Protection from...you decide. What do you fear? It is nothing to be ignored. If you have a challenge in life, health, happiness, or wealth, take it on. Put down your guard and stand in the rain, or the wind, on the earth, with a fire brightly burning in your heart. It is the medicine wheel, the four directions coming together. It is the new race of rainbow warriors and their future is yours. Happy, health, home and family. That is the only protection you need here. You are here for comm-UNITY!! Then know you are truly a part of the Divine and protected and loved. Megwitch!

USE/YOU's YOUR INNER SCANNER!

You all have a limbic system. It is a sensory net that surrounds every living thing. It is yours to learn about and use/you's for your protection, safety and gracefully co-existing. In dis-grace, all harmony is lost and chaos creates cancer and all dis-ease. The state of grace is divine design and for all to access. It takes the knowing of who you are, and what is your NATURAL way of expressing that WHO-ness. Bloodlines are being GMO'd by injection, air pollution, and toxic food, and people are confused. In confusion fear rules. Programming fear is a daily feed on the phone or TV you hook up to. One day one way, then like the chaos of the whirling cyclone, one way different the next day. It is a brilliant scheme to control the souls of earth. Media does it, banking and the stock market too. Religion has a big hand in this as do politicians. NO INSURANCE is available or needed, it is free!! The scanning being done to see the heat of the human in the pandemic arena, is also showing much more. YOU are a scanner. Develop that skill, it is a necessary tool for clearing this chaos. KNOW who you are and WHO you can trust. Ask your inner scanner to show you the truth, in pictures you can see, with sounds you and YOUR DOG can here/hear, and in a language YOU can understand. I speak many languages, as I move through this world gracefully. It a skill and a tool I use all the time, along with my scanner. Be at peace, be as graceful as you can, and we will all come through this together in love and light, it is time to heal this world. NO MORE CANCER!!! No more chaos. BE well. It is a choice.

Standing up to...

You all have someone or something you want to stand up to. You also have someone or something to stand up for. In learning that my power was mine, and mine alone to use, for MY standing up, I found it gave me a clear vision of who and how I was to be on Earth. Sunka Wakan, Horse Medicine, then gave me a larger capacity to be energized and also project energy, for the standing up I would do. The four leggeds are my friends, and they have given me a great reason to stand up for them and us and the children of the planet. So to all... in the circumstance of so much loss and pain in MPLS/STPL Minnesota, find your footing first. Then stand up! There are many ways to help heal this wounded place and her wounded citizens. Help is needed, peace will only be achieved by being a peacemaker. The most powerful warrior of all is filled with the desire for PEACE and demands accountability. Today I stand in the light as a warrior, I bring to field my Sunka Wakan, and I pray for peace in a very LOUD and Demanding way, I will accept nothing less now. WHO are we, us, them, you, me????

Hybrids, GMOs, Aliens, Angels, Ancestors returned for this time. It is a mixed group here on Earth. AND nice is not the first choice. You are being called out, and called up. The light is where you will see and be clearly understood and recognized. It is time to KNOW NO. The knowledge of loss, less, separation, lack, enslavement and on it goes, is being broadcast. Trust only yourself, and your intuitive loving heart and the ONE who guards and guides you. Be heart felt with every response. YOU can hold the LIGHT, just by right of being alive. STAND in that LIGHT, and say to anyone you need to, TELL ME WHO YOU ARE! Decide and be accountable for who and how you stay alive here on the planet every day. OR go with Elon to the STARS!!! Using light to see RIGHT

To bumble around in the dark and fumble for the switch is exhausting. Humans exhausted are sick and tired, and then scared and frustrated. At that time, they become vulnerable to who or what ever sees them as easy targets. To be awake and in the light of day and choose not to fumble or bumble is going to be YOUR future from here/hear on. So stand UP, and in the light see and then say what you want starts the next step!! Choose all that you can handle, in comfort. Some can MOW a big lawn, others not. Both are RIGHT. Sleep is for dreaming, work and play in the light of day are for putting those dreams into reality. Dream big, live large. Healthy, happy and full of laughter, is what right light offers. Right now, is the best chance you have ever had to see more, to be more. This world is small, the Universe is large and you are accessing all. Think local, global or larger, taking that right bright light into your world, where ever it is is all up to you now. See ya in the barn!!

Is your MOTOR running?

Are you ready to roll? In a season of freezin', we take stock, build fires, and plan. This thaw brought a bigger reason to roll than ever before. It IS THE END OF TIME. In 2012 at the Star Knowledge Conference in Arizona we knew the old time was getting short. People, deep with in their souls knew. I prepared my life for the shift and as it comes into high gear, I am ready to roll. I know my MOTOR is running, and it is up to me to get moving. Decide if you are here for the recovery of the Earth and her children, and your children and grand children, or if you are one of those who will be exposed as someone different. Accounting for all you are is up to bat. When you are willing, cheerful and ready to motor, the world will welcome you with open arms, and plenty to do. I am here for you when you show up! Behind the scene/seen........

The Wizard was behind the curtain. The soul of an angel can hidden in the body of those who seem meek, or disadvantaged. I believe that all is seen/scene. You must just allow the picture to form. It is in your perception that it comes to you first. Let it be YOURS, not someone else's. Some are enchanted by beauty, or wealth, or youth. Others by authority. I learned it was important to be seen/scene, and then see the scene/seen before I formed my perception. Kids and animals see me clearly. I got a lot of IN - SIGHT/SITE from that knowingness. Today, look at the unseen/scene, by closing your eyes and allowing the truth to show the form, by looking beneath the costume covering the one in front of you. The ONE before you could be the ONE you were looking for all along. IN the light, all will be revealed. I am looking forward to the day, where every one here IS SEEN/SCENE and accepted for WHO they are. Time to be clear and see that we are all in this together.

the TRUST

That is a word not commonly talked about. It should be. Who, how, when and to what length would you go? It is those who say you can trust them, that you may not trust. I have many clients who can not trust the DENTIST. They panic because of the intensity of the experiences and the poisons they were introduced to like mercury. I have those who were abused in situations, where trust was needed and not honored. Church, neighbors, relatives and summer camp not to be trusted. It begins as a sacred contract with your parents, then your family, then your neighbors and community. Spend this time considering the TRUST you want. Feel what a solid energy of trust would be. I donated land to the Western Wisconsin Land Trust, I will be there today on the stream with the dogs, getting that feeling of trust that will take care of this land forever, again. It is time to know, for sure, ONE thing to trust. Let it begin with YOU. Eat well, play hard, laugh out loud, and be to someone else the way you TRUST them to be with you and tell them what that looks like. That Is trust building, and it is time we begin. Our planet wants to trust us again, and she and we deserve that.

Breaking the SOUND barrier

It is not time to be silent. It is time to speak your truth. The comfort level of what you thought was real and forever, has now disappeared. Comfort in the old way has has given way to dis-comfort. Thinking about things you never thought you would need to, has moved into your thoughts. People thought they could retire and do that. People thought someone in the world had their health, their finances, their well-being in order for them to simply trust with it. Turns out they were fooling you. It is up to you. Are you going to say what you think or are you going to stay home and be very quiet? The broadcasts are called programming- FOR A REASON. Do you feel that? Vaccines program the body. If that is your choice, so be it. If not, SO BE THAT TOO! I believe in Divine everything. I always have known that my truth was mine, and it would guide me to where I belong. I speak it, and sing it out loud. Last night, a beautiful group of women did that together, and BROKE the SOUND BARRIERS that silence had held tight for far too long. Get your audience, even if it is in the mirror, and begin now. We need your voice, how ever it presents. Silence is NOT GOLDEN, it is deafening. We want to hear/here all that you have to offer! It is up to us.

Intuitive?

Using feeling instead a ration of thinking with only the 5% of the brain, the frontal lobe to guide you is using intuition. How are you feeling these days? Intuitively I am stronger, wiser, healthier and kinder then I have been to date in this lifetime. I am secure in the knowing/no'ing of my choices and my life here. I strongly support the intuitive way of perceiving reality. It is the guide given, not taught, that many set aside for the opinions of others instead. YOU have a choice. I intuitively speak, I live intuitively as well. With intuition I got my health back long ago, and used it to help those wanting to experience the same results. I learn intuitively, with my eyes, all three open and sensitive. I know what I like, and I sense it and I remember it well. I offer this to the world now. Use your intuition, get an understanding of energy, kinesology, motion and reception. Broadcast only that which you are willing to receive in return. Learn to use a pendulum or dousing rods. It is a time honored trade, and without it, it the olden days, no one could find hidden water. You must know find the gift, it will save your life, and the love you have to share. INTUIT everything. Then you will know exactly what, when and how high to be!!

May 21st 4 months to shine

In this season of losses, people are struggling. They have shared feelings of helpless and hopeless. That is NON-SENSE. No sense to this reality for those of us who know love and light. We came to Earth to be educated and challenged. When a challenge was met and overcome, you were to share the glory of the story with those who would listen. It is the oral ability of teaching and creating that the spoken word were given to us to use. Telepathic communication is not like that. It is intuitive and subtle. It is not the creative energy of the voice and the dream all in one wave. When you speak in the negative, that is where you reside. When you speak or sing or rhyme in the positive that is where you shine. Alone or together, start encouraging, with words of power. I like LOVE, LIVELY, LAUGHTER, and HOPE and HEALTHY. I live with the abundance of care, because I believe in SHARE. If you can share good, positive, caring words, DO IT. If not, stay home and be quiet until it passes. YOU must listen to YOU for awhile. You are the power and the source of YOUR reality, no jail can hold your spirit. GET SPIRITED!! Megan did yesterday and couldn't even stay on the horse that showed her that image. Grave days have passed...

I went to my Father's grave yesterday along with my sister to plant flowers and a feather and a stone. His grave stone has been 60 years there in the grass. I spent decades trying to find him above ground. I looked into the eyes of others to see if he was there. He was not. So I looked into the roots of my I's. AND there he was all along. He always had been, in my heart, in my DNA, he was my size, shared my eyes and smile, and he had the playfulness I inherited. He waited for me to stop and just be - US. So many families are dis-jointed, some are even disconnected or may have never even met. Loss rules the reality as the lack of roots causes instability. As children we are rooted in the first 9 years by our mother, the next 9 by our father, and the 9 that are from age 18-27 create that 3rd root, your spine, your tail, your kundalini energy, then it is sent deep into the earth to give you purpose, life, and stability. Today, see the three roots of you and get grounded. If your parents were not there, look up to sky, the ancestors, all of them are watching and hearing/hereing the love of YOU. Be loved, rooted, and our world will give you all you need for now, no more grave days, I only see grace days ahead.

Cultivating a garden

The human body is a garden, biological terrain. It is in need of cultivation to thrive. Water, sun, mineral, pollen and plant and animal, and us all working together. Like the virus, bacteria, parasite and fungus do in the human terrain so do the choices and attitudes add as much, and all work together to keep the garden growing. I believe humanity is getting an upgrade in their understanding of the garden of eden and our lives here within her borders. Earth and her field of life is our home for now. How we cherish and maintain our garden, starting with our selves as mini gardens, is critical to our future. I am a living breathing laughing loving entity, mini garden, on this giant garden of eden of ours. Are you??? Just let the fear disappear as you find your place in the garden. It has the potential to be more and more as we understand and love this opportunity to grow. Communion and comm-unity all make the garden grow, find your herd and grow your gardens! It is time to cultivate our garden.

Time Out? How did you see things?

As children the time out was a punishment for bad behavior. A time to consider all that you done, and reconsider what you would do next. I know in this time out, many considered things not considered for a long time, or even maybe never before. People started to look things up, and then they silently processed that consideration. War or peace, health or disease, success or failure, family or separation, fit or fat, all under consideration. In the eyes/I's of each other, is the reflection of the YOU's. You see in me, things that intrigue or interest you, and I do the same. I have looked into the eyes/I's of thousands of clients over the past 30 years and seen myself along the way, over and over again. My choices became my career, my reality, my gift. The hawk or the dove?

Christ's Consciousness came as the DOVE, descending into a human being human, under the influence of water and by CHOICE. It is called baptism. It is for a consenting being who wants to connect with and channel love and light into a human being human! It is a necessary and thoughtful choice. Baptizing anyone not consenting, means someone else takes over the energy access and transfer. Is the parent or god-parent or the preacher the over-lord? At what point do human's take back their rightful power? At what age do you truly consent and take your channel of light back? In the freeze of our current situation, many human beings got a chance to be still and grope around in the dark for a light. In the stillness the DOVE hovers above the head of the being. A spark, a light bulb, a lightening bolt, or a DAWN of awakening being available now. Do you kill the light, the DOVE or do you embody it? It is a good time to ask yourself all of these questions. The return of the Dove to a world who has been hijacked is happening. Peace, communion, transparency are all available now. For some it come with a fever. Warmth cleaning up the dross. In the heat and the light YOU will see me for who and how I am. I will see you too as you begin to warm up to one another. Welcome to the NEW AGE. It took a little longer than expected but by Golly, we made it!!!

Time to test your wings

Kids should have had that opportunity while still a kid. Test flight - confirmation of capabilities, developed and then honed. I think 12 years old is the right time to start that process. It is a chance for each individual to say what they have learned that they understand and agree with. It is also a great time, to listen to their concerns and help with the confusion. Humans have a physical ignition that starts the hormones they need to procreate that begin at that juncture. It needs to be clear as to what that offers. Light or less, happy and healthy, or dark and secretive. I taught my girls that in truth there are NO SECRETS. Everyone sees everything, in life and in light. The parading emperor in his new clothes is seen as naked! Funny in the story, and true in real life. Give it a chance, you too will see the whole field a light with life and fire. Take and give that which you see and love. Treat this world and all who live here, they exact way you want to be treated. Confirm it in your own heart. Share you beliefs with those close to you, and mark them for future reference with a ceremony, or a piece of jewelry, or any reminder that you have begun to choose your destiny. Free-will at age 18 to be what you confirmed at 12. Math, and the human experience, one road, follow your path, do your own math. Then when those wings are feathered and dry - FLY!!

Stair case to Heaven Silbury Hill England

In 1999 I was there with my "GIRLS" for the final solar eclipse of the millennium. It was life changing. Some took it home as their message called them to the stars, others stayed with a new view of what earth life was about. My message was the message of health, happiness and horses. I came to that offering very quickly and spent the past 20 years delivering that gift. When I returned, I bought a hill here, and then I put some horses on it, building a building and a business. I spent most of the income in outpouring. I wanted kids and the kids within the adult bodies, especially those with a need, to be able to come here and be with me and my horses. Needs were met, health issues, money issues, attitude issues, addiction issues, ethnicity issues, law issues, and on and on the list of those who needed this place, were included. We are a Medicine Wheel offering the four directions call to unity. I have called out to those willing to listen for these 20 years. It is now time, to listen. In the beginning...

there/their/they're was the WORD. One word became a whole world. I truly know that to be true. I have to be very careful in choosing my words for their/they're/there POWER is evident. What they create in a wave of energy is real. If my words do not lift me, give me hope, make me smile, keep me learning in light and loving ways, then I shall be silent. It is too much responsibility. A wreck-less/reck-less word for any reason, can hurt. Words spoken with fear laced intensity, well...they do nothing to bring strength. Find your strength now in words that bring you peace, choose the peace/piece that passes all understanding. It is right in front of your eyes/i's. YOU are worth saving, you always were. Please use your words in the light. When they raise us up, we are grateful. For now, remember communion and community, and where one goes, others follow. Follow love, faith and hope, and it will bring the Dawn of a new day.

Who is the AUTHOR of your story? YOU ARE

You are the author and authority of your story. In this time, you are being offered a rewrite if you want one. Where would the story change for you? Mine has been interesting and harrowing all at the same time. My health gave me my career, my daughters gave me my passion and it's fierce nature, my sense of wonder and humor kept me going, and my delight in someone healing from something I shared, beyond magical! You will need a notebook, a good tool, I use a calligraphy pen. You will need a vision of an out come only you can image - in or imagine. If you can think it up, you can create it. That's the mystery and that's the new earth supporting us in a future of unity! It can come in thought, then word, then deed. It can come in colors and sounds and frequencies never before hear/here. Paint, write, sing, garden, speak truth, laugh out loud, surround yourself with light and love, and those who bring it when they show up! The only one we heal is ourselves, write the story of your healing! THEN...watch it create itself in front of you and me and everyone paying attention. And by the way, if I look younger when you see me next, you will know I added an addendum!

Only in and with gratitude do things flourish.

Being thankful every day in rising and concluding your day is critical self care. When your field expresses gratitude, it becomes magnetic. When it becomes fearful or filled with regret, it becomes repellent and the light dims in your auric field. There are ways to see this that nature and kids know intuitively. Goosebumps are one good way to know you are feelin' good. Laughter and songs and poetry pour out of happy grateful people. In that light - immune systems are supported and built strong. When something or someone is loved, and appreciated, they hang around. Say thank you to someone today. Do not let the less or loss of your gratitude make you hard to be with. Support your immunity by aligning with those you trust, with things of beauty, and words of encouragement. No need for more, or less. Be grateful you can see this message and respond. So many ways to define MOTHER

In honor of the Mother in all of us, as you move to reflect and celebrate this day, define that part which makes you smile. My Mother gave great birthday parties. My Mother let me ride my horse wherever I wanted to ride for as long as I could. My Mother taught me to swim when I was very young and took us to the water often. My Mother took good care of me if I was injured or ill. My Mother gave me the gift of skiing - when we lived in flat and windy North Dakota!! And took us to ski hills all over America until I was old enough to go on my own at age 18. Thanks Mom! My daughters reflect in their lives - mm mother - she cherished them, played hard with them and they knew she was sincere. So kudos to all the MOTHERS today. Remember you are the pieces/peaces of MOTHER gathered in the energy of you. Celebrate YOU, MOTHER energy, male or female, grand or not so grand yet. Happy Mother's Day to Earth, The MOTHERS'S Mary, and White Buffalo Calf Woman are smiling on us today!!

Can you follow a recipe for success?

I am asked about the recipe for my success in the health arena. I was miserably sick in the 80's and went to the alternative world for a recipe I could follow and enjoy. It benefited me so many ways. It was understandable, nourishing, educational and just radical enough to keep me interested. Any recipe must fit the cook. The type and the ability to follow the instructions, joyfully. A new recipe needs some scrutiny and lots of practice. I went into the practice of alternative health, becoming a Nationally Board CertifiedNaturopathic Physician. I have 30 years in the recipe I use to keep my health and happiness in balance. The recipe I use is long, it has many deviations, but the outcome is always the same. I work best with lots of alternatives! What is your recipe for success? Is there room for more ingredients, or substitutions. Ambushed?

My experience with KSTP Channel 5 news and their ambush journalism tactics Jennifer Griswold shouted wild and totally false accusations at me. Expecting me to buckle for their sweeps newcast that very night was their goal. Talk about fake media, making stuff up for ratings. Yesterday I felt the same AMBUSH tactic at the door of a local store. A customer screaming her fear of COVID 19 at us caught me my surprise. She wanted to be heard! Demanding distancing as a way of life, to my friend and I, while she blocked the door in her chair. Memory of attacks, the PTSD of the experience, needed to be released again as adrenaline flooded my field of energy. Not wanting defend my self yet feeling shamed and burdened with her hysteria I had to silent for a moment. We all have experienced ambushing, bullying, being lied to, cheated, stolen from, shamed and for some even worse, like being exploited, raped or murdered in this or past lifetimes, not to mention abused or abducted, experiencing war and poverty and prejudice. Taking stock of our choices now, is up to us</i>. Going out in public, a choice. Being critical of others, another choice. Feeling PTSD and it's effect yet another choice. Solution... happened on my way home. I drove by a huge bunch of Trillium Flowers and the Universe said, YOU are conscious, awake and we have your back. Celebrate the collective, and we will take care of those critically out of balance. THANKS, to the Angels, Aliens and Ancestors, and the Earth Mother, for the reminders that we are not ALONE, and that we will prevail. PTSD, acknowledged and released, for ME and all of us. How to thrive in the STATE of CON - FUSION

When a child resists we call them contrary. When we use two colors on the same wall we call that contrasting. When we see pending doom by choices we call that convoluted. I Hear/Here lots of the STATE of CON-FUSION. YOUR con-sciousness in human form is personal and collective all at the same time. YOU come here with your MOTHER calling you to her here on EARTH, she conforms to your wants and needs and lessons for 9 years, then dad is up to bat. At 18, your consciousness wants it's wings to fly the nest, and create it's own. Then comes THE FUSION. Remembering that YOU are not on your own, but a piece/peace of the collective. In the remembering of this some con-fusion must shake loose the connection to the Divine. Where we go one, we go all. YOU use the confusion now to fly clear of the fog. Who needs MEDICINE?

As defined by men. The medicine I have I was born with. A direct imprint from the Divine. How did I know? I was re-minded along the way with LIFE, with DIS-EASE and DIS-COMFORT. When my mind was blank, I created a scenario in which to re-member to me - remembering divine design was medicine. Communion remembers you to the Divine. Illness does that too. Circumstances out of your control, were never out of your medicine bag. YOU simply forgot that part. Today Re-MIND yourself, you are loved, sovereign, worthy and yes, eternal. Do you RAGE?

In the 3rd chakra there/their/they're is the shield, your liver and the color yellow. It is the furnace and the filter of YOU. It is connected to your skin and your thyroid and it's voice. When it is poked it causes indigestion, reflux, bad breath, skin eruptions, hot flashes, weight gain, ego distortion and yes, a personality shift. Irritation first, then frustration, after that ANGER, and unchecked and unremedied, RAGE. Like an overflowing stream of bile and vomit, it comes forth in thoughts, words and deeds. It sprays those in close, and again unchecked and unremedied it destroys families, friendships, neighborhoods, countries and our home here, Mother GAIA. She is tired of it, and so am I. Rage is only appreciated in protecting the INNOCENTS. Then it is a powerful weapon of love, only then for the children and Mother Nature. If you are upset - use your words, write them down and burn them. DO NOT SCREAM at me, or anyone else. DO NOT strike me, or anyone else. AND for the love of PETE, do not BLAME ME or anyone else. YOU are your own creation story. If you do not like what you have composed in this lifetime, it's now or never. S E E ? ? ?

The distants/distance is calling you out. To see the boundaries of your S E E/S E A expanding past your phone, your steering wheel, your tele-vision, or your monitor. In the distance/distants you will begin to see a keen view of what had been kept from your sight. His-story taught, skipping the her-story part. Not accurate in many ways. Rewritten by scriptors who want you to see only what they show you and no-thing else. To look up and far will clean up the dross. Your eyes will develop a keen vision, like a raptor. You will become able to be flexible in the sight that you are exercising. Up close or in the distants, clear and decipherable by your brain, filtered by your kidneys and your liver. Look up!! Look OUT!! Look within!! Stop looking at what they want you to look at and go outside and see something fresh and interesting. Know NO, before you knew NEW

Words are the creation story on earth. They carry great potential. Be very careful what you say, because it will be yours, sooner or later. Certain words are not in my normal vocabulary. Sinner is one, hell is another. Too dramatic for me, too much potential to create pure fear, the antithesis of love. I need to be in the love space to thrive. Family, friends, work and play, I must love it or leave it. The tree of knowledge, and the book of knowledge are for all who are ready to know enough to say NO. Certain things get a NO from me. Mostly it refers to FUN. If it is, then I KNOW that and stay with it. If it NOT, NO becomes the next reality, and I disappear from view. THEN there/their/they're is the NEW. If you only knew NO, you would soon create the NEW! Time for the NEW SU/SIOUX. HOW about YOU TOO?

As we drop the veils.......

we will see, breathe, and reveal ourselves to others. Nothing to hide from now. Just drop the veil, stand in the light and laugh, love, sing and say nice things to every one you see. Thanks, I am now building a garden for the very first time in my life. See you in the dirt.

Beltane - Venus - Earth energy and us together in the fire!

Here comes the alignment! Your allowance has been spent. Thousands of years working with the allowance of the universe. Navigating karma and ascension were the challenges. Navigating systems and cults, enslavements and abuses. Lots of helpers showed a way, and many fell into line with those teachings. I personally love the Melchizidek training. I also love the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Gnostics. You are free to choose which ever makes you want to know more. I am grateful for the teachings, and the teachers who offered a very big allowance. SO in the next step up the jacob's ladder you will choose your alignment. Right or left, up to YOU! Whatever it is, make sure you appreciate that which you have chosen. FOR/FOUR it is yours now. The four directions have come together, the ONE unity card is on the table. PLAYED well and now my future here. Rainbow Riders all around us, ancients and angels are here among us.
