Do you ever WISH things were different????

Hopes, wishes and dreams. Those are my specialties. I know we all get what we say, so I ask my people to wish. Then I ask them to put a color to that wish. For decades now I have taken notes on this. Often times in the future together we reread those and real eyes/realize they have come true! I share the reality that change comes from within. To have it, you must first SEE it, then SAY it, AND THEN be IT! Your words color your aura, your field attracts it's likeness. Water seeks it's own level here. SO do you. Be the WISH you wish. Be it in your thoughts, your words, and your deeds. Look in the mirror and see the change, it is YOU loving you, FINALLY and COMPLETELY. We are powerful creatures, and we are large and in charge! Enjoy the healing it brings to the new year! I will.

Do YOU know who We are?

I have been taking notes all of my adult life. It sit quietly and take notes in the mornings. It is a great gift. It clarifies, unravels, inspires and simply gives me a job to do. One that I know I can handle. For years, the message was.... DO YOU know who we are? It was always answered with, tell me. I want to know, who I am and How I can hear YOU. SO who are you anyway? And why ME? Over the past three decades, many answers pertaining to that question were received. I ask you all now, do YOU know who YOU are? You are the children of royals, you are the suns/sons and daughters of the greatest Creative force alive. It is huge deal, a great gift. It offers a lineage of intelligence and capabilities far beyond what you are doing. Rely on your knowing now. Be ready, because the whole world is going to see, and You are about to be seen for who, and how you are! Hallelujah, it has been a long time coming. Stand up and be proud. We are the ones we have been waiting for.

Healing trauma

Open or closed. Each cell in your body decides for itself. If you are toxic, or abused, your cells close. They cannot accept anything until they are warmed back up with love and light, nourishment and encouragement. I see traumatized bodies for a living. I studied this because I also have one that I have been healing all of my life. I am of the lineage of the Dakota 38 hangings of family long ago and refreshed by the loss of my own father in this lifetime with his neck broken too on the same exact day after Christmas 100 years later. It holds us back, and out of the game until recovery comes through forgiveness of the less, lack and loss caused by the trauma and abuse. It is like hitting a child, or an animal, they cower, recoil, and often just run away. Not until they stand up and breathe and speak out, does the cell of their imprisonment open it's door to receive. Many are healing through reconciliation, the ride to Mankato in December is such a healing. There are sweat lodges, horse therapy, herbal and homeopathic solutions too. Yet, the best I have ever seen is kindness, offered through love and laughter, bringing light to a dark, closed cell. Diabetes is one of the diseases as a result of trauma like this. So are many addictions. I pray the new year gives us more opportunities to support the healing of the injured here on earth. It is time for love, and fun, and food and friends. together in community. Again with fragile

Like crystal or a bomb???? Both are fragile, both should be handled with care. If someone is asleep, or unconscious, they cannot be trusted right now to handle fragile in any way, as they are even more fragile in their own right. Know the truth here. If you are sick, broke, sad, uprooted, or lost, you are fragile very fragile. Look at the whole package, is it sound? Is it strong, well constructed, and can it be handled without damage? Can it fall and still get up? It is time in the changing of the season, to the winter of our world, to heal the fragile. Eat, drink water, sleep, play, sing, laugh, dance, and find community that welcomes you! Speak of light, love and laugh a lot!!! Be kind. This too shall pass, and we will be glad we recognized it and helped every way we could. A season for healing has begun.

Do you see what I see????

In the Christmas Carol, it asks just that. DO YOU SEE what I see? Said the NIGHT WIND to the little LAMB, do you see what I see? In so many ways, we are asked to see. Seeing is believing and your faith, your beliefs, are being supported with a vision. Look to the sky, the light, the moon, the stars, the sun too. See with the vision of peace, the vision of full disclosure, and the vision of healing the world as it is in such need. It is time, and we are the ones for sharing the sight/site of life to come.

temper? to moderate imbalance clearly!

When is it time to temper? When enough is enough. I have tempered along the way, only when it was the ultimate solution to the foolishness of humans. I tempered at KSTP, they changed and I did too. I tempered at the chemical version of medicine, it is changing too as I teach choices in wellness. I have not spent much time tempering at individuals, I know that is the last resort when imbalances do not stop. I do not like bullies, or sarcasm, or those who do that to make others feel less. I do not like to feel less, or loss, or lack, or neglected in any way ever. It before long requires the temper of a human who says NO, not now, not ever! Use your temper to moderate that which is pushing you off the beam. It has great value and impact when it is expressed loudly and clearly. It should be on point and it should end the foolishness without further discussion. Use your words, with nothing left unsaid. Be honest. Be loud and clear, and then, be done! It is a gift, the chakra of protection from further abuses sometimes needs to temper the lesses of life. It can be very effective, and silence a prolonged problem. If you see something out of balance, temper it. SPEAK UP, you are the chosen. It is time to say NO MORE!

Thank you family and friends for my night to shine!

Sixty years of love, life and laughter ended on the 20th of December 2017. So I celebrated. It was amazing to see the light in the eyes of those who we hold dear. Each had a thought, a memory, and shared their view of me being in their world. Trips, outings, and just being home, being me and being loved for it. Quoted a lot! Loved for those things I say and do. Then we called to the mothers who I loved in life, who raised their children along side mine, and left before we were ready for them to leave us. We spoke of Nancy, Darcy, Lynn and Karen as though they never left. And then we sang. We sang to the moon, the songs that brought those memories to us. I know the mothers I loved were singing with us too. For a special reason I stayed behind, and celebrating all of us is one of those reasons. Thank you for sharing the road to healing, to horses, to happiness with me, there is still more road ahead, may be all be seen and loved for who and how we are, naturally! And to the mothers in the sky, happy happy everything to us all, we raised some beautiful kids, and for that alone, I am a grateful women. You taught me well, and I will never forget those lessons of love. Namaste' to all my family, friends, and clients, you make my life very worth while! And I love you all here on earth and in the sky too!

Endings are beginings

My world turns, each day in it's own way. Strange to some, interesting to others. As I wave off 60 years of life on Earth, I see the ending as a beginning. I know that what I have accomplished is worthy and yet I am fully aware the future offers an even broader opportunity to be of service. I know now what I came to do, and will do it for the next segment of my life, with joy, and a great partner and a vision that will keep me looking up for a long time to come. Happy Happy Happy to us all, celebrate! It is time!

Recipe for success?

It's only food.....No it's not, it's YOU and meeeeeeee toooooo. I teach ingredients. Honoring the spirit of each thing individually and then unified in a recipe. I know that when it is HOME MADE, there is that extra magic, the love of the cook added in to the mix. It elevates the food to bliss! Do this with your words, your hands, and let's all get the recipe for health, happiness, and yes, success! A good time to share all the blessings of your life with those who could use a recipe for success now more than ever!

Peace on the spine of the white winged one, the dove descending

I see things in pictures, in colors, in shapes and in frequencies. I always allow that to point me to the next destination in my reality. I live in a peaceful valley and it shapes all that I am and do. My native name is One who sits on clouds, and those shapes are forever first in the offering of the day for me. I look up! I see light! I see clouds, and sky, and the lighter it gets the lighter I get. I am morning/mourning in this life time. It suits me. I see good, happy, healthy and whole. And I see loss, and grief, and sorrow as well. I learned it young, and have lived it the whole time. It is time now, to stop feelings of loss, less or lack. THE WHITE DOVE OF PEACE, COMES TO US NOW. It is the season, of the merkaba, the Star of David. It sits on top of those trees we decorate to celebrate a holiday of light. It is a vehicle for transformation, and it is yours to use as you wish. In healing it performs surgery, in love it performs unity, and in light, it offers high beam-+. Sit today under your dove, your merkaba, the star on your personal tree of life, it is your light from above. Ask for the peace/piece that passes all human understanding, and ask that every human here be given it. It is the reason for the season, the solstice of peace on earth and good will to ALL Hu-mans. School

Life is school. Health is school. The world of nature, cool cool school. The institutions that we went to as kids, a kind of school that taught me mostly what NOT to do. It had bullies, mostly in the form of teachers, authority misused. Kids were secondary and a burden for many unable to handle their own lives, let alone shape the lives of kids. I always said my only good year was Kindergarten, since it got me out of the house! If your kids are struggling, call us. We can help. Our clinic teaches wellness, nutrition and balance. SO glad you were BORN! Happy Birthday Karen Peltier!

As a child I was not always sure I was glad I was born. My Mother though made sure I knew she was. During the other days of the year, she was not so sure, yet on my birthday, she was. It was a day of that Happy Birthday song, the breakfast of choice, the cake you wanted and a party too. Mine was near Christmas and it still mattered. My sister Karen's is today, and that mattered too. I loved her birthday too. She is two years younger and came at a time when she was needed. It was 1959, and our Father was preparing to die just days after she was born. She gave the focus of life and survival at a time of loss, and grief. Can't have it both ways, and we survived. She was a playmate, a pony riding partner, and someone to fight with too. She shared my room all of those days, and many times she listened to my crazy ideas and stories. So I say in the light of all we know, I am so glad you were born! Happy Birthday Karen!

EAT, please

When we skip our meals, our clock stops. Literally. The circadian rhythm of the body requires energy, food and light and good sleep are key. If we skip or choose something toxic or high sugar, like booze or cookies in a bag, or pop or poptarts, or processed stuff, we cause adrenaline and cortisol to surge. It makes us crabby and tired and fat and bloated and stupid too. Diabetes is one result, obesity another. Then there is depression and anxiety disorders too. I ordered an omelet yesterday at a diner and asked for REAL CHEESE. It came with processed junk and I foolishly ate it anyway. It hurt. It made me sick, and mad, and I knew it was my own fault, and of course that made it worse. Parents must help their kids learn to choose real, live, energizing food. I choose incredible foods for my critters and they are amazingly healthy and happy. Learn what works, eat according to your blood type. Eat BREAKFAST before 9 am or your clock stops for the rest of the day! Eat please, it really does work, it always has. Food is medicine! Health is YOUR choice! And it is important that we feel happy and calm, so we can do our best now, our world needs our help. SO, again I ask nicely, eat, please or stay home.

TOXIC SHOCK SYNDROME

One of the names of a process that can kill someone. I have always been curious about who those people are who think up the names for the loss and less and lack of health here. Each name is an enchantment and if you hear/here it enough you become energized by it. When it rules your reality you manifest it in physical form. SAY Fat be fat, SAY sick be sick, SAY broke be broke and so it goes. Toxic, WOW< all over the place, unless you change it in your personal reality. Shock, used constantly to assault your senses. SYNDROME - a group of symptoms, called together, to create a reality compliant to the words used. You are smarter than this I know you are. Use your words, erase those that harm your world, your health and even your relationships with others. WORDS are how we create here, it is written in all the old text, so it was never a secret, was it? Remember if you do not have something nice, kind, helpful or loving to say, simply say NO thing at all please. I am willing to try if you are. In the beginning, there was the WORD. It is still here!

Full disclosure - YOU must use your words, and own the outcome!

The directional of your life is your word or really, your words. It is YOUR simple truth and many do not quite understand the ramifications, right away or in the future. I am sharing the erasure of the words of dis-ease in the changing of the matrix, and from here forward there will be only HEALTH, HAPPINESS AND HORSES TOO! Immunity for all who call it in, by calling it out. It is a divine right! I am hopelessly hopeful. Ask my attorney, Pat Tierney. He used those words to describe me and he is spot on, I am. I will try and try and try to see the good, the right, the health, the happy, the light. It is up to each one of us to decide that this is worth learning and put it into play every minute of every single day. I know some wish others just knew stuff. And pay for ADVICE. Buying into a guessing game, a trick, a mystical experience. How did you not know, they ask! I did, but unless you speak it, I cannot divulge it, I must reflect your truth back to you for you to see it. My opinion, is only of ME. To think I know better or more is out of balance, I just reflect clearly what you are and say so you can see it. You are the one in charge of your words, your disclosures, and your outcome depends on it. I am a good mirror, that is how this works, like the team we are meant to be. You must first disclose your dreams, desires, and potentials, and your concerns, then together we can do amazing things. No thing less will get the job done! Please be a wordsmith, think before you speak, tell yourself good news, call yourself beautiful, and well, and lovable! Then your world will change, and mine will too, and I am hopeful this disclosure will help us all!! If you say something hurtful or out of balance, or threatening, TAKE IT BACK, BURN IT UP WITH THE PROMISE THAT WILL NOT BE SAID AGAIN. Use your sage, your tobacco, your life and mine deserve this. Up in smoke it will go! Then clear the air and have a wonderful life.

Just for YOU!

We try so hard to please the PEOPLE. When it is an impossible task. The service to self lesson of childhood needs to be complete and held tightly, before the service to others can kick in. It is the WAY of the warrior, and the peacemaker alike. Hearing/hereing what YOU want, and following through is a structural key to life, love and laughter. It lays the foundation we build our world around. So on this beautiful thanksgiving morning, give thanks for your hereing/hearing, your now, your present. Even if it is just one little thing that you love, love the 'hec' out of it, use all your might. Your words should proclaim that love, and the field you create in feeling good and right and with the light of love, even if it is just one tiny thing, is all you need, and good enough. If you are really looking at a growth aspect, look at a few of the things you love and proclaim them. Adoration, beauty, grace and light surround you when you do this, as you surround the things or ones you love. Then allow, align and appreciate that wonderful part of your life. There is something there closer than you think or you would not be here, when it concludes, it was your last chance for this wonderful human life, so do not miss this! In the end we are all together again, and sharing our adventures will be our great glory and wonderful gift, and today make it just for you first!

un - even

Solid ground, not hills and valleys, cliffs and crevices, or even bumps in the road. That solid ground is even and easy to navigate. It creates stability. Our world is un-even. It is water AND IT FLOWS EVERY DIRECTION. There are so many differences represented here that the navigations on our waters change daily. I know, I navigate. In the winds of change now, find some even footing in your navigations. Winds can blow you off course or on course. Choose those who keep you balanced, brave and match your frequency and put you on course. I have a chosen course, it may be obvious only to me, but it is still mine to navigate. Strong, steady, and even sailing ahead! Heavy winds ahead, and being calm in the storm will help us stay EVEN.

detaching from the drama

Our world has quite a dramatic story line. The drama attracts a lot of attention. Use your detached love for life and being human to see it in the light of the bigger picture. It has been the way to hold the force in check that each one of you has within your field of existence. If it can capture your attention with sex, drugs or drama or anything else that takes you off your game, it can direct you to that which it chooses. Do not let anyone or anything presented that way, choose for you, by redirecting your choices, your passions, your gifts, or your field of energy produced by light and love. Say no thanks, not today. NOT INTERESTED. Not now, not ever, I am far too valuable to give myself away for that. You are the most valuable thing going, remember that! Detach from the drama, step back, that is how a horse does it, and I do too. It is a lesson worth learning and living now! Namaste' Dr. Su/Sioux

Water is life.

Mni Wiconi, that means water is life. It is a lesson and a knowing as old as Earth herself. She uses the water of our world to create and sustain us here. It morphs. You can morph it, and feel the result. Pure and clean and full of oxygen and mineral and light, it keeps you young and strong and healthy. Clear headed and clear seeing are two of the benefits. When morphed by toxins of any kind, it changes it's energy to accommodate that which it is connecting to. Muddling your world occurs when you allow the water in it and you to be muddled. You are water. I am water. Our world is water, and connects us all to each other and her too. We need to guard it and protect our future here. Today when you hold the glass of water you drink, morph it. See it as you in that glass. Use your voice, your words and the tone of those words. Sing to it, say to it I love us! It is a simple gift, medicine for our future. An antidote for our ills, and yes, so far it is free, but not unless you guard that life as you would guard your own. Water is life, and you deserve a long, healthy, happy life! So does our water, remember, we are all connected! Mni Wiconi.

Here today Gone tomorrow

Do we believe that tomorrow holds more promise than today does? Or more loss? That is the gamble, the reason people buy insurance. It is so distracting, and expensive, and energy sucking, that humans forget what today really has to offer and bank on their insurance and it's future use. It is how the game 21 or Blackjack works. INSURANCE ANYONE???? My client said his medical doctor wanted him to bank on cancer. Look for it! Spend time, thoughts and money on it's pursuit! Lose sleep over it too. I smiled and said, you already did that, and found a way out. Why on earth would you choose to do that again? Are you in need of the same lesson twice? He smiled, knowingly, and made his choice. For all the choices of the adventure here, I honor you. Just don't forget the present, the day, the now, it is the truth, the way, the light and the life, and it is yours fully to see and embrace and celebrate. Do not wait or look ahead for what is right in front of your beautiful face! Allow, align and appreciate, and that is what you will receive, for your faith has set you right here today! And that is all there is for NOW.

Alignment

It is required for balance and it just looks good. It certainly feels right. It is meant to be chosen by the ONE with the spine. You are that ONE. It has been attempted to be taken away from you at a young age in certain circles. Asking you to align to or bow down to something other than your own alignment and vision of what that is. I spent the weekend aligning with humans who came to align the spines of horses, dogs and even cats. Each one of us, human and critter, healed in the wake of an outcome of an outpouring of willing hands and hearts that helped with those alignments. Putting into order a specific alignment for each animal, according to the animal not the adjuster. It produced harmony for all. That is magic. In the season of hope that is upon us now, align with that that supports your spine. Stand up straight, get a spine and with it a vision of that which you are proud to be associated with, and ALIGN to. It is a new world we are here to see and support, but first, YOU, supported with a strong spine in alignment must be achieved! Find an alignment that supports you!

It is never too late

To see the joy in the eyes of the people who appear at the ranch never gets old. It is never too late to share what we have and do. I have been with the animals at this location for 17 years, the clinic, the horses, the landscape, and I still smile when people say how much they enjoy being here. I have been blessed, and share the blessing whenever I can. This weekend, Dr. Bill Hampton and a horse loving crew is here learning the magic of a horse's spine and how to care for it. Thanks all for the gift of not being late to the gift of horses and all that they offer! You are here, exactly at the right time! And we are so glad to know you. Thank you for sharing your joy and willingness to learn.

TIME out......

I teach that concept for healing, rest and recovery, in my work. A time out is not a punishment, it is a chance to evaluate your field, your attitude, your view of things. If you are in it, or on it too tight, too close, too hot, it will mash together, and you will mix us all up. Your view, and how you interpret and project it is your responsibility. A time out gives peace a chance. It offers a respite. Some need long time outs, like the R and R we call vacation. Others go to jail when a vacation may have been offered a better time out scenario. It is the same only different as the paradigm shifts, the view is different and the individual gets chance at peace. Take one when you need one, it is about you and your willingness to admit you need a break and chance to peace/piece yourself back to balance. Adults, and children alike benefit in every way, when a time out takes the place of conflict. I know I do. Namaste' Dr. Su

Fragile? Not us, not any more

Women and children are a gift to the world. Without US there is NO future. It is the revelation of so much now as people speak of the losses felt from the abuses perpetrated by the male machine in so many arenas. Women and children telling their truth, are finally being heard, and not just SEEN. For years we were told, bullied really, to only be SEEN, and not heard, and that time has reached it's final conclusion. WITHOUT US, THERE IS NOTHING LEFT. Trust that. I have experienced abuse, spoken of it and heard many many stories of it by my clients and my friends. I have seen it's destruction of health, and happiness and watched it destroy futures. It can become a lifetime of recovery for those who stay alive with it's memory in the body. Some others just cut bait and move to the next dimension for there is no peace or quiet here in their worlds and telling their story is just not going to happen. Living with a secret is death, as the energy to keep it hidden takes it's toll swiftly. Listen to the stories of those willing to share, help them heal, for at first they are fragile in the cracking of the shell that has surrounded them. REVELATIONS, HAVE BEGUN. With time, love, understanding and forgiveness, all becomes whole again in the light, with the truth and creating the recovery. Then, only then, can we grow up here again, in love and light and laughter, in the ways we were intended to. Peace and love, Dr.Su

Fight or Flight, the AMERCAN way

WE ARE TAUGHT THAT THIS IS HOW IT IS. It is not true. It never was healthy, nor did it support the greater good. It is the call to war, to panic about weather, or health, or money, or for religious reasons. It is the buzz that causes disease. It is the way to shorten your life, and keep you on edge the whole time, fighting addictions to what ever you choose for your buzz. I choose sun light, and laughter, I choose nature, horses, dogs, cats and kids too. I choose breakfast every single day, so my body knows I love it. I choose sleep, as much as I need, until my mind resets itself. I wake up happy, willing and ready to try again. I choose my teeth, my spine, my organs and my meridians, to cherish them and keep them safe, warm and nourished. I choose humans who agree with this. I choose life, love and laughter, and from that, there no reason to fight or flee!! Hold your ground, just for today, in love and light. Look at all that is good, supportive and still available to you, and start with that. That is good enough. YOU are good enough, no matter how you feel. If you are alive, then start there. It is a journey, not a destination, and it is yours and yours alone to have.

The childish imp with in the human

Smart, quick, willing, fun, funny, sassy, energetic, and still innocent. A faith, childlike in every way as the children of the light carry with them the love they brought to this world with no conditions at the offering. I SEE. I am a reader. I spent a week with these lovely women, with the spirit of the child intact, although they were now all mothers in their own right, the tiny eyes of child within still looked out at me . Beautiful, phenomenal really, as they traveled to the sun together and revealed their willing spirits to one another. Those inner children shared their visions, some of sugar plums and others not so sweet. They told the truth, about who and how and what they had become. It was life changing data, as they ferreted the good stuff, and forgave and are now forgetting the bad. Healing hearts broken long ago and just yesterday as well. Please world, it is time to grow up, grow a pair, and become accountable in every single aspect of your humanness, it is the key to saving the world. And she and we deserve you all grown up now. See ya in the sun!

the winds of change

Solar, local, and within. The wind moves the spirit of the air. You my dears are filled with air. Some of you full of hot air!! It animates the clay that your human body is made of, dancing across the water of your inner self and all of it's e-motion. It is time to dance in and with the winds of change. As we awaken to the dawn of the new world, the dance begins. Like the scene that appears after a windy day or even a windy night, in blink on an eye, that scene will have changed forever. The old stuff is blown far away out of sight and soon out of mind. Dance as if no one is watching, this is your time to shine.

empowering the individual

The herd/heard is how it is done. They are told something then sold something as a remedy. They are hurried through choices that require time and intuition, prayer and meditation. People create out of two energy fields, one being fear, the other love. I spoke to a fellow who had that fear based way of communicating. He wanted to have me feel it. I said, nope, not today. I roll differently and would not give in to his urgency. He hung up. I am here/hear to say that the offer of full disclosure, the availability of other options. The brain and heart to use them to your highest good is fully ready for to tap into them! Enjoy the choices of healing, prosperity and knowledge, these are all coming from within, and yes, you had them all along. Namaste'

what really MATTERS

Matter is us, and what we use to create here. Matter. It can be fueled by love or fear. Period. Everything else is just a SEASON. Too hot, or too tart sometimes, but just a season. So in that which matters to me, I will create with only my heart. The song it sings, the rhythm and the harmony of it's notes, mine and mine alone to use as I choose, to create my reality. What matters to YOU? Choose wisely, no one else has any control over you, they are just a reason or a season, but you are still the one in total control. Namaste' it is a good day.

Are YOU a 10?

There was a movie long ago called 10. It was starring the ultimate beauty and how the measurement of 10 applied to her. A message humans understand. I know humans understand even more on some level too, but the power of the 10 is a given. It is after completion and represents the subsequent new beginning, at a higher octave of knowing. Experience and education create 10's. Our world is there today. It is the 10-10 on a 1 year of added numbers from the 2017 whole. It is new beginning for us all, some aware and working hard, and others simply being in the right place at the right time. Either way, it is a very high octave of light, sound and energy that we have now to use. Good luck with that. I mean it, it is a very big deal! I am looking forward to the new higher lighter and more loving view of things in our world.

NEVER too old to try something new

I believe that. I teach whole health, it comes to the seeker of the many looking for something rare and new in their life. I know, I was that person 30 years ago. I was a Physician Recruiter, and my days were filled with doctors. I got Interstitial Cystitis, an awful and incredibly painful and life altering disease. They , the medical doctors, made it worse, they took my time and a bunch of my money and said I was incurable. YET, they would happily drug me and continue to experiment on me until I expired, but not before they had me urinating in a bag for many years as my body gave in to the disease but was still alive and suffering and paying to be that way. I became that seeker! I found my way through the maze, out of the darkness and into the light. I am well, and have been since then. Division of chores

Years back when my children were small I stayed at home with them. The division of chores was clear. I did the home stuff, he did the away from home stuff. It was hard work, and rarely were the roles shifted. I love the away stuff too, and did not get a chance very often to go away and do that. I also loved the home stuff, so I tried to remain content there. It did not work very well. The division became larger and larger, and in the end it became the end. As we look at our world, help please. The chores that others are doing need your time once in awhile too. Step up, step in, show up and yes, show off. Show off the truth that you honor ALL the chores, and those who do them. It will make this world a much happier and balanced place. Surprise someone with your willingness to see how hard they work and add in your energy too. That really will change the world, around here first! And where ever you are too! Riding a horse in a certain way is posting. Up and down with the gait of the beast with you up top. It can be rough or graceful, it can be easy or challenging. It offers the rider a chance to shake things up, while trying to get in sync. I know the postings of my life vary from day to day, and I offer some of those experiences as postings to you. Our world is shaky at best these days, and riding the beast, POSTING, during these wild times is a true challenge! Offering the posts as they came in through real life and the alternate pathways I navigate is how I connect to those around the world who know me. It is time for us all the speak up, post that which we can get our heads around, and share our thoughts, our ideas for a better world and the love we came to create and use to create an amazing planet now. Post that!

Letting the light shine in

Open the shades, let that beautiful light shine in. The secrets hidden behind closed doors are all being exposed. The emperor is buck naked as he struts down the street, like that fairy tale told us to be watchful of. It is amazing what a network offers when the whole world can offer a view of what they see. Stand together, in the light, in the open, in the arms of an awakening world and be grateful you are here. This is a very special time to be on Earth, and the story has just begun.

nagivating by memory

Have you been there before? Did you drive, read the map, or simply ride along with someone else? Those memories will be the next guide map to your destination. Our memories actually guide us in our daily life much of the time. Some are so sweet. Some are not so much. Some are crushing, or crashing, like the PTSD of drama, trauma, abuse, or the conflict of war. A child does not add in memories until they come into hormonal flow around the age of 12. It is a torrent, and a vision quest of some sort helps sort it out, a lot. Little ones are still innocents. Animals are too, and so is nature herself. When we lose our innocents status, and become intentional and responsible, memories serve us. Learning to navigate with those memories easy or not is key to life lived well and with purpose and truth. Allow them. Align to those that you can handle, let the others guide you away from trouble. Then appreciate the grand program that memory is. And remember this, you were divinely designed, loved as perfect and well on your way to knowing the rest of the story. Namaste' Dr. Su/Sioux

Larry Long and Rick McArthur

Together again up on the stage. I saw during Larry's performance the ghost of Rick, his best friend, smiling. It was a magical performance, marking a magical friendship. I met them both just this past year, and sat in joyful bliss at the demonstration of love, true and hard fought for love and friendship. They shared a passion for passion, some of which was for our beloved earth. The water, a basic human need and a right denied many, one focal point of strong men with strong views, and willing hands. I sat at the river with Larry after wards, and we said the tattoo of the MNI WICONI, water is life pattern, should be inked upon our hearts! So be it! Thank you for the performance that will also stay inked upon my heart forever. As my wonderful friend and companion would have said and often did, it is a good day! Thank you Rick McArthur for your presence, your vision, and yes, your love! Aho' Kola.

Don't stop believin'

That song is etched in my head and my heart. Even in times of trouble, Mother Mary waits for me, and I love that! In our world the lows sometime seem to deep and long, and yet, many keep going. As the little Hawk I am sees, and says, don't stop believing"! We are there!

Words ARE US!

I am a word person. I love to read them, write them and I also always remember them. I am a woman of my word, I do what I say. I know that in the beginning that was how this whole party got started. WORDS! So in the past few months I have heard a few I really love. One was paradise. Rick said this ranch was PARADISE! So I put my tipi on HIPCAMP, so others could come and experience paradise, Hawk's Ridge Ranch style! Greg said, meat on your bones. I am a big strong human and I do have substance. It helps me be that person I am to be. I also heard some foul words, hitting the energy away or down, thwarting the home run direction it should or could have gone. I know now to send those people on their way. Please know how important your words are. Use them as carefully as you use your money. This is a resource with far greater potential then anything else we have here. Then add some love into the repartee and watch in amazement a creation that is sure to delight you and all who see what words do. I love words, they are free, fun and oh, so powerful! Let's change the world with beautiful words!

Reaching out

The world, in it's awakening, is reaching out to you. Sequestered for a long time from the Universal support system, we are finally downloading enough data here to reboot. I love that, and I for one, am willing to stay for the next level of growth. It is time to reach out to one another and help where you are needed. You all have a gift, an offering to Source and the children of that Light. Find a way to reach out, and you will be reached. A hobby, a craving, a habit, in common with someone else, in the light and spirit of love, will take us far! Join in, we need you NOW> This means we are all on the verge of remembering we are one big family! I love family, and know you do too.

Larry Long Live At Hawk's Ridge Ranch, Hudson, WI

I met him at the filming of a feature on historical trauma by film maker Bob Trench. It was a time when Past merged with Present, in this film of life and death on the reservations of America. It was the story that needed telling and Rick McArthur had important things to say in it. I sat and watched and listened. Larry later got his guitar out and began to play his music. Healing was offered. Later we determined that healing should be the focus, and the music of Larry Long offered to the future. Archiving is a big project and well worth the effort for decades of truth about the environment, the indigenous, the farms and families, and the labor movement. Don't stop believing

What is good, right and in your world, needs you now more then ever before. It is easy to give in to the lows and dwell on the losses. They do not really require any effort, just repetition, and following the complaints of another complainer. There is not time for that any more. We need to believe we can do this thing, here on earth, and with one another. Today see something magic, rare, special or even just good enough. And then believe in it with all your might. Tell it, it is worthy, beautiful, eternal and noticed. It could be a plant, a critter, or even another human. To change our world to a place of peace and community, it is going to need lots of believers believing in it. Believing it is still beautiful and can heal, and telling her so, is how we do it. It doesn't take money, or status or even education or age, it just takes love and believing that love is enough. AND it is, I believe that, do YOU??

Wiring

We are all wired together. We are all wired to the Creative Source and it's higher ups. We are also wired to one another. Some know and understand how minerals are us, and they compose the wiring of our bodies, our energetic field and our reality. It conducts energy to the heart, the adrenals and the frontal lobe all at the same time in a very special way that makes us HUMAN. I had to learn wiring to survive here. The Chinese knew long ago and acupuncture was a remedy for misfiring wiring. I use that when mine is out of whack. Mine is different than others and knowing that helps. I could tell by my ups and downs when trying to compare or compete. It was telling and fruitful and led me to surrender to me. In that knowing I became a Naturopathic Doctor, a horse lady and a nature and kid lover. Then I shared the gift of that knowing with those interested. All the time in the world? Ask Rick McArthur

So I said to my guest, Rick McArthur, I am Su, he says back to me, ME TOO. And that's how it all began. This last summer had a no time like the present, timing. I spent it with Rick McArthur, an American Indian, who had not much time left to talk and still had much to say. So he came to the ranch and did just that, gave us all his time and stories. Up early every morning, on the porch with his tobacco, coffee, the dogs, the horses and me. Story after story about the challenges of human life here. The water, the indigenous, the women, the children, the addictions, the historic trauma, the law and him. All of which he was passionate about. The twinkle in his eyes was never missing! Even in a fight, he would smile and twinkle at the end. I would too. We fought twice, both times ended in hugs as he gave in to a new view. Or at least he let me believe he did. I am grateful that we had that update and upgrade together. I know now that the losses of life on every level effect everything everyday, if you give in to them. He had sat on his land by his creek for seven years, losing his dignity and thinking that was normal as his health failed. His health challenged him in a way he could not control. I helped him understand then heal that issue. He became mobile once again, as control returned to his body and that was his miracle. He begged me to share on video those lessons of healing, and we argued about it. I, too, am an old war horse, and taking on a new project was a constant debate, with him pushing me to continue to help. In the final days, he gave us all the breath he had. He stayed up late and spoke on the porch each night, with anyone who needed a chat. He said he loved that, it made him feel like a rich man. I often left him there, to the moon and to his final words, to those who came to hear/here them. I knew his life was amazing, and got a front row seat to Wounded Knee, and all the other adventures he was on, in his stories. I, offer this. Time is NOW. Do not waste another minute. If you have a thought, share it. A passion, love it to life. Or a need to come in from the rain or off the creek, or any other lonely place you are, NOW is the only time you will have. We are in the great shift, and many will take the early train home from here. Rick did. We need you now more than ever before. If this past summer is a picture of the future, there is A LOT to share!! Now is the time to do it. Godspeed Rick McArthur, we will talk again soon. I love YOU to the MOON, and on the Pisces full moon, you took your early train. We will miss you, but your spirit lives here forever. SIOUX/SU and ya, ya, YOU too SIOUX!

Defend the Sacred, Protect the Innocents, children and nature herself!

Those are my chosen choices. Jobs offered to me long ago, and accepted with great love. I have learned to honor, respect and adore those involved in this work here on Earth. It is tough, challenging and even heart wrenching. Yet, they who know the responsibility for our future is ours, seem to never give up and keep showing up. Even in the end, there is no end, as the legacy of their gifts remain in the history of their families and friends and their memories. My water protector friends are forever defending the sacred from high places now! I am talking to you, Rick McArthur! Look to the Sun, the Moon, the Stars and the Clouds for those who came, loved, helped and then returned to the sky for their rest. It is well earned, and we know you are still helping us. Megwitch!

Sometimes a reason, sometimes a season, gifts come in lots of way

My friend Rick McArthur was here for a season! The whole summer was his to enjoy our ranch, the horses, the humor, the porch and the wonderful people who live here and visit here too. Last Sunday morning over coffee, I asked him to make a wish. A real big ONE! I said if you woke tomorrow with all the time and all the money in the world, what would your wish be?? He said, clean water for every one on earth. He then went into the need for it to be a basic human right, and that MNI Wiconi, water is life, be shared with the people. I said, that's it huh? Nothing else? He said that's it. Then he passed over, and ascended, to talk to Creator about that wish. There was a reason, a reason to be here and share the vision of Mni Wiconi with all. I will spend time now without my friend, helping make that wish come true. Water is life, we must protect it, and make sure it is here, free and clean, for our world to come. Aho'Kola, a season and a reason, you are loved FOREVER for that gift to us. Mni Wiconi, will be shared. And you my dear will be missed. See you in the Clouds!

Use YOUR energy, it will take you where you need to be. SEE?

What you see is where you are going to be. I teach that from the bare-back of a horse nearly every day. Look at your destination, NOT your horse, not your reins, not your leader, not even your own self either! Use your eyes/I's and they will take you to where you need to be! Your words will create the field that surrounds you. What you say is what you are! What you see is where you go. Blind is a within look, service to self lesson. Raptor eyes are visionaries who can share visions far in the distance or the future. Allow this to sink in, then align to that which makes your heart strong, and gives it it's song. I know people believe the world looks troubled, but keep your eye on the prize! Recovery, restoration and rest are coming to us now. We have seen it for a long long time. Namaste'

Come on BABY, light that fire!

I know how hard we try to stay light and bright. It seems like there is no end to the marketing of specific items that are supposedly guaranteed to fire you up. Truth is, fire is fueled by BREATH. Take a time out, and go outside, and get to a place where the air is clean, fresh and by some water, where it is rarified. Then take long slow deep breaths. It is an act of self love so fierce and free it will change your life forever. People have had their breath taken away, and they then drown. It is happening all over the world. Fresh air, unfiltered sunlight, and nourishing whole organic non-gmo food, should put you in a position to heal that body and light that fire. Breathe people breathe!

Too OLD to SCOLD

I am too old to scold. I am also not interested. I did not often scold my kids when they were young, nor my pups or ponies. It is simply a waste of breath and tiring. I do, however, respond when asked and shown something that is looking for answers not obvious or readily available. I work in the field, energetic and otherwise, that offer alternatives. If you want some alternatives to the ways and means that have fallen short of your goals, I am that woman. I have used her work to support my work for thirty years of natural health teaching. Mirror Mirror of my life

On the wall all the way down the hall. Yes, the hall of fame of my long life, and it's reflections of me glaring back to me. Showing all I need to know. See yourselves in all that you interact with. Healthy, sees healthy. Happy, sees happy. Success, sees success. Like attracts like, sometimes even when it is a small glimpse of what you are and want to be. Surround yourself with those and that which you aspire to become reflecting the sparks of you, you love and are proud to represent. In light, see all. In dark, keep looking for light. It is easier to choose, and know what is right for you. We come here to know ourselves and the world conspires to help you. Look, and see, mirror mirror of me!

Oh my, what have I DONE?!

My puppy Mni Wiconi, or MINI for short, says that me a lot! The early start in a people family came at 4 weeks when her mom was killed. It was a start that came too quickly for a baby dog. She is just now 12 weeks old and in my mind, this is the beginning of her training. Up to now it was just my job to love her, keep her safe and warm. We'd play and rest and live till today! As we all do when we are learning, we mess things up. She sure does. I see, and then I say, OH MY! What have you done??? She always says, even though it may be a mess, it was her best effort!! I know that to be true. SO we begin again with new set of goals. It is that way for humanity too. There were and still are messes everywhere. Lives shattered, love lost. Now in the NEW AGE, the fresh start begins as we have been promised. Forgive, forget, move forward, heal your body, your mind and your heart. Say you are sorry, and mean it. Say the words you want to live and love from here forward. We were babies and acted like it for awhile, wishing someone would take care of us. NOW WE ARE US! We are the ones we have been waiting for. So do your best work, so that when you say OH MY WHAT HAVE I DONE, You will be proud of it. Smile, and breathe, and live love now. It is your time to shine. Mni is!!

Boundaries

I have lived with in them and with out them too. It is a valuable prospective and offers us balance and safety. My view of those that work for me are global and more. My personal boundaries are specific to my choices and YOURS. I do within my ways and means all that I choose to. You do too. Yet... sometimes there are those who cross the line. Please today, decide where your line is. Your comfort zone is chosen by you, and you have every right, and left, to express that choice to all who come close. A good day for all. Important - yes, you are

In the new age we are all important. None less, none more. A balance has begun. I felt it yesterday on the bare back of the alpha mare, Tula at Hawk's Ridge Ranchi>. She is a power house/ power horse and was full of life. And staying up, balanced, even when she stumbled hare in a gallop was how we rolled. It has taken a lifetime to be able to be that confident. It has taken a focus and a belief in progress here that has never left my vision. Balance is the important place to start, then harmony in cooperating with all parts of the same whole. Ultimately power, full power is restored to that which was weakening. All important to know and be, as you are important as you can be. Feel it and be it. Smile, you are showing up now, in an important way and we are happy to see you again.

Home is where the heart is

Our hearts are poked and prodded, they are neglected and forced to run on empty. Then when they squawk they are drugged and drowned in alcohol and left alone and it ends there. Sometimes a long road, sometimes quickly. It ALL begins in the heart and it ends in the heart too. The nest of the soul is the heart, the engine of the body is the heart, and it must remain soft, and open, and filled with potential to keep the body alive. Now, that being said, DO SOMETHING today that causes your HEART to sing! A song of joy, light, encouragement, love or any thing else that adds positive energy to it. SPARKS fly from the heart, get your fire started everyone, it is cold where there is no flame!!AND YES< you are the fire-keeper, no one else can do that job.

Energy.....

Comes in many forms. You are the greatest spark of energy around, me too. In the light we shine and can dazzle the eye. In the love of a life producing something worthy, it is just as bright and clear. In the loss of love for each other and our own lives, we fade and move on to another place. Do all you can to feed your energy. Good clean foods, water you can feed your puppy and baby, air that smells wonderful and clean, and yes, light, unfiltered from the SUN! Then DO you, doing what YOU love most. Find the time, the money, the way to do it, and git er'done. Our future depends on energy, and YOU are the source! me too.

Smiling EYES!

It is the best feeling in the world so have someone smile with their eyes at you. Kids see it and radiate light, critters do the same thing. Adults are slower to look into the eyes on another and miss out. Yesterday a long time ago former client came in and smiled at me with his aging eyes. Mine are aging too, and he said he could see the world had been good to me. His were less energetic and I said although I had been here awhile I would use my eyes to see a way through this issue. You see, I have the vision of the HAWK, and I can see from above a way out. JOY will be the order of our day today I said. Let's smile and feel joy and heal our old bones. He said he would try and I said, that is good enough!! Smile with your eyes today, start in the mirror and then to anyone who can see you deep inside those amazing magical eyes. The soul lives there, it radiates light, and it needs to shine and be seen, or soon it will be gone! But not before we smile again.

Powerful

I am. You are. Together we are more so. So what happened to our power??? >It was seen and recognized, and then over taken in brilliant ways. It is an interesting rewind as we play the movie back now. Every continent has a story, as does every race of human and animal. Our land and water have even been on the conquered list, or so we think. I have always said, if our Earth, or our people decide collectively to BUCK, anyone not in balance and harmony we will BUCKED off! ALL the WAY OFF! Our planet has great power, our humans do too. Take it back in the love of yourself and your offering here. If it balances you out, harmonizes your world and offers you a vision of brighter day and tomorrow, let's ride this thing! In your heart today, ask to have your power restored. Just like the lights, cut off by the storms, you only need make the call, and they and your full power will be restored to you! We are waking up now. It is so necessary. She was notified that the chemicals dumped by 3M years ago were now in the water and it was toxic. She has a young child, pets and she is mortified! Jugs of water line her garage and last ONLY a couple of days. There are media distractions now, keep your eyes on the real GOLD. It is the water people, THE WATER IS LIFE AND YOU AND THEY must ALL stop fighting against one another, and fight for the earth and her life. Take a deep breath and ask for guidance, and a vision of what needs to be done to save our world. It isn't up to them, it is YOURS to love and be loved by. YOU are UP now. It is YOUR turn at bat. The NEW AGE

It is now. It was a long awaited event in time and upgrade, and by Golly, we did it. It was feared by many, as that was the control put on humans by their masters. There are only two forces on the planet, fear or love. When you are loved you are not bullied, or doomed. It is the use of those dooming damning words that pushed many of us out of the nest of fear and into the search for the NEW AGE. I was one of the pushed. I grew up quickly, and knew that the job I came to do here would be wonderful and fruitful and overlighted by the universal source of love. It is. Under the meteors last night I was told that it was complete and we were at the dawn of our next cycle and it will be amazing. Under the stars, the moon and the sun, we have life, we have water and yes, we still have love! Use it and be at peace with all you are. It is time. Eye / I on the prize!

I teach bareback riding. I share the gift of horses with those who see them as I do, pure majestic magical friends. I know that when we are riding that what we look to is where that horse goes. So I say, look up, look ahead, or if you want to turn, turn your head and look at the new direction you want to go. It works, every single time! It is like that in life too. Keeping your eye / I on the prize and seeing it in a positive light is how we get there. Distractions are many, yet the vision of you and your direction, is your focus and your final destination. Look, decide, and then, only then with your eyes wide open to the next you, GO FOR IT. It is your life and you ARE the prize!

Who AM I? I can only IMAGINE!

Who ARE each of us? Our lineage is squawking loud now. It had been silenced for eons. We are very very special. We are much larger in the scope of our abilities than we have yet opened to. We are light, energy, and so capable of love and peace here that this next 10 days to the eclipse will show us how we can be that. So imagine, in full color, bright light, and total truth - who you are. I am that I am, all that I can be, guided and guarded by angels, aliens and ancestors. Doing my work for Creator and all of Creation, in laughter, and love! Peace out!

You do not know me.....

That is what is offered when a child is sad, or angry, or afraid. I know I do not know. So I watch the field that surrounds them. It shows me the know me. It points to place where the most pain and loss and abuse are stored. If it is embraced with words of love, and over-lighted with warmth and allowance, it will surface. In that healing all historical trauma is gone. The day is fresh, the hope is restored and we can get on with living in the light of love and laughter here. You do not know me, I have a sad story of loss and abuse in my life, yet I chose not to allow it to define me. I broke the hold that fear had, I took the beatings and never gave up or in to their cycle of repeating the same behaviors. I raised my daughters better than I was raised. I know you can do that same. Let someone know you, then allow the light of love to heal the pains of the past. It is the only road to world health, and world peace. Nuff'said.

The "Patient"

I have not been a PATIENT for most of this lifetime, I do, however, work with patients/patience. It is a great job, and very rewarding. I love it when a patient shows up eager and ready for instructions on healing and how truly available it actually is. We get busy until we become the patient. Then all slows down and the focus emerges on to that which needs love, and light, and yes, lots of laughter too. Instructions for recovery can be heard when you are a patient. If you are currently in PATIENT mode, be thankful for a chance to slow it down, take some time off and learn how divine and magical you are! It is the gift of the patient, in the healing of humanity for those who embrace it, and them appreciate it enough to share with others.

FEELING your best!

How to is big business. It is offered in a zillion ways. It is the MATTER made, when what you do matters. It is energy in form that permeates your body, your mind and your reality. The future is made of what matters. Loving your life, your body, your work, your play, your friends, and all else that matters, is how we heal here. Revealing to yourself a life that goes on and on in a creative magical way. It matters not WHAT you do, it matters WHY you do it. Feeling your way through is how we learn. In our blindness there is sight so far and wide, it reveals all! In our silence there is a deafening loss, and yet it is the hearing within that is happening. Learn to listen to your feelings, they have a voice, and will run programs through you until you FEEL again, and then and only then can you real eyes/ realize them in your life. Align to that which matters, all that we love matters here. Make it a day that MATTERS! I AM!

Proud to know you....Stewart Erickson

That is what I said to my friend, Stewart. He has spent a lifetime inventing things that help our Earth Mother and she needs us to support her everyday. He is the SUSTAIN HUDSON guy. He is a hard worker, a smart guy and fun too. He has shared this journey with me since we were 7 years old in our 3rd grade class here, in Hudson, WI. So much to be proud of. Perfection was never the idea, only the try that really counted! He tried, and kept trying, and last night when we chatted about his new invention and the launch of it, I has to say, PROUD TO KNOW YOU, STEWART ERICKSON! In appreciating our friends and family, telling them is a key part to realizing that gift. SO TODAY< say out loud and right to someone you honor, respect, admire, or simply adore, I am glad you are in my life, it makes me smile and for that I am forever grateful!

Conflict and disease are one in the same. Happy, healthy people are peaceful, loving, generous people. Period. Our new Earth is calling

There is a light on now that had been shrouded for centuries, many many many centuries. It is causing a lot of activity. There are fires starting in cold stoves! There is coffee brewing and people are stirring at the warmth and the smells and the calling! As I watch those beautiful awakenings, I smile. I know that we are on the verge of something so special and so right that we can barely imagine it. WORLD PEACE. yup!! Water and food and fresh air and lots of ideas that create harmony and healing here. Enjoy the new season of light and love and laughter, I know I am. Thank you Creator of life, Great Mystery, this is something very worthy of our full attention now.

Where there is decay, there is a parasite to feed on it. It happened today with my pup. She let them clear her system and we watched in amazement of such chaos coming from a tiny 11 lb baby pup. It is the same with humanity. We are breaking down with what we eat, see, breath and believe. We became parasite infested and that is worth talking about now. Cleaning up the world, and your body are up to you. I teach those interested, every full moon and the day before and after, take something natural to clean up your system. We use cloves, black walnut, oil of oregano and other magical things. Every frost in that comes in the fall, and every frost out in the spring, there is a house and horse cleaning around here, that happens at this ranch without fail. meet your own needs now

There are things I need. There are those who need me. Needs are us!! We are about to get needs met we didn't even remember we had here. I laugh at our forgetfulness. In communion, one of the most powerful gifts given to humanity, we are told, and shown, to RE-MEMBER, EACH OTHER AND THOSE WHO ARE ABOVE US, BELOW US, WITH IN US AND WITH OUT US TOO. We are not separate, nor alone, we are water and apart of all that is here. We live and thrive in an ocean of humanity animated. Together we flow, we wave! Alone we dehydrate and ascend, or descend, which ever direction you are pointed. It is not complex, nor is it unavailable or costly. It's gift is to be remembered with each meal we share. In life the remembrance of your glorious beginnings, and your amazing opportunity to explore more, is under rated, under told, under sold and now in need of you. So today in honor of your lineage, your life is taking an upgrade by your willingness to look up, see your own needs and remember how sweet it all truly is! My Heart song!

Each time I dream there is a song that plays in the background. I am conscious and aware of it and that frequency supports me. I am on my own wavelength, connected to wavelengths that are congruent with mine. It is time that we all get quiet enough to hear our own song. In the music of the heart, the torus of energy begins to pulse, like a drum. In the beat of that drum you thrive, your body is nourished and energized. It is love, it is water, it is life it is your song. That is the human way. A 7 billion frequency of heart songs on the planet of water! Take time out to hear/here yours. The MAP to the MAZE

I see life here has a maze. A giant water color. This is the water planet, the blue one! I am a hawk, that is how we see everything! Above with the clouds we soar and we see. Some of earthlings look up and see us and smile, some wave, and some ask us what we see from there. I tell it is the gift I offer! That part of me is well known. I see and say all that are within my vision. I have the vision of healing and happiness and yes, horses. I can see a way through that some find difficult to find. Seeing is believing

That is what we were taught. You must be able to see it, touch it, and taste to believe it. Funny how those need another person to play the game with you. Turns out we can feel it and it is true too. And we can do that all by our self. You and I were not taught to feel our field, our energy, our potential. We were told to wait then told what to do next. Even if it felt off or wrong. In the opportunity to grow up here, there was to be a time of learning how to feel your way through and ultimately your way back home. It is time to restore that training. Close your eyes. Sit in a space that offers a field worth feeling. I like to do that by a stream, or a crashing ocean wave. I love to do it in the forest too. In the space there are a multitude of feelings to feel. Some make my hair go up, some offer me a peace beyond human understanding. I know we are ready to feel our Mother, our world, the Earth herself. She currently feels lonely, torn up and abused. Find a place in her arms to feel and be felt. Share the heart of healing and be nourished by her energy and abundant love for her human children. Feel it to believe it, listen only to your own words, and our world will begin to find it's magic again! It is a feeling we all deserve, real love!

To be the WHOLE you, SEE the HOLE in you

Our reality is a reflection of ourselves. What you see with your outer eye, no matter what you are looking at, is something you are aware of and have seen on the INSIDE of YOU. Frequency matches for you to become aware enough to see it, feel it, smell it, taste it, and ultimately, HEAL IT! If you are in conflict you will find war, fights, traumas and that which shows you the rage that promotes that choice. If you are sad your lungs will fill and your breath will be short, and noisy. If you are fearful, your world will become a scary place, everything will frighten you and will feel out of control all the time, even in sleep. If you feel guilt that you should be doing something more, or better, your gut will twist, your bowels will be out of balance, and that is where death to this life begins. Worry finds the stomach, and untruth the thyroid. The list is long and complex and worth knowing, as the journey to health and happiness takes a view from above and below, as within so without, know your road. Feel the way to well. It is a worthy adventure, and you are smack dab right in the middle of it.

Question of Authority

It is a vast and toxic terrain out there. Authority, self proclaimed as such, has reacted in fear, over and over in an unloving wave of hyper control about that which they can not control. True authority is graceful, omnipresent, generous, and supportive. It offers to the innocents, children, oppressed minorities, animals and Mother Nature, protection. That is the charge from the heavenly. I have been one of the bullied many times in this lifetime, and choosing to sit still was not a reasonable response for me. Prayer was always first, then many hours of listening in meditation and taking copious notes followed. I am certain of victory here, and I again today in light of current events, I will listen for a minute, and when I have a thought that supports our next step I will write it down and speak it out loud. In the beginning there was the word, and it still carries that same power! Use your words people to change the face of reality here. Free to all humans, and YOURS to use with true AUTHORITY! Speak up!

Water - so much more then we know

We search the universe for water. It is that which carries the data of life here, sustaining all that lives here. Nothing lives without it, NOTHING on earth. To know that is to understand it's value and the preciousness of each drop. If you knew that It carried the codes that transmit the data you need, would you protect it? It is time to know it's incredible value . It is worth more than gold, or oil or anything else here perceived as having worth. Stop, go to the water and say, HOW CAN I HELP YOU? She will answer, she will smile and she will open the conversation that is needed for us to thrive here. Be vigilant now, she is quickly being taken from us. It is up to us now, we need her and she needs us! Become a water protector!

A healthy body needs good terrain

You are a garden! You need oxygen, enzymes, minerals, water and nutrients to produce a healthy you! As a check, put in your garden the things you eat, drink, smoke, rub on your skin and breathe. See how the soil responds. It will take all summer to check to see the result. If you get weeds or bugs or nothing at all, you are in need of an upgrade. Your PH needs to be balanced, check it with the strips you an get at the pharmacy. Your temperature also needs to be 98.6, that is the place where a human body remains healthy all on it's own! Hydration needs absorption of H2O, pure and clear. Use electrolytes or full spectrum minerals daily to hold the charge that keeps you alive. Non modified food, raw and pure has so many enzymes that your system will celebrate with energy and clearing. Some simple yet life enhancing knowledge. Then add fresh air, clear unfiltered sunlight and something fun or funny and you got this! Build up your terrain, and you will live long and prosper!

What you focus on is where you end up!

When I put a rider up, I tell them to look to where they want to be. Do not look at the ground, or you will end up there. Do not look at your horse or he will not move. Look out and look in. It is a heartfelt desire. The heart connects, and it's engine pulses the codes of desire. Simple, not taught, yet true. It applies to everything. Today, look out and look in. Decide, and make that your focus. Then let's see how long it takes to get you and that focus into the same picture frame. Heart first, head's up, we are making needed shifts now, FOCUS everyone, FOCUS!

If you don't want to be TOLD what to do, stop asking for directions

People, the directional you seek is with in. It is nucleic! It is your DNA to chromosome to nucleus to YOU! It is energetic, and it pulses constantly. You have free will and complete power over it. Decide. If you want health - SAY SO. If you seek direction, you be directed from the outside. That is not YOUR natural direction giver. That is some else's. Stop worrying, stop complaining, stop waiting for directions. You were born with this great ability within, sit still, and listen, you will tell you, everything you need to know. If the hair goes up on the back of your neck, LEAVE! You are being warned that where you are is unsafe. If the hair goes up on your arms and legs, enjoy to interface, it is inspiring you! It is a truth long held from you. It is still a truth, use it and thrive here.

Appreciate = full power!

Allow, align and appreciate, are what I am here to do. Only in appreciating do I receive full power. It does not come in piece meal, or with a fragment of alignment or allowance not anchored in my life. I do work on appreciating. I appreciate my girls, and show them in many ways. I am honest and generous with them and I help out if or when I can. I see their beauty in many ways and tell them that. I appreciate my homes, and the critters and people who share them with me. I appreciate my health and energy and my brain. They serve me here well, and improve daily. I appreciate my clients and my friends. They show me a variety of perspectives new to me. I appreciate the Creator's willingness to hear me, see me, support me and be there all the time. I appreciate the avatars who have been to Earth to remind us that we are sovereign citizens of a universal reality, and time here is simply that which is time spent well away and aware from that understanding for simply a moment. I appreciate the knowing, the loving, the laughing and the full power that appreciation and sharing that with our world offers. So today, APPRECIATE EVERYONE, AND EVERYTHING IN YOUR REALITY, AND FEEL THE POWER THAT YOU RECEIVE FROM IT. I do and it works better then anything else I do. Namaste'

Align to harmony

I am attending the Willie Nelson and Charlie Daniels concert for that alignment to harmony. Doesn't get much better than that. You can choose too. If it gets your foot tapping, your friends gathered, your heart thumping, then you are choosing the right thing. Your world has nothing less than this to focus on, do not get distracted by that which does not raise you up. Choose no fuss, no muss, no bother. Choose friends who make you smile! I have included my family, my friend Matt from Washington, and three local characters! If you need a suggestion, close your eyes and day dream for a moment. Ask yourself, "If I had lots and money and nothing but time right now, what would I do?". Then click your heels together and do it!! Apply this to your life each day, and the next step of full power will come very quickly! I can see it now.

Allow balance

I teach allow, align and appreciate. I teach balance, harmony and full power. They are the same, they overlight each other. So today, look at balance, and allowance as a team designed to bring you joy and health and success. Simple choices to work with that energy could be yoga, diet, the 8-8-8 of work play and sleep, or even a pony ride, trying bareback horsemanship! It matters not what you do, it matters how and why YOU ARE DOING THAT which you are choosing! Allow today a space for balance. Argue not, laugh a lot and love the chance to be present here once again. Off the pasture I go, see you there!

CHECK please!

A check,or check in or check up, is verification that what is going on, is fully available and real and chosen. I know that to use the CHECKING system is good and right in this life full of questions and potentials. I always check with my guardians, my guides and my highest self before I do things. Choices about all that I am trying are checked. Sometimes the check is void, and then I avoid that which I have checked on. You can use one another for checking. Ask your friends, your family, your GOD, and your SELF, if that and who you are unsure about is a good and healthy and happy choice. Outcomes are chosen, consciously or unconsciously. Checking to see if they are right for you brings your choices into consciousness, and those choices are clear! I could go on and on, check to see if you should know all that I know about CHECKS. If you are interested then you should come and get checked here at the clinic, then you would know which ways there are to go!! Just checking to see who is this for the long haul and the fun happy way!

Elemental

As the O (oxygen) joins with the H (hydrogen), and we make H2O, then we become animated here and are offered form. Elemental my friend, elemental. In form we navigate this funny little planet. I have a female form, brown-eyed, average sized, energetic and willing. I can and do embrace it for it's magical ability to do mostly what I say. I know it is my vehicle, and it knows I am the captain of the ship. No one but me tells IT(my form) what, when or how high we are going to go. I took the wheel as young woman, when those who thought they should have a say in it's form, and health, and energy tried their best, and failed again and again. So today, use your H2o, your form in element to move to the SEE/SEA. In that SEE/SEA we become community, and a unified field evens us out, builds us up and gives us strength together. I love the SEE/SEA. I am willing seer, and it's place in my journey is perfect for this little drop of water!! Elemental, simple and worth knowing.

Dream big now!

As our world shifts very quickly now, it is this time where dreams come true. What ever they may be, let them support your reality. Healing, happiness and real true health is here for us all. Our negativity is dialing down and back as the clean up crew takes out that factor in the light of the love we deserve and are receiving. Stand out and up and in that light. Dream big! Laugh out loud, and dance like no one is watching. Then remember and know that you have been watched since the beginning, and loved, and guarded and guided when willing to be so. I know it is time to become who you are beneath the covering of humanness. Put on your star crown, open your wings, and soar! And let our dreams, day and night, be real now.

Starvation is over now! Dakota War still has a voice today!

In the awakening of life reborn here we are taking a long look at the starvation of the human being. When my relatives were put on reservations they were starved intentionally. To take the freedom of life lived fully here is to starve a soul. To withhold food or genetically modify it so it can not be digested or used as fuel, is another way to change the human being human. I saw a child drop to the ground yesterday under the influence of sugar and food dye that caused her to have a seizure. I see how we are under the influence of these offerings, and the sickness brought to bear by these choices. Native Americans have NO tolerance for that kind of sugar, so liquor to us is death. AND it takes awhile. It uses up all their resources and it is ugly! To recover we must now eat!! The offering of love and light, of wholeness, including food, whole and organic, is one key to our rebirth. As I stand and watch the scaffolding be taken down today, I will pray for the starving souls and those who bravely fought the Dakota War to bring attention to this issue, even in 2017!! In loss and less, there is still life, LOOK!

So I looked. I looked at the gallows at the Walker Arts Center. I cried, I played my flute, and I spoke of alternatives to this being seen by children who would be too small to understand. Then I came home and prayed it would be handled properly and with light. It is. It will be dismantled and taken by the Dakota Elders to the sight where our families were held captive during that time of the executions. It will be burned and prayers sent to Creator for forgiveness and healing. Now that's what I am talking about!! Thank you Universe and all who care about us humans, this is a good day, and that is a good way. Megwitch.

Healing starts now...Sam Durant, Walker Arts Center and Dakota Elders to talk

As the beginning of healing always is, it is sensitive and painful. We would not have it nor need it if it were not. Let the love of a future of light and community start with a WORD. In the beginning the WORD was ALL THERE WAS. A WORD WAS A BOND, A CONTRACT AND A SPARK! Spoken word is how we create the field where we live, love and laugh. It can also harm, and even destroy. Let the words spoken tomorrow, and in the future be of reconciliation, understanding, forgiveness, and with a promise that this will never be repeated. No more necks needs to be broken to silence those who have wonderful words left to say! As we see the healing of those broken necks, we will receive our own words of love back, this is how historical trauma is healing! I for one, am super grateful to be a part of that healing! My dad is smiling, and his neck is no longer broken! Healing travels in both directions, going backward through time and forward all at the same time! Thank you Creator for the magic and miracles you share with your children, we are learning fast now. This is looking very promising. A gallows was erected in Minneapolis MN at the Walker Arts Center outside for the people to see, and children saw it. So did everyone else that drove by. It was horrific and deeply disturbing and unnecessary and super disrespectful of a loss that Minnesota has yet to heal from. My family member was executed on that original gallows and I get to have an opinion about that, as it effected my family for generations. I know only one thing for sure, we protested! It went out like a clarion call, a warrior's hoot and it is coming down immediately! We are now done behaving as if the children of earth DO NOT MATTER. What you say, do, erect, show in your eyes and smile is their future, the future of this world. The future needs our love, our understanding, our compassion and our vision for a whole healthy unified planet. Keep vigilant of your words, your thoughts, and YOUR DEEDS. They are being recorded and you will account. Let the children of earth feel our hope, hear our songs and want to learn them and sing them with us. It is our chance at a wonderful future now. No disrespect intended

I may not agree with things, I may not understand other things at all. It does not make it bad, wrong or broken. It makes it simply present. I have no disrespect for presence. It is HOLY! I know we are in the midst of struggling toward the son/sun, just like the morning glory flower. It is a journey. Each day, honor your field, your flower is YOU. Get up with the sun, go outside and let that sunlight wake up your energy, energize your field, and kick your brain on. It is free, simple and it works respectfully with every thing in nature, including humans, every single time, even on a cloudy day. This is how our world works best, use it. Live and let live, let others do their stuff, and as long as you are safe in your own presence, let that be handled by someone with a better view and bigger heart, or maybe a bigger stick! The last time SOMEONE got YOU!

I love to get GOT. I know the feeling of knowing and getting GOT is one of the those feelings. A familiarity, a past/passed connection, a long lost friend from now or before now, or even a HEY, I get YOU new and now. I love it when I am understood, and everyone I know does too. It is that safe, accepted and yes, loved place that all humans need to come home to. When we are understood, in our own language hear/here, we are whole. I was privileged to watch what a whole/hole, needing to be filled, looked like last weekend. Key board warriors helping the Water Protectors of Standing Rock came from around the globe to do just that. They got GOT, they got each other and they loved that whole connection. It is sweet when we get those moments, and to give that a chance is a new way of life here. I may need to step back for a minute to understand your language, your ways, your spirit, BUT I WILL DO THAT, EVERY SINGLE TIME! I will get you, so that you get me!

in LIGHT all is seen

You can not have it part way if you want the whole way cleared. Truth is truth. If you are hiding something, you are seen, whether you think you are or not. Nothing goes undetected nor unrevealed now. We were waiting for the time to shine! That time is now. Be proud of who and HOW you are, step away from anything that is not clear and whole, it will take care of itself. In light, there is NO DARK CORNER! We are free to be all that we can be, and I, for one, have waited awake for a long time. Nice to see the others coming into the wholeness of the sunshine and it's light and love of earth and her children! Unity, peace and freedom are the rights of everyone. Celebrate them. We are now about to begin fresh.

Saturn and Uranus appointment with change!

It has happened before and will again, and if you are out of balance it will balance you OUT, or in, which ever you need. Funny how we ignore guidance, and do it our own way. Later we see that we were guided, ANYWAY. In 1999 and 2008, my world shifted. And now again, in 2017 it will shift too. I look forward to the world going upside down, as we are now ready to take her back to health and harmony. It got a little crazy for awhile. The IMPORTANCE of being YOU and showing UP!

In a society that compares constantly, measures everything and judges winners and others, we have forgotten how IMPORTANT we are as individuals. It is so vital to our recovery here now. I am a baby boomer, we were born of war and the remnants of what fear and conflict cost. Tough stuff. We were a product of nuclear energy and it's ability to change everything in an instant. We transitioned from the horse to horsepower, in the flash of a light. Then we added in. KEYBOARD WARRIORS were introduced to our world, and they are coming to the ranch this weekend to meet face to face! Every person on this planet has an important role to play in a world struggling to heal. Every warrior counts. It does not matter how you do the work, only that YOU DO IT! So remember, every thing you do with passion, a smile, a love for others and your self, is the MOST IMPORTANT thing of ALL you do! A mother ONE VERY BIG JOB!

Hardest job of all and best job ever, all at the same time. There are those without babies of their own, who mother well too. Our Earth Mother, our Mother Mary, and all the grandmothers everywhere, deserve our gratitude! So for the mother in all of us, who looks over us, adores and nourishes us, comforts us, helps us along the way, have a great day! We love you all.

A double fire

I am Sagittarius moon and sun, a double fire sign! It is a warmth and a light, both at the same time. I care about stuff and shine a light on it, warm it up, and see and say what the light shares. It is a good attribute for the job I have as a Naturopath Physician. It can be illuminating. It can also have an effect that causes others to hold back, to be scared that someone will see them and they will be revealed for their truth, long thought hidden. It is time for everyone here to let light shine on their life, their health, their past, their choices. Under the warmth and illumination of love and light, everything, yes, everything heals up. So this weekend, stand up, show up and look up, the sun of summer has arrived here, and with it a double fire! Share it with your family and friends! It is time to shine and be shined on!

Define PROUD

"Rising above the crowd", "sticking out", are just ways to see it. We are taught not to be PROUD. I will say this just one time, if not YOU, WHO?Yesterday I heard a tale of loss, of death, of pain, and wishing they were deadness. NOT PROUD. Then angels came, and life changed. He said he now shares his story, and in that revealing, he is becoming proud of his ability to speak honestly, share his loss and yes, rise up above while still human. You will all rise in the end, but why not practice while you are here? Be proud of your choices, your heritage, your willingness, your skills, and your ability to grow, learn and change. Water is the element of change, nothing stays the same in water! Protect yourself, and your water, and be proud that you know it is the best thing you can do now for your own pride and our whole earth too. I am proud to be able to share with you daily, and I am proud to know that we are working this out!

Checking back one last time....

Life times of love, friendship, family are receiving a check back. A hey how did it go? How are you now, what have you done, are you happy and healthy? Then comes the final....are you ready for a whole new game now? We have been changing the rules and the world knows it. Individuals awakening to a calling in their hearts that will not be silenced any longer in any way no matter how much vodka they pour on it. Some groggy heads shaking off the intoxication or semi-conscious drugged state, and the losses and the past that lingered for so long. Broken bodies and broken brains and yes, even broken hearts, now are getting a chance to heal and begin in earnest again, with a knowledge and a passion that will be new/knew for them. I see it, I saw it yesterday when the guy mowing who once had a broken back, stood up after 4 hours of work, and felt better than he thought he should! I see it when the world has solutions and you out there in search of those solutions, find them! My friend said they were waiting for the Mother to die, so they could begin again. When I heard that I understood. The old way, represented by humans that carry prejudices, religions, politics or class structures that are embedded in them, and will not be flexible enough to move in the WINDS OF CHANGE will die to life here. I am checking back to make sure you are ready to live! Hold on, the time is now! And I am glad you decided to stay and play! Let's do this thing.
