Re- Spect

Means to look again and like what you see and where you are in every aspect of your life. I can not re-spect you if I look at what is evident and I am not inspired. Take a minute to re-spect your life. Is the evidence of today from your lifetime of creation what you are proud of and want now everyday from now on? Or is there something or much yet to be accomplished? I re-spect my self every day. Sometimes I am happy with what I have created and sometimes I think it over and do it differently. Today I will do a couple of things differently. Yesterday was a bit of a challenge. I love my life and my home and my work and my family and friends. I can respect myself for attracting those things, I would change a couple of items and with that being said I will get on with it, I am the One I have been waiting for! You are there  for YOU.  RE-SPECT YOU AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE EXACTLY WHAT YOU  CAN RESPECT NOW. Waking up to that now will balance our world and give everyone an equal chance at love, life and laughter too.

This is what I am hearing

"Just because you are responsible for this, doesn't mean you get to have an opinion." I have heard that my whole life. Doctors used to try that on me, my body, their opinion. Lawyers did it that way too.  Did not compute on any level, and in the end caused a separation. I know what I like and what I want.  People are told that all of the time, and then in their frustration, they want to do their bidding and their work on you not themselves! I look at fat, sick, sad, broke, lonely people everyday, and think, fix your own life first and if I want your opinion or assistance or to be like you I will. Once you are well on your way to something I can agree with and care about,  we can then chat again. People need to stand up for themselves, accountability and progress in the love of self and life here is the measurement.  It is like the guy who doesn't buy gifts for others but expects them to buy gifts for him and if they do not, he throws a fit. I am not a solution for another, simply a guiding light to myself. Health is my thing, and I teach it well. If you look at me and think that looks good and right, then only then you are in the right place. If you do not agree with my life, my look, my ways, do not try to change them, look at yourself and see what doesn't match and what YOU DO NOT LIKE. It is of no concern to me and I need to focus on what is right for me, not on trying to deal with what is wrong out there. This is my world and I am accountable for what I  have chosen to care for and about, I will do that with joy and great passion, I will leave the rest to the rest of you. That should work out fine for all of us.

Move away from the pressure

That is what my horses do. They simply move away from the pressure. That is the best lesson I can teach and learn myself. If I feel pushed or pulled I simply become overwhelmed. Listening and learning is my work along with sharing what I see and feel, that is what I get paid for,living free without pressure my goal. I do not need to make sure anyone else is keeping up and  I certainly do not need to pay their way to their destiny and their future. I am learning a lot now about me, and knowing that when I become disappointed it is because I am learning something about me AGAIN! No pressure required to get me to see the truth. I speak my truth, once, then if I am not heard the pressure mounts. I do not speak it again unless I need to, then it comes out loud and clear. I am learning to trust myself to know what I want and like. Pressure is not one of those things. How about you? I love potential I will focus on that.

Only go where you flow

More and more evidence is showing that going with your flow is how you stay healthy, happy and in balance! We need to find our way out of the maze of told and sold, and stop giving in to someone else's idea of what it is I need to do. You are all capable of understanding how to take care of yourself, we can help, I have taught thousands of clients with amazing results. Health, happiness and yes, finding your authentic self and being in your element, is the only way. Today do at least one thing that makes you smile! It is your choice, and falling back in love with love, and your life and each other, is going to get the job done. There is gold in them there hills, it is the gold of love in your heart, mine it!!! I will mine mine too.

What do I really deserve?

We blame and excuse our choices and behaviors because we feel we did not deserve what ever it was we got. I hear that  again and again. All things are chosen, whether you are fully conscious or not. In consciousness, choices are in the light and in relation to the bigger picture and ultimately the whole of humanity. Think about it, deserving of what ..........?? You decide, it really is totally up to you, when and how high you are going to jump. YOU choose.

Worthy of love

Wow! The world is speaking volumes on this subject these days. People have set aside their own value, their own worth, their ability to receive and return love. What does that look like?? Less, lonely, lack and loss of self esteem and soul purpose. It has taken a huge toll on humanity. Ranking people is non-sense. There are no mis-takes down here. The Source of our energy, made us with and all about love, and asked that we give it a go in a separate location from Heaven. Many of us did not receive the memo that said it is ALL GOOD. All journeys have value and as does the sojourner. I love the story of the PRODIGAL SON, and the magnificent reception waiting at his journey's end. You are that son or daughter, worthy of that reception too. Start with yourself, receive yourself with loving arms and a hopeful trusting heart. Know that all have been given a gift and bringing back to Source after a lifetime of trial and error and lessons learned will be a grand return to the King. We are all worthy and none will escape the final day of accountability, let the worth of you and your love for yourself and our world here be the story of your life! Let's celebrate this, starting right now!
