Carry my bag of rocks, will you??

My mother carried a bag of rocks around in the form of constant dieting and working out. She would take me to her routines and make me sit in the car or in the window of the studio until she was finished. She was manic about it, and even in her dementia she kept trying to go there and do her routine. Fit or Fat was all there was. Nothing in the middle that satisfied her. Fat is a fortress we build around our soul, insulation and warmth from within are it's best work. Exhaustion and isolation are it's most challenging. When the loss of sweetness takes a hold of your reality, diabetes is the dis-ease you manifest. The hunt for sweetness is ON! Alcohol, sugar, refined carbs the prey, hunted relentlessly. When that prey turns on you and wins over you by biting you hard, you disappear from our world. Dementia is disapppearing, so is addiction, jail is another form, and of course, DEATH, the master answer. Suicide hurrying the inevitable. You were born to be free, and learn, and love. You were born to grow up not out, but understanding that is not taught. I am teaching that! thehawc.com has the sign up, join Dr. Su for some fun and maybe even learn something!
