Don't look back!

In the old testament she was told not to look back. Keep your eyes on the future, look to the horizon and see what is yet to come, not what has already been. If you do,  you will disappear from here and what is left will be a pile of salt. She couldn't do it and she turned around, then wham she was gone, and with the loss of her breath and the life it gives each of us, SALT was all that is left. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust. I was told by my partner, do not look back Susie. Just be present. Pause if you are upset, breathe and take a moment to get yourself adjusted. Just don't look back please.
