Dream travelers

In a REM sleep a human body heals and loses weight. That is when the pressure comes off the field and it can reorganize without interference. We get interferring energy all the time we are awake. It can come from the electronics, the jobs, the housing, and worst of all, the people you choose to be with. Being the receiver of the imbalances of toxic or negative words hurts our chances to heal and be fit and happy. Kids tune out the noise with nature naturally. If that is taken away from them, no one knows what they will turn to. I was able as a child to ride horses when ever I wanted to. It kept me out of harm's way and away from the negative stuff. The beauty of the world was mine to enjoy and it healed me every time I went riding. It is my life now. Twenty one years ago I knew I needed to return to the horse medicine I loved, I dreamed it. What do you dream of? How can you bring it back into your life? Write it down when you awaken. Review it often. Talk about it to your companions, and celebrate it - IN ADVANCE!!! You are a constantly changing field of energy. Dream yourself beautiful, loved, fit and funny, healthy and happy too. I DO, dream of me and YOU TWO/TOO!

Disturbed?

Mix it up. Awaken. Be moved. That is the job of the disturber. There always seems to be one around. Class clown, protester, politicians, preachers.........the list of those called to disturb the masses goes on. I am a disturber. My mom called me a PEEPER! Always peeping and squawking about something. It is true, I am a Fire Rooster, and we have come to this world to disturb the peace that is not supporting humanity. If I have disturbed you in any way at all, I did what I promised to do. You are welcome!!

Attitude...

Sweet, kind, nice, lively, friendly, supportive attitudes are what we need. I have been in the clinic for years and years and attitude is what gets people well quickly. Change your words, change your focus, change your outfit, and then... the body and it's field will follow you down the trail to light, love and laughter. You will perk right up by upgrading your life, your choices, and your vision of who and how you at your best. It is personal. Then is becomes communal. Lighten up, and live large. Time is now.

Scene/seen in the LIGHT

Light is so helpful. Sunlight supports the liver, moonlight supports the hormonal structures. Day light promotes energy and movement and growth. Night light shines a way to the next room down the way, while the rest of the house is dark and quiet. Lightworkers came to earth from that knowing, that knowledge brings with it a job. Some where/wear that light on their hat, others on their heart. Some offer it in bright light form, others bring it one spark at a time. I do both. Today move gladly into the light. Ask the Creator to show you all the details you need to know in the light of self love. The knowledge of the love that you carry within by right of being roylaty, a child of the KING and QUEEN of Creation is still flickering. Fan the flame with your breath and the truth of your heart. Sing it out, say it with words, written or spoken. It will take you to the healing you seek. The HEALER/HEELER lives with in, call it to work for you now. We are ready. My little Red Heeler, Rain, showed me all the days of her life with us, a way to bring power and control to our farm, she could herd horses, or cattle, or people with such joy and energy, that they barely knew they were MOVED> Get moved today, the old ways are fading in the dark, let them fade and you fire up in the light!!

The heart of matter

Humans matter. That is what they came to master - MATTER! In spirit we move freely, effortlessly. In matter it becomes a different matter. I have the centaur in my astrology, both day and night. I have the cupid on the horse, with the arrow aiming for the heart of the matter. I have been aiming, firing and hitting many targets in this lifetime. I do it as a physician, and more, as a mother. Some humans love it, some can only take it for awhile. I know it makes my job accurate and direct. I love to be quick!!!! I had to learn to slow down, hard for me. NOW in the dawn of the new age of enlightenment, I get to have my arrows lit by fire. Now comes the glory and the aurora of the opening of the gates to the Great Mystery, flaming arrows taking down the old tattered weathered ways, and when the love and it's light floods in, all will be seen/scene. OPEN your heart, it is all that matters and all will see.

Curly?

A horse is hypo-allergenic when is genetically a CURLY. WHO KNEW??? In my work with specail needs and wellness issues, many are afflicted with a sensitivity that prohibits animal therapy. This is a miracle that overcomes that reaction. Doodle dogs do it too. No sneeze, which means water is fowing easily through the human, not bubbling up. NO - KNOW thing is perfect

On a planet where/wear you have free will and choice after choice, chosing what makes you smile is YOUR JOB! YES - A JOB!!! A relationship, a body image, a neighborhood, a community, a health and wellness regiment, and on the list goes ON AND ON AND ON. Friends are chosen, family is a given, partners are the most intense as that is the most personal choice you will ever make. Remember that you came to Earth because you CHOSE to! This is not a prison camp unless you CHOOSE that. Decide what to choose that is great, good, fun, filled with potential, and remember this, THE GREAT MYSTERY of SOURCE is the only perfect thing there is. SO find what you love, and give all your love. KNOW no, AND ALSO KNOW YES!!

Stop line 3 Drought is not what we need

Taking the water that is needed for the world that needs it is worth talking about. I went to Duluth yesterday to the STOP LINE 3 event. DROUGHT was brought into the consideration. WHO needs the water??? Time to talk about THAT!!! A city of light is above Lake Superior, and they are being watched by the Great Mystery and a team of beings interested in our input and our outcome. CONSIDER that for your thoughts, words and deeds. I drove 6 hours to be in on the choices. Remember we are here to CHOOSE that which supports and sustains us. Drought willnot help, it will stop us from our flow.

DUCK!!!

The stuff that is flying around right now is meant to splatter. Stay out of the way. It will stick to you if you need it too. The process is magnetic and energetic. If you choose to stay free, be free, live free, DUCK! It is time for peace, harmony, and balance. From that will arise beauty and healing. EYE/I on the prize now.

do what you love to do and immune system will love you

Attitude and the emotions that underlie offer a third of the energy you need to support your immune system. YOU HAVE ONE that is yours to take care of, understand and use all the time, like a muscle. If you over ride it with other substances, it will atrophy and die off. Without it, there is no YOU for very long. THEN you will become a addict to something other than your own system. I deal in nature. She has many ways to build that immune system up. Childhood diseases do that, teeth coming in, forming, falling out, do that too. Sun, water, food, air and the intake you allow, do that too. The immune system loves you when you know, honor and love it in your accounting for each day. It is like that dog you take care of. When it gets the best of all you offer as a guardian and sustainer, it will live and love long!! AND SO WILL YOU. SMILE, your immune system will perk up! And that should get this party started.

Check??

I do not use spell check, maybe I could, but I know I should do the checking myself. It applies to all that I do, check and check again. Is the door closed, are the gates hooked, is everyone fed??? I also check with myself. I use kinesiology. It tells me how I, only I, respond to the question. I teach it in my practice as a physician. I teach it in my classes like the meditation training. I teach it with the horses on matching the energy of the rider to the animals. YOU and I, both should use it with our lives here and now. SHOULD I MEDICATE, OR meditate??? Vacation or vocation??? Sleep or stay up??? It really helps with food choices. Get a pendulum, and learn how to use it. Have someone you like muscle test things to you. BUT, if you are alone...and the hair goes up on the back of your neck, RUN!!!! If the hairs on your arms and legs quivers, stay....Inspiration awaits. YOU check. YOU and I both deserve to be safe, loved, and in the right place receiving the light and laughter we need to stay in check.

Through the eyes/I's of the seniors

I loved the freshman year in high school the big dog in the junior high. I looked good, I felt good, and it opened me up to a bigger vision of potential. Sohomore year, little one again was terrific. Then I went to a private school, which was not for me. Then I returned my senior year, injured, and in a wheel chair, and school became a memory. I finished, I graduated, I did not show up much, but I got what I went for, a completion. I went to college for a minute, and became a Water Safety Instructor. I taught swimming lessons for a time, after years of being a lifeguard. Then I married and began the life of an adult. Now I am a senior again. This time I am not in a wheel chair, nor am I going to miss it. I love what I have built, my kids are awesome, my grandson is pure magic and the ranch where I do Dr. Su/SIOUX, is an amazing place to be. I see other seniors with less, or loss, or lack. They are lonely, on meds, out of touch with nature. They are isolated, and now they are dying. In homes not theirs, taking money they spent a lifetime putting safely away for survival. If you have a senior close, reach out with a hand shake, a smile, and YOU WILL BE GALD YOU DID> they hold the keys to kingdom of the earth and the future. They can tell the truth because they were here for the story as it unfolded. PLEASE, those eyes/I's, though tired and faded, will light up the whole face with their smile!!! YOU now can BE THE funny, generous, interested one. IT IS your turn, trust me, you will be a senior soon enough. Time is shorter than you know, use it to reach out, the world is watching, and she loves us very much. Mother Gaia, and Source, willing to let us thrive.

Bravery promotes balance

In the arena the horses offer a chance to take the risk of raising yourself up higher then ever before. It takes courage, and a willing spirit. We do this with anyone healthy or challenged. Please join us for a session of a higher vision. It is amazing what you see and can be when you move up and over the masses. Wings are us! It is the bravest who venture upward! Down is easy, up is where it's at.

Dig DEEP

A soul working it's magic in a human body needs roots. Many are unrooted. Loss of home, family, work, friends ultimately causes loss of the self rooted in life here on this planet. If you are uprooted, unrooted, re-root. It comes with the smiles of others, the hugs of friends and family, the purposeful expression of being of service, and the remembering you came for a reason, and it was not to suffer. That job is over. I look to Gethsemene in the picture of Christ looking up before his execution. I can here/hear him saying...ARE YOU SURE THIS IS WORTH IT? And we are the beneficiaries of that choice. I choose not to suffer, I choose to dig deep, find the stability that is my right of being human, and raise up my voice, my eyes, my life to the SON/SUN of my belief system and it's warmth for my well-being. YOU have the same ability, align to that which makes you happy, healthy and whole, it will cause your roots to sink back in again!

The water is the gold of earth

Minerals are the structure, light is the animation and charge, air fuels the fires that burn within the human heart, but WATER keeps the whole system afloat. YOU are a water being, a creature of great fluidity. In the e-motion of the human being the human, water is the element that changes the matrix. cleaning, sweeping, delivering the goods, light and crystal clear, or murky and heavy and full of junk. IT is the LIFE that water brings that gives you the chance to move around. TODAY as you ready for the chance to shine, drink deep. Before you swallow, bless it! What you bless, blesses you. Rescue

I wanted to do search and rescue with my first German Shepherd, Coty. She turned out to be crippled. I bought or rescued many dogs after that experience. When Jack was brought to me, I had to think long and hard. At my age, in my life, would he fit? Would he recover? Would the pack take him in? Would he be HAPPY here? Well, it took some time, some money, some vet care, and LOTS of hard work and lots of love. YOU BE THE judge, look at the photo. He can run free, play hard, live and love with us, and that is what rescuing is all about. Are you are rescuer, or a rescuee???? THINK ABOUT IT!
