I am teaching a class on Saturday and I am unleashing a force of humans and their potential in a whole new way. As a child we were not given the tools to find our way easily. Some of us went to the school of hard knocks, others went to school after school of higher learning. Others never went anywhere.

When it came to looking inside for the truth of my life and who I was and what I was to do, I was never shown the way. I learned to pray and boy did I pray a lot. I never learned to listen, through meditation or any other technique and that negated my prayers since I was never in the receiving mode. I just kept on waiting for answers. I was also told that I was to have blind faith and adopt beliefs that felt off to me just cuz someone else said so. That didn't work either.

As a Naturopath, I see what confusion and lack of focus and direction does to a person's health and energy. It creates havoc and challenges the person to change or be sick. I did that too. Luckily I found a way out of the maze.

We are taking this program of meditation, experiential learning and divine self to a level that is going to catapult humans to a place at which they can see the truth of who they really are and the path that they can follow most easily and naturally.

Let Your Light Shine Bright!!

We went to a Kenny Rogers Show Thursday night and it was terrific. That guy still can sing and his crowd interaction was great. He just kept on giving for 90 minutes, stories and songs and stories and songs and everyone loved it. Before the concert we were sitting at a large table having a snack and a pair of women sat down to eat their snack with us. The one lady was impaired mentally and I think the other was her sister. The impaired lady looked right at me and lit up like a Christmas Tree in the night. BIG BIG SMILE! The sister became immediately uncomfortable and hurried her along. I saw that she saw my aura, my aura is bight, I can create quite a disturbance in a dark place and have been known to be asked to move or leave since the light I carry and shine is very revealing and not everyone is interested in being shined on just yet.

I have taught that Down's people are a race of angelics, here to create and support love lessons in certain family structures. I have taught my girls to bow their heads and speak a silent prayer of gratitude honoring the person, the family and situation. They know they are in the presence of angels. And to acknowledge the angel is to add to their light and power.

You are all here to be a part of that light. When you see a Lightworker doing their thing add to the light with a smile and a prayer of gratitude. It will be speed this awakening up. Add your light and know you are seen, the children see it all, the other's do to. It's time now.

Is your heart strong?

Yesterday i saw a client with an ailing heart. He did not know that was his issue but it made sense once we spoke of it. I said what do you want most in life and he said time with his grandson, a beautiful new baby that his daughter had just had.

Now that is what I am talking about here. Love makes your heart strong, life makes it stressed. Desiring a strong heart filled with love and laughter is the first step to changing it. Many people as they age forget about their hearts. Really. It is the place of dreams and where spirit meets 3-d in form. It is the fertile valley of nursing a baby to life from a tiny tiny being to a walking and talking toddler. It is the place that pounds when you are in danger. It is the warmth of the spirit when it is noticed unexpectedly that creates the glow from within. It is your song. Personal and private and yet able to be shared. It can be like the lion filled with courage or it can be shattered like mine was when my first baby died.

Many of us are losing heart now with all the changes in this world. Money, relationships, careers, the list of heart changing issues goes on and on. Many people do not feel loved or respected, many others do not feel worthy. The heart is the entry place here and the escape hatch home. If you are feeling your heart in any way then there still is time.

Quietly and privately go into your heart and sit with it awhile. Ask it what it needs and what it's song is. Ask it to hum a few bars for you since many of us have forgotten the tune. We are each an instrument in the beautiful orchestra of life on earth, reveal yours now. Wild Horses running free under the full moon!!

Yup, that's what happened at 12 last night, four of my twelve horses released themselves from their pen and were cruising the loop around my house under the bright light of the Leo Full Moon. Wow, what a beautiful sight and yet in my human way I got scared. Mostly because the ice at the barn is treacherous for horses and even life threatening.

I woke Tim and together we put them in a safe space without any issue at all.

Let me say, I see all life as a metaphor, like interpreting a dream, which I do daily. The Leo moon unleashed great power, and moons as we know, are all feminine energy. Horses are also power animals and four is that magical number of the meta physics of life, or the etheric, a place of half heaven and half earth all at once.
How cool to see that energy in true form in bright feminine light going full speed at exactly 12 midnight.

I say to you all, it's time, get your motors running, let's stop waiting and start proceeding toward all that we desire in the light and love of this world and all of it's beauty and abundance. No time like the present!! See yourself as one of those magnificent horses moving in the light of the night and the day, fearlessly showing the power and grace that we possess and must now demonstrate fully.

See the structure disintegrate

For a long long time I felt the structures in place around me were confining, almost like a jail would be. Bars on the windows and doors and guards with scowling faces enforcing the lock down. School was like that for me and so was church, I never really understood the need to be stuck in those places and why there were so many that thought it was ok. Even the other students sometimes just gave in to this lack of freedom.

Well enough is enough. There are too many of like minds out there now to keep in place those structures that do not nourish the INDIVIDUAL!! They will drug you, hit you, holler at you, belittle you and bully you into conforming to the old structure but you like me are walking away from it.

I do not need to fight. I will not waste one more minute trying to persuade them to change. I will do it my way and create a whole new structure for those things that I know I flourish in. I am a visual learner, I see the big picture every time. If you want me to understand you then say what you will and then let me perceive it as I and only I can. I will get back to you, normally in about 2 seconds.

I have many children in my practice that are not happy with their current situations. Drugs make them sick, food makes them sick, lack of encouragement makes them sicker. Come on you guys lets birth a whole new way of helping these new remarkable children learn and manifest their magic. We have some amazing souls on this planet, powerful children with incredible abilities, get out of their way. WATCH THEM CHANGE THIS WORLD, HEAL HER AND IN THE PROCESS HEAL EVERYTHING THEY TOUCH.

Infrared and thermography

For a long time I wanted to buy an aura camera. I see you energetically and I want you to see that too. You sometimes behave as if you are just human and not spirit. It is weird to me and it makes you sick.

I spoke to a little girl yesterday about her body, it makes her sad and mad because it hurts alot. I said she needs to treat it like her best dog friend, loving it, encouraging it, feeding it only the very best stuff, playing with it outside in the sunshine and of course telling it everyday how glad she is to have it!! She got that. She knows that it is her friend and companion and vehicle for just a little while, maybe 150 years or so, then she would fly away and it would go back to the earth and become another one for another being. She got that too.

Get that!! Be that way!! Put me out of business please!!

Lighter and brighter each day

Could you wish for anything better. When I see you smile are you bright and does the light shine from you???

My daughter called me many years ago and said at the U of MN, that as she walked across the commons, people, strangers in fact, would walk right up to her and comment on her white white teeth! The first couple of times she just thought it was nice then it started to cause her to wonder what was going on. She asked me what I thought was going on and of course I told her it was her aura that they saw and they would need to bring it into real terms with a real reason for seeing it. So teeth it was. White is white, what else could it be.

I look at pictures all the time and you can see the happiness and health that radiates from certain people with certain people or in situations that make them happy. That is key. You are a radiant being, not only generating energy but also absorbing it.

DEADPAN IS DEAD, sad is sad, mad is mad, lost is lost, all choices. Found, in love, in light, in health, in abundance, all create light even on the darkest day. Sharing, caring and laughing all work together too to generate energy. Energy is you, attitude is you, food is you, motion is you.

So see your own light, photograph it, ask someone to tell you what they see too.
Then add to it, lighten up and brighten up, you know how good it feels to be radiant!!

End suffering Now!!

There has long been the illusion that somehow we should feel guilty about stuff. Like what??? Beauty, success, fame, fortune, health, fitness, happiness, and the list goes on and on. The Catholics always tell me that without suffering there is no glory. That is not true. Jesus demonstrated that suffering was the illusion and glory came anyway. He said, forget the pain, find the glory, I have showed you how, just surrender to the good stuff. Get down off the cross, NOW!!!

Earth was created as Eden, I know that for sure, I remember. We are the ones who forgot that. The Creator allowed the lessons that we have created for the Glory of all of us, including Creator.

So stop now and embrace Eden and her beauty, own it as your divine design and your right to be beautiful and healthy and fit and successful. Start with you, then share the wealth, don't hog it for yourself, tell everyone how blessed you are and how blessed they deserve to be too. Each minute here is a gift, believe it and receive it, see it as stressful and that is what it will be. Find the beauty in each moment and acknowledge it gratefully and it will reoccur again and again.

That's how I do my job, I know if you could see yourself the way I see you, you can be that healthy happy person.

I felt guilty for a long time about how easy things come to me, now I just thank God for that every day in everyway and it seems to be working out better then I ever expected and I expect alot!! Get er done! Namaste' Dr. Su

Everyone knows everything

That's what I tell everyone. No secrets, no hiding. I learned that yesterday for myself again. A stranger, who I have known a very long time, from another place and time, came to visit and said this is what I know about you, it was all true. I know we know, but when we are shown in a loving way how cherished and necessary we are, it is the very best thing humans could hope for.

You are all being watched. You are all that special. Each one with their own unique gifts and contributions. They are here, all the Angels and Guardians and Guides you could ever want to meet or greet. I have told my children since they were very little to be careful, since they may be entertaining Angels unaware!! They know that is a true statement and have always treated people that way, as though they may be more special then you first knew.

This is good news!! The hard times are leaving and the good times have begun!! Celebrate. Namaste' Dr. Su AngelHawc

See???

I just expounded on beauty. I just want to add that speaking it into reality is really simple. Say the beautiful words you long to hear to those who want to hear them.

I heard voices at the airport, parents talking to children, people talking to strangers, some customers, some not, and friends talking to one another.

I heard beauty.

The flow of laughter, the nod of encouragement, the support of a compliment to a scared person. I sat by an elderly lady whose English was limited. She was going to visit her son in Reno. She had a beautiful ring and I pointed to it and smiled and said "Beautiful!!". She told me in her broken English that her son was a jeweler and that he had made it for her and she smiled, then she showed me photos of his family.

That was all we could say, but when I left, she gave me a big hug and a kiss and smiled again. Now that was BEAUTIFUL. It didn't take much, but it did require my attention and my vision and my courage to speak lovingly about something I saw as beautiful and soon found out was more beautiful then I knew, for it was love in a real sense created by her son for her, and my noticing it was beautiful to her. She loved my noticing and became my friend in that instant. Simple, free and very powerful. Try it today, for what comes back to you is beyond beautiful.

Step back to step forward

We have a habit. Take it by storm. Move ahead, push, push, push.

Bullying is how it feels to me. Being herded, pushed and pulled, having opinion sway the day. All of that occurs through tv, newspapers, and other large scale venues of information delivery. It comes from the outside.

What if just for today you believed your own intuition and followed your own heart?

Look at your own reality and keep what you like and discard the rest, no comparisons to anyone else's reality or day, just you and you alone.

I have always loved and desired beauty. In every way I see it has value and I measure things according to that standard. Not money or any other standard, just beauty. What an interesting insight to my life. I love art and music and most of all I love nature and her beauty, I love home and I love the way things look. I love order and I love flow, I know that is why I am a Naturopath, I see beauty in health. I feel comfortable in beautiful surroundings and not good in messy or toxic places. That includes relationships. Order and flow and calm and peace, generosity and love, understanding without judgement and feeling confident all the time is beautiful.

So let's step back and take a good long look before we move forward. We are creating our own reality and it is us and us alone who are doing this. Using drugs, alcohol, sex, money, loud talk, and mean words distorts my perception of beauty. Beauty for me comes from service, from laughter and from knowing it is my choice, it always was.

Today I choose beauty again, the angel that works in that area is Iofiel and her energy supports the flow and manifestation of beauty, call to her for her overview and aid, she is amazing. Namaste' Dr. Su
