First and last - always think for yourself

Many use this and other's thoughts to shape their ideas. It is so helpful when humans are honest and share their personal experiences with one another. It is why I teach natural health, I have a lot of experience with all kinds of health, mercury poisoning, vaccination reactions, drug hypersensitivities, cravings and addictions, auto-immune responses and those are just to name a few of my personal learning experiences, even cancer came and went. That being said, today my message is to remind you that although there are many who can help you with their knowings that you and only you are the true chooser in these situations, and of what you can apply to your own life. We are all the same underneath, knowing what is right for us is inherent. Call it gut reaction, intuition or just plain knowing, but ultimately, you are the one with all the answers for you.

Today, quietly ask yourself a question. Then in an even quieter moment, listen to what you say to yourself. Write it down, put it away for a bit and then reexamine it later. Open to your Higher Self and love your gift of self. It is time now to truly know yourself and love yourself, for in that knowledge comes a truth and confidence that benefits all of humanity.
