Seeing double

When is that a good thing???? I see people do it a lot. Out of their mind, adding in another perspective. Double up. I know the benefits and I also know the risks. I have a sensitivity to iodine and shrimp started to bite me back. I know to back off and let it be a part of my past. I can not live in two worlds down here effectively. No one can. I see these good people say I love you, and then I hate you, in the same year or even the same day! Double talk. I have to smile at the indulgence of such duplicitousness.  Look up and see one thing, then look down and see another, then with the gift of the double, the polarity of choices given here, look ahead and form union and community with ONE vision. That is true love that will save you and this world.  Nothing less will do.

Nothing but smooth sailing ahead

Earth and her children have come through some rough seas. The storms of choice and freewill are truly book worthy. I know my life is very fun to re-examine, and I marvel at the greatness of the consciousness  I embody, even when it is lying quietly beneath the surface. That consciousness is now fully activated, and raising itself to the position where it can do it's best work. My family is healthy and happy and loving, my partner is well and strong and ready to work. My farm is a lighthouse for those seeking a vision from a higher prospective, handy that I have a herd of horses to assist with that. It is time to say thank you and see you again on another sunny day to many. It is time to sail on into the warm winds and beautiful sunsets. I am so glad I made it, thank you Creator for this is truly what you promised.

Date night

Do you do that? Take time to just do YOU two? I heard about it for years, although I finally just got around to trying it. It is so healthy! Letting the phone go, the computer  and the TV stays off, the chores left to a trusted person, and off on an adventure together you scoot. Being in this world is busy, very busy. Being together with someone you adore takes that busyness and settles it in to a peaceful place. You can not change the things that are not yours to change, you can change YOU. If you have a friend, a partner, and a good idea, get gone. Vacations are too few and far between, date night is right here, right now and RIGHT ON!

You are your own Goliath

Funny how we struggle and fight and think somehow it is something or someone else doin' it to us. I love the way humans use each other for the growth of spirit that is  only needed from within. It is consensual and that makes it forgivable. It is one of the clearest ways we have of seeing our own truth. I personally have used horses that way, the mirror of me, for my whole life and that made it easier for me and on those around me too. When I am healthy and balanced and fearless, I can ride like the wind and do. When I am stressed or confused or frustrated, guarantee I will have a buck or a fall or a nip or a foot crush to wake me up to ME and my Goliath. I know we are in transition and ascending very quickly now, and that is the greatest gift humanity has ever manifested. Knowing that the Goliath way of life and the seeing our problems as colossal is coming to a very loving and beneficial conclusion now. Slay your inner demons, shine a light on every single truth you know for sure, speak it out loud and own every detail of your experience here. YOU are divine in everyway, never forget that, and as you do, embrace the Goliath YOU, you are massive energetically and loving and sharing that with us all will speed this along nicely.

Magical words rule

HALLELUJAH. is one of those words. David wrote it to please the Lord, and it stuck. People use it still today and it raises their spirit. Our words have great and amazing power, spoken with energy which ever kind you use to promote it will create your reality. I love the hallelujah reality of my life. I say it a lot. I sing it out loud and I love the reality that forms here from it. So today Hallelujah, my love is solid and my life is worthy and my future brighter and more inviting then ever before. How about you, say it and see it and be it.

King David was a man of contrasts. He was singlemindedly committed to God, yet guilty of some of the most serious sins recorded in the Old Testament.
David lived a frustrating life, first in the shadow of his brothers, then constantly on the run from vengeful King Saul. Even after he became king of Israel, David was engaged in almost constant warfare to defend the kingdom. King David was a great military conqueror, but he could not conquer himself. He allowed one night of lust with Bathsheba, and it had disastrous consequences in his life.
Although King David fathered Solomon, one of Israel's greatest kings, he was also the father of Absalom, whose rebellion brought bloodshed and grief.
King David's life was a roller coaster of emotional highs and lows. He left us an example of passionate love of God and dozens of psalms, some of the most touching, beautiful poetry ever written.

King David's Accomplishments:

David killed Goliath, champion of the Philistines, when David was only a youth and Goliath a giant and veteran warrior. David was victorious because he trusted in God for the victory, not himself.
He killed many of Israel's enemies in battle.
Despite several opportunities, David refused to kill King Saul, God's first anointed king, who was pursuing David out of mad jealousy.
He became friends, like brothers, with Saul's son Jonathan, setting a model of friendship that everyone can learn from.
King David is included in the "Faith Hall of Fame" in Hebrews 11.
David was an ancestor of Jesus Christ. Jesus was often called "Son of David."
God called David a man after his own heart.

King David's Strengths:

David was courageous and strong in battle, trusting in God for protection.
He was loyal to Saul, despite Saul's crazed pursuit of him.
David loved God deeply throughout his entire life.

King David's Weaknesses:

King David committed adultery with Bathsheba. He then tried to cover up her pregnancy, and when he failed with that, he had her husband Uriah the Hittite killed.
He took a census of the people, willfully violating God's command not to do that.
King David was sometimes lax, or absent as a father, not disciplining his children when they needed it.

Life Lessons:

Honest self-examination is necessary to recognize our own sin, then we must repent of it. We may try to fool ourselves or others, but we cannot hide our sin from God.
God always offers forgiveness for our sins, but we cannot escape the consequences.
God highly values our faith in him. Despite life's ups and downs, God is ever-present to give us comfort and help.

The gifts of health, happiness and HORSES! OPEN HOUSE March 2nd

My life is here at the ranch, my love is here too. I have practiced being better for 25 years and sharing what I learn and live along the way has been one of my gifts. I have another gift too. It is the restoration of the human spirit using my 11 beautiful horses as energizers and illuminators. They help us on the road the NEW NORMAL to reestablish power and balance and raise us up to a vision we could not see from the ground. Are you still mad?

During an argument one day I butt dialed my friend. She said she would have hung up, but the words were  so harsh and toxic she feared for me and stayed on to make sure I was OK. I was. We talked about that today, the MAD thing. People only are allowed to use this skill if one of the innocents is at risk. No other reason applies, not now, never did, never will. If you are mad ever for any other reason, you are toxic and injured and crying out for help. Get some, from someone who knows how to teach you how to clear your field, body, mind and spirit. Last night we took a moment to smoke the peace pipe and pray for healing and peace, it was magical. No matter what your version of God is or faith or love or hope,  it is all good. Use it.  We were created to be relational and mad does not promote that, ever. Ask a child how they feel when something hurtful or loud or cursing is said. It freezes their world, it stops any progress and after a brief moment, things begin to deteriorate. If your health, your relationships, your finances, or you life are deteriorating, do not get mad, you can do better than that. Clean it up and clean it out, let it out and up in smoke, say the prayer that releases your pain and let's never ever do this again.

Mining for gold

They all said, we saw it all along, the energy shared is incredible. You make us smile just watching you together. We have that option in our life, again and again it appears. Look into your mines. A Mine is something that exists naturally,  deep below the surface. The real gold, the true value of the authentic you. Then matching your inner value with those who are like you. Two, who share the same inner core beliefs make a light so bright everyone notices. Find your mine, I found MINE! Golden and amazing and authentic, and a real gift to us and everyone around us too.

Michael wrote this yesterday while I cried - it is perfect!

Times of incredible, unexplainable loss brings out raw emotions that no one knows how to express.   Emotions travel from anger and sadness to the question, “Why?”

 

So much hurt, pain, and seemingly inconsolable sadness mix poorly with the joy of the happy memories that are now cherished jewels of my mind.  But they are just that – jewels that adorn the crown of a life gone too quickly.  She had so much more that we wanted her to add to our crown.  And we had much more to add to hers.  

 

But here we are, with our perfectly incomplete crowns, struggling to find a reason to smile.  We know that we must smile, and we must move on our journey.  And we learn to make time on our journey for friends and family.  To accept that they are hurting as much as we are and they are just as confused.

 

There really is nothing to say that will help the family or friends reconcile their loss.  But each one needs to search within, to find the connection to her angels, to celebrate with them.  To dance with tear streaked faces, to marry pain with joy.  To rise to a new level of strength where no one wants to go, but everyone will go to find peace.

 

Death is not the end of the book, but a very painful ending to a chapter.  So we must take up the pen and write the next chapters.  We write with all of the skill that she taught us.  All that she filled us with, now will be written by those still here.   And these chapters will be filled with happiness and joy overshadowed by our pain.  And these chapters will be the best of the best, mixed with the saddest of the sad.  And the book will be glorious.

saying good bye

Our world is saying good bye now. On so many levels and in so many ways, the old way giving way to the new ways. I have been identified over and over as a New Ager, and for years that moniker was not meant as complimentary. People fear what they do not understand. Jesus told me that one day when we were chatting. He said, they feared me too, move on and don't give it any energy, you have a job to do and we got this!! We must say good bye to the old age. The lack, the loss, the addictions, the manipulation by the church, the wealthy, the politicians must disappear now. It is a new day in a new age, it was promised and it is HERE now. I have been embodying it since 1987 and you are being invited to do the same. Ascension or Armageddon you are at the place to choose. The end for some is now, and today I say goodbye to an old and wonderful friend. The day for me is filled with light, love and unlimited potential, and that is what the new age offers. If you aren't sure ask Jesus, he is the one who told us all about it in the first place!!

re-union

Do you love re-union or have you yet to get to it?????? I love them and have attended and looked forward to many! Now we are re-uniting with the higher light energy of love and recovery of love here on Earth. It is very exciting for those ready and who are done waiting. Today invite the light, the love, the vision of a healed world with healthy children into your space. Smile and accept with the Grace that is free and real  to us all, and allow the reunion. It will warm your heart, erase your tears and mend your shattered heart.  Time now for only good and happy and healthy and smiley. A total new normal for any of us ready and willing and able. Thank you Father/Mother who love us so well and fulfill your promises, we are glad to be of service!

Many will be changing positions now

That is what I will tell the kids whose mama that I adored, passed away. I know loss is the feeling, yet it is the illusion. Nothing and no one is ever lost. God made it that way. Sometimes we just  decide to change our strategy and change our position. I was gifted by a conversation with an old friend who had passed, he said, BABY, I can do more from here then I could from there. It was time to let go and get a new angle on this thing. The earth needs a lot of higher light beings to assist in our awakening and the mama who left had done all she could here. I imagine that she will do amazing things from there. Her love for her family and our world was vast and energetic and alive and will remain so! My partner told his boss exactly the same thing, I am not leaving you, just changing positions. I am taking my gifts and spreading them into the bigger arena, where they will bear much fruit! Allow yourself to change position if you need to. Find the space, the company, the calling, that fits you like an old soft boot and go there now. This is the position you will do your best work in! Then see who shows up in your life, I did this long ago, and now they are all showing up and we are in a position to be of great service. Thank you  Heavenly Hosts, who oversee all this and smile. Karen and Fred and Nancy and Darcy, you must all be having some party about now!! We love you all!

Find your smile

 Where did you leave it and how long ago was that? I smile a lot. I smile now more then I did for awhile. I forgot where it was for a minute. So I shut of the TV, and started in with the things I used to love. I ski, that makes me smile. I ride horses and Harleys, that makes me smile too. I teach  yoga, wellness, balance and restoration to those looking for answers, that really makes me smile. Find your smile again. No one else has your smile. No one else is responsible for your smile. It is yours, it starts inside, then it raises itself up to your face and when it hits the air, it explodes into light and love all over the room!! Please for our sake and the sake of the world and especially the children, when possible SMILE!!!!

Surprise!

I know how we put our energy in to each day full force. Sometimes we sit and ponder, we wonder where it all went and why it took so much. Our bills for propane are great example of spending  lots on energy to stay light and warm. It was Earth's darkest hour for awhile. In the 80's we were contacted by the Universal Sun/Sons and asked if  this was the way this experiment should end. We had nukes and we were set to use them. We had allowed control of our world to those who take care of only themselves and not the people. We were on the brink.  We answered with a not yet, not on our watch! We began to open our hearts, then our eyes and now, our mouths, and we said NO we are going to fix this! We have been given the gift, life here is a GIFT. We are that GIFT!! In honor of who and how and NOW - surprise!! You are at the awakening.  You survived and you are being called out. Humanity is raising her head, opening her eyes to the truth and speaking the changes in to reality. Do you know how powerful you are?? I have been surprised again and again with the miracles here and I believe this is the best and biggest one yet!  Hold on this is going to be awesome!!! Namaste'

Listen to your words

We were taught by our Mentor, Fred, to listen to every single word uttered by those venting around us. He said this is the most accurate resume you will ever get from this person. So we have done that for years and years. It is the truth of the one speaking that they will embody from their words. What fills the space around them when they talk is theirs and theirs alone to bear. The mouth is the rudder of the ship of the self and listening to the words tell you exactly where the speaker is going FAST! I love this simple gift from Creator and sharing with others is a chance to put peace and love back in to this world! That is where the ship of Su is headed! I just said so.

re-up

I knew I was given the offer to re-up my contract here. I thought a lot about that option. I sat in meditation and listened quietly to view from above and took them up on it. I have lived a life of service and loved every single minute of it, and know that that is what I will do now too. I do believe that we are all there, deciding to fly or go home. To my lovely friends who are home already, hang on, soon we will celebrate and share stories. In the meantime, I am glad I decided to re-up, this deal is looking really sweet and I am blessed! Options unlimited available to all who choose to re-up!

Never forget how important you are

One tiny person can change the whole deal. Moving at break neck speed, most of miss the little things, the little people. It is the little things and the little ons,  that make the big things and the big ones, they are what happens to change it up. You may think you are all that, all big now, nothing is going to stop you, even though you should and could stop for a minute and smell those roses, or call that old friend or get a decent night's sleep. I begged for awhile in relationships where the was no stopping. Hey, this kids are growing up fast, want to stay home and play with us?? Or the it's my birthday, want to go do something special? When you whiz by the little things over and over, the big things that you attract, end up stopping you cold. I see disease do it, addiction does it too. It does not need to be this way. Just stop for a minute, take a breath in and then exhale it all the way out. Those little people need you, your smile, your fishin' skills, your story reading, your pony riding help. They need your attention, and your focus, to become the big things you were zooming off to in the first dang place. Stop trying so hard, it is so much better and easier to take it slow and remember, one day may be the only day you get!! You are SO important, each one of us, please add back in to the little things. That is the only way we are going to change the outcome.

When I was a little girl.....

our yard was big and green. Our home was clean and warm. Our family ate supper together every night. I know that that gave me a healthy space to spread out and explore from. I have gone off in many directions since then. Rejecting a few of their ways and embracing some too. I had my own family soon after that  and I began implementing what I knew for sure and what I dreamed could be. Many of the things I desired became my reality. My girls being the best of the best for me. They proved to inspire me to amazing things, and I was up to the challenge. My world is natural, organic, big and green, just like when I was a little girl. That vision became my reality. What is yours, look at those parts that were shining as the stand outs. WHAT AND HOW WERE  THEY THERE THEN, and not here now? Some things slipped away, some actually forgotten in the fog. In the loss, find the treasures now. Focus on what you love only, be what you love only, say what you love only and see the big green space of heart energy begin to spread out around you too. It is how to begin to create the dreams of your heart.

Redemption Cowboys

They are those riders that use that time in nature and on the bare back of a horse to rethink everything. Fresh air clears your head, big strong horses clear the way, you and clear now a new partnership. We have had paralyzed riders, we are working on orphans, we have middle schoolers and we have those in recovery. I don't know about you, but I love to be worthy of this awesome opportunity. So do these guys and gals and my ponies love it too. Raise your hearts to that which makes it stronger! Clearer! and filled with light and love for all! The verb, the noun, the energy of potential, the fun, the song, the baby, the light, the Avatar's gift. If you can define it, you can have it. If you can see it, you can believe it. If you can know it is a fact, the basis for all that exists, you can become anything you desire to be. If you love love, then you love YOU. If you love you then you can love me too. Simple huh??

A love letter to You from the Universe ♥

Those darn kids

of all ages. They just make me smile! I watched as the kids rode yesterday and saw the joy of what balancing up on the back of a giant horse looks like. I remembered that feeling. It did not take too long before they asked to go FASTER!  I watched the chainsaw buzz through the hard wood and the look of joy on the face of the cutter, when he said this works for me. I love to spend my energy doing things like this. I remembered that feeling too.  It has been awhile. Our hay guy drove over with a load and with the skill of old expert, he piled that hay in the back of the barn like magic in the wink of an eye. When he came in for supper I asked how old he was, and he smiled and said 20. It is awesome that he can do so easily what others never allow themselves to even try. So let's let them. Let's ask them what they like, and want to learn and do, and then together, let's see what they've got to offer. I am always amazed when those darn kids show me things I forgot I even knew! This is going to something to see!!

At the end of the day

What are you grateful for? Yesterday the hay came, I was grateful. Mike made supper, I was grateful for that too. The wood got cut and the horses got ridden. The day was a mix of chores, with tons of laughter and company and new experiences. We taught Dylan how to play cards and ride a horse for the first time. This is how it was meant to be. If the end of your day is not something you are in awe of, take a minute and make the decision for a different tomorrow. Every single moment is a choice. Every outcome YOURS. I like my outcomes, and now I know how to love them too! Ask for more, it is time and there is a lot of love out there for us all! Love your day!  When you get to the end of it, simply look up and say thank you! AND then do it again tomorrow!

ALLOWANCE LEADS TO ALIGNMENT, GRACEFULLY

 For a long time I watched from the side lines in many arenas here. I sat on those bleachers and applauded wildly and cheered loudly for other's success.  I saw my daughters become state championship basketball players, I was happy for their success. I watched our world start to wake up and rub their eyes and look around wondering what next. I smiled and clapped my hands joyfully that sleep time was over and now there was someone to play with. I stayed out of  it while they slept. I stayed out of it while they roused themselves. I stayed out of it until they showed up here and said HEY, I AM UP AND AT 'EM' AND READY, What's next??? Then I formed an alliance with them. First I had to simply allow them gracefully their time to learn, to explore, to heal and forgive and forget and forgive and remember too. I had to do that  for myself too. Once complete, the alignment comes easy. Now this is gonna fun!

We are guarded and guided

AND yet we feel alone here. I know that many think they have been abandoned and forgotten. That is just not true. You choose, which, who, and how high you are going to do. Those who came along to be with you are giving you space. I know that when I am whipping up something big I need a lot of space. I get that. You have also been given that same gift. When you are done with the shame, blame  and drama, those who have loved you, guarded you, prayed for you and held you in their heart reappear. It is a lovely, beautiful thing. Very precious. Look around, they are much closer than you think they are. Celebrate the ONES who knew you then and still now love you even more!!!

JAMMING a square peg in to a round hole?

I see this happening all the time, parents who think their kids should be one way, when naturally they are way different. Way different!! I see people trying to meet other's wants, desires and expectations and working so hard at it and always falling short. I see that square peg hopping from hole to hole to find one that fits, relationships, religions, addictions, jobs, and so forth. Never fitting quite in.  The first thing to do is to know for sure which peg you are. Are you round or square one, or are you at STAR shape!!!???!! I do natal charts for people to see who God saw and sent. It is so cool how the Math of the universe spells out the details of each and every life here and it's design. I am fitting in quite nicely now, in every way!

Our parents, our lessons

I am my mom. I always was and will be in this incarnation. I hated that for a long time, since she was the lesson giver in this lifetime. The polarity of her fears was intense. Everything either light or dark. No normal, no center, only extremes. That was fun for a minute, but too intense to continue to endure. I know that balance works better and I learned that from her. She was afraid of her own shadow and made us afraid of hers. She knew in the end of her life that light was better and love was not abusive and a year after her death she returned to say OOPS> sorry about that.  We healed our connection then and it subsequently healed my girls too. This is how it works, you have issues with your parents, whether you know them or not, are in touch or not, they will appear in your field of energy and experience.  That is the gift of family, although sometimes very intense. Take a good long look, this is YOU, polarity, both sides of the coin. You are them!!! Healing this comes with embracing it. I know that is hard, yet I know the yield of forgiveness is worth it in every way. I learned from the pain I received to not pass that along, I did not. I healed that rift by embracing the option, that returned the healing to my mother, although not physically in body right now, her spirit lightened by my choice. Imagine this, dream it, write it in a story, they all work. Overlight it with love, and let's move into the next phase!

The over head lights are coming on now

I see energy, it is everywhere. I know what is light or not. I know how it moves, gets blocked, and what to do with it, when I am asked. I also know that the overlighting love of our Creator is my main source and I use it well and with gratitude. In the light of healing, love rules. Self love, free and clear needs to be the bottom line. I see the suffering of those whose expectations are so high and their willingness so incredible and their manifestations so intense that they create havoc instead of harmony. A willingness to do, to be, to say comes out in swearing, or noise or pain, or abuse that surrounds the person over and over. It is those over head lights of love that when ignited by freewill and the faith and hope to stand still and own everything in your space that will show you the truth and way and the life you desire. WHEN  YOU decide enough is enough, then you are invited to stand in the light of God and ask for full disclosure. It is awesome, and it will start you down the road lit with love and unlimited potential. Lesson shared. Thank you Heavenly Father for those LIGHTS and the access to the switch!!!

From deep within

You are a giant energetic being stuffed in to a garden like body. I know that deep within each of us we know that to be true. Also there remains the details about our life here. It is a contract that you made with yourself and others in front of God and everybody. Each contract deserves full disclosure and a chance to come to completion. I completed mine on the 12-20-2012 when I finished 55 years of work. Done, done and then super done. I knew that from deep with in. I then made the choice to re-up my term here. I knew there was a golden parachute and I had the choice to activate that clause. I did. My life is so easy and beautiful and loving in that exercised option, that truly it simply makes me smile. Thank God for all this and what is yet to realize. YOU know too, deep within, that truth, your truth, let it surface now. It is time now.

The NEW NORMAL

I know we all want it. The old normal isn't quite up to par any longer. The pain and illness, along with less, lack and loss, the fooling, the hiding, the judgements can all disappear now please.  We are very clever most of the time. Although truth is, there is some tom-foolery going on. Being offered full disclosure now is the only solution. I want to see the man behind the curtain, don't you? Fully exposed.  Pinochio was a puppet for awhile, then he became a REAL BOY! I know we can do that too, I see real people doing real things, eating real food, taking real good care of themselves and their neighbors in the NEW NORMAL. Cut the strings that tangle you up with the negative. Start a new dance on your own two feet, no blame, no guilt or shame, just you dancing your way to the New Normal. A place where community, love and laughter rule, and everyone is welcome and has a job to do. This is my wish for our world and my wishes always come true!

Celebrate your life

Markers go by real real fast, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, family gatherings like funerals and weddings. Many people are not showing up not honoring one another. A local died recently and his brother was no where to be found. No one knew any thing about him or his whereabouts. How can that happen? How and for what reason have we become hidden, lost, forgotten or even disposable? It is not the way it was intended and it hurts our world. Our world needs our families to be together. Knowing me and caring about me and remembering me supports me. You ARE me, we are connected. If I am injured so are you. If I am sad so are you. If I am healthy and happy so are you. There is no way to break the connection, not even in death due us part. The connection is bigger and stronger then anyone here understands so far. It is very very real. Our Creator never drops your call, kicks you to the curb or forgets your birthday and to celebrate it with you. From far away, you are being telegraphed love and light every day and night. Take a lesson here and telegraph it to your family and friends! Celebrate your life and theirs too. Those are the most precious moments you will ever get!!

The Dove descends to the Earth now

She brings with her peace for all humanity. She was separate from us for a very long time. She was seen as potential only, and taught that way. Could the Holy Spirit of Divine Design descend into the heart of a world not ready or willing? No she could not until she was invited.  She could and would simply STAND BY. It is time to call her in now. See her light, her giant wings, her love, radiating out, ask her to step into your heart, bathing your spirit and body with peace. This is the peace that passes all understanding in the unquiet mind. You are in a position now to request this beautiful embrace. She is also my horse and  has lived here with me on my ranch for 10 years, she has chosen not to be ridden, just to be here, on stand by. I agreed with that contract. I love the Dove, I nurture her daily with all that I have to offer. She loves me too and now we will unite as one, and ride together. She is ready and so am I. Are you ready for the Dove in your life, your heart, our world too now????? If so, call to her and she will join you. The Creator keeps promises and this is a big one!

The scolding of the people

I was scolded the other day. I did not take that well. Rather than fight, I kept quiet and took the blows of those words in silence. I did not want a scene again. People do that to one another a lot. Take it and remain silent and some even get injured.  It is needs to stop now. Later after processing my failure to address this, I DID! I told the person that was unacceptable to me and to never under any circumstances do that again. He apologized, and said he was unaware of his words until I reminded him. Are we that disconnected from our own verbal projections? Are we so quick to scold that we are not aware that that is what is coming from our mouths? Catch yourself, if your words, each and every one of them is loving and supportive, then speak up, speak out, speak to me. If they are critical, negative or point out a lack of something, SHUT THE FRONT DOOR OF YOUR FACE! This will help our world.  No scolding necessary, just stop now cold turkey. It is the kindest thing you will ever do for YOURSELF. Those are the words YOU live in and with, and it is time to be nice to us all, and you too. Praying for a scold free world. Nuff said.

Flexibility and recovery come from bent not broken

I broke a lot of bones as a kid, my arms and legs and even my face. I know that the stored memory of the human is the oldest in the bones and teeth. I was looking for answers. That's why they are in those strong places well protected and only under severe pressure do they release. The soft tissue moves feelings in and out. The hard holds tight the lessons and the truth. I see us all bending now.  Not breaking, just bending. Bending the rules, bending over to pick something up, coming around the bend. My  Redemption Cowboys are bent, not broken. Addiction is a bend not a break. Those in recovery know that light and love of self is key. It is a new twist for them to love themselves first. It is a real stretch and reach, it takes flexibility and bending. I teach yoga to access places that are normally not accessed, through bending and breathing. It opens the door to flow and knowledge hidden within. The flexibility brings the balance, the harmony, the beauty back to you. You are not broken although it may feel close. Broken releases the spirit to return to it's Creator, some are leaving. Those of us staying must bend now. First try getting down on your knees and bowing your head, that is a great way to begin!

Hawk's Ridge Ranch overnights

I built this ranch with the idea that it is a lighthouse. It shines a bright and warm light on those who choose to come in close. I have entertained the idea of entertaining here and now would like to offer it to you. We have sleeping for 6 in beds,  more on the floor is you desire or on my buffalo rug, like Mike does sometimes.  I have a giant library of amazing books and magazines I love. We have lots of horses, and an indoor arena, a big fireplace and big screen tv for fun and inspiring movies. Want a diamond, then be ONE

We are evolving from a carbon based structure to crystalline. It is part of our ascension process, it is a promise that is being honored. As those  special guys, who were documented in the Bible demonstrated, it is totally do - able and they showed us how. In the process of ASCENSION, Elijah and Enoch showed up to gather Jesus Christ and it was something special to see. Made it in to the BOOK. It has taken humanity two thousand years to get to it and we ARE ON IT NOW.  So use our snow and cold to see who and how you are to shift into. Be still, be reflective, be crystal clear on what you desire to be in every aspect of your life. Our local environment is promoting it as we speak,  a world full of crystals in my yard.  No looking back will do, look up now. Use this quiet time to know you are divinely created and worth the effort. I look forward to seeing the Ascension of humanity in this lifetime, I would not have returned here if that was not the promise of the Creator and that is the truth! Diamonds, in the rough, but diamonds no less!

Throw AWAY, where is away anyway?

People think they throw away their lives, their loves, their health, their desires, their garbage. Where is away? It does not exist, there is no such place. What is yours is yours forever, only you can convert it into something else. There is NO magical disappearing act. It stays in your FIELD of experience forever. In health I teach what you have is what you created, it took time and energy to get it. It will only shift if you desire to shift it and create it into something else. Nothing goes away, it simply morphs into the next choice you make. I have watched my clients evolve their lives into healthy happy productive choices from cancer, multiple sclerosis, Lyme's, Rheumatoid arthritis, autism, depression and much more. They came and said, can you take this away??? I said no, but I can teach YOU how to change it into something more to your liking. It takes 28 days for your body to believe you are doing something different. Then 90 days - a full season, to shift the terrain you have. You are a garden, nothing within is away from you. It can be chosen and cherished, nurtured and nourished, or the other, denied, ignored, starved and poisoned. Both ways work. What you need and believe is what you produce. Lessons are here for us all, so remember, there is no Away FROM YOURSELF.  Garbage needs to be recycled into something pleasant and harmonious, YA THINK?

Motives - the real question

You all get them, have them and use them. Over and over your motives move you one way or another. I have one, it is to have fun in this lifetime. Period. If it is not fun, I stop doing it and go do something different. I have always been that way and will remain so. It works for me perfectly. I do not work out to be fit or thin, I do it because skiing or riding or yoga are FUN. Fit and healthy and flexible are bonus points. My work is fun, my family is super fun, my home is a fun to hang at and my friends are fun too. That is what motivates me here. Because of that, I attract that. I know  that when your motivation is less than light, loving and self focused, the efforts become strained and produce stress. There is not enough pay for the unmotivated worker, or enough love for the unmotivated partner. I see that some must get to the end of the road, in health or life or a relationship, knowing change is inevitable, before some get motivated to shift their lifestyles, their attitudes and save their own lives.
I am only interested in those whose motivation brings light now. I bring light and energy and fun to everything I do, and you can too, first check your motives. If you are doing it for any other reason than love, STOP now. Do it for  the love you. If your work does not motivate you, then change something. If your looks and feelings do not motivate to stay where you are, them move forward and on to something new. If your life does not motivate you to get up early and have a wonderful day, then rethink who, what and how you are choosing to be. One naturally motivates themselves towards their focus, their beliefs, their experiences. Consider your motives and choose well now. It is your life.

Paid in full- the ransom for our souls, paid in full.

Let's start thinking that way now. See your leaks plugged. See your empty holes filled. See you, free and clear in every way. I see you working toward this and I know it is making it's way here now. The Earth is our temporary home, and she offers full support while walk on her. You do not own her or anything on her but YOU.  She provides us with a body, and the nourishment and shelter that body needs to remain here by choice. It is an amazing opportunity. Spirit in body, is our life here, and staying connected to that and not to the other stuff we seem to collect, keeps it light and energetic and fun. Somehow we slipped in to a strange place of believing in ownership and owing. It is an illusion albeit real to many. Your only true commitment is to yourself, and the use of your time and energy while you are here. The Earthmother loves having us and yet right now is stressed a bit by how she is being treated and used. In the beginning this place was a garden in every way created for us and our adventure here. I look forward to that time again here. I know my debts are paid in full and the Creator has seen to that, the ransom for my falsely held hostage energy paid in full. I share my world with those who choose to share theirs with me, and those who know we are free here after all. Find your free space and stay there now. Now is the time.

Clarity comes in silence

When the noise quiets down, and the world becomes silent,  you stop vibrating and become very clear. I see people bebopping around, shaking, rattling and rolling in the noises here. Their world never quiets long enough for them to settle down. At bed time the silence should invite you to rest and dream. In meditation time it should promote your inner journey. Music off, tv off, voices of others off. In that quiet space of YOU, there is clear pond or mirror. Look at your own reflection and see your life, your health, your focus. Then if what you see there needs some help or changes, allow and align with that choice. We are here to help and looking deeper in the quiet of your own heart gives you much of what you need to know. I know you will love you better when you can see you clearer. Let it come to you in the silence now.

Point is.......

Is there a point to your words? A conclusion of some sort? A solution? Is your point supporting you with love and respect  and all that you desire now? You are the point, YOU are the receiver of your own ideas and words. What you say is pointed only at YOU. I said I wanted to be married.   I was saying that to ME! That was the point. No one else needed to hear that although I said it out loud.  No one else needed to respond because the point was, it was my point, and I became ready to receive. I needed to hear myself say that after years of not being able to. Do you get my point? Point good stuff at yourself, what points are willing to receive now and what points still sting?  Listen to the points you make, ask someone to tell you what you just said, you will learn a lot about living with the points you have made, and making changes in those points that you no longer want poking you.

Check the area around you

I see how we look out and beyond and want to have a shout out to that instead of checking in that space close in, and working on that instead. I see people all of the time who need to just focus on their own health, success, love and area around them. Your area clean and clear,  is YOUR way of helping all of our areas. If you clean up your mess, your yard, your behaviors, your mouth, your health, your relationships, then that goodness spills over into the other areas. If yours is still promoting toxic, unhealthy, unloving responses on any level for any reason at all, STOP. Check the area around you first, love it, clean it, share it with those you adore. In the Bible it says, love thy neighbor AS THYSELF. Loving yourself is the primary objective, until that is reached, nothing else need take up any of your energy. FOCUS on you and your area, respond to that. The rest of us are doing our very best also, honor that and this will shift our world very quickly now.

I am so proud of us!

Humans do all sorts of things, they have an awesome capacity and capability to create. Some of what gets created is purely educational. Those are the lessons of life, and moving through the course work quickly and attaining the degrees and the mark of completion, is not really promoted enough. You do not need to repeat the same thing again and again, move ahead with it stored in memory and get to the next step. I rarely repeat anything, not grades in school, not movies or books, or mis-takes either. I choose to experience and analyze and embrace what works and makes me smile and release with gratitude the rest. Make a list. On the one side put that which needs to be released now. On the other side put all the cool stuff of your adventures and experiences. Then rip it in half. Burn the let go part and allow it to waft away from you and your life. Post the other half on the mirror or the frig, which you spend the most time at!! Let those gifts, those gems and jewels sparkle at you and become a  part of your crowning glory! I am so proud of the people, this has been quite the ride. Surviving is never guaranteed, and we have survived and are now beginning to thrive. KUDOS!

Harmony

is not us these days. Distortion is every where. People crave things that distort their perceptions, their health and their lives. It is so fixable.  I learned a very long time ago that chemicals and me were not harmonic. I would take one little thing and sky rocket into a strange and unmanageable and very scarey  place. It would ultimately take me to where I am today, with a true understanding of what we need to do to remain healthy, happy and harmonic with our life and world here,. I  unvaccinate people and animals too.  Restoring their natural immune response and thyroid function.  Knowing exactly what  we are being fed is every human's right. The film on vaccinations is one families truth and worthy of watching. Injecting humans with toxins and charging them money for the experiment is not right. It never was. The sheeple of our world allow it without ever studying it at all. Please for the sake of the sick, the lost, the incarcerated and addicted, you must allow yourself the knowing of what is really in that shot and how it can take away your harmony. THEN decide and use your freewill to choose what you know will assist you in your life here. Everything is a choice!

Vaccination: The Hidden Truth

Got me a new cup!

Yup!! I see everything in metaphors, I decipher dreams, I know which emotions cause which diseases. I am a seer. I can look at almost anything and understand it. The Creator gave me this gift to use and I use it every single day. So yesterday I was given a new coffee cup. To some it would just be another dish. To me it is the world saying I am being invited to drink from a new perspective, a new label is being added to my resume of life here. It says COWGIRL on it. I have been a horse lover my whole life, and use them in my practice and in my play time to help me stay balanced and grounded and also provide me with unlimited horse-power. No one has ever accused me of being a cowgirl. I often wondered why not. Didn't I look like one, or live like one?  Now I am one. A true cowgirl in the finest sense of the word, and I got me a cup that says so!!! Funny how important the little things are! Thanks Tap, I love it!!! Naturopathic Doctor/Cowgirl I like that!

We are here and that is good enough

We can not go into the world and change it. We can not stop anyone from doing or being any way they choose to be. It would take away the gift of freewill that has been placed here for the teaching of humanity. We are here to be of service when we are asked to help. I knew as a child to stay out of other's lessons. It was sometimes tempting to insert an opinion or idea. I am sure many feel the same way. To assist someone in their journey, just simply be there. Smile, nod, answer when asked and allow them the alignment they seek to come to them in their own time. Do not make someone else's lessons yours. It is exhausting and fruitless and egotistical at it's very best. Unconditional love is all there is now, use it well, use it wisely please just USE IT! Changing this world comes from love and nothing less will do!

Magical Monday

Every Monday the Redemption Cowboys come to the ranch and ride  bareback on my horses with me. It is a special event, over and over. Each time brings something new and funny and amazing. Today we are going to watch a video about a triathalon runner who bring a special needs partner with him the whole way. They are linked by their hearts and one is carrying and one is being carried. I know I have been both in this lifetime. I also know that being the one willing to carry now, is the result of looking at it from both places. I did not come here to be perfect, I already was. In heaven there is divine order and it needs no work. On Earth there is a bit of chaos and we run in it, with it, and through it, like the our hair is on fire. Ups and downs, in and outs, loves and battles, all a part of the gift of learning we get here. Today if you get a minute, go to the Facebook page and meet my Cowboys and watch that video, you will never be the same again!

Saying YES now

I hear it again and again, no, or I can't, I won't, I don't..... however, the Universe hears only the can's. the will's and the do's. The negatives are not registered by anyone BUT YOU! A flat out NO, is the only way to stop something. I have had to learn that word and use it for my highest good and set boundaries for me so that I remain  healthy, nourished and protected, and in love with my life.  I do know that  the better choice for me is the YES! Yes I can, will and do. I try to stay in the yes part of my life almost all the time. Yes to good healthy food, good friends, good job and good fun. Good and yes go hand and hand, then add in funny and sing some and there is a grand slam! For me, that is the best news of all, yes is just so much easier, and so much more fun. Try it on for size, say yes to something that you would have said no to. Try a new restaurant, or sport, a new food, or activity, something that stretches you and pulls you in to a new adventure. Say yes to people, especially those you would have NO'd. I know you are fully aware that we are all the same and giving us a chance my be the best YES you ever said!  YES, I am saying yes, to ME and MY life and it feels good!

Our kids reflect US!

That is so real and so important now in the healing our lives and our world. To see the clearly and ask yourself is that what I intended for them and me too. Our future world depends on this accountability. My oldest daughter inspired by health and wellness has opened a new company. Mypure9.com is the home site. This is an awesome reflection of our life, and I am so proud of her. She has shown me back what it looks like to be healthy, happy, free and in charge. Air space and how you fill it

This counts! Our field is bigger than our body, it is the air space that surrounds you just past where your finger tips reach to. It is made of seeable energy and it radiates in colours. I see them, so do kids and animals. You can have them photographed too. It is called an aura portrait and the technology is very sophisticated. As we become tuned in to this and know that all is exposed for any one and everyone to see, we will become accountable for every single detail we put in to that space. You can not speak with a toxic mouth, or negative words, and NOT effect YOUR airspace and body and outcome. PERIOD. You may also be effecting others who are vulnerable and unprotected. Kids are very susceptible to this. SO watch your words, they are your reality. They can pollute  your airspace or they can inspire and restore it and our beautiful world and her children. YOU DECIDE, I see you, and so do lots of others.
