish it. So last night I dream of a TOTAL GREEN OUT ON THE SCREEN IN FRONT OF ME. A jackpot of whole green winning, and in my dream I am told this gift has only once happened before now here on Earth. I am delighted. I open the front of the screen and inside are my turquoise pants, and I realize that I am sitting there in my underwear only, and yes dancing around too, without my pants on. This is a big celebration, this is what we want and wish for, the return of Eden ,the greening of the heart of Earth and her people and the restoration of our world in love and recovery. The link between heaven and earth is GREEN, it is the heart of humans and it has arrived again now, for the second time in our history. It is the Venus and her Anael Angel and their return to our world. SO I PUT MY PANTS ON AND GOT TO WORK. How about you, this is cause to celebrate and to get to work now, this is what we wanted and have now attracted!!! YAY! I am so happy I am here for this, how about you??????

One of a kind - rare and special

We forget that sometimes. The universe never does. In the search for our own value we run around tapping into other's knowing. We try it on for size, measure it against what we know and then assimilate what we need and move on. It is funny how that works. It does keep you all very busy. It also keeps me in business. Let's just slow down for a minute and remember that with in the matrix of you, is the whole of the universe and there is no need to run around when all you need to do is sit down and ask and listen to your higher self and what it has to share, for that is specific to YOU and your rare and special way of being. Getting validated is the belief that somehow someone knows more than you do. It is false, we are all the same. To enjoy the sharing is wonderful, to crave it or need it or hunt it up or down is exhausting and energy wasting. YOU are all you will ever need. YOU have access to YOU and your health, life and success within reach at all times. It is being accountable, willing and self loving that sets you up for success. Take responsibility for you, don't worry about anyone else, or compare or be validated by their life or their approval of you. YOU DO YOU, and this will shift quickly into the world we have been working on and know she wants us to be. Self sufficient and abundance and love for all, equally. You are perfectly created, rare and special in every way. LOOK IN THE MIRROR, YOU WILL SEE IT IS TRUE!

Come on baby light my fire! So I did.

My little friend, Brekken was afraid to ride yesterday, his horse too big and his sight too weak. He felt small and insecure and worried. He said what if that horse bucks. I listened and watched and then I offered to ride behind him. Up we went on the back of Bubba, a beautiful red horse I have and love very much. Bubba was a rescued horse, so he has an extra measure of grace in his personality as all rescued creatures and people do. We were barely down to the other end when my little partner said - OK YOU CAN GET OFF NOW!!! That was all it took, some sharing, some light, some warmth, some true and real love. My fire lit his fire and it only took a moment to occur. I said, hey at least take me back to the end, and he said NO, I am ok by myself now, so I hopped off and he rode with grace and balance for the rest of the session. Now that is what I am talking about here. This is so easy everyone, do what you do, offer when it helps and get off and let them go when THEY say they are ready. Thank you Creator for the chance to share my light and my fire with those who need a little inspiration!! That is how we get this done.

Never quit

I was going to quit my job, I actually did for awhile. Then, the people said please see me, just me, just once, please. So I started working again, and I love it. I am not a quitter, never have been. If you have ever been to the casino with me you know that about me, I never want to quit. In meditating on my personality, I know that that, in balance, is core to who I am. I am the seer. I see light everywhere. Even in the dark I see light. A flicker of flame only needs one breath of hope and WHOOSH, it is blazing again. Why quit when I know that is who I am?? I have frineds from when I was tiny, still!! I never quit them nor they me. I have clothes I wore in High school and still wear them once in awhile. I have a hobbies and habits that have never quit me from lifetime to lifetime, horses and piano are two of my favorites. Today, find the flicker in yourself, speak loving breathing words of hope and encouragment to yourself. Never be offended, never give in or give up, you are all that there is and quitting you is only for the end of your life, after that you go back home. For now keep on trying, you are worth, me too!!

THE LONG LONG WAIT

When I was a kid my mother used to say, Jesus is coming, you better be ready. So I got ready and was ready, every day I was ready. Waiting and waiting and waiting for a day that she said would come. I have waited for many things, many people and many changes to show up in my life. Waiting and waiting and waiting. I slowly woke up to the fact that only thing I was trained to wait for, I already had and I already was. It was me! Isn't it strange how the misconception got put in to our world. People want to trust that what they are being taught is right and true, and we have found out that we have been taught to wait for NOTHING except us and we are already here! We are those who we have waited for. We are Jesus, he taught that with communion - we were all together every day as ONE!!!! How then did we forget?? WHO CARES? Well, I do, I care that we wait no longer. There is nothing left to wait for, no one is coming, we are them!! I am who I need the most, and I need to love that and me the best. The rest need to take care of themselves. If you have waited, please, think about this, you are all that you need, a perfect human with a grand opportunity in just being you!!! Love that, save yourself the wait!! Get out there and get on with it, we need you NOW! Hallelujah, the waiting is over and I for one, am glad, so very glad.

KIDS AND HORSES - A POWERFUL CONNECTION

Today we are sharing our horses with a group of special kids. Luckily we have very special horses. I have known the connection my whole life and that is why I make it available to others. I was told the other day the riding stable near me is closed now after 40 years. So sad. A young lady rode with me on Sunday, I could see her curiousity and maybe a little fear there. She picked my new horse who had left a family of many years to join me in his new life. He also was curious and maybe a little fearful, change is challenging to people and animals alike. Together, they worked it out. Around they went, slowly at first, testing each other. I said to her, talk to him, pet him and listen to him too. She did, and so did he. In the end he gave her a little cantor to the end of the arena and she squealed with amazement. I said - now there is true joy!! This is where passion comes from. Power and promise coming together to teach and reach a human and a world in need. SHE WILL BE BACK, SHE IS HOOKED!! PUT SOME POWER IN YOUR DAY TODAY, DO SOMETHING YOU ARE CUROIUS ABOUT AND MAYBE A LITTLE AFRAID TO TRY, YOU WILL BE RICHLY REWARDED! Courage changes the world! And for sure, this world needs some changing!

Where is YOUR home now?

It is where your heart is. WHEN YOUR HEART IS SOMEWHERE, THEN YOU ARE HOME THERE where ever that is. Many are leaving and going home, back to their original home, where their heart truly is. Earth is hard, and many have not got a home here any longer. A guy jumped off a bridge and went home, another got cancer and used that to get home too. You can go now where you are at home, be where you can be in your heart and with what and who your heart loves. Some will keep looking, when it was right there all the time, other's will wait and wait for it to find them. The Creator gives us a way back to self and ultimately Source. That is our real home. I live at my home here on this planet with my heart in it. Everything I do and have I truly love. That is all where my home is for now, think about it, and be on your way home to where you can be safe and loved and happy for ever now. Home and heart are the same thing. Simple and true, where is your home? FIND IT AND FALL BACK IN LOVE WITH YOURSELF AND YOUR MISSION HERE.

Wonders never cease

I love wonders. Wonders of the world, the wonders of humans, wonders are wonderful and inspiring and truly they never cease. I believe in love and have hope for it coming back to this planet in a big way. I have a faith that is unshakeable in every way and use it to fuel my hopes. I pray and meditate daily for a wonderful thing to happen here and each day I am pleasantly surprised. Whether it is an animal or a weather pattern or simply something someone says or does, I love that when it happens. When someone heals of something they thought they were destined to suffer with, I believe that is a wonder. When a person lets go of an outdated behavior or way of living or behaving - that is a wonder too. Start looking for the wonderful things, call them out, notice them. You are a wonderful thing and you will never cease, start with that one first and see where you take you!

If you find it hard to say you're sorry, write it in a song

Remember that lyric? There are so many words that can not be spoken when the pain is too real. Some people do not think there is a place for a fresh start. It is why addicts give up, and so do people in prison, that is why kids quit and grown ups end up alone. You do not need to believe that, ever. There is a fresh start available for you as soon as you want one. You and only you can face yourself and admit you need one. A fresh start can be a new job, a health program, a diet change, a new church, it can also be a change in way you feel or act or over react. I have a friend who has a friend who is hot-tempered. He overreacts in a big way. I said that doesn't stop you from loving him does it? He said no, but it does hold that guy back, keeping him down and out when the remorse of the blow up takes him to his karma. I asked if he says he is sorry and promises to never do that again, he said not yet. NOT YET!! Then when????? YOU ALL DESERVE A FRESH START NOW. If you need to say you are sorry and can't, write it and send it in a note or put it in a song. The change will set you free and you can begin again like being reborn. Talk to the ones you fear the most, that will yield the greatest result!!! This is the age, be the new you, and let's get this party started!

THE SECRET

You have all know there a movie and a book about this. THE SECRET! Well truth is , there is no secret, never was. Simply a truth, hidden from plain sight by clever people who knew the value of what hide and seek could produce. If you thought you were to seek something of great value - off you'd go. You be sold to and told to, and you would believe it all. Chasing your tail around and around. Looking high and low for what you carry within. It is so true it almost makes us laugh out loud. There is but one truth, love, revealed now for all eternity and free for everyone. NO secret here, the other stuff hidden, who cares anyway, that only fools the fool who thinks that the game still has value. Love isn Gold, it is within, the heart has it full and ready to mine!! Secret no more. Never again. No games now, just love.

Such a small small world

I live in a tiny world of hope and love. It is my home, my work and my ranch full of horses. It is my own heart. I venture out from time to time to play or travel, but mostly I hang here. I love this healthy little place. It keeps me safe and satisfied. It has fresh air and clean water, good food and it is truly beautiful. I know our bigger world needs us too, but first, before we go there we must go within and make sure that we are balanced and healthy and in order. You can not find on the outside what does not exist in your inner world. It is not possible. I see searchers and hunters and leaders and followers alike, seeking what they have not found in their own hearts. It is like the fat toxic doctor giving advice on health, it just is not believable. For us to believe we are well and loved, we must first find it and then believe it in ourself - our worth - our level of energy - our creativity, all depend on that knowing. If you were not loved as a child this is very hard to get to since it was not cultivated. If you did not learn to love yourself and all that you do and say, no one on the outside is going to be able to change that. Find that small small world in your own heart, see it, feel it, warm it up with loving something special about yourself. You were created perfectly, no flaws, no mistakes. Remember that. When you are safe there and complete and full, then come on over, until them keep working on it. It is the only thing you are truly here for. Everything else is a bonus!

ANGEL NUMBERS 4- 4-4 TODAY Wet and wild.

ALL IS WELL AND IMPROVING. I know that, I hope you do too. We have come through the fire into the awareness of truth and reality and sometimes it looks pretty challenging. Weather permitting we are now in the summer of transition to the max and allowing the rain to wash us and our world clean is the gift. We seem to need the immune enhancing mushrooms, and in this season of water,and they are growing everywhere. One day years ago I asked my Angel Annie to show me a morel mushroom as I trotted down the road to my beach. I looked as I trotted all the way down to the water and all the way back up to my driveway - NOTHING. Now that is not normal, she always answers. Then, almost home, I saw out of the corner of my eye, a standing tower of fungus on the skirt of the driveway and she said - THERE YOU GO!! I bent over to look and she said NO! NOT THAT ONE, LOOK OVER HERE, AND HOLY HERALD, THERE WERE 100'S OF THEM IN MY WOODS. We harvested 5 - 5 gallon pails over the next week. Point of the story, Angels are telling us all is well and improving. If it seems not so, look for the mushroom. It takes rain to make the mushroom, and it takes the mushroom to boost your immune system. It takes a healthy reboot to start fresh. Now is that time. It is all good, this is the gift and today the 4-4-4 reminded me to simply enjoy the magic and start again with all that you love and live for and VOILA' keep your eyes open and there will be 5-5's you seek and your new life will begin. Angel Annie always shows me the gift - I hope this is a gift for you.

FROM THE PASSED/PAST

You are connected. We are connected. That is the simple truth. Nothing can happen to one without it effecting the other. Waves of life force are shared. The ocean moves that way, so do we. When I am near to you the waves are stronger, when you are away, I still feel them although less intensely. My daughter lives in California and I feel her energy all of the time, especially when it is intense. Happy people attract happy people, sad or toxic people group together too. This is a fact. Humans need to raise their vibration and live in happier, healthier state to correct the troubles we need to fix on this planet. It is not about what is wrong, but about what is right and strong! Many are here now from other times, past lives are being used to fix current issues. Atlanteans, Lemurians, Sumerians - were all here once. They are strong and knowledgeable in their experiences. Also knowing the fate of their choices long ago and how it effected us all, then and again now. I hear people tell me they look into a baby's eyes and see ancient wisdom and knowledge. They are correct. They are here to help us raise the vibration and heal our world, returning her to Eden. Look around, you will remember. When you do, embrace those who are here by choice for life and love and a return to innocence. From the past/passed will come the parts of your memory and relationships that are part of your destiny today. Team up, love the gift and the knowing and let's put our love into this whole heartedly and see what we can get accomplished.
