42 years ago today

I got married. It was a family I could enjoy, a fresh start, a new neighborhood, and someone who cared about me. It am grateful I took that chance. It taught me a lot of lessons. I wanted a herd/heard. I got one. New friends, and a whole new family. It lasted 20 years. Then it was complete. Each contract we have here has an expiration date. Some sooner than others. No such thing as right or wrong, just right or left. I continue to branch out as each fork in the road of my life expands my world. Choosing right or left, is how we do it on earth. My tree of life is well rounded, and not done growing yet. I have Jessie and Martin and Baby Banks and Carly too adding on, with their choices enhancing my reality! I have my work at the ranch, and the animals that are here as family, also adding on to my growth! Come and join us for a ride, a fire, a consultation or just a glass of cheer!! Making hay while the sun shines

An old saying, that is so spot on I needed to remind you and me. Monday was warm and sunny and we had a golf outing on the mountain. It was perfect. I laughed at the feeling of vacation day energy, since normal Mondays felt different in the old matrix. THEN we said, it is very important to live our days, all as those vacation days. Special, and bonus, and together. What have you been waiting for? It is US! We are the ones we have been waiting for, for the awakening and rescue of human sheep, lost here in fear. There is nothing to fear in the light. I promise when you shine a big warm bright light on things you will see them clearly and courage in the sight of this will be restored. There is NO ONE behind the curtain that can manipulate you now. Rip it off, shine the big bright light of your life on it and then, be free to be the ONE you have always wanted to MEET! This is our time to shine, see you on the mountain, making hay!!!

Towards or away

There are two ways to live. One is awake and active and moving toward a goal or destination. The other is always looking back, or over your shoulder, moving away from something wrong or broken or scarey. It is taught. Your lessons should bring you the VIEW of where and what is next in the light of who and how you are. Take a moment and decide. Is is still up ahead or will those passed/past situations and people still keep you moving? Be in the moment of truth, and then MAKE YOUR MOVE!

the world needs those who are ready willing able to be of assistance to the planet and her children. show up! we have a lot to do. and yes we need you.

Are you are system breaker?

I am. Always was that way, even as a small child. I dared to say NO! I took my licks, and it never stopped me from my truth. People have their limits, I do not really have too many at all when it comes to my health, my happiness and yup, even my horses. I know what works for me. I stick to it and then I stick with it. I love to play outside, so that is how I live. Today, consider all that you truly love. WHO, HOW, WHERE, WHEN and HOW LONG will be the considerations. Adjust your life accordingly. Pluto is going backwards for awhile, so take advantage of a natural and easy reconstruct.

Moon-dancers

My horses live by the light of the MOON. The sugar of the earth rises into the blade of the grass during the daylight. That is when NOT to eat it, let it grow. It is when our work is done here. We ride, we play outside in the sunshine, we do our best work in the SUNDANCE of the day. In the night, the moon rises, the sugar recedes, the grass is still sweet but not deadly. It goes quiet here/here. Then the moondance of the stars and the fairies and the animals begins. My horses are the guardians of that dance. They graze freely in that light of the Divine Feminine Energy of that MOON. Like the Mother, who feeds her child, the best of what she has to give, the Earth Mother feeds her children. When the Sun God returns, the warriors awaken with a zeal, an energy, and a job to do! Mount up humans, your horses are fed, and ready to carry you into your task for the day. AIN'T it GRAND?? The balance of our world, and the beauty of it, not lost, simply not taught. WELL, lesson learned for today! MOON DANCERS in the corral again, for the morning, ready to go! See ya on the trail!

fitness is a state of mind

that becomes a the state of the body. When you are clear and balanced, in the work, play, sleep schedule, the eat and drink arenas, and the fresh air and unfiltered sunlight choices, you begin to become fit. Spend your time in nature and she will show you a way of cycles and balances that are here to stay and free for the taking. In the vision I have of creating the bridge to the health you deserve, I teach those factors again and again. Know your blood type and follow it's food needs. Good vehicles need the best, highest quality fuel possible, or they will age and fall apart if you use the fuel meant for a different group. I can eat very little sugar, so I do not. I am better, fitter, funnier and more alive with vegetables, protein and fats. A little fruit goes a long way for me. I need lots of sun, lots of music and lots of kids and critters to keep me interested. When I surround myself with that, I move into super health and happy days. Welcome to my world! Clear the decks

As I drove through the countryside yesterday I saw a lot of OLD. OLD junk was everywhere. This is the chance to let it all go. Call someone, they are close by and needing something to do. Neighborhoods are waking up to ONE ANOTHER finally and co-creating a new reality. Clean up has begin. Solar is back, spring is here in Wisconsin. A community garden is being tilled. Even those who do not know can help, kids, elderly, non-nature folks. What ever you do, do it now and do it well. What ever you possess, use it or give it away. This is the time to update and upgrade, clean up and start fresh. I look forward to the new earth, and I have a front row seat for the show. YOU DO TOO! Enjoy the new programs.

Bubble of me

I live in a bubble. It is mine to manage. It is mine to clean and keep clear. It is mine to polish and effervesce. I am aware that is takes effort. It hides NO-THING. The cloudy days and dark times passed long ago from my bubble. It is the energy of my existence here, seen moving about the planet. Some see it as a celebration, others see it as a healer, others see it as a rebel and then, there is the one who sees it as the GRANDMOTHER. That is the bubble I currently am learning to exist within. Look within, see yourself in your bubble. It is your safe space that no one can enter without your consent. Children are in their parent's bubble until they are 18. Then they are launched into a chance to create the bubble of their choice. It is a 9 years adventure of co-creating an adult life. At age 27, you are fully winged and free and floating about. Developing self is the gift of emancipation. Accountability first, then ability comes into being. LOOK at YOU. It reflects off the inside of your bubble. Seeing others is only through your eyes and your filters and through the wall of your bubble. SO look only at YOUR SELF. Are you the ONE you would love to be with?? Answer your own destiny. Hooking your bubble to that of another, well, you better think long and hard about who you choose to share that journey with. YOU have a great capacity to do all of the above things, over and over again. Which is your favorite? The energy you receive is processed and the energy you emit is your experience and alignment and how you set it into motion. I see this with happy attracting good and light and with sad or angry repelling good and light. It is a decision we must all make now. WHO ARE YOU? How are you, we ask and you will need to answer. ALL is seen and all will be accounted for. GET ready, it is going to be awesome.

Vacate your past/passed

If it is time, vacate that which you have in your past/passed. Let it go. I know we are conditioned to carry the wait/ weight of those who came before us, especially if the issues were unresolved. The sins of father and all that....! Re-view it and then move into re-leasing it. Let someone else take their turn at a solution. Vacations are for the reason of vacating something. Your work, your responsibilities, your chores, your frustrations, your family or friends or neighbors. Vacating a pressing issue, lets the pressure ease up. When it gets a chance to breathe, you do the same. Solutions come with the breath of fresh air, the freedom to sit and consider, and the moments of revelation that offer a new view of you. This time of enforced vacation should be a great gift. See it as time to re-consider all that you have, do and have become. If you love it, tell it, hug it, love it up. If you do not, leave it out of your future. This is about forgiveness. Debts are paid when both parties say enough now. Be free, be very clear, vacate loss, less, and lack and the strife you feel when it is in your life. Next vacation will be a chosen one, this one was chosen for you as a gift and chance at seeing and freeing a new way of being. Good bye old ways, you were fun while it lasted. Hello new world, I am happy to greet you! Life is good. See you on the back of a horse, on at the beach, or on the mountain. That's life living like I love it!

Healing the women of earth

As one of those people (womb-man) I get to have a point of view. So here it is. Told by others not like us, then sold a line of cover ups, subjects of less or lack or loss, women are ready to be raw and revealed and they are raring to get going. They are not going to wait for permission any longer. Permission to speak, show up, look natural, laugh out loud, make their own self the priority. To spend what they need to be what they need. I know women abused, neglected, trafficked, abandoned, disrespected, raped, and silenced. My friend Mary said to me " MEN are cunning.". I said so what do you want to do about that now? She said, sisters healing sisters is a good start. Grandmothers are appearing on the planet with the power that is ready to share. Indigenous women, with the courage and strength, and wisdom and willingness to help other women. Being forced to give up a child, daycare or orphanage, the time has come for those mothers to be who they need to be. YOU know who you are, and we know who they are. Time to band together, book clubs are cool, healing circles should also be offered. We are the WOMB - man, and we will heal the healers. Flower remedies heal the broken spirit

As a trainee long ago, I learned the broken spirit was the slowest and deepest to heal. Spirits are broken, stolen, altered, raped and even left for dead on this planet. It happens over and over, the result is dis-ease. A nervous junkie can result. Someone looking on the outside for what was to be developed on the inside from age 0-18. I watched Indian Horse, the movie and know this truth as a pass down from my Grandmother Ruth Culbertson/Anderson. She saved her children from the boarding school by quietly living among the whites. The WHITE direction is the FIRE element. She was an EARTH Mother. It caused dis-ease. My white Grandfather became blind, in his own dis-ease, and she became religious and noisey and critical. I knew flowers were helpful, and then I learned later, that those flower remedies could truly start a healing that would be complete. Also that no healing would be complete without this. You can change your body if you change your mind, you must first recover your spirit. It comes in the ether of your essence, your birth and your breath bear it. It is why animals sniff! Full disclosure

read clearly in and by the light. Your aura and it's heat, thermographically charted, and the colors of it aurically photographed, your breath and it's scent, sent out as a signal of your being. YOUR voice and it's words creating your next reality. Are you light, bright, fresh, clear, resonant, and energetic? If you are not then repellant you, repels life here, happy and healthy. If you are out of sync, balance, beauty, and energy, you are repelling life here. If you have people in your life sphere that make you less than who you know you are, hungover, or depressed, or broke, or broken, you are repelling life here. Truth is full disclosure, see and say it. No one but you can change it. Find the camera, the healing begins with a clear picture of you. ONLY YOU, can upgrade the sphere of life you control. baby steps

Little tiny feet moving in one direction carefully now. Choose something that you are good at, that comes easily, that you can afford. DO IT! SHARE IT! BE SUPER PROUD OF IT! Awakened yet?

It is that time, the alarms are sounding and you are being told to awaken. Accountability is yours, no longer will there be an elite group in charge. Your time, your energy, your resources and your gifts are being awoken to the new age of unity. Family is the law, neighborhoods, farms, organizations, together in that awakening. The old elite are gone, the religious, the political, the medical, the militant, the legal and the insurance that leverages them all are gone! You will have access to your own assurance that you are capable of administering. No 10% to be saved, no 33% to have rights to thrive, no 50% or more to take you down or back a notch or tell you that you, unworthy will not be saved. YOU, heart and soul, are the one you will account to in this lifetime. I went to college for a minute long ago. They told me I could, as a women, study there to be a teacher, a social worker or a nurse. I decided to become a swimming instructor. Then I became all of those things together in my work as a Naturopathic Physician. I became awakened to the power and the ability of accounting to Source directly about that connection to my heart and home here on Earth. Many have interceded for humanity for now. You have the ability to be here, loved and respected, and cared about. Wake up to this reality, reach out to others in laughter and community. Agree to disagree, and allow, align to and appreciate this new way on this new day!!!

Learning to be/bee ONE who is HERD/HEARD

A herd/heard, I have one, horses are here/hear at Hawk's Ridge Ranch in Hudson Wisconsin. Learning to communicate clearly on all levels and in all circumstances, came with that heard/herd. I got my family, my exercise, I got my audience, I got my ears all tuned in, and then, I got people from all over the world to be a part of this. I got healthy, addicted, incarcerated, toxic, disabled, troubled and ill people to be with and in my heard/herd. Some benefited greatly. Mostly I DID! Listening and also being herd/heard were amazing for me and my reality/realty. I am now going to teach it to those wanting to BE ONE WHO IS HEARD/HERD. Three day workshops will begin in June. I look forward to hearing what you have to say, it is now time for anyone who wants to be HEARD/HERD be that! We all came for a reason, let's talk about it. Seeing...

my land, my critters, my fences, my buildings, is all there for me from my perch. As I looked out today a beaver came to us. Bouncing around in the pasture and then up the trail my skis, and my horses and the deer use. It was amazing. The beaver animal totem signifies that the beaver people are an industrious lot. They like the notion of teamwork because it makes work easier. They love the idea of close family relationships. Also, they encourage each other in the sense of hard work. The pond is across the street and down the way a bit. I wondered about the sighting, then I knew to check the totem and that I was being encouraged. Use you vision, your sightings, your intuition, then check the totem. The Earth Mother speaks and to those who watch, listen and learn, the lessons are now all being seen/scene. Happy Ishtar, the sun is here and the day promises teamwork and family, two of my favorite sites/sights to see.

Trust an inside job

Who do you trust? How do you trust? What were you taught to trust? Violated again and again with slick salesmanship - preachers, politicians, teachers, supervisors, scout leaders, and the list goes on. If you are in the place where your violations are still pulsing with in, today is a good day to write them down and burn them in the fire of forgiveness, sharing your notes with the wind. I learned who not to trust as a child, the adults in my world had their own trust issues. When I told them what mine were I was told that they were not pertinent and that was that. If I squawked about it I was hit in to the middle of the next week. I had to process that later by not hitting anyone or anything ever. Trust was a long lesson, it still remains in need of exercise every day. I needed to know when I felt something it was real, for me to deal with it. Then I learned to offer it in a prayer and learn about it in a meditation, and then I wrote it in a book and kept it for reference. Start with the inside story of YOU, trust your truth, and your memory. Get a notebook and takes notes, trust that the story of your life is non-fiction and well worth the experience. Save it or burn it, letting it out is how you can see it for real, and there is where we begin again. Trust me, I will trust you too.

Libra Full Moon Harmony is the calling

Balance, justice, and humanitarian effort are all included. It is so necessary, to use all the leverage you can to set this in to motion. I grew up in a house of conflict, and lots of drama. I learned to navigate that in a way that few knew. I went backwards first. I turned to my family of my origin, in my dreams, in my meditations and in my heart. I asked questions, and went on many journeys to find the data I needed to restore harmony in my own life. I got as long look at a lot of history. Mine and humanity's. I knew where I came in, and how long I have been involved with the Earth story. I even came back for now, as did my daughters. We know we are old, and we know we are part of the new earth. A future looms before us, with a story untold. Harmony, is a key need for us to thrive

. This full moon dumps gallons of that awareness on us. Stand and receive that knowledge. Put away anything that blocks that flow. YOU are worth it, and we all need one another now. Namaste'

Feeling BOMBARDED?

Like missiles, arrows, bombs and bullets, pictures and words bombard humans. The damage is everywhere on every level of being. It is easy to see if energy is your vision, it is easy to correct if love and light are your tools. It is a time for peace, unity and harmony, in cooperating with those you feel you can trust. All others must be abandoned. Turn off the bad news. Whether it comes from a box, an ear plug or another person. SMILE. Reach out. The waves that are controlling you are controllable. YOU are the receiver and the transmitter. LOOK in the mirror. Be the one you would and could love most. It is the place of your super power, your inner knowing. Find that knowing in the quiet of a meditation, or the calling out of a prayer. In a meal with others, community is natural and energetic. It is abundance and companionship. Start your garden, get your game on, tell your fireside stories, share your history, and let's move through this quickly. You are being guided upward, to the light and warmth of a new world. See it, bee/be in it. Find a hive you fit in with that shares your vision and your passion. Encourage one another, and when you feel bombarded, let it move right on through you. DO NOT try to analyze it, stop it, or hold it, or even believe it was real. Just let it pass. BREATHE and believe, and we will all soon be through to the other side of this lesson. Open to receive...LIGHT LOVE LAUGHTER LIFE

I teach - Stand in the light of GOD and tell me you are.Seeing the whole truth and no-thing but the truth, so help me GOD, is the OATH I swear. Seeing the light as a child, fade to grey and fly away, effected me intensely. Watching my Father exhale and expire, effected me, I was just 2 at the time. I had not learned to say much yet. Yet seeing was easy. I see light, and shades and colors matter. I help those who wish to change, by identifying blockages, or darkness. Fingers, toes and teeth were the starting places of my job as an energy reader of bio-energetic testing. Sometimes that is as far as I got with someone. There are 4,000 places I can read on the human body. So I say, Stand in the Light of God and tell me who you are, what you need and what you want and what you hear/here now. I can then tell you where the blockage is. Simple. YOU TOO, can do this. Lie down in a safe quiet space. Ask for an energetic scan. Let the Light you love, speak to your heart. Listen carefully with the love you brought to earth as your anchor. Say ... I love me, I love this opportunity to learn and grow, and change and share those changes. Simple. Now do it, raise the resonance and countenance of your energy by simply allowing light, love, laughter and life eternal. Simple? and free!

Do You Hear What I Hear?

Keep it simple, silly! I don't like the word stupid, it gives people a chance use it not to be accountable, it is an excuse, not a reason. This time is for reasoning. There are 12 angles that I teach in the wellness world. I start with 3 when you see me. Sometimes I add one or two more. The longer you employ me the more I offer. If you have taken classes, you know more. If you traveled with me, more still. If you became my friend, I told you almost everything. I am that open book person. It is the reasoning, the willingness to be accountable and of service. It is that simple. If you are in the light, and love what you do, how you act, the way you look, you are simply part of the solution. Being balanced, agreeing to disagree, finding fortune not fault in all we do here. All those are a simple way to be of service. You do not have to be religious, or self sacrificing, or rich or famous. You need to be you, simply YOU, and then you can share the KISS of life and love and family. Keep it simple silly, we are going to get through this and I will be there at the JUBILEE! With a big kiss for everyone.

Feelin' LUCKY?

Lucky is defined as ng, bringing, or resulting from good luck: "you had a very lucky escape" synonyms fortunate, in luck, blessed, blessed with good luck, favored, born under a lucky star, charmed, successful, prosperous, happy, advantaged, born with a silver spoon in one's mouth, informal:jammy, providential, fortunate, advantageous, timely, opportune, serendipitous, expedient, heaven-sent, auspicious, propitious, felicitous, convenient, apt, chance, fortuitous, accidental, unexpected, unanticipated, unforeseen, unlooked-for, coincidental, informal:fluky. Being seen, being watched over, checked on, guarded, guided, and included. Those are the lucky ones! If you are one of the lucky ones, do the same for someone else not so lucky. This is a time of transformation, upgrading the experience, the seating, the benefit package, the light on! I am one of the lucky ones and I have always known that. I came to keep the luck going. Humanity deserves our love and attention, be human now, and add in some stellar light too. Thank you Creator for a chance to shine! We all deserve to be so LUCKY!

Love the world now

It is injured, damaged, overwhelmed and alone in the universe. It was almost nuked. It has been poisoned, neglected and potentially left for dead. When we allowed the non-human ranks to move in and take over, we became separate from the love of the light. Secrets and shadows hid the truth. We knew we were being fooled, yet we did not know how to stop it. When the hair went up on the back of my neck, I knew I had to try something different. I was young and energetic. I called out the Universe and I heard in the distants/distance - my relatives. Angels, ancestors and aliens answered back. We love the world you live in, we will help, but it is up to humanity, so why don't you help them. SO I DID the best could. Now it is time to love the world, whether it is small to you or large, close or far away. No more complaining, no more giving in to fear or loss. We need to unify in the light of love, and take back this Mother Earth that we are here to be with. Today I will think about that, as I am alone here with her and the fourleggeds. I hope you do that too. The ball is in your court, wanna play? My world does, balls and all!! Start with love. Your pets, your yard, your self, you're worth it.

No more need to stay in the old ways. I have chosen to leave them as I journey on here. I believe in magic, I always have. It is called faith. Belief in things... UN-seen/scene. STEP INTO THE LIGHT, if it is an upward step, more the better. If it is your normal, be grateful, your effort has been noticed, accepted and replicated. If it is not there yet, hold the vision that you are worth it, you are. Be loved, be alive, be safe and know that for sure. Infinite and eternal are the forever words, for now, accept GRACE.
