is it nice or is it kind?

I am kind, especially to kids and animals. I am not always nice. Nice means agreeable, I am not always agreeable. It is a matter of choice that I am commonly disagreeable. I know who I am, what I like, who I am to be with and how that is to go. That does not always include nice, but it does always include kind.  Kind means considerate, and that I do every time, carefully, consider everything. Think about which it is, kind or nice. If you are nice instead of kind you may be shorting yourself on the freewill choice of considering....who, how, what, where, when and the like. I am happy being compassionate and considerate, I am frustrated when niceties get in the way. Truth, justice, love and life, and a passion for authenticity, the rainbows are everything and this is kind of how I knew it would be. I love it!

the question today....

had you heard some  unspoken words from some one close along the way, that  would have changed you, what would they have been????? today, think about it, decide what you wished you would have heard, then say them to yourself. over and over and over. get someone you care about to say them to you too. healing comes from within, if there is a hole then there can be no whole. fill the hole/whole with the words you long to hear/here now! mine are, you are perfect to me just the way you are!

Passion

A feeling that is energetic and needs to be expressed. It can be a focus, for a moment or a lifetime. It can be another person or a career or a pet or simply self. It needs to have a place in everyone's life. It is with passion, that we then can become com-passionate. That is passion for the whole. Humans who have com-passion, are passionate people who have found their true love. The love of our Universe, and our place in it. Then it creates that wave and riding it passionately to end, is the coolest thing we'll ever do. Find your passion, it will change your life forever.

Divine Design

I know it well. It is in every flower, fern and toad. It is in every baby and adult. It is the way it was originally put here to be nourished by the Earth Mother. I have the gift of auric vision and using it shows me every time, divine design. Even in the most chaotic of humans there is the design that only love can create. Some of it is buried, some of it is scarred, but the human growth hormone still supports it to life and animation. Fat or fit, well or way-laid, the design is still the basis for our existence. You can see it if you close your eyes and allow your imagination to show you YOUR truth and it's flawless God given design. You are the one who challenges it, kicks it like an old tire. Survivor, not victim- rewrite your sacred contract!

What's the difference? a SURVIVOR, is simply grateful. That is all there is left when you survive something.  A victim, will remind themselves over and over of the story and it will remain with them as a living entity all the days they live that way.  It will control them and define them too. You can cut the cords, so the memories of the less, lack and losses, fade. Find someone to help you. I have taught this for many years in classes to those looking for answers. I will teach a Rewrite your Sacred  Contract Class this summer for those ready for a new life here. It is amazing what a survivor can create. I did it long ago and upgrade my contract for living here often. I know this is a sacred journey and staying grateful without all the drama, is way more fun for me!!

Tell me...I am listening

I see regret forming in the body of those who still feel it. It makes people fat and sick. It causes Dis-ease and Dis-harmony. Play the game of NO-regrets. Sit quietly and review your timeline. Is there still a warning light flashing at a certain place, job or relationship. Go there and be still. Allow the re-gret, the do over, to show itself. Then request from your higher self, the remedy. We will receive if we believe. Apply liberally. We all deserve peace and freedom and healing, that is a life of no regrets now. Not perfect, but very fruitful. Love the way the Universe supports us and our human adventure.

WHAT OR WHO are you waiting for?

I hear it over and over, I am waiting ...... to be fit, in love, eat right, go to bed early. On an on come the delays of what makes life sweet and healthy. I know how hard we wish and yet wait...... and wait..... and wait. Stop now and choose ONE thing. One person will do. One commitment, One new food choice, One new group you agree with, One new exercise. I love to stand up paddle. It is a cool surfboard and it has a paddle, simple, on  the water and in the sun, two things that make very happy and super healthy. So I bought one. New toy, new way of getting around on the river or on the lake. Rent one and see how you do. It takes balance, strength and yes a swimsuit, sometimes you fall off and in, just like life. Then laugh and climb back aboard and try again, NO MORE WAITING! One new thing this summer!

enchanted

As we were taught as kids, there are incantations that create realities. Enchanting something or someone is real and very powerful when you understand the WORD. In the beginning was the Word, we all know that verse. Spoken into the Abyss, it created and created. You do that all of the time, so do I. I do it with intention. I think about every single word I speak and speak them in the order with the frequency necessary for an outcome worthy of me. That is my responsibility and I am fully accountable. In my life I had spoken things I had to take back and forgive and forget. Have you? Clean it up now. SIT QUIETLY AND ALLOW THE MEMORIES TO RETURN. Then with great love, light and mercy, erase the board. Enchant your life with words the uplift and inspire you. I know you can do it , I have heard you and the wonderful things you say, create the beautiful world we live with and in! I will start.......NAMASTE'

Hear/here

Present  - here - listening, formulating, and manifesting. What you speak you hear/here. What do you desire in the here and now. Listen to your words, listen to words from other sources of inspiration. You are a powerful listener and hearing, just like smelling and seeing and tasting and touching - stimulates your mind. Allow, then align with what you love and have passion for, then appreciate it as it shows itself. What you love grows, just look at your kids, or if you don't have any, look at mine. The coolest part of my life is them, and now loving more is easier because I practiced on them.

Break - fast the champion of your day!

WITHOUT IT YOU CAN NOT PERFORM, PERIOD.  If you do not fuel and key in with chewing, no electricity gets to your battery and your engine with no fuel in the tank,  goes nowhere. I have taught that for ever and it still surprises me that some people try a day without it. No drink will get the job done, you must masticate your food with chewing, it is all electrical and your teeth are the fuse box of your body, turning on all the lights when you get up is KEY! We do this, fruit, granola and yogurt almost every day. That gets the party started perfectly!! Please think about this and share it with everyone. It will make our world nicer and healthier and that is a great way to start our days.

Dream of a BOUY

That's what they said, twice in my dream last night. So when I woke up I looked it up, and it said a marker that shows a clear channel, safe zone, and says that sweet land is near for those who have been out to sea a long long time. The dream voice said when those searching  reach you they are safely on their way to shore and home, healing and happiness. I love that. I know that we are not safe here, there is so much to learn and become aware of. It is a vast sea of emotions and navigating it very trying.  I have taught a way of living organically and with things found in nature instead of chemicals that keep things calm and in order. It has changed the course for many, diseases and injuries simply disappear, especially ones that have NO CURE in chemistry.  Nature has a way, for every thing every single time,  just ask and we will tell. A bouy, now that is a job this old lifeguard can love.

Shepherds and SHEEP

When someone puts you in the sheep category you become a part of the group. There are no human shepherds that give the guidance you seek that is above the human perspective. For sheep that is OK. For those ascending it takes courage and a higher link. The spiritual hook up of the trinity causes that linkage to a shepherd that has a Universal love of all, not the few humans that would think they are exclusive in some way. I have gone to the feet of Creator over and over again, to the Son/Sun that enlightens us and hooked my spirit to the spirit they offer - a very Holy One, for interpretation and support. No human can trump that. If you are looking for the peace that passes all human understanding then stop trying to follow humans. Use your connection to Source, follow your heart, it is where the fire of your spirit hooks you up and being hooked up to Universal Source of Love and all that is, well, it works. And yes it works for everyone, no one is excluded from the love of Creator.

Are you the LIFE or the DEATH of the party?

Looking at the choices we all make and how the results show up, will assist us all now in getting this life right and balanced. Have you decided to be the LIFE of the party? What does that look like really? It is energy that is strong and solid and loving, not loud, or arrogant or reckless. I have been both, the life and the death of my own party. I learned a long time ago that alcohol and me were to only be used for communion and community .It never supports my energy as it ultimately makes me tired. Others will soon get that too. I know the death of the party comes when someone starts a behavior of sucking. Sucking down a bunch of liquor or something else is how it gets going with an alcoholic. Then sucking energy with drama becomes the next tactic. Add in sucking energy with the need to be the center of attention or the know it all and then the death begins. They offer nothing to the life of the party. Not now, not ever. Take a look at your life, is it fun, hopeful, energetic, creative and are you attracting people just like YOU?? If so, keep it up!! If there is drama or pain or conflict, start with YOU. Life or death now you choose, then see death walking away permanently with the choice of love, light and laughter and a like-minded community that supports life! extremes

heat and cold, love and hate, light and dark....... They are the ranges and the boundaries. We are free here to explore the whole deal. That is where you are now. No thing is off limits and we prove that everyday by we choose and allow. It actually is very entertaining when you see it for what it is, the human condition of FREEWILL. We are mighty and powerful beings with so much to offer and  yet so much to learn. Using our wide range of experiences we get to taste and sometimes embrace very dramatic and traumatic choices. My Michael went from suicide and addiction to extreme life with Jesus. It was the full meal deal so to speak and it showed the polarity of his choices to him.  From there he began to make a way within bounds that served his highest good. Neither extreme needed any longer. Only the love of a journey and the Creator who oversees it. Knowing now he chose this so long ago. With passion and his truth, he lovingly shares that experience with those interested. I did it with health and it has been an amazing life for me. What are your extremes and how have they formed your present circumstances and where are you going to go from here?

The French Paradox

My kids just returned from Paris and commented on the beautiful people and the pace that promotes such health and beauty and fitness. It is noted in many medical journals. It is what we look like when we love ourselves and put our life and health first. They know how to eat fresh and whole, they walk every where or ride their bikes. They smoke organic tobacco and drink fresh wine and using what we know from thousands of years of experience, they remain totally successful with their health and fitness and live very long lives. Look into fresh, natural, self-loving and time pacing ways to improve your day. You will love the results! In America where we are commonly over the top, with little success, maybe the old ways will prove  to be the NEW WAYS!!!!

Olive Oil, the liver and the BIBLE

funny how it all works together so intricately and perfectly...... Our liver is the third chakra, the furnace and the filter of the body and the place where the sword and the shield are. I see livers so full of debris, clogged filters that result in fat bellies and super toxic responses to so many things. Liver toxicity makes the sight become blurry, the happy become irritable and ultimately super crabby. It makes digestion a process so slow that it backs up like a sludge filled creek overflowing it banks and eroding the lining of the stomach and even the throat. It will change your voice, and your words will be negative and toxic and even cruel. The Bible shares the olive oil remedy 135 times. We share that process with our clients all of the time and the results are nothing short of miraculous. Michael and I used our olive oil last night under the WESAK full MOON and allowed the cleansing of any left over toxins to flow freely from our livers. Our words today are positive, even sweet, and our energy will follow. The value of olive oil, studied and shared used and celebrated here at our house! Thank you Creator for making things obvious!!!

Reverse ? really ?

Play the movie back, love lost, driving in reverse, the enchantments that we lose ourselves in with the excitement that living and driving in reverse offers. Those challenges we meet here are incredible. I have done it, heard it and endured it. Now comes the still quiet time when PARK is needed. I am not good at still. I like go, whether reverse or forward. The faster the better. Now my world is starting again from park, moving forward to the place I envision. It even has a name, - In-vision Farms. If you have been descending, or reversing, STOP now for a moment. Catch your breath, get your footing and then with a vision for something extraordinary, put it in DRIVE! The ascension is now, moving up the mountain to the top of our world is now. See it, believe it to be real and BEGIN, NOW. Forward, onward and upward, now that is what I'm talking about. WITH ME????

The dread of disapproval

I felt that way for a very long time. When we spoke today about the MOM thing, I said as I play the movie back all I get is the DREAD piece. Disapproval was my mom's constant with me. Nothing I did was redeemed in her mind and she made sure I was fully aware that she truly believed that. I dreaded her disapproval for a very  very long time. Turns out though, she was looking in the mirror every time she voiced that opinion. I know that now. Learning to stand back allow, and not own another's voice is what I have learned. I also learned that what is spoken belongs to the speaker, not the spoken to.  The Christ spoke of love and healing and eternity. It was HIS reality , his voice taught that again and again. Please Speak, we want to know your truth. Remember though, the only disapproval YOU GET  is yours of YOU, NO one else. I have forgiven, but will never forget, and that is the gift my Mother gave to me, HOW NOT TO BE, Thank you Shirley,  I know you did the best you could with what you had.

Puppies R Us - a real commitment

Commitment requires many things. Nourishment, love, laughter, energy and forgiveness, some of the basics. So do puppies and they are reminding us of  this, well. Boundaries are a part of the whole process too. With Logan and Lady, our two new babies, Australian shepherd and border collie, this is abundantly clear on every level. Fearless in their excitement, joyful in their expression, needy on so many levels. Once we get the hang of them, these will be met every single time with love and support. It is a metaphor for our relationship and it will be worthy of a book. In the beginning......best friends, companions for life, cuddler, wrestler, explorer, joyfully meeting challenges that stretch our limits. I could say that is my Michael relationship too. So in a effort to meet our new commitments to life here and one another, let's all enjoy the ride, and start fresh. Babies, puppies, or simply a fresh new you, will do the trick. Commitment is worthy, because we are!

lessons in energy.....my thesis was about this, so I want you to see what I see and believe you are energy and you are in charge of it!

Lucid Lesson

In the appendix of Robert Waggoner’s Lucid Dreaming, there are some miscellaneous conditions that can truly increase the chances of becoming lucid.  These are those conditions:

1. Change in location:  It seems that sleeping in a different room, whether in the same house or when traveling, makes one a bit more “vigilant” or aware.  (I can attest to this, as whenever my girlfriend comes to sleepover and I go sleep on the couch, I occasionally have a lucid dream.  Changing sleep location will cause that inner awareness to spark up!)
2. Change in life routine: Vacations and holiday periods all seem to increase the likelihood of lucid dreaming.  (This might have to do with a  change in stress levels, but that’s just my guess.)
3. Yoga or energy practices: Many of us have noticed that the night after yoga class or other energizing practice (meditation) we have a spontaneous lucid dream.
4. Excess physical, mental, or emotional effort during the day:  It appears that excess exertion may increase lucid dreams.  (I believe this causes the dreamer to go into a  deeper sleep, allowing the dream to be stable enough to be lucid)
5. Normal exuberance: Periods of feeling in good spirits, content, and positive seem to affect the ability to become lucid.  (This could be the fact that lucid dreams can be maintained when there are no harsh emotions being experienced)
6. Certain foods:  Some lucid dreamers have noticed an increase in lucid dreams after eating certain foods.  The writer Jane Roberts suggested foods like asparagus might be helpful, and a minor touch of caffeine before sleep may assist some people.  Years later, scientists discovered that a plant relative of asparagus contains a chemical useful for increasing awareness in those with Alzheimer’s.  (You are what you eat!)
7. Vitamins such as B6 before bedtime:  Some studies indicate B6 may lead to enhanced memory retention.
8. Weather changes:  I have personally noticed a strong connection with approaching storm systems and an increase in lucid dreaming.  Perhaps this is due to changes in air ionization or air pressure in the prairie landscape where I reside.  (What he said)
9. Certain locales:  Though I would prefer to say that all places seem equal for lucid dreaming, I have had some incredible lucid dreams on various trips that visited ancient Native American sites.  It seems impossible to know whether the actual site, or my possible beliefs and expectations about the site, created this increase in lucid dreaming.  Others have suggested high altitudes promote lucid dreaming.  (Regardless of whether this is true or not, belief has such a strong hold on what we experience.  At some point, Waggoner says in his book that it’s easier to get a lucid dream on the full moon and a couple nights ago, on the full moon, I had a lucid dream!)

The conditions are not limited to this, and different things can work for different people.  If you truly have a desire to explore your vast unconscious mind, I’m sure trying these out wouldn’t hurt.  Now, on to the main topic.

The Aura

What exactly is an Aura?
 
Everything is vibration.  Whether it is light, sound, waves, orbits, everything is movement.  Life is no exception, as consciousness moves in a vibratory way.  Each soul has a different way of experiencing reality.  We produce and project our own personal vibrations in order to gain experience from the external world, much like how light bounces off of matter and brings information to our eyes.  This is what is known as our perspective.  Think of it like our own personal telescope lens, giving us an image only we can see.  This lens isn’t only for a means of experiencing, but from an outside perspective, presents who we are as a soul by the vibrations we give off.  This is what is known as the aura.
An aura is the electro-magnetic energy field around us that reflects the subtle life vibrations of our being.  Every living thing has this, because to be alive, you must vibrate.  This aura is representative of what we are, who we are, our intentions, our thoughts, and our actions.  Essentially, it is a spiritual resume, and yet so much more.

What does an Aura look like?
 
In the astral, the aura appears almost like a wispy, smoky, energy bubble that emits from the astral body.  It is light that emits from the entity and it is unique to each individual.  Since we cannot discern the higher dimensional light spectrums, our third eyes translate the colors into their 3D equivalent.  Depending on the individual’s vibrations, the colors, density, and movement of the aura may be different.  Each color or vibration may be different as well.  There are many variations of the shape and the contents of the aura.  These includes different flecks of colors, spirals, distortions, and many other anomalies that can only intuitively make sense to the viewer.

Layers

 
Most people think that the aura they see in others, whether it’s in the astral or the physical, can define who that person is.  Although some aspects of this are true, the aura that most people are seeing is not the soul’s eternal life energy, but the temporary, changing energy field that is influenced by things such as chakra imbalances, environment, thoughts from peers, and other external sources.
Although there are many layers to the Aura, there are two main divides; the Communication Field, and the Identity Field.

The Communication Field
This portion of the auric field is more based on the light aspect of vibration.  It is experienced through our mind’s eye and encompasses the fields that reach outside of the astral body.  The purpose of this field is to interact with the external reality directly with a specific perception.  The color experienced from it is the sum of the chakra vibrations, the more dominant chakra’s appearing and having more influence on the overall color and the less dominant or closed chakra’s having less influence.  If all chakras are balanced, the aura appears white or opal (rainbow with white).  Watch Spirit Science 2- Chakras before moving on to read more.  The idea of this field is to come into direct contact with other fields.  When two of these auras come together, they both form a complimentary colour and don’t muddle each other’s auras (creating a good communication) or create a color clash (a bad communication).  White auras always create a good communication, as they are always balanced.  This is what forms our likes and dislikes as individuals, and also what colors and experiences we resonate with.  This auric field is photo-sensitive; it reacts and expands to light.  It is likened to a tree in the sense that life energy is drawn in through the roots/grounding and is fed through the body into the chakras/leaves that also use the energy from light.  In the astral, if you experience an individual with an aura color that feels bad to you, then that may mean that they have ill intentions towards you or just won’t resonate with you.  On the other hand, understand that this color is a more current and less eternal representation.  This means that something can appear to you as something good (in relevance to you), but may not actually be.  One can experience this field in the physical, but it resides in the astral.

The Identity Field
This field resides within the core of an individual and expresses the soul’s identity.  It is the eternal blueprint of the soul, who you truly are.  To tap into this, one must use a totally different way of experiencing.  This aura isn’t initially “seen” in the astral, and must be further inquired about.  This aura contains the sound aspect of vibration, in that you will hear it and feel it first.  You must look deep inside another astral entity to experience this.  It can also be experienced in the physical with focus.
There is no specific technique for this, but when focussing, it is good to repeat the mantra, “who are you?”  Eventually, a sound and a feeling should appear in your mind.  The trick here is to visualize this sound and feeling manifest into an image in your head.  It might be easy to start by even visualizing the sound as a wave and then creating where this wave comes from.  Your mind may have its own way of translating these vibrations into a color and shape, but with practise, this is a very accurate method.  Deciphering what these colors and shapes mean is entirely up to your own intuition.  Eventually, this whole process becomes instant, and experiencing the Identity Field will be just as easy as experiencing the Communication Field.  Just remember, it will always be accompanied by a sound.  If any of you remember the second lesson when I was talking about hearing your heart’s frequency, I was essentially trying to get you to tap in to your Identity Field.  This field is what connects you to your higherself.
Paying attention to these auric fields will promote a safe and informative experience while astral projecting.

Colors

Each aura color has a specific meaning, and this same color system is used with the chakras.  The stronger the color, the stronger the attribute related with the color.  The weaker the color, the less grasp the entity has on the concepts related to the color.  The idea is when the color is healthy the entity will have a correct understanding of the colors attributes.  The Identity Field cannot have a weak or strong aura, so its qualities will always be healthy.
The color Red is related to existence, survival, and instincts.  When this color is too dominant, the entity has reverted back to an animal like state, which, depending on its nature, can be hostile.   When the color is faded or weak, the entity may have had a loss of identity or the individual may not be grounded, which can lead to loss of morality.  When it is healthy, the entity is aware of its origins and is healthily grounded.
The color Orange is related to interaction with external reality, pleasure, and sex.  When this color is too dominant, the entity will become very magnetic, clinging to life forms with a profound sense of curiosity and interacting with anything.  When orange is faded or weak, the entity may have an appetite for destruction or have little interaction with other entities.  When orange is healthy, the entity understands its effect on the external and does not abuse it but cherishes its sacredness.
The color Yellow is related to power, protection, and ego.  When the color is too dominant, the entity will be very protective of itself.  When yellow is faded or weak, the entity may not be in very much control of its actions or will feel much doubt.  When yellow is healthy, the entity will be aware of its own individuality and power, but will be humble.
The color Green is associated to emotion, love, compassion, and creativity.  When the color is too dominant, the entity will be very selfless but will also be susceptible to pain from other’s hardships.  When green is faded or weak, the entity will have little emotion and be very selfish, but will not truly realize that it is loveable.  When green is healthy, the entity will understand that it, and every other form of creation is a being that deserves love.
The color Blue is associated with expression and communication.  When blue is too dominant, the entity’s energy field will sometimes be overpowering but communication will be extremely easy (although you’ll usually be on the receiving end).  When blue is faded or weak, the entity will be very closed off and hard to communicate with.  When blue is healthy, the entity will be able to communicate and listen equally with clear understanding.
The color Indigo is associated with awareness, intuition, and knowledge.  When indigo is too dominant, the entity will become a glutton for knowledge, possibly even secretly intruding into other’s energy fields to obtain information.  When indigo is faded or weak, the entity will be oblivious and unaware of a lot of things going on, especially on a spiritual level.  When indigo is healthy, the entity will be highly intuitive, bringing awareness to other’s as well.  This is what is known as an Indigo child.
The color Violet is associated with divinity, spirituality and connection to source.  When violet is too dominant, the individual’s intent will be to ascend, and will sometimes do selfish things to do so.  When violet is faded or weak, the individual will feel no connection to God and may even find no purpose for living (many atheists have a faded or weak violet).  When violet is healthy, the individual understands it has a purpose and wants to assist itself and others with ascension and becoming closer to Source.
The color Black is associated with void, chaos, and taking.  If there are flecks of black in an aura, they may be affected by a negative entity, or may be in a falling process.  If an entity has a very dark aura, they are most likely a negative entity.  If something in the astral is very black, it is not even an entity, for black is the absence of light or life.
The color Gray is associated with blockages in energy.  If there are gray flecks in an aura, their energy field is damaged and some energy cannot flow within it.  If a whole aura is gray, then the entity has blocked its energy off so that no others can see it.
The color White/Opal is associated with purity, balance, and giving.  If there are flecks of white/opal in the aura, the entity is very pure and giving.  If the aura is entirely white/opal, they are most likely an archangel, as an entire aura cannot be entirely white without the Identity Field being white or opal.
Metallic colors such as Silver, Gold, Emerald, and Sapphire are usually associated with angels as well, as they are specific colors combined with white.  They are probably angels that have specific roles to play.

The past/passed

In review we get to see the whole picture without  the up-close micro cosmic sting that zaps us when it is fresh and right there in your face. I used to resist that, alcohol was helpful, blurring the lines, reducing the hit. Then it made me sick, super sick. So I had to rethink that or suffer. So I changed my way of handling that hit, that sting, that taking it personally issue I had. I learned to own my own feelings and through meditation as opposed to medication, get a bigger picture view of the Whole situation. Then it became manageable. Alcohol no longer needed, although occasionally enjoyed. A way better solution for ME. In review we will get a chance to upgrade our choices and our outcomes, I prefer to do that now instead of waiting. Others will have to simply do it when they are ready. If you want a different outcome it is  time to review the passed/past now. Paper, pen, quiet listening, takes notes, draw pictures and then set it aside for later. You will be so surprised by what you find, and healed by what you see and what you learn about YOU. That's the game, pure and simple, fun for us who know how it works. Thank you Jesus for your skill building as a great listener of the Universe and our Creator, it is very helpful and I for one am very grateful for all you taught!!!!

My childhood friend died

At the age of 2 on Nye St in Hudson, I made a friend. His name was Mike and he lived in the house on the end of our road. I have known him all these years, 54 altogether. In and out my life, the way he was in and out of his life. Alcohol was his life partner, like a real relationship of love and hate, of marriage and divorce and on and off again.  No matter what though, I loved this guy. He was a angel in a human body who could never get his feet on the ground. Hovering above, outside his physical form was where he always would be. It made me smile, sometimes it made me cry, but it never made me angry, only loving him more. He has winged himself now and I feel his joy and my sadness all at the same time. It was quite an adventure, his life here and knowing him was amazing. He taught me many things and for that I will be forever grateful!! Godspeed Michael Kolashinki, I love you very much, and you know that for sure, and we will chat again soon!!

SERVANT OF THE SHEPHERD

I am one of those, so is Michael. Yesterday, he found a church by that name and visited with the boss there. No rules except love, is our philosophy, and seems like this group has similar views. Then out of nowhere, except our dreams. They offered him a position. He was surprised, excited and blessed all at the same time! When he got home, his tires were so pumped up, he could hardly stop talking and smiling. From addiction to suicide to recovery and rebirth, all the old passes away in the light of a love that knows no bounds, he is soaring like the eagle!! I am so proud of my friend, my partner and my love. Never stop trying, your dreams will come true, I promise! Just ask Michael.

fresh and new, just like spring! LIVER FLUSH!

Processing out the old, liver flushing lets go of the old irritants. We all here have been accomplishing that fresh and new thing together. Then we throw in colonics and a light diet, we morph into a happy, healthy, fit and lean new super human, with better eyesight and a super nice disposition. I teach this in my practice and show clients how and when this is appropriate. I have shifted this way before and everytime I do it, it results in something fresh and new. I love the fact that our body can be spring cleaned, like shaking the dusty rugs of our lives. If you are done with the old stuff that no longer serves you in a positive way, this is one way to start fresh and be reborn. Thanks Creator for such a fine and divine design!!

The innocents/innocence

My riders from an inner city school drew that card yesterday. So I explained the innocents. They are YOU I said to them! The children are innocent. I said  to them, that they are not accountable until they are about 15. Up to then, it is the adults in your life who have that job. Nature and her critters, innocent too. Someone must take responsibility for their care and nurturing. If you have a kid in your life, stop expecting them to clean up your mess. Nurture, nourish, and adore them, they will pay you back in spades when the time is theirs. Right now this is YOUR time, and accountability is YOURS. In the end there will be us as one all together and you will be revealed. I know that the innocents are first in line and I will make sure they get there whole and healthy and adored. Are you with me on this????

Prophet/profit

It is the same, those who know the whole truth from beginning to now, are profiting they always have.  Those who have faith in the future of earth, the prophets sharing the good news of "ALL IS WELL AND IMPROVING", WILL NOW. I am a faithful creature, embodied spirit who never gives up and never gives in. I know how to profit/prophet, when to draw and when to fold. You are just as gifted as I am. Open your spirit to the prophets here now and those in the past who foretold of the return of the Christ Consciousness. It is a dimensional shift that we called into reality and we are believing and receiving now and in our beautiful fully conscious and accountable future. It is.

Kids and horses

I had one, I am one, today there will be several match ups here at the ranch. This is a great way to be of service to the greater good. I love horses, I love kids and that is good enough. What do you love, how can you include a kid or someone left out in what you do? My friend Matt does it with snowboarding, he loves it and so do those who he shares it with. Think about how blessed you are and what that would look like to someone who doesn't have what you have or know what you know. SHARING makes this world a way better place! ya think???????

I can fly

I do in my dreams a lot. Today however, I dropped in. Actually down, I came into the water. A boat was there for the pick up and I dried off, put on my boots and here I am fully connected to the Earth again. Funny how our life works. I have stayed above it all for a very long time. I had too, to keep my vision clear and my mind sane. I was given a guardian and for him I am grateful. Now the coast is clear and my partner has grown up and returned to me. We are on the earth to set into motion some amazing things. Hold to your hat as those who have watched over you now drop in and connect with you. This is going to get really interesting, let's get this party started! Namaste'
