The Heart

It is the fire, the chakra or home where spirit meets body. It sends current through out the body via meridians fueled by oxygen sent through water. It can spread it's energy in the wink of an eye. It can also stay static and blow the heart up. Fifty is the heart opening age of last resort. If you are stuck, tired, unloved, it is your heart that needs to open. Find a way before a way finds you. I know many who have had near death experiences just to open their own heart. No need to create so much drama, just ask.
