thank you to those who attend to their children

I know how kids are vulnerable when unattended. They are here for our future, yet there will be no future if they are not here. It is our job to hold them close, shine a light on their path, and attend to their needs, day and night. It is the job of the parents to make sure all is well and safe, and that they are protected and loved. I chose that road with my kids. I attended. They are delightful adults who attend to matters of our world now. Please put your family first. If you do not do it, WHO then? Trust that NO ONE else is going to. No leader, teacher, preacher or coach, can do what you are supposed to do. I treat kids every day here, and the ones who are loved and supported and played with and helped, thrive. Those left alone, unattended, first howl and wail or lose interest, and after they are medicated into less they run off and get lost. Some die young, others live in pain. Sorry to talk about this, but it is time to put them first. Play in nature everyday with them, teach them to cook, and read, and play games with you. Answer questions, all the questions. And tell them every single day, that they are yours and you are theirs and together we can be here, in love, light and laughter. Here we are and now is all we have!

2017 a one year!

Numbers matter. All things have a number, a weight, a height, a way of describing itself that ensures it is real here on Earth. I am a number 9 and I am very real. My numerology is all 9's, meaning completion is what I do in my reality, and anyone who crosses into my territory is seeking that final outcome that I represent. You do not know me if you are not in the completion stage of some aspect of your reality here. I am invisible to you. Your need to know me tells me that completing something important to you, and it is your stage now in the game of life. I am at the end when you get there. Health issues under the light, become complete when understood and remedied, no longer your lesson. Life issues also are in that process of full cycle with my reality. Timing is everything, and the end for much of how we struggled in the past 9 years is going to mark the sweetest completion I have ever accomplished. Let's say good bye to many old cycles, old relationships, old injuries, old health dramas, former wealth challenges, and any other life issues not supported with love and full disclosure. Let's say goodbye to loss, prejudice, separation and all the messes those realities made. Let's say goodbye to fossil fuel, war, and religious toxicity too. It is a new year in so many ways, and opening the time here now to a fresh start, a clean slate, a loved life and way of being human that supports our new earth is where I will be. A ONE year is up and I for ONE am going to relish it! Good bye, and Godspeed to eons of time, never to be revisited again! Hallelujah, it is complete.

Going in new directions

The riders of the Dakota 38 plus 2 have all headed home now. New directions being chosen during the moving prayer of that long horse back ride back to the Mankato Minnesota hanging site of those warriors on Dec. 26, 1862. My family is on that list, we are the Cloud people. My own father's neck was broken the day after Christmas in 1959 to tell me the story can not die until it is fully known and healed from within. History will repeat itself until it is corrected. That is personal for me, and global for the world's acknowledgment of these atrocities and those long term traumas left in their wake. To understand our time here is connected to all time, is a part of the new direction now. There are those who have lost connection and lost time, being simply too sad, or tired, or scared to look at the history and stop what has not been helpful or loving here. New directions are needed now. My friend, Keith Nichols, who helps the ride and the riders and those beautiful horses, is off on a new direction. He was honored with the gift of a HORSE of his own. That is a direction UP and over the top! Anyone who is looking for balance, harmony, and then full power, can start there. It is how we roll here at Hawk's Ridge Ranch in Hudson WI. Congratulations to all who love that ride, it is a step in the right, new, and healing direction every single year. Namaste' to all those who braved the cold December winds. You are forever changed, and yes, so is Keith! I'll see you and your new pony, Austin, at our his new home here soon.

Easier than you think, just DO IT

So... she gave up pop, and she lost 15 pounds of weight. She was surprised, I was not. He gave up cigarettes with chemicals in them, and his cancer went away. He was surprised, I was not. He stopped complaining about hard, and life took a turn for the easier. He was surprised, I was not. They got their mercury fillings out and their healthier teeth made their body healthier. Horrid diseases like MS and RA, went away. They were surprised, I was not. Thinking you are trapped is THE TRAP. It is in the changing of the mind, the vision, the direction, that all sorts of other results become real and present themselves. Over the years I have seen so much healing in so many ways, all of which came with a JUST DO IT, AND DO IT NOW, willingness to try. It is so much easier and more simple than people think. Try one thing different. Chemicals OUT! Sunshine on your body! Water, known to be pure and mineralized drank every day. Food - single ingredient, whole and in original form, NOT processed, preserved or microwaved! Smiling, yes smiling, is the best medicine ever. Try it, you will be surprised, I, will not, but I will smile too. And that is the easiest way I know.

Holiday reboot

This is the season, the reason, the miracle of the chance to reboot yourself. It is the time of the year when a quietness appears along with the chaos of the holidays this time sprouts light, love, music and togetherness. It does not matter which you choose to celebrate, only that you do and you share that spirit of joy. See the gift YOU are, and the gift YOU bring simply by showing up and being present. Let that be worth so much more than anything else delivered in a box or a bag. Life is ALL there is here, you are that life, that light! Supporting it with a reason to celebrate, a holiday, a birthday, even just a SUN/SON day, that is good enough for me. Get out there and smile and shake it up, Merry Christmas everyone.

Lady and Logan, rescued in 2014, remind me that I am a gift, to them for sure, in giving them their awesome farm life now, and to me as they make smile every single day! Come on, family is everywhere!

Are you are fear biter?

I work with animals. I have cats, dogs and horses. They live here with me in harmony, well cared for, full and warm and loved. They have no need to bite, not me. Humans who are cared for that way, get along with themselves and one another without biting. Those who are afraid, hungry, confused, insecure, tired or cold, fear bite. It is the rush of adrenaline the body shoots through to transport them to a space where they feel safe. It is a gift, for that very rare occasion where it could help. It can lift a car with it's strength. Unfortunately, humans use it all the time now, and it hurts them as much as it hurts us. I call it the sex, drugs and rock and roll, the need for speed and the abuse of sugar used to sweeten a life gone sour way of living.In the new reality here, fully exposed in the light, fear biting can now be understood and controlled. A cornered, injured human is capable of biting. Even biting off their own leg to get free, I see that with addiction a lot. When you are there on either side of that surge of adrenaline brought on by life, step back and take a breath. Keep your hands at your side, and your words in your mouth. Breath again. Own it, it is your energy, and biting us is never the solution. We also will step back, some of us will walk off! I will keep me and mine safe and warm, and they will purr and nicker all day long. Let's do that with one another. Teach this lesson, and take the foot of the pedal for a minute. Smile your way through the fear and be loved and safe here.

Choose health, please learn to thrive!

I see those here daily who choose health. They want to feel good. They want energy and fitness to be a natural part of their reality. They want to learn new ways to get that way and stay that way too. I teach all that I know, then I add in others who teach additional aspects of healing and health as a part of their long term solution. I know that when we are kids we learn what our parents do. I have seen that over and over and tried to break that spell. You will repeat what does not get healed. It is called the buck stops with you opportunity. It is DNA telegraphing. It is energetic and determines directions. So, if you like how it turned out with your grandparents and parents, then carry on with a big smile. If you saw them suffer, or suffered because of them, it is time to stand up, take a deep breath and say NO now. Whether it is healed gets it's chance to heal with you! Grow up, and grow a pair, the courage it takes to withdraw from abuse, disease, loss and the damage it does to your kids and their kids and all kids, needs brave warriors now. Eat right, real food, laugh at your mistakes, stay sober enough to be accountable, go to bed and get some sleep, admit when it didn't work or fit, and also reject the things done to you that hurt you long ago. School, church, medicine, bullies in their own way, were not for everyone. Let them go. It is the way to get back all we have lost, choose health in body, mind and spirit. Speak life affirming words of encouragement and forgive all other words as simply too limiting. I will not be limited, and I want you free from limits that thoughts, words and deeds can put on you. Use your mercy and grace to relieve the burdens you carry, with forgiveness, not forgetness. Then we can work on the planet, her health needs our attention too. Water is life, you are water, pay attention and you too will begin to thrive here.

How do YOU celebrate?

A season with a reason to celebrate at the end of the year. It is worthy simply of gratitude for another year on Earth. It does not matter who, where or how you express that. Only that YOU DO express that out loud and in front of everyone! Even if it was a year of loss or pain, you still remain, and that deserves a grateful heart. I have seen and housed sick, poor, angry and lost humans in this practice of the healing arts at Hawk's Ridge Ranch. My horses have held the energy of children who were left out, left behind, and in left field, alone again. My ranch has sheltered the addicted, to meth, alcohol, trauma, abuse of all kinds and those who fell down that rabbit hole. I have also seen them raise their eyes to the sky and the light of our rainbows and pull themselves out of those deep dark holes. That is a reason to celebrate, to be grateful and to help someone else who is where you were. I was sick back in the 80's. Miserable, medicated and nearly hopeless. Then I found Naturopathy and healers who knew how to teach me how to recover. I did that, it took a year, but I did it! The Medical Doctor who lost me as a patient, was disappointed and told me so. That made me mad and inspired me to be a Naturopath. I celebrate that every day, and after many years many of my clients celebrate that too. Although 2016 was quite a ride, I again will celebrate for the 59th time. I will tell the Universe and our Creator, that I will stay for another year. For that chance to do better, I am grateful. Seen in the light

My college friend said he saw me in the light. The light of the fire, under the light of the moon, and he remembered me. He never forgot that and it followed him through his life. Forty years later, he told me that same story again, he had seen me in the light and knew he was to know me. Lots of us are seen that way. In the light of a life remembered to be in the light only. I love the light, I love the Creator whose SON/SUN shines it's light on us daily to remind us to look up. It causes us a view of things hidden in the dark. Beneath, behind, below one another is over now. All of us now are standing side by side, hand in hand. Now we shall face our future here. And of course, fully in the light in shall we now proceed. Happy day after the darkest day of the year, it is time to move into the light again.

Day one, year 60 what to do, what to do.....

I do not remember that I agreed to this life lasting this long or not. I remember that I was a kid and have been all along. Now all of a sudden out of nowhere, it appears I am a grown woman. Someone embarking on her 60th year of living on earth, in yet another lifetime of human existence !! I KNOW I DECIDED to show up and THIS WAS TO BE MINE, YET wanting to be a grand lady was never my priority in this lifetime. So as I step into the role, new to me, I will endeavor to savor every moment. As I kid, long ago, I was in a hurry to grow up, then I grew up and was not in a hurry any longer. It seems that lasted for a good long while. I got to play every day, outside with the weather and the animals and lots of kids. I love that. I will still do that, yet I see now that other things are being added to the mix. It appears I may be answering questions now too. Yesterday, Gus, a young man I have known since before he was born, asks if I was a hippie long ago. I smiled and said, if I were old enough then, I believe I would have been. In a community, in the garden, in the sunshine, in the music, yes, I think I would have. Now that I am old enough, maybe I will be one now!! How's that for an idea on the first day of my 60th year?! Sounds like another segment of life and laughter and love is showing up for this next leg of earth life. Thanks Gus, I don't know if I would have thought of that one on my own, but it sounds like fun! And I am all about that! Happy first day of the 60th year, looks like fine sailing ahead, and where are my beads and my headband?

Looking to the judge

Yesterday I spoke to the judge. I do that. I was going to be in law but medicine needed me more. I love words, language really, and using them to their highest degree here is what our laws are made of. Knowing that some are not supportive to normal people is coming to light. Many people are raising their eyes and now their voices, questioning the whole system and asking for clarity and a rewrite. I read those law books, and then speak or write when I need to. We all need to reconsider this now. There is so much to be seen, and cleaned up, starting with the LAW and our use of our words, written and spoken. I always said I would write a book for this subject, and one for insurance, and one for banking and another for health. I guess I better get to it! Judges are here now, in many capacities. Landing on this world, looking for justice to be done here. Judge yourself first, and then ask for opinions that support a healthy happy healing process, for you and me too. Time is up, all is being revealed and judging what we had let happen, well ......

Dr. Su's blog

I was asked to share my thoughts on this computer. I have. I know many who also share theirs. I know now, that good news is really the only news we need now. I have seen so much magic, so many miracles, in my practice that offering the hope they bring has been a gift for me and from me to you. In this season of gifting, let yours be the greatest you have ever offered. It is a time of giving, of loving, of thinking of another first. I know that you have an idea on that. Get a shelter pet, see an old folk, bring some warmth to a neighbor. Listen instead of talk. Be last in line instead of first. Make sure everyone has what they need. Timing is everything, and it is time for peace now. Food, water, light and warmth are what humans need. And a friend! Be that, it is the greatest gift ever.

What is YOUR great idea?

I am looking for great ideas now. New ways of being here, in a healthy, happy, productive way. It is time that the complaints are silenced, and the solutions are front and center and openly discussed with joyful thoughts and words. I have worked in the field of healing by sharing nature with those who forgot how cool of an idea it is. It works, it always has. It supports us in every way. Nourishing not only our bodies, but our spirits. The beauty, the grace and the divine design all for our pleasure and our sustainability. Today, think up some great ideas. beaches

I love them, I live there, I have always worked there too. Life guard, swimming teacher, and naturopathic doctor, were all beach jobs. Beaches in dreams are where consciousness meets super -consciousness. I know that seeing this life from the beach offered two angles, it worked to my benefit and was my contract with Creator. Being elevated to new digs means that the foot in two worlds way of living is complete for me. I get to move to the penthouse now. I saw from there so much of what needs to change here. The waste, the debris, the mess we have to clean up will be my new focus in a big way. So from here forward that is where I will be, cleaning up around here. Our Earth deserves it, so do you and I. Eden was the plan and I will do everything I can to restore that idea of healthy, happy and green again. See you in the garden.

ZZZZZZ dreaming under the full moon

It is an awake time, a time of enlightenment. Especially here in December when days are short and light is abbreviated. That night when the moon light is so bright reflecting off the snow that you can see forever. In the dreams of that night much of the inner working parts of YOU are revealed. Find a dream book and look at what you did and saw there. Who came, what did they say? It is revelation personal and specific to the dreamer. I dream so loud sometimes I speak in my real voice out loud. It comes to me in such strong vibrations that I actually broadcast it. This is a special time of year, a quiet healing comes with a hibernation from the summer sun. Let that dream time change you, upgrade you, cause you to feel forgiven, remembered and yes, no matter what, loved. We are LIGHT BE-ing human, and sometimes it is hard to remember that. But then the full moon comes and reminds us of who we are really and we can dream again of a better world here with us all together in that light. Sweet dreams!

inner to outer, just getting warmed up

As a little girl my mother could see my inner being, as most mothers can. She was critical of it and chose to make it unacceptable. I believe it reminded her of HER and the inability to express her true gifts as a young woman. She somehow knew it to be just to difficult. She had a NEED to help, especially children. It took her away from her real world, the North Dakota child she was, and her father would not support that dream. She was to marry and have a family. That's what PEOPLE do here. Not dream of travel and college. She was a woman and that was her job. Her gift was not to BE in the beginning. It was not to BE until years later that she realized that dream. Only after her own children grew up and her father's wishes had been honored could she let her inner self out. Then came her education, her college degree and her happy time. She became a minister. She traveled the world, dressed as a clown ministering to kids, painting their faces and telling them they were loved. That was her inner warmth. I did not get to see it much, but my girls did. So did the other children she shared her warmth with. It is never too late to let your inner light BE. It needs to be now, as the world moves into a new place, the healers, the lovers of the planet, those who carry deep within a light, an idea, a willingness to be of service NOW. There is NO time like the PRESENT, the season is upon us, you are a gift, share yourself with those who see your inner light.

We are WHO we are, because of LIGHT

WHO we are, is the light of the Universe. It is the shining. It is the energy in motion of love and breath in form, human form. That is us. I see it daily in the auras I see, and I am enchanted. I am willing to see them, therefore I can and do. I make a career of it, and sometimes a hobby of it too. I love the lights that come on in the scope of an offering of love. I do that on purpose. I also shut the lights off, when they are blaring in my face, or my ears, or my reality. If they are too bright for sight, I say stop. I have to, or it will push others off the edge. I see when light is light and when too much adrenaline makes too much electricity and is going to blow someone up. It is how we roll. Use that light of WHO you are to see your way, and shine it my way if I ask you to. Be the master of your own light. If you are not in control of your light, you may lose it. One spark can start a fire, and it is your job to make sure it is warm and inviting. Not too hot or wild or wasted. It is the measure of who you are and your responsibility. Lights are us! Now and forever to burn brightly with love and peace.

what are you afraid of?

It is that thing which drives some people, their fears instead of their passions. I see it in health all the time, they get a diagnosis and that is the word they utter over and over. They tell everyone. It is also the way they perpetuate the situation. If you say you are focused on something out of balance and do not want that outcome, then it is key to sit quietly and focus on something different. Your outcome is yours. You speak it into your field. I know that people are growing when they are squawking about something. It is how some share their needs. I prefer for them to say I am out of my element here and I need some support by someone with more experience please. Please be faithful that you are capable. YOU ARE. Focus on a positive outcome, and you will receive one. Let the rest of us rest please. It is all going to be fine. It truly is.

the unexpected departure

It happens, someone gets up and goes without warning. I had it happen with my daddy when I was 2. He died. As I grew into my knowing, I realized it was certainly not unexpected, just too soon for me. He knew when to come and when to go. I just resisted his timing. In resisting, I felt lonely, left behind really. I believe in the bigger reality of us. I believe that I, as a never ending story, dictate my own movements. I know that when I am gone, I shall remain for a very long time in the hearts of those who knew me. Then if I decide to, I can return here. It is the greatest lesson in being present. Not to waste one moment. I saw someone wasted the other day and thought of that reality as an empty time, not producing fruit. It is imperative in living gracefully that we live awake, alive and present. Period. Then even the unexpected is not so unexpected. All things working together, understood step by step as we go, loving ourselves and each moment, knowing the next one may be very very different.

Indians and soldiers, forgiveness for everyone asked for and granted

The wars we are about to say goodbye to forever are being forgiven. Not forgotten, forgiven. Mercy is being asked for and received. The few who made it to Standing Rock stood up for the many who wanted to go but could not and asked. The veterans who went to support the natives in protecting their water came together in a ceremony of healing. They asked for forgiveness for the wars here in America. They need to know that the future is free from anger, loss and blame. We all need to know our future depends on that. Looking back, letting go and moving into the light has to happen now quickly. It is the only way to heal our planet. Working together here, side by side, smiling and yes, remembering without pain, the key. Find someone and say you forgive them and ask them to forgive you too. We are all in need of love and that is what will fill in those holes! Thank you Creator for the Standing Rock energy that is opening the doorway to our future here, we are forgiven and moving forward now.

How and why YOU DO YOU...

is what counts here, that is the way we see you. We are here to see one another now. Hiding, separate, ashamed or afraid no longer, as we awaken and do us doing us. Music, farming, wellness, builders, cooks, shoe makers, snowboarders, and the list in goes on forever. That is some of WHAT we do. How we share our gifts and our process is one key. Then, why we choose to deliver it that way, another key. I can do the same job as someone else, yet get a completely different result. Frequency, or what I call bandwidth counts. Delivering my gift to a variety of receivers, like a radio station with great strength as opposed to a weaker energy only getting to the few. I like how and why I do Su/Sioux. Do you like how YOU DO YOU??? Yesterday Monica and Andre took us snowboarding and skiing at Vail. They both work here and perform well. They showed us a route that we could enjoy, a mountain they know well. They shared a wonderful and kind and generous day with three women thirty years their senior. Now that is what I am talking about. How and why they did that, magical! The three aunties were enchanted and had a great day on the mountain. Thanks kids, we love you doing what YOU DO so beautifully!!Namaste' Monica and Andre, you rock.

where from here - Standing Rock and the future

It took a very long time to come together in the advent of so much loss over long years of isolation. Those days of separation need to be over now once and for all time. The Standing Rock Water Protectors have a new lease. A new lease on life lived in peace for a higher good for our Mother Earth and one another too. It is just the beginning and I am delighted. It is amazing when we realize that miracles can happen and that prayer really does work and people, no matter what race or age, or sex or experience, all have great value and as a team are unbeatable and truly wonderful. Together we stand and united we shall remain, this world is counting on it and so am I. Thank you Water Protectors! You are loved.

10 days - sing it!

Sioux Z went to North Dakota to be with the water protectors from her Navajo home in Arizona. She said, my family said, see you in 10 days. It has been 10 weeks since that good bye. They talk everyday, they say MOM do this thing! We are so proud, and we are so there, in spirit and with our love and support. Then she was seriously injured by DAPL security hitting here with a tear gas canister, point blank, exploding it at her head and her eye was damaged. So she came to the ranch, Hawk's Ridge Ranch here in Hudson, Wisconsin. We do recovery work here. We talked about it, then we sang, and then we sang some more. We sang until the healing began. It is time! 10 days, 10 weeks, 10 months, or even 10 years to sing, to heal, to get together and support one another and the planet. Sometimes that is all it takes, a song. Sing everyone, sing loud. The earth is listening, so are the angels, the aliens and the ancestors. Sing out loud now, our future here depends on it!!

Bored? Come on over

Over the past few years the world has been awakening. I am glad for that. It was a dopey, groggy, slow to respond and a lonely place to be. Now there is some life happening. A bored child is a child in trouble. It has always been that way. I knew kids as a kid who went home to NO ONE. They were bored. No one to tell anything to, good or bad, scarey or exciting. I knew them, and now they are dead, some while we were still kids. I believe they died from boredom that caused them to choose other things. I would see them disappear energetically and soon after, they were truly gone. I knew they felt neglected and unworthy. I would talk to them on the phone just to keep them company. I was not bored, I had a pony, a pup, a river with a beach and a bike. I had friends who loved to play outside and I played with them a lot. I loved to bake and so I baked. I loved to be tan and fit, and so I was. I loved to talk and there were those who I could talk to. I still do. If you are bored so are your kids, find a friend furry or human and let them talk, this life of technology is fun but boring really boring. Humans are designed for sunshine, grass, snow, water, and fresh air, lots of fresh air. I know this is a recipe for success, that why I share horses with people. They are NOT boring. Join us and all of our horses, for a solstice celebration and drumming on the 12-18 at the ranch. It will be a fun afternoon and we need to see your smiling face this year. This is the time to get a plan, a life, a pet or just a good friend, a time to be on the Earth as a human being human. I know you will love it! It is never boring.

On the wings of the Eagle

We use the eagle's feather for a lot of things. Head dresses, fans, flags, emblems and prayers. It is the way of the light, bright white and very revealing from high above. A raptor with great vision and incredible strength here on earth for her children's support. Some call the USA the eagle, when recently the USA was far lower to the ground, more like a rodent than a bird. The gift we were given 248 years ago of the eagle energy with was not used properly or for the good of the people. Some took it as their own, when it is really for us all. It was used to bully our own people. In lots of forms, it took power from those who could of used it in peace time, and gave it to others less peaceful and used in a bad way. An eagle feather can be used by an indigenous person for the power of prayer, it has not been available to any one else. Isn't that interesting? If a non-native person got caught with one feather they would be fined and it would be taken away. Powerful energy from one feather can change things. Those eagle people know who they are, and they are stepping into authority now. Standing Rock has many eagle people, as do others across the land, using this gift now to call in the Highest Light and it's authority. Today, stand outside and call to the eagle. On the wings go the prayers of the people to their highest place, and there cometh our help! It is time to use our gifts to their fullest potential, and the eagle is one such gift. Megwitch.

Trust

So not what people are taught here. It is such a new way of being and thinking and living in that trust, that it's restoration will open the NEW AGE. Welcome now. I know that I have been taught over and over NOT to trust. That my nature of hope and optimism and let's give it a try are generally going to show me something that does not have trust or truth. Earth has devolved to that point, sadly it lasted far too long. Today is the Sagittarius new moon of trust! Opening the stars to the humans, with a we got this attitude of reconnection and support in our new effort to clean up around here. Years back I had a guy clean up around here and he robbed the place, then I had one try to burn it to the ground. I have always trusted the larger guardians to keep me safe, and that trust has paid off in everyway. They did. I have always been safe and attended to in every way. I kept my faith, my hope, my love and my trust, in those I could not see but knew they were real and there and very involved in my life in every way. I never lost trust that people, or my work or my future was not loved and needed. Trust yourself now, your higher self, your view of more, and your skill at delivering to this world the hope of healing and love and connection for us all! Welcome we are glad we made it.

The revolution of light and transparency has begun, and seeing what has been done to our families is necessary. A huge child abuse porn business in Canada with international connections, was busted open recently, and YOUR teachers, doctors, nurses, police people and others you trust, were the ONES who were hurting our children. Trafficked, stolen, sold, pimped out, all at the hands of those who we choose not to see or reveal. My college sweetheart's mom pimped him out to the neighbor guy when he was only eleven. Two years of abuse followed and lifetime of loss and self loathing and addiction became his reality, and continues to this day. A minister my mother followed was an abuser, I saw it in his aura when I was fifteen. He spoke of hating those choices from the pulpit, and yet soon after ran off with a teenage girl from that church. It was creepy, and true, and yet, my mother couldn't see him for the toxic child abuser he was. He was a man of GOD, to be respected, and my feelings were, what GOD does that?? It is time to show up, be present, watch and say what you see and feel. Priests, cops, teachers, doctors, day care providers, need to be seen. Authority is an inside job. Keep your power, KNOW no AS AN ANSWER TO THOSE WHO WOULD STEAL, LIE, CHEAT OR HURT YOUR FAMILY. Now you can google them, you can read the label, check out the place, see it for yourself. This can only change if we do. Targeting women, children and elders, is wrong, and the loss of life and love here from letting that happen is vast. PLEASE help take the targets off their backs. Step up, show up, say something, use your words, now.

The WORK of LOVE

Love is a verb. Period. It is an energetic power moving and growing here. It generates and radiates massive amounts of energy. It can cause very good and wonderful things to show up and grow up. It takes enormous effort to have it in your life. It needs to be nurtured and used to flourish. It is not a destination or an outcome nor does it stay alive if it is unattended. It is a vehicle. People are untrained and unprepared for the power of love. We have heard sermons that use the words of a distorted love that controls and even undermines us, with false data as to it's source and what source is and offers with it's intention and it's use here. LOVE not a religious thing, nor is it a business thing, it is a Heaven and Earth thing. It is a HUMAN RIGHT. It comes with the world we live in as the energy that supports it's expression of life, health and happy harmony. It takes grown up people, to love themselves, to work the power of love as a demonstration of creation. And NO it is not SEX either, that is a whole other expression. Real love is real power, it is transparent and true and as light as it gets, and we are just now waking up to that good news. It is free for everyone and using it together can restore our planet and all her good, ready to love inhabitants too. I Love THAT work, don't you? Take no thing for granted, love is the most powerful force in the Universe, use it and prosper. It is time fall back in love with life!

A vision of healing

It can seem so large, so difficult, so not told to us. I struggle with other's views of less or lacking in vision particularly in view of health and wellness. I know now that it takes a dream to create a reality. A shift in thinking, lifestyle and perspective. I loved connect the dots as a kid. I have spent lifetimes connecting them. This is my crowning glory of those connections. I reviewed last night, the losses of the mothers I loved along the way, in a conversation with my daughter. I knew each one had come to their conclusion at exactly the right time for their personal ascension program. They delivered so much while they were alive here and continue to each day of remembering them. Our dots still connect, no matter where in the galaxy they are. We are so a part of a giant vision, and healing that sight/site of self is key. As I embark on the next leg of dots, I will share as I go. A book, time to write a book. Allow Align Appreciate

I got yelled at by someone afraid of the election results. It was startling as I am rarely on the receiving end of this kind of childishness. I allowed it for a moment and then said goodbye. I can not align with screaming, unless it is to alert me that I am in danger. I was not in danger only my ears hearing from such crazy loud noises of a human going off without thought of my feelings. I am only allowing light, inspiration, love and laughter, not fear, not now or ever, to rule my reality. I believe that I am here to align only to that which raises me up. Not that which terrorizes or threatens me or my reality. This is the weekend of appreciation. Thanksgiving for a year of change, of progress, of learning. I am now in the season of light and love, a time each year that I celebrate everything.b> So as I have learned and taught again and again, ALLOW, ALIGN and APPRECIATE, IN THAT ORDER. Keep what works in a good and healthy way, and say good bye and hang up on anything or anyone less. You deserve it, we all do. Happy Holiday season to us all!

I am fun. That is just the way I am. If it is not fun anymore, I move on. That all by itself is my best light-packet. I am that light of fun and funny, and can find it even in an empty elevator. THAT'S WHAT MY FRIENDS SAY. I hang with fun. I move with fun. I get up early for fun. I work and I learn daily too, but fun gets my motor running. Everyone delivers something. Every time you appear, you are a packet of SOMETHING. Today you will probably go somewhere special, someone will cook and someone will pour the wine. What will you deliver? You are a light being, a ball of energy. When we see you, you deliver your gift of light BEING YOU. Think before you go BECAUSE YOU ARE GOING TO show the real you. Mopey, crabby, feeling less, then today, stay home and get some therapy, not at the expense of others either. Do not let another pay your way any more, pay your own way to health and happiness and love and light. We are looking for light, love and laughter, and that is what we are thankful for today and every single day. Standing Rock Fund Raiser Solstice drumming with horse-power! 12-18-2016

We have all been there. Many wish they could go to the front lines. On December 18, we are hosting a drumming to raise money to send up to Standing Rock and be in support of those hunkering down for a winter of helping protect the water. My birthday, the solstice and the love of the planet and her children are what I will celebrate and share. My horses give me power and a reason to remain balanced, healthy and in harmony. They will join in the drumming and prayer circle. All twelve were in last year and will be again this year too. Fun starts at 1, drumming at 1:30 and Potluck at 3. Standing Rock - standing up for water rights

My family is from North Dakota. It was a peaceful rather windy place living there as a child. The land there was taken from the indigenous forcefully, sold and farmed. My grandfather was one of those farming immigrants, my grandmother a native women. Threats of violence and abuse and some sort of impending hell threat kept the indigenous, including my grandmother, silent and under control. SHE and all her family feared the boarding schools and it's toxic ways, and kept silent about our own family heritage to protect us from the church and the government who had created those prison schools. This system of control was used them to destroy an entire culture of people. Yet, a few of those natives tried to maintain some of what they had in the past against all odds although quietly. It was an uphill battle all the way. Despair became the order of the day. Fear sucks the life out of people. Loss is the result, a loss of hope being the worst. How do you sell something you don't own? They had always lived without property deeds. They were taught the land, the water and the air were a stewardship project, just as the children were. A right of earth life lived in balance and harmony. Sharing the joy and loss of each day of our freewill. Not easy, but a grand adventure in the past. Then everything started to run out, run dry, run low. The little water left was about to be poisoned. So they woke up from that sad place of loss and started singing again!! Prayers, dancing, and community began to build. Families once torn apart by addiction and abuse came together. They told their stories. They began to reconcile the losses. Sexual, emotional, religious, and physical abuse, even torture and death, were in the church, at school and even in their own homes. Children were traded for liquor and drugs and the death of an entire way of life was pending. This is a last stand. A stand for the right to life here. Water, food, land to nurture and live on, and love are what we were told was ours before we were born. Now in the claiming of this promise, Standing Rock is standing strong. Please be a part of saving our world, our water, our rights, not theirs only but all of ours! AND yes, ultimately, OUR CHILDREN, for they are the ones we are protecting the future for.

Why you are here....when will you know???

As a child I constantly felt like I would never get there. Where ever there was. It could be an age, a date on the calendar, a holiday or a destination. I would sit in the middle seat in the back of our family station wagon and lean forward and ask again and again, HOW LONG?? HOW FAR?? HOW COME it takes so long?? Then I would dream of clicking my heels together or pushing on my nose, and hurry things along. In the reconnection of earth to heaven, we all wanted to hurry it along, or so I thought. Then I learned there were those here who wanted to keep us separate, for their use to dominate us and enslave our potential and energy. Then I remembered that I came here on purpose with a purpose. I have a heavenly galactic family cheering me on. I have a real reason for being in this body in this time. So do you. We do not exist in a random way, it all has a reason, a purpose, a geometry and a love energy that grows those things. It is now, we came for. It is TIME, it is HERE. IT IS YOU! And yes, me too. Do you and I'll do Su! Welcome to the end of that journey. New road ahead.

As we move about the world again, be the blessing!

My friends are at Standing Rock Indian Reservation being THE BLESSING. Assisting with their gifts, like car towing, working in the medic tent, delivering food gifts and prepping food, chopping wood at home and bringing it there for fires. Then I went, and just played my flute. Funny how we think it must be giant, and yet, just being there is a gift to those standing strong to protect their only water source. Go out and about and see and meet a need today. See someone who you can carry a bag for, or open a door for, or speak a compliment to. It is in bending your knees and looking into the eyes of a child or a pup and speaking words of recognition or support or honor that the WHOLE WORLD heres>/hears and smiles! Smiles make everything better.

Jessie and Kota

It was a cold winter morning, and the local humane shelter for animals was closing forever. My daughter Jessie was still in college, yet somehow wanted to help, although her life was super busy. So together we went there. A pup and cat, called to us. I adopted Beau the cat, and she fell in love with an abandoned puppy. He was the only one who could keep pace with her as she ran around the yard. She is fast, a runner at the U, he was faster! A decade of running full speed ahead would be their life together. It is something for a mom to watch her oldest child with her first child. Kota the pup, was that child. It was a lifetime of learning, loving and laughing. Together they went, they did, they were a team. When her husband Martin appeared, he added in like a pack member too, a perfect family. A truly grand adventure! Yesterday, the laughter quieted as we sent Kota to his next reality with the wings of my hawk and my flute. Once back at the ranch, the hawk, and the eagle came to our sky and waved as they soared above. Free now, no pain, no body holding him down, he was there watching and waving, and yes, now waiting. As all pets who love us, wait for us at the Rainbow Bridge, Kota now waits for his beloved Jessie. Someday they will soar together again! For now life is changed, as it always does but memories and adventures remain. Namaste, to both of you, we love you to the moon!

Seeing the raptors

I see them all the time, as does my daughter. Her friend calls her spotting them while driving, CRAZY! We were on the road yesterday and she could out spot me now. That was great, as I taught my girls to look up, always. See the helpers in the sky. They are there to show you the easier way. Where the future is green, the sun is bright, the people there are glad you came. I celebrate ascension energy, not crucifixion pain. I know the toxic response of fear, of arrogance, of bigotry, of loss, of separation, and the bullying destroys people. Anyone willing to demonstrate the bully way of life by hurting someone or something like our earth or our children, or even themselves, needs now to be identified and called into the circle. The raptors fly in circles, and we humans need to circle up too. It is where safety lives, where everything is seen and children grow up healthy and adored and watched and taught. It is how animals thrive and the land nourishes us in wholeness. The circle of seasons, of lives, and of our peaceful torus that circles this world with energy. The grid is disappearing, boundaries going away, watersheds becoming the new territory to live in and protect and be sustained by. Hold that thought, look up from whence our help comes, and follow those in the light to the green future we deserve.

Less is more

If you roll the bowling ball down the lane to the pins, and stuff is in your the lane, you will not hit your mark. You could even end up in the GUTTER! Clutter will hinder your process. Your forward movement will be blocked or diverted. People think the energy of more stuff represents them in a way their personal energy does not. Your personal energy is the key to you, it is your happiness, health and connecting ability. Those other possessions block you in and us out. If it is not there for you to attract others to share with, then you are missing out on US. And we of course miss you too. Look around, if it is not worth sharing with everyone you love, give it to another and let them try. Our world is waking from the illusion of separate. It created fears that promoted loss, lack, and so much less then we can accomplish on earth. Enjoy your collections, share every iota, the energy is yours to enchant the world, it is your art and we want to see what you GOT NOW! If not connecting you to us, let it go! Memories first. Then the other stuff that blocked you off. Help is here, call someone with a truck!

don't stretch yourself too thin

I see it again and again, stress causing people to stretch themselves TOO THIN, TOO OFTEN. It is one third of the basis for DIS-EASE. Can you control it? Of course you can and should. Yet there still seems to be an epidemic. I know we create issues that do not need to have a bearing on your life and health. Issues of competition, of feelings of loss or less come through. When guilt or shame enter in you become super toxic. I know how much damage this can create for individuals and ultimately, our whole world. To cover up your pain, you do more. You become driven, you become hyper sensitive and hyper responsive, it destroys your kidneys and there is no amount of KUDOS that can fill you up or calm you down. Listen carefully. SLOW DOWN, SLEEP WELL, BE QUIET, BE KIND, DRINK WATER. Even if it is just a short time each day. Put your hand on the glass and speak sweet words to your water. Then swallow it with the knowing that you are loving you. The only time your body heals is when it is at rest and fully hydrated. Not done, death will come for some, and that just seems a little over the top right now. DO THIS NOW and enjoy your humanness, we need you here to help us get this planet back to healthy. Trust in humanity- BUILD IT and they will come

I have always been a trusting person. I see what light there is and give it my attention, my support and sometimes even my adoration and money. I trust my choices as true and correct although sometimes pretty intense lessons ensue. I trust in a Universe that offers positive outcomes, therefore create trust here in my work, particularly with my horses. I know those outcomes are chosen and followed through here and made stronger by those who trust it too. Focusing on the light, the positive, and the productive, is how I do it. I stay away from any thing less. I can not spend time where the drama and the pain and the losses are still in the front and refuse to heal. I am there where those ready to move forward into health, wellness, positive energy and other viable options are available to get to work. This property called Hawk's Ridge Ranch and all she is and offers organically will remain in trust long after I am gone for those who desire to work on the issues of trust yet to be developed. We have had a hard time, a long run of loss and toxicity, enslavement and abuse. Addiction and suicide showed up here as did thieves and bullies. Yet I trusted my Guardians and Guides, my Ancestors, Angels and yes even Aliens to cover me and they did. Alerting me to issues that could have done serious damage. Bullets missed their mark, secrets were overheard, Fires were put out, losses were documented and truth came through in every single case. The abuses of humanity, physical, emotional, sexual and intellectual were observed and are being addressed. Our world is ready to move into the TRUST place once again here on Gaia. Step into the trust you need within and then share it, talk about it and let's move in to a safer space so the recovery of the Gaia and her children can now begin in earnest. Shape shift now

The stories of the shapeshifter are as old as time and as interesting too. Walking in and out of bodies of all kinds and looks, is a real gift of the meta-physician. A tool of the truth of more of the energy systems available. A life of pure energy incarnate and mobile and all seeing and being. My clients see me in the branches of a tree or high up on the street lights, as the HAWK. Then they call me with wonder and a wonderful feeling of being watched, guarded and loved by that HAWK, and by me too. Sometimes they will even ask me what I want, and why I am in their space. I know we all know in some way, shape or form, everything. Although some deny it, some just refuse to acknowledge it, some are scared and others say bring it. I have been helping them all for lifetimes as I grow here as a shapeshifting multidimensional being myself. It is in the text that Jesus too was a master shapeshifter, and only with the kiss of Judas could they recognize him for his capture to happen. Do your homework, look and see, we all change, all the time. Like the seasons that create the shifts of the Mother Gaia. Now decide your next form, rich or poor, young or old, healthy or sick, happy or sad. That is the basis for shifting, and it is a choice. I use it all the time, and that is why I am so happy and healthy and wealthy and wise, and have a life here still. I stay for the love of it, how about you?

Waves - making waves of change

I have been making waves. My whole life was about that work here. It was sometimes fun and lots of times not so fun. It sets you in a class of those who are considered troublemakers. I was not a trouble maker, but I certainly was an instigator. I have a way of looking at things in a magnified way. As a Sagittarius sun and moon with Libra rising it is who I am, and as an aura seer too. I see the chain reactions of everything, period. So to instigate a healing, a party, a vision of something different or new or bigger or just more fun, was my goal. Last night I felt another wave maker move into a very unpopular and popular place. It is what will change the world, when we feel these waves of change and now step into the water no matter how turbulent it looks, we will come through upgraded, beginning a clean up, and with a vision of healing our world and the children that was long promised! Welcome to the New Age. We are ready.

A nurse and a purse.....

I was told that not too long ago. Do you see what you are attracting? Tired toxic addicted guys who see you that way. I was truly horrified because they were right. Yikes, no wonder I was so sad and tired. I am not a nurse, nor will I ever be one, it is just not my way. I am no one's purse either, I have earned my own way all of my life and never expected another to cover my expenses. Yet somehow I end up covering theirs. Well, in the light of the new world being born, and all things being equal, I can only say thanks. The pay back for me should be quantum. The feminine is moving into her authority now, pay attention and she will right all things not so, now very quickly. Hope you are as excited as I am. This is good, very very good.

Can we be done now?

I have seen enough to last lifetimes. I have heard enough too. This is nuts! Our beautiful world hears and heres it all. So do our kids. Then it makes it real and happening, and then there are storms and earth quakes and all sorts of mayhem. Kids do what you do, over and over and times ten! I have decided for me to just be kind. That's it, nothing less, nothing more, just kind. I want to live in that way from here forward. Anyone else think that is a great idea? My kids will.

Be careful what you wish for....

I have explained that many times. In every first appointment, I take note of your wishes. That way we can talk about them when they come true. They are amplified by my ability to dream, speak and wish, as they are with those who love you too. So when Sully walked in last week with the coolest Lego airplane ever, I just smiled. Nearly a year earlier, he wished for new Legos, and when I asked him what he would make, he said a PLANE! Now this may seem simple, yet when I showed his mom my notes, she couldn't believe it. She said that her little boy had saved for months to get these Legos and had just purchased them the day before. He immediately started building his plane. Too tired to finish before bed, he got up before our appointment and got the job done. When he walked in the office with his incredible creation I had not remembered that his what he wished for. So after he showed me, I opened his file, and plain as day were those notes, those hopes, that wish and dream. Now if a four year old can pull it off, then what is everyone else wishing for?? Come on, let's dream and wish this world and her children healthy and happy now! I do every single day.

The rights/writes of the people

I am a human rights advocate. I am a health advocate. I am a freedom and fun advocate. I have seen that the rights of the people are not being honored much of the time. It is time to write about them is a series. I was going to call it ARE YOU F'ING KIDDING ME?? But that is not the point, it is just how I express myself when I am flabbergasted from time to time! The losses here of the right to life abundant and balanced and clean are everywhere and people are being shorted, over and over again without their consent or knowledge. It is time for them to know how this is happening and put a stop to it once and for all. The rights of the planet are also being violated and Standing Rock is the first real American stand up and say so event we have supported. Brave and willing people are defending their water, and YOU should be too. When I went to court years back in Dakota County Minnesota, I refused the judge's offer of a drink of water when I was on the stand for a long time. I simply said YOUR water, YOUR air and unwillingness to clean it up gives me a lot of sick people at my office, as your county is the most toxic in Minnesota. SO NO THANKS, I will wait until I get in a safer, cleaner space. The very next day, a man in the jury spoke out, and said he had spent the night researching my truth, and that I was being honest and correct and he had no idea his rights were being taken silently away. You need to know, you have rights, use them. You also have wrongs, see them as lessons learned, and move on. It is our future we are playing with, and I for one want it to be bright and light and healthy and happy!

Longer than.....

you could imagine. Yes, a story as old as time, is out there and simply waiting for us to re-member it to our world. I love to read, and do it a lot. Memories recorded for us are in those stories. In the beginning there was the WORD. I have read and said that exact quote zillions of times. Be careful what you say, you wish for, you curse about, because YOU are going to GET it! Now that being said, let's get a word or many words, of potential, for light, power, laughter, love and what ever else gets your party started. We need to use our words. We need to clean up our act. We need to speak with kindness no matter what gets in our way. We need our world to have our remembered words of recovery, of possibility, of the light of the new world and a new way of living here be spoken now. Speak up, use your truth, your memories and your words. Thank you, I love you all and yes, we are listening.

Water is the new gold

Hunting for gold was the game when water was free and every where to be found. Every disease epidemic ever recorded came through tainted toxic water. No remedy but clean water fixed it. It was tapped and bottled and owned, although for eons it was a simple basic human right and vital to all living things. It is being hijacked. It is being taken from our children and sold back tainted and toxic in plastic bottles. It is time to stop giving up and giving in and take your water seriously now. Taking it for granted has gone on long enough. When we go to space, we always look for water first. No point in any connection with anything that does not have water!! Please voice your concerns and if you have none do your homework. Learn about water, preserve every drop you can. It can get very thirsty when free is no longer free!!

The jury has been selected

A jury of your peers, that is what you get when you go to a jury trial. I have been in many and now am on the jury of my dreams. I have been hoping for this opportunity and returned for this chance to vote. Time to consider the facts, see the players and make my opinion count in conjunction with eleven other lightworkers. It is the fruition of an age and many thoughts and dreams creating realities here. If you are currently on trial, you are there for a reason. All will be. Were your lives and thoughts and deeds in the light of love and laughter, maybe not. Your world is about to shift under the bright lights of a new day and age being delivered, and I for one, am ready. Welcome to the new world.

Calling all angels!

That is what I said in 2008 when I felt the need to ask for help. I rarely do that. I have a great capacity to figure things out for myself. As I sit this morning on the 5th anniversary of my time in the courts of our Federal government and the mass media trouble makers, I know how powerful that request was. I needed those angels, I called to them and they helped. I needed every single angel here on Earth who was in the right position, to change laws and help reveal the broken laws that were hurting us. WE did that. Now we need to call them again as we see the truth of so much hidden for so long. Let the Angels, the Ancestors and the Aliens help us clean up this mess. It will take more than we have here. Our family at Standing Rock Indian Reservation needs us, our water needs us, our children's futures here needs us. So again, I am calling all ANGELS here in a position to help, TO NOW HELP! thank you.

Peepers!

My whole life I have peeped! It drove my sister crazy. It drove my teachers and preachers and parents crazy too. They punished me every which way they could. They hit me, they cursed, they grounded me from my friends or sent me away in isolation. Once they tried an intervention of my new way of living. They even tried to ignore me occasionally too. Yet, I was always peeping, all the way down the hall, never stopping or worrying about what would come next. I fought back when I was told to just fit in, stay the same or leave it alone. I knew that to do what I came to do in my final human lifetime that I would need to PEEP. I don't do it any other way, just keep peeping. I know that to be a peeper in this world, I would see awful things and feel their pain. I knew I would sound off as soon as I did. In the airport when I went to the fallen man, no one was listening or helping, so I peeped LOUD! Then things started to change and he was helped. When you see a dark or wrong or painful thing, PEEP LOUD! Abuse, loss, pain, poisoning and all the other toxic choices we see here need to be PEEPED about. Go to STANDING ROCK NORTH DAKOTA, and peep about your fear of losing clean water!!!! It is time for me to pray and you to peep, I am that I am, now teaching peepers to peep. Join me.

You will need to now, help! TOO!

Standing by are those who just watch in horror as you fall and crack your head open and make a big bloody mess. That is no longer an option. YOU are being summoned to step up, step in! Do not sit and wait or pretend you don't see the issue, right there in front of your eyes. Yesterday a man fell, and smashed his head on the marble floor in the Denver Airport at the steak house door, and hundreds of people watched. One and ME, moved to lift him from the blood and hold him up until the EMTs could get there. He was hurt, he was scared, and he was humiliated. He was giant and ready to bolt. We washed him, put ice on his wound and I held his back and I whispered over and over, that it was going to be OK. I said we were there for him, and all would be handled in order, and he would be safe and bandaged and on his way soon enough. We did and he did. And once it was over and all cleaned up, he looked at me and smiled. On the plane home the man in the seat next to me said, I saw you help, and I sat there and watched. I smiled and to the Universe I said, please help them Creator to help too. It is time, you will need to shift and become a part of the solution now, many will need your help and you will also need theirs.

Giving yourself permission

I know that when I go somewhere or do something I have permission. I give it to myself. I permit me. I pay my own way, I am accountable for the entire production, beginning to end. If I have dressed too lightly and I get cold, I take that into consideration and make sure I do not do that again. I do not stand there and freeze and wait for a passer by to give me his coat. Life here takes permits and permission. You have been permitted to come to earth, the living library, for a lesson or many. It is not granted to every galactic being or soul, it is rare and remarkable to be here, permitted to a few lucky beings. I know this to be true. While here, permission is the gift. It is called free will. Not divine will. Unless you permit yourself access to Divine Will. I certainly do. Daily! In prayer, meditation, my writing and my activities and my words, I permit myself to use SU, to use her perspective of Divine Design and Will. It comes in the Lord's Prayer, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Are you permitting this now, or has your personal will taken up all your time, and space? I have watched humans permit their own failures, losses, illnesses and dramas, when it is so simple to change by adding the Divine Will to overlight, oversee, and yes, sometimes override your personal will. This is a gift, a grace and a mercy, and I for one, appreciate it every single day. Align, permit the Creator and those in that place to help, and you too will be given grace and mercy, permission can only be granted to those who request it.

called?

Yes, each one here/hear has been called. Some slept through the call, some were too groggy to pick it up and just rolled over, others had their ringers off, some were too wasted to understand it even if they picked up. And yes, some of us answered it and are doing what we were called to DO. I answered that call in 1987. It came in the form of two brothers, who came calling and told me to wake up and get to it. I did and I did. It caused quite a stir in my life, the lack of understanding or willingness to allow me to align to it was to continue for a long while and I found the challenges character building to say the least. I had to let go of many people, places and behaviors that hindered my answering my call. The gifts given in the answer far out weighed the losses though and I celebrate them daily. I am grateful I was available to take the call, and give my attention to my answer every single day. Are you called to do, be or go?? If you think you are, you are. Get a notebook, and write down what comes to you. Instructions are being handed out, and keeping records of yours will refill our library with interesting stories for our grandchildren someday. Being called now, you are all being called now, listen and you will hear/here exactly what to do next.

Messages from the other side

There are two sides always, like a coin, like the day and night, like the mother and the father. I only got one side growing up. It was the my way or the highway life at my childhood home. No what the other side thought, since there was no one in that position to offer another view. It was a challenge, and I often took the opposing side just because it was there and no one was in that position. Even my Grandfather Earl was too far away to have a side from the male point of view for my mom's children. I have had to figure out a way to experience it on my own, as many children of single parents did. It takes patience and meditation and a willing open spirit to get a view from where you are not from. A lot of reading and writing go into the mix too. As I offer in this blog, my view, and I say one thing. Thank God for choices, sides, positions and perspectives, it certainly makes this life interesting and ever expanding. Many ways to do the same job, and it is what it is. Take a look from the other side today, and see what that feels like. Only when you have walked a mile in my moccasins, can you understand, me. And I can try to understand YOU.

My opening

Many years ago, on cold winter morning I accepted an opening to the next level of my connections. They came in an energetic trailer and have stayed. I know many wake to that each morning. THE NEWS. Instead of the YOUs. The comparisons start there. The terms of today's race. The day is owned, dictated really by someone else, real or maybe just making something up. Brilliant really. An efficient sales tool, a mass promotion of the whims of the few who were in charge of this. I gave it up a couple of decades back, along with my scale and my watch. If I wanted to know the weather, I stepped outside and checked. I stopped racing, comparing, catching up to anyone out there long ago, having learned to hear/here. In my reentry each morning, I HERE and HEAR,they are the same thing. I listen, I write, I meditate quietly on the dreams of the night and the vision for the upcoming day. I make my own NEWS! I have lived here in the three dimensional paradigm, just as we all have. In the changing of the matrix, today offered me a new necklace. I wear on my chest always, a necklace. I had one for many years that was a merkaba attached to a feather or a flame. It made itself. I wore two separate pieces that all of a sudden, many years ago, glued themselves together. It is something very special to me. As I came back from dreamland today, I was given a new one. It has four sides instead of three. Although three sides, is super strong and untippable, four is complete here. I am a human who follow the words of the elders, and the four directions coming together for the completion of this paradigm is complete now, hence the new jewelry. I am great and full and grateful all at the same time in the gift of this expansion. Enjoy, even if this is a little confusing. See the four sides, equilateral and very strong as we move ahead very quickly now. strategy

That is the card I drew today, and OH YA, and vacation too! I use vacation as a strategy to help clients take enough time away from daily routines to reboot. We go every where! This trip is Nueva Vallarta, and it is the most elegant one yet! It is on Banderas Bay with paddle boards, yoga on the beach, body work, meditation, and classes in health and healing. Gourmet organic meals cooked right in our magnificent suite over looking the Pacific Ocean. Our butler attending to details we aren't even conscious of at home, maybe because we don't have a butler here at the ranch,..YET! This is an opportunity to heal with no one telling you that you can't. Edward and Jean took the trip last year and his cancer took a time out. Waking up?

The world has been waiting for those here still asleep to wake up. I remember as a child learning about recycling, since my step dad created the recycling program for 3M corporation way back then it was talked about at our house. No one seemed to really care though. Odd balls, hippies, and the like were the recyclers. Now the garbage created rules the oceans and the land and has filled it. When I was young, I felt the planet clean, nearly 59 years here, I feel it filled with junk. Groggy, toxic, twisted and that is just the human junk and that made way for the earth junk. We are ready for the awakened to move into authority here and pour some water on this. Water is us, and to hydrate our world with clean pure water means to eliminate disease at it's root. Clean water wakes us up and fills us with animation as we use our breath to fuel the fire within and dance it around. Today when you wake up, get a big glass of pure water into YOU. If you think your water is not pure, then WAKE UP and know to clean this world up, we start there. Wake up now before it is too late. The time is NOW.

BLOG???? yes I do.

It wasn't my idea. It was the brainchild of a client. She said, I want to know what you hear/here. I said OK. And this blog was gifted to me by her and I gift it to the world. I have been diligent through the past 8 years with my wants, wishes, hopes, dreams, perspectives and out cries of injustice. I see so much personal injury as a Naturopath and also an American Native Woman and daughter of a crazy missionary mom. I see the child's view too, as a choice. I can not say what men say, but I can tell you how I experience them. Personal injury is what that was, starting with my own father's death when I was 2. It seems that those losses, injuries and abuses are all around us with disrespect and all out pain. I hear/here nasty toxic belittling things said by men in power and men in partnership, like husbands, lovers, priests and politicians, and wonder what the hec?? I see them punishing the world and her women and children in very hostile behavior taking so more than they give. Some who were here were abusive, threatening, childish, reckless, and suicidal and those are just a few of their behaviors I have endured. Today in the light of love, and mercy I must forgive. First myself and not forget, not repeat, not even offer grace, only forgiveness for the losses we all have felt under that behavior. The paper said a Palm Springs CA Cop was killed going to home with a domestic call with violent man, and I was sad, we see this all the time and often do not tell. Let's be quiet today, and offer peace to this planet. We are here for the future, and we need to focus on all that is good, right and filled with light. Thanks for reading my words. Do you know what your service is?

I was getting my boots buffed up at the airport and the gentleman working on them was telling me a story of a birthday, kids, plans, pizza and a cool video. I listened as he described a super fun event for his little girl. I said when is this all going to take place, he said SATURDAY! I was enchanted, entertained, and I paid him with a $100 and say please let me pay for that party. He was puzzled. I said, your service in your work here on earth is worthy, and you are being paid for it by what this past 20 minutes was worth to me. You shared your heart, your vision, your enthusiasm and took me away from my waiting. I always say, it matters not what you do, as much as it matters HOW and WHY you do the things you do. He blessed me and in return received a blessing of his own. We are all being watched, and your best service will be greatly rewarded, his was! TODAY< be in and of service worth of the light!

Treating the feminine as if they matter now

My feminine matches my masculine. I am a Sagittarius Sun and Moon, meaning expansive and honest and accurate all day and all night. I know that about myself and have used that to create balance in my reality. Yesterday I sat silently and observed one is out of balance with his feminine side, and he huffed and puffed and tried to blow my house down with his attitude and his words. I simply allowed a little of it, and then I walked away. Today is all about restructuring that energy. I will enjoy watching the feminine adjustments in humans I know. I am all about a new way of life here, and not taking things personally is one way I have chosen to live. We all, male and female, black and white and red and yellow, young and not so young matter!! REALLY matter!! Know this for sure and let no human blow your house away with their reality or expression of it. Keep your eye on the prize, you are IT!

The weight/wait is over

I have weighted/waited. I treat the weight/wait in my practice, and people are greatly appreciate it when it is over. Humanity was taught to wait and weight. To become heavier and heavier with the belief that being weighted down would keep them waiting. They wait for life, for health, for love, for some miracle to happen, because deep within is a place of all knowing that someday there would be a great change. It is now! We are changing at a pace beyond human understanding. In the LIGHT of the new you, the weight/wait is gone. Feel it leaving your world, your space, your body and your future. Incoming love and light brings a spring to your step, a brilliance to your mind, and a decision to participate in the world again with a glad heart and loving hand. We stayed to play, and now it begins. Clean up your area, wait for no one or nothing, it turns out WE are the ones, we were waiting for all along.

Choices, all you get, is to choose, the greatest power of all

Memories, the book of you. The knowledge stored in the chips of experiences brought to life by CHOICES! As a little one, each step is designed to be guided, by one accountable for your safety and growth. They choose which way you would go. They can hold your hand, or let you try on your own. OR they can ditch you all together and let chance handle your development. I have seen it done all three ways. When you are hand held your whole life, you never get to fly free. When you are left to chance, most often your choices get used by someone else, and they shape your reality by choosing for YOU. Then there is the one who watches vigilantly over you and catches you when you stumble. They choose to see that the ways of your choosing have healthy outcomes, good or not so good. My girls were given choices from the beginning. I would set out three outfits and say CHOOSE ONE. I would put three kinds of food on their highchair tray and say CHOOSE. I would say, how does that make you feel? When their choices were tough. I also taught that freewill could choose Divine Will, and in prayer, ONCE said, their was that opportunity to hear/here another's choice. All we get here is CHOICE. It is an awesome gift from the Universe, and it is not taught here to empower you. Time to choose to change that, now more than ever before, YOU CHOOSE the OUTCOME>>>>>>>> I am.

Five Grand Pianos

Five, the number of change!!! Grand piano, the expression of pure grand harmony. And last night I dreamed they were in my basement. The subconscious part of my human being human. Playing the piano for me is a lifelong gift. I have two, an old upright and a white baby grand. I play them both. One is in my barn house and one in my log house. In my dreams I see the future. I know that is a gift and I unwrap it every day. Those grand pianos, in the basement of my consciousness were always there. Yet in my dream I was delighted to rediscover them and show them to others. Then, I found the one under the covering, and it was the grandest of all. And as I pulled back the cover and showed it's incredible beauty to those watching, we all, even me, gasped at such a wonderful instrument. Then I said, wow, I forgot this one was even here!! To those here who have remained on the Gaia Star, the Great Earth Mother, for this time of awakening and the new age, welcome. We have made it. Today marks the beginning of the Golden time of connecting and healing our world. Avatars walk among men, look to them for coaching, support and enjoy the fact that all is as planned, and yes, Creator is smiling. Now let me go play my pianos!!

If not YOU, WHO?

Leaving things unattended, unfinished or simply neglected will work for this world no longer. Thinking that someone else will finish it, pick it up, clean it up or be accountable for what is YOURS to do is now to end. Those in that reality will stay there, and be unattended, unpaid, and even unemployed and left out. Only when we all do our part, and make sure every single detail is attended to properly and completely, will this world and their world upgrade. YOU, yes YOU are the one you were looking for all along! YOU, not Su, YOU!

Aim, AND FIRE! In the light of flash you will see!

The target of your focus, your words, your arrow, becomes you. Your thoughts, words and deeds become you. You are given a great and wondrous ability to see long distances and sailors will tell you, once a vision of the shore is available the trip there is short AND DIRECT. On horseback I tell my riders to look at their destination, not their horse, not the ground, not me, their destination! Lift thine eyes. I know when someone sees me, they see light, that is my job. Sometimes that light became a target, and that was OK, because that is how they focus on my world. Only when you take me into your site, can you get close to me and my amazing reality. An appointment will do, sometimes others do it in other ways, all good. My guardians tell me who and when and what is next, so no surprises for me. This is the greatest gift ever, and learning it and using it for your evolution here is incredible. So take aim at the outcome you desire now! See it and be it. I AM THAT I AM.

Sacred sites/sights

I see them every day. You are a sacred, actually very sacred, site. I go to them on the Earth too, and do ceremony that honors our Great Mother and her efforts here. They deserve the acknowledgement and the honor of that small gift. I use sage, tobacco, my pipe, my flute and my words of affection. I stand in awe, I sit in quiet contemplation and I extend the feeling of gratitude, the same way I offer my gifts to YOU when you come as a client of THE HAWC. I believe that the energy we share in unity quickly grows. That is why certain places, times and behaviors do not attract me any longer. I have no wish to grow some things. I go where there is hope, beauty, kindness and those who see it and extend it too. Today Glenda and Matt will be my sacred sites, and I will honor them the way I know how! You, do the same to something or someone too, and our world will raise her eyes/I's and smile at us all. She is as sacred as it gets and we belong to her, honor her, for the Mother she is and we will heal this planet quickly.

That is what was said to me today. You are free to go. So I went, out the door and down the road. The old garbage and those who live in it and with it can stay wherever they want to. You and I are now free to live in harmony and peace and with no toxic garbage in our life!! Thanks Universe, I am free and go I shall!

Numerology - BIG MATH ABOUT EVERYTHING

I do math in everything I do, I do numerology in every thing I do. It permeates our very reality. Is in my piano, my money, my days, my risks, my head knows math. Odds are you know some too. Do you count your steps, look at your watch or check the scale in your bathroom? Do you wait, by counting the days until......? Math is the basis for all that we are and will become. To know this, and then to know the math of the day, makes it easier. My friend Janet and I always laugh when a 6 day shows up, the math of those days is weird and rather sketchy, and in comparison to all the other numbers the least known by either of us. Today, 9-19-2016 is a 1 day. This is a day for a fresh start, a new approach, looking for an open door and taking a step up or in is all about today. I am in it to win it and using my math and knowing it and using it for my highest good and the highest good of all, is a great gift! It gets me to where I want to be. Ready to get there too?? Star Knowledge - ready or not, it is real

The sun and the moon are driving the tides. The tides of earth, ebb and flow, sometimes they crash and clear the beaches. It is real and we live by that energy and because of it too. I often wonder how people do not know this, or have an interest in it. Are we not made of water?? Is water not the element that supports a human in every way. With it we are healthy, flexible and in the flow of energy. Electricity otherwise known as your heart beat, flows easily through water! If you do not believe me, stand in a pool with a lightening storm and see how you feel. So if water is us and the tides are totally responsive to the sun and moon and the cycles they offer, then why are you not? Astrology, astronomy, and that star knowledge is here for us to know we are part of a very large galaxy, with a very energetic result. To be in the know, or have that knowledge, and then to use your knowing, your will, intuition and personal biology in a big way is very important now, for you personally and the whole world too. KNOW this and flourish in the influence of water. It responds to the stars, the sun and the moon, water is US, water is YOU. Oil is not. Time to know the difference and align with that that makes us healthy and whole. My family name is Cloud, do you think I know a little about water?? If I did not, I would not exist.

I can't make you, nor shall I take you

I will however ask you to join me. Joining me is a freewill choice to upgrade your knowledge of health, wellness and joyfully expressing that in many many ways. And yes, I do occasionally eat cake and other tempting treats. I rarely comment when someone else does. It is the choices that make this life what it is. I have made many, some the best yet, some not the best yet. It is the fun of it. I am a traveling ball of light and shining my light in places where I can take others with me, is my greatest gift. Ask my kids, I rarely ever make them, and yes, sometimes I take them, but only when they decide it is right for them. Same goes for you too. Join me, it is a lot of fun.

In your dreams!

The people of earth dream. They sleep and they dream, they meditate and they dream, they get bored and they dream. Little kids do that a lot. Especially in school or church, I sure did. So in the gift of the dream what do we receive? A picture, like it was on TV. An old movie, or a new day. Abstract or in metaphor and sometimes in very real terms. I dream awake and asleep. I share my dreams with lots of people, it is how I became the Susan of today. First I dreamed me, then I let my dreams come true. So in light of the full harvest moon and the new season of fall, dream in the quiet of the changing season. Who are you? What are you doing? Do balance and harmony underline your days, is full power your goal? I try to see my dreams clearly and take what I need into real time and real life. It is a free gift of creation and memories needed to move ahead, and the people of earth need to DREAM now. Life full of love and laughter and light! Dream on, dream on!!

In a GOOD way only

There is no future if what is being said and done is not GOOD and RIGHT and in BALANCE. Not perfect, there is no perfect here, but there is progress. If you are making progress in a good way, stay and help us now. If your progression is toxic, addicted, violent, or simply too lazy or tired to do something GOOD, please get on the bus waiting for you now. Close your eyes and click your heels and you will be transported to the place where you belong. I am not kidding. This world has an urgent need for the do-gooders to do good now. Our water, our air and our land is being taken and destroyed, and our children will be left with nothing good, if we all do not get together and do good for our planet. Time to do every single thing we do, in a good way. Stop polluting your body, your streets, your relationships and we can shift this. It will take every single one of us now, no bystanders allowed. You are either part of the solution or you are part of the problem, freewill again, use it. Time is very short, and good is the only solution now.

NO MORE SECRETS PLEASE

I was the subject of many secrets. A secret weapon of whole health, a secret friend, a secret advisor to many people. I have now given up that role, and being revealed for the truth of who and how I am is a sweet relief to me. I have had moms say fix my kid but don't tell my husband, and I have suitors say, be my sweetheart, but don't tell my wife!! This to me, is non-sense. I always say no thanks, not today, not ever. In truth, there are no secrets. The view from the HAWC, is full and clear and all is exposed. If you like secrets, gossip, criticism you are now not welcome here. No longer will the world trade their resources behind closed doors in secret meetings. If you can not demonstrate every thought word and deed in front of God and every body else, you are going to need to move on now. No more secrets, not now, not ever again.

Your money and your mouth - powerful tools of creation

They say to put your money where your mouth is, and I agree. If we would speak our truth, real truth, authentic feelings about the world and our place in it, and add energy of support, money, help and positive perspective, we would change this whole place really fast. I AM THAT I AM, IT IS TRUE. Who are you and where is your voice? We need to join our voices in loving concern for a planet nearly extinct, dying before our very eyes. If you are interested in the future of this planet, step up, get involved, go to places to assist in taking care of this world, her water is the real gold, and as soon as we all know that, all this foolish toxic behavior will stop. When we explore space, the first thing we look for is WATER!! Life is water and if you did not know that, now you do. Go tell someone else now.

I am not a leader, I never was, nor do I wish to be. I am a partner, equal and balanced with the gifts I bring in relationship to the gifts others bring. No more, no less. I share well, always have. Monday morning new choices

Weeks begin with Monday morning light. A fresh start, a new week, and choices, so many choices. I told my friend Michelle this past weekend that I give away earrings. I buy pretty ones and wear them, and when someone comments that they see them as lovely, I give them to them and say thank you for noticing and saying so. It is a way of promoting seeing on this planet. If you can see something around my face, that makes you pause and comment in a nice and good way,I will acknowledge that willing spirit with a gift. Kids, animals and even nature has always responded to this kind of loving training. Adults are pretty tight, and will hold back and stay silent, which is how we get bullied around here. SPEAK! Say positive, loving, funny, enlightening things to one another. Be more involved with your words, and notice others shining close to you. If you choose to, you may be rewarded with a smile, a new friend, or even a nice pair of earrings. Monday morning, fresh start, new week, try something new.

Dakota Access Pipeline, read the books, know the stories

The pipeline worker says, HEY LADY, I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT BOOK IS, BUT YOU ARE ENCHANTED, YOU SHOULD SEE YOUR AURA! I was reading the book about Whitestone Hill, a senseless massacre of native families, who had gathered for a pre-winter hunt. Killing kids, dogs, horses, elders and women, and destroying 500,000 lbs of buffalo jerky were their final results. OH, and 28 of their guys, who they sent in to shake hands and makes friends. Just simply as collateral damage to the politics of the leaders were those innocent men. No one is safe when the few rule the many. The elite class has been revealed and all of us, and I mean all of us, which ever side you are on need to look at what we have sacrificed and simply now, say NO! Community, communion, reconnection and solidarity are where we need to hold our focus, no less will get the job done. Put down your fears, your losses, your ignorance and move into the family of light.

The library is now open, come on in and grab a book!

Earth, our home, our mother, our foundation and our nourishment, is a living library. Like the strings of an instrument, she carries many different frequencies that have a tone and a message, hear/here them, one note at a time at first. As a child here be enchanted by that first note, learn to dance to it. Then when you are filled with it fully, get another one. Like books in a library, there are a zillion notes. We are here to participate, first to listen, then to study and to learn, and when that is complete, then harmonize they ones we understand and love and want to dance to. No two will do it the same, and that is the glory of the library, it is supposed to be that way. You have a fingerprint to remind you that you are ONE of a KIND and that is how Creator made you. SO You do you and I will do Dr.Su/Sioux. And the harmony of us all together will be more beautiful than we have ever known. Megwich.

The 9-9-9 of now, yes NOW!

In our life, cycles are us. Challenges become our strengths as we hurdle them one after another. My willing spirit and energetic personality gives me the where with all to jump and jump and JUMP! It is fun for me. I do not have the patience not to jump. It entices me every time and when I fly over the hurdle I encounter with the grace of a horse and land solidly on the other side, I have grown again. AND I am delighted. My strength, my courage, my skill sets all benefit from clearing hurdle after hurdle in these lives here. I have the 9's in my numerology in every aspect of my math of life this time around. I was given a clue and a hurdle, it told me that I came for completions. I do not drag things out, or hold a grudge. I just move ahead. To know I came, lived, loved and learned for the 9 days of the calendar, and it offered a focus. To see it to the end was my job. I have done that. Knowing who, how, what and why I am who I am, and where to go from here is a big part of the 9 nine lives of Dr Su/Sioux. Until now, nine was the end here. In our upgrade of light and a future that really looks bright, we can add in 10, 11, and 12 too now if we so desire. I choose that. So today I will celebrate completion. It was foretold to me before I came. I did it!! Now let's do better, together in the 10 of a new age of peace, community and reunion. Namaste' to all who came for the upgrade.

Silently waiting in the wings!

My HAWK, my me, in the higher version of my being on earth, has silently waited in the wings, or maybe on her wings, of her vision of a new world. I soar above the wastelands of our human existence and wait. I am not very patient, so I do distract myself with lessor tasks so that I can hold back. I have been charged now with an energy of striking the light here with the vision of a better way of life that nature can and will support fully. In the beginning, the Creator put four colors of humans in four directions, with four elements, and said GO AND LEARN THIS WELL AND IN THE FINAL DAYS OF SEPERATION, COME BACK TOGETHER AND TELL YOUR LESSONS AND SHARE YOUR SUCCESS WITH ALL OF MY CHILDREN. That has taken us a long time. Now we are ready, so Ollie Ollie oxen free!!!! Everyone who has a light, a gift, a story, a song, come out from where ever you are and share with us!!! Lights are on and we are home, ready and waiting for the big reunion and reconnection!

The timid

Hiding in the shadows, they wait for relief and their chance at life here. I have seen them all of my life. Children of all ages, left out or behind by parents who were just as timid and fearful as their children. Heroes were rare, and saviors were owned by churches and politics. Entry to those realms of protection was charged, if not money then other precious commodities were taken. Abuse of power led to rape and pillage of that which was personal and for the use of that individual, not to be stolen or even tampered with. Most barely had enough to live, let alone give, or protect themselves or their families. I have watched the auras of those who tamper, steal, lie and think they are getting away with it. It is time now for their full exposure. The timid have waited for their time to shine, to be seen and to show their gifts to the world. That time has now arrived. I was at the pipeline for three days, this is true, there was no conflict, no guns, no bombs. There was drumming, flutes, fans and lots of good food and loving support for this effort to protect this water. If you need more data, go and bring food, water and wood, I did. I am the STORM!

I posted this... the Devil whispered in my ear, better be careful of the storm, I whispered back I AM THE STORM! I am. I always have been. It is the gift of earthlings living earth life, storms that clear the debris, old, out dated, and in need of new life. I know that sometimes I appear harsh and cold in my direct way, yet as a storm of lightening and wind and water, clearing is what first must occur and that comes with direct truth and clarity and honesty. Respect the storm. STORMS ARE US, OUR WORLD IS ABOUT TO DEMONSTRATE HER STORMS AND OUR STORMS TOGETHER, AND THE POWER OF THE CLEARING OF THE OLD STENCH OF SLAVERY, OF DELUSION, OF TOXIC FOOD, WASTE AND WATER, and all the loss it created through separating us.
