Time to be SELF ISH, not SELF less

I know what I like and what I don't. I know who I like and who I don't. I know if you throw your cigarette butt on the ground I will not like that or you very much. And I like tobacco. I stood quietly for awhile, and then I would self-lessly clean up YOUR mess after you left it here. I am done with that, as we all should be. Selfishly be in love with our planet and her babies. Look out for your space with a self-ish way of seeing our future. I want and will have - clean water and air, happy children, fruitful friendships and more.....Get the menu out and choose now. WHAT will you have, and in what order? Please leave it better then you found it, set it in order, so it matches your selfish version of wonderful and lovable. If you would not love it on your floor, or in your water, or at your door, do it better then that. I AM. And it already is reshaping my life and my future here!!

I was a lifeguard

I love the water, I need it to balance my the fire signs of my personality. As a kid the swimming I did was essential to my childhood, so once I passed all the classes I became a lifeguard. It was OK for awhile, but turned out to be kind of boring. I wanted to be in the swim of it all, not above it, keeping vigil. So next I became a Water Safety Instructor. It turned out to be the best college class that Bemidji State offered to a character like me. It turned out that my life would use that skill over and over as the events that needed the trained instructor became a focus for my work here, and ultimately my job as a Naturopathic Doctor. Look to the clues of your youth, who and how you were, is key to what you will become. Sometimes that is a good thing, authentic and honest. I teach, and the swim of life presents those looking for instruction in adding more strokes to their reality. Thank you Universe for the choices and the chances we get. I love being in the SWIM of it!

What makes me GREAT? and grateful !

My life and all that it gave me. It challenged me again and again, all along the way. I have few memories that are calm or sublime. I have many that inspired me to do something different. Always better and easier was the thing I looked for. I did it with health, happiness and horses. So as we proceed to our summer of 2018, let's do it with a great/grateful heart and let's so how much better and easier we can make this adventure!

You and I

If you ask me to do something, I would and will consider it. If you tell me I should or must, it "ain't gonna happen". I am simply not going to be bullied into any thing. Religion, education, health care, or relationships are on the chopping block for those who insist on having it THEIR WAY! Once I heard this,"I can not be YOUR FRIEND Now". I said, "I was told you loved me once". The answer in return was simple, if I did not do things their way, then I was now the enemy. I am no man's or woman's enemy, I never have been, nor will I ever be. My mom did that, and other's too. I live and love the best way I know how, and that is all we can do. As a matter of truth, it is ALL you are here to do. JUST THAT! So look and listen, and allow us all the gift we came to get. LOVE. No matter what, it is all that goes with me when I leave. So it all I accept while I am here. I hope you do the same, I love you all!! Namaste'

In death or transition - you will watch your life in re-view. At that point, you can not change anything about it. At this point YOU still CAN. If you are interested in more, or better, it is your choice to choose that. I know that there are moments that I felt choices, and sitting on the deck last night with friends I took a moment to RE-VIEW. He said he saw me on TV. It was 2008, and I was being harassed by a reporter. The ambush journalism was live and I was the star of the show! He gasped, and considered coming to me in support, and yet did not. We have been friends for decades, and he knew to trust me. I needed to decide on my own the way I would respond. I DID. I changed my life at that moment. I was no slave to anyone's opinion of me, any longer, no one's patsy, nor their witch to burn. I was honest about my reality, and would stand by what I know for sure works for me in my life and my work. I knew that my life would be forever changed in that moment, and as we reviewed that clip together, I smiled. He did too. Since you are still here, you too can re-view. If you wish an outcome was different, go back to that moment and forgive yourself. It is the quickest way to change your future. Mercy is unearned, and undeserved, yet it is real and life saving. Extend mercy to your heart and your vision of life here, look back and then look up. The light is shining on you, just as it does on me, and we will rewrite what needs an upgrade! 40 years per contract

A mortgage can run 30, or 15 years. A season is only 3 months. A lifetime is a lifetime, no matter how long it goes. A minute is gone in the wink or blink of an eye. Today I re-view 40 years of adult life. It was the first marriage I committed to, and it changed the way I lived forever. What a relief. Now it is changing again, a new way to live here. Free, easy, peaceful and 40 years older and wiser, and more of all of that, yet to come. Even if it didn't run the full length, it still is present and always will be in the muscle memory of my personal human record. I regret little, and love and learn from even the regrets. I hope we all learn to do the same soon. It will reveal in it's timing a peace and harmony that will rule the reality we have here in the light of truth and love, even lost, yet love none the same. Namaste 40 years, it was something to write/right about, And I just did!

Images - our imagination is working overtime right now!

As we wake up with the sun here, our lights come on bright and strong and stay on longer. It is a great feeling. Our imagination sparks our fire and we get to it. Inside the human brain is a wonderful place. The images we review again and again are part of what we can imagine happening. It is a field of light, and energy. It does happen. You make it so. You get what you put out there, every single time, although sometimes, the timing is not what you want or understand. Be care - full. Be compassionate. Be productive and be YOUR SELF. Compare your reality to no one else's. Only to that which your imagination, should you be totally loyal. It will inspire you, your dreams, your hopes and your wishes for a magical life are there to have and make real. And right now, in the spring of 2018, it is working overtime!! Enjoy the energy.
