Sacred Dog A movie to share

Horses are healers. A way of expansion for anyone looking for balance, a higher point of view, and pure unbridled power. The movie just released called SACRED DOG shares the experience for Native American people and the Bareback Relay Competition they work hard on every year. It causes those memories of horse medicine to reignite in their DNA. This way of accessing old memories and past lives is amazing. Some call it Deja Vue. It is palpable and usable. You know in your soul what you know, being here again offers a chance to recall and use the experience in an advanced experienced way. In the new year of 2024 remember who you are. The best parts of your history want to come alive in your being. It is a gift from Source, and remembering that you infinite and eternal and part of a never ending story is magic. Old must be torn apart to let in the light

Deconstruction of ways and means that did not serve the people. Kids taught to conform or else. Adults trapped in a way of life they can not support with joy and hope. Told and then sold alot of misinformation. If you are afraid, you are aware. If you are worried, you are in a vacuum and no good will appear. If you are angry your ego is being challenged, the rudder of you is being mishandled. Take some air to it. BREATHE. In through your nose and out out out through your mouth. Focus on deconstruction of that which serves you no longer. In the release of the breath, the loss will go too. The DECONSTRUCTION ZONE is established and that fresh air and lightness can find it's rightful place. YOU deserve it, we humans all deserve it!!!!

How to see/sea in the dark

Look to the stars, they will guide you safely on your journey. Star beings are not in the movies, they are your kids, your neighbors, and you too. To be able to navigate in a world that is murky and thick you need to look above the gook. WHAT YOU FOCUS ON YOU WILL MANIFEST! Let there be a path to peace. Smoke your pipe with the tobacco of protection. Smudge your room with sage smoke of purity. Drink your pine tea and forgive the less, lack and loss you choose. And smell the sweetgrass that promises a future full of love! Seeing in the dark...only the owl, master of the darkness, can catch the falcon and only in that dark just before the dawn. Nature shows us the way. You are from the stars, you are here to be a star! Shine bright, the future is shining on you from above. All you have to do is see.

Dakota 38 plus 2 today in 2023

Times change. People were starving, being cheated, bullied and pushed. It caused war, THE DAKOTA WAR. That kind of fear still does that. If you are here for the future of earth, that is going to end. Our new earth vision for those connected does not include that any longer. Solutions are now a global option. The universe is getting involved. I have seen angels, aliens and ancestors. They all say the same things.

Earth is a school, and we are on the verge of graduating to a more loving dimension. The largest mass execution will be the last if we stand together in unity. We are all connected.

12-21 The longest dark night

I love both Solstices. I bonfire with friends and family in nature with a million lightening bugs in the summer time. In the winter I celebrate as the light begins to return to my world at that mark in front of my fireplace. I am a day person. Up before the SUN, that way I can be there when she pokes her head over the horizon. I play the flute to celebrate her rise, and as soon as I can I go outside I play in the light. That is the life of a rancher. That is my best work. What will you celebrate in the leaving of the darkness. Take a moment to dream, to wish, to reconsider, EVERYTHING in your life. Remember this - HAPPY people do not get sick or injured, a small red flag in their reality is enough for them to take responsibility and make a change needed for wellness and happiness. Illness is the loss of freedom, just another kind of jail. YOU were born to be sovereign, as a child of the KING OF KINGS! This is the season to remember WHO you are, and where you came from. What is your AIM?

My friend Rick MacArthur was a part of AIM, the American Indian Movement. He worked in the LAW in MPLS to be of service to his people. Then we made the documentary Dodging Bullets, a film on the WHY the job he had was so vital. Taking AIM is what each of us needs to do now. You get what you aim for. Focus is the key to starting and staying in line and on the trail you came to blaze. WHO are you? Genetics counts. Where do you hang out? Environment counts. How are you? Attitude counts. There are laws that govern this world. Gravity is one of those laws. What laws do you follow? The focus and the understanding of your own laws is the aim. AIM high. Look up, you came from the stars, and in the higher vision you will see the Great Mystery you came from. Then you can aspire to be a star here and now. Magic numbers are every where. the Christ lived to be 33, those were magic years. Many tales were noted and shared. I am finishing 66 years now. Those were magic too. Many tales also noted and shared. I learned something new every single day. I got the sunshine and water I love and the animals and friends. Mostly though, I got my daughters. Jessica and Carly have made me alive. They made those 66 years amazing and ever changing. So in celebration of 66 and done, I will raise my glass! To the next 33, well, the sky is the limit, and for a HAWK, it does not get any better than that. Happy and healthy holidays and birthdays and new year's days to us all. 2024 looks promising, the 6 is meta-tronic, and I love magic!! And I love Archangel Metatron too. Let's see what comes next.

Family

Our family tree has the roots for when we begin here, connected to our soul. Not all families have strong connections.Not all families have strong roots. Over the years we talked about loss, less and lack, also abuse. We have learned to cut those cords with intention. We have learned the lessons are ours to never repeat that is why we experienced them. We have not repeated them. I look at my brother and sister and say, WOW! THAT WAS A RIDE!~ We had good times, and not so good. We were survivors. Our dad was not. Look at the lessons, forgive what you can, cut the cord on the rest. Mercy where forgiveness isn't forthcoming will do. This is the year to move forward, into the love and light that are yours and mine, just for being HERE!

Invited to the gathering

The world is gathering. Community is forming. It is outside the old conforms of political, religious, racial or social strata. It is forming for the future of our Gaia Terra and the evolution of her children. Clean and healthy, happy and balanced, are the new call letters for the new station. Our world is expanding, we are cosmic and we know it now. Visitors have joined in all along and now we can meet them face to face. THEY TOO are invited to the gathering, WE ARE ALL CONNECTED.

See and believe

Kids and dogs get feelings. Adults wait until they see it to believe it. Remember in the disclosure will come the FEELINGS! The INTUITION will take a hold again to those ready to receive. Stand in the light and breathe, air it out, let it come through. You are a receiver, the love and light and laughter that the Universe offers us is availble to those willing in this new age. Kids and dogs always wanted to KNOW! YOUR turn. Seeing and feeling are believing, SO if it does not feel right, back up and start over. Don't be fooled any more. YOU know what kids and dogs know. YOU just forgot for a moment.

AGES

All relative, and for now, the moment is all there is, so who knows if the age matters. We are old, very very old. Our planet has seen many races, royals, and civilizations come and go. Rising for awhile and then some disappear - WHOOSH! Others stay and play, some fight, some farm. Then there the ones that dig, and build and etch, they spend eons of time just leaving their mark. In the age of NOW, what will your mark be? I am thankful that my mark is my family. It is the best job that takes the most effort, and it has no limits to what it becomes. From little Banks to my giant extended crew, they also will make their mark in this age. We are the ones we have been waiting for!

time is now, no more waiting or wanting or allowing others to do your job. YOU ARE IT or UP, OR YOU ARE OUT!

If one waits long enough someone else will show up and take care of things. Doctors, lawyers, Indian chiefs, teachers, parents and anyone else in that BAD HABIT of over extending themselves are now done with that. It shows itself in choices of hoarding, procrastinating and entitlement. Taking more than your fair cshare. Hand outs! Excuses for non- participation are every where/wear. If you are late you will not be reinvited. I can see it in an aura. Lack of energy, low self-worth and no concern for others is all around us. I hear the squawks of those in MASKS bitching about those with out MASKS. Fear biters. Learn that the time to take care of business is now. Your health, your finances, your social circle, your agreements and commitments, all require your direct involvment. If you do not know what that looks like, ASK!!! Take notes, keep track of the progress and be grateful for the opportunity. We from the star nations, who are in service to this time in the Universe, are not in service to humans. WE ARE IN SERVICE to the SOURCE! Cosmic connection is going to happen with those willingly participating and doing their share! Look around and see and feel and think. Your piece of peace

It is an inside job. Your peace that is. It can and soon will pass all human understanding. There is a state of energy that promotes peace, it starts in the heart field. You are there/their front and center in that space. In the heart of a human is a purpose. In the heart of a human is a FIRE! That fire radiates outward in all directions. The stronger the purpose the bigger the heart radiation. Peace is a choice that be radiated outward from the heart center into the field of existance. I find peace in nature, with people of like mind, and in the sunshine at the water with the wind blowing across the beach. WHERE/wear your peace is only you know and can share. FIND some peace, spread it around, agree to disagree, and even under stress, keep peace foremost in your reality and try to pay it forward. Namaste'

Balloons beneath the water

We are little air filled creatures of the water world, the blue planet, we live in. It is why you are told to BREATHE under stress. If your balloon becomes deflated you sink. To rise up is to look up. See the sun and the moon, take your big breath and up you will float to the surface. It will fill with laughter, words of encouragement and of course, SONG! Talk to your dog or your neighbor, talk to the clerk or someone in your family. USE YOUR WORDS to float this to the surface where we can see one another and support one another too. If you can not think of something nice to say, then remain silent until you can. Love is the air and the water, the earth and the fire of our human existence, those are yours to use to get through that sinking we are all feeling right now with news of news. Go and tell it on the mountain of hope, you are exactly where you belong, you are loved and blessed and YES, learning something new too. Our Wambli, Bald Eagle, is worth looking up at! Stars in the night sky looking at US!

We are under the microscope. This next eclipse will send a message of progress. YES! We are making progress. Peace and freedom to have and use for the community. You are all related. Two leggeds, four leggeds, winged and rooted. Remember our progress depend on us knowing that we came to learn and to offer a chance for the bigger picture. Stars - each and every one of you. Look and see your light is shining on our world.

Off line?

The eclipse took some off line. Some physical, some electrical, some with fear or even panic and others with illness or anger. It is the end of the era and as it opens to potential many will benefit from by going off line for awhile. Go to the water, the forest, the places of tranquility. I love the wilderness, it heals me. Others love the ocean and the roar of the beating heart of the waves. Sunlight and moonlight, eclipsing one another as we evolve to the age of tranquilty and peace here. Numbers are the structure of the universe. Everything is numbered. Lifetimes, galaxies, computations, numbers are US! Today celebrate the 10-10 in a 7 year which adds up to a 9, which completes a cycle. I am here to complete 5 total - nine cycles. I have done that. It is what makes a double Fire Rooster get up and crow! YOU are here to do something too/two/to. TODAY ask what and why and how that can be accomplished easily. YOU DECIDE. First impressions last until the last expression

That is how a life shows itself. When you are scared, worried, sad or angry, it shows. If you are joyless, hopeless, entitled or rude, it shows. The show is you and yours. Look in the mirror and see your show. Tell yourself which parts you would watch again and again, and which parts were complete. I have and it is quite a revelation. Dare to share

When you know something rare and magical, SHARE IT! I am a SEER. As a child it was not OK. TOO MUCH TRUTH came from those sights/sites. I knew by the aura what the human was doing, and I told. Become the focus of those in a time out of time here. Thinking gets the party started. Questions become the order of the process. QUESTION everything now! Use your intuition, your pendulum, your ability to sense anything not in your and our best interest. THOUGHTS become words, then they become deeds. Be the deed keeper of your own choices. The BASICS

Find the roots and the grounding that supports your reality. Some can do a tent, some can do a palace. I can do a log home. That is a basic want of mine that I know keeps me grounded. A table, a yard, a garden, a park, a coffee shop, what BASIC needs are you missing out on? Surround yourself with what is basic and comfortable. We are in the new world, and we are starting from the basics. I want and need are the fulfillments you get to choose. Kids, Critters, sunshine, water, horses, and HEALTHY and HAPPY, are those things that do it for me!! YOU????

Lightening!!!

Full Moon. Lightening strikes. Thunder Beings. Private information being exposed now. If you are hearing/hereing that which scares you, makes you angry, or just causes you to do more homework, you are receiving the LIGHTENING. Beings of light have walked with humans for a long time. Some are now making known data held under cover for eons. I met two Angels back in 1999 at a ceremony of fire held in Sedona, Arizona. They walked in to the space were working in and spoke to me directly. When the process was complete the leader said, "SUSAN it looks like you have something to share with the rest of us.". At first I felt like a child, as though I got caught with something. THEN I KNEW for sure I had caught a magic moment and yes, it was worth sharing with the rest of the group. You are all in that group now. Some will receive the news day or night, light or dark, with gald hearts. OTHERS NOT SO MUCH. That is the beauty of freewill! Let it lighten the load now!!

Chief

Over the years I have spent time with the Chiefs. I have spent time with AIM. I have spent time with the photographer of the legacy of this world. They brought words to the stories of the Cloud People and the White Buffalo Calf Woman. There are many indigenous now sharing their legacy of spirituality with others. Sweat Lodges, vision quests, Pow Wows, and more bring to life the history they cherish. As you remember your story it is helpful to learn other's stories. We are all connected, and being in community with those who open your ears, your mind and your heart helps in more ways than ever. It is time. AHO! Peace is ready to reign.

When the POWER goes out

First you feel the disconnect. The silence is loud. The darkness pervasive. The ability to navigate impaired. Then you remember you are your ancestors child. You light a fire, get a lantern, and enjoy the opportunity, rare and filled with potential to become primal. I see this with DIS-EASE. Humans let the power go out, and fail to enjoy navigating their new opportunity. I love to learn, when I am in learning mode, I read, I write, and I hear/here. I talk to ANGELS> I believe in Divine Design, and I am willing to reconnect any time I want to. At which point I am able to POWER UP! Some call it spirituality, others call it vision quest. Either way, it offers the end of the old connections and a recharge from SOURCE, where light, love and laughter help and heal all that it touches. The season of FALL begins today use it well and RISE! Eat your apples and carrots and beets and clean your liver. Your power comes from within as to without, YOU are DIVINE DESIGN TOO>

Favorite things

When you decide, you manifest that reality. As an 18 year old I was told. I tried to do that which were not my favorite things, and it challenged me hard. If i felt pain or illness or seperate, I knew I needed to fire up a new idea. I was NOT meant for a domestic lifestyle, not a teacher, a nurse or a social worker, that was what COLLEGE told me to do. I knew even as a child what my favorite things were. As a child you must get permission. From age 1 to 9 it is the mother's job to provide what that new soul needs. From 10 to 18, the FATHER should be up to that task. From then to 27 YOU at that time should braid together your favorites!! Home, career, family, calling, all are there for manifesting. Parents help your children manifest their own hopes, wishes and dreams - NOT YOURS for them 0r your own old self. I hear stories of parents with challenging past/passed lives trying to manifest a new reality through their children. IT WILL CRUSH THEIR SPIRITS if you insist. My MOTHER tried with me, and it made me wildly energetic, almost frantic in the need to get away. If you have ever seen a horse try that, it is nearly impossible to stop it, and yes, straight into confusion they run. Peace pipe please. Agree to support the dreams that were not yours, but theirs. Favorite things need to manifest in a world of frustration for peace and harmony to reign. PEACE OUT.

Re-MEMBER

Kindergarten, I remember being the wake up fairy. Good job for a Fire Rooster, my Chinese birth sign. Let's get up and get going. That has been my lifelong mantra. Things to do, people to meet, places to see! I made my work provide all that and more. As I re-call now that was the fun. Riding, paddling, skiing, yoga and then learning to be well, and sharing the magic. As we get time now to share, let's re-member what we loved. HOW and WHO need that gift? Kids now more than ever before are looking for community without the competition aspect. They just want to be seen and heard and offered some of those remembrances. Get out and there and show what YOU ARE MADE OF! I will be in the arena bareback on a horse, where will you share the magic you have?

The Brighter the LIGHT the easier to see/sea

In the dark people grope. In the grey light people have to pause and focus. In the bright light of love and laughter all is revealed. WHAT are you trying to see? For some it is health, others success, then some seek family and some adventure. All choices have great potential. They take you to the next grade and the enlightenment of that. I met Dan Kittredge the other day. The light of his new tool is for those who need some support in their choices. IF YOU could see what he sees and know what he knows as an organic farmer and father, you too, would be in the light. Learn that the world is worth looking closer at. In the golden light of dawn

There rises the Phoenix from the FIRE! Look to the SUN/SON and it's magnificent lights. Be warm, be well, be tanned and be in the "D". You will be glad you are choosing love.

Why have we come?

Who would come and be set free to do WHAT EVER they chose to?? We do. We do that every single day on Earth. What then and even now, is the reason? Is it just for a season? My father's life was 28 years short. Or long depending on how it was perceived. A child and then a husband and father for just a moment. In truth it is your story that you are creating and living. Each time we become aware that it is time to make choice, we must. Or one will appear and manifest as No-THING ever remains the same. To learn in school, to attend a church, to take a drug, to be a bully or to be bullied. Choices are EARTH's domain. I came to assist the children, I teach the partnership that Nature supports in the lives of the humans here. I use the animals, the water, the land and the sunlight that offer the remedies> we can benefit from. Some choose this way, others do not. It is not my concern. CHOOSE well, wisely, in love of the moment, and you will have mastered the Earth Class. Bridges are appearing, rainbows of promise. Enjoy the journey, we sure do. Every single day is a test.

How do you know who you are?

Alignment. What matches you? Where/wear are you comfortable? What looks good on you? Who raises your vibration? En-couraged or dis-couraged? My kids gave me so much courage that it spilled over into the other areas of my life. As the child I had been became the adult, I was still fragile and looking to fit even if I didn't. Once my children showed up, so did my alignments. Friends, vacations, classes, parties, charity, education - all matched my new persona as MOTHER. So did Naturopathic Physician and a calling. If the hair stands up on the back of your neck, LEAVE! If the hairs on your arms and legs tingles - STAY! Inspired alignment is there/their/they're for you. That is a good way to know who you are! Align now with what and who make you wanna git out of bed in the morning!!!!

Are you a healer?

If someone believes they are not, they are not. You all have the place within to promote a healing process. It starts with FAITH in yourself. It sparks with HOPE that you are able. AND it is done completely with LOVE. All that is SOURCED here came from love. Where you feel loved you feel well and can do the work of well. If that does not happen then move! Trade in the old ways and means for even older ways and means. Mother Nature LOVES humans. She provides so many things that heal. In her glory an aura of energy moves to the human, just like music or weather, it effects you. HOW you allow the alignment is your freewill. The love you feel in gratitude for her gifts, her beauty, her majesty and her power become yours and the healing you desire. The Source has gifted this planet, healing is natural and can be chosen. Are you a healer? I AM.

Dates matter

September 10, 1960 my mother got married. I went to the service as a two year old, not happy. September 10, 2018 I met another fella who was trying to be someone else's dad. I saw the struggles in my step father, and then many years later in another man's try at the step parent reality. I listened to the stories about the work it took and the inability to feel connected. As I look into the future this shows me much about the world of loss, lack, and less. Being a step child is hard, the DNA telegraph is not hooked up. The child has no natural inclination toward that human. Without roots life is wobbley for a kid. That is one third of the connection humans have to support the relationship. Environment is another third, habits, hobbies, food intake and balance in the life, the day to day happenings. Then comes the emotional/spiritual third that is that pivotal component. Happy people only get sick or hurt for a moment. It offers pause and perspective, growth and development. It is the time out Source offers to reconsider life. Kids in step are often stressed as they are not connected fully. It takes consideration, and focus to compromise in that reality. Unity is challenging even in a related family. Peace and freedom should be the order of the day. Respect is earned. Ask what you have to offer those in that situation. Our world needs our commitment to healing, contracts between humans need an upgrade. Start with your own, special dates with those you love matter, even the little children deserve that special time. Come together, try not to push that square peg of a step child into that round hole/whole of an unrelated adult. Kids need gentle shaping and steps take time.

Updates

In the dawn of the new way and the new day there/they're/their will be updates. I told my new hire, I will update you every 30 days. In the mean time here are my requirements. ON TIME - EVERYTIME. Honest, do what you say you are going to do. If those simple requests are disrespected I will re-lease you to a better choice. FOR YOU AND ME< choices are what we get. We represent our integrity and worth with what you show in choosing. CHOICES now are the most important opportunity earth has to offer. WHAT UPDATES are you choosing?

Visions day or night they are what they are visions

Your eyes/I's show you. Vision is a manifestation tool. If you can see it, say it and believe it, you will have it. PERIOD> A vision quest should be mandatory for a teenager. WHO, HOW, WHEN and yes, EVEN WHY are the directions it can take. Four/for here, a balance, a big ball of light energy rolling off the heart, being focused through the visions. Can you see clearly, far or close? Can you color it up? It is complicated or simple? Is it organic and contrived? Animal, vegetable or mineral, human or non-human? Does it inspire you, or others? At the end of the day is it alive and adding in to your dreams? I took my kids on visionquests, to sweat lodges, and sacred sites/sights. Carly said in 1999, "MOM, I think this could be a cult". I laughed and said, "Maybe, just hold hands for now because it is going to get very dark for a moment". We were in Avebury England at the final solar eclips

e of the milennium on Siltbury Hill with a hundred others looking for the vision that came out of the darkness. A CROP CIRCLE formed right then, and the world changed forever. USE your visions, we do and it works.

A thread of light

From the stars on a thread of light we descend to the plains and hills of this planet. A slippery ride to an even slipperer existance. In the snap of a finger everything can change. Like sparks we dance around the fire of our hearts. Looking for that one moment to light it up. Some do, some do not. It shows in the eyes and the smile, you can hear it in the laughter and the songs. WHEN you see it, acknowledge it. Breath with words keeps the fires lit. Encourage one another with a shake of the hand, a compliment, a memory, or even just a nod. Some times you will have entertained an ANGEL, and that is good work. Threads guide use safely to the place we fit. Like a screw that holds the frame in place you are here because you belong.

Labor of LOVE

To DO every day something that you love, is NOT LABOR. Tell that to a delivering MOM! In the throws of the transition there is a lot of noise and discomfort. I have seen/scene some loving couples challenged by the experience. YET as soon as it is complete and the delivery is safe, the whole of the drama, the time, the challenges, are forgotten mostly. Earth is delivering a new age of enlightenment. I see the stress, the confusion, and even the conflict. LET IT BE, as the Beatles sang, LET IT BE. You will not rewrite history. You will see an upgrade for humanity beyond your wildest imagination. Mother Mary comes to me and speaks those words of wisdom, LET IT BE! The loves you labor for will see you through. HANG ON TO THOSE YOU LOVE, it is worth every single moment of labor! Women have this opportunity to show great strength, and a willingness to share and deliver love. Coming in hot!

My sister did that on our minibike when we were little. She came in hot, and then HIT! My grandson did it the other day in the Bobcat, slammed on the brakes and HIT! I see people showing up like they are coming in HOT. Awakened, alert and looking around for some support. How you show up now is not the issue. THAT you SHOW UP now is the miracle. CHIEF

The headress of the chief has the eagle feathers of the story. Each higher vision for humanity is a marker on the journey of life. If you get a feather in your life, YOU DID WELL! Eagles don't just hand them over willy nilly. I am a chief. I have dominion over things I contracted to steward. Nature and kids are at the top of my list. In fulfilling my contract my headress grows, my hairs whitens with the feathers and I celebrate every opportunity to add in. YOU are your own chief. What job to self have you excelled at and feathered your nest with? This is the time to know you are a star. Let the rest go. Time to fly, take a look from the eyes of the eagle at your surroundings, your decisions, your mess or lack of mess is where the chief duties are. the I's/eyes have it

Your vote comes through your I's/eyes. The heart and soul of a human are seen/scene in those eyes of ours. Above the eye is the liver meridian, your ego and your fury keep a filter up in the eye brows. The lower part is the kidney. Bags of fluid unspent unsent tears from years of holding back the release have an I/eye effect. Kids learn not to cry. Men learn not to cry. The saltier the tears, the older the memory. Clean it up with a good cry, do with laughter!! There are ways to move about freely, laugh, cry, sunbathe, sing, dance like no one is watching. Those i's/eyes need it.

Looking over the world, the crowd, the energy is shifting fast. Woodstock 54 years later

I read through the list of names of the bands and singers who presented there. I watched the documentary. I looked at the farmer who saw peace on his land and stood for it, and even cleaned up after the event. I am here to be that person. We are being asked to clean up after the event of earth's discriminations. Losses of water, air, land and humans were enormous. Hearts were broken as humans were told then sold a pile of untruth. I am that farmer who knew/new seeds were vital and I would need to plant those seeds. Seeds of hope, faith, joy, and a vision of community for humanity. As I look back I am glad I came, this is EPIC! Time to come out and play, the air is fresh, the sun is bright and the future is ours!

Energy always needs to MOVE

Healthy energy moves. Stale energy does not move. That's when it stinks. If your house, your body, your work or even your play does not promote moving, rethink it. The out put of energy results in the out come of your life force. WANNA BE? Answer the questions. Healthy, happy, whole, prosperous, beautiful or what else???? What you put out there/their/they're comes back to you 10 times greater!! That should get you moving.

One step at a time

EVEN if it is a baby step forward. People are not moving forward toward their highest good in health, in friendship, and peace as quickly as they could. It is time to jump!! The old should and will be left to their own. Stuck in a way of saying I DO NOT want to change or learn something new, or be the one in charge of me. It is the thinkers that become the doers that will flourish. Can you teach an old dog new tricks? I did with JACK the German Shepherd I rescued. I was told he was a runner. I said if that was true he would not be a fit for me. It took 3 months, some love, nourishment, and encouragement, and a little snip snip too. Now 2 years later I could not have a better more tuned in guard dog. Attentive, alerting, and stable have become his way with his new home, his other dog friends, and of course all the people that come here. We did it one step at a time, and that was how we got the job done! Take that first step, let go, move on, start fresh, ask for help, take a class, and let's step it up!

Do you respond with respect or guilt?

Kids when TOLD respond quickly and honestly. Some out of guilt, some pissed off, and yet some look up and respond with respect. Animals do the same thing. It starts with our own response to our own choices. TODAY think of what you need to respond to. Then ask yourself would I do it out of guilt, or would it be something I respectfully do. I do NOT have to agree with you to be respectful of you. A grizzly bear requires a different response than a sheep. It is the part of you that relates that opportunity that shows you the best and highest response. Will you grumble, make excuses, disappear or even blame, OR WILL YOU STAND UP STRAIGHT AND SMILE AND GET ER' DONE WITH A GLAD HEART? I work in the world of wellness. Those who listen carefully and respond to their own needs respectfully get WELL. Resistance is never ending. Acceptance and growth, knowledge and focus, bring you to the next step. Earth is school, you can pass with flying colors when you respect the opportunity the Universe has provided. NEVER feel guilty about such an amazing, YOU CHOSE THIS ONE!!!!

Bareback or saddle?

Do we need equipment? Nature has what she needs, why don't we? Funny how a kid can find joy and strength in a tree, and yet we build jungle gyms. Then we charge extra. As a kid I had lots of trees to be in and with. Swings, and houses, and branches, offered shade and agility and a higher view. Today my riders get to try saddles, let's see how the added equipment changes the matrix. To be or not to be FREE, balanced, and riding like the wind.

Someone got you by the short hairs?

I hear/here tales of woe. Illness, calamity, disrespect and on and on the wailing goes. It is not your job to suffer. It is an illusion designed to remind you of a star quality hidden within. Some had tough family lives, others had loss, still others coped with war or worse. It serves us now to remember we are worth loving. Living here in peace and prosperity is the quest. If you need to remember why you are suffering do a sweat lodge, have a vision quest, or just tell your guardian angel to show you in a dream. YOU ALL HAVE TO SLEEP sometime. It is time to rethink this. Let go ... if you have not used, worn and loved something in a year's time, give it away. LET SOMEONE ELSE have a chance. I need to remember to take my own advice too, so watch what leaves my world in the upcoming weeks. I do not need my short hairs pulled, not now and not ever.

THE CALLING

When I call, they come. My horses do that, my dogs do that too. My kids do that, and so do my friends, in nature form and human form, in the Angelics and the Ancestors too. When you first get here you learn to navigate. When you are 18 you are supposed to have heard YOUR CALLING. Pretty hard to hear/here above all the noise and chatter and opinions. The calling comes from above to below, from within to without. Your heart starts to feel it as your WISDOM TEETH become to suface. Some have no room for their teeth, or their calling. The palate has not been allowed to expand. Others can see and feel it's vibration. It radiates outward in all directions. Some gets crushes, others get passions and skills, and still others get wasted. LISTENING IS KEY> It starts with the student around age 5, then it moves to the job search around age 15, some end up with their career choice after hearing the options, and then there are those with a calling they heard/herd as a child radiating outward from their heart. If a child's heart is broken, the calling is hard to feel. Today on the GATE of the Dog Star, Sirius opening the light to heart listeners, ask to receive the CALL you have been waiting for. You will be very happy you did.

Upgrade or just an update.

My wellness world provides upgrades in health, happiness, self care and using the bounty of nature to harmonize, balance and heal. Many now simply just want to talk about it. That's OK. Words get this discussion up and moving. For years our world kept secrets, those in power kept it with secrets used against humans. Sex, drugs, being bullies, with the I know more than you do notion. You know plenty. WHen the hair goes up on the back of your neck, leave!!! Make no excuse, just turn and move off. When the hair on your arms and legs tingles, STAY CLOSE, you are being inspired. Ungrades came to those inspired! Ask questions, when an answer doesn't suit you, ask different questions. PONDER the options, you need not make snap decisions. Some choices need a night of star gazing, or dreaming, or journaling. Ethan and Emily came to bareback ride my horses again today, Ethan had questions, he wanted to see where and how I live. He asked, I answered. COME ON IN, take a good look around, any questions?? He needed to know that I was for real. This is the fourth year of riding for a little guy with health concerns, today he rode alone on that giant white horse gypsy, and that looked like an upgrade to this gal!!

Have we forgotten to re-mem-ber ?????

When you are a kid there is nothing you need to remember yet. Someone should have your back, your meals, your clean sheets, your future, in their sights. As you grow, remembering becomes a part of each day. Schools require it and test it. Churches do too. Memorize and recite. Photograph and keep it. Your dreams, day or night, bring to your star knowledge. Remembering that you are DIVINE in your DESIGN and from the place where love creates, that is the strength you have a right to. Allow no one to tell you that that truth is not yours to remember. If or when you are approached about what you have to RE-MEM-BER, align with those who remember the same truth. Love is the energy of all creation, fear is the anti-matter. You are the powerful human remembering that truth. Peace comes in the memory of your Creation Story. REMEMBER that now. Fort McPherson NWT

We got our new tipi. It was handmade and sent here from Ft. McPherson NWT Canada. It took over 3 months to arrive as the ice had to melt first so the ferry could deliver the canvas. ICE ROAD TRUCKERS did not apply here. There are times to wait. This was one of those times. Your health is the same, it takes 90 days to change the biological terrain of the human body. No different than planting a seed to grow. 90 days from plant to flower or vegetable. BE the patient patient. Let the work begin when the ice melts. YOU are water, many frozen from fear, stress, lack of love and lack of light. Warmth and light preceed the healing. Growth comes with nurturing the seed. Pregnancies are measured by trimesters. Math is how the Universe keeps order. creating the order, making the tipi, and me, waiting for the magic to arrive. TOTALLY worth it!!

The spiral of the poles in a tipi are sacred geometry

When you look up through the top it is a beautiful spiral of wood. The smoke rises from the fire along with the prayers and hopes and dreams of the dwellers. I live with that way every day of my life. I let the smoke rise and carry to the Great Mystery all my thoughts, my concerns and my gratitude. Our new tipi came from Canada today, a work of craftsmanship and beauty. Worthy of the smoke and fire, the prayers and conversations it will shelter. WHO IS IN YOUR TIPI? Is the PEACE PIPE lit? Biological and emotional gall needing to be released from choices and genetics. WHEN you decide you are ready there is a flush you can do. I do a colonic with it, and also a BIO-MAT and CHI machine treatment. I also get body work done as the emotions are sometimes painful and take me to places I have never remembered. The release is imperative for energy and growth, for fitness and balance. Be a good guest on earth. Leave it better than you found it. Always bring a gift when invited. Keep your system flowing, let the gall of choices release and go down the drain. IF I remain indignant to the GALL, I will create stones, and that is harder to release but still doable. NOW! Earth changes now. SHE our Mother Gaia has been patient and kind, tolerant and supportive. I look at her field and smile and nod at her perserverance. I know when she is ready to transtion, nothing here will stop her. IT IS time, the water is broken. Care fully navigate the rapids of change. Be kind, in harmony and at peace among your neighbors. How many children can you help?

Some NONE. There are others who see the need and pitch in. Look around, the true gold on earth is us! Our kids, they are our future here. Some are being abused, neglected, sold and worse. Keep your eyes open, and feelers feeling. Sometimes it only takes one look, one knowing stare, to stop the loss of joy in the life of a child. If you see them in need, meet them there. A little girl in line at the cash register didn't have the money to get what her mother has sent her for. SHE WAS HUMILIATED I could feel the pain. The boy in front of me was a teen, and he was watching closely. SO WAS I. I paid. I said you are free to take your things and go now. It is all good. The boy said, WHY?? I said it could be you next time, and to see and feel the need and meet it when you can, is the greatest gift we have. Where we go ONE, we go all. Community is the gift of the Universe, please help restore community and I am going to start with the little one first.

Board in school???

I was. I tried to find with the structure of education, the structure of SUSAN ANDERSON. Math, Music, Phy ED and ART, along with reading. ALL GOOD! Friends and new friends, even better. Diversity the coolest. Trapped were others in a system not suited to their upliftment. My father avoided the Indian Boarding School by having a integrated silent half breed mother. She was vigilant, and adamant. Today at Carpenter Nature Center there is a offering of those who were not so protected. Until we understand what and why, we can not pretend to know. We came to learn and grow as a race of diverse beings. Our universe our real home, our SOURCE the Great Mystery has many children. Don't give up, DON"T give in

YOU KNOW WHAT and WHO you like. Some things, people and places give me the C R E E P S ! I used to think that was worthy of my time. 1987 The Harmonic Convergance where were you?

I came home. I returned to soil where I entered earth. In Wisconsin along the St. Croix River is always where I felt best. The Harmonic Convergance and it's alignment was loud and clear to many. I was ready to be rooted and supported. I went on to do my homework, and became a Naturopathic Physician. It was natural for me. I somehow knew I knew. How is your sight/site?

I see lots of colors, shapes, sizes and big picture views. My balconey offers me a morning of glory watching the sun rise on the fields and it's creatures. The double flute I play serenades the land along with the birds and it grows together with and in harmony. Look in the mirror, you are your primary sight. The space you live in is your secondary sight. The world that surrounds you and yours is the expansion of those sights. Take the time to know how powerful you are, and how much effect you have. Can you hear the crying?

I do. I see it in my work. I hear it from those in despair. AND yesterday it was a facebook post of a relative of mine. I ANSWERED. It is not easy to be an answering being. It will take all of us to be in support of support. There is magic in nature, health is a human right. SHE, the Great Earth Mother, is the MASTER of that. When you hit the ground, drink the FRESH CLEAN water, bask in the sunlight, chemical changes occur and the healing can begin. FREE for the taking. Can you see air? Even though you can not, you KNOW it is there. Same with miracles, faith will open your third eye and you too will see what has been available all along. It is the best way I know to quiet the crying that fear, loss, despair and pain bring. It is time sing, laugh, speak in tones and terms of light and love. THIS too shall be the new age of enlightenment on this beautiful planet, and then the crying will cease. Listen and if you can hear it, answer with compassion and generosity, wisdom comes from the heart, where all healing begins.

I saw teeth that needed analysis and attention. Some neglected, some toxic, some broken, some crooked, some injured and some bright white strong and working well. We human humans are designed to fly, others can not. Your breath is your flight. YOU ARE SAFE among the clouds, it is where my ancestors wait and watch. And yes, even the stars are your home too. Transitioning to the new age

If you knew, you know now is the shift. The children are here. They have great value to the new world and the new age. See their value, others have seen it for a while. That is why they are being stolen, poisoned, drugged and bullied and sold on the open market. Kids are the future to the future. They are extraordinary. Threats

Perceived as a disturbance of YOUR PIECE/PEACE. Kids are threatened by bullies of all shapes and sizes, for reasons commonly unknown to them. Women also threatened by bullies in all shapes and sizes too. When KSTP NEWS THREATENED ME, it disturbed my piece/peace. I wanted my work with Natural Healing to be available for anyone interested. THEY said it was risky and worse. If you have not walked a mile in my moccasins then you do not know what I perceive and believe to be risky. Threatening me with your knowing as sovereign is MOOT, worthless and can work against YOU not me. That is what a threat really is. YOUR horrible experiences screamed at the top of your LUNGS in despair and anguish are not my responsibility nor my interest. Humans who are out of control,or who try and control others, threaten. WEAK and LOUD, and now worth even less than before is the result. I heard the threat, and I answered back with NONSENSE, you speak of that which you do not know nor understand. I said let's see what a jury of my peers say about your threats to my work and lifestyle choice. I was awarded for my truth and my bravery and my willingness to put it out there for all to see. SHINING your light on anyone who threatens you is simple. JUST SAY this STAND IN THE LIGHT OF GOD AND TELL ME WHO YOU ARE. Three times. Benevolent energy will speak with love and concern and honesty AND tell you who they are and what they desire calmly. DARK toxic threats of all kinds will disappear in that shower of your words. YOUR WORDS are your super power, use them wisely and for the highest good of all. NO THREATS NEEDED now. Kind loving funny musical uplifting and supportive, those words get the job done! Stung... life changing event

I am life changed by stings. I do not wear/where them well. The sting I got yesterday took me down for 14 hours. When I woke I was surprised. Vaccination injury makes some super vulnerable to insect stings. Others to food, other to chemicals, others to life on earth all together. SOME Others do not live through them as I witnessed the death of a 2 year old back in 1982. THAT tiny coffin upset me no end. Life changing is what we do here. It can be painful and scary, like that sting I got. OR it can be peaceful and graceful too. YOU CHOOSE. I did, and today I am back in the saddle of my love for life here, taking care of my ranch and those who love us and need us. THANKS Creator, for another sunny day. See you in the barn.

Be careful what you speak, your words become YOUR reality, NOT anyone else's. YOU can complain and criticize all you want and it will only stay with YOU! It is the LAW of CREATION. Begin the descent

I love summer, the sun, the solstice, the water and the warmth. I love my birthday more. Now today we begin the descent to the Winter Solstice and that time I celebrate for a whole month of love, light and laughter and my December birthday. I watch the sky, the sunrise, and today she was as high as she gets. We talked of her journey to earth and the degrees she offers. I came in the cold and snow of December. My journey to the light of summer has taken lifetimes of experience. I know what I know because of those experiences. Never ask a Priest to discuss abortion, as we all know on some level, for the simple reason that unless you have the experience, you have no right to have an opinion that directs another. Programmed to believe that there must be WAR before PEACE

I have no affiliation with war in this lifetime. It means less to me than most. It is part of my gift to this world as a teacher. Gratitude - what you appreciate grows

Those who joined us Saturday I appreciate. Our gathering grew, and in the end, the fireflies lit up the night, the whole field was dancing~ We had a little of a lot of energy. We had Native, Black, White and mixed. We had special needs, adopted, fostered, professional, non-professional. We had employed and un employed, healthy and not so much. We had bikers, truckers, mini-vans, SUVs and 4 wheelers and 3 wheelers and bicycles. The universe conspires to inspire where 2 or 3 or more are gathered with the Source of Life and Light present and accounted for. The new moon was dark, the fireflies and the fire circle and those surrounding it were alive and enchanted and filled with joy and awe and light and love. For that and so much more I AM Grateful! Lost FAITH

I was raised in the American Medical System. As a child I had no choice in the matter. Tonsils, broken bones, mono, bleeding ulcers, vaccines, drugs, all were a part of that reality. I found out then what I teach now, the industry designed to heal me was not doing the work, only the science was there. AND that was keeping me ill. I had to look else where when it was up to me. I was 30, I had two kids and a husband then. I wanted to be healthy. I couldn't sleep, and Interstial Cystitis came into my world. Told it was a forever deal, and using a piss bag may be the final solution to my constant gnawing pain became a definite NO! I do not take NO for the final answer, I use it the KNOW and get more information. That was then, this is now. I have been healed for over 30 years now. I teach what I learned. WHEN faith gets tested, and hope gets dimmed, LOVE will show you the way. The love I had for my daughters did that for me. I refused to be less, and therefore I became the mom I wished I had had. SHE became the grandmother that I knew she could be too. AND for all this and every thing the Universe has provided me, I say thank you. FAITH HOPE and LOVE, that is the way home. AND when you find that you will understand that you have always known NO!
