Watch for the signs

Prevention is the BEST cure.
Knowing what you are looking for is the easiest way to prevent challenges from becoming mistakes.

If you are waking up tired or have bags under your eyes or dark circles your kidneys and adrenals need attention.

If you are short tempered or have belly fat around your waist line your liver could use some support.

If you are constipated or have the runs your digestion and thyroid function need help.

If you skin looks bad you had better check your diet.

And if your are chronically ill you need to have someone in the healing arts do an energetic check of your teeth and mouth, since so much illness begins with cracked teeth, root canals and toxic fillings and toothpaste.

Your adventure depends on your alertness and knowing the signs will get you where you want to be safely. It is up to you the driver. Noone else is in charge of your future.
