Mineral connections

You are made of minerals, so am I. To maintain proper mineral balance you must put them back into your bodies just as you would do to the soil in your garden. You are a garden so to speak. Variety in every part of you, needing different minerals to be in fine working order. If you are not energetic enough or immune enough or fit and lean enough, check your minerals, they may be lacking or out of balance. It is the very reason I have no mercury fillings in my mouth, the imbalance they created in my thyroid and other parts of my body was awful and threw me way off balance. I couldn't absorb the right minerals with the toxic ones blocking the receptors. My temperature was too low, anything below 98.6 degrees allows other issues like Lymes disease to take a hold and never go away.

Your balance is your responsibility. My job is to enlighten you about things that you may not be aware of. Putting poison in your mouth is lethal, mercury is poison, so is fluoride. I do not care what big business says - it is harmful in any amount and I do not want to deal with it in my beautiful body ever again. I do not care if someone doesn't care either, that is their risk, but if you do care, get the facts and do the clean up!! Risking my life at this stage of the game seems silly to me, risking the life of a child seems heinous.

DAMS is a non-profit organization dedicated to the education of people about Amalgam toxicity and other oral health issues, they share very scientific research for those of you who like that sort of thing and for the rest of us, they really know their facts.

You are what you eat and every time you chew on a mercury filling you swallow ethyl and methyl mercury vaporizing from your fillings. It never ever stops!! Mental health issues plague dentists with the overload of mercury in their environment, as a matter of record they commit suicide more than any other professional, look it up. You are a compilation of your words and actions!!

Are you rich and beautiful and happy and radiant??? Are you healthy and fit and energetic???

You are a cluster of you, all that you have said and done is YOU!! You becoming you and you also becoming Me and All becoming ONE!!

The Oneness that we know is out there begins with you. Nature is YOU, weather is YOU TOO. Your kids are you. Money is you and I am YOU.

A client said to me yesterday, you do not look 53, you are so young looking and happy and smiling. I said thank you and then said it's what you project that you see in me. You are young and healthy and happy too. I reflected to him the good news of his wants and desires. I can reflect the crap too. I can make thunder and lightening when someone gets it going in my space - I will reflect it so dramatically it has often times become a real storm. We have seen the storms in and around the choices and behaviors of those in this world, haven't we???

Today practice being the you you would be proud of in every way. Your looks, your words, your diet, your exercise, your wit and your compassion and generosity. Be in every sense of the word - PERFECT. As a creation of Creator, be Creative.

Remember the Legend it is YOURS!

For a long time I knew I would write a book and have worked on it on and off for the past few years. It is about the Legends of our Lives. I am my own legend and it took me 50 years to remember the whole thing. I got bits and pieces in dreams and memories and met helpers along the way who threw in their memories of me. I go back a long way, so do you. The Universe has wanted us to remember us for a long long time and now I believe that time is here.

Nothing is more interesting than knowing the Self. The details are facinating and inspiring, the knowledge of who you are, where you came from and the knowing of how it all works together here on Earth is life giving in every way. No secrets, no lost or left behind, only truth and the love of all the details. Being secure with your gifts, abilities, preferences and choices is the way it should be. I do not need anyone that I don't ask offering me help or guidance or even an opinion. I simply do not need to spend time on that. If I ask then the door opens and the flow begins.

If you ask me I can tell you if I want to or not. I have choices there too. I do not need to give in to your needs or wants or your bullying. You can't take my time or my money or my energy away if I say NO. Let's get that straight. No or yes - it comes from you. Look to your legend, the key in the corner of the map of you. Then decide and do what works for you, this will annoy others for awhile but soon the respect and offers will start coming your way. It BEGINS with you, know YOURSELF first!!!! Edgar Cayce readings now

When I was sick a long time ago, I looked into the readings of Edgar Cayce. He was a trans - channel, who could give information from a higher perspective using an open channel with no judgement or criticism, just information. He walked with a foot in both worlds, the energy of the Eagle and the Hawk and the Wolf. Some say he was a mystic, others were scared of him, many found the answers they were seeking in his channelings. To this day those transcripts reveal many helpful truthes to many needy people.

It is very much like what I do. I hadn't considered that before today. He took a different tact to assist humans in their time of need. He used his gift to be of service to many many people. His views were usable and sometimes very simple, his life was dedicated to it.

I am glad to be of service to others in that way too. I love sharing my views of healing and wellness. My experiences have lead me to a different way of healing then the norm and I cherish what I have learned and what I can give to others. I tape all my first visits and maybe someday they will become a book like Edgar Cayce's books and help more then just the few who find me. We'll see won't we???

Last but not least - butterflies emerging

Many have felt trapped, that's what they tell me. In a body that doesn't work, in a family that doesn't understand, in a world of conflict and chaos and in a life that has only questions and not answers. More debt than money, more problems than solutions.

People are just now emerging from the sleepy Rip Van Winkle time and they are a little freaked out. Many of adult age are making themselves sick over it. Some of the folks out there have almost lost hope, some others are just angry and crabby and then there are the scared ones that think the sky is falling and the world will never be right again.

Yesterday as I was walking up the stairs in my house I got an overwhelming feeling of peace and relief. As if someone spoke to me and said, it is over now, let it go. Sit down and outline your future for this is time for the Butterflies and the Emergence,it is now. You have arrived, wipe your cloudy eyes, shake off your sleepy feelings and get to it. So I did. I drew and wrote and played the piano and went outside and stayed inside and then I decided!!

There are those who are here to stay, to team up to clean up this mess, in groups of loving like minded individuals working together in peace and unity celebrating diversity. All the colors have come together - the fifth element is being delivered it is the element of LOVE.

If you DO NOT LOVE IT, then stop doing it, stop going there, stop talking that way, stop spending time, or money, or energy in a way that does not return the same love.
Find a place a person a job a life YOU ABSOLUTELY LOVE< and get on with it, it is time. Emerge into love, it is here for all of us now. Namaste' Dr. Su

You are loved, so am I

We forget how much people really love us. It seems that drama and conflict carry so much more weight when really they just make more noise. The greatest energy of all with the greatest impact is LOVE. Loving your self is super hard but absolutely necessary. Loving nature and all she provides is necessary too if we are going to remain on this planet. Loving others seems to be the tricky part. We seem to want to have an opinion about others and we also want others to march to our drum before we can love them. NONSENSE! That is the illusion. No one can make you love them by doing anything. Fitting in doesn't work, color, shape, size - not a reason to not love, yourself or another.

Let the air be a mark of your love. Love the fresh clean fall air - take it into your lungs deeply and hold it there for a moment, savor it and be grateful for it's energy and how it supplies you with what you must have to remain healthy and alive here. Now do that with love. See someone or something and breathe them into your lungs and savor them. It is exactly the same need as air and we need to exercise that!

You can pick someone you don't know and love their hair or their jacket, breathe it in and savor it. Love the weather or your paycheck - breathe it in and savor it too. Own all that is lovable, notice it, The still green grass, the brown eyes of a child, the lifting of a song from a group of singers, add your breath to this once you have savored the love. That is how we change the world. Not hard to do and NO ONE will know. 0r won't they????

With in the Structure of Time and Light

There is structure here. Many do not use it to their advantage. It is a gift, a true challenge and anyone not seeing it that way should. It is designed by the Creative Source to give an opportunity of embodiment, solidarity and definition. Angels admire it and willingly infuse beautiful things with heavenly energy. Animation is that infusion. Bringing to life that which is nearly dead and empty.

Music emanates from structure. Your voice and the words you choose are structure. Imagine a word, any word, infuse it with LOVE, BEAUTY, HOPE, whatever you like. Then say it or sing it, it dances in the air with animated energy. It can motivate, placate, stimulate, whatever you choose. Where ever it lands and is absorbed by structure it will manifest it's properties and the intentions with which it was sent.

I say I am perfect when asked how I am. I believe that to be true. I see the word as having massive potential and when I hear it back I love how it feels on me, in me and with me. I celebrate God's Gift of perfection just by saying that word and believing it to be my truth. I honor my structure and the gift of it by using that word in relation to it on every level. I compare it to no other person, just for me about me.

Some people think I am out there, others fear me, some adore me and some even want to marry me, funny how others view my structure and my perfect isn't always everyone else's. Who cares!!! It is my responsibility alone to view my structure in love and light and for me, laughter and that is how I see perfect at this time.

Choose a word to throw at your structures. Be very clear and very benevolent with it. Put it into your world, your home, your work, your relationships, your body and whatever you want to put it into. Then see what animation and absorbtion do with that word! It is your choice and it is powerful. Good luck, Susan
