The Carbon Footprint

What is that and why does it keep coming up?

Because it is the legacy of the 20th century.

Our world is our Mother and our home and we treat it like we treat our bodies, like they are indestructible. Put in garbage and just let it stay there, accumulating over time, then we are surprised when we get fat or sick or tired or die a lot sooner then we expected.

Some people are angry when I tell them their diet has to improve to a natural healthy and preferably organic diet to get their body back. Pop, cigs, additives, flavors, sugars, preservatives, alcohol, stuff like corn curls ( Made of what?),all add up in the body, layer upon layer. It not only causes a size increase but a toxic load is like a dirty river, full of sludge and debris. Without a clean up and a clean fresh source of food and water and good program of body movement, and pure fresh air and sunshine, it will lock up and back up and then that is when the expiration comes.

Then comes the toxic attitude. The critical, short fused, negative attitude. YUK!!!

Once the body begins to break apart instead of cleaning it up, we throw in drugs, fillings, or we radiate it to somehow get control of an uncontrollable condition. Then we wonder we feel and look worse and die younger and more insane then we ever were.

People are scared and sick and crazy and depressed, not to mention just plain ugly looking and acting. That is not how our Mother wanted our life or her life to be. She wants the clean river, the beautiful flowing pristine river, energetic and life giving. To get it you have to get after it all on your own. No one else can do it for you, to you or at you, it is up to you. If you are lonely or sad or sick or just confused find a naturopath or other health consultant to help you set up a program. This is TOO FUN to miss, days filled with love, laughter and light, singing and dancing and playing are what your Mother would want for you! Get after it!
