Open to the possiblity that everything will change now

You do not need to be sick, you choose it. You do not need to be angry, you choose that too. Addictions are rampant to behaviors that keep us off the course of love and light and laughter. Get back on course by doing something simple that you love. Cook and share it, clean up a mess, give someone a hand or a leg up. Commit a random act of kindness and then tell someone what you did. It is that easy to start again. Do it now, start over, fresh and clean and ready for action, it is here and making itself known. Don't say we didn't tell you - we have!!
