Today just be... THANKS- GIVING...

In the alignment of love, you must be love. Thanksgiving is for love. Love of life, family, friends, food, and creating an opportunity to share it, however you can. Humanity is in need of communion. Wine and bread, with those of like mind, and also with those, in need. I offered and that is good enough for me. I need it, so I accept. Snap a photo and share with someone something lovely, make a call and share with someone something lovey, say a prayer to someone and share something lovely that way too, all things that will make THANKSGIVING live up to it's great opportunity - of giving thanks by sharing. The story of the story-teller

Jupiter in my chart gives me a larger perspective than others. It is my sun and moon, so nothing is ever behind me, neither day nor night. All things visible, all things seen and adored by me. Wierd, or lame, perfect or not, I love this planet and all that I see here/hear. SO then, I say what I see. As a child it made me annoying to those who didn't want to be scene/seen. And certainly not outed, by a sayer, a story-teller, a mere child. As a physician, and a teacher, it gives me a great way to share my vision and my version of what healing looks like, and what is missing, and what is messing things up. Use your favorite words

We all have FAVORITES. Flavors, tv shows, people, hobbies, and the list goes on and on. You also have a favorite or lucky number and letter. I like A's and L's and S's. So when I use the words I choose, they are favorites too. Love, light, luck, laughter, and LIVE and in person are a few of those words!!! The power of the WORD, the intention it is winged with and the direction it is pointed and shot at, is critical, in a good way, or it can be critical in a hurtful way too. I am a Sagittarius Sun and Moon, all day and all night I breathe fire, I ride horses, I shoot arrows. That is my truth, my astrology and my life here. LUCKY for us, I am Libra Rising. YOUR allowance

In life we are given allowances. Some are financial, some are intellectual, some are energetic, some are relational. It is our chance to use what we are given to the highest benefit of our life. I have always had a little more than I needed. I knew I would live that way because there was a lack in other circustances of this lifetime I live growing up without my father here with me. I knew that I would be gifted with the opportunity to share those allowances with others, so I do that. Horses and health are my big ticket items. Then comes the time when alignment is offered. It occurs between the ages of 18 and 27. True alignment keeps us on the road, balanced, and smiling as we choose to live in the light with the allowance we already have. I have waited for an next alignment to the elder part of this lifetime. Then Mr. Banks came along, my grandson, and I felt the alignment present itself. KIDS!! I love kids, I want them safe, secure, encouraged and understood. I believe they deserve health and support and 2 parents involved all the days of their childhood. I see them shipped off, dropped out, left behind and told they are a burden way too many times. I have seen them hit, screamed at, drugged and told over and over they were in the way, too loud, too seeing of what was going on, too, too, too. The allowance we bring from the Stars, is light and love. KIDS have a ton of that allowance. To extinguish that fire is not in alignment with the Source who created us and loves us all the SAME!! TODAY use your full allowance to support an alignment that is true to YOU. If feels good. THEN you will appreciate!! That is the gift of the elders, appreciation for all that we have brought, learned and will leave behind.

DE - liver us from dis - ease please

Surprises around the bend

In the offering of light and life here, nothing is more fun than a SURPRISE! It makes you laugh out loud, it gets your motor running, it makes looking forward to the next thing - HAPPEN! People have stopped looking forward, and being excited about it. I like to live like everyday is my birthday or christmas or go to river day or get a new puupy day or go to the mountain to ski day. It is a state of being alive, awake and ready for anything, especially a SURPRISE! I believe you will love the surprises coming our way. Earth is in line for a huge upgrade of surprising energy. THAT means we get the benefits that SHE gets. Lots who are not in touch with NATURE will be surprised! I think we all will be. Enjoy the magic, trust me when I say, we earned, we really did. Freedom Horse

In my blood and in my bones is a love for horses. I know them to be swift, strong, beautiful and they raise my vision up from the 5'5" that I stand at to over 8 feet tall. It is like climbing up the ladder, or sitting in the tree house of life. My life is gifted with freedom from this world I feel when I am up on their backs. I use that pure feeling of freedom and expanded vision to see in the distants/distance. To me, that would be ancestors, angels and aliens. I know that they care about this world, and I offer their input in my work here. A vision quest, a freedom horse ride, and YOU, are coming to the ranch here called Hawk's Ridge Ranch. Another child died...

My friend lost his son. Another child died. There are lots left to love and lift up and laugh out loud with. If you have hurt a child, abandoned a child, abused a child, or even simply ignored or shushed a child. The time to remedy that is NOW! Our Earth is innocent. She is like a loving child, with her willingness to try again and again even though she has been neglected and abused. Kids are the same way. Hit after hit, and they still want a hug. TAKE a breath now. CONFLICT creates more CONFLICT and children die. Conflict creates DIS-EASE!! Inner and outer do incredible damage. I have a career because of that reality. In my old age, the tracker with the detector that I have been is ending her search. I did it and I did it with love for me, my family and my planet. The future is to make sure, that before another child dies, they KNOW that they are valuable, beautiful, wanted and will be missed when they are gone again. PLEASE find that child and tell them so. IT MAY BE the ONE still inside of YOU!

The HEART is a muscle, use it or lose it

When we weight/wait...it slows... then it goes to sleep... then unkindled...it leaves this world forever. Weighting/waiting for the HEART to sing is the slow way home. The songs are there/their for the reason of being HUMAN. In your heart is a purpose for YOUR life humming it's tune. The front of it broadcasts outward to the world. Women nurture with their songs. Mens pound their chests and are to DO SOMETHING BIG with theirs/there's. THERE'S something out of balance when men stop doing something with their big chests and capable energy and the song of their heart becomes impossible to hear/here, the fire goes out in their hearts. When women do not nurture, they do not create that field of love in their own heart. AND that flames flickers and dies. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY< NO ONE ELSE's! It is a muscle and it must be used, or you will lose it all together. It could be as simple a pet, borrow one if you cannot have one all the time or help at a shelter, a garden, a child or elderly person, a neighbor or a co-worker could DO your heart good too. I find that music and coffee first thing in the morning get my heart started! Kind words of greeting, puppies and kitties speaking for their breakfast also get me up and smiling. Volunteer, on a schedule, for a reason to sing out loud with your heart. Patty, Lana, John, Rebecca, Gary and Mike, show up at the ranch and make my heart sing and theirs too, when the ponies need care, or the tipi needs to go up or down. Survival of the fittest is happening right NOW. Your heart is the key! Weak Lungs are about being sad or grieving a loss, they must be strong to give the air to the heart fire. Breathe deep, stand in the light of the dawn, and declare your heart's song today. Love is all there is, and you have lots to give! Tell someone your love them and see how your heart fires up!

As we proceed now...

Find the intuition buried deep within. It is your inner child, and your inner star person, your inner self love and the guide you long to have access to and need desperately. It is mystical, magical, accurate and as honest for you as it gets. Hair goes up on the back of your neck, your intuition is warning you of negative energy, not conducive to healing, happiness, or your health. Move away from that, make no excuses, JUST LEAVE. Kids taught to be intuitive stay safe, kids overruled by dogmatic or undereducated adults dart like scared rabbits, and that's when they get HIT! A dog using it's sensory energy, it's intuitive nature, knows where the CARS are!! A dog overloaded with commands, does not use it's own senses as easily. Humans are the same. Using your sensory system, your intuition will guard and guide you. STAY SAFE, and be confident and happy about the fact that you have a gift, AND you are are using it. Proceed with light, love and laughter lighting your way, INTUITIVELY I know you will.

Releasing trauma

Human trauma creates dis-ease. It manifests in many forms. Illness, or injury are the result of imbalance. Trauma is the cause. What is the source? Fear. When you are a baby, those front teet anchor in the feeling of sercurity, love, and nourishment. Those are memory chips of the highest communication, front and center, almost from the git go

. Disturbing that confirmation of life here, creates an imbalance of fear. Fear is the opposite of love, and creates the source of separation. It is the reason to feel out of balance. It produces fight or flight, causing dis-ease. A baby with a dis-ease is lot of work. THAT work is the parent's responsibility. Mother is the key up to age 9, then Father is the next one in line to be the responsible that human's next step, then at 18, the being, uses that root system to grow a tail, a pair, a stabilizing third connection, consisting of home, career and family. BY MAGIC 27, a job done well results in a lifetime of stability, support, joy and production. Think about that. If you need to start over with your life, come ride with me, a horse is a great healer, and re=learning balance results in great love, releasing trauma in a good and solid way.

Allowing is over now

It is time for alignment. The spine, get one! Get it strong and flexible. Grow up and show up. Conflict and criticism not helping, so quit, anything and anyone who offers argument, wave them off. Fix what is broken in YOU! Balance the deficit in YOU. We are ready for 2021!!! The 5 it adds up to is the change we all waited to be a part of!

Own it

If you love it - own it. I love my health - SO I OWN IT. I love my work, - SO I OWN IT. I love my animals - SO I OWN THEM. When you own something, you take care of it. Your love and attention are fully required to maintain it. If you leave it, let it go so it can find another one to own it and care about it. Dumping it is allowing another to take ownership. To make something or someone my own, I must allow, align and appreciate that choice. ALL parts of ownership must be honored. Self - first, so Look like an owner, act like an owner, be as passionate and present as any owner can be. YOU MUST PRIORITIZE CARE and WELL FARE! IN the ownership of light, of love, of purpose, and a reason to be here on Earth at this time, celebrate the opportunity to be an owner of something so rare and precious.The gifts are every where, and someone has to own them, or they will disappear. OWN IT ALL NOW!!

BROAD CAST

When the world opens her doors, her heart, her arms to her children, be ready to receive. Humans are tired, and sick, and sad, and suicidal. I see it, and I deal with it the way I know how. Earth was separated from the Divine and now she is reunited. It took us, to love our lives, our children's lives, and our planet, to raise the vibration enough to link in. NOW it begins with me and for me, and this beautiful life. I see the beauty in walking in and with nature. I teach it for the healing of the broken bodies, broken hearts, and lost souls that show up here. I turn few out that remain lost. There is a vision of love here, a healing that starts here, that opens to door to self. Then they go get the job done. Only when they are ready to stand up and clean up and be a part of the beauty seen/scene are they invited to return. We are here/hear listening to needs of the people, and answering with the truth we know/no. Limits are offered to the world forced on our children, where they are separated from the love of their familiy, and the life lived in LOVE!! Safe, secure, and in peace now we proceed. C A R E ? ? ?

Well care, self care, health care, day care, industries that are vital to this world. In an effort to be of service, first you must care, period. YOUR care of YOUR self, must be the 1st on your list for you to have enough overflowing to care in the other ways needed. Words mean little, action and evidence are everything. Tough love leaves care to the one who appears to have stopped caring. I see it my practice as a Naturopathic Physician, in my horse therapy programs with the addicted and the recently incarcerated. In relationships that rely on me, instead of US. I see those who drop their junk off, or on some one else, or the ground in front of them, without thinking that someone else will need to pick it up. We are not the ones who save you even though we care. That caring human angel already showed that way of caring. Today with me, in paradise, I will be, with those who CARE!

One with all things great and small

As a human, the feeling being separate is prepetuated constantly. Sized up from birth, categorized and filed where I am convienient those who lord this world it begins at the beginning. If you make too much noise, there are options that can muffle or even silence you. I fought for the right and the left, to be able to be Alternative and Holisitic Physicians. Spiritual, physical, and emotional support can come from choices other than drugs or surgery. Your right to life as you see and need it, is sanctioned by a Higher Authority, WHO gave you the right to CHOOSE. I tap into that daily and all night long. It is my choice. It covers me when I am cold, it strengthens me when I am weak, it energizes me when I am tired, and it supports me when I can no longer support myself. The greatest gift I get from above is the happiness and health it offers by overlighting me with the need and desire to live free and wild, on an organic farm with animals and land and fairies and guardian angels. TODAY as you decide many things, feel FREE to choose LOVE< LIGHT and laughter. You will be blessed, and healed and will walk in beauty all the days of your life, as a gift from the AUTHORITY of the CREATIVE SOURCE that is the GREAT I AM THAT I AM> cuz YOU ARE one with all things great and small, so be great!

What makes us tick?

Lineage is electric. DNA is alive and rotating and dictating and upgrading constantly. It is why there is so much interest. It offers a memory chip to be activated and brought into consciousness. In the first 18 years of life humans are in need of the family and it's his-tory. Explained and honored for what it was helps the child decide what is worth repeating and what must be healed. In my life, my family did not offer those lessons, and it took me a long time to gather the data ticking me off. I am a health, happiness and horse woman, it is my lineage, it ticks through my DNA, and I live it in love with it. The hanging of my family, the loss of my father, and the hidden history is all being processed into love, and light. The Dakota 38 plus 2 movie is for me to remember.
