The effects of FEAR

Do you know how much the human race is effected by the feeling of fear, real or not??

It controls much of what goes on around here on so many levels. TV promotes it, authority figures use it, the church throws it out there, money, health, war - all fear based beliefs. Reacting as opposed to acting. Recoiling to attack. Reverberating shock waves running not only through the body but radiating outward into your world. It comes in the form of loud aggressive demanding behaviors. It is the silliest thing I see!!!

When my girls were young the only time I think I really got mad was when they were late. That is when fear took me to a place of potential disaster in my mind and I reacted. I see that in so many people now with serious health issues, fear took over and the vibration ran through the body like a lightening strike and wham, illness and injury were the result. Fear has very powerful energy and used will deplete your adrenal system. That is the second chakra where fight or flight is supposed to be instinct not a lifestyle choice. Heart is where the strength lies. Heart is where humans can make choices and exhibit behaviors that are healthy so they do not drop down into the fear or frustration level.

There are a myriad of biological responses to fear, none helpful. It is why I use horses to teach people, they are prey animals and live by fight or flight. They are also TEAM PLAYERS, working together in the herd to remain calm and fed and safe and healthy. The role of the family is really a herd role, working together with an intact group of like and love minded beings is the best way I know how to resist fear and frustration. Pray together, open your hearts to one another, share and you will be lifted up to the strength and protection of the herd/heard. Be heard, your truth is all there is for you, many want to know it and will support you in that knowing. If you have no family then build one of your own, there are many out there now looking to find a community to call family - open your hearts to one another it is the only way to go to be safe now.
