Ceremony

It creates structure and offers alignment and appreciation. Ceremony becomes something to believe in and rely on. Ceremony can be repeated again and again until the message is received and believed. I saw that in the painting of the Last Supper by DaVinci. It was COMMUNION for a group of friends who were not going to be all together much longer. A ceremony of sweet memory was offered, they named it communion. Drink and think of us.  Eat and think of us. Remember that all is well and together we are family whether we are together this way or not. It has been offered in so many ways. Marriage, baptism, communion, sweatlodge, peace pipe, tea, yoga - just a few ceremonies that when offered create a structure that promotes health, safety and a place where love fits and glues it all together. Whether it is self love, family love, community love or love unconditional and forever - ceremony is how humans bring it into reality here and share it. It honors  your life and celebrates your choices and it is beautiful.
