I get asked a lot about what to do to get better. Better could mean healthier, happier, stronger, leaner and so forth. I tell people be the change you wish to see. If you want to see happier then become cheerful. Look to the little good stuff and talk about it, notice it, say no to no and negative. If you are tempted to open your mouth with anything but love and light and happy words, control yourself!!!!! Criticize NOTHING. Then you will not feel criticized.
If you looking for health or weight loss begin by feeling it in your mind. Imagine what you would look like if you felt healthy or fit. Stay with it. Draw it, say it to yourself, when someone asks you how you are - practice by saying super or perfect, thank you for asking. Even if you are not, say it anyway, your body is listening to your thoughts and your words, be clear and specific.
This is a right of divine design. Many do not know they have that right. Programmed by thoughts of less and lack and loss, they create the programming for themselves. I see it over and over. You are in charge of you and if you like what you have then continue to go with the flow, if not, STOP RESISTING CHANGE.
Changing is not losing control, it is taking responsibility. The ego is stubborn when it is in charge, this is not about ego, which is in your frontal lobe in your brain, this about your heart's desire. Other's opinions do not reside there in any way.
TODAY THE ECLIPSE IN SAGITTARIUS OPENS YOU TO POSSIBILITIES THAT ARE EXPANSIVE. Take the opportunity to change with the choices you make as you move through your day. Say no, if you know it is not what you want to become. Pop for instance is a can of chemicals, I do not want to become a can of chemicals therefore no pop for me. Simple.
