Show that you care - do not poke people!

Put someone else first today. Their feelings, their choices, their options. It is not easy in a world where quick contact can POKE someone. In the days gone by, before you could respond, you had to have some time to think, to get there, to write it,  to mail it. To show up in someone's day was a process. NOT A WHIM. The damage done by poking people for the kick or the buzz of it is every where. I told someone today, that contacting someone with out thought to the real reason or the outcome, is a deal breaker for me. DO NOT POKE ME. I am working on a balanced healthy loving happy life, and to take a moment to allow a poke, well that will never happen again. I am clear, if it is not thought out, thought through and loving, not interested. HOW ABOUT YOU?
