Ten Tips For Receiving Criticism With Grace

Ten Tips For Receiving Criticism With Grace    This article is worth reading.  Many years ago I learned to accept criticism as a gift. It has served me well and actually sometimes makes me laugh and I never fail to learn something. It is the gift of truth. We are not perfect and allowing a perspective to be offered can be helpful. If you are stuck in the same old patterns, again and again, take a deep  breath and ask for some critical advice. It does not have to be a fight, it can simply be an honest conversation. Therapy is everywhere now, get some from someone who knows you and loves you.  Be brave, allow, then align with the truth you get from the offering, and appreciate the effort the other has put forth on your behalf. Not everyone loves you enough to even offer, so be grateful. What you appreciate remains and grows!
