Shades of...less,lack and loss...

colors that animate your life-force. When I see gray, I know the spirit is leaving it's body. Alcohol and drugs do that when it is over loading the system, the spirit escapes that energy. Death also does that. I have seen/scene both. As a child I saw that happen to my dad, and shortly after, he was dead at the age of 28. I saw my friend Rick do that too. I am at peace with death, as the transition to the next world is very exciting to those who are ready to rock and roll and know their final will is a legacy of love. It is the wasted energy of the wasted humans that is hard for me to watch. I am in those sitings/sightings that little child again reliving the loss. It shakes me up. Kids- ALL KIDS, see energy~! Just like animals do. If you are shaking your kid up by graying the light you carry, please remember this. They will remember that moment forever, there are no do overs, or take backs. KIDS are your greatest blessing and your will, your FREE WILL is the legacy you leave them with. WHAT WILL YOU WILL???? It is up to YOU, and of course, ME TOO>

12 years of blogs...

A client set this up for me. She said I would like to hear/here you more often. Would you partner with us in a blog? I did that. It is a journal of history for THE HAWC and Dr. Su. It is a journal of the ranch we live on, and those who come and go, and those who stay awhile. It allowed me a connection, that did not need a mask, or social distancing. It was take it or leave it, freewill all the way. In these times of transition it is important to have your voice, and use your words. You receive what you believe and projecting into the world, makes it 3-D, live and in color and YOURS. No one is here to do YOUR job. Health is an inside job, parenting is a lifetime job, legacy and that will you leave here when you go, YOURS and no one else's. Use this time of transition to take your rightful place as a HUMAN! You are not a slave, a servant, a robot, a prostitute, a child, a saboteur, nor a guinea pig. Be a light, bright, compassionate, caring soul and offspring of the stars, and the Creator who put them there. You are right now, in the right place, doing exactly what you came to do! DO IT WELL. The legacy of our world, our children, our planet, our future, are in your hands!! GOOD LUCK and GODSPEED, this is what we came for. AND it is up to YOU! and ME TOO!

Map Maker

I share the map to the maze of earth life available to those looking for a blueprint big picture schematic to see. I hear/here again and again from those who are of course, how did this happen, or why did this happen. How did I get HERE/HEAR!? There are son many points specific that a map you each have, that it looks like an old - connect the dots page. I am a HAWC/HAWK, a visionary critter, with a view! It saved my life long ago to lift up and off, and get to a safe space and place in my life, my relationship, my health, and my attitude. I had to see what had happened, before I could navigate my way to the health, happiness and horses, that I live with now and have for a very long while. I do that for others in my work, and I am grateful for the gift of story telling. Find your map-maker helper angel. We exist for the love of humanity. THEN listen to their vision of your situation, and decide what to do next. Star crossing

When you remember you are a heavenly creature having a human experience things get easier. In the hustle and challenge of the human experience we feel pressure. The body expresses itself when under heavy weight/wait. We wait/weight for so much. An apology, an attitude shift, a future, when all we will ever have in the present. I have weighted/waited on and off for a variety of reasons. When that happens I look up to the sun, the stars, the Creator of All things, and ask for vision from that place far away from earth that offers me the bigger picture. Then I dream, or I write the NEW SU/SIOUX. Star crossed is when we remember, it is an inner light here that is very rare. ONLY way to handle it is to remember we are eternal, infinite and unconditionally loved, where ever we are. THAT is the truth, and I am sticking to it.

Seeing through another person's eyes/I's

I am that I am that I am, all things. It is that part of the prayer that we forget to say. I am whole, happy, healthy and on a very grand adventure here. I need to share those stories with those who are ready for that attitude. Stay with me for awhile and you will hear/here all the magic I can remember. The tails/tales of my horses and me too are about to hit the airwaves. Join us for a fire, a meal, a ride, a tipi time, or whatever you need. I am here with ALL that I AM, and that is good enough. See me and I will see you too, your eyes and mine, together, focused on healing and balance.

The way we see things...

I see what I see the way I see it, I always say what I see. It has gotten me where I am today. In the lights, we see very well. I see the lights. Looking ahead by following the lights, will get us to the next dimension of earth with ease. It seems challenging right now, but the lights are getting brighter. Those who hid from us in the dark or dim days and ways are being exposed to the lights of the Universe and her children here. Step up, step out, the light will shine on you and show you us too.

A simple truth...

Together we thrive, separate we do not. It like the raising of a barn. One person can never really get the job done, yet two or more do it quickly and well. Babies without their moms, fail. Children separated from their families act out, get sick and lose their natural ability to be who they came to be and start copying others. Partners with no partner to share, laugh and love with, live shorter lives unless they connect to something or someone. I connect to a herd of horses, a pack of dogs, and a land filled with butterflies, and birds. Nature has always sustained me, and God gave me that so I would not be separate. A simple truth, connection is key. Isolation the end. The winds that blow from the voices and songs and stories of humans keep our fire lit and burning brightly. COME ON BABY, light your fire!! It is yours to tend!!

The sensitivity of a child. They KNOW

where, who, and what is safe. They will scream if it is not. Listen. The child in you remembers. When you feel fearful, flee... or fight if you like. It is the instinct you were born with, remember it. Hang with those who light your fire, listen to your stories, and laugh out loud at your jokes. End of transmission.

In the light

I spent the day in the light. In the company of smiles and the river. I spent the time speaking of light, and potential and creativity. We would take a turn to the dark once in a while, and THEN STOP. Everyone agreed the time to feel bad was over now. It is time to align to only that which brings smiles, and joy. It is each human's sovereign right to choose their own path. When we interfere we are judging them as incompetent. Trust them, trust your own knowing/noing. Please, to heal the lives, the souls, the self, we must focus on the faith, the hope and the love that is barely surviving on this planet. It needs resuscitation with focus, and my field is my job, not yours, nor I am I in any way responsible for yours. Children, nature, and the animal friends need us now. Adults will need to take their rightful role as healers, by starting with their own health, happiness and lives. Stop and take a breath of fresh air, stand in the light of Sun, and ask for it to show you the way to the WELL!!!

What is the condition of your WELL

Women at the WELL. Stories written long ago, tell of the magic and mystery of those WELLS. We are the BLUE PLANET, we live in and on the well provided from the Creator. The green, the heart and soul of your roots here, seeks your well. I tell clients if they are sick, go to the shores. Find the IONS that roll in the air where the waves break. It will restore your well. People want the pill, the shot, the accountability of another for their well. YOU and I are now learning, our well is our responsibility. FIND IT, CLEAN IT UP, and YOU'S\USE it - WELL! See ya on the water!!

Through the eyes/I's of a child

When you can not see clearly or calmly any longer, step back, and take a breath, and see it through, with the I's/eyes of a child. In body we stress, and the bigger we get, the more we feel it. As a child, we are free of prejudice and separation, until an adult or a bully or both, insist we grow up and take that on too. I believe in the Divine, and the DESIGN offered me here to be perfection in motion. I do not think that my authority is greater than another's, but certainly no less. Children like that are innocents, and precocious at the same time. A daring reality for even the strongest of the strong. Love that child in you, listen to that child, they are alive within and talking all the time. Let your limbic system tell when to stay and when to leave. It will raise the hair on your neck it you are being fooled or threatened in any way at all. >The wolf is in the sheep's clothing.</b> That means they LOOK and TALK - JUST LIKE YOU DO. Ask your higher self and inner child who is really in that outfit. YOU will instantly know the truth. Keep it to yourself, and use it for your highest good, and the good of those you care about. I teach simple things, that offer great protection. VIRUS? We got that. Be SAFE< we love you all, even the wolves!!

Life is a ladder

THE HIGHER YOU CLIMB THE MORE YOU CAN SEE. It is a parent's job to show the little one this way to live and learn. It is the old one who climbs back down and into the chair or bed before they leave, as they feel they have seen it all and had enough. Or as much as they can stand. I know that learning to meditate daily put me way up top. It got me to be quiet and receptive, as I looked out across the abyss to the ethers of the universe. I could see for-ever. At least it felt that way. I had to learn how so I could see the past/passed. I had to teach this to keep others interested in their/there/they're future here and beyond. Shut off the noise, stop looking at the screens. Go up on your life's ladder and look out to the world we live in. She may be changing, but she is worthy of your vision and your support. She has a handle on everything, she is the MOTHER of your reality. Trust her,and hope that you can see how. Watch and take notes. I make no excuses for how I live, as that ladder to the stars is has given me a great view of the world and her nurturing ways. I may see storms, but they always, and I mean every time, end with a rainbow! Climb up and see what we see!!

Dentists oh my!!

I teach accountability. I work in the health field. I am a Naturopathic Physician with decades of experience. I show the natural way to recovery and immunity. I push hard, and the DENTISTS make the most work for us that is not recognized as wrong, YET. Their disregard of the biology of the teeth and jaw are what makes it so challenging. I see people mercury toxic, and the crazy that comes from that. Our world bombards us with overload, and the empty spaces in our teeth are vulnerable. Get a 3-D MRI and let the health centered oral surgeon clean up the old waste that haunts your health and happiness. It is up to you to fight for your health. The IAOMT has accredited dentists who know your health starts with your teeth. Naturopathic Physicians can map out a plan for recovery. Just DO IT, and you will be so glad you did. We deserve healing as humans, not more cover up. Vulnerability caused by lack of knowledge- NOT AN OPTION any longer. Being told to fear the wrong offender is what has happened. LOOK LISTEN And LEARN! Time for no more bad dentists!

Considering all things

Take into view and then consideration, all that surrounds you now. It is a crazy world. Many people are just coming alert to a way of life not the same as it was before, not too peaceful or productive. Used to being told when, where and how to live, they are confused and often in pain. Fear is destructive. It takes the natural flow of breath and living, and jams it up. Then humans look to alternative relief, like sex, drugs and rock and roll, and that just heightens the adrenaline. The SWALLOW, an amazing bird, navigates like a fighter pilot, by using the water in the air as a surfing system. Humans can learn from her. Drink clean pure water for 28 days. Navigate through hydration of your life and your body. Be in the sunshine, laugh out loud, and take your adrenaline reactions to a peaceful place of CONSIDERATION. Consider the first person effected by this is YOU. Then consider those in the scatter pattern of your pain. Kids and animals deserve special consideration. Then, consider your looks, your health, your presentation and then, your outcome. We are watching the world awaken, and we want to see it happen with love and joy and a sense of adventure. Consider that! This is a time to celebrate, we have survived, and now we will thrive - ALL LIFE MATTERS> CONSIDER it a done deal.
