There is just something about kids and horses!!

I once watched as my mare, Tula, wept while a very sad and lonely child stroked her face, then another time I saw her drop to her knee to allow a magical little violet eyed child reach out to pet her. How do these amazing horses know exactly what to do every single time, they pay attention!!

We are wrapped so tight in our own stress that we have a hard paying attention to anything else. When was the last time you saw a need and reached out of your comfort zone to offer assistance???

It could be to someone you love or someone you don't even know yet.

Men can open doors for women and kids to show they are paying attention to their needs. Free, easy and selfless. Women can put love notes on the plate when they are serving a meal just as a reminder of how special we think you are. Free, easy and selfless.

Paying attention to human struggle and offering a word of kindness or the touch of a hand or 5 bucks is what we should be doing now if we expect to transform our own lives. You get what you give times 100!!

Today 20 kids and a herd of horses will be paying attention to one another and they will get back times 100 what they give - this is a win win day and thank you God that I get to share in it!! Pay attention today, make a very special effort to see the others around you and put into each moment what you wish to receive - let's see what transpires!! Love to all of God's creations, Namaste'
