That choice cut

I love choices and also the good cut. Seeing the freshest and healthiest and choosing that one is what I love to do. I know it is not taught much. I always say, give me 8th graders. They want that choicest cut. They only desire health, fitness, brains, talent and beauty. They do not want to be unpopular or disliked or left out. They would choose, if first shown, choices that are strong and filling and energizing. They would choose to fit. They hate bad skin, and fat bellies, they hate depression and failing. They hate conflict and loss. These are things they live at home and learn from their families. Then they track it into the building, like mud on their boots and muck up the whole place. YOU must show them the choice cut. Where to look, how to choose, selectively with great care how to do that and what to do with that incredible gift. Savor it, share it, and let other's know it is available to them also. It is up to US. No one is coming to save us, we are the ones we have been waiting for.
