Hawk's Ridge Ranch Rainy day clean up

I love to see things get cleaned up. Today along with us and our labor, the rain is washing everything clean before Easter morning. My horses will be clean, my barn will be clean and my heart will sing at the thought of that. Clean up your world, start at home, then work and when you are clear and clean, pitch in and help someone else who may not have the ability or the energy or the vision. It is how we will make the shift now. Our land, our cities, our bodies, they all need a good spring cleaning. Do a liver flush, eat organically, find the space you want to spruce up in your little world and just do it. This is an act of worth! You are worthy to be loved and sharing beautiful spaces with us all. Let's focus on this and see what results we get. I bet my barn will be awesome and my world sparkling like me!!!!!

Please do not say what you do not wish to be

This fellow tells me he is an addict and can not trust himself. I said nothing but watched as the energy of addiction took over his aura. You are what you say, period. If you are calling someone a name it will stick to YOU! If you believe you are an addict, you are trapped under that fear of lack of control. I told him about mercury and how it pushes the body to do crazy things and exhibit crazy behaviors. The mineral imbalance is so dramatic that results still to be measured will set you hair on fire! I know we get scared that we a losing our grip on what ever is the issue, change it by changing your words. Call it recovery, instead of illness or addiction. Call it healing or transitioning or some other clever positive thing you want to be hooked up with. YOU ARE NOT POWERLESS, YOU NEVER WERE. So do not say that ever again. Each human is making their way here, with their thoughts, words and deeds. It is not brain surgery here, just be accountable for yourself and this will all work out better then expected even!!!

Put out your hand and see what you get

As I in-vision and see us all extending our hands to one another, I see a great exchange of love and light and friendship now. It is time. Years ago Rabbi Wayne Dossick said to me, I judge my sermon by the expressions of the faces in the crowd and young lady I was watching you the whole time, and based on what I saw I ROCK!!!!! I reflect beauty to beauty, hope to hope, health to health and in that case love to love peppered with vision and empowerment. I was given the gift of discernment through the hand shake, that way I would know whether or not we are to work together. Put out that hand of yours, shake the hands of those around you, feel the connection, smile and look into the eyes of that person and see GOD there. Happy Holidays!!!

The GOOD stuff

I have known those who are here for the drama and the battles, and then I have known those who are here for the celebrations and the bliss. I have recently chosen the battles myself. When the parties came I was not going. When the invitations arrived I shelved them under piles of other stuff. I think I was punishing myself for some old reason, I know that I have been known to do that. In playing the movie back, look at the truth in the light. Who did you align with? Why them? What was your process and what did you learn? Battles and aloneness ,were the two things that Earth did in the past 100 years. I did it in the past 10. Maybe in an effort to recreate some seperation from that by reenacting that one last time and knowing it is NOT what we want here. I know I am a part of the good stuff, I just took a little time off to experience the other. My life has morphed as yours has too. So in honor of honor, and the blessings we deserve, seek out those who are into the GOOD STUFF. Health, happiness and horses are what I love, throw in some fun, music and wine and we have a GRAND SLAM, and don't forget birthdays and holidays and vacations! This is the time to align with all that you LOVE and they and that will love you back unconditionally!

Good Friday, NO GREAT FRIDAY!

Fridays are good, always have been. This one though should be awesome in the dawn of the age it has been predicting for 2000 years. This is our first real live Easter, since the other real live Easter that got this ball rolling SO LONG AGO. Get your head around that, and know the promise has been kept and you are the living proof. Humans were afraid of being left out or left behind and behaved insecurely and with abandon and recklessness. Some thought who cares anyway, let it all go, let it all turn to dust. Some felt they did not matter. Some were going through feelings of abandonment while others were angry all the time and noisey about it. Then last but not least there were the sad and lonely mixed in with those who felt shame and guilt. Once in awhile, along came a smiley faced helpful hopeful human and that kept us moving forward. Avatars, like DaVinci and Joan of Arc, St. Francis and Comte St. Germaine, kept us entertained and gave us a glimpse of what was yet to come. Then we got to the 21st century and wham, the best of the best came to take on the worst of the worst and we had world wars and all sorts of interesting growth. The fake depression put Americans into slavery and the game was on ON - FULL BLAST! It was quite intense. As the indigos starting returning here, there came a light, and a warmth and a rebellion that would end this fiasco. They were the system busters. I am one of those and taking the fear out of health has been my career here, then throw in a little communication tweek with the media case and my work up to now is done. There were others placed in different jobs and living all over the world who were points of light acting as conduits to Earth from the Central Sun/Son. Now we are reconnected to our home and flooding this world with joy and happiness is our job now. Imagine the day when all WILL live abundantly, loved and supported, it is time and it has begun and I for one am one HAPPY GAL!! HAPPY GREAT FRIDAY AND EASTER TO US ALL. I honour you all for your fortitude and willingness, now let's party!!

Between the sun and the full moon

In the light of the massive sun's rays and it's reflection, we are being transformed. Upgraded really. You, at a cellular level are being given the quotient of light spoken of in the resurrection story. You are a light body and adding in now is what is happening. Are you feeling it???? I stood beneath the moon last night and again this morning between the sun and the moon and took in as much as I could absorb. I have been ready and waiting for this moment for a very long time. It is a relief that it is finally here. When you choose light over darkness many walk away from you, for in the light they also must look at everything and at what they have hidden away from themselves and the world. That all now is being exposed. There are those who have mastered the art of cloaking and even that is not available any longer. Those who fooled you will be made accountable now in the dawn of this resurrection and transcendance story. We were told about it 2,000 years ago and given plenty of time to get ready. Time is over, and no time begins now. Enjoy the warmth of this light, bask in the glow of friendship and honesty, trusting again after a very long time of not being able to. This is the true Easter miracle, love is all there is, make sure yours in alive and well and that you are sharing it now with everyone. Namaste' to us all and thank you Mother/ Father God for keeping your promises. We are truly grateful and ready to receive now the full power of this new day and higher light, that is simply called love.

Miracles everywhere now!

I smoked the pipe with an old friend yesterday and he spoke to me about a near death experience he and his wife of nearly 50 years recently had. Their truck and trailer, with them inside, flipped going down the road and rolled. That should have produced an ending of some sort, wouldn't you think?? Nothing happened to these two lovely people, except that they were reminded of how much they cherish each other and that the blessing of living is sometimes forgotten. They were miraculously saved by their Angels and their intention to remain on Earth and share their story. This is available to all who choose it. We are being given the choice to stay and be a part of the New Earth and provide the solutions and remedies. Or we can shift gears and scoot off now. When the door opens to you, you choose. These gentle happy people chose to remain, to be grateful and to cherish one another for the rest of their lives!! Now that is a story worth sharing. I am grateful they stayed for they both make me smile!!!

Today be thank full to the rim for all that has transpired up to now. For up to this final day, there were many who made contact with you in many ways who now must go their own way forever. It is the end of the ends. We have stopped and started many times on this planet, never ending stories that made geat movies. This time is over and the completion is today. You have chosen, whether consciously or unconsciouly. The lie of omission is still a lie, because intention to fool was the same. All things are now revealed and you will go the direction you have pointed yourself to. So to everyone here, I wish you all good luck, good news and Godspeed. I have had many adventures with many of you and they all ended up being educational in many ways. I have forgiven all, including myself and now I too am prepared to go the road of my chosing. When I wake up tomorrow and you are still there in my life, you will be forever, the rest of you, it has been_______. Only you can answer that. I would not speak for another ever. As for me and my house, we will serve the Creator forever in love, light and laughter. GOOD BYE NOW.

No cuss words though

My client's daddy said in our meeting yesterday, in this room you can say anything you want to to Dr. SU, except no cuss words though. I just smiled!! That is the way to do it, there are boundaries that protect us from words that hurt us and CUSS words hurt us all. They hurt the air, the animals, nature and every single person here. They are like sharp knives cutting and stabbing and letting the light out of the bubbles of those close in. I see auras fade when someone hears those words. I see how awful that is, and I say please stop!! It is up to the daddys and the mommys and the teachers and the all of us to say no now. At bingo the other day, three nice young men were throwing those words like flames and hurting those of us close enough to hear, so I explained gently that the muck of their mouths was hurting them terribly and when they got a flat tire later, it was of their own making. I told them what happened when those words hit the innocents and how it takes a long time to heal from those wounds. The worst of the group said my parents never told me that, can I hug you???? Again I smiled and gave him a big hug, being a mom is one of my favorite things and sometimes I get to do it unexpectedly. Please know this truth and make our world sweeter and kinder and filled with words that build each other up, thanks Daddy for such a great lesson for your little girl - you are a rock star!!!!

Baby come home .How many songs are about that?

Lots of times our lives take us on quite a ride, a journey of self discovery that takes us far away from our roots. Our roots are in heaven. In these explorations we sometimes move in and out of that connection. Only when it gets really tough do we call out and say - I know you are there, you always have been, please help me now. It is the same way with kids here. Many have to break the chains of family connections to heal the pain of their childhoods. I did. Too much was there that reminded me of that past and the pain and all the drama. In the end there was not home for me only forgiveness for the childhood that was, simply, what it was. I heard the other Baby come home from heaven the whole time I was exploring. Knowing for sure that my real Mother/ Father had not forgotten me and that when I was done here they would be excited for my return to my Galactic home. As we now awaken to that truth and that knowing of our heritage and that connection, let that love rule you now. The battles are over, the focus is on recovery of all that you inherited and chose to bring to Earth this time around. We have met one another many times in many forms and situations, some of us contracting to know each other in this the most promising lifetime in our history. If you are done with your pain and have healed your heart, you can now go home. If you are still in the mood to fight, good luck with that, no one else is interested who has awoken. Awakening under the Libra full moon should be magical and life changing for many. Be there when the others come home, and smile, and say I knew you would figure it out and that I would see you again, I love you!!! This is OUR time!

The CONS in life

Pro or con, which are you? I AM AND ALWAYS HAVE BEEN PRO EVERYTHING. The cons are those people and things who promise one thing and then deliver another. A con I had, was a guy who said," At the end of the day, no matter what, it is you I will come home to YOU, I promise.". Then shortly there after, he didn't call or come home. Wow, what a con!! That was the beginning of the end of that relationship. Another con is a vaccination promising health and immunity and then delivering seizure disorders, or worse, DEATH. That is the ultimate con. It is a part of polarity here, pro or con. In the full moon decide which side you want to be on now and forever, the choice is yours! We all know where cons end up! Imprisoned by their own behaviors. So pro it is for those who wish to remain free and in love and light here. So today- be pro for self and others, supporting, no matter if you agree or not. Pro is only way to go, it manifests back all those wonderful things of positive and progressive energy. And those in the pro group are deserving and worthy now of all that pro energy.

A foot in two worlds

We are spiritual embodiments, choosing physical form to move about and test ourselves. Just like a car and a driver. You also have the night time where you leave that body behind and float back up into the space of your spiritual home. Breath brings you in to that body at birth and breath is what takes you back home again at death. The fetus is built by the mother, for possible inhabitation, coached by the incoming soul from the outside. Those of you who do not sleep are resisting the time you need with your higher self and those in that realm who chat with you and coach you to better choices. If you are not getting that 8 hours of communion then you are stressing the physical beyond it's capacity to maintain. It makes you fat, and crabby and tired too. Humans that do not sleep become hypersenstive and ultimately sick, both physically and emotionally. All of those responses are due to the stress from the lack of sleep cycle. This is the time to understand that you walk in two worlds and knowing that and learning to balance that will help us all enormously. It is this Libra full moon that demands you look at your footing. If you are not sleeping try melatonin, chamomile, valerian and a glass of water and then a pinch of sea salt on your tongue. Remember to pray it out before you sleep so the agenda is set for that night time meeting above. This will help I promise! And always go to bed happy and saying I love me and you too!!!!!

Full Moon - who are you really?

As our shift continues it becomes imperative that we identify our authentic truth and self for the next in this series of revelations on Earth. I know that being rebellious has kept me alive for a very long time. It is how I lived and moved through the changes. I am a willing fighter in my own way. Not so much in your face as just not willing to ever give up or give in to the larger foolishness and control of this world. I see religion as cultish, not loving or embracing. I see politics as games, and medicine as manipulation. Media of course you all know what I think of that!!! How's that for truth. I had to walk away from those things long ago to save my own life and the people who were indulging in those choices. I am an Indigo adult, one whose mission is to break the old barriers down and I have done that. Now as I move forward, I know that sharing of my vision and my work here will be magical for those ready to embrace wellness as a divine right of being. It is you know. Not to be tampered with by drugs or exploratory tests or surgeries. Your body has a motor of it's own and healing is part of it's programming. Actually so is success, happiness, immunity and eternal youth and fitness. You were designed to be beautiful and sexy and smiling and in partnership. How is that going for you? Use this moon to see the whole of it, no more secrets or hidden agendas, just remember who you really are and move on in. It is home and you deserve to be there and it will feel real good!

same mothers

I have a friend whose mother and my mother were born the same day and in our lifetimes behaved the same way. Manic would be a good word for it, fearful in many ways. Believing in pain and inflicting it whenever the fear became overwhelming. In our life we reflect our parents, both of them. It is the part that we chose to work through in our genetic link up. Thirty three percent of our experience is the family stuff. Those mothers tormented us and we are still reeling and healing from those childhood lessons. I become his mother and he becomes mine when we are stressed. NOT EASY. My father died when I was 2 and I have only two memories of him, I believe though that we are alot alike and that does have it's ups and downs. The Native American part is my favorite and his brain and social nature, mine too. My mom was a different cat. Those memories are painful and cause us a lot of drama and fear. We have yet to figure it all out, but I know one thing for sure, I would not have met my mirror unless I was ready to take it on. How about you, got a mirror, use it. See in the eyes of self or another - YOU. Keep what you like, and forgive and forget the rest, it is over now and time in our new life and our new world is just beginning. Be at peace, this is just another growth spurt and it has awesome value. Stories are being spun here and they will be worth sharing. Remember, love is all there is and ever will be, find it and hold on to it forever, for it is what you are building and will take with you when you graduate.

TESTED - TRIED AND TRUE AND TOUGH TOO

I have written stories for years and years, I tell them too. It is how I teach, by sharing my personal experiences with others. I use them all for the Highest Good of all. I have been there and done that, tried this and used that, I have been all in and stayed out. I loved and lost and loved and won. I have been sick and now I have been super healthy for a very very long time, I have been rich and now I am richer yet. These are the things of God that I have chosen to hone the blade of my spirit. It is tried, tested, true and super tough, now I see the value in every single thing I have done. Sharp and clear is the vision I have and it will see me through to the next place I go from here. How about you?? Tried and true or weary and misunderstood?????? Under the light of this full moon, see it, see you, see how and then ask yourself and your higher self WHY?? Have paper and pen ready - you will get answers. Some may shake you to the core, allow the tears, the wracking, the release, for in letting go of what we hold so tightly,we can get a grip on something totally new and amazing and right for you.

Misery loves Company - so .....

If you are in misery as so many are now, with their health, their finances, their relationships - get away, take a break and refocus. We need to remember misery loves company and will spew it's ook all over you if you stand in the line of fire. It loves to hook up, and will stop at nothing short of NO. You can't wish it away any longer or tolerate it either. If someone says something or moves toward the aspect of negativity that you know them well for, move away, plug your ears or better yet, put your hand up and say ENOUGH NOW, SILIENCE IS NEEDED. You must find your voice of joy and love and bliss, along with the voice of respect and honor, and the power to say ENOUGH NOW. It is your field of energy, you seed it with whatever you love, who ever you love and where ever you love. Misery need not apply. This is the key to re-creating you at the first level. Align with love, and take no sloppy seconds, empty promises or out right deceptions, just stand in the light and be you in love with you and then watch and see what appears after the misery is gone for good.

Chasing rainbows

I took a class recently from a guy named William Henry who has visited some of the most powerful historic sites in the world. He has written about their heritage and function and their rainbow bridge effect. In the class a woman asked if one needed to go there to experience what Henry called that Rainbow Bridge effect. It is a energy of consciousness and community that certain places have a profound connection to. A portal to a place of peace and oneness. I see peole chasing rainbows all of the time, no family is good enough for them, no job, no way no how. They are looking for more or better or in some cases, perfect, which by the way does not exist on Earth at this time. This rainbow effect is the promise of reunion, it is within each of us to find. It may be available in someplaces more energetically then others, but where ever a rainbow human is, so is that energy. I live in a rainbow place, they are on my ranch, both ends, all of the time. I bet you do to if you stop and open your heart to where you are and who you are with. It is reunion with self and when that is solid, reunion with others. Become the rainbow you seek, a lot will shift once you realize you are where you need to be in every moment! That is the gift of the present!

Oppose or embrace

I learned what you resist persists and what you embrace becomes a peaceful part of your life. I know that is true. People need excitment and drama and foes to stay active and motivated. It is on TV and in real life all of the time. Cup half full is a peaceful easy perspective, cup half empty is stressful. Looking for things to fix is a very exhausting way to live. Looking for someone to beat in a competition of some sort is also over rated. Being in love with everything, perfect or not, is way easier and much more fruitful. I have a deal with the Universe, it is to always have more money then I can spend, even if it is just one penny extra. That is good enough for me. It has made my life easy when money is involved and I have tested the theory over and over, thinking I was close to running low and then finding a hundred dollar bill in my pocket! In health people strive for perfection when it never is an option. Being ok with all that you have and are is living in the present and embracing the moment. Living our life here, seeing what is good and right, instead of what is not, will shift the focus of the energy of this world. Try it, you will like it! Find the good stuff in people, let the annoyances and bad experiences fade to nothing. You will soon know love and compassion and you will be hooked, I promise!

Respect and deference

We are about to be in throws of accountability now and with that revelation I offer you all - respect and deference. Although I commonly do not agree with many, I will respect and defer in offering the love I have for the highest good of all, including myself. Respecting myself and all that I do, say, am, and eat are how I will respect me and you. I will yield peacefully to your choices for yourself and respect them, I will love all of humanity and my service here now forever respectfully and in light, and the progress we make that will move us all forward. Namaste'

TAKE NO THING OR PERSON for granted

Please hear this. We assume that everything will always be there when we are ready. So I watch the wanderers, those who toddle off or zoom off in search of themselves. They forget that they were there all along and the search is inside not outside. The human vehicle is a mighty tool and also can block the energy and the view. It is the challenge of unity. First within the body, the mind and the spirit and then with the rest of us. Family first is connected with highly charged energy, loving and repelling at the same time. Then the community of humanity. No matter where you go THEY are there, wondering what you are running from or to. This is no the time to take any of this for granted, because the grant is over. You are accountable now period, for every thought, word and deed you perform. The end has come and it is over. You are on the stage - you watching you, being fully present whether you like it or you are ready or not. Take nothing for granted, for the grant is complete. It is your turn now, step up and be seen and become all the light you can muster. This is the promise of the Creator and the return of the King is now. Be front row, this is gonna be something to tell the grandkids about!!!!

Lightening strikes now

We have been here a very long time. Many of us are fully awake and aware of this. Many are not in the frontal lob of their brain connected to the larger consciousness yet. It is what it is. There has been opportunities along the way to link up to the power of the higher light energy by a series of sun flashes and other magnetic pushes that through the mathematical sequences that came in and did their work adjusting us. There have been meetings with masters, angels and ancestors who because of their love for humanity and earth reconnected at this time to assist in dreams and in reality. You have been entertaining angels unaware, now you are aware if you are awake. This is for those on the edge, today brings in a blast of life changing energy, a lightening strike of such power and glory, that when you embrace it with peace and openess, you will never be able to go back to anything old and painful again. I had a need to make a call and clear the air with an old partner of mine, but knowing he is going to get slammed today, I feel it best to leave it for a more quiet time. I will also receive the light as it comes with open arms and wish to add in as much as I can now for my own highest good. So be aware, awake and in line for your dose of light, this is big stuff and I look forward to seeing how another shot of truth changes our world again. PS: In my dream I tried to 911 the world through the glass that the purple bus was at the door and they were unloading and entering our world, my mouth was covered so I hand signaled it the best I could, I hope you all get the message. Begging for a re-view

If you are begging for a re-view, today is the day to have it. Your final re-view used to be at death, but since we are not doing that any longer, go ahead and do it today. You will love it and hate it and it will change you forever. Call in everyone who played a role in your life, good or not. See them, speak to them and release them with love for the lessons you chose together. This is a gift of mercy, grace, forgiveness and healing. It is the path to enlightenment and ascension. Go ahead you are ready or you would not be reading this. Your guardians and ancestors will help you, they want you to feel the truth and heal yourself and your world now. The hardest lessons were chosen by the greatest loves!!! See them and be super grateful for those gifts. Good luck, see you in the new earth and spring!

MIRROR OF SELF

I teach many ways to see things, none so profound as your own children. They are you, period. When someone brings me a sick kid I will commonly say, it is your problem that needs adjustment not theirs. Do not expect the kid to be better until you are! It is a great way that nature and God show us in the most intimate and dynamic aspects of our life - US and only US. Those kids reflect us!!! If you are unhappy or unhealthy or anything less then you choose to be, fix yourself, look at your parents and forgive and forget and move forward. Kids become the failures you have yet to remedy in your own life. Your energy and the way you use it, is theirs by DNA connection. A direct hook up. Some even die so that their parents will see more clearly what needs to be done and clean up the hate, the loss, the pain. Down's kids are born where there is malice that needs to be healed. Other issues have other things they are here to shine a light on. Toxicity, is one of those things autism addresses. Poverty, is another. This is so important, to leave our world better, we need to do better with ourselves. Ask your kids what you can do better now. Be honest without any reaction, just listen to their fears and desires. See their reality quietly. Are they fat, or sad, or lost, are they angry or scared, are they broke or sick???? The sun is shining now

So that is what I know for sure. It is time to buckle in for the ride of your life, or if you are like me - no buckles,no helmets, no negativity, nothing but freedom and love. It is our turn now to play with all we are and have. You are blessed to be one of the lucky ones. If you are reading this - you are doubley blessed. I have a contagious enthusiasm for all to share in. I am ready to BRING it, and I will share with those interested a variety of amazing things coming. The St. Croix River Protection Assoc. will be hosting a great event in April at the ranch and we need our beautiful river to stay that way and it is up to US!! Do you ever wake up mad??

I did today, mad at myself for wasting energy in so many ways! I am an avid everythinger. I do it with gusto and joie do vive! And I do it NOW! I think Earth is awesome, and all we need to do, is be here and love it and we get amazing things to do and be. I do not do late. I have no patience for those who make me wait. I have announced more then once that if you do late, I WILL NOT BE THERE WHEN YOU FINALLY APPEAR! I think that is what I am frustrated about, the late comers. I waited my whole life for them to catch up. Although I am happy with those who are doin' it, I think I am putting too much energy into those who aren't fully in yet or present. So today in honour of those who showed up with a smile on their face and a git' er' done attitude, thank you. I am so proud to know those who sit down and work it out, instead of react and bolt or simply other's who do not show up at all. FOOL

An ardent enthusiast who cannot resist an opportunity to indulge in the enthusiasm of the day- like a dancing fool!!! I have been a fool forever, fool for love, for fun, for adventure, for profit, for beauty, for health and for kids and critters. I spent some time thinking somehow that needed to be changed. I felt the opinion of others and I allowed it to injure me and make me feel sad and alone. I was beginning to think my foolishness was not helping me much. Then I looked it up and saw what the definition was and IT IS ME - TOTALLY!!! I am an enthusiast, cheerful, willing and always all in! I smile a lot. And sing and laugh and dance a lot too. I will risk every thing for whatever the moment has to offer. It gaves me great joy and pushes me farther and higher along life's road then any thing I do. It enables me to fly over hurdles effortlessly. Hopelessly hopeful is what Pat called me in court, that made me smile, fool, that took me a minute to process, actually a lifetime. I am now finally falling in love with the fool that I am, and proud of it forever as a gift of enthusiastic living and loving and being on this amazing planet! Who are you on the inside? Figure it out, all by yourself, don't ask or care about what another sees or feels or wants you to know, you just look and remember YOU. These are great life enhancing revelations brought to you by the love of our Creator and the manifesting of truth in the new age.

Peeling away the tough outer skins

Beneath the shell is the embryo. You are that perfectly formed highly energetic aspect of potential. Over lifetimes you have armored up with experiences designed to challenge you to higher paths here. If you hit your pace and the hurdle appeared you had the choice to fly over it freely with harm to none, including yourself, or to trip and feel and cause injury. Every injury left a scar and many scarred humans are so locked up in their tough scarred skins that that embryo can not see the light of life and grow into it's fullest expression of self. If you are caught behind those tough hard scarred up layers of experiences, ask the Universe and those you know love and guide you, to melt it away in the light and warmth of love and the spring sun of the equinox. I see auras, some are attractive and magnetic, many are dim or even black with the inability to warm up or set the spirit free here. I know people who choose black as their clothes color all the time, looking to pull in warmth. White reflects all colors, black absorbs all colors. Then there is the spectrum of colors in between. Choose your color today as one you want others to feel, black is cold and hard and like a leech, red is passion, orange is courage, yellow is cheerful, green is healthy, pink is loving, turquoise is honest, indigo is all seeing and purple is willing to take responsibility. It is time to break the shell and emerge fully to this world. Pick your color, pick your life!

90 days since my birthday

That is the cycle of completion. This was my 55th year here and that meant a totally new beginning on every level. I looked so forward to that particular birthday because of it's numerical signifigance and was surprised by how it turned out. It was my biggest lesson yet in this lifetime about how to feel about me. Since then much has occurred and changed things, now, forever and that 90 day cycle will be remembered always. I am telling you this because tomorrow you all have a graduation day to embrace. Since the 12-21-2012 your 90 day cycle will end. I know how big this time is, I have looked forward to it for millieniums of time. Please know you are loved and are here for a very special reason. The world will turn and you will help with the solutions now needed to restore her to full health and beauty. If there is any regret leave it behind in peace and promise to those involved and yourself to never make those same choices again. This is the true way to honor yourself, your birth and rebirth day and take us now where we truly want and deserve to be. Our world is in perfect balance of light on both halves as spring begins here in Wisconsin. So today stand in the light of love and proclaim yourself a child of the new earth, free and clear and willing to be of assistance to humanity.

Do not repeat anything you do not love

I see so many sad eyes these days. I can see the past still there, floating thru as each situation in the present brings up the past. It is time to clear now the old days and the old ways. It does not matter what you were taught, it only matters what you adore and wish to repeat, let the rest fade out. My friend said that it took 50k of therapy to clean up the old stuff and that was his out of pocket not counting what insurance paid. He said it changed his life forever, forgiving, forgetting and restoring love and relationship to self, career, family and more. This is such good news for his three kids, since the work of healing is done, their life will be free and clear of that old stuff! I love this ability to change and those willing to do the work, it truly heals us all. He was the most charming guest, loving husband and fun loving dad any of us could have asked for. No matter what happened it was handled with care and love. Find that place in your heart now, be who you want to be with - all day - every day now!! Only you can do your work.

Using gratitude to manifest

Looking at those things in life you are currently grateful for and also things that are gone now, you can use your gratitude to reinstate all that you wish to manifest with and in love. I know many who have past memories of good things and times and health and relationships that they let go of. Go through your list and find that which made you the happiest and reinstate it with a prayer of gratitude for that chance to experience it, however fleeting it was. You make and break your own patterns in life and many throw away the good stuff in the search for more or better. Maybe as we begin to realize all there is is love and that is GOOD enough we can remember what and who we loved, and express gratitude for it now. It is hard for many people to see what is right in front of their eyes until it has disappeared all together. If someone or something gave you joy or energy or bliss- tell them, write about it, dream it back into place. Use the catalog of your experiences to choose now the very best for your next level of living here. Yesterday my friend said you would be the woman of many men's dreams with that Bobcat of yours and that giant garage you own, I laughed and remembered when that was true and will dream it again into life, with gratitude and love!! Here's to manifesting by being grateful and remembering all the good stuff!!

Lunch again

This time another guy at lunch asks me out of the blue if I know who the >Indigo people are. I say, yes sir I sure do and as I watch his aura as he speaks, and it is obvious to me he is one of them. I laugh out loud and then say to myself and my guardians thank you! I know the awakening is bringing people back to life, but to be surprised by a business associate is a real treat. I know that everyone is getting a chance to realize their true potential and recognize their own spirit and that makes my heart sing. Yesterday in our appointment I smiled again as he shared more of his discovery in the books I recommended and how those in his family are also a part of this new earth. He is on a mission now and it will enhance his life here greatly. He is awake and aware and now proceeding to full potential that remained in the shadow until his full awareness arrived. We spoke of integrity and knowing who is truthful and trustworthy. That is a very wonderful gift to share with us. Everyone is getting a shot at this, watch and be amazed at those who come to you now with questions and stories, this is truly the greatest gift Earth has ever received!! Being in the light, fully exposed, bringing your gifts to the community and helping us transition and restore our world, are so awesome!

DNA reprogramming

It is proven now that our DNA is ever changing. If you wish for an improved aspect of your life work the DNA angle. It is energetic and responds to choices. What you say, eat, breathe and feel all becomes embedded in your programming. Some old programming needs to now disappear from our DNA. The less, lack and loss part should be dumped as well as the insecure and defensiveness pieces too. I see it in my mind and say out loud a mantra daily that encourages my body, my mind, my heart and my DNA to upgrade and add in. As the old decayed aspects crack and drop off the new healthy shiney light aspects take their place. You will see it in our eyes and smiles, you will hear it in our words and you will feel it when you are with those who are moving forward and lightening up. They will attract like minded people like they should and share their magic freely in love. Hope you are one of those I meet soon!!

Adult repsonsibilities - kids need not apply

I heard someone say over and over, "I am a kid with adult responsibilities.". This is not how we get things done here. We are looking for grown ups willing to shoulder grown up choices, like respect, love, accountability and so forth. Kids deserve to be free for at least their childhood. I do not expect them to do the work here. I expect us to show and share and when they get to the age of majority they will be expected to do the same thing that we are doing. I know when a child is pushed too hard their emotional growth stops in lieu of the hyper responsibilities they have. There is a life long attachment to that time of disconnect from losing childhood too early. Security is breached. Fear sets in and rules the body causing childish behaviors like tantrums and running away. This is where drugs and alcohol become needed. I know how hard it gets for those stuck in their childishness. They often have a look, sometimes innocent and other times fearful and super defensive. If you are one of these people, have a healing session to grow yourself up now. We need adults here, this is a job for grown ups and it will take all the mature, trained and loving big people we can gather together to fix this place!! And her children!! Gun battles

So much going on this world that involves guns and battles. People are in need of clarity in this. Energy, light or dark is who you are and how you are made. When energy causes fear, the natural inclination is to let the air out of it by making a hole in it, with words or bullets or whatever you have handy. We are very creative when we defend ourselves, and in the truth of light being light, there is no way to stop it ever. Change your perspective on this, war and battles keep fear alive, love and harmony disarm it. In an effort to protect yourself, use love instead, use peaceful disagreement, nothing is worth sacrificing yourself for, love rules on every level and when you get that through your thick head, all wars of every kind will simply disappear. I love that idea, it is a remedy of great impact, and I do remedies!! When your battle gets heated, walk away, give it up to love, see one good thing and we move closer to PEACE! I am ready for that now aren't you too??????

Knowing

This is the year of knowing, the year of the snake, it is that knowledge being delivered to humanity. It truly warrants attention. You have been given chance after chance to let go of the deception that somehow you are inadequate, lost or unwanted. You have been programmed to fail, to be tied into a system that takes energy rather than supports you with it. Media does it, professionals are taught to do it and we the people live in our fear of our own power, we give in and give up and get inline- for nothing. In your heart there is a knowing. You have always had it. You were little when you knew the most without interference. Soon enough that get beaten out of you and began to believe in someone else's knowing, not yours. Today sit and believe and receive your knowing again. Put it in order on a piece of paper and hold on to it. YOU know for sure plenty, let it rise up to the brain and speak it and write it and feel it big! I know there is no failure, that whatever we try is worthy of something and that in the end it will make a great story. I know I am loved and guarded and guided every step of the way and that I am all that I can be every day in that powerful knowing. Doesn't matter that other's don't see it, doesn't matter that I do it alone, doesn't matter what the outside perceives, MATTER is what I make of it. Loving yourself, your life, your home, your work, your looks, your words, and your community is the greatest gift to give and when you do that you receive it too, that is the KNOWING that MATTERS now. Welcome home to your own knowing of all that is good and right and positive and filled with love.

No validation needed

The way to control humans was to offer validation of some sort. Grades were the first way we were brainwashed into competing, starting very young. The church promotes the some are saved theme, the corporations with their advancements and money, marriage the changing of one person's name to another, lots of ways to be supposedly be validated here. Everyone wants to fit in and be considered valid in some way. It is human nature. When really we just want to be loved and have security in that love. That is the only validation that counts. Jesus, the human form of the Christed energy validated us in thirty three incarnations through out time. An avatar of light and potential, always teaching community and acceptance. Nothing to earn, validation is automatic, by right of being a child of the universe and it's Creator. I see the need now to validate everyone I meet with a smile and a glad to know you. I see the benefit in accepting even the things I do not understand or agree with in the light and spirit of love. I want us all to feel that now, for in being valid and worthy we can receive all that we deserve. In turn we can share with everyone all that is good and right here. So validation for everyone today!! It's on the house!!

From this day forward

As a vow to your self in this spring 2013, after the shift and before the New Earth is totally here, see yourself worthy of love and light and all things good and right. Make a vow to stay on that path. Let this time, that is so special and new, be a time of unity and community. Hook up with like minded people who see the changes as positive and exciting. Hang out with those who edify you and when you leave, you want to come again and be light with you. Angels and visitors are here now walking freely among you. Ask to see who is who and how you can avail yourself of their assistance and feel their joy. Before today has no bearing on you, you are fresh and new and awake - you can not awaken another so stop trying. If you try they will be grumpy, so leave that for the experts. In your awakened state, do those light and right and cheerful things that support you in the vow of self love you are making. This is a vow worth making. I promise to love myself, laugh and play, eat and drink, sleep and work, learn and share and live until I decide to live somewhere else in all that is clear, and light and filled with the potential that love brings here. I am so worth it, and I am feeling this in my bones, in my energy field and in my heart!! Namaste' to all of us - honoring and respecting and feeling the bliss!!

feeling the heat???

Our sun is showering us with amazing energy. The spring is almost here and the light has returned to the northern hemisphere. Allow yourself to be filled with it. In your eyes, your mind, your body and spirit, soak it up like a sponge. You know that to be energetic and clear the light must flow to you and through you. If you smile at yourself in the mirror and see light, you are on the right track, if not, get outside and get some. Lighten your mood with non-judgement and pure faith and love. Find what you believe in and add in to it. Leave the rest for another day or another person. You are not here to change anyone but yourself, so get on with it, in the light! This is our chance to be free and bright and sunny and that is what you are here to find. Anything else, walk away, it is not your responsibility if it makes you dark. There is a line, draw it and stay on the bright side! Others will handle those things that overwhelm you, it is all good and improving. Be a light onto man - that is the greatest contribution a human can make here. Smile!

so I am having lunch with a guy I thought I knew

Along the way he brings up something he feels passionate about. Great, a topic of interest and energy. Then he says YOU NEED TO DO THIS!!! I am looking at the last person on the planet that would ever allow someone to tell him what to do or worse yet, what to think. He is militant about his independence. I say well, I have things that I am passionate about and that is where I choose to focus my energy now but I wish you all the luck in the world in this. He freaks out and tells me I am not worthy of his friendship any longer, throws money on the table and storms out while I am still eating. WOW, what a dramatic performance, the bartender looks at me with sympathy and I say he does that alot. Here's the reason I bring it up. There are many ideas today about life and love and Earth and God. All of which have merit. There is no one way. There are many rooms in my Father's house and the key to that door of your room, is different for each one going there. And we must remember in the end we are all going home. Please refrain from jamming your views down another's throat, you may lose a friend you thought you would have forever. Together or alone, your ideas have merit for only you now and other's will have their ideas as well, honoring and respecting the differences is the way we achieve peace and harmony and that is the GOAL now! Namaste' to us all!!!! Thank you for another lesson learned and another country heard from and my peaceful decision to not make war, but to finish my meal in peace!!

Defense or offense???

Two ways to respond in this lifetime. Both polarities, neither in middle, neither peaceful, neither honoring of another way of thinking. Is there a place of respect that is good for all, ask yourself now. How do I want to be received? What if I see things from a different place or have different experiences than you do?? What if I choose not to fight but to flee, or what if I choose to fight and you don't? Should I just kick the crap out you anyway? We need to feel our way along now with love and in the light. If I smile when we are together then I will know it is right for me, if not I will just scoot along and let be what will be. Honor me please, so I may honor you and your journey too. Tough lessons for a changing time. Let's work hard on this peaceful resolution!!

looking to be free?

Our ego was designed to protect us not direct us. It is a wonderful misused gift. I see people under it's influence give up so much that is so good because their ego will not give up the old pain. I hear stories of loss and less because that ego piece said so. I deserve to be right or apologized to or respected now, says that ego. They owe me, is another ego thing. Vindicated somehow with ego still in tact. Well... that will get you nothing but alone, you and your ego. If you can not release your ego and all of it's misdirection, and become humble and accept the gift of mercy and grace, you will continue the direction you are going. The ego needs to be released to the light now, there is a process to do that on youtube with Patricia Cota Robles, look it up. I have heard excuse after excuse as to why people are failing. Failing in love, in life, in health and so on, all I really am hearing is ego. The voice that says you deserve to be... and if you wait long enough... and that is where you will remain - waiting. It will hold you back and hold you down until the voice of love and freeedom become loud enough for you to hear them over the longstanding voice of ego. Failure is not an option any longer,yet ego will point those out for you over and over if you listen to it. There is no such thing, only challenge and lesson learned. Ego will repeat the same lesson over and over, filling itself not YOU. Maybe today be just you, being you. Nothing from before, just you as you woke up today. Love what makes you smile, eat what gives you life, be with those who raise your light quotient and live in the moment - free of ego, free to be YOU. This is a gateway to peace, love and freedom, if you are willing and finally ready - git' er' done now.

Releasing the Human Ego

As I say good bye

wrapping things up now, saying farewell, see you again in the next dimension, and so on, I decided to see for real what and who had to go now. i used a system of what nots to make the list. What not to say, what not to hear, what not to feel, what not to receive. What not means in real terms simply WHAT??? THE UNIVERSE ONLY HEARS THE WHAT- saying, hearing, feeling, and receiving all the love and light the Universe and her Earth star and all it's inhabitants have to offer sounds good to me. What about you now - what do you want and believe in?? Make your list, check it twice, and it shall all come to pass as you mote it be. Freewill still rules here and add in divine law and bliss shall find you.

Katie's Brithday

It is my friend Katie's birthday today and it makes me remember all the birthdays of my own life. They varied with the year and the people in my life at the time. Although my mother and I did not like one another, she always made sure she remembered my birthday and called first thing and sang the happy birthday song to me. It made me feel wonderful!! I know how important that date is to each soul, it was chosen especially for that person and it marked a fresh human life and all of it's potential. Celebrating that gift from God every single year not only honors the person but the Creator too. Honoring all of life and marking those special dates make this lifetime a lot sweeter and more memorable. Happy Birthday Katie Kujala, you are loved!! Dr. Su

New Moon, sparkling and you

This is such a great time to shift now. The old stuff is being truly forgotten, the memories of pain and injustice fading quickly. The season of accountability is upon us and even the children are stepping up to the plate and with their little bodies wracked with issues - THEY ARE SAYING NO MORE OF THIS! The food, the medicine, the schooling, the choices that bring them down, are all being reviewed and released to that memory place. Learning the lessons of history help us to set into play a new sparkling reality. This new moon offers that idea. Find the parts of you that sparkle and let them shine. Find the people in your life who add to that sparkle and enjoy them and their energy. Let all the others simply fade away into the memory banks of things that need to disappear from your life now. If it hurts, it is still live, not memorex. Let it go, burn some sage, sweat, walk in nature, cry your eyes dry, and then, empty and tired, ask the Universe to show you the dawn of the new day following the new moon and all that has come to love you and fill you with light. It is your turn here and now, sparkle with that knowing! I am.

Independance - true and real for the people

Living according to your own heart. Following the trail of your adventure with nothing but joy and support along the way. We have forgotten how to do that here. Told by anyone who can get your ear, that you NEED this or that, or you will be left out or left behind. You won't be covered or repaid in the end. Your independance is your greatest gift and it has been usurped by those who know it's power. Claim it back for yourself now and use it as you see fit! There is so much free and available here, and you were taught something different. Relying on others instead of yourself has incapcitated you. You are smarter and stronger and more capable then anyone in your field, simply because it is YOUR field, YOU are your own field. You were taught that you needed to be saved, when all along you were. Jesus showed Ascension and immortality, saving was not the gig. He said we were all the same and all worth it, Samaritan or Jew. Forget what creates fear here, stand in your field and assert your power over that which you claim responsibility. If it is little, so be it, if it is more, ok. The four directions were the game, white with fire, yellow with air, black with water and red with earth. Each given time to understand these elements and then in the future come together as a global force of experts. That time is now!!! One world, working together in community with love, independantly defending our rights and honoring one another and theirs. Think for yourself and love the opportunity to still be able to do that!

I hope to be an inspiration to those who wish to get healthier. My life and my work should be an inspiration to those I am here to co-create with. I should be a good eater, a good sleeper, fit and cheerful, free of any disharmony that could create dis-ease. I am inspired by others who have taught me that way of living. Now, do I inspire myself? That is the greater challenge here. I meditate every single morning of my life to set into play an inspired day, a good habit for those looking for days of light and love and laughter. I see all things as good and improving, including myself. Inspire yourself today, you are so worth it!!!

How are you??

How you are, is not who you are, they are two different aspects of the self. How do you do what you do? How does it get done? How are you perceived when you are doing it? Then, there is the part of you that only those who care enough, get to know. That is the WHO of you. Many people know how I do my work, teach and share. Very few know who the person is doing that work, teaching or sharing. Only those who are in the inner circle of your world know who you really are beneath it all. As I grew up some of those who tried to get to know me were put off by my who-ness. My ex found the underneath of me too wierd. He actually asked to change it once he discovered it. Others are not so bold, but just as brutal. There is an essence within each of us, a true spirit, one rare and unique to each individual. Getting to know that one of a kind part of another is a wonderful way to be. Being supportive and generous in the discovery is the challenge when you discover things you do not understand or have any experience with. I love figuring it out, finding the secret parts that other's don't know or see. I love to get the perfect gift, make the perfect day or say the perfect thing. That is wanting to have the who of that person in your life, not just the how! Take a look at that, see who you are with. Is it the how that you are attracted to, or the WHO? The who is the one to know with your heart, unconditionally and forever, not trying to change them but to simply allow them to be WHO they are.

Kid stuff

Remember when a boy pushed a girl on the play ground, it meant he liked her? Or when a girl teased that same boy for the same reason. Well in my practice I see many adults doing exactly the same things to themselves every day. Push, tease, and so forth, and then expect a healthy balanced happy outcome. It takes more then that!!! We need to GROW UP now and become accountable for every single action we take and every single word we speak. That is the matrix of your life and your health. People live toxically and expect to be well enough. Then when the toxic talk or diet or lifestyle exacts it's toll, they are stunned, or worse, super sick. If you are one of those who has yet to grow into a healthy happy acoountable adult, we can help you or for sure some one can. It takes a willing heart and also admitting that what you have done up to now has not helped you the way you desire. We are designed perfectly and we never need to expire because of pain or illness, only when we choose to move into the next space. Look at your childhood, if there was drama it could hold you locked in time until you deal with it. Skiing gave me a chance to crack a rib, see my past and the time off to clear the memories that I had set aside until now. I am so happy that my body is my friend and she shows me when I am ready what the next hurdle will be. And then TOGETHER we clear it like a champion!! Looking for healthy adults on planet Earth now, accountability needed, clearing needed, happinessness and bliss available!!

Just ask

A lot of us wait and watch and hope and pray, but we don't just ask. As kids we are taught not to. No hard questions!! I remember asking why, how far, when, and on and on and got in trouble most times. I was taught that asking questions was an imposition to the answerer. I learned then to go off planet for my answers. Meditation and sitting in nature gave me chances to speak and listen to answers. No judgement, no - be quiet, or worse, cursing at me as if I am an impostion putting me down or in my place because I wanted answers. So I ask now when I need to know, I say it out loud to the person involved. What about this, how do you feel about that, are you ready for this????? I ask tough questions and I am always fascinated by the responses I get. People are not in love here, not with their lives, their families, their talents and abilites. They compete for a spot that really isn't theirs to have or hold, then when that good and perfect spot shows up they are not able or willing to slide in. Too much other stuff in the way. So today ask yourself those hard questions, are you willing to give honest answers to all who surround you and want to know, or are you going to huff and puff and make it hard again by not???? Ask yourself if you love yourself fully, fit in with your own abilites and attract others that love you unconditionally? Then adjust yourself with the answers you get. Just go ahead and ask.

A TRUE STORY WITH TWO POSSIBLE OUTCOMES

I am at a concert with my partner, this giant fat guy next to me decides he wants more alcohol and pushes his huge frame past me, too big for my partner to let pass , he has to get up and move to the aisle. On the way the giant fat dude, kicks over the drinks of the folks sitting next to us. No sorry or I will pay for that, just a grunt and off to the bar he went. The man who had his drinks tipped over was angry, and when the partner I had with me tried to get back to his seat the angry guy yelled at him - THERE WAS THE CHANCE FOR TWO POSSIBLE OUTCOMES. One, was that they yelled at one another with very nasty curse words and that is what they did. What the f__ do you want, shut the f__ up and sit down I just am trying to get back to my seat. I was so embarrassed and so was the other lady. We just ducked and said nothing. Soon after that I left and went back into the casino where I feel safer. She told me later she does that too. (It is the home of the hopelessly hopeful!) Here is what I wish would have happened. A RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS. Instead of two bullies hollering at each other, my guy could have said, hey that sucked let me run and get you guys another drink on us!!!!! That would have changed the outcome all together. I would have smiled and been so proud, instead I retreated. Game over. Look at every situation as one where you have a choice. Two outcomes, same starting place. YOU CHOOSE NOW and let's go do wonderful loving things here now.

Seeing light

What makes me a good naturopath???? I see light. Even in a dark place I can find a sliver or a flicker of light. I am like a bloodhound sniffing it out, knowing although others may be missing it , I know it is right around here somewhere. That is who I am and what I do, period. One good thing is good enough for me and I generally get to that one little light, that little crack in the facade and breathe on it, Sometimes it bursts into flame and sometimes it just begins to grow. Either way works. Sometimes I encounter dark solid walls of energy, that has only happened a few times though. What do we do with that?? Well I have offered to crack it with a cast iron frying pan, and recently I offered to shoot a hole in it. Dramatic choices for solid dark hard unforgiving energy. Dynamite is needed for some people to break down the walls that entrap their spirits and their joy of life here. Those are the bullies we all know. Big hard and loud energy, unaware of their surroundings or of the damage they do. One thing I know about them that in their dark little worlds they are lonely and feel unloved. That makes me try harder to find the light there. Cancer, mental health issues, autoimmune disease and lots of other conditions plague those people along with their feeling alone and seperate. These are the issues of Earth and her children today. We have gone so far as to create nuclear reactions to shatter that illusion. Crazy stuff. To embody a spirit is to take on an adventure in 3d, putting light into something solid. It needs light to flourish. Light comes from food, water, sun and love, it comes from words of encouragement and laughter and song. Find your little light today, it is still there, breathe on it with something light and loving, see what happens to it. As your darkness diminishes, you will see other light surrounding you, smile and wave - it was there all along!!

Rebel against authority

There are many ways to look at things here, love it or leave it is an option, also seeing what is dark and harmful and rebelling against it, is another one. I did those both in my life. Here are the lessons I have learned from that, this is an amazing place, there are wonderful people here, nature supports all of our existence and if you deviate from the path you are best on, there is always, I mean always, a way back if you just look, and remember!!! You are your own navigator and pilot, every experience and outcome is YOURS to deal with. I am dealing now with a full deck and I love it!

Clearing the 3D

As we are invited into the next level of our being here and present we are given one last chance to forgive and forget now. In our body we store memories, and as we heal they rise to the surface and snap into your current reality. This can take the form of an injury or illness, a strong feeling, or even a real memory of something you forgot by choice. I am currently processing through the rib issue and sorting through it has been life changing. If you are afraid to look or feel or ask for forgiveness, take it slow. Do not stop though, it has been there all along shaping your life and requires your attention. I know we are in denial sometimes, drama does that, to protect the mind. Huge losses are often forgotten temporarily. When people die or leave you in another way, that is life changing and is too hard to handle for some and they store it deep in a place where they can save it for later. Well folks, later is now. You are here and pulling forward those memories is the only way to freedom, peace and unity. I work with many health care providers who can assist with this, energy work, hypnosis, healing touch are some approaches to healing from within, I love them all, they have worked wonders for me. Come on now, let's get this part over and get on with living the dream!!

Miracles happen every day

First you have to believe in them, then you have to have the faith that holds the belief strong and steady. After that, just watch and see the magic. I skiied 3 days after cracking my rib, miracle healing for me. The pain was amazing and the end of my trip of skiing too close on that first day, for my choice. Listening to my body and believing it was capable of incredible healing, I did it what it said!!! Then today, I believed it was fine,so I went to the top of the mountain and said, here goes!!! Perfect, every run sweet and smooth. All's well that ends well, and for those who believe, it is something to write home about!! Thank you Creator for making our bodies incredible!!

In your bubble

You are in a bubble of energy and light. It surrounds you. You are responsible for the cleanliness of your bubble. The words you speak stay in your bubble, they only penetrate someone else's bubble with permission or belief. If I speak a word and you believe it, it goes into your bubble. If you speak a word that I do not believe or want, it does not effect me or my bubble at all. It simply bounces back to yours. You will be justified by your words. So check your bubble and clean it up, make sure everything you speak you WANT in your bubble. Everyone sees it you know!!!

The school of life

I dreamt of a school, one where kids got a chance to do kid stuff. Riding horses, playing in the grass, art, music and yoga, all the order of the day. I did not go to a school like that, and I know the new children here now need that more then the structure they attend each day. Let's put together mini schools and get these kids involved. Moving and shaking and playing and singing, learning as you go, as an apprentice to life. That is what I see. Let's make it available now, let's get these kids interested. I know it will be a happier world when these schools are available. It takes grown ups willing to share their gifts freely, think about it. What do you have to offer a kid?

Flippin' through the air you get a chance to see the bigger picture

Up on the mountain hidden from view, a giant rock sticks out the snow, with no marker that it is indeed there. Over the ridge I ski right into it and over I go. Seems simple enough until you hear the pop and feel the stab of that rib, and know you are in for a lesson. I teach that all things are here to teach by challenge, so after a visit to the Ski doc and a stop at the health food store, I settle down, very painfully to a 12 hour meditation. Memories flood my mind, and when the sun comes up the next day I know what I need to do. When we get lemons - we make lemonade, right. So as I use the remainder of my ski trip for lemonade - I will remember it is all good and improving. So it just goes to show you, we are all in this together and it is going to turn out better than expected!
