don't stretch yourself too thin

I see it again and again, stress causing people to stretch themselves TOO THIN, TOO OFTEN. It is one third of the basis for DIS-EASE. Can you control it? Of course you can and should. Yet there still seems to be an epidemic. I know we create issues that do not need to have a bearing on your life and health. Issues of competition, of feelings of loss or less come through. When guilt or shame enter in you become super toxic. I know how much damage this can create for individuals and ultimately, our whole world. To cover up your pain, you do more. You become driven, you become hyper sensitive and hyper responsive, it destroys your kidneys and there is no amount of KUDOS that can fill you up or calm you down. Listen carefully. SLOW DOWN, SLEEP WELL, BE QUIET, BE KIND, DRINK WATER. Even if it is just a short time each day. Put your hand on the glass and speak sweet words to your water. Then swallow it with the knowing that you are loving you. The only time your body heals is when it is at rest and fully hydrated. Not done, death will come for some, and that just seems a little over the top right now. DO THIS NOW and enjoy your humanness, we need you here to help us get this planet back to healthy.
