Can we undo certain things we have done?

Says the man to the doctor he trusts. I say you can do anything you choose to do. I am a faith healer. I am a hope bringer. I am a lover of love! I am a light ordained as such. I am a highly trained and widely experienced Naturopathic Physician. Now does that make me better than anyone else? NO/know...it just offers me direction, a way of life, a long and happy career and health and wellness. AND I offer to the Mother/Father Creator of all that is, that that is good enough for me. Do you need to undo some of what you have done? find someone you trust and start to untangle your knots/nots. I brush it out of the hair on my beautiful horses, and so do lots of others willing to unsnarl their life, their health, their outcomes. See you in the barn. Brushing arms with those of like mind.

Rip Van Winkel - are you awake yet????

He got wasted, passed out and woke up way later...his friends were different or gone. His timing was off. All he knew had ended and a new day was staring at him. His issues were different too. When you age, the issues should also age with you, and eventualy fall apart and finally fall away. Mommies and daddies are gone, so is that wounded or orphaned child they raised. The one who awakens to the day they must trust themselves. Those are the ones I am looking for. In letting the light of this new earth and this new age shine brightly enough to awaken the Van Winkels, I am here. So are others who want to know you. Your trust must be accessed, your feet must hold your weight/wait once again!! It is time, and we are looking for survivors.

Unbridled enthusiasm

Scene/seen in smiling EYES/I's. I have that for many things. People ask me about it. Some find it, some lose it along the way. Under the full moon this morning I asked for a reboot of that enthusiasm. When I teach I give it all I have, and yesterday's class was terrific. Thirteen eager learners came to enthusiastically find out details of their lives and it's archetypal features. We unbridled their knowing of selfand it's magical details. Today the bright light of the moon says shine! To a world where sad and lonely are promoted in this pandemic, smiling with your i's/eyes will bring the reboot we deserve! WHO are YOU? Have you given in, given up, or even given out? You deserve to know that the smiling eyes/I's are out there/they're waiting for you! Take your bridle off and freely be!! That's who we want to see.

Blockage in the canal

The Suez Canal is blocked, why? The opening to promote trade is being reconsidered. You have a birth canal of your own to attend to. Is it blocked? Your root chakra is where home, career and family take hold and support the structure of you. The patterns developed along the way say a lot about another birth you may be involved with. This birth of a new earth and a way of living and loving here are being reconsidered now. OPEN to the changes. Today our class is about being understood as a unique individual by learning the archetypes of our incarnation. Then we will explore the helpers that we can recruit to support the adventure on earth. Time out is over now

2020 gave us a global time out. WHO knew that was possible? As the 2021 gets her footing, we survivors of the time out must get back in the game. I have watched from the sidelines for awhile. I still wrote, I still did some work, and I still wanted to play. NOW I am getting the urge to work with this new world's vision of life here. Some things have passed/past. Many things are soon to be delivered. Humanity has choices to make. The old faith is fading, the new faith in self, the earth, the over lighting of the Universe, and one another is taking the place it deserves. Yesterday I was grateful, I told those close to my life, thank you. I am proud of the commitment and joy it brings. It lifts my spirit. Ready to get your sneakers on? Or in my case, my BOOTS. The new earth awaits those awakened and excited to get with it. See you in the sooner, not later. WE ARE READY!

EX

OUTER, spatial, relational, rational, "periences" or perceptions. Using the senses to discern and navigate the HUMAN EXPERIENCE here is what we spend time doing here on earth. Meditation and prayer take you away from that, and give you a chance to let go and recenter. Some humans are super sensitized and that puts them on the spectrum. Others are desensitzed and addiction to adrenaline and other excitments becomes the focus. The harmony is in the navigating with the self through the waters of life, missing the boulders and water falls with self awareness. I used the canoe in my thoughts to get down the river of life, and then later in life switched to the paddleboard. Now I am learning another water craft with wings, we will see how far that takes me. Enjoy the ride, sit on the shore when you need too, make time to take time to be YOU. No one has your perceptions, only you will be quizzed at the end of this lifetime on the skills you developed this go round. LOTS of EX's out there, let them go and freshen up the ride with new perceptions and navigations that suit you. YOU will be glad you did.

Merit

I got merit badges as a child, earned by experiencing life's choices. Cooking, animal care, reading, and so on. I later received another merit, a diploma, as a Naturopathic Physician. It offered in-sight to the over view of my personal health. As a child I was injured by vaccines and mercury fillings in my teeth. It took the merits of experience to understand the system that was abusing me, and injuring my body and my progress. I learned to do things in a more natural and organic way so that my children did not have to earn the same merits that I did. LOOK to your personal experiences, you will see the merits in completion and the understanding it offers. YOU are all born with a limbic system in tact. In the early years it develops strength with the new teeth in the front that present the energy of the kidneys and adrenal glands. If a mother while pregnant is stressed, she will tap that system for her own survival. Those babies tapped do not sleep well when they are little, and unless it is taken back and rebuilt with the knowing of how to build the system up again, it causes things like bed-wetting, fear peeing, fight or flight excesses and more. Addictions become an option often embraced. Later life diabetes is also potential with out careful support of those kidneys and adrenals. Is there merit in understanding the limbic system? Well, ask the prey animal who escapes the predator over and over again. In community, a group limbic system is even stronger. NOW do you understand the losses we are enduring by isolating ourselves? Merit badge in the knowing of NO, alone and separate is not healthy, nor does it protect me. In isolation there is shrinkage of the limbic system and ultimately loss of the provider. UNDERSTAND that divided we fall. Stand together and heal the losses, your health and future are in YOUR hands. AND MINE TOO>

Re birth in the new age

I saw an article about a child who needed to say something to her grandfather who was in her grill. She could not. Her grandmother could not either. So her mother did. He said in rebuttal, I love her, we are just having fun. The child had no smile, and the mother said, you may think your play is fun, but she does not. OPEN your eyes, she does not see this as a positive loving gesture. SHE feels pain! It is too rough, too intense, too personal and YOU have missed it, just like you did when I was little. Keeping an eye out for those who push too hard, speak too coarsely, and simply without thought of collateral damage, while they pay no attention to the signs, is now on our watch. When you see, feel and even just sense discomfort, do what my horses do. BACK AWAY! Rebirth is for the pure at heart, the loving, the light beings, those who wish to help not hurt. Control your self

It is your job to navigate the energy you have with the vision of what you see up ahead for YOU. YOU are to take care of you.

If that means near sight only, due to fog or darkness on the horizon, do/due NOW, only. Will we survive this? NOPE, that is guaranteed. U/YOU will move on from this plane, some sooner, some later, all eventually. FEAR is the opposite of love, do not give it a place in the presents/presence of YOUR energy and it's force. Say nice things, do nice things, be a nice thing, and will will find nice things are attracted to you. PERIOD> If control is what you seek, then make it your focus!! THIS is your time to do YOU> See you in the barn, where our focus will be on horses, health and happiness, exclusively.

Are you a dreamer?

Vivid, recalling, recurring, visionary dreams are magic. I can dream and talk to you at the same time, a great way to include someone in my vision of this world. I know we are having a tough time in the awake time of earth right now. It is not easy to decipher the banter. Use your dreamtime to ask questions and receive answers. Right/write them down as soon as you wake up. They come in NOUN form, describe the pictures in color, depth, feeling. YOU will then, need a dream book. It will decode the magic for you. It is YOU talking to you and your higher self not anchored here on earth. Cloud time, takes on a whole new meaning. DREAM a new earth, healthy, happy and of course, full of horses!! Namaste' Dr. Su

Obediant?

I believe in the ability to make choices. That means sometimes I disobey the choices others would make in my stead. I was a disobediant child a lot of the time, my choices were mine to make and if need be, to pay a certain toll for them. In the wake of this perspective on the wellness of my planet, many are now disobeying the rules. I was in Fleet Farm yesterday with no mask, and was applauded for my willingness to make my choice and stick to it in public. A kindred spirit she was, and willing to admit it. I appreciated that. Look for kindreds, we all have friends that will support our choices to have choices. WE NEED NOT AGREE. We do however, need to remember that freewill is the choice of the Creator for our planet. NOT the choices of petty tyrants who think their rules are the real or only rules here. RISE UP, RISE ABOVE and ask your higher self for guidance and support. THERE/THEIR/THEY'RE KIN to this, and the kindred spirits you need, are those who sit on the clouds.

Endings

So much is coming to an end now. Less, lack and loss are being understood as choices, not inevitable just chosen by each adult. To get to the end with a grateful heart for the lessons learned, opens the doors for the next level of evolution to be at that higher level of understanding. If you took more than you gave, you will start low with the loss. If you said more than you heard, you will learn to listen as no one will hear/here you until you do. If you used the ending to get in a last lick of some sort, you will start at that whiplash of the effect all words carry. SO AT THE END OF THE DAY, HIT YOUR KNEES WITH SWEET RELIEF THAT IS OVER FOR THAT DAY. No matter what you did, release it. Then under the light of the moon, the feminine, the sleep of angels, you heal again. NOTHING less will do. We deserve to end things that do not raise us up. SAY NO to things that keep you awake and let's heal and move forward to all that we love and cherish and want to wake up to. WAKE UP WORLD> it is your turn to be the light.

Lost and Found

Some say they are glad they found me. The work I do is something that resonates with the work they want to do. Others have lost me along the way. That brings balance too. Forks in the road occur. When you have a child the time together is short. They grow quickly into independent beings. Forks present along the way for them to choose. I have watched those grow in their lives in this practice too and choose those roads that raise them up. I told the class I teach, be better and more than me in this work. Are we feeling lost now, or are we truly being in the greatest time of all to feel found? FOUND - a way of life that offers so many choices. It is like a carnival, filled with rides and games and shows of great interest. YOU choose I choose, and we can still both choose, peace and harmony in the different choices. In the next class we will learn to use the choices to find out who we are how are we, and what we can do with that now. Time to fly!

Our days are getting brighter and longer now. HOPE is in the air as we turn the page of this story. LOOK UP< it is time to choose the loves of your life. I love to soar, that is the HAWK in me, so I am going to learn to fly on the paddle board I love to play on. My friend has brought me through life's wild rides, the Columbia River paddle, KT 22 skiing, hang gliding as a kid and now this! Thanks Matt Ryan, life is never boring with you on the earth~ find time to fly we deserve it!

Do you WANT or NEED to know?? NOOOO!!

In the world we live in, no is not said often enough to those who need to hear/here it. In no way should we say yes to that which causes us pain or fear or loss. To listen to the NO's is to find the direction that comes with the positive, the affirming, the YES's of our choices and it's reality/realty. I say no only once. If someone can not here/hear that is their fault. Are your no's being heard? Vaccines, politics, employment issues, masks, the list of what is being discussed is endless. Decide your yes's. Find your path in the light of a confident choice made by saying I did my homework, I meditated, I prayed for guidance and this is HOW I AM WHY I AM WHO I AM> And to certain thoughts, words and deeds sometimes NO is the way to go. See you in the world of yes!

Looking for signs of life here...

It is scene/seen in the I's/eyes of beings moving around the earth. YOU can tell by the light and signs of life stirring with in that creature in their eyes. I see lights, auras and it shows me the path to take with individuals and in my life. I can not walk down a dark road nor do I ever need to. Choose those beings whose light lites their/there/they're path and yours too. A path with a pair of headlights on it bright and strong and ready to see the future are what we all need to proceed. This is the time we came to shine, git er' done now. TIME to meet other bright lights!! My class for March is the 27th from 9-4 at Hawk's Ridge Ranch, in Hudson WI. It is about those guides, guardians, archetypes and totems that help you find your strength in this world. These will show you - YOU! Carbon bubbles

He commented on the human bubble on the previous text. When we exhale it is carbon, the footprint of earth. You create and leave behind footprints with every breath you exhale. It first comes forth in YOUR bubble. No one there should step on it or in it without your permission. When a child is learning to walk, we clear the path for them. Humans are learning to walk now as they awaken to one anther. GIVE them a wide berth, a bubble of safe space. ONLY when asked or invted, step in to that space with good news, happy thoughts and support for the bubble maker. Peace is an inside job. Find your faith, your hope, your piece of peace, and love this planet and her children enough to make transulent beautiful bubbles with your songs, your jokes, your words of encouragement and the love that creates all thing divine.

Giving permission

When you want to choose something that is not yours in the first place, permission must be extended. If it is your own health, you must have the conversation with the self, the higher self and those you share time and life with before you take any action at all. Those who take without asking, or offer without permission, are destroying the fragile trust that is left here on earth. THESE are basic human rights, and they are divinely sanctioned. Told, without being asked, is currently a huge issue in this world. To respond to someone who is telling, when you haven't asked or offered, is not necessary. OR you can say - please back up, the 6 foot rule is my choice and the statute in play at this time. Then nothing else applies. As long as you stay out of my 6'zone, I am safe and so are YOU!!! To speak, to spit, to coerce, to inflict, to even bully or police, is all stopped with the rule of the AURA and it's field. Stay back, stay quiet, stay and away, unless you are asking and receive PERMISSION. OR simply do not go there, where it is too close for comfort. Period. No need to argue, fuss or fight. Peace reigns within, before it can reign with out. I am peaceful in my zone. AND NO is the answer to you when you are negative in any way at all now. THIS wonderful lesson teaches boundaires, respect and gives us a wide berth/birth in establishing my light, life force and my steps toward a lifetime of happiness, health and for me, HORSES!!
