The drop of water in the ocean of earth

Animated upon arrival. The spark is here and dances with the water for 9 months, and then moves into the air of breath here/hear. What does an infant here/hear? In utero or out, they hear/here everything. So does the hierarchy. However you perceive them, they listen, they watch and here/hear what it is you are doing. That being said, if the hereing/hearing of you is uncomfortable, pay attention to the things you listen to and never speak the toxic words you may sometimes here/hear. Careful what you wish for, you will here/hear it into reality soon. Every single drop of water - MATTERS on Earth. You matter. What you here/hear or say or do matters. And... as if the GOD -SPARK IN ALL THINGS MATTER, be alert and grateful you get one more chance to feel the light of creation and the love of Source. You will feel it all, so do it in love, light and laughter cuz that is all we need now.

The art of self care

As a child the focus of self care and accountability were with my Grandmother Susie, she liked and used natural remedies. My own mother wanted doctors and more doctors, drugs and surgery were on the agenda. It was chosen. So I got to see both choices up close. I chose self-care and well-care and natural care. I made it may career. It scares people to take their health into their own hands. They have been told that they are not adequate to manage it correctly. It gave others power over those choices. It became hard to say NO/KNOW. I do not want that, I cannot afford or understand that. Instead of saying, let me be with my own choices, my GOD and I are talking about it. Nature is willing to help. I am going to take some time to consider my future. My heart knows, it will show me the balance. Art is in the he-art and is the creative process of expression. Be YOUR ARTIST! Do your best work. If you don't like the result, burn it and start again. Erase it from your he-art. Only in your eyes/i's and the eyes of the source of love does it truly matter. Your art, your health, your life and how you express it is your power. THE HUMAN journey of growth on earth is learning to express pure he-art power and joy is brings.

Memory

Carrying along with each of us are those memories of the soul's experiences. Some lose their/there access. My mother did at the conclusion of her life time last. I saw it and said, you do not need to do that if you do not want to, there are solutions. She said no thanks, I will leave it for Jesus. It was her time to let go. At the end she left quietly. Memories can inspire, can enchant, or they can cause the human to stay like a deer in the head lights, frozen in fear, with regrets, not wanting to remember. At the age of 40 I had hypnosis to remember smoking the first time, I had been assaulted and it became a protection, as only tobacco does. It then jettisoned me back to other lifetimes and those memories became a consciousness that I love and remember with great affection. Use the memories, they are yours. In the ONENESS we share our experiences so we do not need to repeat the ones with trauma. Lessons learned! Honest appraisal, caring and sharing the truths help us grow together. In teaching communion to his pals, Jesus, the Christed One, said clearly, do this at every meal to remember me and how much I love. What a great memory! LOVE the Creative Source of All That is, in light and a tool for humans to learn and grow with, with all the memories in place and accessible.

Healing comes on the wings of hope and harmony

I am asked in the world of healing how to start the process. I say every one has their/there own starting place and it differs. I do genetics and astrology and environmental conditions, and full body scans and see a picture of a starting place to talk about. Harmony and hope are two factors necessary to open the field of healing. If you do not have those firmly in your world, it will upset the balance until you remember them and make them important. Science does not use LOVE to heal. LOVE is free, so in the competition there would yield little profit if it was the main ingredient of the process. Healing, hope, harmony are keys to unlocking hidden imbalances. I use happiness and horses in my particular program, it promotes joy, feeling loved, beauty, power, agility, courage and that is just the start. Find your vision improving for your picture of health. You are meant to have a clear view by focusing on harmony and hope. When they fade you do too. To fall in love with journey, the opportunity, the human must have access to love. The opposite is fear, stay away from that perspective at all costs, it is way too expensive! Kidneys love cherry and lemon and parsley and green tea. Nourish them until the fear fades. WATER IS LIFE - YOURS AND MINE AND THE WORLD NEEDS HEALTHY WATER FOR A HEALTHY POPULATION. I hope this gives you harmony and healing, it is a good place for all to begin to heal. Start there.

Do what you want

Permission or forgiveness. Little kids try it both ways when they want. Were you forgiven? Were you granted permission? Punished? Disrespected? Ignored as a nuisance? OR simply misunderstood? From hear/here forward grant both...permission and forgiveness. It is the way through. Others will see the change, the calm, the confidence, that it promotes. With great experiences comes great growth. Resurrection? Ascension? Unity? Peace for all? WHAT DO YOU WANT NOW? This time on earth grants so much more than ever before, get after it, the bounty is ours, we have what we need and want right in front of our eyes.

What is in your POCKET?

In screening we are told to empty our pockets. Guards are stationed at the point where they are running the screening machine. I am a screening machine, intuitive and always interviewing, or inner viewing and asking people to show me what is in their pockets. I use that technique for the healing work I do as a Naturopathic Physician. It let's me see the inner choices along with the obvious outer choices shared with everyone all the time. I share my pockets. My pocket has my pipe, my PEACE PIPE. I keep it safe and close to my heart, as I need to know it is there. Peace and freedom are my goals here. I know we are all here to reveal our destiny in this reality. AND when you were sleeping someone slipped something helpful into your pocket. Empty them, take a look in the dryer. That is where they emptied them selves after the deluge of the washer. Those pockets are for YOU and ME too, let's reveal the magic we carry so close and hidden. YOU are ready!

Patience or patients

It takes a long time to get unwell. For some it takes a whole lifetime. The patients then show up for support and knowledge. Our health care currently does not promote PATIENCE. It takes an urgent approach to expensive alternatives. Our world is harmonic in the timing of it's existence. A season has a reason. Ninety days to make or break the situation. Patience in healing IS healing. One 28 day lunar cycle just to make a choice of something new before the body believes it is the next reality. THAT is where the patients patience is needed most. The pace, the ability to learn what not or what to DO, is the biggest challenge. Humans forced to pick up the pace when rest or disconnect is paramount are not able to start into the healing process under that kind of stress. Be patient patient, learn the cycles, take time to understand, use your intuition and kinesiology before you decide to hurry into anything different. THE PATIENCE you exercise will support the future of you not being a patient. THAT IS WAY MORE FUN!

Workin' it

As child you sat at your little desk with concepts new and puzzling, then you started workin' it. Workin' up a sweat, and then ultimately workin' it out to some degree. Could have been math, or science, could have been a sport or a song. As we grew up we had to work out to stay fit and lean. Then we had to work out and in the REAL world, to get the money. What are we workin at now? I am puzzling about my automatic horse waterer trying to work out the leaks. I am puzzled about plumbing and a stuck toilet and trying to work the no-flow. I am puzzled about people choosing any thing less than joy. When we begin to work it, we get a chance to see it up close, youtube it and it becomes real and fixble. Take the time to work out what you need to know. If you need help, ask for it, since someone before you already worked that out. CHOICEs ARE THE freedom we have here on earth, the right or the left, all choose. I am workin' that out, with sharing the wealth of health, the magic of horses, and the world in her natural organic state, while the world is workin us out, as to how we got so far from her heart. SHe IS the Mother, work it out with her.

Union - RE or COM

We have all experienced deja vu', the reunion of the familiar. A person, place or situation that you can instantly connect to. Sometimes it is a chance to remedy something left from before. When the opportunity presents itself, take it. Allow the feelings, align to a communion or a reunion of energy. Our world is getting an upgrade in frequencies. Coming in and up fast, secrets no longer. Our appreciation of this UNION with the new energies will shed a light, some much needed love and a chance at a remedy not available until now. A time to be grateful for the UNITY of a world healing.

Strategy in the storm

I love storms. Those crackling bolts of lightening thrown to earth by Zeus from the baskets carried on the back of Pegasus. You and I have all been hit many times. It is shocking, just like a bucket of ice water thrown just as accurately by Posiedon, who gave us the first horse and the tsunami. So glad those stories remind us of the magic. In each opportunity to get the bolt or the jolt or the waves, there/they're/their comes a chance at strategy. Healing takes strategy. It is an inside job, chosen and personal and unique. Some of us choose it as young, others wait till later. Everyone gets a chance at creating a strategy for their own balance and the healing it offers. I support that! It has been my life's work, and will continue to be, a strategy is a mystery put into reality, I am a dreamer and seer, and the job is perfect for me. Storms will come and go, as will the seasons of ice and snow, and wind and water, they are all here for YOU! Create and grow and heal and share the wealth. That is my strategy.

Trauma PTSD

The dis-order creates the dis-ease and the ultimate distortion of the flow of energy. The flow that develops with the child creates the energy of the life force for as long as it exists here on the earth plane. Is the child scared, sad, hungry, cold, hit or yelled at??? Children are the foundation of the future. From the ages of 0 to 9, the feminine energy nurtures and supports the structure of the child. Roots are sent into the world to hold the little human steady. Fear and insecurity are managed by another being. The kidneys are formed. Clean sheets, nourishing food, play time, cuddle time, nap time, and exploring time are the corner stones of a healthy little kid. From 10 to 18 the masculine energy takes the child by the hand into the next steps of growth. Learning to shake a hand, look another in the eye, do chores, get responsibilty, complete a project, manage their own details, which becomes the next energy developed. An ego, a rational mind, a liver to filter out that which one should not absorb. Age 19 to 27 gives the being another time segment to braid together their own energy with the two taught in the childhood years. A heart is activated with the four chambers fully functioning with those anchored wisdom teeth sending energy. The deck of cards now is full and the game is ON. I watch and I scan the energy for a living. Teeth, organs, vertebrae, meridians, all checked for strength, balance and harmony. If you were taumatized along the way, that POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER WILL DO IT'S WORST to keep it's energy out of balance. That is where we come in, we do our best to support the understanding and knowledge of healing the whole human. Stress relief comes with the knowing, and the disorder rearranges it's distortions under the guidance of transparency and light and love. Nature shows the way. You can see it everyday if you know where to look. Your PTSD will fade from view, and the new you whole and happy will fill in. We all deserve to be free of stress. Start with the child you were, and have inside, yet to be healed, knowing you are worthy of the best life possible.

Seeing through the barriers, the walls are now becoming transparent

To keep things and people separate kept them under the control of an over lord or even an over lady. To cull out one made them the target of loss of connection from thier mates. Masks are culling the heard/herd. Those afraid of connection are on their own now, alone and afraid, believing it is the only way. It used to be the punishment, now it is fairly normal. Accepted on so many levels and even paid for. The process of being drugged, poisoned, lied to and left behind the locked door is not our future here. You and I know better than that. It is simply not true that every drop in the water is not/knot part of the sea/see. No/know getting away from Universal truth now as it is here to stay. As you allow the love, the light and the laughter to create it's unified field, you will see through the blocks, the mandates, the criticisms, the losses, the isolation. Let it be! Mother Mary comes to those, who want to be let and loved. Let it in, let flow, and let it grow! AND THE WALLS COME TUMBLIN' DOWN!

are you a part of the geomagnetic process upgrading our world???

Hit from behind, or fully aware, we need to look at the bigger picture now. Our primitive nature is upgrading and we are quickly verified as light beings. Our worth in the larger construct is triggering it's unknown value from unconnected DNA to believe and receive. How do you know this? You feel it, it is creating a buzz, a knowing, a stirring. Stand out in the Light and ask for more. If your health is questionable get some sunshine, some rest, some organic non-modified food. Sing out loud. Ask for truth. Hang out with people who make your world a better place. In the storms you will absorb energy unfamiliar to you. Let it lead you to the next step of youe existence. Answer with a smile and a curiousty in your response. The Age of Aquarius is here, enjoy the changes. Peace and freedom and connections are staring you in the eyes/i's. Embrace them! Offense or defence

How about no fence? Energy sees no fences. It simply exists. Cohesive and cooperative by nature in balance. Out of balance it either offends or defends it's self. Children are like that. In balance they simply exist. In harmony and acceptance they grow like crazy and add in! Stunted by fear, or malice, intolerance or neglect, they disappear. They run away, they hide, they throw tantrums and they cause others to feel their pain if they can. Empathy is different than sympathy. When you feel empathy you allow yourself to relate to another without loss. When you feel sympathy you give your energy to that being. Some people thrive on other's sympathy, and they create a scenario of constant drama and stress. Dis-ease is the result. Happy people do not get sick for very long, they simply understand the process and embrace the upgrade to the next level. No fences, simply movement, expansion as they grow in understanding. If you are feeling offended or becoming defensive, take the cue before you destroy your own energy. Time out, to study, to grow, to upgrade, will result in the glow and flow we all seek. Stand in the light, speak of love and laugh out loud at the life's lessons you have attracted. It is truly a gift with no fences to block you or separate you from the potential you have been given. The Source of All that Is shines the light so you can see in the dark, all you need do is believe and ask.

C H O S E N

It always makes me feel better, when someone has chosen something, or someone, they match. Smoother and more compatible. Balancing the energy with that which was chosen and the chooser. It is friendly and respectful. Forcing an issue, an opinion, a product, a way of life, is never a long term solution, since the energy is one sided. All things here are in a circle. Our earth, our four directions, our eyes, ears, nose and throat. FOUR CHOICES. FOUR SEASONS. FOUR ELEMENTS. We are now adding the next ability. The third eye, the pineal gland, the dreams of a REM sleep. CHOSEN! It is the healing cycle, the fit and lean cycle, the seers and dreamers cycle. It protects the human that chooses to sleep in peace safely and protected. No one can choose your choices with the love and faith and hope that the chooser has in their heart, FOUR CHAMBERS, all their/there for YOU, as one of the chosen. Stand in the light and tell us what you have chosen.

Getting BAWLED/Balled out!

I do not appreciate being bawled/balled out ever. I want to remain in the game. I love playing dodgeball, it is exciting. What does the other guy throw at you? Is it accurate and do you get sidelined for awhile? Or does the game get tougher and tougher as the novice players move to the edge while the others keep on playing? The GAME of LIFE on EARTH is tougher than it was before. Secrets create fears used to manipulate humans and the fairness is lost. Fearing exposure is the weapon of choice for the most fear filled of all. Loss, less and lack of self love and love for another changes the game. Women and children became the prizes for the supposed winners these days. Stolen and Stockpiled in the corner as trophies, as their game goes on. There/their are no champions in that outcome. For that crew, all will be lost. THE TRUE PRIZE comes in the understanding and edification of THE SOURCE OF ALL LIFE. The being proud of the offspring of the Universe, especially the little ones who find a way to survive in this world. Champions supporting that gift with all their might. Those CHAMPIONS live on, in light and love, they do not ball out anyone, ever. When they are done, they simply disappear back inot the light. When they see, they feel, then they choose. The winning hand is the hand of love, the energy of all creation. That is what will keep them here and going on with the game. GAME ON for those of us still willing to see the love and light stockpiled in the corners, never really hidden, and ready to be reclaimed and released. Breath = birth and death

Yours is important. It tells the story of your birth and your death. Into the body it comes upon entry to the EARTH. It is a moment of celebration, called your BIRTHDAY! It is worth knowing the details. Where were you born and on what day, at what time, did you enter the body you chose to use. Details count. Your natal chart will give you the details about your design. It will make sense of the nonsense of those who do not know who you are or why you came here. Orphans benefit dramatically with this data. I am a Fire Rooster, double Sagittarian, sun and moon both. I was born under the SPICA STAR. I am a Libra Rising, an airbender with a focus of balance and harmony and justice. I talk alot, laugh out loud and sing from the rooftops. I rise with the sun, and crow with the morning air and the dawn's early light. Death can be a slow exhale. Some drag it out. Others give one last blast and dash. It is also a celebration of the conclusion of a life here, and the birth into the next life. KNOWING your particulars makes this breathing time here so much more fun and fruitful. AND none are exempt, even the low frequency beings will experience the first breath and the last breath of earth life, It is the in-between that counts the most!!! So let's here/hear your song and your laughter and your words. It is so important, YOU are so important!

wear/where safe?

Helmuts, OSHA, rules and restrictions, authority figures, pretending that safety comes from the outside instead of the inside. I learned long ago to trust in the field of energy. Where/wear is THAT FIELD? It generates through your heart chakra, radiating outward in all directions. It is your aura. THERE/their/they're is the origin and destination of your safety. If you are meant to break like Humpty Dumpty to learn something different, or change directions, no matter what the outside presents, the INSIDE will dictate regardless of what humans think will protect them. I have scene/seen the potential over and over. I watched a rider spin my pony round and round with her energy. Like the whirling Dervish of the Sufi, trying to get a hold of it. She could not. I took my pony in hand and he trotted off like a champion. I KNOW where/wear I am safe, DO YOU?

BUTTERFLY TERRAIN

Butterflies and terrain, plants that support their progress and the migration and repopulation. I do milk weed in my pasture for the MONARCHS. They are a regal friend. I have watched the process here for 24 years and it never ceases to amaze! Find the terrain in your reality. Your body, your yard, your mind, your relationships, whatever you are in charge of. Time to upgrade the cultivation and fertilize the new age reality of peace and freedom, health and happines. Butterflies are we!!

NO????

I do the opposite of the NO used far too often on Earth. I choose the KNOW VERSION instead. Kids do that all the time, the opposite of the order NO. The NOT NOW version of parenting, teaching and just cuz-ness. Seeing from my point of VIEW, is my job. If you can not see from where I am at, try to anyway. If you are with a child, KNEEL DOwN. sEE IT FROM THEIR/THERE position BEFORE YOU SAY no! Say let's us both know, INSTEAD of do not bother me. Did you know, you have 12 chakras, 12 strands of DNA and there are 12 Dimensions in this reality? Let that sink in before you say NO. Come up here, and take a good look around. I have the vision of the HAWK and the HORSE, either will give you a different perspective. AND the air up here is clear! Of the I KNOW for sure!

The JOY of Learning

When learning brings stress, distraction or even fear, you are studying that which is not for you .....YET. Teaching a preschool human chemistry is not viable, YET! By allowing a tiny person to sniff or see or taste something chemistry can demonstrate, it will intuitively get them to respond. FIGHT or FLIGHT if out of balance for the tiny soul. Spitting out that which the body intuitively knows will throw them out of whack. THAT is natural. Running, screaming, hitting and even biting are a tiny person's TRUTH when harm is pending. Learn your truth. Who are you??? What are you to do here??? How can you do it naturally??? Is harmony your goal, or battle??? Kids hate, naturally, that which does not support their growth and development. Stop and watch, ask and listen, you will see the truth right before your very eyes/I's. Then focus on learning that which brings JOY and discovery in the subjects that show love, respect, understanding at that level, and bring health, happiness and safety. Like meters, kids, animals and all of nature reflects. Look at your reflection in their fields of energy, and SEE. If JOY is missing, bring it back to learning, and loving our world in the way that is understandable and supportive. No time to waste. So much to share, bullies need not apply. That goes for authority that pushes a disharmonic agenda. KIDS KNOW! You should too/two/to. Let's change the MATRIX>

Third eye high

Make the triangle with yur hands by touching the thumbs and fore fingers. The design of the triangle is divine. Hold it over anything in need of transformation, focus your three eyes of the target, then allow love, light and laughter to embue it. Align it with your purpose, then APPRECIATE the growth your ability and willingness it supports and promotes. Ready or not, it will come to you as you perceive it to be. FOCUS!
