Relieving Depression

Your body is yours and yours alone to live in and with. If you do not know how to take care of it, it will sadden and ultimately break down. Depression is always first! If you ignore it, poison it or abuse it in anyway, it will sadden. It has it's own brain that is in community and connection with yours, but it is it's own energy also. Feed it, correctly and at the right times with the right blood type, whole, organic single ingredient food, never miss breakfast, which is before 9 am!!!! Always rest when it is tired, and never stay up past 11 pm unless it is for an extraordinary reason, Rise with the son/sun. Say a mantra or prayer of gratitude and begin to move. Clean up, you and your space, Your body is watching, Speak only positive words, your body is listening. Listen only to good happy uplifting music and programming. You are on the other receiving end of your body's response to all of those things. If you do not like fear, then do not scare yourself ever! If you do not like anger, be kind. If you do not  like, slow, fat or dumb, then read, move and enjoy it with those of like mind! It is YOU, and you deserve you, whatever you ,accept you get. Now get going! Start loving this body, it is the ONLY ONE you get, and YES you will be scored on how you handled it!!
