Wrong diet, how does it show?

Skin gets bad, marked with spots and blemishes and rashes.

Weight changes, up and down and bloating is an issue, feet swell and so do ankles and legs get tired.

Belly grows all around the middle. Won't melt no matter how hard the exercise program is.

Indigestion is common, more than GERD or heartburn or gas or diarrhea, it takes energy after the meal it doesn't give energy.

Thinking is dull, memory becomes limited, joy is hard to find, irritation is common.

The body needs good fuel to work well. Pick organic locally grown, whole foods. Raw is super and full of digestive support. Try it you will love how you feel.

Nuts, seeds, fruits and vege's daily! Add in meat as a treat, and save dessert for a full stomach only. Eliminate chemicals as a food choice, no pop or puffs or stuff you can't identify. If you leave it on the cupboard for a day does it change or stay the same??? If it doesn't change outside do you think it will break down to something valuable on the inside???

Use your common sense to guide you and if you feel anxiety about any choice you make STOP and do something different. Also get the poison metal fillings out of your teeth now and save your mouth and your health and the health of unborn babies too. Young mothers beware and be mindful and have healthy kids who need no medicine but love!
