WHAT ARE WE SO ASHAMED OF ANYWAY??

The list is too long to cover, but just to name a few things - less than, lack of, loss from and so it goes. Whose measuring us?? We are measuring each other - reflecting to one another all that we see and how we perceive it to be. We will never measure up if we continue that behavior. It is mirror mirror time. Look only at yourself. Do only what you want done to you. Say only the words you want to hear. Then measure yourself and your feelings about it. Shame will not be there, nor will anger or sadness or fear. You are perfect in your own way, for your own lessons, and in your own timing. If you come up short it is only you that determined that shortness. Noone else gets to chime in, ever. When you hear someone talking negatively about another person - it is your job to close that energy down - simply say I am sure glad you are not saying those things about me. And VIOLA' they will shush up. Truth is it is time for the good stuff, the light stuff, the healthy stuff and it starts with me!!
